I still cannot understand, nor will I ever agree with, those of you who blindly support a nincompoop – crackpot like ‘MoRon’ Paul. He may be better than BHO or the RINO Mitt-nitwit Obam-ney on some issues. But he is a George McGovern on foreign policy, and it is said that he favors legalization of illegal mind-altering drugs. In fact, judging by his remarks about Osama Bin Laden, ‘Wrong’ Paul maybe even worse than Obama on foreign policy. I agree with libertarians on some issues, but overall they are simply too laisse-faire. We should NOT legalize mind-altering drugs!! We need to retain some good moral values. What we really need is a solid conservative, and MoRon ‘Wrong’ Paul is not one of them. In fact, MoRon Paul has supposedly badmouthed many conservatives.

A more precise comparison of Ron Paul to any past president would be to that of George Washington.
Washington proclaimed the US neutral in the wars raging in Europe after 1793. He avoided war with Great Britain and guaranteed a decade of peace and profitable trade by securing the Jay Treaty.
Washington’s Farewell Address was an influential primer on republican virtue and a warning against partisanship, sectionalism, and involvement in foreign wars.

E, for someone who relies on such stunning reasoning like “it is said” and “supposedly,” you seem to present yourself as a wannabe MoRoN yourself, bubba. The one policy quirk that seems to get the dumbest reaction is Paul’s foreign policy neutrality stance. WHY is that?
Apparently, you have to be reminded that we were warned many generations to STAY OUT of foreign entanglements and wars. Did you not learn that in your N Y PUBLIC school?
Vote for V I Lenin, if that makes you giddy, mac. It could be that there’s something in the water (or food) in New York. Whatever it is, do yourself a favor and decide if you’re a CONSERVATIVE or a limp-wristed ‘Republican’ and a predictably, wishy-washy, fence-sitting neocon’ or a utopian.

Thank you for that great reply I could have not said it any better!!!

Earl, I use to think the same thing with the drug issue, omg! there will be drug addicts all over the place shooting each other up along with the innocent but then I thought, hey thats the way things are now. Then I realized that alcohol was the same thing when it was illigal. Its easier for kids to get drugs than alcohol today. Anyway Ron Paul just wants to let the states decide and get the government out of it. The government has completely failed with the drug war. The one thing Paul can do as president is bring our troops home, end the wars and protect our own borders. This would strenghten not weaken our country. We do not need to be pouring money to foriegn countrys, we’re broke and thats what is weakening our country. It would be easier for the people to control their representatives on a state level than the way things are now.
Please take the time to see his voting record.
Ron Paul has never voted to raise taxes, never voted for an unbalanced budget, never voted to raise congressionel pay, never taken a government paid junket, never voted to increase the power of the executive branch, voted against the patriot act, voted against regulating the internet, voted against Iraq War.
Ron Paul is not running for wallstreet bankers or mega corp., he’s running for our freedoms.

So, who are you going to vote for? Mitt Romney who is in favor of Obamacare? The flip-flopping Newt? Santorium who wants a bigger government? Come on! I sure hope you’re not considering giving Obama another chance to totally destroy this country. Ron will get the economy started back on the right track. Since he is a constitutionalist he will have to go through congress on his foreign policy. They can put a halt on his “crazy ideas” about pulling all our troops out of europe and the middle east. What about his stopping about foreign aid to countries that hate us? Is that crazy? As for badmouthing many conservatives, is mitt, newt, or any of the others really conservatives?? Think about it. A true conservative lives by the Constitution of the United States. A true conservative believes in small government. A true conservative believes in our freedoms and will not take them away. A true conservative believe that the American people run this country, not the politicians! Now, put that in your pipe and smoke it!

First thing to do, eliminate the “volunteer army” where there is no draft. We are all in this together, RoPa has the right idea. Go to war only when the congress, who most acurately represents our true interests, has made that decision. We have a marxist set-up as it is. Secondly, why do we champion losers in our national agenda? This champion-the-loser mentality makes comfortable the stupid shit-for-brains lower intellect human who has a dozen kids while sitting there in a drug or alcohol-induced state while being kept in totality by me and you, who happen to be responsible for our own selves (and offspring as well) and have raised responsible upstanding citizens of this country. These irresponsible losers are simply not what this country needs.

We need to champion industry of every type, look it up in the dictionary. End food stamps, housing for losers, multiple layers of government and government taxation. We are gardening the weeds out of a beautiful garden where the greatest hope of mankind grows, that’s all…….It’s very simple. Pull the weeds. The slow method of feeding the roots of the weeds, the poison of dependency, has failed…..the roots of dependency are strangling the roots of the vegetables the entire populace feeds on….the goal of the incompetent gardner we currently have is to have an outside source…..the federal reserve……feed the gardner and his family….and then his extended family, the “entitled” … picking the true fruits of the gardner’s labor and industry (capitalism and freedom) and taking those rewards for the weeds to consume. By having the weeds over-run the garden we are losing the entire worthwhile production of that plot of land (the U.S.).

There is no viable way to make the weeds edible, the garden fails completely, that is the end of the system of capitalism, industry, and freedom. Look around you, the weeds are proliferating like crazy, and that is the reality of this election. Nature, not man, rules the world. We must get a new gardner immediately, msot of the leaves and fruit, all the way to the bare stem, is all that’s left of the vegetables and fruit trees…..and underground crops as well, they have strangled the leaves those as well. The weeds are all-consumimg. There is only one solution, WALL OFF THE WEEDS. …….AND THE GARDEN CAN THEN RESUME GROWTH. Yes, let the poor be rewarded only by the effort they make to improve their own lot in life… have you and I.

Ron Paul is the greatest gardner on earth…..Let’s hire him.

  • Elz

Having re-read my above rant….and considered any shortcomings, I think the best approach to the election would be Paul pres., and Newt vice-pres. Paul has the right ideas and Newt has the debating skills to convince congress to go along. We will have the USA as our founders wanted it….and a new beginning from the financial and moral abysses we now face. We are and can forever be, the leaders of the free world. Our founders were true adults, the least we can also be are true adults who deal in reality, not varying unsustainable ideoligies. I, myself, am not onboard with every aspect of their individual platforms, but it is not me that is running for president.

The bottom line is we will lose our democracy if any candidate except Ron Paul is elected. All of the rest of the CAN’Tidates favor the NDAA 2012 which gives them the powe rto
    ARREST &
ANYONE they choose and they will have the MILITARY take care of the minor details, like the knock on your door at 2:00 am.
OUR FIRST PRIORITY has got to be to
PRESERVE THE FREEDOMS UNDER THE CONSTITUTION. Without that we won’t have the right to choose another president, or effect foreign or domestic policy.
If we survive the cut, AND are still not imprisoned, it’s going to seem like it anyway. Everyone will be too afraid to dissent. If Obama wins, he has already informed us he has the right to assassinate US citizens AND use drones on us. His adviser Cass Sunstein has already said dissenters should be fined. With all these
powers we won’t have to worry about another election for a mighty long time. And if any of the three stooges, Rick, Newt or Mitt, are nominated, you can expect similar treatment in the off chance one of them should win.
