Sweet Advice From Bob
What do you recommend as a sugar substitute?
A: All disease directly relates to sugar consumption. This includes white and brown sugar and all the synthetic or chemical sugars used in the production of processed foods. Some are more toxic than others. But all can cause multiple diseases, from convulsions to diabetes; and all accumulate as acid poisons in the body. The only sweetener I use is stevia. It is a natural herb sweetener that is up to 300 times sweeter than sugar and has been used for centuries by the South Americans. It actually regulates blood sugar, reduces blood pressure and is an extremely effective aid to weight loss and weight management because it contains no calories.
