I doubt if that’s the goal of all gay marriage activists!
I also doubt if same sex marriage will impact marriage in general one way or another. There are already complex multi-parent families due to divorce and repeated remarriage, couples living together, etc. As long as there are legal and tax incentives, I think marriage will survive for those that want it. It will simply cease to be the only possible relationship. And is that so terrible?

pull your head out of your ass if this won’t change anything

As I thought I pointed out – marriage is already changed and changing, Gay marriage will contribute to the change, but it won’t be the sole cause. Even if the percentage of traditional male-female marriage declines, I don’t think it will be abolished in the near future. And there’s no need for you to be rude to me.
