Tips For Saving Calories
For those of you wanting to watch your fat and calorie intake during meals, give this a try. Instead of pouring tons of fat and calories on your salad from unhealthy dressings, serve the dressing on the side. By dipping your fork in the dressing and then stabbing your greens or fruits, you could save hundreds of calories. To save even more squeeze a little lime juice and olive oil for taste, instead of creamy dressings.
