The IRS As A Cudgel

The Internal Revenue Service was formed in 1913 following the adoption (it was never properly ratified) of the 16th Amendment to fund the Federal Reserve and enrich the bankster elites by stealing and redistributing the wealth of American citizens.

The income tax is one of the greatest frauds ever perpetrated upon the American people. It was enacted even though the U.S. Supreme Court had only recently ruled in Pollock v. Farmers’ Loan & Trust Co. that certain taxes on direct income were unConstitutionally unapportioned direct taxes and violated Article I, Section 9 of the U.S. Constitution. Not covered in Pollock is the fact that the income tax also violates the 5th Amendment: No person shall… be deprived of life, liberty or property… nor shall private property be taken for public use without just compensation.

A heavy progressive or graduated income tax is the second plank of the Communist Manifesto. The central bank (aka the Federal Reserve) is the fifth plank. The United States has essentially adopted all 10 planks of Marxism. For its part, the Federal Reserve was formed during a wave of bipartisan progressive legislation passed during the early 1900s that transformed the American economy and society from one of roughly laissez-faire to one of centralized statism, as Murray Rothbard writes in A History of Money and Banking in the United States. The Fed was also fraudulently promoted, as those who were working behind the scenes to pass the legislation were acting in public as if they opposed it.

The U.S. government had functioned without an income tax for more than 100 years, except during the time of the War of Northern Aggression, when Abraham Lincoln passed an unConstitutional tax on income to fund his war machine.

During the run-up to the 16th Amendment, President Woodrow Wilson promised Americans that only those earning more than $10,000 (about $100,000 in today’s dollars) per year would even pay taxes and the tax rate would never exceed 3 percent (now 36.9 percent). In the beginning, that was so; but within four years families were taxed on all income above $1,000 and the top rate had risen to 76 percent, demonstrating how the elected class lies without compunction.

The government began tax withholding in 1943. By withholding a portion of a worker’s paycheck, government is able steal the wealth of its citizens slowly over the course of a year, silently and with little outrage. This is vile treachery, even if the worker receives his money back when he files his “income taxes.” It means that for a year the government has had an interest-free loan on the backs of the citizenry. When the government returns that money, it is viewed as a benevolent master by the ignorant citizenry who assume the government is giving them some kind of gift, never realizing how poorly they have been used.

The income tax is not used to fund Federal government. I am not the first or only one to ever say this, but few understand it. As far as I can tell, it was first uttered publicly by a government functionary during the last year of World War II. Beardsley Ruml, chairman of the Federal Reserve from 1941-1946, said in a speech before the American Bar Association, “The necessity for a government to tax in order to maintain both its independence and its solvency is true for state and local governments, but it is not true for a national government.”

So why is there an income tax? It is to control and redistribute wealth and compile dossiers on all citizens. The Form 1040 is the “taxpayer’s” dossier.

When people refer to “taxpayers’ money,” they think that our taxes are “taxpayers’ money” and they are trying to tell the public that the government “wastes taxpayers’ money” and the people actually believe this nonsense.

Now to set this illusion in concrete, the IRS does reduce the numbers (money) in our checking accounts when we authorize them to do so via our Form 1040 tax return.

But no one ever asks where the numbers (money) go when deleted from our checking accounts. These numbers (money) do not go to Washington as taxes to pay anything. They go into the cyberspace of the IRS computers.

The dollar is a myth. Oh, I know that we have green strips of paper in our pockets that we believe are dollars. The numbers on the green strips of paper are our “dollars.” So what we “spend” every day are the numbers or the symbols on our green strips of paper.

So what does the IRS do? It reduces our consumption by reducing the numbers in our checking accounts. It is a system of economic regulation to conceal the fraud that modern money is numbers created without limit by government/bankers.

What else does this Orwellian system do? It transfers wealth to the “money creators.” How does a government make war on its own people? Modern money is numbers or symbols in computers which can be created to infinity. Theft through fiat occurs when the volume of numbers (money) exceeds the production of goods and services. This is called inflation. So the government makes war on its own people by increasing the volume of money.

The government makes war on its own people in another way, as the latest IRS scandal reveals. The IRS has been used by past regimes as a cudgel to harass, annoy and even imprison and destroy political and personal opposition. President Franklin D. Roosevelt was notorious for this. President Richard Nixon was forced out of office, in part, because of his use of the IRS against his enemies. Article 2 Section 1 in the articles of impeachment against Nixon read:

He has, acting personally and through his subordinates and agents, endeavored to obtain from the Internal Revenue Service, in violation of the constitutional rights of citizens, confidential information contained in income tax returns for purposed not authorized by law, and to cause, in violation of the constitutional rights of citizens, income tax audits or other income tax investigations to be initiated or conducted in a discriminatory manner.

Under the breaking IRS scandal, we learn that the illegal usurper currently occupying the White House, Obama the Obtuse, the undocumented worker, has likely instructed or had his minions instruct IRS offices to audit Obtuse Obama’s political opponents and harass Tea Party, gun rights, anti-abortion and other conservative organizations seeking tax exempt status — at least 500 such organizations at last count. There’s also mounting evidence that the IRS leaked the dossiers of Mitt Romney and his top supporters to the media and to Senator Harry Reid (and possibly others), who during the last Presidential campaign claimed to have damning evidence on Romney’s finances.

As the CEO of the American corporation, Obama is ultimately responsible for the actions of his underlings even if he didn’t directly order Sarah Hall Ingram, the head of the Orwellian-sounding “Determinations Unit,” to target conservative organizations for special scrutiny. He may have just used a wink and a nod, or it could be just the pervasive atmosphere of thuggishness emanating from Obtuse Obama, who achieved his status through Chicago-style political bullying on steroids and political and ethical misfeasance and malfeasance and has operated his regime as a thugocracy.

It’s obvious the IRS has targeted conservative groups specifically as reports indicate an Obama relative’s sham charity received expedited treatment in dealing with the organization; and there are no complaints from liberal, leftist, statist, progressive organizations about their applications being held for years and unConstitutional demands for private information about associations, reading habits, prayer habits and contents, mailing lists and future political plans have been requested. There is also a growing list of “coincidental” audits beginning shortly after someone spoke out or wrote in opposition to Obtuse Obama policies, or in the case of several in the conservative media, after asking Obama tough questions directly. This occurred only with conservative groups.

Americans have long held a fear of the IRS, and rightfully so. In any dealings with the financial proctologists who act as the enforcement arm for the government extortion center, the citizen is considered guilty until he proves himself innocent. Responding to IRS requests for documentation is akin to dealing with Mafioso knee breakers. They are often government functionaries who exhibit signs of psychosis in their seeming delight at the consternation they cause a populace that is trying to decipher thousands of pages of codes and instructions that even IRS functionaries themselves cannot decipher.

Ingram, who oversaw the targeting of Obtuse Obama’s “enemies,” received tens of thousands of dollars of bonuses for her work. This indicates the Obtuse One held her work in high regard. Her efforts also got her bumped up to head of the IRS Affordable Care Act office where she is charged with implementing the Obama deathcare system.

This will give her access to the medical records of all Americans. The information found there could then be used in myriad nefarious ways against Obama’s opposition, as in to disparage and smear, deny certain rights, confiscate weapons and harm their business or employment prospects.

Chief Obtuse Obama operative and malefactor David Axelrod, in attempting to deflect blame away from his master, said Obama is not responsible for any of the scandals because government has grown too big to manage. Conservatives have been saying this for years. What better way to begin reducing government than by eliminating its extortion racket agency?

Regardless of whether this IRS scandal or any of the other scandals now percolating in the Washington, D.C., cesspool ever lands on Obtuse Obama’s head, one fact remains. The IRS, which serves only evil outcomes, must be dismantled to the last jot and tittle. The 16th Amendment must be repealed. The IRS must never be allowed to administer the tragedy that is the Obamacare deathcare system.

Well bob sounds as if you hate the IRS along with any form of government. So stop paying taxes and find a country that does not tax. Should not be hard to do. Any government is better than the one you may not have shed blood for. Boy , you chair borne rangers or so called patriots.

    • HOLYMASSOFHUMANITYBATMAN

Typical (and only) liberal argument: “You conservatives hate the government”. Wrong! We love the Republic our Forefathers built and, yes, we HATE seeing it torn to shreds in front of our very eyes. The Republic we love and shed blood for is going right out the window and many, like you, are too blind to see it. Or you simply choose not to.

I’ve been aware of this since my teenage years. Income tax is unconstitutional, but how do we prevent it. I’m just one man and want this unqualified traitor in my house (white house) smitten from the u.s.a. How do we do this??

    • Freedom rules

There is a nation wide IRS protest, at noon on Tuesday.

Bob, I agree to the point of Orwellian and Marxist intents of absolutism in the policies you enumerated. However, with the defrauders of the American people with the power now (and ever since), the Law. These minions shoukld be prosecuted via Special Prossecutor expedient until they spill their guts under the threat of jail time, pointing the finger upwards.
Just a recommendation: please give names when you denounce of audits in the conservative media. I know it happens, Bill O’Reilly said it once he’s audit every year for 14 years, and He’s not what I call a real Conservative. Otherwise, people tend to daubt your arguments.

Put the attorney general under control & appointment by the judicial branch & allow the states (1 vote each) to recall the president, attorney general, Supreme Court members, Congress members, cabinet appointees & DOD appointees, abolish at the Federal Level -DEPT EDUCATION, OSHA, INS, EPA, FEMA, BATF, DH(ins)S, CIA, FBI wrongfully used against citizens, businesses disagreeing with Executive Branch, States may impliment these at state levels, Congress members & Judicial. State level rights will stop the liars in Washington DC. from giving away money we do not have to get ekected. Democratically.

  • j

elected democratically. Those on government assistance lose their vote to vote for more free stuff, temorairly, until they are off government assistance below the age of 65 years old, as an incentive to find work but not starve. Money saved at Federal level allow states to create state assistance programs funded responsibly by each state. Federal is to provide Defense of our Nation from Enemies to our Constitution Foreign & Domestic, Mr president.

Excellent !!! Please get this out to all our conservative leaders!! What is now rearing its ugly head is what Obama is all about, bringing America down by any & all means!!

Also, think about all that money sitting in 401ks and IRAs that everyone hasn’t paid taxes on yet. The government can change the rules whenever they want and it’s only a matter of time before they confiscate our retirement savings. Bad enough the money is stuck in a tax trap? Do you think taxes will be higher or lower in the future? FREE YOUR MONEY Before its to late

That mouthful (Personal Liberty Digest, The IRS As A Cudgel) is more words than I have lung to express or thoughts to realize. Said simply…there are 107 million households on the IRS mailing list. The USConstitution will cost 25¢ to publish and a small amount of change to distribute. Simple elementary math tells me the possibility to repeal this abuse-of-power is possible with less fund raising than polititians demand in reelection. The erasure of the damaged parts of good government will require Faith with a capital F. “Fear not …only believe”.
The vote is unanimous. Repeal the 16th amendment. Erase the power , and lisence, to abuse …with the other end of the pencil !!!
