The Path To Destruction

January 12, 2012 by

The Path To Destruction

On Tuesday morning, President Obama signaled that more of his “change we can believe in” was approaching from south of the border. He promoted Cecilia Muñoz, a former lobbyist for the racist hate group National Council of La Raza, to the position of Director of the White House Domestic Policy Council.

The National Council of La Raza (which translates from the Spanish as the goose step-ish “The Race”) is part of a confederation of Hispanics-first mobs which also includes the openly racist M.E.Ch.A (Movimiento Estudiantil Chican@ de Aztlán) and La Raza Unida. All have uttered the even more goose step-ish phrase “Por La Raza todo, Fuera de La Raza nada” which translates from the Spanish as “For The Race everything, nothing out of the race.” It’s enough to make you wonder if the director of the La Raza marketing department is named something like Pedro Goebbels. Among the other stated goals of some of this crowd: the annexation by Mexico of sections of the American Southwest to Mexico. All right, but we get to keep Scottsdale, Ariz. And you get to evict the Marines at Camp Pendleton.

It might not seem all that shocking for a Democratic Party as clearly disinterested in any hindrances to their hegemony to offer a West Wing warrant to someone whose allegiances are at best a bit — ahem — caliente regarding sensible immigration policy. Nonetheless, the elevation of Muñoz is as loud a trumpet blast from Obama to the millions of illegal aliens that the traffic light at the border may soon change from yellow to green.

Cognizant of the fact that his tenure so far has barely cracked the window on failure, Obama is likely considering tapping a vast new reservoir of voting fuel. As in most instances involving the Democrats and their voter outreach programs, the law suffers. While groups like Muñoz’s former employers at La Raza might not be engaged in criminal conduct as brazen as the vermin at ACORN, there can be no doubt that their intentions are widely — and wildly — divergent from those held by those of us who recognize that illegal aliens do not arrive in spaceships.

The usual retinue of reprobates cheered Obama’s decision to elevate Muñoz to the DPC directorship. The pro-amnesty National Immigration Forum crowed: “With this move, the pressure is on the president to move forward with an aggressive domestic (immigration) policy agenda.” House Minority Leader and whitebread multimillionaire Nancy Pelosi boasted that Muñoz:

…has developed strong relationships with members of Congress in Washington and activists nationwide, and a sterling reputation as a powerful voice on behalf of comprehensive, compassionate immigration reform.

Hang on there, Nancy. Members of Congress and activists? What about hard-working taxpayers and law-abiding citizens? Or, as you probably call them: “the enemy?” Is Obama not interested in hiring a senior adviser who considers the good of the Nation above the good of a small, but vocal conglomeration of people whose very nature runs contrary thereto?

The appointment of Muñoz to the top post among Obama’s domestic advisers should surprise no one. This is the same President who was so aggrieved by Arizona’s refusal to throw open the gates that he tattled on them to his mommies at the United Nations, the same President who just forestalled the deportations of nearly a quarter of a million illegal aliens, the same President whose approval ratings — even among Hispanics — have lately suffered from a touch of Montezuma’s Revenge. What better response than to grant senior status to a woman who believes in a reformed “path to citizenship?” (What was wrong with the old “path to citizenship,” which didn’t require a swim across the Rio Grande or a hands-and-knees crawl through a tunnel beneath San Ysidro?)

What cost will we bear? If Obama finds a way to grant ballots to an indeterminate number of illegal aliens (estimated to be between 10 million and 30 million), he might tip the electoral edge to the Democrats; but somewhere down the road, he’ll end up next to the rest of us in line to cross the border to Canada.

It’s about time I heard someone else express this. La Raza is as racist as any “racist” group. They should be condemned by everyone and anyone on the public stage.

    • Flashy

Just for curiousity, since La Raza is not Unida (and never has been), and has specifically condemned the “one race’ quote attributed falsely to it, has worked diligently to improve the lives of countless poor, is has received large donations from such radical groups as the Ford Foundation, Bill Gates Foundation, Wal Mart etc., supports immigration control, funds charter schools, etc etc (pretty much everything Crystal states it does not do it does. What he says it does, it does not do).

just exactly what is ‘tracist’ about it? And is ther any proof whatsoever ruiz is racist or in anyway not suitable for the job other than she is appointed by President Obama?

      • TakeAnotherLook

You seem to see the scum floating on the top, but move aside what floats above and you’ll see what lies underneath. Don’t be surprised when you see the truth of the whole matter of what LA Raza really stands for.

        • s c

You have a way with words, TakeAnotherLook. The main problem with readers like flushy is their absolute dedication to their icons. No thought is given to side-effects, and it is always a matter of ‘whatever the fearless leader wants is what the fearless leader should get.’ It is NO coincidence that this non-thinking methodology is taken straight out of the Hitler playbook in WWII Germany.
America’s lemmings are doing for The Anointed Dolt what was done for FDR. That is, no matter how self-serving or destructive his ideas are, IT MUST BE DONE. Couple that with the love of all things pc, and there should not be any questions why America is in such deep +^*#.
I can only hope that The Anointed Abomination is not a curse. If he is a curse, then America is about to be tested like never before. In that case, the test will be lmost impossible to survive, as we have NO leaders in Washington to lead us.

          • Carlucci

            “flushy”………LOL -! :)

        • eddie47d

The only legitimate comparison SC could rationally make about Hitler is the massive roundup of people they don’t like and which SC endorses. Sieg Heil Mein Herr!

      • J.Moore

Try utube (duh). La Raza and Black Panthers are the most virilant of rascist groups.. And proud of it, none-the-less…Just type in la raza and learn. They post alot. Play coy all you like. Anyone not suffering from (cranial matter implanted in the rectal cavity) knows this.
So, either you are new to the scene,if so then I welcome you to the real world, or you are a troll, in which I say your free ride is nearing an end… Go Ron Paul 2012 !!!

        • J.Moore

The “Foundations” you mentioned… Progressive, Progressive, and cohearsed by government… In that order.

        • Gustyj

The problem is the BASTARD we have in the whitehouse, by this appointment he is gaving Texas California, New Mexico and Arizona to Mexico which they have been trying to get for many years. We need to take him out for TREASON for not closing the border, it is letting the illegal Mexicans in and also the Muslim back pack bombers that also want to kill all of us. Take him out anyway we can.

          • eddie47d

Head down to the hardware store Gustyj for you have a screw loose or missing a part. The border is a little safer now than under Bush even with the situation on the other side imploding. More are being deported than under Bush. There are fewer Muslim “bomb backpackers” than under Bush. There is no legitimate scheme to take over the Southwest and that is very old news from the 70′s. The only bastard would be you looking into the mirror.

          • Dennis48e

“The border is a little safer now than under Bush even with the situation on the other side imploding.”

Proof eddie proof. Last I heard the border with Mexico was just as dangerous and maybe even more so than it has ever been.

          • eddie47d

El Paso is on the front line and right across from Juarez where there are thousands of killings. El Paso is relatively safe from that kind of violence.

          • Dennis48e

That is not proof it is or is not safer than it was 5-6 years ago. It mearly shows some areas of the border are safer than other areas.

        • steve

I have an asscociate who is affiliated with La Raza…he has told me on occasion that one of their sayings is “vote early and often”…not really funny thouugh…No one who is not a citizen should be allowed to vote in any US election….pass a law that driver’s licenses are required to vote and see how quickly all the democrats jump off the help the Hispanic band wagon….

          • FWO21

Well Steve, in my state, illegals can get a drivers license so that doesn’t stop the illegal aliens from voting.

I say, prove you are in this country with the correct documentations legally and not on a school visa or a work visa, and get a voter’s card that says which precinct you are in with your address and have maybe a couple of utility bills in their name to prove they have a legal right to vote.

I just can not believe all the criminality that is going on in this country, starting with the White House on down. Been hearing about Obama not being a natural-born citizen and should not be in the WH for going on 4 years and it is getting a little old. If he shouldn’t be there, then he needs to be removed. We are losing our constitutional rights, a little at a time and everybody is just sleeping away in lah lah land.

          • Matt Newell

How can we get him removed? Under the Constitution he can only be impeached, and that requires the House to bring charges and the Senate to do the voting for or against, We have 430 whimps in the House who will let ANYTHING happen and not bring charges (because it might rock thew boat) and 60 idiots in the Senate who have not done a thing in three years who would vote to let Obama off if he was caught holding a fired gun (with gunpowder all over himself) next to a body (because he didn’t mean to do it). It’s a ridiculous way to run a country.

        • BSG

The ignorance is interesting, La Raza means the race yet hispanics aren’t a race, they are a mongrel group of Whites, Blacks and American Indians which are real races.

      • Pilot

Let’s just extrapolate this out to its logical conclusion. The government of the USA grants all foreigners US citizenship, issues every person on the planet a US passport, and everyone has the right to vote in the USA. There are no immigration restrictions whatsoever. How does this benefit the country? What this actually does is make the USA THE world government! The US government claims jurisdiction over every person on earth. So is that an aggressive imperialistic takeover by the US, or the subtle victory of the New World Order?

      • Walt

You are correct about your statement that the group La Raza DID NOT make the statement “Por La Raza todo. Fuera de La Raza nada.” It was the group Movimiento Estudiantil Chicano de Aztlan, or Chicano Student Movement of Aztlan (MEChA) that made that statement.

However, MEChA and the La Raza movement both teach that Colorado, California, Arizona, Texas, Utah, New Mexico, Oregon and parts of Washington State make up an area known as “Aztlan” — a fictional ancestral homeland of the Aztecs before Europeans arrived in North America. As such, it belongs to the followers of MEChA. These are all areas America should surrender to “La Raza” once enough immigrants, legal or illegal, enter to claim a majority, as in Los Angeles. The current borders of the United States will simply be extinguished.

This plan is what is referred to as the “Reconquista” or reconquest, of the Western U.S.

But it won’t end with territorial occupation and secession. The final plan for the La Raza movement includes the ethnic cleansing of Americans of European, African, and Asian descent out of “Aztlan.”

As Miguel Perez of Cal State-Northridge’s MEChA chapter has been quoted as saying: “The ultimate ideology is the liberation of Aztlan. Communism would be closest [to it]. Once Aztlan is established, ethnic cleansing would commence: Non-Chicanos would have to be expelled — opposition groups would be quashed because you have to keep power.”

Members of these radical, anti-American, racist organizations are frequently smoothly polished into public respectability by the National Council of La Raza.

The National Council of La Raza and its allies in public office make no repudiation of the radical MEChA and its positions. In fact, as recently as 2003, La Raza was actively funding MEChA, according to federal tax records.

Their claims of a presence of non-European peoples long before the founding of our nation is of course true – all of us who read our history or attended the cowboy and Indian movies know that history well. What the heck, Israel and the Palestinians are still arguing about who came first, and the Old Testament mentions the “Philistines” time and again – and they are the Palestinians of today.

The hate in the blogs of Bimbam and Gustyj are what make this nation the wreck that it currently is – the blogs are disgusting, so I must assume their authors are equally disgusting. But you have the 1st amendment right to be disgusting, and in fact to vote.

For you gun lovers, another five shot dead today in Fresno, including an 18 month old and a 3 year old. Someone was angry and just couldn’t get control of his ill will. BUt of course we are all safer for what he did.

      • KHM

First of all, the appointee’s name is Munoz, not Ruiz. Second, La Raza may do some good for the Hispanic community, but it games the system of a country that gives these same people benefits they couldn’t get in their home country. Yet they espouse the reconquista of all of the southwest. Yes they are racist.
The Ford Foundation and the Gates foundations support very Liberal/Left groups now. May not have been the original intent of Ford;s philanthropy, but that is how it is now.
By the way, someone called you in that your comments may be made just to stir up things. I agree with that comment. You seem to like to hear your own opininion.

    • Deerinwater

LOL! everyone that is not on “my side” is racist! and if you protest to my protest is all the evidence that I need to know it’s so.

That is much like “Class Warfare”, it is not warfare unless someone is resisting the assault.

I enjoy the Universe as seen from the prospective of “I” as much as anyone, But at least I know it.

We want people that don’t fight me or my beliefs, who have Guard dogs that have no teeth.

“Life is hard and make only harder by being stupid” John Wayne

May I suggest embracing adversity, hone your wits, be prepared and expect a good fight. If it was easy, it’d been done already.

Affirmative action is my pet peeve, something no one bothers to even mention anymore. WHY? Evidently I don’t count or matter? Or maybe I just have not tried hard enough? After all there is other pressing issue that take president that divide us.

      • eddie47d

It has to be deliberate that the author calls so many others racist but never brings up right wing groups who actually have done harm to the USA. Selective history or once again showing his lack of being truthful? In another article they put a picture of a black man and talk about filth. Some of us can connect the dots in who is being pointedly racist and it’s not Cecilia Munoz.

      • Tom W.

“How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations! For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High. Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit.”
        Isaiah 14:12-15

He also had an “I” problem!

  • Brenda Choate

What chance? None. Obama and the democrats will find a way to grant them the right to vote. After all, these illegals can buy an ID on the street. To hell with checking out if they are legally eligble to vote. Why else does the democrates bloc a national ID?

    • Robert Smith

Question asked: “Why else does the democrates bloc a national ID?”

In the past it has been the extreme right that has blocked a national ID. 666 and all that garbage. Alos, it invades “their” privacy.

Sheesh… I’m an American and I’m proud of it. I don’t mind carrying a card that says just that as I’m proud of carrying a card for other organizations I’m proud to be a member of.

Picture, finger print, and all relevant information to say who I am. I have no problem with being the American I am.

      • Brian

Sorry Robert, but the things that make you proud to be an American are an afront to everything America stands for. Ben Franklin was talking about you and those like you when he said that those who would sacrifice liberty for security deserve neither.

        • Mushin

Dammit Bri, you beat me! I wanted to leave the first reply to Wobby! Ah well, you can’t win-em’ all! Yeah, I tried that whole approach of using the Forefathers with Wob too but logic and history are NOT two of his strong suits! Sound arguments don’t work with people who’ve drank too much flouridated marxist coolade! Shrinks brain cells ya know!

          • Flashy

kind of like folks who toss out words like “the Founders” and a) not referencing who they mean; and b) being unable to reference who they mean.

Not only that, but what parts of the Constitution woulod you talk about. Adams and a lot like him were vehement on the slavery issue. The Southern reps were just as vehement as well. So a compromise was reached to garner a majority vote. Now you darn well know someone voted “for” or “against’ a proposal objecting to some other part but the deal had been struck to override the objectionable parts.

So do everyone a favor and when you refer to “the Founders’…please use it referring to a policy/section and who you are referring to. otherwise, you’re tossing out meaningless phrases.

          • eddie47d

The hypocricy is overwhelming Flashy. How many times have the same people on this site screamed about having National ID cards? Now they demand everyone have a State or National ID card in order to vote.

          • Carlucci

            “Wobby” and “flushy”…… two peas in a pod……LOL – ! :)

          • libertytrain

Carlucci – comprehension isn’t in the cards for them. :)

          • eddie47d

            C&L = dumb and dumber!

        • Flashy

Brian…and that’s why you didn’t scream rant and yell when the unPatriotic Act was imposed, when torture became official state approved policy, when they began tossing Americans in jail with habeus corpus rights, etc etc

So pray tell, how many anti-war marches did you attend back then? how many times did you contact your Congressional rep on the unPatriotic Act? How many people did you contact to protest torture being used on prisoners?

          • independent thinker

While I cannot speak for Brian many on this site opposed the un-patriot act when it was first passed and we opposed it even more when your hero obama renewed and expanded it.

      • Mushin

Wobby! you still here too!? Wow, I’m impressed! You and “Doc” sure have staying power I’ll give you that! Your like the unwanted guest (or rat) one has in ones home that never EVER LEAVES! You (in my opinion) one VERY obtuse young man OR someone is paying you to be here and keep and eye on the goings on (and you also manage to throw in a comment every now and again just to stir the pot)…,if I just had some decon!

        • s c

Mushin, it’s strictly a matter of being paid to ‘show up’ with a pre-programmed opinion. It might seem like staying power, but it’s not. Pavlov’s dog didn’t have to think. It merely “reacted.” Obummer’s ‘dogs’ have been indoctrinated, and they don’t know it. Yet another reason to ABANDON public schools and look at career politicians as enemies of the people.

          • Mushin

            Ha,ha,ha! Pavlov’s dog’s! good one SC. Yeah, I not only get the humor but I get the relation….here comes a treat little doggy! ya want it! ya want it boy! yeaaaaaaahh! sure ya do! {drool!, slurp!, drool!}

          • eddie47d

I love it when SC does or says the exact same thing that she accuses others of doing. She tries to convince you all that they are doing the Cha Cha and she is only doing the Tango.

        • Tom W.

Mushin please, His head’s big enough already!!! He not smart enough to see that you’re actually makin’ fun of him!

    • Flashy

Hmmm….here we go again. With no proof other than one or two isolated instances (by both GOP and Dems)…”voter fraud” becomes an issue. An issue based on no empiraical evidence, and plays to hate and fear of the ignorant. So the answer is ? Why…limit the Right to vote! HECK YEAH! Trample on the rights of everyone so i can feel my hate and fear sated and enjoy the moment of testostrone it gives me!

      • james

The Dems have been perpetrating voter fraud for a century and a half! Vote early, Vote often! Especially the Chicago dems! You gotta be kidding, Flash.

        • Tom W.

Your friend in government extends a hand, you don’t leave that hand empty, do you? That’s “The Chicago Way.”
          Just ask Blago!!!

      • Karolyn

It has just been discovered in SC that 900 dead people voted recently. Thus far, this has not been attributed to fraud by anyone but is being investigated. It could be that people took over dead people’s identities or people were marked as dead in error.

        • Flashy

Dead [people voting is not, per se “voter fraud”. The street term is “stuffing the ballot box’. It would occur without having someone show state approved identification before casting their vote.

Now think it through. Someone walks up and says ‘I’m John Smith”. The elections rep says ‘what’s your address?” John Smith gives the correct address. Takes the ballot and votes. Now…think about this. a) if he is not John Smith he has to know John’s name, and he also has to know his address. So it’s not Joe Schmoe just walking in off the street giving a name hoping it fits.

Now…say he does know name and address and the REAL Smith comes in later. Oh oh … place both aside and investigate, having them both tagged as “provisional” so as not to invalidate the real Smith’s vote.

Same Day registration an issue? Shouldn’t be. Registering should require proof of domicile. And that is not the issue dealing with “voter fraud”. Voting fraud under same day registration is also a moot issue. Everyone knows Same Days are automatically challenged by the poll watchers. “Challenged ballots” aren’t included in the first results. If there are enough challenged which may decide a close race, you really think they aren’t being examined closely so ensure they are legit?

The ONLY reason to require photo ID at the voting site is to suppress voting. And why is that a good thing?

          • s c

Ye gods, people. Serve the fuhrer. Love the fuhrer. Worship the fuhrer. Act like the fuhrer.
And you utopians wonder why conservatives react with amazement. Did you ever pass a history course that taught REAL history? Did you ever pass any English classes? How much did you pay for a piece of paper that implies that you know SOMETHING, flush?

          • Flashy

SC..wehre do you find disagreement and solid argument against? I will admit the old man wouldn’t probably use the 12 gauge, he’d probably go for the 16 or 20 gauge, both which are lighter and easier for him to handle.

          • Tom W.

I’m seriously impressed with how much misinformation those pea brains can retain!

        • cawmun cents

Well if I was a bettin’ man,I’d put it all in on the action of making Jose and Juan,Joe and John.If I could take a dead persons identity and represent them by giving it to an illegal,I could sway and election that way.
Thats(how many illegals are there in this country?)a sizable chunk of voting power there amigo/amiga.
How would you orchestrate that kind of thing?
By putting those in positions of power that could make that happen.
How do you get folks who cant afford to buy houses on the regular market, affordable housing?By putting those in positions of power that could make that happen.
HMMM,seems like this is a growing theme.
Or it could be just conspiracy theory.
Kind of like the theory that”supposedly”brought Joseph(or Jose if you speak Hispaniol)Stalin to kill everyone that he saw as a threat to his power.
But nevermind about the secular humanistic side of politics.
Just pony Juan and Jose up to the ballot box, they knoe exactly who they want to vote for……
          Ron Paul 2012

      • smokey

oh come on flashy, one or two “isolated instances”? every time LBJ won an election it was because he carried the graveyard vote. chicago hasn’t had an honest election since al capone arrived from new york. and acorn has committed so many acts of voter fraud that i hear LBJ is ashamed. and THOSE are the isolated instances you speak of. so how about answering the question: what is, specifically, your objection to showing ID at the polling station? and please, none of this “trample peoples’ rights” B.S. if you have a US id you can vote. no rights violated there.

        • Flashy

Read my response to Karolyn immediately above your post.

        • Steve

What is that old phrase used in Chicago elections? “Vote early and vote often.”

        • James

LBJ was a one-term president and is dead.

      • http://bellsouth Duke

If your saying what I think you just said FLASHY, your right!! Here we go again. I served in the military, where you need Identity of US Citizenship, Worked numerous contract jobs that you needed a picture ID and am required to show proper ID to Vote.
You have people on Welfare that have ID to collect the checks and cash them. Now, why has anything got to be different for an Illegal?
Please tell me why an Illegal Immigrant should have the right to vote, receive welfare, free schools, free College tuition as well as Housing Subs.? I could go on and on, but you guys wouldn’t listen…..

        • Flashy

Who said anything about allowing a non-citizen to vote?

You register, you receive a Voter registration card. If after the polls close, that person voted twice or is listed as dead, it’s challenged.

Requiring anyhing more is calculated only to suppress voting. That’s good?

          • G.B.

Only the one’s that have something to hide.

      • vic

WOW you must live on an island. voter fraud is VERY much a prevalent issue even today during the GOP presidential bid. with the stakes so high, these jackals will leave NOTHING to chance.
as for a national ID: we don’t need it. what we DO need to do is if we’re giving ID’s to illegals, is have it say in BIG RED LETTERS “NON CITIZEN”. but i don’t think we should give illegals ID’s or social benefits. the process to be a citizen should be less complicated but should also remain in place. the border MUST be secured also.

The latest voter-fraud convictions in Troy, N.Y., must be very inconvenient to the public-affairs propagandists over at the DNC and the NAACP, as well as liberal media outlets like the New York Times. It just ruins their constant refrain that there is no voter fraud in the United States.

Two Troy city officials, the city clerk and a councilman, along with two Democratic political operatives, have pled guilty to forging absentee-ballot signatures and casting fraudulent ballots in the 2009 Working Families Party primary. The WFP is the political party associated with ACORN.

One of the citizens whose votes were stolen was stunned at what happened. She said that she was “sure this goes on a lot in politics, but it’s very rare that they do get caught.” This voter was right on the money with that observation — fraud is so easy to commit in our election system that it is rare that fraudsters get caught and even rarer that they get prosecuted.

As for the constant liberal claims that voter fraud does not occur, one of the Democratic operatives who pled guilty, Anthony DeFiglio, told New York State police investigators “that faking absentee ballots was a commonplace and accepted practice in political circles, all intended to swing an election.” And whose votes do they steal? DeFiglio was very plain about that: “The people who are targeted live in low-income housing, and there is a sense that they are a lot less likely to ask any questions.”

That is exactly what former Alabama congressman Artur Davis said recently when he admitted that he was wrong to oppose voter-ID requirements. Davis says the “most aggressive” voter suppression “is the wholesale manufacture of ballots, at the polls and absentee, in parts of the Black Belt” of Alabama, which is an area of very poor black communities. These are the very areas where the NAACP claims voter fraud does not happen. The NAACP opposes all reasonable measures to safeguard the voting process for its own constituents, even going to the extent of defending vote stealers, as the NAACP did in Greene County, Ala., in the mid-1990s. Small wonder one of its local officials was recently sentenced to five years in prison for voter fraud in Tunica County, Mississippi.

In the Troy case, the ease with which voter signatures were forged without detection shows that signature comparison by election officials does not work and poses no deterrent to this type of voter fraud. That is why Kansas combined a voter-ID requirement in its new election law with a change to its absentee-ballot procedures. If you want to vote in person in Kansas, you now have to show a photo ID, and if you request an absentee ballot, you have to provide either a copy of your photo ID or the driver’s license number from the ID. That helps confirm that the registered voter — not some political operative like Anthony DeFiglio — actually requested the absentee ballot.

        • Flashy

Or, in the case of some states, the absentee ballot is mailed to the voter at the address of registration. The good councilman wouldn’t have been able to conduct the ballot box stuffing if it had been that way.

BTW…this isn’t “voter fraud’ where mandating showing a photo ID to vote would have stopped the crime. It was ballot box stuffing…and requiring a photo ID to garner an absentee ballot amazes me. When someone leaves for out of town, to vote they have to make a special trip to pick up the ballot?

          Jeesh …

        • eddie47d

Mail in ballots are terrific and are only delivered to the correct address. They are also non forwardable so if you move it gets returned even if it’s a temporary move.

Most decent law-abiding American citizens hate having their Constitutional Rights trampled on, and they hate “wolves” who disguise themselves in “sheeps” clothing.

  • Stephen

Progressiveness = Evil. The primary function of the Democrats in power is to stay in power by all means possible; legal or not. The health and well-being of our country? What about it? That has nothing to do with staying in power. Divide and conquer.

The Marxist idea of the law, as officially defined by the Soviet Union in 1938: “Law is a combination of the rules of behavior established or sanctioned by state authority, reflecting the will of the ruling class – rules of behavior whose application is assured by the coercive power of the state for the purpose of protecting, strengthening and developing relationships and procedures suitable and beneficial to the ruling class.”

      • cawmun cents

Especially when you consider as a historical note, that by 1938 Joseph Stalin had already killed more Soviet citizens, than Hitler had wiped out during the entire event of holocaust.Genocide is never a nice thing folks, whether it is done to ethnic, racial, religious,or political groups.

Many years ago I worked among Mexican-Americans, in a professional capacity, and became aware of the wonderful humanitarian work that was done by the two Hispanic organizations mentioned by Ben Crystal. In his article he made some serious errors. For instance, (1) “raza” among Hispanics refers to “ethnicity” (not “race” as among Anglo-Americans). (2) Hispanics belong to the White race, no different to that of Ben Crystal. If he knew the Hispanic culture, he would have known that. (3) There is no connect between Hispanic’s humanitarian work toward their ethnic group and the Nazi Goebbles mentioned by Mr. Crystal. Furthermore, (4) the M.E.Ch.A. organization provides college scholarships to those too poor to afford it. Also, (5) “La Raza Unida” simply refers to uniting their efforts to help the poor among their ethnic group, because as they are family-oriented, that’s what they do – help each other. Worse of all, (6) it is offensive for Mr. Crystal to try to connect the humanitarian work done by La Raaa with the socially counterproductive work of the Muslim-backed ACORN group. It is irresponsible and offensive to make such comments.

And no, I’m not a Hispanic and definitely not a Democrat anymore.

    • Mary

No, it is incorrect. Hispanics are not belonging to white race, because Hispanics are mixed ethnicity. It can be proving by science like genetics, anthropology etc. Many Hispanics look like Orientals, Asians, Indians, mulattos. White race is mostly including European descents and now white race is continue shrinking because of many factors like decrease birth rate, multiculturalism, etc. White race is already only 7 % worldwide and it will cost of falling and destroying human civilization. Someone can see for instance, what was happening to Detroit, Birmingham.

      • Karolyn

There is no such thing as “race”. We all come from the same stock. That should especially be obvious to Christians who believe in Adam and Eve.

        • Alice

You are wrong! We have many dogs, cats, horses and other animals which divided on different species in same group. Same with humans, they also divided on different races, subgroups and different ethnicities. All humans are very different in facial and body appearances, behaviors, and health problems. Next, humans divided on male and female. Human races have different genetics and DNA genes.

        • cawmun cents

There are exactly five races extant.
One is a race so small that it hardly reflects in the schizm of humanity at all.

For practical purposes, there are four main groups.
All others regardless of color of skin are mixtures.
Australoid are the Aborigines in Austrailia, representing the red race.
          Caucasoid represent the white race.
          Mongoloid the yellow race.
          Negroid the black race.
Color of skin, has nothing to do with the actual racial content.
There are light and dark skinned members of all four races,up to and not including mixtures. You can most tell by facial features, hair, and languages, although because of mixtures, languages are not an exact representation.
Let me give you a for instance:
If you look at features of people from India, though their skin is dark in color, they have Caucasian features. This may seem strange to many, but historically,”Aryans”came from the Indus river area.
So….to say thay White people only represent 7% of the worlds population,is simply not true.
However at this point most people anywhere on earth have other races inherent in their gene pool.
This means that color of skin is not an accurate measure of even the predominant genes.Plastic surgery and devices found on vanity surfaces can change appearences to the extent of hiding predominant racial features. But some things just cannot be altered enough to detract from racial identity.
The term Hispanic merely means Spanish speaking.
Apply it to a Brazillian and you may have to fight, although some folks in Brazil do speak Spanish, most speak Portugese.
Latin is a european lauguage, but some people here in the Americas call themselves Latinos or Latinas. It is only that their laguage is derived from latin.
But the reality is that all of the languages in western Europe are derived from Latin. So when you look at your fellow Americans, all of them are latinos and latinas,if they speak Spanish,Potugese,French,German,English,Italian,Romanian, and several other dialects of European origins.
Their languages and yours are very similar in structure.
So dont think of La Raza as meaning the race.
          There is no such race.
It is merely a political tool to encite divisions.

        • James

Not true, the Bible dates Adam’s creation at 5407 BC, and all none white other races were here thousands of years before that, Blacks were here millions of years before that.
It is also true that “kind begets like kind”. Has anyone ever seen otherwise? All earthlings did not have a common origin. Period.

    • TriumphOver Evil

Do you know the definition of ‘illegal’? Most legal Hispanics are established in life and don’t need handouts or charities, and if they do there’s always grants for college or other charities to offer help. When a corrupt organization helps illegals it is a crime. When Barack Obama helps corrupt organizations further their agenda for the purpose of votes, it is still a crime. All illegals, and not just Hispanics, should be sent back to their own country.

Ron Paul is an ICON! Barack Obama and his wife are sleazy, corrupt EYESORES who have made a mockery of the People’s Republic and the White House!

    • Peter

I know many Hispanics associate themselves as white race but they look very mixed. For this reason, many scientists believe that Hispanics are mixed ethnicity groups. Hispanics cannot be white race. They have deferent, low IQ compare to white race, behaviors, and health problems.

IQ is strongly related, probably more so than any other single measurable human … among themselves within any particular group (whites or blacks or Asians). …

      • James

Hispanic means like a white Spaniard. It originally applied to the offspring of Spaniards and Aztec Indians in Central America. It’s similar to the term mulato, which means the first generation offspring of a white and a black.

No. You sound like you need help.

The people that assasinated JFK are comming into their own at warp speed. The halfbreed will not deal the final blow. An equally demonic republican will finish the job just to show us that we were right about not trusting any of them. It’s almost time to lock and load. They are going to put more veterans back on the streets with the cuts comming. The halfbreed says, ” Hire a vet”, as he sees to it that business’s can’t afford to hire anyone. Now, the halfbreed is incouraging the wetbacks to wage war against us. Constitution anyone? Bring your protection to the poles. We’ll have the new brown wetbacks in addition to the new black scumbags to deal with this year….

I don’t understand why it is such a big deal to show is to vote, you need it to buy sudafed! I am sick of the arguement it discourages the poor, how do they cash their welfare check with no id?

    • Flashy

my father is 92 years old. I know for a fact he has no photo ID. Doesn’t need it. A small town of about 2,000 in rural America, he’s lived there since the glaciers receded. My father votes. He dawdles up the sidewalk and it may take half the day these days, but thatol’ coot is bound and determined.

So…under a photo ID law…he has to show proof of citizenry to obtain the ID. i’ll tell you what. i’ll let you go and tell him he has to prove he’s a citizen by garnering a BC or something else showing he is an American. If you are extremely lucky, he won’t go off and get the shotgun to blow your “damn fool head Nazi head off”.

You suggest to him you’re lumping him with welfare recipients..mind you, he receives his army pension, his union pension, and SSI … it won’t be luck your head stays affixed to your body, it will be a miracle and I’ll have second thoughts that there might be something to Christianity after all.

fer chrissakes…quit focusing on your hate, fear and bigotry. THINK for once …

      • NC

Flashy, bless your heart you fight the good fight but asking them to think is a real overload!
My mom lived to age 92 and voted in every Presidential election I am aware of, as did her entire family of 10 children! If you had demanded any of her brothers to produce an ID to vote you would still been fighting them when the polls closed.
PS: They went to Church every Sunday> Their one fault was they were Duke fans but I forgave them all before they died!

  • skyraider 6

Maybe the poor, are too poor to vote? This administration stinks” hurry up Nov.

  • Bono

I have to agree with Crystal in regard to the La Raza Unida group. I worked as a law enforcement officer back when they were at full strenght in the 70′s. The goal of these groups is to infiltrate the southwest United States and seek forced autonomy in the future when this part of the country becomes overpopulated by them. It is our own fault because we alow them to maintain their own culture and not beome assimilated into the main population. We should not have bilingual offical anything they do not have it in Mexico nor any other country.
For once he makes a true statement outside of his usual B.S. and propoganda. As for Democarats maybe he will someday become enlightened that Republicans are the same breed and only claim to care about America. As far as calling the kettle black the wealthy democrats like Pelosi are not different from the wealthy republicans (hipocrits). As far back as Richard Nixon, illegal aliens were allowed to enter the country under Bracero programs and never made to leave. Ronald Reagan did the same as any other of them. Why should the democrats or Obama be any different? Why whine, we are the voters, lets change it. In the end we have the Glock 40 solution given to us by our constitution. Defend ourselves and our nation.

Gringo, there is no “organization” that is “direct threat” to the USA, except maybe the Republican Party. There is not even a Muslim country that can land a “diret threat” force on these shores that a well trained sheriff’s department couldn’t take out! Let up with the “fear” mongering! • Boatdriver

Line the border with Gallows and fill them with Wetbacks.

  • Rafael

The main problem that I see is not the mexican flow of illegal immigrants to the US, but to blame the economic disaster and problems this country has to illegals, is unfair and untrue, first and most of all the blame is due to government intervention and second the quantitative easing of the FED. Reserve Bank. Otherwise you would not hear anything about the break backing work they do to bring food to the American table.

    • Walt

While it may not be the MAIN problem…it is a MAJOR problem Rafael.

It is absurd to keep harping on the worn out tune about Americans not wanting to do certain jobs and that is why Mexicans have to do them.

This so much crap. The real problem is that illegals will work for much less and put up with more employer abuse. This goes to the the issue of greedy employers using illegal workers, paying them less, providing less benefits, paying no Soc. Sec. taxes and making more profits.

The secondary issue is how the demographics is rapidly changing to where Americans of European descent will quickly be outnumbered by a race of Mexican indians and mestizos, clamoring to reclaim the entire western U.S. and advocating that all Europeans, Africans and Asians be ethnically cleansed of “their ancestral homelands”.

Notwithstanding the fact that the Aztecs never claimed these northern lands in the first place, and were inhabited primarily by mostly nomadic native American tribes.

This uncredentialed useless destruction engineer we are asked to call a POTUS likes to toy with the illogical at this nations expense and creates opportunity for dangerous ideology to practice it’s insanity among the keepers of the law. His paranoid thinking creates a schizoid line of contrast that sets off chaos and clash, it is his societal idea of a never ending stew of societal war and unrest. This intrudes on every citizens peace of mind and while he likes control by uncertainty his tactics ravage all normal thinking and robs us of a future, I am saying what this nutcase wants is to be the emperor and will go to extremes to get what he wants.

Where is Morris Dees and the Southern Poverty Law Center on this issue?
I guess Hispanic racism doesn’t show up on their radar.

HONEST? Where on the globe have you been? All States bordering mexico can tell you without exception, the murdering drug cartels and other moochers whom RICH MEXICO REFUSES TO SUPPORT, have been entering USA WITHOUT HINDRANCE almost since the day that socalled pres has been in office. To the readers here. Please note a place called Tucson AZ and its Unified School District.Far at least a couple of years this school district has been teaching LaRaza material. It reached the ears of the State Superintendent of schools, the State Attorney General and the Governor. When the Superintendent tried to visit and see for himself how these classes were going he was LOCKED out of the classroom and asked to leave the campus. The state’s leverage in this case is 10% of the school budget.
The School District has told the current AG, State Superintended and the Governor to go pound sand.
These students are being schooled as revolutionaries and reactionaries. AND, now Obama makes his second LaRaza appointment. his first was to the supreme Court of the US.
This is way, way outside of local jurisdiction!!!

BTW the SEIU and the NEA are alive and well in this Right-to-work State. These are State and Federal employees I think

LA RAZA makes the black panthers and the KKK look like sunday school students . So of course Obamass wants to get them into his fathers dream of destroying ” colonialist America ” . Replace him with RON PAUL instead of another ” progressive ” .

Wait until the 2012 elections. The SEIU and such will deliver another obammy victory. You will really see your stimulus money at work. All of the money went to get this mobster re-elected. Nothing will stop this.

So what is so surprising about this appointment by Obama! Look at all the other appointments and you will find that they all have something in common. They are all far left to the extent of anarchists to flat out communists. When you find extremists you find dishonesty and we have a president who has befriended and enlisted people that will stop at nothing to destroy the American way of life. Think back and remember Obama’s statement. (America needs a security force larger than the Military!) Obama’s Army!
