Ted Cruz: ‘Yes We Can’ Stop Obama’s Fundamental Transformation Of America

Senator Ted Cruz (R-Texas) has been sending signals in recent weeks that he is getting serious about a potential 2016 Presidential bid, the most recent of which is a web ad featuring an inspiring message from the lawmaker.

“We can either choose to keep our head down, and not rock the boat, to not stand for anything, or we can stand for principle,” Cruz says at one point in the video aimed at encouraging conservatives to upset the political status quo.

The Senator ends the video exclaiming that Democrats and the mainstream media are wrong to claim that conservatives are powerless to stop Obamacare and the White House’s ongoing violations of the Constitution and trampling of American liberties.

“Yes we can,” Cruz concludes, sardonically borrowing President Obama’s 2008 campaign slogan.
