|A quick summary at why this is happening: this is a corporate initiative that gets them the cheapest labor possible and puts the cost (of public services that will be used by the multi-child illegal aliens) on the taxpayer. In my neighborhood, the banksters are using them to fix up the foreclosed houses for resale.
But the bigger problem pointed out by Mr. Wood is the grand scale of vote trading and whoring in Washington DC. One solution to that problem is a law stating that no amendment may be added to a bill if it does not have directly to do with the subject of that bill. No earmarks. All bills are voted on based on the bill’s merits alone.
