A quick summary at why this is happening: this is a corporate initiative that gets them the cheapest labor possible and puts the cost (of public services that will be used by the multi-child illegal aliens) on the taxpayer. In my neighborhood, the banksters are using them to fix up the foreclosed houses for resale.

But the bigger problem pointed out by Mr. Wood is the grand scale of vote trading and whoring in Washington DC. One solution to that problem is a law stating that no amendment may be added to a bill if it does not have directly to do with the subject of that bill. No earmarks. All bills are voted on based on the bill’s merits alone.

In any case this law, at least the bulk of the provisions of this law that are actually germane to the Title Issue, Is already law! It has been since November 6, 1986! S-1200 – Pub. L. 99-603 – Immigration Reform and Control Act (IRCA) – Simpson-Mazzoli! E-Verify was created as a tool of compliance for IRCA!
What this bill actually does is to simply add $Millions in new give-aways, including a fund to pay for lawyers for the Illegals to file law suits against us! As well as at least two NEW Government Agencies! There is absolutely NO Congressional Oversight anywhere within the bill! Instead complaince is to be determined by Secretary of DHS, Immigration Courts or the President! There is NO provision for deportation even if the Illegal fails to qualify for amnesty!
I find NO mandate to actually build any fencing. Instead Section 5, Pg.24, requires the DHS to submit a “Strategy” to decide what, if any additional fencing is required! Section 3101, Pg. 415 allows waivers of E-Verify, Section 3101, Pg. 437 actually delays the implementation of E-Verify for at least a DECADE! Section 3101, Pg. 511 Voids all State and Local E-Verify programs!
Literally every “Trigger” Mr. Rubio brags about can be voided or ignored, by unilateral decisions of the Secretary DHS, Immigration Courts or the President! It does not even address the issue of Chain Migration! In 1986 the numbers reported were said to be “at or just under 1 Million” actual numbers turned out to be OVER 3 MIllion! This time, it’s certain these numbers will exceed 30 Million!

These eight progressive Marxist socialist that have been assembled to remove any form of open debate by congress is deplorable. This body of elected officials formulating and presenting bills that are obviously anti American and circumvent the duties and responsibilities of Congress is just another step toward a totalitarian tyrannical government. Rubio has shown his true colors as a racial socialist determined to destroy the constitution and the powers given to the people for individualized freedom not determined by race, creed nor national origin but by individual effort. The laws that are in place now have not been enforced and the bill presented by the supper 8 and the senate further erodes their ability to enforce them. It has and continues to deteriorate to a bureaucratic oligarchy and not a democratically elected federal government. It is the duty of the House to reject this treasonous pork laden testament of the senate’s poor ability to govern a democratic government.
