Whistle-Blowers Could Soon Reveal: Feds To Terrorists Gunrunning Necessitated Benghazi Cover-up

Whistle-Blowers Could Soon Reveal: Feds To Terrorists Gunrunning Necessitated Benghazi Cover-up

More explosive details highlighting the culpability of top Administration officials in the deaths of Americans at the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya, in September could emerge as more whistle-blowers come forth, reports indicate.

According to PJ Media, colleagues of those killed during the incident in Benghazi are currently seeking legal counsel — as their positions do not grant them full protection under the whistle-blower defense law — so that they can reveal information that would change the entire narrative of events surrounding the tragic events.

The PJ Media story indicates that Ambassador Chris Stevens was attempting to buy back weapons in Libya provided to terrorists under direct order from then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

From the article:

Stevens’ mission in Benghazi, they will say, was to buy back Stinger missiles from al-Qaeda groups issued to them by the State Department, not by the CIA. Such a mission would usually be a CIA effort, but the intelligence agency had opposed the idea because of the high risk involved in arming “insurgents” with powerful weapons that endanger civilian aircraft.

Hillary Clinton still wanted to proceed because, in part, as one of the diplomats said, she wanted “to overthrow Gaddafi on the cheap.”

This left Stevens in the position of having to clean up the scandalous enterprise when it became clear that the “insurgents” actually were al-Qaeda – indeed, in the view of one of the diplomats, the same group that attacked the consulate and ended up killing Stevens.

A theory of the cover-up with regard to Benghazi being necessary because of clandestine arms trading has also been posited by Senator Rand Paul (R-Ky.) — though his version involves the CIA running weapons to insurgents in Syria via Turkish ships.

“I don’t know,” Paul said. “Were they trying to obscure that there was an arms operation going on at the CIA annex? I’m not sure exactly what was going on, but I think questions ought to be asked and answered, and I’m a little curious when employees of the State Department are told by government officials they shouldn’t testify and then they are sort of sequestered and kept away from testimony, so I think there may be more to this.”

Paul has been criticized by his colleagues on both sides of the aisle for touting what has been written off as an outlandish conspiracy theory and asking Clinton about it in pointed questioning during Senate testimony, much to her chagrin. But if PJM’s story turns out to be accurate, it looks like the Senator’s theory will be revealed as closer to the actual story than any explanation given thus far.

Its about time the truth becomes known. Glenn Beck reported on this shortly after it happened. The liars and criminals in this regime MUST be brought to justice. And yes witch lady, it does make a difference; the truth makes a BIG difference to We the People.

  • Dirty Daug

I’ve always thought it was a gun running operation of some sort. So this was the reason to stand down on sending help to keep Stevens and the other three people from getting killed. If Stevens and others had lived the real reason of what was going on at Benghazi would of been found out. There still are people who know the truth but are being hushed up for the time being.

  • Robert Zraick

We are in decline and have been for quite some time. Perhaps the truth will finally be acknowledged even by the most infected zombies. Our country now stands for the opposite of its foundations. This government must be replaced. It has been moving steadily toward Communism for a century now.

  • Rocco

You people are seriously deluded. Someone makes up a conspiracy, puts it online, and you all fall for it, hook, line and sinker–just because you hate everything about Obama. You think he is evil, so he must be behind everything bad that happens. It must be tiring to always having to find some way to blame him for everything.

    • jdn

Your right Rocco and most of us know where the real fault lies and this message has been told for years and people here don’t want to believe it , its Bush’s fault .

    • Impeach,deport the non-citizen

Rocco you are stupid! Start looking at the facts .
Even if it you want to go with the story he had nothing to do with it and it was everyone else in the administration then that proves [by your thinking] he is totally incompetent and should not be the leader of this country. So your thinking makes him look just as bad. Wonder what you would say if it were a past president who was in charge of this mess.
Enemies come to you as your friend so you will join them . WAKE UP
      before its too late.

      • Rocco

Impeach, and your name tells us you are biased, I am looking at the facts. The fact is the Obama administration doesn’t run the IRS. It is amazing to me how people think the President runs the daily operation every gov’t dept. He found out about the problem and is looking into it. And yes, I was not a fan of our former pres. Bush, but I would not blame him for the IRS thing. Personally I think the IRS and personal income taxes are wrong and should go away. But I can’t blame Obama for them. I do blame him for not closing Guantanamo and not fixing the veterans admin. filing system.

        • Wiley2

Obama and the top people in his administration set the tone, and underlings do what they think will be approved of by their superiors. Obama has been very vocal in his hostility toward anyone who disagrees with his ideology and policies, so if he didn’t give a direct order for the IRS to target conservative groups, his attitude certainly encouraged and sanctioned that behavior by his minions. That makes him ultimately responsible.

          • Rocco

Wiley2, I love how you make up a couple of things that you think or wish are true–and I believe that you honestly think they are true–and then base your conclusions on your faulty and false ideas. Kudos, you could be a congressman!

          • Wiley2

What’s faulty or false about well recognized principles of leadership or Obama’s well documented hostility toward his opponents? Offer some factual refutation instead of personal attacks if you want to be taken seriously.

          • Rocco

Wow, a person that does not like his opponents. That make Obama different that everyone else how?

          • Wiley2

There’s a big difference between having a civil, rational, respectful disagreement and debate about ideas, or throwing emotional tantrums and acting vindictively toward those with whom you disagree. It’s the difference between acting like an adult or like a child.

          • Rocco

This is very true. I hope everyone on this comment page reads your post–cause I think a lot of them don’t get it. I myself have gone off on a rant once in a while. I do not understand how this relates to President Obama’s actions, if anything, his problem is he doesn’t get heated enough about issues and attacks.

          • Wiley2

Obama’s tantrum when he didn’t get his way on gun control; his top-level staff’s threats toward members of the press who criticize his policies; his increasing use of drones to kill, without charge or trial, those he personally decides are enemies; his characterization in at least one speech of those who oppose his ideology as “enemies”; the increasing militarization of police and his clear complicity in increasing assaults on Constitutional rights and freedoms, most notably as happened in Boston; the top-level characterization of Tea Party conservatives and advocates of the Constitution as potential terrorists, thereby opening the door to indefinite detention, or worse, of those people, without charge or trial; his refusal to dismiss and prosecute Eric Holder, his close personal friend, for Fast and Furious and other abuses; the ongoing Benghazi, IRS, and AP wiretapping scandals that, while as yet are unproven to have been on his direct orders, nevertheless are consistent with his other actions — all these things, and others I’ve no doubt omitted are, or are very directly related to, Obama’s actions. Taken together, they paint an ominous picture of an immature, vindictive, psychopathic tyrant who will go to whatever extreme he thinks he can get away with to impose his will on others, which scares the bejesus out of a lot of people, including me.

          • Wizzardly

Excellent post, Wiley2. But you omitted malignant narcissist, which is the standard DSM4 diagnosis for many of his actions.

          • Wizzardly

Then you don’t understand the application of the “Chicago Way” to his political machinations.

          • Ringgo1

Offer some factual refutation instead of personal attacks if you want to be taken seriously.

          • Rocco

Please, please, give me some facts to refute and I shall do my best. But try to make them actual facts, not opinions, editorials or just plain lies. Seriously.

        • Impeach,Deport

Hey Rocco I was not a fan of Bush either so am I biased now.I picked that name because of the fake birth cert.,and the fact that he spends millions to block people from verifying it.I do love your thoughts about making the IRS and income tax go bye-bye since there is no law that we have to pay it.I know he doesnt run the day to day but he is in charge of being informed of all aspects of gov.,thats his job to protect us from this type of thing.I guess its ok that anyone who doesnt agree with this admin.gets treated like this but the ones that do agree have no trouble at all.Kind of funny huh? Please stop listening to the lame stream media. We need people to see whats going on before its to late.

          • Rocco

You keep saying the same talking points, that are not facts or truth. He has show his birth cert.–you just refuse to believe it– and all of our personal papers, including college records are private. No other President has show them to the public, so why should he? To appease his haters? And he is protecting us now. How could he know they were doing wrong before they did it? Is he clairvoyant? And if you think I am just being an Obama cheerleader, you are wrong. I just find all the ignorance here to be a little overwhelming, and I just had to do something about it. Sorry if I come on to strong.

          • Wizzardly

The place of BHO’s birth is irrelevant (John McCain was born in the Canal Zone) but the fact that one of his parents was not a citizen at the time of his birth makes him not a natural-born citizen and ineligible for the presidency. The same applies to Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz.

        • Wizzardly

I’m waiting for the campaigner in chief to excuse his ignorance by saying he found about the IRS from himself during one of his press briefings.

    • Don 2

Are you really Chris Mathews disguised as Rocky the flying squirrel?

      • Rocco

        No, Bullwinkle.

        • Average_Joe56

I guess next you’ll be trying to pull a rabbit out of your @ss…er….hat?
          (we’ve seen that trick before).

          • Rocco

No, its monkeys out of my…well you know.
            P.s. I like your icon.

      • Wizzardly

Even Chris Mathews has concluded the thrill up his leg is now his pee running down it.

    • Justsomeguy151

Hypocrisy 101. Rocco beams w/ pride everytime Obumma blames Bush jr for everything BUT he wets his pants when the Fraud-in-Chief gets even simply accused. This is accurate of a self description one could ever make “You people are seriously deluded. Someone makes up a conspiracy, puts it online, and you all fall for it, hook, line and sinker”.

      • Rocco

Wow, you just see what you want and damn the facts. Talk about hypocrisy. Just because I don’t think Obama is the anti-Christ I must ” beams w/ pride everytime Obumma blames Bush jr for everything BUT he wets his pants when the Fraud-in-Chief gets even simply accused.”
Get over you agenda and think with an open mind for once.

        • Justsomeguy151

“Wow, you just see what you want and damn the facts. Talk about hypocrisy. Get over you agenda and think with an open mind for once.” There. Say that in a mirror. Will you follow your OWN advice? What would it take? WHAT, for you to stop supporting the worst president in history?? (And thats saying something considering Bush jr and Carter) IF YOU actually had an “open mind” you would have abandoned this POS lying fraud long ago. Are you in love w/ him? Is he yr hero? Why do you remain loyal to someone who has DESTROYED your country???? I voted for him in ’08 when I was stupid. Now I KNOW hes a criminal, fraud, liar, cheat, MURDERER, and NO DIFFERENT than Bush jr. I’d say that makes my mind “pretty open”. If your mind actually was “open’, you’d be open to changing your own mind about him. Since you can’t, you hypocritically don’t have an open mind yrself.

  • WCBill

Let’s say this simple enough for Obamaites to understand… if it is a bad thing to do, then Obama et al are doing it/did do it!

  • Wizzardly

but didn’t get an Ambassador killed. Even in its wrongdoing, this administration is grossly incompetent. Its only real competence is in stealing elections.

    • Rocco

I know you hate to read this, but Obama won 2 elections, bush stole one and won one. And the terrorists killed an Ambassador, not the president. You really have a hard time with facts and truth, don’t you?

      • Elevenarrows

Rocco, keep drinking the Kool Aid. I’m no fan of Bush (any of them), but I think you might be stretching things a bit to say you are dealing with facts and truth. And, let’s not forget that the masses were quite happy to vote for someone, ANYONE, who would give them free phones, free healthcare, and large income tax refunds made possible from other citizens’ hard work. That’s what this last election was about…and if we are all honest with ourselves, it is what most of the past elections have been about. Thankfully, there are some of us who vote for greater reasons than free stuff, but we are few.

        • Rocco

I know it is very easy to lump people into categories, but real life is much more complex. Obama won with an overwhelming majority, and while some percentage of the population voted because they like free stuff, I find most people have no problem working for what they get. You, sir, have been drinking the Kool-Aid, not I.
I also voted for a greater reason, to make sure the people that put our brave soldiers in harm’s way, and helped to destroy our economy, were not allowed back in office.

          • Ringgo1

Obama did not win with “an overwhelming majority”; you are a thinly disguised apologist for the O. We all see it.

      • Justsomeguy151

Obumma stole them BOTH and that was running against two equally horrible candidates. That attack took place over 7 HOURS and included SEVERAL ‘Stand Down’ orders. Obumma used those terrorists to kill those 4 Americans. Please, a Libtard acting like they like ‘facts and truth” is the height of hypocrisy.

        • Rocco

Justsomeguy151, you should call yourself justsomebaby, as you seem to act like one. I wasn’t a fan of President Bush, but I respected the fact he was president.
It is President Obama and you are just pissed he won. If you really believe he used terrorists to kill American’s then you sir are delusional. And it’s liberal you jackass, which means open to new ideas. I am actually more of a libertarian, but you probably can’t understand that someone can have more than one thought in their head. Grow up, so we can have a conversation.

          • Justsomeguy151

As soon as you change yr handle to Gullible Hypocritical Moronic Obumma Zombie. I do NOT respect Obumma . Not one iota. No intelligent person does. Prove I’m delusional. Yr the one excusing his treason repeatedly. Libtards ARE jackasses, hence the symbol. You are NOT a Libertarian or else you would be losing yr mind over what the Fraud-in-Chief has done and failed to do!! Told you I voted for that fraud but I’m NOT loyal to him but to my nation. You should try it.

          • Rocco

Thank you sir for proving me right. You have a nice day and we will talk again when you are not “losing yr mind”. :)

          • Justsomeguy151

You’ve yet to be right about anything, much less yr savior the Fraud-in-Chief Obumma. I’ve never had such blind faith in a fraud before but I’ve seen weak ignorant people like you have it. His name was Jim Jones and he murdered many, just like yr savior now.

          • Rocco

I’m sorry, are you still talking? You are getting boring now, so, bye bye.

          • Justsomeguy151

No yr still ignorant, uninformed and an Obumma zombie. Glad yr leaving cuz I was about to ask you how many times I needed to flush before you went away.

          • Ringgo1

The more you post, the more wrong you appear.

          • Justsomeguy151

You may be book smart but anyone who STILL supports this fraud is a rube. Its “the dimwits on the right” that resulted in lies, cover ups and deaths at Benghazi. Its “the dimwits on the right” that ordered the IRS to act criminally. Its “the dimwits on the right” that criminally confiscated the AP’s phone records out of spite. Its “the dimwits on the right” that lied and covered up fast and Furious. Its “the dimwits on the right” that lied and kept us in unneeded useless wars for over 10 YEARS. Its “the dimwits on the right” that lied and said they would cut the deficit in half. Dang “the dimwits on the right”!!! LMAO!!!

          • Ringgo1

OK, “intelligent” guy, what does “eve rly” mean? Aren’t you “intelligent” enough to put a period at the end of a sentence? You’re just another apologist for the O.

          • vicki

Name 3 of his right ideas so we can assess the degrees.

          • Wizzardly

You think BHO deserves respect? I taught my kids that if you want respect, be respectable, which BHO and Moochelle certainly are not. Chelsea Clinton turned out OK despite the horrible examples set by her parents, I hope the same for BHO’s kids.

  • John Cherish

If this is true then Hilary Clinton committed perjury when she told congress she was unaware of any gun running in Libya (She lied) to congress deliberately to mislead them

    • Justsomeguy151

      Without a doubt.

  • BigT

Look, the president of the United States, just as with being the president or CEO of a company, anything that happens, good or bad, by either yourself or anyone down the line or chain of command, ultimately falls on your shoulders and you are responsible and accountable. You can claim you knew nothing or deny it all you want, it doesn’t matter, in end you are the one in charge and whatever it is happened on your watch!
