Vitamin D Benefits

May 15, 2012 by

Women with breast cancer are three times more likely to have low vitamin D levels. If you’ve been diagnosed with breast cancer, did your doctor tell you this?

In the United States, cancer is an industry and a very profitable one. Just think: If every U. S. citizen began taking a daily dose of 5,000 IUs per day of vitamin D3, a very large segment of the medical industry would be hurt, some anti-cancer drug manufacturers would have to close their doors, thousands of patents would become worthless and lucrative consulting contracts between industry and cancer researchers would dry up.

Money is made off of sick people, not off of well people. The cancer industry is not called such; but in all that it is, it is an industry. And “industry” implies profits — even if money is made on the sick and dying.

The cancer industry is always feigning “cancer research.” Hunting the causes of cancer is far more profitable than finding them.

Take your vitamin D3 and iodine daily, and tell everyone you care about to do likewise.

Don’t forget to get rid of bras too, especially underwire bras that stop the protective lymphic flow to breasts. When bras are not being worn breasts are usually cool and healthy. And never get another mammogram. Ask for a thermogram instead. No dangerous smashing the breasts and no radioactivity. Also a good antioxidant every day would also be helpful. Antiperspirants with their aluminum are not good for breasts either; just a deodorant should be used.

Good call Bob. Here’s a link to a Mercola article about Vitamin D (he’s been pushing it for a while): http://www.mercola.com/article/vitamin-d-resources.htm Make sure you get D-3, not D-2 (synthetic form). I take Life Extension D-3 5000 IU with K2 and iodine.

How do you check the iodine in your blood/body? I ask this question at a specialists office and they tell me there is no test. The vitamin D given by Rx is a soy based D2.

Is Norwegian Cod Liver Oil good?
What are the Pro’s and Con’s

I take Norwegian cod liver oil because I think that the North Sea (and the Baltic sea) are less contaminated and therefore the cods’ liver is less likely to be polluted. Don’t overdo it because the oil can raise the level of triglycerides in the blood stream. During the 2nd ww we school children were malnourished and took Vit.D everyday, it was supplied with coupons by the government.

Why is it that if you breast feed your baby, you have a lesser chance of developing breast cancer. One, might be the prenatal or vitamins that you take during lactation, it could be your breast aren’t held up with a bra all day long, or it could also be your emotional, mental , connection to life and feeding your baby for their own health and well being. This society is too stressed out and to live up to it all will cause health issues. De-stress, love life, look at your own history of life such as mothers, grands and etc. Then put that knowledge together with what is being written over and over again. Cancer can be preventive and how we see ourselves does matter. Society is still downgrading women or patronizing them and even worse they are becoming more MAN like and less feminine. That is another topic.

Yay D3! Ever since being alerted to its importance by Dr. Mercola I have advocated it to everybody. I’ve been using a great D3 in carrier oil that you take by the drop. Can’t remember what it’s called, but I get all my stuff from Iherb.com. I take about 6000 units a day and attribute my good health at least partly to D3, the miracle vitamin. Time in the sun is also essential, as that’s where you primarily get it naturally.

I read on WebMD some studies have suggested a link between low vitamin D levels and cancer risk and progression, but others have not. None has proven cause and effect.
