The Fast And The Spurious III

December 6, 2011 by

The Fast And The Spurious III

Last week, before a rather transparently timed late Friday document dump, Attorney General Eric Holder stuck his skinny finger in the face of a reporter for The Daily Caller and demanded that The Caller “stop” reporting on his role in the disastrous gun-walking fiasco: Operation Fast and Furious. Evidently, Holder has decided that such reporting is entirely the creation of what Secretary of State Hillary Clinton once called “the vast right wing conspiracy;” and he wants the media to avert their eyes.

The reporter stopped Holder as his handlers tried to hustle him offstage to avoid questions the corporate media were likely going to eschew asking anyway. He asked Holder about the growing chorus of Congressional demands for Holder’s resignation over OFF. Holder’s response was tragically predictable, considering his membership in an Administration which is as likely to offer direct answers as a fleabagger is to bathe: “You guys… need to stop this. It’s not an organic thing that’s just happening. You guys are behind it.” Translated from the original liberal doublespeak, that reads thusly: “How dare you continue to focus on this scandal, the attendant body count and my role therein! Why can’t you just churn out some fluff about the occupiers like my friends at The New York Times?”

Three days after Holder delivered his rant, the Department of Justice delivered thousands of pages of documents to Congress regarding the failed operation which included the ill-advised plan to allow straw purchases over the objections of career field agents and gun retailers, the arming of narcoterrorists and the subsequent murder of Border agent Brian Terry and Immigration agent Jaime Zapata (along with an unknown number of Mexicans about whom Holder and Barack Obama would have cared only if they had made it to the polls on election day — preferably twice). The document release likely was timed to occur late enough on a Friday to coincide with the low-key weekend news cycle (an odd effort, given the fact that the corporate media would rather offer Christmas cookie recipes than speak ill of Obama and his accomplices).

The material paints a horrific portrait of dishonesty, arrogance and incompetence on the part of multiple members of Obama’s DOJ. In addition to the extraordinary step of withdrawing an explanatory letter about OFF which the DOJ dispatched to Congress in February, the Friday activities were highlighted by the revelation that the now-disavowed missive was the product of an internal debate which raged for three days. To repeat: They required three days to decide on which lies to tell Congress.

In the course of the DOJ email chain about the proper response — which presumably should not have included those pesky “inaccuracies” — to inquiries from Senator Charles Grassley’s staff, former U.S. Attorney and OFF point man Dennis Burke sounded off. Burke falsely asserted that Terry’s murder was unrelated to OFF and charged that Grassley’s staffers were “acting as stooges for the gun lobby.” Those silly “gun lobby stooges” are always asking questions about arming narcoterrorists, murder and potentially false testimony in front of Congress.

We already know that Holder’s testimony about OFF was rife with what taxpayer-funded NPR called “inaccuracies” in a Friday afternoon report and you and I call — ahem — bravo sierra. What we see in the document dump is a pattern of deliberate obfuscation stretching from Arizona to Mexico to Washington over the course of more than a year.

Unfortunately for Holder — and ultimately Obama — while supplicant media flacks are gazing at their navels, Congressional investigators are paying close attention. Grassley and Congressman Darrell Issa, along with nearly five dozen of their compatriots and at least one of the Republican Presidential candidates, show no signs of letting Holder, Obama and their accomplices bury the OFF story. Holder is due for another visit to the Congressional woodshed on Thursday.

Perhaps Holder made the fatal mistake of assuming the blanket immunity offered to his big buddy Barack by the corporate media would not only extend to his own crimes, but would stifle the legitimate media, which has not abdicated journalistic responsibility on the altar of liberal fealty. Among the questions I’d like Holder to answer: “Do you think you’ll like prison?”

First, Holder belongs behind bars. Second, I see no reason to wait until more people are ‘convinced.’ This administration is so self-serving and oblivious to the Constitution [that piece of paper that freedom-haters LOVE to hate] that Holder should be viewed as the head cheerleader of America’s first criminally paranoid, anal retentive administration.
Maybe Holder didn’t take notes when he got his education via a mail order school. When you act like you’re a part of a group of criminals who combine National Socialism and a Stalin-like 1984, you’re in the spotlight, and there you’ll stay.
There’s an easy way out for for slimers like Holder. If he RESIGNS, most of his problems will go away – for now.
Holder and his freedom-hating boss have declared war on America. You’ll just have to excuse us, you Alinsky-lovin’ criminals, but Americans are not obligated in any way to stand by while our rights are being trampled in the name of Che-style justice
or a Kafkaesque Mein Kampf. RESIGN.
The alternative is MORE spotlights and MORE media
coverage. The American people deserve to be protected from vermin like Holder and this criminal administration. If he doesn’t like it, he KNOWS what he can do with it.

That’s right CC. Just because they pass some POS legislation saying that we can’t touch them doesn’t mean that “WE CAN’T TOUCH THEM. When the time comes, they will get more touches than their little devious minds can imagine. I’m like Santa, making a list and checking it twice.

holder is a good example of our governments ethics:
Misrepresent, lie, deceive, cover-up, misdirect, and then lie again.
Has anyone checked our southern boarder lately ?

      • CJM

The US Constitution does NOT provide immunity from breaking the law, therefore, Holder et al are responsible parties and can be arrested, tried, convicted, and imprisoned. Pelosi, Reid and any other congressman/woman who voted to allow them to disregard laws pertaining to insider trading are just as guilty and CAN be held accountable as well. These idiots need to re-read the US Constitution; all those so-called ‘laws’ are illegal and have no standing.

        • Kate8

Unfortunately for us, we have a group of thugs running things who don’t need no stinkin’ Constitution. The law is what they say it is, and if you don’t like it, there’s a cell at Camp FEMA with your name on it.

I posted this last night. As I said, I don’t quite know what it means, but I like the sound of it. Maybe there will be some accountability, after all. We’ll see.

          • Cheaptrick

Hi Kate8 ~ Lisa messed up. She put a space where one should not be. Here it is corrected:
I’ll keep checking to see if it comes through. I tested it from my other email and it works. Sorry about that.

          • Kate8

Cheaptrick – It looks the same to me. I sent you a message earlier. I’ll try again, but if you don’t get it by the time you read this, something isn’t working.

        • karel Eekels

CJM, they are above the law, and could care less about what is cemented in clear language in the Constitution. It does not apply to them. “We the people” are their subjects, don’t you get it?

More “skinny fingers” need to be poked in the AG Eric Holder’s face and this without interruptions.

          • CJM

Of course I “get it” karel E….my point is this: According to the US Constitution, NO ONE—especially elected officials—is above the law. Furthermore, I hear some say that you cannot arrest a sitting President (Congressman, Cabinet Member, etc), which is a lot of horse hockey. Any elected official can be arrested if they are breaking the laws; it doesn’t matter if Pelosi and company enacted some form of legal protection so they can do their insider trading–it is still against the law and they are accountable for their actions because enacting that special legal protection is illegal in and of itself. I am tired of these politicos who deem their special status as some sort of elite corp–Marie Antoinette did the same as Pelosi (“Let them eat cake”) and it cost her dearly. Madame Pelosi needs to rethink her stance.

      • James

A.G. Holder can be impeached, and some congressmen are considering that.

    • amarq

He violated not only US laws but International law as well. He has no immunity. I believe congress has already dropped the ball by not charging Holder with false testamony at the least.

      • always right

they can’t charge him with anything. That would be “racist” and these sissy-la-la’s would rather watch their contry disappear than be called names.

        • Bus

Perhaps when we get a real President, he can be reassigned Holder from the Injustice Dept to the INS and be sent to guard the border. With a shirt that has a big target painted on the back.

    • steve

I don’t understand why more peole don’t just come out and say what this OFF was really all about…a failed deceptive plot by a bunch of left wing radicals (Obama, Holder & Co.) to try and gain support from the average American to force us to all turn in our guns…I guess if a few little people like Agent Brian Terry or a few thousand Mexicans citizens got killed by these guns it was an acceptable loss for their cause…THEY WANT US ALL TO REGISTER OUR GUNS AND THEN AFTER SOME PLANNED TERRORIST ACCIDENT HAPPENS THEY WILL DEMAND FOR THE “GOOD” OF THE COUNTRY THAT WE TURN ALL OUR GUNS IN….then once they have our guns it will be game over…

      • http://na Jim

I can’t believe that we as Americans could ever give up our guns for many reasons. But one of the largest benefits to this country and our government not to do so is the deterent against any foreign invasion. There is no country out there who would dare invade America for that reason alone. They would have to NUKE the whole continent to win that war and then what would they have left.

There is a really long list of examples of Americans giving up their guns.

          • http://na Jim

Vicki, yes I totally agree with your point. I am aware of some of these legislative acts that have depressed our right. My point is even if laws are passed the guns will still be retained by private citizens if albiet hidden.

          • Vicki

A few guns. Not enough to hold a rotten government at bay.

They don’t need to get all the guns. Just get most people to turn them in.
I’m hoping that when they make a move that most gun owners will do as you suggest and hide them. Then again that is why all the different ways of registering who purchases a gun (or ammo) If you hide the gun they know you have they will just arrest you anyway. One less person in their way.

Oh and if you claim it was lost or stolen they will arrest you for failing to notify them in a timely manner.

buunregistered guns from private citizens and at gun shows. stockpile ammo, small quanities at a time. Pistols are nice but in combat long guns rule. learn how to use them and practice off-hand shooting.

Eric Holder, you little weasel bastard – you belong in prison! You are going to stick your ugly marxist finger in the wrong face one day!

This “FINGER” action is so reminiscent of Bill Clinton sticking his skinny finger in the face of the American people and lying with “I did not have sex with that woman”. These people seem to think that the finger in the face move exhonerates them from all guilt. This weasel should never have been appointed, given his complicity in many dubious decisions during the Clinton years. Nancy Pelosi also uses spastic hand movements while denying her guilt. If you tied these people’s hands behind them, they couldn’t say a word.

Eric Holder is not the first Attorney General to protect mass murderers, but he is continuing the policy of protecting the scofflaws in the federal government whose policies have led to the death of tens of thousands of veterans made homeless and destitute by employment discrimination. Destitute veterans die from exposure and malnutrition, minor illnesses left untreated until they lead to fatal diseases, untreated dental conditions producing abscesses and eventually leading to death, psychological conditions that develop due to years of poverty amid prosperity, and sometimes murder by psychopaths who hate the poor. The people in the Department of Labor, Office of Personnel Management, personnel offices of federal contractors, the Office of Special Counsel, Merit System Protection Board, and Department of Veterans’ Affairs who know about this are mass murderers but continue to please our politicians, who are happy to be able to use the money earmarked for the benefits the veterans earned for projects to enrich themselves and their friends. Holder has a duty to prosecute them all for crimes against humanity, and if he does not, he is guilty of being a party to the crime.

    • mark

No, we had many attorney-generals who failed to prosecute scofflaws especially during Prohibition. Alcohol poisoning during the twenties led to the death of tens of thousands of Americans many of them veterans of WW I. The names of these scofflaw A-Gs were: H.M. Daugherty, Harlan Stone, John G. Sargent, and J.D. Mitchell. We also had an attorney general in 1941, Francis Biddle, who supported the rounding up of 120,00 U.S. citizens for 4 years detention in concentration camps just because they were of Japanese descent. Biddle was wildly popular for this blatantly un-Constitutional action and had the support of a vast amount of the American people who never really care much about Constitutional violations as long as they are directed at non-whites. Dozens of Attorney Generals tolerated the stripping of African Americans’ right to vote for some 90 years, as an example – and again they were quite popular for their contempt for the Constitution since their derelection of duty only applied to non-whites.

So you are advocating return to Prohibition cause 10s of 1000s (A Mark Made Up Number (MMUN) ) of Americans poisoned themselves? Isn’t that the cause of OFF? At least for them majority on this site. The “Libertarians” who want to round American citizens up and invade other countries that dare to practice a different ideology.

Yeah,ew it would be important, so I D/L’d it and saved it on a stick. I’ve see where things are going for America and hidden all of the evidence to bring when the time comes.

In WW2, None of the leaders were prosecuted, for lack of evidence even though they did end up dead. I’ve told others to do the same, but not many are listening… unfortunately… I don’t see us getting out of this any better off…

2nd Amendment is in more trouble than you know. Sunday, it was announced that Cerberus Capitol was buying up ALL US Gun MFG’s AND Ammo AND Tactical Clothing. Dan Quayle is heading up that effort as CEO of that division.

THEN – Yesterday, Tuesday, coincidentally, Dan Quayle announced he was backing Mitt Robme who is a well known NOT gun backer!!! They back doored American’s as far as I can tell.

Cerberus is pretty well known for breaking up industries after apparently consolidating them, from my experience.

I’m putting you on notice now – get it while the getting is good Folks and don’t be fooled by the name, “Freedom Group”! Even the NRA is denying rumors of the dismantling of the industry, but I’ve been involved with Cerberus – a victim of their preying tactics…

    • mark

It never really has. Nixon skated. So have dozens of others like J. Edgar Hoover and every director of the CIA and the Pentagon who repeatedly lied to Congress and kept it in the dark regarding their clandestine operations. Don’t forget one of the problems is that Congress consists of far more liars than than the people who actually come before Congress to be investigated. This was the problem with the House on UnAmerican Activities Committee of the 1940s and 1950s. The Commitee’s members were far more UnAmerican than the people they investigated. But this is the beauty of government as all libertarians know.

      • Vicki

Mark has an interesting obsession with libertarians. He seems to be trying to focus on them and demonize them.

I actually think Eric Holder should be held accountable for the Fast and Furious debacle as should any Attorney General or official under any administration who pull these stunts. Yet CC above says we should bring back McCarty and that era. Sounds like a double standard here since his witch hunts snared many innocent Americans. Makes you all hard to believe. If you want true justice you have to want it for all.

      • mark

Good point. If the evidence against Holder is there, the Congressional investigation should proceed. I was mostly being sarcastic with my last post. But you are right.

        Best, mark

Do you even think Holder will be prosecuted at any time?
He will be protected by the corrupt politicians.
We have such a lawless administration it will be impossible for anyone to get to these communist idiots.

  • Ted Crawford

There are a coupl of things that force me to seriously consider Harveys(above post) assurtion that the only flaw, from the administrations point of view, was that they were caught!
The first is the fact that they used the thousands of guns they forced the dealers to sell, in the data to prove that we needed tighter gun control! That’s transparent enough to show what at least one of the missions purposes was!
secondly they had the example of a similar operation under the Bush administration called Wide Reciever. Reportedly a much smaller operation and, at least, proportedly, the guns were never to leave the country. After only a few hundred gun were sold the operation was deemed unmanageable and canceled!
Along comes Holder and company and, in a manner prevailent in this administration, doubled down on an allready proven failed idea! Was this done through incompatance or design?

    • http://facebook Jungle Jim

Ted Crawford; Are you related to Johnny Crawford,Who played,The Son of “THE RIFLEMAN”?with Chuck Conners!…
Now to something Serious?,Your Question?,”Was this through incompetance or Design”,And The Answer!,”IS”………”DESIGN”, Times,President?Franklin Delano Roosevelt,Has Been Quoted,Many Times “Anything the Government does,Is Either Accidental or by Design”,In His Case,It Was Always by Design,Should This Administration be any different?….

It was definitely by DESIGN, so Holder & Obama could enrich their off shore bank accounts from the Mexican Drug Cartels. They could be taken out real easy with a few misguided drones.

  • American Thinker

I wonder what is the record of previous administrations regarding suing states and going after State’s Attorney Generals. Every day I read another story about the (IN)”justice department” going after another conservative.

I don’t remember Bush or Clinton or anyone else being so RABID and POLITICAL in its prosecutions. I’ve had enough and 2012 can’t come soon enough.

It may not have backfired… Sunday, it was announced that Cerberus was buying up US Gun MFG’s and that Dan Quayle is heading up that effort as CEO of that division. THEN – Yesterday, Tuesday, Quayle announced he was backing Mitt Robme who is a well known NOT gun backer!!! They back doored American’s as far as I can tell.

Cerberus is pretty well known for breaking up industries after apparently consolidating them, from my experience.

  • Raggs

Everyone ACT’s surprized to find out what dictatorship America has had for the past three years.

I’m not at all surprized by this I’m just sick of how this administration continues to get away with it though.

    • eddie47d

Did you support Watergate or the Iran-Contra Affairs? Every Administration has its stinkers and serious bloopers and they would have gotten away with them except for decent whistle blowers. This deal gone bad is no exception and someone needs to be held accountable. If that is Eric Holder then so be it.

      • Raggs

WOW!!! ED I can’t believe that you said that… :) Finally you made some sence of things.
But you know damm well as well as with me, nothing will ever happen with this unlawfull conspiracy to undermine our 2nd by order of oblama.

        • JeffH

Raggs, “undermine the 2nd amendment”? That is where the split is with eddie. He’s stated before and doesn’t believe that this administration, let alone Holder have any intention of depriving us of or undermining our 2nd amendment rights.

          • Raggs

As with what we all know it is as a conspiracy of those to be in ” power” to control those that are not… That is a no-brainer… But however I have not lost all faith in the people, not as of yet.
I think that people even to the likes of Ed can see if they look.
And in the day when everyone is looking that is the day that this stops.

        • eddie47d

You’re poisoning your own well on the gun issue and it’s not because of our Second Amendment rights.

  • Bob Wilson

Holder is just following his boses example, Obama lies all the time. I used to say that I didn’t like the way Obama was running the country but I liked him personally because he seems to be a good family man. But now I think if he can lie to us as much as he does, he might also be creating a false image about that also. I receive this email – Does Obama lie. Judge for yourself.

    “Does Barack Obama Lie”
You lie? No. Barack Obama doesn’t lie. He’s too subtle for that. He … well, you judge.
Herewith three examples within a single speech — the now-famous Obama-Wilson “you lie” address to Congress on health care — of Obama’s relationship with truth.
    (1) “I will not sign (a plan),” he solemnly pledged, “if it adds one dime to the deficit, now or in the future. Period.”

Wonderful. The president seems serious, veto-ready, determined to hold the line. Until, notes Harvard economist Greg Mankiw, you get to Obama’s very next sentence: “And to prove that I’m serious, there will be a provision in this plan that requires us to come forward with more spending cuts if the savings we promised don’t materialize.”
This apparent strengthening of the pledge brilliantly and deceptively undermines it. What Obama suggests is that his plan will require mandatory spending cuts if the current rosy projections prove false. But there’s absolutely nothing automatic about such cuts. Every Congress is sovereign. Nothing enacted today will force a future Congress or a future president to make any cuts in any spending, mandatory or not.
Just look at the supposedly automatic Medicare cuts contained in the Sustainable Growth Rate formula enacted to constrain out-of-control Medicare spending. Every year since 2003, Congress has waived the cuts.
Mankiw puts the Obama bait-and-switch in plain language. “Translation: I promise to fix the problem. And if I do not fix the problem now, I will fix it later, or some future president will, after I am long gone. I promise he will. Absolutely, positively, I am committed to that future president fixing the problem. You can count on it. Would I lie to you?”
    (2) And then there’s the famous contretemps about health insurance for illegal immigrants. Obama said they would not be insured. Well, all four committee-passed bills in Congress allow illegal immigrants to take part in the proposed Health Insurance Exchange.
But more importantly, the problem is that laws are not self-enforcing. If they were, we’d have no illegal immigrants because, as I understand it, it’s illegal to enter the United States illegally. We have laws against burglary, too. But we also provide for cops and jails on the assumption that most burglars don’t voluntarily turn themselves in.
When Republicans proposed requiring proof of citizenship, the Democrats twice voted that down in committee. Indeed, after Rep. Joe Wilson’s “You lie!” shout-out, the Senate Finance Committee revisited the language of its bill to prevent illegal immigrants from getting any federal benefits. Why would the Finance Committee fix a nonexistent problem?
    (3) Obama said he would largely solve the insoluble cost problem of Obamacare by eliminating “hundreds of billions of dollars in waste and fraud” from Medicare.
That’s not a lie. That’s not even deception. That’s just an insult to our intelligence. Waste, fraud and abuse — Meg Greenfield once called this phrase “the dread big three” — as the all-purpose piggy bank for budget savings has been a joke since Jimmy Carter first used it in 1977.
Moreover, if half a trillion is waiting to be squeezed painlessly out of Medicare, why wait for health care reform? If, as Obama repeatedly insists, Medicare overspending is breaking the budget, why hasn’t he gotten started on the painless billions in “waste and fraud” savings?
Obama doesn’t lie. He merely elides, gliding from one dubious assertion to another. This has been the story throughout his whole health care crusade. Its original premise was that our current financial crisis was rooted in neglect of three things — energy, education and health care. That transparent attempt to exploit Emanuel’s Law — a crisis is a terrible thing to waste — failed for health care because no one is stupid enough to believe that the 2008 financial collapse was caused by a lack of universal health care.
So on to the next gambit: selling health care reform as a cure for the deficit. When that was exploded by the Congressional Budget Office’s demonstration of staggering Obamacare deficits, Obama tried a new tack: selling his plan as revenue-neutral insurance reform — until the revenue neutrality is exposed as phony future cuts and chimerical waste and fraud.
Obama doesn’t lie. He implies, he misdirects, he misleads — so fluidly and incessantly that he risks transmuting eloquence into mere slickness.
Slickness wasn’t fatal to “Slick Willie” Clinton because he possessed a winning, near irresistible charm. Obama’s persona is more cool, distant, imperial. The charming scoundrel can get away with endless deception; the righteous redeemer cannot.

Corruption is rampant in all governments and is the major reason we have the economic crisis of today….there was absolutely no reason for this turn of events. With officials being uncovered for their corruption, the problem is that those of a like mind are achieving the ‘vacated’ positions which makes the situation no better than before—just different ‘leaders.’ We have to make a strong determination in 2012 NOT to do what other countries are doing–replacing what they despise with someone even more despicable and more corrupt. Put Romney, Perry, or Gingrich in office and we will be falling into the same trap as the other nations are–and things will only get worse.

He needs to be extradited to Mexico to stand trial. They EXTRADITED Marc Emery for seeds and he politics now serving in the 5 yr. in the US for a while he was in a totally dysfunctional private prison in Georgia dirty swamp water to drink in 64 Mexican to a room the cheapest food to eat now infected with MSRS forced to work for 12 cents an hour or solitary confinement if it was not for the millions of supporters he would still be in there with the thousands of former Mexican workers that used to mow our lawns do Americas dirty jobs. Holder need to taste the same justice. Even in Emery’s the arrest warrant they did not even mention seeds just that he gave money to legalization groups around the world he never even came to the US, and unlike Holder there are not 50,000 dead Mexican on his bloody hand, arrest this criminal today.

  • Downs1

Some people are trustworthy. Some are not. Eric Holder is not! Not only is the “Fast and Furious” escapade rotten to the core, but the fact that there are Islamic Jihad training camps within the United States in 22 states run by Sheikh Gilani is unbelievable! Their presence is clearly known by out government, but nothing is being done to stop their subversive activities. Don’t ever say that there is not a conspiracy to take over this country! Congress will investigate the baseball scandal, and the boxing scandal, but they don’t have the balls to investigate a real threat to America! They took an oath to “defend the Constitution against all enemies both foreign and domestic,” but they choose not to do so! Throw the b——ds out!

  • David169

It’s good to bring the facts of “Fast and Furious” to the public eye but why won’t anyone talk about Hillary’s State Department gunrunning plan that supplied a lot more guns directly to the Zetas and has caused a lot more deaths in Mexico. The last I heard Fast and Furious is approaching 4,000 Mexican bodies while Hillary’s program has killed over 6,000 Mexicans. Now that there are around 10,000 dead due to the Democrats trying to abolish the 2nd Ammendment why won’t somebody step up and charge these criminals with “crimes against humanity” and “mass murder”. How many Mexicans have to die before the left wing MSM and the UN put the blame where it lays.

In an article by Max Blumenthal these actions have been going on for some time and can be directly linked to The Patriot Act and Homeland Security. Now who let that cat out of the bag right after 9/11? His article then went on about the militarization of America’s police. Guess who is doing it? Our good friends Israel! Our government has hired them to turn America into a police state. Some call it the Israelification of America where former Israeli police with their government approval are sending them here to train our police. They are now training TSA agents in security procedures and Mall security firms. American police chiefs have also been flown to Israel for training and intelligence. These teams in America are also working with local police and their operation is called Urban Shield. They set up expositions and do SWAT team drills. Another group called JINSA/Jewish Institute of National Security Affairs have already trained 9,000 US police and other law enforcement officials. They work hand in hand with LEEP/Law Enforcement Education Program and PERF/Police Executive Research Forum. Chuck Wexler is Director of PERF and he coordinated the attacks and round ups of the OWS protesters. As we had seen these roundups all happened about the same time. To me this is a dangerous precedence in these national dragnets and does show to what extent they are willing to go. The Patriot Act has set loose some ugly scenerios and our government officials are going along with the program.

    • Raggs

Well ED… I cannot disagree with you.
The scope of all of this has been in the works for many years to control the population… When you find some time read up on S.1867 from sections 1031 to 1034 and the definition of a “domestic” terrorist according to the DHS.
As we all know that the DNC has been screaming for months about private American citizens being seen as a problem with all dissregard to muslim extremist…

      • eddie47d

Looks like we lost on that one (S-1867) at least in the Senate. The vote was 93-7 yesterday. Paul Rand fought against it and John McCain championed it. I’m not surprised since those sections were buried in the Defense Authorization Bill.

    Anti-gun Judicial Nominee Defeated!

The response of Gun Owners of America members to Monday’s alert was overwhelming and played an important role in defeating the confirmation of Caitlin Halligan, a judicial nominee with a history of anti-gun activism. Halligan, a former solicitor general in New York, was a leading advocate for bankrupting the firearms industry through the use of frivolous lawsuits.

All Republicans voted against Halligan except for Lisa Murkowski of Alaska, who voted in favor of the nominee, and Orrin Hatch of Utah, who voted Present. Every Democrat voted in lock-step with Obama and Reid.

    • Raggs

Holder and Obama need to be held accountable not only for the deaths of Brian Terry and Jaime Zapata, but for the crimes and 200+ deaths where these OFF guns were found in Mexico. They need to be extradited and spend a lot of time in a Mexican prison.

  • Ted Crawford

The extradition is a step too far, but the rest I agree with!
