The Easiest Way To Boost Your Health And Protect Your Body!

August 9, 2011 by

What’s the simplest way to boost your health? The answer is pure, fresh water. Every day, you should drink at least six to eight 8-ounce glasses of this liquid of life, since your body uses about 2 to 4 liters of it every day.

“We have an increased need for water because our diets contain mostly processed, low-water-content food, and our bodies need the extra [water] to help flush out all the toxins we’re taking in,” states Patricia Fitzgerald in The Detox Solution. Here are more of the healing effects of water:

  • Water is an amazing “colon juice” that guarantees healthy and regular bowel elimination. Not only is this liquid necessary for almost every bodily function including digestion and waste elimination, but we would die in a matter of days without it.
  • Water is one of the least expensive and most effective anti-aging tools available. A key reason our skin wrinkles is because it is too dry, and dry skin droops more than skin that is plumped with moisture.
  • A recent study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition suggests that people who drink more water tend to eat fewer high-calorie foods, consume less sugar and take in more fiber — characteristics of a healthier diet and a healthier you.

There really is no such thing as pure, fresh water. And that’s the problem. Do you know what kind of crud/poisons a lot of cities/regions put into their water? Chlorine and Fluorides. You wonder why so many people get sick so early in life, and so often? Poisonous water.

I invested in a reverse osmosis filter for my drinking water. I haven’t tested the water, but my family can definitely taste the difference, and we have all been drinking more water than ever before. I agree with this article, but recommend that everyone invest in a filtration system for maximum health benefits.

Did you check to make sure fluoride is also removed?

  • Rusty Nail

Specifically, “reverse osmosis” method of water purification is an excellent approach BUT this approach or method gives you pure water as it removes virtually every thing INCLUDING essential minerals that humans must have and which are one of the major sources from water. Other filtering systems are not as efficient as RO but thats another matter.

The way to pure water filtration is the “Berky filter”

      • Nenet

Unfortunately, Berky can’t send filters to California where there is a lot of fluoride. Spring water is not readily available either.

  • ‘jake

just one viewpoint. Many other’s dispute this ’64 oz’ claim. I agree with @Polski, unfilter water is bad stuff; is there a good pure water?; some filters take out the ‘good’ stuff too. What does one believe?

Screw all this healthy water discussion. Drink a few cold beers everyday and do some aerobic exercises for at least 30 minutes four times a week. Eat right and sleep 6 1/2 hours a night and you will stay healthy and live to be at least 90.

The Warning of the WHO NOT to put Sodium Fluoride Pesticide Poison in the water because of the serious medical problems resulting from it is being ignored. We cannot afford to sue the Governments here in Australia for doing it.
