Will The IRS Allow Us To Die, Too?

The Internal Revenue Service scandal just gets bigger and bigger. No ordinary scandal, this is the very definition of an un-American, Joe McCarthy-style persecution. This is Gambino crime family criminal behavior. We now officially know America is being run by a gangster government, the Obama crime family.

The real question is: Will the same IRS (or IRS-like bureaucracy) that targeted and persecuted conservatives, GOP donors, Tea Party groups, pro-Israel Jewish groups, Christian groups, pro-life groups and outspoken critics of the President (like me), now use Obamacare to deny us medical care?

Will these same thugs use the process to frustrate, intimidate or slow it down just long enough to allow us to die?

Think I’m kidding? Exaggerating? The IRS official who targeted and persecuted conservatives is the exact same executive assigned to oversee the IRS office of Obamacare. This couldn’t happen in a fictional horror movie without media critics charging it’s absurd and unrealistic.

This is the same IRS that asked questions such as:

  • What books do your members read?
  • What is the content of the prayers of your members?
  • Please send us all your Facebook posts.
  • Send us the list of your donors.

Now, it’s in charge of your healthcare.

Will the same litmus test be in place? Before granting approval for expensive medical treatment, will we be asked what groups we belong to, what books we read and what is the content of our prayers? Will they look at our Facebook postings before deciding if we’re worthy of receiving expensive medical care?

Just as the groups who dared to teach American citizens about the U.S. Constitution were targeted and denied tax-exempt status, will those of us who dare to believe in the U.S. Constitution be denied the healthcare we need to save our lives?

A close friend headed a large Tea Party group in Florida. Every single board member was audited and intimidated by the IRS. Do you doubt that this same IRS (or whatever thug-like bureaucracy they put in charge of approving medical care) might make it difficult or impossible for these same Tea Party board members to get permission for necessary medical care?

Soon after asking President Barack Obama a couple of tough questions, a television anchorman in St. Louis was audited by the IRS. Will any member of the media who criticizes the President (or, even worse, any government agency) have a hard time getting approval for medical care?

Another friend, a successful hedge fund CEO, attended a Mitt Romney fundraiser. Within 60 days, almost everyone who wrote a check to Romney’s campaign was targeted for painful audits by the IRS. Will large GOP donors be denied medical treatment by these same corrupt government bureaucrats? Will Wall Street CEOs be denied medical care for the sin of “being rich” in Obama’s America?

Will the Obama crime family deny medical care to anyone who criticizes the President in the media? I’ve been doing it nonstop for four years; and, as a result, I faced a massive IRS attack. I was profiled, targeted and marked for financial destruction. In the future, with the IRS or an IRS-like bureaucracy in charge of Obamacare, will I be put on the Obama enemies list and denied lifesaving medical care?

Or will they instead try to extort critics of Obama? We already know the IRS offered to make the pain go away to pro-life groups if they’d agree to stop protesting in front of Planned Parenthood clinics. Will the IRS say to someone like me: “We know you need that cancer treatment, Wayne. We’re willing to approve it right away, but only if you agree to no longer appear on FOX News.”

After what I’ve gone through, let me assure you that the threat and intimidation are serious enough to make even someone as patriotic and committed to freedom as I think twice. I can stand the heat. But am I really willing to put the lives of my wife and children at risk?

Are you aware the IRS shared confidential tax information of conservative organizations with their liberal opposition? It now appears they shared Romney’s confidential tax information with Obama’s Presidential campaign co-chairman. With the IRS in charge of Obamacare, will the confidential medical records of GOP candidates now be shared with their Democratic opponents?

Am I suggesting the IRS and other executive branch Obamacare bureaucracies are capable of murder? No, of course not. They’ll just play politics with your medical care, the same way they used the power of the IRS to bleed the finances of Obama’s critics.

They will:

  • Slow pay your bills.
  • Repeatedly lose your medical requests or bills.
  • Deny permission just long enough that you’ll be denied your chance to live.
  • Compound your illness by adding frustration and stress, thereby cutting years off your life.
  • Approve only 50 percent of your bills for cancer treatment, while paying 100 percent for Obama donors.

Or maybe they’ll just extort Obama’s enemies by offering to pay for the medical care you need, as long as you never appear again on FOX News or conservative talk radio.

You know, little stuff like that.

The liberal media laughed when conservatives warned about “death panels” manned by government bureaucrats deciding whether you get the treatment you need to live or die. They accused us of paranoia and conspiracy theories. Well, who’s laughing now? We were right.

Then, there’s the Associated Press scandal. It’s clear the media better stay in line. Write a story that Obama doesn’t appreciate, and you’ll soon find your medical care denied or delayed by the Obama crime family, too.

Forget death panels. Now we must fear targeted death panels.

True that! True that! We need to get rid of this current administration, Constitutionally, and elect God-fearing patriots to their posts. Elect people that will only go by the Constitution and the ways our Christian founding fathers has envissioned this country to become. Here are some articles about what is going on with Obama bin Laden’s administration.

This is just the tip of the iceberg with the pretender in office. When will Americans learn and stop being complacent? FOR GOD AND COUNTRY! 하나님하고 나라를 위해서!
You need both love of country and faith in God to be a patriot.

The food Wayne offers is so rotten that it has turned putrid.
The IRS is not, and will not be involved in running Obama Care or making health care decisions for anyone. All the IRS is going to do is be involved in the tax that will be imposed if a person who is required to have health insurance doesn’t have it.
Wayne is either very misinformed (verging on stupidity) or he is extremely dishonest. All he ever does in his columns is to make wild unsupported claims, cry his poor woo is me story about the IRS and try to get people to waste their money on one of his idiot books.

  • nancysk

Keep telling it as it is!

  • marcdepiolenc

Of course they will use their power in any way they can, and the most obvious way is to interfere with medical care for enemies of the police state. Best antidote is to not be in the system – most specifically, do not provide a SSN on any medical questionnaire and do not allow any medical or lab report concerning you to be keyed to a universal identifier. If you can’t be conveniently labeled a dissenter it becomes harder to persecute you.

    • Nadzieja Batki

Too late, the hospital’s computers log a patient in from the moment you enter the hospital to when you leave. The Doctor’s offices and clinics are going the same route. I have not found out how interconnected they all are, or the connection is only between the same hospital systems.

      • marcdepiolenc

They can’t input information that they don’t have, and they don’t have it if you don’t provide it. I fought this battle years ago. At first, my doc’s medical practice insisted that, since I wouldn’t give a Social Insecurity Number, I had to pay for each consultation before leaving the office. I did. That lasted for one consultation. Cooler heads must have prevailed, because everything went back to the old invoicing system after that one incident.

Go reread that Bible that you love to scorn and missapply, as this applies to the Millenium when THE MESSIAH is ruling out of Jerusalem and with a rod of iron.

        • KG

To the Millenium? [comment has been edited] Jesus was addressing the crowds around him in that time. He said:

          Mark 1:15
And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.

The “kingdom of G-d ” is here! NOW!

Actually Nadjieja is more right than you know KG. But you would have to really know and understand the WORD OF GOD. Satan knows the Word of God and twists it just like you do.

KG, if the good have nothing to fear, perhaps you can give us a credible explanation of why Lois Lerner took the fifth and refused to testify?

      • Flashy

Ummmm..did she take the fifth? I listened to her testimony, and afterwards asked that question. Did she take the fifth? Seriously, I’m not clear whether she did or whether the Senate Committee and media are inserting that because that is how they perceive it…

        • Frank Kahn

She refused to answer any questions or discuss the matter being investigated. In legal terms that is usually called taking the 5th. Maybe to you it is simply being stubborn.

Republican Rep. Darrell Issa declared Thursday that the embattled IRS official who refused to testify Wednesday had no right to do so, and is now looking to haul her back before his committee.

The chairman of the House oversight committee made the call after consulting with attorneys about IRS official Lois Lerner’s bizarre appearance before the panel on Wednesday. Lerner, the head of the exempt organizations division which oversaw the controversial targeting of conservative groups, caused confusion Wednesday morning when she pleaded the Fifth and refused to answer questions — but also delivered an opening statement in which she asserted her innocence.

Though Issa dismissed her from the hearing room, he questioned at the time whether she had waived her rights by delivering the statement. A spokesman told Fox News on Thursday that Issa had reached a decision.

“After consulting with counsel, Chairman Issa has concluded that Ms. Lerner’s 5th amendment assertion is no longer valid,” spokesman Ali Ahmad said. “She remains under subpoena, the Committee is looking at recalling her for testimony.”

so you think that the government will just settle for your money what a foolish boy you are!!

The gangsta government started the day Dick Cheney and his puppet W entered the White House and didn’t end before those war criminals had left our economy in shambles and a 100,000 Iraqis were dead. Compare the Obama White House to those low-lifes is a joke, only you aren’t being funny, just partisan dumb.

    • hippybiker

The last I heard, GW has been out of office for 5 years, and this mutt from Chicago has doubled our debt. Don’t you think blaming GW for O-Homo’s misdeeds is getting a little old?

      • Don 2

Guys like Scifidave cannot come up with a believable and credible argument to defend the actions of the revolutionary Marxist Obama, so they default to ‘Blame Bush’ and believe that by doing so they somehow won their argument.

        • Scifidave

You have any idea how stupid neocons sound when they ignore the crimes of the Bush/Cheny WH and spin their wheels trying to pin anything they can on Obama?

Calling Obama a Marxist is just name calling. People call others names when they can’t mount a credible argument.

The 3 codes of the Progressives:

            1. Admit nothing.

            2. Blame everybody.

            3. Deny everything.

          • Ringgo1

You called others war criminals in your post so I suppose you can’t mount a credible argument.

          • Scifidave

President Bush and his staff lied to Congress in order to start a war in Iraq. That is indisputable fact. I wouldn’t call him an idiot or stupid because he is not and that would name calling.

The Nazis started a war and we call them war criminals. Despots in Africa slaughter their people for political and financial gain and we call them war criminals. Bush started a war for political and financial gain, so tell me, what would you call him? A patriot?

          • Don 2

            Scifidave,

I am not name calling and I am not arguing. I am just stating a fact. Obama was a self-declared revolutionary Marxist when he entered Occidental College. I am not making it up. Do some research. Obviously, you have no clue who this guy really is, and still, you support him.

      • JMichaelOHara

No, it’s not incorrect to point out that the US debt did not start on the day Obama took office. Bush started two wars and pushed through a prescription drug program without increasing the revenue to pay for any of them. He left office with a huge pile of IOUs in the drawer, waiting for whomever took his place to deal with. Obama has kept federal spending under control, but tax revenues dropped off (in line with the 2007/8 crash), increasing the deficit.

        • Nadzieja Batki

Well the debt crisis did not start with Bush either, but you are more concerned from exempting O from any blame. Why don’t you enlighten us to the point in time and who it was that started that snowball to hell rolling.

          • Scifidave

Obama should not be held blameless as anyone in the WH is complicit with the acts of Congress, the Fed and Wall Street, regardless of party.

The ball started rolling when Reagan rode into town on the deregulation and trickle-down economics bull. He deregulated the banking industry and within a year we had the Savings and Loan scandal as the big players used the relaxed rules to game the system. Cost the taxpayers billions and only a few low level bankers were punished.

The next step was to reduce the capital gains tax rate, obstensibly to give business more money to create jobs. Wall Street responded by creating derivatives which made accountability impossible. Thus it became possible for the gamers to create enormous wealth without building factories, new business or hiring people.

Following on the heels of that, Congress reduced the top tax rates, reducing revenues while at the same time increasing expenditures – prescription drug benefit, Homeland Security and 2 wars.

Along the way, W’s deregulators in Congress allowed the big five on Wall Street to reduce reserve requirements while not paying for oversight to prevent them from gaming the system.

The devil is in the details, but these are the biggies.

        • securityman

obummer has kept federal spending control? where has all the money gone that he “saved” by the 6 month layoffs, cut the military, and things of that nature? oh, thats right , he had to send another 100 million to his syrian buddies!our deficiet has gone somewhere between double and triple what it was when b left. i can really see that your buddy obumer has the spending under control !!!!!!!!!!

          • Scifidave

We are not trying to exempt Obama from anything. The debt crisis began under Reagan’s watch when the capital gains tax cuts allowed investors to make huge profits of financial instruments that creat great wealth, but not jobs.

Bush just did his part to promote the ‘feed the rich’ that Congress turned to while Reagan was in the WH, which allowed the big players to game the system and nearly destroy our country..

The savings are reflected in the lack of increase in the federal budget for his term. I hadn’t heard that he “sent 100 million” to Syria, but if you have some proof of that I’m sure we’d all be glad to see it.

I do not know where you get your news but EVERY report on the debt I have seen shows it increased at a rate of a little over 1 TRILLION a year under obama and the last projection i saw said it was likely to continue at that rate for the next four years or more.

            Scifidave,

Actually, Fox News has been vindicated as the one news outlet that was on top of things, because they were discussing the I.R.S. attacks on the Tea Party and Conservative groups, Benghazi, and Fast & Furious all along. Those other news outlets are just catching up now. Even big-time Hollywood lib and Obama supporter Jay Leno had to joke, “Fox News use to say they were fair & balanced, now they’re saying, See, I told you so!” Wake up Dave.

        • Native Blood

Scifi Dave, Neocons and Neolibs love the likes of you to reenforce Obama’s legacy as a carrier of the same ball Bush, Clinton, and their ilk to usher in the new world order that the current VP touts. Left – Right paradigm stays very much alive as long as you continue to believe that one is less evil than the other. Regardless of which side you take, our government is still taking it’s citizens down a fast running crash and I hope you enjoy the ride to your ill informed bad self. Stay prepared for it the ride will be filled with a lot of chop.

          • Scifidave

I think the Republicans have assumed an ideology that is destructive to the American economy, but they’ve all sold us out to the vested interests. Is the Rs more evil than the Ds? Only on the surface. The game plan we don’t see is the one we should fear.

The D and R game is just a pony show for the masses. The big player’s game is to keep us figthing over moral issues and red herrings (like the IRS and Benghazi) so we don’t pay attention to how they’re feeding the rich at the expense of the middle class.

It’s all about the bottom line. Has been throughout history.

Still doesn’t stop me from getting ticked off at the GOP for being so obvsiously misguided and the Dems for not calling them on it.

          • Native Blood

Regardless of how well Randy Roades and Tom Hartmann spins it, they have to keep the progressive side aloft somehow. Fox news is just another source to feed the minions on the right but deep down inside, most of our citizens feel that those we have elected are selling us out by having their palms greased by wealthy corporate lobbyists and money has corrupted may politician in spite of the party badge they happen to wear. Even POTUS is beginning to wear down from his initial campaign pledges.
money buysa lot of power and if you study Obama’s latest speech, he sure doesn’t follow a progressive idealism nor does he really care about liberty either.

          • Scifidave

‘most of our citizens feel that those we have elected are selling us out by having their palms greased by wealthy corporate lobbyists and money has corrupted may politician in spite of the party badge they happen to wear’

An act so terrible, even partisan liberal hack Chris Matthews has to stand up and speak out against Obama…”President Obama does run the IRS. He runs the Treasury Department. He runs the United States Government, and he is accountable for it.” Chris Matthews, MSNBC

          • Scifidave

The buck stops with the President, but anyone who thinks the President runs these agencies obviously has no clue how the government works.

What act so terrible? Low level staffers making bad decisions at the IRS, Congress not funding State Department security properly, One man can’t step in with shirt sleeves rolled up and run the day-to-day operations of every agency.

The President is on an international stage dealing with a huge cadre of leaders, all with their own agendas, manipulators and hidden forces to contend with. He has to rely on the people he appoints and they won’t always be on the same page.

If you’d ever run a business or large department you’d understand what your real world limitations are. Now magnify that a thousand times and you will have some idea what the Presient has to contend with.

If you have run a business or a large department, then I haven’t a clue where you’re coming from.

Do you have any idea how retarded that sounds when you blame liberals for pointing out the bad choices made under Bush? You can’t absolve Bush or the Congress that enabled him. It’s the same old tired (and mindless) refrain I keep hearing from the neocons.

Bush was just the figurehead. It took Congress to nearly destroy our economy. Congress. Rememeber that. Congress.

      Obama Expands Militarization of Police…May 23, 13

Among items transferred to local law enforcement agencies have been assault rifles and grenade launchers, even Blackhawk helicopters and .50 caliber machine guns; In fiscal year 2011 alone, the Pentagon transferred almost $500 million worth of materials to domestic law enforcement – near double the previous year’s total.

The United States is the largest arms merchant, bar none. W created Homeland Security, an unnecessary and bloated bureuacracy the job of which is to arm, militarily, the local police. Homeland Security isn’t a joke, but it wasn’t created to make us safer.

        • independent thinker

And Bush’s creation of it (if I remember correctly the bill was actualy written by a democrat) has been repeatedly and soundly condemed here as has obama’s continuation and expansion of it.

          • Scifidave

It is irrelevant who wrote the legislation that created Homeland Security. It is simply a fact that it was created by Congress in a knee-jerk reaction to 9/11. The money could have been better spent assisting the various gov’t agencies in communicating with each other.

It is noteworthy, however that the party that professes to be for smaller gov’t has overseen the expansion of gov’t every time it has taken both the WH and the Congress. Clinton, with a Republican Congress, reduced the federal payroll by 350,000. Bush, with a Republican Congress, added nearly 800,000.

  • Zenphamy

Wayne: I think that a more correct and scarier truth is that any group of the political career class (regardless of party) and bureaucratic class and supporting institutional class will abuse any power we allow them to keep or gain, in their individual and group interests against the interests and rights of their American subjects (citizens. individual sovereigns).
The revelations of sufficient information about various ‘scandalous’ governmental actions is fun to watch and certainly rewards the prophets of earlier years. But those actions are simply continuations, with some expansions of the natural progression of the glaring faults in the governance we’ve allowed to overtake and gain control of our government.
But the emphasizing of Obama by yourself and many other commentators, rather than the inherent political corruption and abuses within his and any president’s government and any parties’ congress, begs the real points and meanings of these revelations and misdirects the appropriate anger generated in the populace.
We were warned over and over again during the debates in and surrounding the development and following state’s acceptance of the constitution of the republic, of the dangers of any government as well of the powers allowed to any man or group. Those debates gave to us a form of government, that had we maintained our mistrust and careful surveillance of those in power, we could have been even today, the freest and most successful civilization the world has ever seen.
Have you not noticed that nearly every individual being brought to America’s attention through these ‘scandals’ are lawyers by at least education, who are the predominant members of the political and bureaucratic management classes. The original 13th amendment was intended to prevent that very situation and today’s eventual results.
Until we, as the proper sovereigns of ourselves and our lives stand up and shout ‘enough’ and begin insisting on true punishment for those that have broken their oath of office, as we understand that oath to mean, not as they will attempt to legally reinterpret and publicly spin, but again as we understand from the plain and direct language of the constitution, things won’t change. We must expect that the proper determination will most likely require that we impose those punishments ourselves. The political and bureaucrat classes and legal system class will certainly not determine their collegiate fellows to be at fault.
Until commentators such as yourself express in strong enough language the correct and truly scary situation that exists, we will gain little if any headway.
I would appreciate comments that address these issues and ‘scandals’ in depth sufficient to help direct our group disgust at the simple and true faults and dangers we face.

I think this entire debacle smells to high heaven. If this is a prelude to letting aging people die which is highly conceivable, then the disproportionate influx of immigrants from the middle east fits the scenario. This president wrote in his books he would side with his Muslim brothers should the problem ever arise to call for that decision. I think he is aiding and abetting that occasion. There are small cities in the country (near large metropolitan areas) that have middle easterners comprising one fifth the population…and all on government dole. There is this mad rush to get immigrants registered and beholding to a Democratic (Progressive Socialist) takeover that can only be reversed by a civil war if we allow it to happen.

Having experience in the elderly health care industry I can tell you without doubt it is already happening, hospital visits are closely monitored, denied, shortened or refused, life saving drugs are becoming unavailable, procedures removed from coverage, pain medication reduced or eliminated and end life counseling promoted with a bent toward Hospice — death to save ones friends and family from the cost an pain of prolonged life. They do everything but actually tell the elderly to off themselves.
So lets put this another way…don’t give them treatment to help, reduce pain meds or eliminate them to make them suffer, remove procedures to extend life then give them a way out of the suffering…real kind this Obama Care is…its evil, very evil.

The 6 fundamental principles of our government.
          1. There is a Divine Creator.
          2. The Divine Creator gives guaranteed rights to man.
          3. Government exists to protect God-given rights.
          4. There is a God-given moral law to govern man.
          5. Below God-given moral law, man is governed by social compact – that is, the consent of the governed.
          6. If government fails to operate in this manner, it is the right of the people to change it or form a new one.
Where do you and your ideals fit into these Bob? Not being mean, just asking. As you notice, this administration is breaking number 5 and number 6 is becoming more and more possible. BTW, this is the meaning of the first 2 paragraphs of the Declaration of Independence. Ergo, this is true and cannot be disputed. OK Sammy, for the last time,
            From Marian Webster (“devout” Christian)
            Definition of GOD
1 capitalized: the supreme or ultimate reality: as a: the Being perfect in power, wisdom, and goodness who is worshipped as creator and ruler of the universe
b Christian Science: the incorporeal divine Principle ruling over all as eternal Spirit: infinite Mind
            2. : a being or object believed to have more than natural attributes and powers and to require human worship; specifically: one controlling a particular aspect or part of reality
            3. : a person or thing of supreme value
            4 : a powerful ruler

Where is Jesus Christ referenced in this definition? Many religions reference God, How can you prove this is YOUR god. The bottom line is; you reference your opinion on such matters and that in not to be construed as a fact.

“The first one talks about Obama bin Laden and the masons”.
            http://www.keyofsolomon.org/Obama.php
I believe that we already covered this, as this author has ZERO credibility. Are you saying that George Washington & Gerald Ford were in cahoots with Obama bin Laden? Seriously? This web site also takes shots at Christianity and the Bible, so are you buying into those claims as well? You don’t get to cherry-pick Sammy. Just because it is on the internet does not mean that it is true and I know that is difficult for you to believe since that is where many of your “facts” come from. Did you see the movie the Da Vinci Code with Tom Hanks? This web site follows much of the theme of the Da Vinci Code and you do know that it is fiction? The movie came out four years before his book was written
            .
“The last one shows how Obama bin Laden, Al Sharpton, Jessie Jackson, and others are Freemasons.
            http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Obzs2R...
I already covered this one as well. There is a historic fact that you should know if you have a degree in history and here is a hint; it had to do with the American Revolution. First, let me say that I have known some fine upstanding black Masons. But, Prince Hall is not part of the lodge system that I and the masons that I have referenced belong to and looking at their web site-there is no mention of Obama as a Mason.
Are you and your church connected to the Westboro Baptist Church? You both claim to worship god and read the same bible. I don’t for a minute believe that you, a Christian share their perverted ideology. I have seen unicorns on You –Tube Sammy, are you saying they exist as well?

I believe that I summed this one up as well above. All that you are doing is embarrassing yourself in claiming these are credible sources of information.

Root, you are very, very confused and should seek immediate medical attention for that fever you appear to have (based on the apparent effect on your reasoning abilities). Obamacare (for all it’s faults) is not government medical care and nobody in the government cares what treatment you will or won’t get from your providers. There are no “death panels”. You’re required to have insurance – private insurance, in many cases – and that insurance provider has very strong incentives to deny coverage (that’s how they make a profit). They have always had those incentives and Obamacare goes a long way towards preventing those abuses.

There is a growing groundswell within American Republican and Tea Party ranks that impeachment proceedings should be initiated against President Obama on a whole list of violations of the Constitution and the War Powers Act

Congressmen Allen West of Florida (R-Florida) and Darrell Issa (R- California) have consistently and loudly criticized the president for overstepping the political mark and bypassing Congress’s approval on a whole range of dubious policies and issues:and the recent Obama attack on the Supreme Court of Justice and the Russian ” Open Mic ” gaffe on National Security, leads to one question: Is Barack Obama making his own case for impeachment? Obama did not become the Democratic nominee for President without the help of several leaders of the Democratic Party who knew that he was not eligible for office

Listed below are the One Hundred and Five Articles of Impeachment.

          1. Appointment of a “shadow government” of some 35+ individuals termed “czars” who are not confirmed by the Senate and respond only to the president, yet have overarching regulatory powers – a clear violation of the separation of powers concept. Obama bypassed the Senate with many of his appointments of over 35 “czars.”

          2. No congressional support for Libyan action (violation of the War Powers Act ). Obama lied to the American people when he said that there were no US troops on the ground in Libya and then later said they were only “logistical troops.” Obama violated the War Powers Act of 1973 by conducting a war against Libya without Congressional authorization.

          3. Betraying of allies ( Israel and Great Britain. Obama has placed the security of our most trusted ally in the Middle East, Israel, in danger while increasing funding to the Palestinian Authority (Fatah, just another Islamic terrorist group) whilst they have enjoined a reconciliation pact with long-standing terrorist group Hamas and the disclosure of British nuclear secrets to the Russians in the Start Treaty. Obama gave missile codes to British Trident missiles to Russia.

          4. Backdoor implementation of the DREAM Act which would grant 22 million illegals amnesty. Obama passed the Dream Act through an executive order, bypassing Congress again. DREAM is: Development, Relief and Education for Alien Minors

          5. Telegraphing troop reductions to enemies – against the consult of his experienced field commanders – while embracing negotiations with our enemy, the Taliban, and recognizing another, the Muslim Brotherhood.

          6. Betrayal of Arizona. Obama brought a federal lawsuit against a sovereign state, Arizona, seeking to protect its citizens from this threat of mass illegal immigration…

          the rest of the list…

Here we go again, but at least Wayne Root hasn’t made a ridiculous forecast (twice) or hawked his book in this article.

    1. Not one group was denied by the IRS, and it now is appearing it was indeed a rogue division without upper management oversight.

    2. It is now coming out that the groups, including left, middle and right, are not eligible under the law unless activities are exclusively non-profit.

    3. Even under the IRS regs which have ‘primary” activities being non-profit, long standing IRS procedures have any group utilizing a political party affiliation is subjected to additional scrutiny.

In other words, not one group was denied, the regs are looser than the law, and the ‘scandal’ isn’t really a scandal if held to the light.

Under Obamacare, the IRS is in charge of just what exactly? Anyone take the time to look? Ahhhh..for if you had, you would note that the article today isn’t exactly upfront and legit about the role of the IRS. It’s not who gets what care…it’s the financial aspect. such as:
    1. the right to levy a penalty against businesses and individuals who don’t provide or acquire insurance.
    2. determine how to distribute annual subsidies to 18 million people who make less than $45,000 a year and thus qualify for subsidies in buying health coverage, as well as how to deliver tax credits to small businesses that buy coverage for workers. (note: not who gets these, but how to …)
    3. collect taxes on medical devices and a Medicare surtax on people making more than $200,000 a year,

    4. conducting compliance audits of tax-exempt hospitals.

Note what is absent is any role in determining what care is provided.

Ah well…it was a nice rant…even if inaccurate and misleading

    • Mpr

Where do you get this fantasy information? Hard to believe those Tea Party groups in Florida and Houston, TX just made up all that stuff about being grilled, etc and then finally being approved. After only 28 months. If they were not eligible, why were they finally issued tax exempt status?

      • Flashy

I’m not saying what the IRS did was right. far from it. What I am stating is that there were no audits, no denials, and that there were a few liberal/progressive groups given the same treatment. When the extremists make it out to be more than holding up apps for suspect non profit status, that’s a darn and out lie. And needs to be exposed.

Now…as it has come out that the LAW states 501cs are “exlcusively” for social and public welfare…and since 1959 the IRS changed that illegally to mean “primarily” (51%)…are you in support of going back and having those 501cs revoked and the groups open to taxation and opening donors? The law is the law y’know … and since the IRS did, in fact, act unlawfully, what do you stand for?

    • Don 2

      Flashy,
My question to you is, “Now that you have been busted for assuming multiple personalities/identities at times, and conversing with yourself on this site; when you do argue with yourself, who wins?”

      • Flashy

Don…that is what is claimed. It never happened. If you are referring to when Mr. livingston is basing his claim…it was a number of people…all spectrums…I believe 5 or 6, who were claimed to be operating off one ISP. We all went “huh” ? Different writing styles, different ideologies..yet it was insisted we were all one and the same because the ISP was claimed to be the same.

I did not and will not push it, other than correct when challenged. I won’t back Mr. Livingston into a corner then, and it does no good now as it is lost history.

        Thank you

        • Frank Kahn

Changing the writing style of posts is not difficult, changing positions on items is not difficult, changing the IP address of a computer is very difficult. A smart shill, however, would use different computers for their different persona’s.

So, it really comes down to, who do you believe. Does someone who uses the tag Flashy have more credibility than someone who uses their real name? Who has more to lose, or gain, by the assertion being true?

Since we can all see, from your ranting posts, that your views are extremely off the main views of all the people that we consider rational, him declaring that you are using multiple names to post here has no real advantage. It only alerts us the be watchful of how you use those other identities.

And, by the way, how do you know the “we all went huh” if they were not all you?

          Dave,

You say it does no good now as it is lost history. You mean like “Blaming Bush or Reagan” does no good now as it is lost history? Is that what you mean Dave?

          • Don 2

Oh that’s right, you’re Flashy, not Dave. Boy you guys could be twins.

        • JeffH

Deny, deny, deny! No wonder that you, Falsy, have had zero credibility @ PLD for several years now.

Is the money really worth it? Oh, that’s right, no face to put with your multiple personalities so no doubt your dishonest self has no qualms about taking the money.

Here we go again , spin spin spin that truth around to FOG the truth about what is really coming and that is a FORCED COST to the Average Family for a Healthcare Insurance Premium that before this Mandate was a Choice to buy , But Now this Forced Payment is going to Further fund the Cronyism as this fund will be like all the others Spent on the elite cronies before its even paid ,

Go to page 56 and page 70 of this IRS Report and look at what Healthcare coverage will
cost a family of 4 and 5….. how will
the consumer driven economy react to this ?

      http://www.irs.gov/PUP/newsroom/REG-148500-12%20FR.pdf

So what this will do is JUST further Financially burden everyone in the Middle class and further decimate the Financial Vitality of the Middle class and end in a One Class society the Plan man this is the Plan to get everyone DEPENDENT on a OBAMA Government !!!! Full Control by the Elite over the rate of Consumption of everything then Shrink the Life expectancy by trimming access to treatment with the old Oppression tactic , all Environmentally Approved to save EARTH from Overpopulation as these tactics take shape around the world , it just takes the Crisis to Implement the Plan and Globalize this effort .

      • Flashy

I don’t know where you are at, but since Oregon implemented its Exchange, it has been interesting…

        From the local fish wrapper

“Two weeks ago, Oregon released health plans’ proposed rates for the health insurance exchange. This was, as the Oregonian’s Nick Budnick reported, when the insurers had their rates directly compared with one another online.

The price disparity was wide. “One health insurer wants to charge $169 a month next year to cover a 40-year-old Portland-area non-smoker,” Budnick wrote. “Another wants $422 a month for the same standard plan.”

That had at least two insurance plans ask for the opportunity to refile their rate proposals at a lower premium: Providence Health Plan on Wednesday asked to lower its requested rates by 15 percent. Gary Walker, a Providence spokesman, says
the “primary driver” was a realization that the plan’s cost projections were incorrect. But he conceded a desire to be competitive was part of it.”

        • hungry4food

Spin Spin Spin again , or you cherry pick your Info , and Mislead the Public Flashy , common , the rate competition is after , AFTER they Initially increased the rate by 53 %

I found this in the Posts by Readers , the place to find Bias under Competition !!!

Bias needs Competition too, and like we see Obama not liking a True form of Market Competition he directs his Cronies to Threaten those Competing voices silent !!!!

          http://www.oregonlive.com/finance/index.ssf/2013/05/review_2014_rate_requests_soug.html

          • Flashy

            From the article…
“These rates look very good to me,” said Drew Shavere, an insurance broker with Columbia Benefits Group in Portland, “much better than I had been led to believe.”

            What’s more, it looks
like the tax credits will make individual policies much more affordable
to many low- to medium-income families than policies are today.

            “The most critical takeaway
from these filings is that these requested rates are just
that–requests,” O’Brien said. “These requests will be going through a rigorous rate
review process that will closely scrutinize their justification.”

And yes, i agree..it was no secret that before Obamacare took effect, the insurance companies raised rates…i believe the overall increase was in line with historical rate increases. Now that they are outed…the Exchange appears to be working in keeping rates from rising without justification and competition …

we shall see…but from the Exchange working in Oregon, it appears not to be the hyped fear the TP/American taliban/extremists have been braying

    • http://personalliberty.com/ Bob Livingston

      Dear Jay Carney Flashy,

You write: “Not one group was denied by the IRS, and it now is appearing it was indeed a rogue division without upper management oversight.” To no one’s surprise you’ve started your day off with a lie as you continue your paid efforts on the behalf of the regime.

Here is one, True the Vote, still denied after more than 3 years. http://abcnews.go.com/blogs/politics/2013/05/first-conservative-group-files-suit-against-irs/

Here’s an account of the terror she and her husband and
their business have been subjected to since: http://www.nationalreview.com/article/348756/true-scandal-jillian-kay-melchior

“In all, about 300 groups were singled out for additional review, Lerner said. Of those, about a quarter were singled out because they had ‘tea party’ or ‘patriot’ somewhere in their applications. The IRS statement said that once applications were chosen for review, they all ‘received the same, even-handed treatment.’ Lerner said 150 of the cases have been closed and no group had its tax-exempt status revoked, though some withdrew their applications.”–Huffpo.
So even Lerner admits that some 100-plus have either been denied or withdrew their applications out of fear or frustration.

      It hasn’t stopped yet: http://www.newsmax.com/Newsfront/cleta-mitchell-irs-targeting/2013/05/23/id/506033

As to the “rogue agents,” yeah, right! http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/post-partisan/wp/2013/05/22/the-insiders-a-special-prosecutor-in-the-irs-matter-is-inevitable/

Now go hold your “press briefing” you White House shill.

      Best wishes,
      Bob

      • Flashy

Dear Mr. Livingston…please point out where in the numerous sites you posted…any group was denied. I may have missed it, but i never read anyplace where an app was denied.

Note I never stated anything about withdrawing an app. heck, if i was going to play fast and loose with the tax laws…and the IRS let me know they’re looking at me…I’d back off too. if I had nothing to hide, i’d say ‘have fun guys” and press forward.

Now…a question. Seeing as i appear to have been correct, and what you posted seems to not support what you are declaring….if i had come back in the same language and tone, would you have booted me?

        • http://personalliberty.com/ Bob Livingston

          Dear Jay Carney Flashy,

You write: “.please point out where in the numerous sites you posted…any group was denied.” If you missed it, please re-read. Keeping them in limbo for 3-plus years with no explanation is, essentially, denying.

You write: “Now…a question. Seeing as i appear to have been correct…” But you weren’t.

          Best wishes,
          Bob

    • Jana

Flashy the only true statement you made was :

“Ah well…it was a nice rant…even if inaccurate and misleading” because your whole rant was inaccurate and misleading. Actually it was a lie.

flashy, you really are out of touch with realilety aren’t you ? if you are so up on things, why were the tea parties and others audited while the obummer supporters weren’t? they did get approved, but only after the election was done.but i,m betting that you think that obummer is doing everything he can to help and support you? wake up, idiot, obummer will turn on you and your group just as he has all the others. the only ones that he will not turn on are the muslims and their supporters. even the illegals that he helps will be turned on when it comes down to the wire. i would really be interested in your thoughts when it finally happens. but then you will have changed and said that you never trusted him at all. good luck with kissing his rump !!!!!!!!!!

    • http://www.facebook.com/CapitalistAtBirth Greg Murphy

flashy should be addressed as All Flash and no Substance in the future. I usually do not even bother to read his posts or respond, except to point out that they lack any factual or intellectual content.

      • Flashy

LOL .. and yet, you won’t and can’t refute the facts nor argue the objectivity. BTW…how’s that housing expertise working for ya? LOL

    • Flashy

“why were the tea parties and others audited while the obummer supporters weren’t?”

Ummm….you should go and check your information source…. there were NO conservative groups ‘audited”. None. Zip. What did occur was that a majority of 501 c Non profit apps were held up asking for more information.; BTW…though not as many, if you read the news and the CR, you’d know that there were a few liberal and progressive group apps also held up.

What it looks like to me in reviewing what is online available, if the group had a name affiliated with a political movement, they were held up for further requests for information. Last i read, 14 liberal or progressive apps were also held pending further review.

Now…how many of the 501c’s which were held up were denied? got that answer?

here’s another question…back in 1959, the IRS “changed” the law. The law states..”exclusively’ for public and social welfare. The IRS changed that in its regs to be ‘primarily”. Even the IRS IG stated those weren’t the same and what the IRS watered it down to was outside the law.
So…should all those 501cs which did not act “exclusively” for the public and social welfare now be open for taxation and open donor lists?

so….ya gonna go flip flop and say no…or are you staying true to what you say is your cause and saying yes?

      • securityman

i stay true to what i say. if one is held up for the questions that they were asked, then the others should be also.. there should be one set of rules to go by, not different sets. one for the obummer supporters and one for the obummer detractors. did you here any of the supporters ask why they were asked what they said in their prayers or any of the other stupid questions that were asked of the detractors? i mean, what difference does it make what books they read, the gov. has n dictate what anybody reads or what they pray about. get your head out, flashy, before it is to late . oh, i guess i forgot, obummer is your idol…. sorry about your damn luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is the stereotype of Joe McCarthy. McCarthy never did anything resembling any of this–and the people he was after were Communists bent on the destruction of America, not patriotic Americans trying to preserve our nation. (And the people he was investigating have since been shown to be exactly what he thought they were, thanks to the Venona cables and the release of KGB files.)

Sure. Get rid of a Tea Party member and collect the Death Tax.
    Wow, a twofer.

Now, Wayne quit giving the bad guys more ideas than they all ready have.

    • Native Blood

IF anything needs to die, it is the IRS. A corporate financial institution with a few monkeys could do an effective job of collecting the revenues without 300k yearly salaries. All those newly amnestied illegals could use the work and do it more efficiently at minimum wage. Furlough the
current IRS folks and give them jobs on the farms around the country. All of the gang of 8 need to be replaced by those amnestied mexicans

to save the country billions. Again, the illegals could do a better job than the senate.

I don’t under stand why the top people at the IRS gets a reward for screwing people on there taxes.is it so they can give it back to Obama where does he get his millions of dollars a side job that he is like some of the right wing sentors to much on there plate because they are working at making money and NOT WORKING FOR THE PEOPLE!!!

They tax us for being born, for the privilege of working, for eating, for drinking, for play, for being injured, and for having the temerity of being unable to work, and tax our estates and our children for us being so bold as to die and leave them unable to tax us directly. Cradle to grave, we’re taxed for all of the common professions of life, all the avocations, and for daring to choose to exercise our rights.

      Yo Karolyn,

  • Terry Bateman

The federal government should support the Internal Revenue Service with
the computers, technology, and personnel they need to audit every individual,
and corporate return every year. They would take in so much more money
they could cut the corporate tax rate to 25% and start an American economic
boom. That is the only way for everyone to pay what they should pay.

    • Wambli525

Terry consider this: Have everybody pay a tax … eliminate the ones who pay nothing at both ends of the financial spectrum. Forget the additional computers as the government has all the resources it needs ( at our expense) then cut out the hell out of the IRS, and the rest of the overgrown federal bureaucracy. Allowing the IRS to audit everyone is like giving the Gestapo permanent residency in you home. Never ever trust your federal government and keep the Fed as SMALL as possible.

    • http://personalliberty.com/ Bob Livingston

      Dear Terry Bateman,

It’s interesting that you want to give your master more tools to use to enslave you further. You make a good collective slave.

  • Dave

I watched WAR on the Daily Show yesterday and his “crazy” was exposed. LOL… He is so upset over conservative groups being targeted who have NO business being tax exempt in the first place, but minorities that get targeted by police or security assets in the US is fine. As the Daily show exposed, WAR is fine if you are targeted for your religious beliefs (Muslim) or your race (Black and Hispanic) but your political beliefs is a NO-NO in WAR’s book. First off, Obamacare is the mandating that people who can afford HC insurance get PRIVATE insurance. Surely WAR knows what PRIVATE insurance is?
Now, I believe what the IRS did targeting conservative groups was wrong but the larger “wrong” is any liberal or conservative group gaining tax exempt status for nakedly partisan political activities. These groups need to be taxed… As do churches that get involved in political activities.
But WAR doesn’t want to talk about that because these conservative groups agree with his ideology. Funny that in 2004 when the IRS questioned anti-war groups in the same manner did not warrant such outrage from people like WAR.

  • Scifidave

The GOP has nothing to run on, so they create so called scandals out of nothing in order to keep their unwashed pumped on their own adrenaline. This is all ‘made for media’ disinformation. Nobody is finding anything incriminating because there is nothing to incriminate the WH with.

Fox News is a joke, but they get away with it because they don’t clearly diferentiate their politcal reporters from their political commentators. Most of the viewers don’t get that distinction so they accept comments (however biased or distorted) as reporting.

Fox News fails fact check more often that any other media outlet. That makes them about as credible as Glen Beck (high school drop out) who people think is a political guru, but is actually nothing more than an accomplised self-promoter, like Limbaugh. No substance, just good blarney.
