What Happens When Benevolent Totalitarianism Ceases To Be Benevolent?

What Happens When Benevolent Totalitarianism Ceases To Be Benevolent?
PHOTOS.COM

As I explained last month, benevolent totalitarianism is the concept of government control by and through deception. For more than 100 years, America has operated as a benevolent totalitarianism. But what happens when totalitarianism ceases to be benevolent?

If benevolent totalitarianism is subtle, outright totalitarianism is open warfare on the people. That is what is beginning in America. We now find ourselves in the opening phase of outright attacks on the people as government exerts greater control in order to suppress dissent over the natural transition from benevolent to non-benevolent totalitarianism.

That America is a fascist Nation is no longer deniable. Fascism, as described by Benito Mussolini, is the merger of state and corporate power. All significant legislation passed in recent years has been designed to either increase the power of the state to control the people, to increase the power and wealth of corporations or to strengthen their symbiotic relationship. As legislation that accomplishes these things is detrimental to the best interests of the people, it can be described only as salvos being fired against the people and in violation of the U.S. Constitution.

America was designed as a representative republic, with Representatives elected by the people to represent their interests when laws are passed. Senators were to be selected by the States to represent the interests of their States. Neither the Congress nor the President is answerable to the people or the States today. They answer only to their corporate sugar daddies and NGOs (non-governmental organizations) that operate behind the scenes. These NGOs, dominated by monied interests, include, but are not limited to, the Federal Reserve, The Trilateral Commission, the Council on Foreign Relations and various and sundry “think tanks” propped up by the same corporate sugar daddies lining the pockets of Congress.

The names of the people running and funding these NGOs are mostly familiar and pop up from time to time in various ways in government and out: appearing in Presidential cabinets, heading alphabet soup government agencies, sitting on the boards of corporations, running the World Bank, etc. Theirs are the corporations that receive the contracts for government business as it makes war on other countries, move in to rape and pillage the natural resources of Third World countries (see The Secret History of American Empire and Confessions of an Economic Hit Man, both by John Perkins) or fulfill the mandates of legislation (insurance, Big Pharma, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase, etc.).

In 2008, against the wishes of the majority of America, George W. Bush pushed through the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP), a $700 billion boondoggle of largess to bail out the banksters and their criminal co-conspirators on Wall Street. To sell it, Bush employed classic Orwellian doublethink saying, “I’ve abandoned free market principles to save the free market system.”

Opposition to this criminal transfer of wealth from the middle class to the wealthy bankster criminals — whose illegal activity combined with Federal Reserve money printing caused the collapse — spawned the Tea Party movement. And Bush’s legacy, such as it was, was swept into the dustbin filled with 20th century progressive/socialist Presidents like Woodrow Wilson, Herbert Hoover, Franklin Roosevelt, Lyndon Johnson and Richard Nixon.

The tragically misnamed Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act was likewise passed against the wishes of the American people. Then-Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi mockingly told us we would have to wait until it was passed to find out what’s in it. As bad as the Obamacare deathcare system looked then, it looks even worse now that we’re on the cusp of its implementation.

Obamacare is more doublethink. Passed under the guise of providing healthcare insurance for everyone, it served only to benefit and profit Big Insurance and Big Pharma to the detriment of small business and the American worker. A majority of Americans remain opposed to it, and opposition continues to grow; yet there is no move by unaccountable Congress to remove the blight of Obamacare. Meanwhile, Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebilius is strong-arming companies that will benefit from the Obamacare deathcare trap into contributing to the marketing of the byzantine boondoggle.

Now we know that the Internal Revenue Service, which is nothing more than a blunt instrument used to cudgel American workers and small businesses as it transfers wealth and creates dossiers on all “taxpayers,” is targeting Americans based on their opposition to big government. And this monstrosity will have full access to the supposedly private medical records of all Americans.

Revelations of the hyper-Orwellian spying system reveal even more government/business symbiosis. Government and Big Business are sharing the electronic data of Americans so that nothing is private: not phone calls, not text messages, not emails, not associations. But the spying is not limited to the hoi polloi. A warrant, which at least gave the face of legitimacy to this unConstitutional activity, is no longer even needed. Judges are giving wide latitude to the data collectors.

Whistle-blowers now claim the spying extends to judges (including Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court judges who approve the warrants), Supreme Court justices, the elected class, military brass and high-ranking government functionaries. The data collected is such that the intelligence community could essentially blackmail everyone in government. It’s coup in the making.

The Senate Gang of Thugs is pushing a bill to give amnesty to 11 million or more illegal aliens. This, too, goes against the wishes of a majority of Americans. Yet those elected to “represent” Americans are again ignoring the will of the people. The amnesty bill has nothing to do with helping the illegals gain legal status. It is a bill designed to provide to businesses millions of workers content with slave wages and to provide unions millions of prospective dues-paying slaves. The fact that it will turn America into a Third World backwater, drive up unemployment — particularly among blacks and the poor — and drive down wages across the board is irrelevant to the psychopathic criminal class inhabiting the Nation’s cesspool.

There is a crackdown on what’s left of the free press and anyone who would consider blowing the whistle on government corruption. The Edward Snowden narrative doesn’t pass the smell test, so there is something deeper going on than the story we’re given.

Yet the message to potential whistle-blowers is clear: Reveal anything and your life is over. You will be branded a traitor or worse. Your family will suffer. And, members of the press: You, too, will be called traitors simply because you did your job and reported on government corruption. Your 1st Amendment rights have been stripped away. And get too close to the truth and there are serious consequences, as Michael Hastings learned.

Hastings, the reporter whose stories brought down Gen. Stanley McChrystal, died in a suspicious fiery one-car accident last week. When he died, he was reportedly working on a story about the CIA and had told WikiLeaks that he was being investigated by the FBI.

History shows that as regimes begin to fail they become more onerous, more aggressive and finally more violent toward their own citizens. The American system is in a state of collapse. The signs are obvious to those who are aware. I hope you are prepared.

Our Government has been growing for years, slowly sticking its nose more and more into our business. They have taken over things, treated us like children,
and telling us they know what’s best for the country.

I think it is due to the fact that most politicians were lawyers in their previous lives. Meaning they have ego’s, and feel as if they deserve to be exempt from the laws they create for the rest of us. They tend to live in a fantasy world, not caring about those who put them in charge. In short, the old saying “Absolute power corrupts absolutely” is their disease. Our founding fathers knew of this, which is why they deliberately separated “powers” so no one could become a dictator.

Now we have a president who is intoxicated by power, and will stop at nothing to get whatever he wants, He is a menace, a spoiled child, and very evil!
Can anyone imagine if the press treated Obozo like they treated Nixon?
I would venture to say Obozo would have never been elected back in 2008.
The press has a duty to to help the people know what their government is doing, instead of ignoring facts. The one fact everyone knows is our government is totally out of control. We let them get that way. Because of “minority groups” constantly fighting for dominance. It is how liberals get what they want. They create groups, then fill their heads with false information, to get whatever they can. Conservative people (And not the neo-cons) are more interested in individual rights. Neo-cons are like the liberals, they too are into groups, and have the same mentality of “group rights”. Liberty is for individuals who want to pursue happiness, without an overbearing government stealing from them to give to those who choose to use the government to give them happiness,

Read this excellent article to get insight into what is really going on:
      http://www.whale.to/b/callahan1.html

I believe the author is right on target when he says — “It is not power that corrupts, it is that corrupt individuals seek power”.

George Washington is the obvious recent example. Offered an entire kingdom, he turned it down. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N4r0VUybeXY Though I recommend you watch the entire ~10 min video, the comment about President Washington starts at about 8:45.

Another example is Jesus Christ. When offered power over all the lands Jesus told the devil to go away.

        =================================================

        The Third Temptation
“Again the devil taketh Him up into an exceeding high mountain, and showeth Him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them:

And saith unto Him, All these will I give Thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship Me.

Then saith Jesus unto him, Away with you, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and Him only shalt thou serve.” – Matt 4:8-10

in the future, there’s going to be a comic strip about Obama. Called “Barry the Menace.” Kinda like an evil Dennis the Menace.

While I do not agree with every detail of the article (and no I am not going to go into the points I disagree with) the overall tone and conclusions drawn in it are certainly accurate and to the point.

    • Troo

Yes, they describe it as it really is. But how sad that those who come here with crystal clear vision are so very few in number, compared to the population. The problems are so very clear. Yet, most are in denial and in fear. But fear does nothing for anyone. Courage is so vital. we have little of that left anymore. Most poor are comfortable. That is the genius of the gov. They have lulled most into a false sense of security. but one day, the well will run dry. The poor do not understand how much the rich hate them. One day, the poor will find out, when they are dragged off to labor camps to live. They don’t even see it coming. It will be too late when they do.

      • vicki

The rich do not hate the poor. Even the elites don’t hate them. The elite who would rule us all want slaves. Lots of slaves.

        • Troo

If they enslave them, then they hate them. They certainly despise them and have contempt for them, and all who are not part of their click and caste. They believe they are entitled and privileged. I would not enslave someone I liked, nor would I like someone who enslaved me. but since I was born a minimum wage slave, I grew up used to it. I don’t know any better or any different. But many think they were born free or emancipated. How angry they will be when they find out it is a lie. I only hope they will .listen to sense and save themselves by not rebelling against authority, and 2, seeking God and what He wants as that can lead to much better results. But is history is any indication, they will not.

Things get real ugly REAL fast. I just hope (and pray) that enough of us are prepared.

  • IsThisAmerica

How can a poor person be prepared for what is to come? I would really like an answer on that one as I need every penny just to live. Back to the article of Obamacare, this just happened to me last week. I called my Dr. to make an appointment to come in for my blood test results and was told bluntly that I have been dropped as a patient. ?? I asked what happened and was told that Medicare no longer covers them. I called my supplement insurance and found out that no they don’t drop Drs., the Dr. dropped the insurance. So they lied to me, number 1 and number 2 I found out they no longer take Medicare, State Medicaid, or any insurance, cash only. I am on a very tight income from disability and can not afford cash bases. Hell, a MRI runs 4 thousand $$! I was very lucky after calling 4 Drs. and finally finding one that takes Medicare. For how long?? Obamacare is TAKING INSURANCE AWAY FROM YOU! Dr.s are no longer accepting insurance of ANY KIND, not even State Medicaid which ALL the poor are on. All you idiots who voted him in, this is what we are getting. Hope YOU can afford medical on a cash bases, but being on STATE MEDICAID I doubt it. And even if you do the cash route, Obamacare still FINES you. Who the hell voted this in? One for one now it’s all going to Obama, he and OUR political people don’t care one rat’s ass about US. Go to your home country Africa and stay the hell there. And you commie Republicaton (E) can go with him. We are not going to make it to 2016. Let everyone invade us, it’s O.K. Take our guns and freedom of whatever away, it’s O.K. Damn liberals. You all can take a long walk off a short pier. Your destroying yourselves in the mean time as well but to stupid to know it. Hope Snowden don’t come back, I really don’t care what secrets he’s giving away because this country has hit the toilet. Really think about it, we don’t go after the criminals anymore because that would be RACIST, we released thousands of illegals with criminal backgrounds and lo and behold don’t know where they went. I don’t blame the rest of the world for not wanting to work with us anymore cause our leader is an idiot that does not know how to lead. Putin and Obama sitting together was priceless, Putin looked like he would rather be anywhere except next to the idiot. No, Russia won’t give Snowden up, and neither will any other country. We have the whole world hating US because of him! I’m not part of him, I didn’t vote his racist white hating butt in. I’m done. Goodbye.

    • independent thinker

I saw on the news last week that there is expected to be a serious shortage of Dr.s in Arkansas as obama care goes into effect just like was predicted when the bill was first introduced in congress.

      • IsThisAmerica

Just the begining. Now companies can hire all the wonderful illegals that they want to make legal and the companies that hire them won’t have to pay the $5,000. per year for them for obamacare. So get ready to lose your jobs next because you as a nothing American citizen will force the companies to pay $5,000. per year per employee. Bye Bye job! CALL YOUR STATE REP. NO TO AMNESTY! NO TO US LOSING OUR JOBS! AND NO TO OBUMMERCARE!! He is destroying us from within!! Really think about it, if you own a small business with 100 employees that will cost you $5,000. per employee every year but these no good illegals that did not come into our country the right way is given a free pass to not have to have Obamacare so now employers are thinking hmmm, let’s fire or lay off everyone and hire them. Gee what a cost savings to our company that would be. NO AMNESTY!! OR BYE BYE JOB!! Think about it then call, fax, and email these low life reps that don’t want to listen to US the American Citizens. I do every day. I got a small tease from a friend that he heard our state of Arizona is going to recall Flake and Mccain. Wonderful, where do I sign as they are a big part of the gang of 8! I’m all over that petition, just let me sign. Bye all.

        • TheOriginalDaveH

The illegals aren’t responsible for our crap economy. Big Government is. Focus.

          • IsThisAmerica

I am very focused on what is going on. Maybe you should be up on what is going on. Between the government and the pact they want with Mexico I am very focused as I live in a border state. Our governor is trying everything to get the border fence completed, while the illegals tramp, and garbage our state parks up. They also seem to always have a lot of money. We’re suppose to have e-verify in this state. But if the illegals own small businesses as they do they hire their relatives and others coming over illegally. We can’t even go to one of our larger State Parks in the south because the border patrol says it’s to dangerous to go there. I hear rolling gun battles down our streets and I don’t live on the border. Gunshots are the norm in Phoenix. And before you tell me to move, I can’t, I don’t have the money to move.

Brilliant comments from the people that have posted do far. Question is what to do about it? I got a call from Huckabee two days ago and told the woman after listening to his dribble what I thought needed to be done. She did not like the answer I gave her! I told her until there are trails by the PEOPLE on all the Congressmen and Senators in Washington and in the states then public executions for HIGH TREASON of these scumbag criminals NOTHING IS EVERY GOING TO CHANGE! People like this have lied their way into untouchable position and they are not going to step down if we ask or vote. Nothing short of a blood bath revolution can save what used to be the beacon of freedom. When they say to us “They hate our freedom” it’s THEM, the politico in this county that hate our freedom. Did anyone here watch 60 Minutes last night?
That reprobated piece of TRASH that own the company that is firing people for SMOKING at home needs to be JAILED and sent to prison for life. Did anyone see this old man sit there and spew his crap with a smile on his face??? I would like everyone’s opinion on this 60 minute episode. I am moving out of this country. I see the writing on the wall. See ya and good luck this country is finished. BTW no one has seen nothing yet, just wait till it REALLY starts, they are throwing it at us all so fast we are all over whelmed and for the most part speechless and can’t believe what we are seeing.
    True American

    • IsThisAmerica

I missed that. The thing about Obamacare is your employer will be able to tell you what you can and can’t eat, on and off the job. Where are you moving to? I’m fed up with being told when to breathe or not.

I lived in Romania for 7 years, came back here on 08 and have been ready to leave again since. Probably back to Europe, Maybe Moldova, Romania or I might just try Margarita Island, fuel is $.12 a gallon there!

        • IsThisAmerica

Wow .12 cents a gallon!? Unheard of well in this country. I wish you all the luck and GOD bless. Think of us once in awhile while we’re getting raped and raked over the coals. Thanks for responding.

        • laura merrone

Oh, I see where you are!. If things get worse, we’re only about 200 miles or less from Switzerland…They’re always neutral, I’ve heard and still a functioning republic

    • Troo

Your suggestions ring true, though many would call them severe, but indeed, gov actions have been severe. Yet I suggest that since we are already enslaved, to try to resist would be a serious mistake. The surveillance and weaponry they have at their disposal will not allow any defense of rights or respect of declarations and agreements such as the Declaration of Independence, Constitution, and Bill of Rights. Those were just tricks and games used against us. Smoke and mirrors!

I believe God has the only solution to our escape. I would like to see more talk on that option, but I think most here do not like that or consider that a real option. but if it is not, we are seriously screwed.

    • laura merrone

Where are you moving to? We have already moved to Germany and so far it has been great! At least, we can see things from a little different perspective here…

    • momo

I saw that old man on 60 minutes. I guess freedom to do what you please outside of work is out the window.

    • TheOriginalDaveH

      Here is the 60-minute episode:
      http://www.cbsnews.com/video/watch/?id=994270n

Being Libertarian, I have mixed feelings about it.
Number one: I think that the company has a right to hire and fire whoever they want. It’s their company. They invested their own money to create it. If people don’t like it, they should start their own companies.
That does not mean that I think it’s a wise decision on the company’s part. If we had truly Free Markets (no Government meddling), those companies who practiced such discrimination would quickly fall victim to those companies who just smartly hired the most productive workers.
Number two: if I was a smoker and the company threatened me with such, I would take the hit willingly. No amount of money is worth losing my Freedom. In fact, I did lose a job because I refused to let them subjugate me in such a manner.

    • NC

Catman. I must say that anyone who believes we need a blood bath revolution to “save” our country who wants to live somewhere else has my blessing to leave IMMEDIATELY and take the like-minded with him!

What in the world are you looking for? This country is not perfect! The Constitution was not and is not perfect but they beat what ever is in second place by a mile!!

The fact that the government is not run exactly like you would prefer it is the American way! There is not an adult over age 30 who has ever been totally satisfied with the what has happened within the walls of Congress or the Oval Office!

But do we fight it out in the streets??? I’m sure your are kidding or just writing what you think Uncle Bob and the sheeple here want to hear!

No one has ever “shot” themselves into the Oval Office or onto the Supreme Court or took over Congress “Banana Republic” style with a jeep with a machine gun mounted on the back!

If you can say what you please and go where you please puts you are way ahead of two thirds of the people on this earth! Have you actually ever missed a meal because of taxes you have had to pay? Can you afford your computer, your car, your house, your clothes? and have something left over???

How many friends and relatives do you have in political prison (FEMA CAMPS)? How many time have Federal troops been to your door to seize your property??

Do you go to church? Is your pastor DICTATED TO BY THE GOVERNMENT? ARE YOU THANKFUL FOR ANY OF THIS?

GOOD LUCK IN YOUR NEW COUNTRY! YOU HAVE CERTAINLY MADE OURS BETTER BY TAKING YOUR DANGEROUS PARANOIA ELSEWHERE!

      • garygerke

You sir, either work for the Government or are just another Obama useful idiot!

          • TheOriginalDaveH

Spoken like the biased Progressive that mark is.

      • TheOriginalDaveH

Spoken by a man who is getting his way through Big Government Force.
NC says — “The fact that the government is not run exactly like you would prefer it is the American way!”

No NC, Limited Government is the American Way. The American Way has been trampled by pushy, thieving Progressives like yourself, NC, some of them Liberals, others Neocons. We will never be at peace until people of the Progressive bent quit assuming that they know what is best for the rest of us.

        • NC

Dave H, who in the real world gets everything they feel is best for them? if they got it, human nature would have them want more! Especially, if someone else has more!
It’s called greed! It’s always been around and it ain’t going anywhere!
The problem is those who have need without the political power to achieve a decent life style on their own! No job, not of their own choosing, with no income, not of their own choosing! and little “gifts from God” going hungry not of their own choosing.
Describe America today without ever having a Constitution! Describe America today with a government the ” small size” necessary to assure a person can make every dollar they can and keep every dollar they make! No taxes. no judicial system, a military system that would make us a pawn to the world like Switzerland! Could we even trust CANADA and Mexico to leave us alone IF WE REFUSE TO SHARE OUR WEALTH FOR OUR PROTECTION?
You truly don’t see the need for a government of a larger size for the “needs” of our 316 million people than the size of the government that we had when we crawled out of the Civil War on our hands and knees? Has the world become safer? Are we going to protect our position in the world markets from mideast pirates with 1865 gunboats? Do you anything about the history of labor relations in this country? Do you know anything about the drain of poverty and ignorance on private business but how little private business would address itself to the problem if it was totally left to them to manage? 316 million people in this country and you want the federal government to just step aside and let business run the show??They won’t even voluntarily clean up their mess with our air and water!!

          • vicki

316 million people in this country and you want the federal government to just step aside and let business run the show??

In the current crony environment (some) business uses the power of government to run the show.

We want government to do the one and only job it has. Protecting us from force. No business can run the show without the power of government. We see this every day in the laws passed on us by “progressives” and “neocons” of both parties.

          • Bob666

            Well stated Vicki.

          • vicki

Could we even trust CANADA and Mexico to leave us alone IF WE REFUSE TO SHARE OUR WEALTH FOR OUR PROTECTION?

This is a most interesting comment by NC. It appears that NC is quite happy to pay “protection” money to crime gangs.

For the rest of us there is this little jewel given to us by God and (supposedly) protected by the Constitution.

NC, you are living in the past my friend. All of the issues (grievances) you describe have long since been dealt with. No one starves in the this country, no one. We have civil rights and a judicial system. If the past social problems were cured with antibiotics, then you are suggesting that we overdose the patient with multiple antibiotics (which will effectively kill the patient).

You need to understand that the cure is now much worse than whatever disease you think this country has.

          • Karolyn

No one starves in this country?

Do you know of anyone who is starving karolyn? I don’t. Do you think you are living in Ethiopia?

          • Karolyn

The fact is that people do starve in this country. Here’s something about child hunger.

            http://feedingamerica.org/hunger-in-america/hunger-facts/child-hunger-facts.aspx

Here in the county I live in they have instituted breakfast and lunch for the kids at the local grammar school over the summer for the kids who depend on school breakfast and lunch.
            What about homeless people?
Of course it’s not like a third world country, but it should be better than it is.

Amusingly your link talks about poverty and food “insecurity” but not about starvation.

Googling starvation found very little starvation anywhere in the world. Lots about hunger but little about starvation.

NC says — “The problem is those who have need without the political power to achieve a decent life style on their own! No job, not of their own choosing, with no income, not of their own choosing! and little “gifts from God” going hungry not of their own choosing”.
Sounds to me like you’re arguing for less Government, NC, but surely my eyes deceive me. You see, we wouldn’t have to have “political power” if we had free markets. And we would have a lot more money to buy that food you’re worried about with a much smaller and cheaper Government.

      • speedle

NC, I don’t think you really understand what is going on here. Sure, catman’s comments are a little ripe, and a bit defeatist, but at least he understands that we are bit by bit being undermined by Statist Progressives who don’t really believe in the independence of the individual. Once the power of government has a firm grip on its citizens, the only way to get it back is revolution. This is not my opinion, rather historical fact.

So if you are one of those who choose to snicker about what has been going on here for decades, and try to marginalize anyone who is sounding the alarm (regardless of how extreme they may seem), than you are still snoozing.

          • TheOriginalDaveH

The Supreme Court (one of the Federal Gang of Three) was never given the power to be the final arbiter of the Constitution (for obvious reasons). It just took that power.
If the Supreme Court faithfully executed its duty to protect the Constitution, there would rarely be 5-4 decisions, which of course are common now.

She has fallen. Most of the rest of the world rejoices. How sad that America became the one that the world loves to hate.

    • Troo

“She” has not fallen. “She” has over 300,000 slaves now and more to come. The only thing that has fallen is our freedom and rights, that we never really had in the 1st place. We, the citizens, are now we, the prisoners and slave laborers. The Emancipation proclamation was a joke that killed 650,000 men, which is really no laughing matter and we have nothing to show for it.

The handwriting is on the wall for us all to see. World-wide enslavement is upon us and what the Bible predicted has come true, to the very letter. Some things are yet to take place, but they will take place. The best predictor of coming events is one that has been flawless in predicting past events. I believe God is the only option now, for escape.

I’d say we’re almost a “complete” 180 degrees from a “representative” gubmint. The “progressives” did a marvelous job of gerrymandering before the last election to get rid of the likes of Allen West and Joe Walsh. Ya think Mike Lee and Ted Cruz are on the “hit list”? Clearly, the next stop is Red State vs. Blue State. Get your bags packed kids.

    • mark

The Republicans – not the “progressives”- did the overwhelming amount of the gerrymandering since they did so well in the 2010 election right before the Congressional districts were redrawn following the release of the 2010 census results. The truth is the exact opposite of what you have written. If the progressives had redrawn all the districts as you erroneously claim, the Democrats would have taken back the House, something they noticeably failed at doing in the 2012 election. Walsh and West lost because they made far too many cuckoo-clock, extremist statements. Their own constituents were ashamed of having ever voted them in in the first place. The same goes for Michelle Bachmann who just barely won her district and has decided to retire and cash in as a FOX News analyst like Scott Brown and Sarah Palin did rather than face defeat in 2014.

      • TheOriginalDaveH

        Pure Conjecture, mark.
Both major parties are guilty of dirty tricks. It’s the kind of thing psychopaths do as they strive to achieve or keep positions of Power.

      • independent thinker

Any gerrymandering the Republicans might have done is just a reversal of gerrymandering the democrats did previously. That in and of itself neither makes it right or wrong it is just a reflection of politics in todays world. The how wrong or right it might be is another discussion.

      • independent thinker

Any gerrymandering the Republicans might have done was done in response to all the democrat gerrymandering before. That makes it neither right or wrong it is a reflection of the way the political game is played.

  • Stuart Shepherd

So, so, so, so TRUE. Yes, it’s worse than sad- it’s truly frightening. The only thing that can be said of comfort is that God truly is in control and that things go according to His plans and to meet His ends. I’m reminded of 2 passages in the Bible- the first is all the predictions about “the end times” which are really eerie and someone else already pointed out, the second is Matthew 6:20-

“But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moths and vermin do
not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal.”

The “thieves” are the government, in this case. They can’t steal your soul and don’t give it to them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Make sure which God you are following because the next step in Totalitarian’s agenda will be the tyranny of Religion. The churches which are not acceptable will be shut down, and you will be told which churches you will have to sign allegiance to. Satan under his many guises also wants worship and demands that he be worshipped using the STATE as his bludgeon. All empires and nations follow the same pattern under Totalitarian regimes.

        • rbrooks

mythology is totalitarian. mythology uses the same fear to control as any govt. does. trading one form of totalitarian rule for another is not an improvement.

          • Nadzieja Batki

Get your mythologies straight because the gods and goddesses of Mythology were at one time real beings.

          • rbrooks

mythology’s are based on humans. the title god or goddess is similar to priest, priestess, president, etc.
they are still nothing more than humans. who use a mythology to affect control.

          • TheOriginalDaveH

Looks like the pot calling the kettle black to me.

          • rbrooks

i have called both govt and mythology totalitarian. your analogy is incorrect.

          • TheOriginalDaveH

            I’m talking about “affect control”.
From 2 days ago, rbrooks says — “stop the violence. ban all mythology”.

          • rbrooks

            stopping the control of mythology.

            stopping the control of govt.

            what was your point?

i would affect the control being forced on the public by both forms by eliminating those forms of control.

            returning control to the individual(s).

your analogy was, and is, incorrect.

we can debate controlled anarchy as a possible best solution. but that still eliminates the control of both mythology and structured govt., at least as it is applied at present.

if one eliminates the control of either entity, what would be the life span of that entity.

          • TheOriginalDaveH

My point was that you are as much of a “controller” as the people you are slamming as evidenced by your previously quoted comment. I’m sorry, I don’t have the ability to state it any more simply to you, rbrooks.
I’m atheist myself, but I don’t like pushy controlling people who push their religion or their non-religion on others.

          • rbrooks

lol. removing the control is now defined as being control.

            ok.

that is a rather amusing concept.

where does that leave personal choice &/or individual freedom.

perhaps we should bring back slavery?

there is a relevant analogy there.

or do you dislike the pushy folks who banned slavery. and in the process took control away from both mythology and the govt. & gave it to the individual. for a short time.

not that i necessarily disagree with your entire premise.

i would be interested in your solution to the controlling forces that we presently have in this country.

Thanks, friend, for the reference. I wish more knew about Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals because it’s the exact handbook Obama, Hilary Clinton (she wrote her dissertation on Alinsky) and other lefty radicals use, including a number of entrenched trolls on this forum.

            They’ve used this one:

“Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon. It is almost impossible to counteract ridicule. Also it infuriates the opposition, which then reacts to your advantage.”

To great effect. Turnabout is fair play and I made great use of that “rule” against the Rads – they go nuclear when they’re mocked, ridiculed and impugned — which is the effect we want.

Keep it up, especially the ridicule part. It works and works well.

          • JeffH

Cherry Bomb, what I find most interesting is that some of the progressives like to point out that Freedomworks passed out “Rules For Radicals” to their members. Understand where your opponent is coming from and understand his tactics.
What they don’t seem to understand is that, like you said, “turnabout is fair play”. It’s all about tactics, as Alinsky taught , with these progressives and boy-oh-boy how they hate it when their opposition tosses it all back at them…that’s when they lose it and get real nasty.

The following is from a Twitchy feed about permanent part time hours as the new normal.

As Twitchy has been reporting, the layoff bomb has detonated. Many companies, both large and small, have been forced to lay off workers due to President Obama’s re-election. With no hope of Obamacare being repealed, they are now forced to lay off employees in order to stay in business.

Normally I’d say Schadenfreude to these so-called low information voters but this and other new NWO policies are going to kill us all.

    • rbrooks

the company’s you list are well known for their corporate structure of part time, low wage and no benefits positions.

the one about leaving mcdonalds to work at burger king is hilarious.
perhaps you should not include that tweet in the future.

      • TheOriginalDaveH

Why not? Does it bother your elitist sentimentality?

        • rbrooks

there is no difference in the employment structure between mcdonalds and burger king. simply changing the name will not affect the reason given for the move. poster presented a fallacy.

if, there was a real difference, that would show a company could survive with nationalized health care. defeating the original reason for the rant.

the real problem is low wages. a lack of decent paying jobs. the continued importation of labor to manipulate the labor pool. thus driving down wages, eliminating benefits and lowering the standard of living.

putting the welfare of americans in america first, could be considered elitist. i can live with that.

          • TheOriginalDaveH

Poster says — “@mityily: McDonald’s I’m a eventually leave you for Burgerking if you actually think its ok to cut y hours by like 80% EFF YOU!”.

rbrooks says — “there is no difference in the employment structure between mcdonalds and burger king. simply changing the name will not affect the reason given for the move. poster presented a fallacy”, etc.etc.etc.
You read all that from the poster’s statement? Your conclusion, rbrooks, is fallacious.

No person can determine what is the welfare of any other person. Only Free Markets and voluntary choices can achieve that goal.

          • rbrooks

i am aware of the corporate employment structure of both company’s. they are a mirror image.

some thing you should be, and probably are, aware of.
there is no personal financial benefit from the move. is this move supposed to present a moral victory? how?

you are trying to prove that there is a difference in which company you work a part time minimal wage job with no benefits? really?

          • TheOriginalDaveH

No, I’m trying to prove that you are grasping at straws.

          • rbrooks

            then you have failed.

as poorly as the op in the example given in the post.

          • independent thinker

I would say DaveH succeeded rather well. Unless you are @mityily or are intimately aquainted with them you have NO idea their situation or their choices and why they would make a particular choice.

          • rbrooks

@mityily: McDonald’s I’m a eventually leave you for Burgerking if you
actually think its ok to cut y hours by like 80% EFF YOU!<

they gave the reason for their choice in the tweet that was posted.

as well as the fallacy of their move. (moving to a company that is identical to the last company)

perhaps you and dave should try comprehending what they posted. as well as what the original post was supposed to prove.

the op was grasping at straws with that post. blaming nationalized health care for a corporate employment policy that obviously pre-dates that act.

it is a bit amusing that any of this has to be explained.

i doubt either of you understand that.

          • TheOriginalDaveH

            Surely you jest, rbrooks.
Your original comment was vacuous and unnecessary.
I find it amusing that you would spend so much time trying to defend the indefensible.
And you very much demonstrate that my accusation of you being an elitist is indeed very accurate.
I can’t imagine how we can all live our lives without your necessary guidance.

          • rbrooks

i can not imagine that you are unable to comprehend the fallacy of what was written by the op or the fallacy of the tweet.
perhaps you are right. the person will leave mcdonalds and find burger king pays more, offers full time employment and generous benefits. which would prove that obamacare really is the cause and should be abolished.

            right?

            ok. lol.

i have already agreed to be an elitist. perhaps you missed that?

btw- how did you determine you could claim vacuous in this instance.

careful. you are going to paint yourself into that corner of that round room.

          • TheOriginalDaveH

The reality of his hopes and dreams had nothing to do with my original comment, rbrooks.
Nor would I take your word for anything about their corporate governance.

Our government over the last 30-yrs has been gearing up to put into place laws and regulations for squelling another civil war. The government is scared to death of America’s gun owners, they know if they keep pushing they will have to fight Americans against tyranny.

Homeland security purchased 1.6 million rounds of hollow point ammunition that is to expensive to use for target practice and is illegal to use in a foreign war. Homeland security is gearing up to fight Americans in the streets, they think they can win, they think that 100% of the military will side with them, they are very wrong.

In the USA today, there are over 90-million guns in private hands today, our politically correct government has not been able to win the war on terror in the Middle East, fighting against a few hundred thousand soldiers, let alone fighting 40-million pissed off American patriots defending the Republic. I hope this scenario does not come to pass, however, only the Government can decide that.

NSA is a rogue agency… Congress won’t stop them. Here is why.

is it because they are all BLACK MAILED ? Sounds like they are from what he’s saying
It makes me wonder about people like Vitter, Weiner, and the others who have been in a scandal …did they leak it…it looks that way. If their career isn’t ruined then they will be compliant from then on.

If politicians were smart they would defang these programs by defunding them. That’s what they get for straying from the constitution in the first place. Sadly it’s not what we deserve….but we can NOT vote them back in.

SO…when you see these politicians & pundits talking about how this spying on Americans is necessary for security then you can wonder what kind of dirt the NSA has on them to make them say that. That’s exactly how they got the Patriot Act passed in the first place. TARP too. And just think about the vulnerable position Obama is in right now.

AND just think of all the things they can go back and dredge up on YOU.

This NSA is J Edgar Hoover on steroids. I recently read that JFK only picked LBJ for a running mate because he was blackmailed. That makes sense, they hated each other. See what happened to him in the end.

Remember that Totalitarianism is TYRANNY. TYRANNY is NEVER benevolent, it only APPEARS that way to those WILLING to give up freedom. That cost ALWAYS rises. Governments, like organisms, seek growth and prosperity. The framers gave US the Constitution to keep it in check. WE THE PEOPLE opened the cage door thinking we had tamed the BEAST.

Everyday we witness the regular passage of legislation designed to restrict and regulate, and the tendency of the Federal government to increase rather than decrease its power (with few exceptions), we are struck by the uninterrupted routine of life in the USA . As the government brings more and more of private
society under its control, we continue to watch cable TV, shop at supermarkets
overflowing with products, and eat at our favorite restaurants. Could it be that
we have already passed that dreaded threshold and missed it?

Well, there is still some hope although most people are still unaware of what totalitarianism actually is.

Totalitarianism, as succinctly defined by former Italian dictator Benito
Mussolini, is ‘Everything within the state, nothing outside the state, nothing
against the state.’ The totalitarian mind views individuals not as citizens with
their own interests, but as dependents with only one interest, and as such, it
attempts to organize these masses around a particular ideology. Any thoughts,
words, or actions that do not conform to this dominant ideology are made
criminal or driven underground. In short, the state seeks total control over the
people living within its jurisdiction. Totalitarian regimes attempt to achieve
this control through personality cults, by mobilizing the population into
national organizations, by censoring the media, through mass surveillance, and through various levels of state ownership of commerce and the means of
    production.

In practice, totalitarianism is expressed in the mass surveillance of the
public, in laws that criminalize a broad range of activities usually reserved
for individual discretion, as well as in direct government interference in
matters of business and religion. These laws are enacted with the purpose of
organizing a country around a particular social, political, and economic
ideology’such as Marxist-Leninism, Islamism, State Corporatism, etc.’and to
restrict dissent against that ideology. There are several areas that have become fertile ground for the growth of totalitarianism in recent years: the Internet, electronic surveillance, and thoughtcrime.

Oddly enough, I agree with a lot of your article. In fact, much of it could have been written by a progressive socialist. You see that a big part of the problem is corporate control of the Congress and Congress’ addiction to corporate money. Until we get the money out of politics, this problem will only get worse.

It is the areas of disagreement, though, that are interesting. First, you criticize the ACA as being essentially a sop to Big Insurance. I agree, but the ACA at least puts some limits on the power of insurers to deny coverage, cancel coverage, deny legitimate claims, etc. So long as we maintain a purely private system of paying for medical care, we will not be able to entirely avoid this problem. What is interesting is that your criticism of the ACA is where it belongs (i.e. on its failure to profoundly change our health care system) as opposed to most of the nonsense one reads on the right about a government take-over, death panels, etc. My suspicion is our disagreement would be far more profound if the ACA actually established a single-payer system. To me, the question is whether the ACA makes things incrementally better than they are now. Since at our current (pre-ACA) trajectory prices continue to rise and fewer employers are providing insurance, the idea of insurance pools unrelated to employment that will allow people with pre-existing conditions to get insurance makes a lot of sense.

The other part of the article I somewhat disagree with is the immigration portion. I agree that the reason(s) for the Republican willingness to consider comprehensive reform are (1) they will appear less intolerant to suburban voters who dislike voting for people they perceive as George Wallace retreads and (2) big business really wants these workers. But I hesitate to agree that such legalized workers will provide “slave labor” as they will have all the rights of other workers. Those unscrupulous employers looking for workers they can mistreat will have to import others to work. Remember, the value of an illegal worker to an employer is that he is illegal and can’t complain.

    • TheOriginalDaveH

Jeff says — “I agree with a lot of your article. In fact, much of it could have been written by a progressive socialist”.
Jeff obviously has no clue what a Progressive Socialist is.
Progressive — More Government is the ticket to curing society’s ills.
Socialist — Government should own the means of production.
If you think the Leaders are out of control now, wait until they control the means of production with no profit incentive. They don’t care now what the people want. Imagine if you have no choice but to buy your products from them? And anybody who thinks Government is the solution to our problems just plain has not been paying attention. At all. Everything Government touches becomes a mess. You have the chance now to see that in a major way with the blatant Power grab of the Healthcare Industry. Hopefully you will learn.

      • Jeff

Put your girdle back on, Dave. I was talking about the analysis, not the solutions. If you have a left wing point of view, as Uncle Bob clearly does not, you tend to analyze things as he did with the principal “evildoer” being big business and not necessarily big government. I merely pointed out that his criticisms dealt more with the potential evils of unchecked corporate power, not with runaway socialism like you’re always getting your panties in a bunch over.

Does government have a role? Clearly yes. As owner of the means of production? Clearly not. Even nominally Communist China now resembles a fascist regime devoted to the unlimited profits companies can make from the marriage slave labor and the lack of any right of workers to unionize. Now, who can enforce the kind of environmental policies China needs so badly? Nike? Apple? I think not. And who can insure that workers have the right to organize to demand a living wage or safer working conditions. If the Government doesn’t do it, you end up with H*ll Holes like China, Bangla Desh, etc. Great for the investor; horrible for everybody else.

I hope we never become the Dickensian Horror you appear to want us to return to, Dave. Even with all your MONEY, it will affect you too.

        • TheOriginalDaveH

If you did any real studying (away from the MSM Propaganda machine), and any real thinking, Jeff, you would know that the raison d’etre for Government is to be a vehicle for non-productive Leaders to parasitize their subjects. Whether they are in cahoots with Crony Capitalists, or acting by themselves, the results are the same. Everything else they do is a charade to keep their subjects from rebelling. Of course there is a high likelihood given your long-time trolldom on this site that you are complicit.

Do yourself a favor (if you aren’t), Jeff, and read this book. It’s time you got your head out:
          http://library.mises.org/books/Murray%20N%20Rothbard/Conceived%20in%20Liberty_Vol_2.pdf

    • TheOriginalDaveH

The former Mexican citizens would become slave labor only in the sense that in the US they still have a chance to hold a decent job. So naturally they are willing to take what they can get. I haven’t seen many Americans working as hard for their money as the illegals that I have observed.
Why is it that they can’t get a decent job? Because in Mexico they have a burdensome regulatory environment that, believe it or not, is much worse than the US. Which explains the bribes and corruption we all hear about. So what do the Liberal Progressives want to do? That’s right — create the same kind of stifling marketplace environment here. I suppose that’s one way to stop the illegals — mess our marketplace up even worse than it already is so they won’t want to come here anymore.

      • Jeff

Bribes and corruption generally occur where the State is weak, not strong. Ditto for regions of the country controlled by Drug Lords. Mexico has a weak economy because the degree of stratification between the rich and the poor is so great. For a long time, we didn’t have that kind of disparity, but since 1980 we’ve been moving in the direction of Mexico. The last time the gap was this large? 1929.

        • TheOriginalDaveH

You ignoramus. As Government Grows, Corruption Flows. The more Power they accumulate, the less they need worry about repercussions from the people. And the more the Government meddles in the marketplace (licensing, regulations, etc.) the bigger the temptation for bureaucrats to skim the cream.

          • Jeff

I was right. You ARE one Creepy Bastard. You’d like to see Government disband so we’d be governed by Corporate America. Do you REALLY think the alternative to government is a Jeffersonian vision of small farmers and shopkeepers? Apparently, you’d hand over the state to multinational corporations who could do as they please. Exxon is hardly a democratic organization. Neither is Koch Enterprises.

          • TheOriginalDaveH

And you are one illogical ignorant Liberal Progressive, Jeff. When is the last time a company forced you to do anything? The only way any company can force you to buy anything is with the Force of Big Government to back them up.
You want us to focus our ire on business people who typically make our lives better, while at the same time you are voting for those who confiscate and spend other peoples’ money. Yeah, that makes a lot of sense. Only in the upside-down world of Liberal Progressives.

          • vicki

As example Obamacare. In individual states there is forced car insurance.

          • Jeff

That;s not the issue. There are many areas – trade, environmental policy, and dozens of others – where the Exxon’s wish list is likely very different from yours or mine. Do you want them to have the power to drill for oil anywhere they desire regardless of environmental destruction? Do you want them to be able to outlaw unions so they can roll back worker safety protections? Why do you think they fought these things so hard in the 20th Century? Thousands used to die in mining accidents. Now, when a mine operator acts negligently it’s a news story. If you think government regulation isn’t a big reason for that, you’re kidding yourself.

The Government is us. We choose the government and can un-choose it as well. It is the people’s counterbalance against unchecked corporate power. Nobody needs to force you to buy anything, but they can tell all of us we have no power to stop them from doing things that may be harmful to us

          • Bob666

            Yo Jeff,
Remember a movie called “Roller-Ball” with James Cahn?

          • Jeff

I do. In fact, I think the “H” in JeffH and DaveH could be Houseman from that movie.

          • Bob666

Never thought of that-good point. the whole point of the movie was “Global Corporate” using sports to control the population, not just in America.

          • Jeff

The difference between that movie and reality (i.e. the NFL) is that in the movie, Rollerball didn’t need (or want) stars. I think American sports have realized that without stars, nobody watches. I watched a little of the NBA finals this year, probably the first time since Jordan retired except for a few games when Shaq and Kobe played together.

          • vicki

You are already governed by Corporate America. See all the bailouts and Obamacare for painfully obvious examples.

Crony Capitalism can only work when you put politicians in office instead of statesmen.

          • Jeff

Things can get better . . . or they can get worse. If you vote for politicians dead-set against any regulation of banking practices, insurance practices, environmental emissions, etc., etc., will Corporate America’s hold on the country get stronger or weaker?

          • vicki

If you vote for statesmen that will keep government small and focused on it’s single job of protecting us from force (including the force of government) things can and will get better.

If you vote for politicians that use the force of government to help their cronies in Corporate America, things will stay the same or get worse.

          • Jeff

Any examples of those you consider statesmen?

          • vicki

Ron Paul. Possibly some number of libertarians.

          • Jeff

So, a politician is a statesman to the extent he agrees with you? Someone who believes in government as a way to do good (clean the environment, protect worker safety, improve education, etc.) who has no cronies can’t be a statesman by your definition?

          • vicki

I defined a statesman and gave an example. It is not that he agrees with me, it is that I agree with him because he follows the law. The Supreme Law of the land.

          • Jeff

Sounds like a clerk. A leader needs to lead and change the law if it needs to be changed.

In the councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military-industrial complex. The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists and will persist.
We must never let the weight of this combination endanger our liberties or democratic processes. We should take nothing for granted. Only an alert and knowledgeable citizenry can compel the proper meshing of the huge industrial and military machinery of defense with our peaceful methods and goals, so that security and liberty may prosper together.

What do conservatives want to do to public education? Hmm… something smells in Denmark.

Look up Malthus. Republicans were always ‘Malthusian’ in their outlook on common workers.

IRON MOUNTAIN: Blueprint for Tyranny – total BS!

What happened to the Soviet Union?

Did they say anything at all about “Islam”?

It was “the Rich Elites” who would do this.” What is Mitt? What do the Libertarians and Republicans agree on? “Greed is good.”

I’m going outside and look at the Moon and the Stars while I still can! Everybody, just “off” yourselves. It’s not worth it. Of course, if you do that, then “the Rich Elites” will have won.

        I think it’s 4:20.

Big Government, which you and your unwitting dupes helped to build, KGB.

        • KG

Not “big” Government, but the unholy alliance of business and Industry in the pursuit of a mutual alliance towards the “glue” of right-wing fascist governments – War. This is a concept explored in the fictional book by Leonard C. Lewin called The Report From Iron Mountain. A sociological paradigm that has manifest itself in America in the form of Conservative politics. As Marx points out in the Manifesto:

Each step in the development of the bourgeoisie was accompanied by a corresponding political advance of that class. An oppressed class under the sway of the feudal nobility, an armed and self-governing association in the medieval commune….the bourgeoisie has at last, since the establishment of Modern Industry and of the world market, conquered for itself, in the modern representative State, exclusive political sway.

And that ‘sway’ was conquered by tax cuts and religious dogmatism.

BTW, except for the quoted material, all content was written by me.

          <!— secret xtc–

          • vicki

The paradigm is not right or left. It is big vs small vs no government as nicely explained in this short video:

            https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N4r0VUybeXY

          • KG

There is one small problem with that video. It is not being completely honest. The truth is we do not live in either a democracy or a republic. We live in a democratic republic. The story of Rome was way too glossed over. Many of the problems Rome had WAS the ‘republic’. And it left out the form of Government yous guys would love to have – A Plutocracy, or rule by the Rich.

The ‘left’ vs ‘right’ paradigm was predicted by Marx:

Our epoch, the epoch of the bourgeoisie, possesses, however, this distinct feature: it has simplified class antagonisms. Society as a whole is more and more splitting up into two great hostile camps, into two great classes directly facing each other – Bourgeoisie and Proletariat.

So, it’s not the one dimensional scale that the video presented. It’s not 100% rule vs 0% rule. What rubbish! It’s the ‘haves’ vs the ‘have nots’. It’s the ‘liberals’ vs the ‘conservatives, it’s the Nazis vs the Communists, it’s the Bourgeoisie vs the Proletarians.

          • vicki

You made a lot of unsubstantiated claims. Including one that is so easy to prove false that it reflects badly on all the rest of your proofs by bald assertion.

So, it’s not the one dimensional scale that the video presented. It’s not 100% rule vs 0% rule.

The video clearly explains that the left vs right paradigm is a smoke screen as is the nazi vs communist and the bourgeoisie vs the proletarians.

The one and only scale that matters is the % of government. 100% vs LIMITED vs 0%

            http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N4r0VUybeXY

          • KG

That video was nothing more than a fluff piece for Libertarians. It used quotes and facts in a devious fashion to highlight their biased point. It’s like watching ‘infomercials’ for the “vegematic”. By the end of it, you are convinced that you need that. Pure manipulation of human emotions.

No force in the world has 100% control over humans – other than their own will. And no human can have 0% control as well – we get hungry and need to crap. While these are the extremes, what’s really in the middle? And is this a proper axis to work from? What academic research supports this hypothesis? There seems to be more questions than answers.

        Dear KG,

I see that comprehension is not one of your strong points, ok thats fine as the “Doctrine” that has been used in the public school system is worthless, thus it produces such effects.

Thus your absurd attempt at obfuscation that Deborah Tavares is Alex Jones in drag is really nothing more than pernicious rhetoric based on a hate filled worthless opinion.

“The facts are quite clear” ~ the Doucments that Miss Tavares is displaying can be found by anyone, thus anyone can prove with ease that they are not only the very blue print being used – all one need do is watch the mass media as its all unfolding daily.

As to Malthusian’s yet again your point is flat at best, “all Political criminals” employ such rather they be the head or tail side of that {single coin} within the equation.

In conclusion, your post is not a responce. Rather its a solid indictment of your lacking intellectual status.

Peace and Love to the American people as well all the people of the world who are AWAKE no matter what you are by way of color, gender, or belief systems.

No, I’m only telling what I observed. And it wasn’t “hate filled” (like your snide insult of public education), it was done in love for humanity. I wanted to warn everybody that Deborah Tavares is a fear mongering sycophant of Alex Jones’ deluded “conspiracy screeds”.

          quote:

          Yes. Check this out:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leonard_C._Lewin

As you can see for yourself, Mz Tavares eyeballs are brown from all the BS she’s spewing out.

And you want America to be awake? This dude did the same thing for his country:

Stop blaming politicians and the businesses. Why do common people keep electing corrupt politicians to office who work in the interest of big business and not the whole nation? Because whole nation is corrupt. If the nation was not corrupt it would not reelect corrupt politicians who sell themselves to big businesses. We keep blaming politicians yet we reelect them repeatedly to office. Politicians are just the mirror image of a nation.

    • Bill Henry

The nation is not corrupt. The nation is complacent. Anyone who thinks that a majority of the people elected this government is wrong. What the concerned citizenry of this country need to do is wake up and turn the tide on the current situation or suffer the consequences. Even those who have been duped into thinking that their checks will keep coming in every month will rue the day that they turned out to elect this government. We need a clean sweep of D.C. including its bureaucrats, and that will take a united front of people willing to give life and limb for their liberties. Will it happen? That remains to be seen. Will it succeed? Not without a united effort and determination. Freedom is not free and is not to be taken lightly, as so many of our citizens have done in selling their liberty for the promise of a livelihood, but they fail to see that we can ill afford or sustain it, nor or they aware of do they care until they have lost it.

It’s ony a matter of time my fellow Americans…..only a matter of time.
Between the potential for worldwide economic collapse, the Syrian
conflict and Islamist terrorism throughout the world, a bubble must burst,
and when it does, the demonstrations and rioting in many countries today
    will look peaceful by comparison.
But fear not, there are deep underground military bases for the elites,
whilst the rest of us remain on terra firma.
    Good luck, everyone.
