Teaching The Birds And The Bees Along With ABCs

Teaching The Birds And The Bees Along With ABCs

According to Shanghai Daily, a sexual education textbook will be issued to Chinese students in the city following a similar move in Beijing. The textbook, which depicts the sexual organs on illustrated children and images of sexual intercourse between tadpoles, will be issued to first and second grade students.

“Kindergarten children have a vague idea about gender difference,” said Xu Dianfang, an official with the Shanghai Education Commission, in the article. “Local primary schools are required to launch gender education among grade one and grade two students.”

Chinese officials allegedly called for sex education at a very early age because educators in the country reported through studies that many parents did not truthfully answer questions about where babies come from.

Similar movements in the U.S. have been suggested by more liberal-minded educators citing studies such as a 2009 report in the Children and Youth Services Review , which provides evidence of sexual activities among children as young as 8. While most school districts in the country still have control over the method and nature of their sex education programs, with some general mandates in place, organizations such as the Sexuality Information and Education Council have pushed in recent years to add requirements and to ban some forms of sex education altogether (i.e. abstinence-only programs.)

“It is the right moment for our country to pass the Repealing Ineffective and Incomplete Abstinence-Only Program Funding Act,” said Monica Rodriguez, president and CEO of the Sexuality Information and Education Council of the United States in a March press release. “The focus of government this year needs to be on increasing the health and well-being of our nation’s young people by smartly investing in health education programs that work and eliminating wasteful programs that don’t serve any purpose but to line the pockets of special interests. Eliminating the failed and ineffective Title V abstinence-only programs so we can concentrate on bringing real, comprehensive sexuality education to young people is a good step in achieving these goals.”

Many conservatives in the country argue that sex education should begin at home and be left out of the hands of schools altogether. In October 2010, Texas Governor and 2012 GOP presidential hopeful Rick Perry turned down $4.4 million in Federal funding for pregnancy prevention programs opting to continue the State-funded abstinence program. Time published an article Wednesday calling Perry’s assertion that abstinence works “weird science” and also calling into question the Governor’s stance of an array of health issues from requiring HPV vaccines for school-aged girls to his support of stem cell research.

Maybe it’s time for America’s ‘best and brightest’ crowd to put their pointy heads together and give China a lesson in interesting times.
Send thousands of our ‘enlightened teachers’ to China, and put them in charge of China’s sex education program(s). Be sure to include a bunch of union teachers, too.
We’ll have China so screwed-up that they’ll have a swell educational system just like ours and it will result in ‘leaders’ who can’t think their way out of a wet paper sack (without help from their foreign puppet masters, that is).
I don’t say that in an attempt to be mean. Call it turnabout. As long as China has us by our short and curlies, it’s time that we do something to defend ourselves. Or, we could wait for Obummer’s czars to make a decision, or we could send them Al Gore and let him take complete charge of their sex education program(s).
He’s a high priest of global warming, and that has to be worth something, even in China. He could invest in China’s green companies, and he could truly pig out on first-class Chinese food. All he needs is a translator, and he could rent one in almost any city there. Pack your bags, Al. Call it a mission for a compassionate Mama Earth.

    • 45caliber

      sc:

Considering Big Al’s size now, he could easily lose most of that excess weight in China – considering their food.

A friend where I work (a very trim girl) was sent to China for two weeks. When she returned, I asked how she liked the food there.

She said, “Well, let me put it this way. I lost seven pounds.”

The faithful practice of abstinence works (of course) Abstinence-Only programs educate but do not prevent teen pregnancy. The full array of pregnancy prevention options need to be presented to our children, probably not as young as 1st & 2nd grades.

    • Kate8

Doc – When I was in school, there was the occasional teen who became pregnant. But, as it was frowned upon, they usually were sent to live with an aunt for awhile, got married, or just lived with the stigma for a time.

Since sex education hit the school curriculum, and the instructions on birth control, the incidence of teen pregnancy has skyrocketed.

Why? Well, for one thing, teen sex became not only accepted, but expected. We’re talking about kids who are too emotionally immature to understand the true meaning of intimacy, and who are only interested in gratification. Too often it leads to drug use and the real degradation of their humanity, as was the purpose.

So, of course, now we have abortion being used as birth control, and further loss of the value of humanity.

There is a huge price to pay for sexualizing our children, and it’s being done on purpose. Parents don’t want this, but the state has taken that choice away. It is now mandatory here in CA, and a liberal judge has declared that parental rights end at the school door.

      • Average Joe

I agree with you 100%. I would add that if it is made mandatory and that parents “rights” end at the school doors, then it is time for parents to homeschool. I would also state that getting rid of family planning (abortion on demand at the taxpayer expense) would go a long way towards ending the the incidence of teen pregnancy. As it stands, there are basically no consequences for irresponsible actions concerning sex acts (get pregnant, hit the abortion clinic, someone elses pays the bill and you are free to do it again and again). Maybe it’s time to cut off the Federal funding of any institution that performs abortions. Before you left leaning loons chime in with your usual irrational rants, I did not say end abortins…I said end Federal funding of abortions. It is time for these people to learn that there are “real” consequences for their actions. If they have to start paying for their own abortions, I am willing to bet that their irresponsible actions… will only happen once…..or not at all.

        • ekim

There are consequences to playing house ! If you have a child you and your sex partner have to support that child. If the state decides to support that child there should be consequences to that suppport. The state will only support one child and said support will be monitored closely !
Pets are fixed to keep from reproducing too many litters. If you cannot afford kids, get fixed !

      • Average Joe

        (continued),

Especially if those abortions start costing them 5k each…because there is no Federal funding to offset the charges.

      • Robert Smith

Kate8 says: “So, of course, now we have abortion being used as birth control, and further loss of the value of humanity.”

If that’s the case why do the most abortions occur among the strictist religions?

        Who’s having abortions (religion)?
Women identifying themselves as Protestants obtain 37.4% of all abortions in the U.S.; Catholic women account for 31.3%, Jewish women account for 1.3%, and women with no religious affiliation obtain 23.7% of all abortions. 18% of all abortions are performed on women who identify themselves as “Born-again/Evangelical”.

Look at catholic and born again!

        That’s from: http://www.abortionno.org/Resources/fastfacts.html

Did you see were calif. was trying to pass a law that gives 12 yr olds the right to medical treatment with sexual diseases?
        http://www.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=340845

        • Robert Smith

“However, American Center for Law and Justice Executive Director Jordan Sekulow contends the short bill is clearly designed to bypass parental rights.”

If it they are Christian Scientist parents I WANT the kid to get treatment rather than die.

IOW, there certainly are times when parental rights should be taken away.

And certainly the extreme reich wing wants to take parental rights away from pregnant women and deny them access to abortion.

So, YOU can promote your own denial of parental rights when it’s handy for you.

          Rob

          • DaveH

It seems odd to me, that a Liberal, from the class of people who want to make our every decision because they think they know what is best for us, would have the audacity to imply that the right-wingers (of which I am not one) are like Hitler (Reich-Wingers). If anybody emulates Hitler and his totalitarian ways, it is without a doubt the Liberals.

          • DaveH

People who live in glass houses, Robert, shouldn’t throw stones.

          • http://naver samurai

Ahhhhh such word play to insult others and steal their rights. That’s a bunch of lies, butthead. How is abortion parental rights? Abortion has nothing to do with parenthood. Also, you always cry about the woman’s rights, but who the h*** are you to say that she has the right to force her beliefs onto her unborn child? You are the lowest form of human being, butthead. Abortion is nothing but population control and you know it. 하나님 하고 나라를 위해서! FOR GOD AND COUNTRY!

          • Robert Smith

From samurai: “How is abortion parental rights? Abortion has nothing to do with parenthood.”

Oh, I get it. Now it’s NOT a baby from conception. It’s only a “baby” when it’s handy to deny the woman rights.

More from samurai: “Also, you always cry about the woman’s rights, but who the h*** are you to say that she has the right to force her beliefs onto her unborn child?”

Oops, do I detect some hypocracy here? Is it parental rights you want only AFTER it is born? It’s that old conception to birth thing from the reich again.

“Abortion is nothing but population control and you know it”

Actually you are lying again samurai. I don’t “know” abortion to be population control. That is YOUR theory, just as your religion about that brutal god is.

Do you really think that women are on earth to breed at your command? Worse, the command of your brutal god. Remember, that go forth and multiply garbage.

            Rob

        • ekim

I do not think anyone is denying care to anyone ! As long as YOU pay for your care, do what ever you please. I think the denial is pertaining to the government spending TAXPAYERS MONEY for something that each person should be responsible for him/her self !
Everyone makes mistakes, especially youngsters, but ONE mistake should be enough to teach anyone RIGHT from WRONG.
It is enough that WE TAXPAYERS have a bunch of do nothing, good for nothing, corrupt elected officials who are on the dole ! We do not need a bunch more do nothing LOW LIFES on the dole as well !

          • Robert Smith

So much for being your brother’ keeper and all that christian charity.

So, if mom doesn’t want to take care of the baby the baby dies because you don’t want to spend any money. Yup, there is that old conception to birth thing again. Once they are born you just don’t care.

This could also be a way for the libs to indoctrine our children on these matters. They yend not to support family and personal values. They only believe in doing what feels good. Classic sing of low intelligence. 하나님 하고 나라를 위해서! FOR GOD AND COUNTRY!

      • William

That was a very stupid comment you left. You don’t care about making a point, you only care about thinking you’re better than others. You are so full of crap!

        • http://naver samurai

We both know that conservatives tend to support family and personal values more than the libs do and that’s a fact. The libs are the ones pushing the gay agenda nonsense, abortion, and eroding of the traditional family. Ergo, you are the one full of crap by posting a personal attack and have no facts or sources. Just like a lib, gay loving, baby killing, marxist.

          http://www.sbalist.com

Here is one of the sources that I’m offering to you. Go there and be awakened to the truth. FOR GOD AND COUNTRY!

I don’t consider hate to be a family value.

I don’t consider bigotry to be a family value.

I don’t consider denying health care and watching people die as a family value.

I don’t consider denying freedom in America as a family value.

            Rob

          • Robert Smith

Awww Dan, here is a quote from YOUR reference: ”
A minor who is 12 years of age or older and who may have come into contact with an infectious, contagious, or communicable disease may consent to medical care related to the diagnosis or treatment of the disease, if the disease or condition is one that is required by law or regulation adopted pursuant to law to be reported to the local health officer, or is a related sexually transmitted disease, as may be determined by the State Public Health Officer.”

FIRST, it is illegal for an adult to have sex with a 12 year old. Often it is a relative or family friend. So, how enthusiastic are the parents going to be to get the kid the health care they need?

How likley are the parents to report abuse?

If the kid is in the system by their own choice it means they understand something is WRONG. They can get help.

Abusing kids is NOT a parental right.

            Rob

Total abortions since 1973 now It’s ironic that there will be fewer tax payers to support your lazy azz and if you take in account for lost generations of say two or three kids per one abortion I think you should be able to add it up your self. The fact that they are mostly democraps is a good thing but you and your beliefs have set in motion the take over of mexican and islamist, to take majority of votes for generations to come. The islamist have 8 to 1 children per wife and they can have as many as 8 wives.Get it yet.The take over has begone!

    • Melissa

The government schools are stepping out of their jurisdiction on this. It is the parent’s right and responsibility to teach their children about this. And there is no way that a child that young is ready for that. Especially from government controlled schools.

  • Eric Bischoff

Or SC we could send them the conservative christian Texas board who decides for the whole country what is or isn’t going to be in our text books. Maybe that’s what dumbing us down. Now that would really screw them up!

Or maybe we could just mind our own business and focus on our own problems. Who are we to pretend that we are better or that we know better.

Last time I looked we didn’t rank so high in literacy, health care or many of the quality of life statistics. What we do rank number one is at locking up people and throwing away the key and feeding the beast that is our military industrial complex.

And we seem to still be suffering from hypocritical puritanical attitudes.

    • eddie47d

SC is being the usual smart azz jerk as per usual. Maybe she should pay more attention to our child mortality rate than blasting Al Gore.We are now 41st in child mortality rates so how is all that defunding working out for you SC? The Right has their own wall of shame on several issues but they still seem to be concentrating on Al Gores waist line. Teaching Abstinence only hasn’t worked although it should be a part of the overall program of educating young children but closer to the age of 8-10 not 5-6 as in China. This article also stated that China also has a problem in getting parents involved in teaching their kids about sex education. That is not much different than here.

      • 45caliber

        eddie:

If defunding various groups was the cause of the increase in child mortality rates, I’d be on your side. It isn’t. Most at-risk kids are in trouble because the mother is more interested in drugs, etc. than she is in taking care of the baby/fetus. Most will NOT even go to the various groups that offer free advice and care even if they are required to go. They simply do not care if the child has problems or dies – except as how it might affect their welfare benefits.

        • eddie47d

Right! Republicans don’t defund Planned Parenthood and other clinics critical to a woman’s and her child’s health?? Some of you say they overwhelm the healthcare system and now you say they don’t use it. I reckon it all depends on which bewitching hour it is today in which side you take.

          • http://?? Joe H.

            eddie,
If planned parenthood would stop giving free or very reduced price ABORTIONS, maybe the republicans wouldn’t try to DEFUND them!! They are forcing me to pay for something that is against my moral and religeous beliefs!! Quote for you: Suffer not the children for they are as pure as the driven snow! In the Bible it always talks about Mary being WITH CHILD not pregnant or with FETUS! Oh, and for robert, not with ACORN!!

          • http://naver samurai

Good post and right one Joe H., fellow patriot! When Indiana defunded planned parenthood, Obama bin Laden tried extortion by witholding $4 billion dollars in medicare money. I guess the enemy will stop at nothing to get their way, no matter what the cost is to Americans and children. FOR GOD AND COUNTRY!

          • Robert Smith

Posted: “maybe the republicans wouldn’t try to DEFUND them!”

Dumb Republicans. Planned Parenthood PREVENTS more abortions than any other organization by explaining how conception works and providing affordable and understood birth control.

            Ignorance causes abortions.

            Rob

          • eddie47d

Tax money is no longer going too abortions through Planned Parenthood including in Indiana.

          • DaveH

Exactly when and where has your stated “defunding” occurred, Eddie?
When were your stated “child mortality” statistics taken? Without knowing those things, blame can hardly be placed.

          • http://naver samurai

Rob, ahhhhh such word play to insult others and steal their rights. I will agree that ignorance does cause abortions. The ignorance of a woman having sex before she is married. The ignorance of not using some form of birth control. The ignorance of how a woman will think her lifestyle is more important than the child she is carrying. The ignorance of the woman for pushing her beliefs on an innocent human being that is incapable of defending itself. The ignorance of Obama bin Laden for going around the Hyde Amendment and providing a known abortion provider with federal funds, though it is illegal and unconstitutional for him to do so. You’re right rob. Ignorance is bliss, just not for the child that is murdered at the end of it all. FOR GOD AND COUNTRY!

          • Dan az

            Rob
Planned genocide has killed millions of unborn babies, check your facts again!I think the last count was some where in the neighborhood of 50 million! Can you show me what war has killed that many? Not even the jews match those numbers. So please if your going to defend genocide than do us a favor and go to the head of the line!

          • http://naver samurai

Come on now butthead. You know better than to lie like that. They may have other services, but abortion is their big money maker. Don’t forget, we patriots got $360 million dollars that was earmarked for planned parenthood to be pulled by Congress. Another victory FOR GOD AND COUNTRY!

        • Robert Smith

Defined: “Genocide is defined as “the deliberate and systematic destruction, in whole or in part, of an ethnic, Race (classification of humans), religious, or national group”…”

How can it be “genocide” when each woman makes the choice for herself?

          Please quit lying about abortion.

          Rob

          • http://naver samurai

Stop lying butthead. We both know that many of them are coaxed into doing it or sometimes the parents make their daughters have them. So much for choice, not! FOR GOD AND COUNTRY!

          • Robert Smith

And if you have it your way samurai they would all be forced to remain pregnant until they give birth. Then you don’t do anything for any of them.

How christian of you. Well, your version anyhow.

            Rob

          • Kate8

RS You make a lot of presumptions about people you don’t know.

What you are saying is that you libs should be able to get pregnant as often as you wish (so why bother showing some responsibility), and it is the duty of responsible people to pay either for their abortions, or to raise the child.

Not much incentive for you guys to control yourselves, is there?

There’s always adoption. There are responsible families who WANT children, and are willing to care for them.

          • Robert Smith

            More presumptions from Kate8.

Thanks for that clear demonstration of that old right wing double standard.

            Rob

      Eric:

Before you start spouting off about the “conservative” board in Texas deciding what to teach, you should take a look at what the liberals on the board wanted taught. For instance, the libs wanted all reference to those who wrote the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution dropped so they could include the mention of whomever it was that invented a fireman’s hat. To them, that was more important. The conservatives refused to do that – and the libs then insisted that the conservatives were “changing the history books” – by not including what the libs wanted.

      • eddie47d

Where do you come up with stuff Caliber? The inventor of the “fireman’s hat”? That is some serious kool aid drinking there buddy. Is that like the tall Texas tale of Pecos Bill?

        • 45caliber

Let’s put it this way, eddie. It was in the Houston Chronicle at the time.

The fireman’s hat was invented by some minority – no idea who. That’s why they wanted it included in the history books. And they wanted Jefferson, etc. removed because they didn’t think the kids needed to learn about the Constitution – at least until they went to college.

          • Robert Smith

Of course, you can give us a citation on that? Sure looks to me like right wing urban myth.

            Rob

          • eddie47d

I looked it up on several sites and couldn’t find out who developed the fireman’s hat.(black or white)

          • DaveH

Does this mean, Robert, that you Liberals are going to turn over a new leaf and start providing references for your conjecture?

Insult away. It demonstrates just how bankrupt you are showing just how little facts you actually have.

Again, thanks for another right wing demonstration. How christian of you. At least the christian that follows that brutal god.

R S – Just because someone’s opinion differs from yours doesn’t constitute lying. You have an overinflated sense of yourself, and you think you have all the answers. But, I’m here to tell you, you full of hot air.

Neither Guardisil nor any other vaccine or drug prevents cancer or anything else. Quite the opposite. Are you, therefore, lying? I’d say no, just misinformed, and most probably brainwashed.

You should get all the facts before you go spouting off, showing how foolish you really are.

We can plainly see that your only reason for being here is to be provocative. I suggest you just get over yourself. You aren’t fooling anyone. You just make an a**hole out of yourself.

          • http://naver samurai

Sheesh butthead, you seem to be a combination of Joseph Goebbels and Dr. Mengele today. What’s wrong? Do the patriots and people who know what they are talking about got your pink panties all knotted up? Stop lying about abortion (murder). FOR GOD AND COUNTRY!

          • Robert Smith

Kate says: ” Just because someone’s opinion differs from yours doesn’t constitute lying”

Sure does with name calling when it is easily proven that the name doesn’t apply. Why do you stick up for a liar?

            Rob

          • Robert Smith

Another lie from samurai: “got your pink panties all knotted up?”

I’n not wearing pink panties samurai. Another lie from you.

            Rob

          • Robert Smith

Another lie from Kate: “Neither Guardisil nor any other vaccine or drug prevents cancer or anything else.”

Really. There is evidence to the contrary kate.

            From: http://www.gardasil.com/what-is-gardasil/index.html?WT.mc_id=GL0ES&MTD=2
“What is GARDASIL? GARDASIL is the only HPV vaccine that helps protect against 4 types of HPV. In girls and young women ages 9 to 26, GARDASIL helps protect against 2 types of HPV that cause about 75% of cervical cancer cases, and 2 more types that cause 90% of genital warts cases. In boys and young men ages 9 to 26, GARDASIL helps protect against 90% of genital warts cases.”

Vaccines have been proven to work. Smallpox are a thing of the past. Polio is almost gone.

Really dumb to deny the positive health effects of avccines.

            Rob

    • DaveH

Education Choice would cure the problem. But then, Liberals don’t really want to cure the problem, do they? They’d much rather impose their will on the rest of us.

      • Robert Smith

And it is YOUR will forced upon a woman to make her continue to remain pregnant even if she doesn’t want to be.

It is YOUR will forced upon people who wish to end their lives in a way THEY choose. Not everyone wants to suffer while your brutal god makes them hang on.

It is YOUR will being forced upon people who think medical pot works for them, but you would deny it.

        Rob

        • DaveH

          Robert,
As usual you haven’t a clue. I am Libertarian. I don’t force my choices on other people, like Liberals do.

          • Robert Smith

So, you are pro-choice on abortion, guns, vacsinations, sex education, and gender issues?

            Fooled me.

BTW, isn’t the Libritarian Party the one that put Bob Barr up for President? Didn’t he take a leading role in the debate concerning same-sex marriage? He authored and sponsored the Defense of Marriage Act.

I consider that restricting the rights of folks who love each other but can’t get married because of their gender.

Oh but then he has apologized for the part of the Defense of Marriage Act which prevents the federal government from recognizing same-sex marriages. (Bob Barr Nomination Speech, May 25, 2008, Libertarian National Convention, Denver, Colorado)

            Maybe there is hope.

            Rob

          • DaveH

It seems to me, Robert, that most Liberals only allow choice when it comes to taking a life. Other then that Liberals are very ANTI-Choice. They want to take our money away. They want to take our health care choices away. They want to take away our Religious choices. They want to take away our energy choices. They want to take away our defense choices. They want to take away our automobile choices. The list goes on.
Face it Robert, when it comes to forcing choices on others, you Liberals blow away the right-wingers.
If you want to know what Libertarians think, you can study at mises.org or reason.org or cato.org or lewrockwell.com or look at the Libertarian Party Platform:
            http://libertarianparty.org/platform

And, of course, all people that claim the Libertarian label don’t think exactly alike. And I am well aware that all Liberals don’t think exactly alike. When I talk about Liberals, I am speaking in general. Also note that I consider anybody who thinks Big Government is the solution to be a Liberal.

          • DaveH

So Robert says “So, you are pro-choice on abortion, guns, vacsinations, sex education, and gender issues?
            Fooled me.”

Explain to me, Robert, how I fooled you? Show me a single comment that I have made to support your statement?

          • Kate8

DaveH – Good response. But he won’t get it.

I’ve had it with this jerk. He’s so obnoxious that I can’t stand to even read his stupid, hate filled and bigoted posts anymore.

He’s got to be among the most vile posters I’ve seen here yet.

          • Robert Smith

From DavidH: “They want to take our money away.”

Ah, you make over $250,000? It was Obama who wanted to cut taxes on the middle class and get the jet set to pay their fair share.

“They want to take our health care choices away.”

Wrong again David. The choice to wait until a condition is bad enough to go to an emergency room is not a choice at all. Millions in America are denied basic health care and die because of it. The current system has failed.

“They want to take away our Religious choices.”

Pants on fire lie. Unless that choice is at the expense of someone else’s freedom here in America. Then again, I might agree with you that it is unfair for christians to get their drug of choice, alcohol, while the Rostifarians are denied. Will you lobby so they can have their pot?

“They want to take away our energy choices.”

Not really. Ohhhhhhhh, that light bulb thing! I get it. Popular Science or Mechanics just did an article about that. Fact is CFLs are an interum step. LEDs are the wave of the future. It’s just a matter of time to get production up enough to where the cost comes down. Quite frankly I think proper for government to decide that we should be less dependant with energy. We’re already in wars because of that.

“They want to take away our defense choices.”

Another lie. I have no doubt you consider me to be a “liberal” but I’m also pro-choice on firearms. I quit the NRA a couple of years before Bush Sr. did because I saw that it was becoming the tip of the reich wing spear. I still have a permit and do carry.

“They want to take away our automobile choices.”

Seat belts, mirrors, breaks, and all the other things that must meet standards for safety are good things. The fact is that I don’t want liability for your stupidity if you get smooshed without a helmet. You can go without as far as I’m concerned but I don’t want to pay for any of your problems.

“If you want to know what Libertarians think, you can study at mises.org or reason.org or cato.org or lewrockwell.com or look at the Libertarian Party Platform:”

Maybe I will. If Bob Barr can turn around from crazy reich winger maybe there is something to it.

            Rob

          • DaveH

You call that a rebuttal, Robert? Maybe for somebody who knows nothing of logic or principle.
Robert says “Ah, you make over $250,000?”. No, I don’t, Robert. But what difference does that make? You are still forcibly taking other peoples’ money. Last I looked, theft didn’t become okay if the victim was well-heeled.
And No, Robert, I’m not wrong about the healthcare choices. You are just equivocating. The fact is the Government now requires (thanks to Liberals) people to buy Health Care Insurance. Don’t give me the weak defense that you think it is best for people. You are still forcing. And you are forcing doctors and other medical professionals to work per your demands — Slavery, pure and simple. Slavers always could find excuses for their immoral actions.
No, Robert you are lying about taking peoples’ religious choices away. Ten Commandments on the courthouse property is not forcing anybody to do anything. Prayer in schools is not forcing people to do anything. As an atheist, I just stood quietly until they were finished. And I never had anybody give me grief. On the other hand, Liberals take Religious people to court constantly (legal mugging) over such trivial things.
And actually, Robert, the regulars can attest that I quite often defend peoples’ rights to drug themselves freely.
It’s a lot more than the CFL thing, Robert. Surely, you aren’t that ignorant? But even if it were just the “lightbulb thing” that would be enough. Butt out of my energy choices, Liberal.
And I don’t care if you part ways with most Liberals on gun-control, Robert. The majority of Liberals want guns banned. That is a fact.
Unless you are much more ignorant than I thought, you know that. Therefore, you are lying to call me a liar.
Why do you have liability for my decisions? Because ignorant, controlling Liberals like you have made that so. If you give me an unsolicited gift, Robert, that does not give you the right to demand something in return. Are you one of those creeps that takes a Woman to dinner and then later expects sex as payback for your unsolicited gift? Probably.

Does Rick Perry seriously believe that abstinence only programs really work for the majority of teenagers. I think it’s time people get with the program. It’s not like when I was a kid, and the majority of kids were abstinent. Nowadays, abstinence is considered abnormal by many kids. Of course, they need to be educated in abstinence; howeve, they also need to be educated in birth control methods, as well as relationship issues. Let’s face it; a great many parents fall short in educating their children. If the schools don’t do it, then society is left to bear the burden of unwanted pregnancies, welfare, domestic violence, etc.

    • Robert Smith

“Let’s face it; a great many parents fall short in educating their children.”

We should ask Sarah Palun how that went with Bristol.

          Rob

          • William

Good point. Teaching abstinence only doesn’t work. It’s proven. It didn’t work in Texas when “W” was governor nor Palin in Alaska. We were created as sexual beings and are naturally going to do it. It’s best to use protection and to teach them at a young age about more than the birds and the bees. How about the penis and the vagina. They’re just body parts. I don’t know why some people have to be soooo up tight about sex. If it didn’t feel good we wouldn’t be doing it. And, if we weren’t meant to touch ‘it’, ‘it’ would be in the middle of our backs. ;-)

          • http://?? Joe H.

            William,
If it doesn’t work, then why are there more pregnancies now than when I was in highschool? I can go into ANY highschool in the country now and probably pick out ten pregnant teens, when I was in highschool I can remember one in the whole school!!! four years and only one!! Now they teach how to do it, how to use a condom, to use the pill, and finally, if all else fails just go out and get a “quicky” abortion, it’s not wrong and your parents don’t even have to know!! you know how it is, avoid those two words at all costs, PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY!! Can’t have THAT!! Can’t pay your mortgage? No sweat! We’ll just have the government forgive part of that loan you knew you couldn’t afford in the first place. Too much credit card debt? don’t worry be happy! We’ll just go BANKRUPT!! Let the other people that spend wisely pay for it in higher prices, they can afford it!! We are creating a whole generation, save a select few, of lazy, good for nothing, don’t blame me, got no sense of responsibility kids and it isn’t going to improve until the mammy government gets the hell out of the picture of individuals lives. Make the government only fund what the constitution says is legal and don’t put in any double-speak! If these teens want an abortion, make their parents pay for it or make the guy work till he can pay for it!! DO NOT MAKE PEOPLE LIKE ME PAY TAXES FORI WHEN IT IS AGAINST MY MORAL AND RELIGEOUS BELIEFS!!!

Then why didn’t you take your parental responsibilities when you were getting divorced? Why did you push her into getting an abortion? It was your child, so why did you want it murdered instead of supporting it? You got her pregnant, you are responsible as a father to care for the child and support it till he/she grows up and moves out on their own. But no, you didn’t have the nads to do what was right. Now we know why you support abortion so much. It’s because you are guilty of being an accomplice to a murder and you have emotional issues dealing with it. One of them is this displaced anger that you lay on people of this site. If you would have been a man in your right mind, you would have never wanted her to go through the process of an abortion. 네이놈! 누가 네 의견을 듣자고 했어? 자기 의견을 남에게 강요 해서는 안 된다. 네이놈! 어찌 그런 일을 했느냐? 네이놈이 살인자이다! Let’s face it Karolyn: Abstenance programs DO prevent pregnancies for those who follow it. I will admit that birth control should be taught – but abstenance should ALSO be taught. The real problem is that both sides want ONLY their side taught. My kids were taught by my wife and me. I taught the boys – she taught our daughter. It did a lot more good than what the school was trying to teach them.

      • http://?? Joe H.

        45caliber,
worked for me, worked for my wife, worked for my kids. When I was in highschool it worked for all but one girl in our school!!! Must be something to that abstinance thingy!!!

But oops, abstinance doesn’t always work if that’s the case.

          Rob

      • Robert Smith

45 says: “but abstenance should ALSO be taught. The real problem is that both sides want ONLY their side taught”

Quit lying. I think abstenance should be taught but it is only ONE way to prevent pregnancy.

BTW, Mary was abstinannt and she got knocked up. Seems like that brutal christian god just doesn’t seem to see it work either.

        Rob

        • DaveH

So, 45 tries to compromise and Robert uses the opportunity to jump his bones and accuse him of lying.

Compramise would be that abstinance and other means of birth control are taught.

Fact: It is claimed that Mary was a virgin and didn’t get knocked up via the normal process.

Fact: You seem to confuse facts with “bashing.”

BTW, how’s that transsubstancian canabalism thing going for you?

“…sex education should begin at home and be left out of the hands of schools…” Sure, as though you are going to teach your kids to be homosexuals. Your failure to do that is precisely why the schools are taking over the “responsibility” to teach your kids about sex.

    • Karolyn

What? Are you saying schools teach children how to be homosexuals? Nobody has to teach a homosexual how to be one! However, if homosexuality is made more mainstream, there will be less bullying, suffering, suicide and hatred.

      • 45caliber

        Karolyn:

I have NEVER seen a confessed homosexual in high school or before. So if there is any hint of bullying, etc. for this reason, I’ve never seen it. And if there is, it is quite a small problem when the overall picture is considered. On the other hand, I’ve seen Bill Clinton’s Goals 2000 program on this. (And as far as I’ve seen the present administration is trying to use much of it.) In that program, the school was to teach “alternate lifestyles” which included homosexuality and even polygamy. All the kids were to be taught that they should TRY all of the alternate lifestyles and then select the one they preferred.

That to me indicates that they are pressuring kids to at least try homosexuality.

        • Kate8

DaveH – RobertSmith and William sound exactly like they’ve gone through an Alinsky training course. They probably are SEIU members.

The only thing is, they’re a bit too overzealous and offensive to be effective.

          • JeffH

Kate8, exactly correct…”The first step in community organization is community disorganization. The disruption of the present organization is the first step toward community organization. Present arrangements must be disorganized if they are to be displace by new patterns…. All change means disorganization of the old and organization of the new.”

“The third rule of ethics of means and ends is that in war the end justifies almost any means….”

“The seventh rule… is that generally success or failure is a mighty determinant of ethics….”

“The tenth rule… is you do what you can with what you have and clothe it with moral garments…. It involves sifting the multiple factors which combine in creating the circumstances at any given time… Who, and how many will support the action?…

“To the organizer, imagination… is the dynamism that starts and sustains him in his whole life of action as an organizer. It ignites and feeds the force that drives him to organize for change….

“The organizer knows that the real action is in the reaction of the opposition. To realistically appraise and anticipate the probable reactions of the enemy, he must be able to identify with them, too, in his imagination, and foresee their reactions to his actions….

“The organizers searching with a free and open mind void of certainty, hating dogma, finds laughter not just a way to maintain his sanity but also a key to understanding life.”

        • eddie47d

I don’t believe what you are saying Caliber in saying “you have never seen a confessed homosexual” in High School.Actually you are correct for when was the last time you sat in a classroom and can make that kind of judgement. 30-40 years ago?? I suppose all these homosexuals that are being bullied are a figment of our imaginations. Oh, it must be the mainstream media making it up! Then again maybe down in Arkansas/Texas they still keep it in the closet.

          • 45caliber

            eddie:

They may be keeping it quiet down here. However, my wife and I both were very active in the school system until after my kids graduated. My wife continued working for the school district until two years ago. It NEVER came up here.

So all that bullying, etc. never happened here. Maybe in California or in NE. After all, kids like to appear different to attract attention.

The closest homosexual problems the school here had was a couple of girls whose mother was lesbian. The problem the school had was every time someone suggested either girl might be gay because mom was, the girls would have sex with the guys present. That’s one reason I insist that the argument that kids raised by gays have the same type of loving family relationship is BS.

          • 45caliber

One other thing, eddie. You said all the homosexuals getting bullied must be a product of our imagination.

Actually, the ONLY TWO I’ve heard names of were simply trying to force the school to let them bring their girlfriends to prom night. Neither was having a problem with bullies. ALL OTHER INSTANCES I’VE SEEN ONLY MADE A VAGUE REFERENCE TO IT. NO NAMES OF STUDENTS OR SCHOOLS. So … is it real or is it simply a story by the gays to get homosexuality taught in schools? I think the main reason is they hope to convince kids to have sex rather than to help those who might be gay.

          • eddie47d

How about that incident in New York where 6 teenagers were charged with murder in an incident June 23,2011. They called this person a homo, etc because they thought he was and stomped him to death. (He wasn’t). In Springfield ,Mass a gay man was beaten to death by 9 people on June 28th ,2011 and then robbed him. I wonder who the real savages are in our society. Maybe schools shouldn’t push the gay issue so much but maybe parents aren’t doing a thing to stop the taunting.

        • Robert Smith

From 45: ” All the kids were to be taught that they should TRY …”

          That would explain a lot.

          Rob

        • Robert Smith

From 45: “I have NEVER seen a confessed homosexual in high school or before. So if there is any hint of bullying, etc. for this reason, I’ve never seen it.”

Just because you haven’t seen it doesn’t mean it isn’t real, and sometimes deadly.

          From CNN: http://www.cnn.com/2011/CRIME/09/01/california.gay.student.murder/index.html?hpt=hp_bn5

Lawrence King, 15, was shot in the back of the head in English class in 2008. He was an openly gay eighth grader. Classmate Brandon McInerney, was tried as an adult. It seems he had a white supremisist background and imagined that King had made a pass at him. Instead of simply saying no he brought a gun to school killed King.

          Rob

          • Kate8

RS – This is just more liberal/communist propaganda. If kids are behaving so violently these days, it the result of godless liberal indoctrination, not the reverse.

“Openly gay eighth-grader”? WTH? How old would that be? 12? 13?

How is it a child of this age would even KNOW what their sexual orientation is? I’ll tell you how. It’s being shoved on them at school, in the media, and everywhere they look.

I don’t believe a word of it. Stories like this are all geared toward an agenda. And I know you are well aware of it.

          • Karolyn

Kate – I have known gays and lesbians who said they knew they were different at a very young age. I’ve also heard interviews wth them on tv and radio. These are people in their 40s and 50s and were not taught about homosexuality. You don’t need to be taught about it to be one. Wouldn’t being attracted to members of the same sex be an indication? Once again, why would someone want to choose to be gay and face all the pain and heartache they all have to go through?

          • Robert Smith

Kate asks: “How is it a child of this age would even KNOW what their sexual orientation is?”

Kids are sexualy active at 12. Every year a bunch get pregnant to prove it.

I even heard of a girl named Mary who got knocked up at 12 or 13 by some older guy called “god.”

They know. Had you read the article you would have seen the kid knew also.

When have parents told kids – age 7 or 8 – the real facts about where babies come from. The kids would have no idea what they would be talking about.
I don’t know if China still has the one child policy but if they do the last thing you would think they would want is for kids to know about sex.

    • Karolyn

Yes, China still has the one child policy; and what difference does it make if the kids know about sex at an earlier age? In China the law is the law. Why would it make a difference at what age kids know about sex?

Of course kids 7 or 8 should know where babies come from! Most kids at age 5 know that the new baby is coming from mommy’s belly.

      • Kate8

karolyn – Gee, I wonder in China might be pushing for a big supply of aborted fetuses, since they are in great demand now.

And why not. In China you have a huge market for organs for transplant, and they are often taken without consent, even when it means the death of the donor.

This is what happens, especially under communism, where you have the degrading of the value of human life. We become of no more worth than livestock.

In essence, that is what we are.

        • eddie47d

Duh Kate what in the world does an aborted fetus have to do with giving sex education to kids in elementary school. A 5 year old is alive and is hardly aborted. You and SoCal have twisted minds and go right into the evil thinking process. He said “they teach sex education early to have sex slaves and more prostitutes”. That is just as absurd since China is trying to keep their population down not increase it. You two need to go down to the lost and found and see if they can find your minds.

          • Kate8

Duh, eddie. Do you think that just because it’s illegal to have more than one child, the Chinese don’t get pregnant? Do you really think that they are so much more disciplined (in that area) than other races? Get real. After all, just look at their population.

Have you look into this at all. I’d guess the answer is no.

There is a high rate of abortions in China, many of them FORCED because of the one child law. Sex education makes children have a more blase attitude about sex, more comfortable talking about it and more comforable experimenting with it.

Kids, being what they are, will not think about the law or even about pregnancy. They are little packages of raging hormones set loose. It is a recipe for more disaster than they face already.

More kids having sex, more pregnancies, more abortions. That is a fact of life. It is proven out here in America.

          • Jay

eddie, you need to open your eyes and see what a schmuck you are! The notion that the state will do right by the children is a fairy tale believed only by a fool! Blind, non-thinking obedience is what gives birth to religious cults. Stop being a facilitator!

          • Jay

If, according to liberal logic, we should teach kids about sex, and more importantly, safe-sex, because they will have sex anyways, why not teach them about ABORTION?, as the majority of them will end up getting one anyways? Ah, music to planned parenthood’s ears! Does the concept of FARMING come to mind? Clever geniuses, aren’t they?

          • libertytrain

It’s also big money if you have more than one child to sell that child (to avoid the fines) and if it’s a boy you make big money, girl’s didn’t bring much money – but perhaps with the disproportionate boy to girl ratio now creating it’s own problems, that too may change … There’s also much kidnapping of boys to sell, sometimes to older couples who didn’t have children and want that boy child to take care of them in their old age. The punishment for having more than one child is a tax. Quite a high one for their incomes…I suppose that’s why there’s so many abortions.

          • http://?? Joe H.

            Kate8,
Now eddie DOES know where babies come from cause he told me,”China just like everything else”!!!

            Joe H. – Ain’t it the truth.

          • DaveH

What we need is Education Choice, so that parents can do what they think is best for their own kids. But then, with Education Choice the Government wouldn’t be able to propagandize our children. They can’t let that happen.

    • 45caliber

China still has the one-child policy but … not for everyone. Those in many farm communities are still allowed more than one. China and Japan are the only countries I know about that have a reducing population – and want to have one. Those countries that otherwise would have a reducing population – Europe and the US – allow in massive amounts of immigrants (legal and illegal) to prevent that. Unfortunately, most of those immigrants want in solely to be able to draw the welfare benefits those countries offer and so don’t pay the taxes the governments want.

The schools DON’T have to do it.

It is none of their business how the parents raise their kids.

        • William

Sometimes they have to pay attention. Some parents do a crappy job at raising their children. When I was a kid, if you did something bad in school you would be afraid of being in trouble with the teacher and your parents. They were on the same side. Now a days, teachers aren’t allowed to discipline kids without the fear of parents suing. “How dare you punish my child!”, as if their kid could never do anything wrong. That’s probably one of the main reasons kids have an entitlement complex. It’s like kids parenting kids. Where is the maturity level in some parents anyway?

          • Kate8

William – I have no problem with teachers having authority to exercise some kind of discipline over unacceptable behavior in the classroom. They did when I was a kid, and we towed the line in school.

And if there is evidence of real abuse at home, the school can take notice. But this is a slippery slope, too, because these things have a tendency to take on a life of their own and become witch hunts, and innocent people become targets of the state. This has become all too common.

When I say it’s none of the state’s business how parents raise their kids, I’m speaking of parents whose values differ from the state’s. Like conservative parents who don’t want their kids liberally indoctrinated, don’t want them encouraged to explore sexual diversity, or any other kind of social engineering engaged in by schools these days. People have the right to raise their kids according to their own values without interference from the state.

The attempt is being made to make us all cookie cutter turnouts, people of one mindset…the progressive/socialist one. All sense of morality and value of human life is being erased from our society.

Good post Kate8, fellow patriot. Well said about the relationship of parents and state and how the traitors and cowards want us to be. William just doesn’t understand this and is showing his ignorance on the matter. I doubt he even has kids. Probably just some student and some left wing indoctrination camp (university) somewhere in this country. Keep up the good fight, fellow patriot! Victory is at hand! 하나님과 국가 대 한! FOR GOD AND COUNTRY!

          • Robert Smith

Kate says: ” People have the right to raise their kids according to their own values without interference from the state.”

I taught my kid not to hate people with different lifestyles, gender issues, and even religious nuts.

            Do you approve Kate?

            Rob

RS – If that’s true (which I doubt), it’s obvious you don’t practice what you preach.

Kate claims: “it’s obvious you don’t practice what you preach.”

When my son is old enough to cope with the extreme religious reich I’ll teach him how.

BTW, it’s not hate that drives me but the love of America and freedom. Apparently you don’t understand that as you work to control others under the umbrella of your gawd.

            Rob

          • Kate8

RS – So, let me understand this. In your mind, anyone who loves God and the teachings of Christ is “extreme”?

I feel for your child. So, you are going to teach him how to deal with us? You mean, to be as effective as you?

            Hahahahahahahahahaha.

          • Robert Smith

Date asks: “So, let me understand this. In your mind, anyone who loves God and the teachings of Christ is “extreme”?”

Nope, you really don’t get it, do you.

You have used your god to threaten me, to bully others, and celebrated his brutality. THAT god that you portray isn’t worthy of anyone’s respect.

It appears to me that you don’t respect your god either. It appears to me that you fear him and the hell you try to inflict upon others.

That god deserves mocking as do his followers who use their holy book to club others over the head.

You don’t seem to remember that I’ve praised some christian leaders like Bishop Spong. It is your brutal version (I often remind folks about how brutal he is) that you put out front that gathers comments.

  • 45caliber

Personally, I can’t see a reason for the 5-6 year olds knowing where a baby comes from. By the time they are 10 they do know, whether the parents tell them or not. The problem with a lot of the sex education (too much of it actually) is that they want to teach that sex is wonderful – and that all should enjoy it. The kids figure that out too soon on their own. Tell them to avoid it if possible and what to watch out for (diseases, come-on lines, etc.) but quit insisting that they should enjoy sex without marriage.

    • http://?? Joe H.

      45caliber,
I think I saw one of those come-on lines get used today. I was waiting for the metro bus for my daughter to get home from CSU and saw a guy walk up to a pretty girl and introduced himself and they shook hands. I couldn’t hear what they were chatting about, but all of a sudden she darn near knocked the guy off the bench!! I started to get out of the car to help but the guy got up, rubbed his cheek and walked away!! Hooray for the little LADY!!!!

    • Robert Smith

45 says: “but quit insisting that they should enjoy sex without marriage.”

Why? Consenting adults should be left alone. If they enjoy sex what business is it of some pervert who wants to know?

          • Kate8

Robert Smith – You are such an idiot. Beyond an idiot.

God commanded His people not to engage in immorality so there would not be fatherless children who could not be properly raised and cared for, and so that husbands could entrust their bloodlines to their wives.

It was also so that they didn’t spread disease among themselves, as people are doing in today’s promiscuous and gay lifestyles. He wanted them to have the best possible chance at successful and peaceful lives.

The rampant disease among the immoral is not brought on by God. People who engage in these practices invite these plagues on themselves, because they refuse to acknowledge the inherent risk.

If you could get beyond your contempt and nasty attitude toward others, maybe you’d learn something. But I doubt it.

You, too, will reap what you have sown. Everyone does.

Kate posted: “God commanded His people…”

Really? They are his little slaves? Oh, I get it they are bribed with heaven, or intimidated by hell.

I don’t follow your brutal god. I’m NOT one of his people. So, I don’t need to listen to his ruls, or the blatherings of his followers.

            Rob

          • Kate8

RS – Yes, God commanded that, if they wanted to insure their lives always worked for their highest good, they would follow His Ways. Yet, He also allowed them the option to refuse, which they routinely did. Their sorrows were a result of their rebellion against His Laws, which are the Laws of the Universe.

It’s all too apparent, Robert Smith, that you are not one of His people. I’d say you are satan’s spawn.

            Good luck with that.

          • Robert Smith

That satan thing is part of that their brutal christian god. If he is so powerful why doesn’t he finish him off rather than watch his followers tempted? If he loves you why does he give you such horrors?

How to defend your children against pro-gay lessons in the classroom
    BY JOHN-HENRY WESTEN
Mon Aug 29, 2011 19:45 ESTComments (18)Tags: Education, Sex Education

As young people across North America head back to school next week parents need to attend to more than just making sure the back-to-school clothes and utensils are in place. There is an unprecedented attack on morals coming from the school.

Particularly in the area of sexuality, so-called public morality has moved outside of the realm of life-and-family-affirming principles to such an extent that a veritable anti-morality is being fed to our children. And this year there is a concerted effort to restrict parents from countering the efforts of the school to promote this anti-morality.

Both in California and Ontario pro-homosexual curricula are to be introduced into public schools forbidding parents from opting their children out from such instruction. Even where parent opt-outs are permitted, however, some schools have resorted to instructing students to keep secret from their parents sexuality discussions held in the school.

My fellow parents, are you ready to take on the battle to save your children from the anti-morality tidal wave that is coming? There are myriad suggested coping mechanisms – from homeschooling, to private schooling to becoming very involved in ensuring proper education at school.

However, one thing we all need to do – at the appropriate age for our children – is give them proper education on human sexuality. Even though research shows that nearly all parents want to be the primary sex educators for their children, there are precious few who engage in the teaching.

The moral message is a simple one that has truth and love as its foundation. Explaining it even to pre-teens is less difficult then some suspect. And from the basis of the simplest explanation, more detail can be added at appropriate age levels.

Here are some suggested thoughts to convey:

Explain that God made us, made our bodies and designed us so that a husband and wife would come together in a special embrace called ‘sex’ which God uses to bless us with children. That embrace God designed only for inside marriage of a man and a woman. He does not restrict it to be mean, but only so that we will be healthy and happy and ultimately with Him in heaven forever.

Some people decide to use that special embrace outside of marriage and it ends up hurting them. Diseases (STDs) come to the body when the embrace is misused like that, and sadness (emotional trauma) too. Sometimes when children are born from these embraces their moms or dads are missing since they were not married.

Diseases come to the body too when two men try to make that special embrace. It is harmful to their bodies, to their emotions and also to their souls. And because we love everyone, we will tell them lovingly and kindly that this embrace outside of marriage or else man-to-man or woman-to-woman is harmful for the body and soul.

Sometimes people don’t like to be told what they are doing is wrong though. Just like when Mom tells you, you can’t play by the side of the cliff, she’s not saying that to be unkind – or so you won’t have fun. Even though you may want to play there, she knows it is dangerous and tells you to come away because she loves you.

In just the same way we say that sex outside of marriage, or between two men or two women is wrong. Because we love all people we tell them that embrace outside of the way God our creator intended it is harmful for their bodies and souls.

Jay – I used to watch 2 soap operas, for many years (yep. I confess.) That is, until they got to pushing liberal social messages.

I went down to one soap when the other one got into pushing the gay agenda. I just couldn’t stomach the two guys passionately kissing on the screen, and talking about their romantic interludes. I don’t even like the hetero displays, much less the homo.’

Plus, I had to turn it off so my grandson didn’t have to see it.

Well, now the current one is about a young woman who wants to save herself for marriage, and her whole family (including parents) are so concerned that she has “issues”. Some speculate that she must be mentally ill. They all agree that it just isn’t fair to her fiance (he figured she’d come around if they got engaged). And her half-sister, of course, is using her sibling’s “selfishness” to move in on her beau.

Good grief. This is what they are promoting these days. If you are young and you are not having sex, you must be mentally ill.

Darn. I guess I’ll have another half-hour to do something else now.

      • Jay

Lol, yes Kate, for sure. The cancerous, liberal world view is spreading throughout the organism. Is it any wonder society is coming unglued? Speaking of television programming, the programming targeting the younger audience is nothing short of satanic! Keep looking up Kate, its closer then we think!

You are a poor excuse of a human being, Eddie. It seems you are only on this site to disparage others. I have rarely seen you offer any kind of informative advice.
Why don’t you drop out for a while (a few months at least) and spend that time studying at mises.org or some other informative sites so that when you come back, you have something to offer in a positive sense?

          • Robert Smith

            More censorship from the right?

samurai tried to get rid of me though intimidation and outright lies and that didn’t work either.

            Rob

          • Kate8

DaveH, Jay, samurai and Dan az – Have we had it with this guy yet?

If he were coming around my home, I’d get a restraining order.

Since we can’t get rid of him here, how about a good old-fashioned shunning?

There’s no reasonable way to communicate with this guy. He’s over-the-top hostile and is only here to unleash his hostility on those he thinks are oppressing him. He is utterly clueless and has no interest in the truth. When we try to respond he just ratchets up another notch.

          • DaveH

That’s a good thing, Kate. How better can we show people the reality of the so-called “compassionate” Liberals?

          • Robert Smith

Kate says: “If he were coming around my home, I’d get a restraining order.”

I thought you would object to restraining orders. So many have been issued to anti-abortion protesters. Just google it.

Here is ONE just to keep it simple. It’s from Saturday, May 21, 2011

You can find it at: http://www.kake.com/home/headlines/122394544.html
“Two abortion protesters were arrested near a Boy Scout fundraiser in Jackson, Wyoming for allegedly violating a city restraining order to keep clear of the event.”

But that’s OK kate, the truth doesn’t get restrained.

BTW, how’s that canabalim thing? Refuted it yet?

            Rob

        • Kate8

JAY – That article you posted…about liberalism using sex as the basis for their sucking people in…it was so right on.

There is no better way to get people on board that to tell them what they want to hear, that they can play out all of their most depraved fantasies and convince them that it’s all good!

There’s not much that separates us from animals these days, except that we can think of more ingenius ways to confound nature.

The liberals can’t help by try to ridicule and accuse us. We are the only thing standing in their way of having a completely depraved mass consciousness.

I hope it’s soon, Jay. What I see brings me much sorrow. I have to remind myself, many times daily, “when you see these things coming to pass, look up! Rejoice! For your redemption draws nigh”.

BTW, have you been following the Fukushima thing? The radiation is increasing, and they aren’t telling us. It’s all over America, especially the west coast. It’s in our air, food, water. Some nuclear scientists are saying that the effects of low level radiation are devastating and deadly.

Many people here haven’t been well lately. Lung and digestive problems, phlegm, urinary tract problems, fatigue…

Heck. The people in Japan aren’t being told the truth, either. Just like what happened in the gulf.

One scientist, David Sereda, said that this make Chernobyl look like a minor incident. It could, over a little time, take out a large part of the population here.

          • Jay

Kate, here’s the blueprint of how the Illuminate are planning world domination. The letter below, which Pike wrote to Mazzini is refereed to as to Pike’s amazing predictions, however, in my opinion, i would call it nothing more then a well calculated, evil plan! What the left-wing, useful idiots need to realize, is that, and Pike of course refers to them as the Nihilists and the atheists, their usefulness runs out, in that, their efforts to demoralize the country achieves the desired results, they will be dispatched!

            Pike’s Amazing Predictions
Of Three World Wars

Albert Pike received a vision, which he described in a letter that he wrote
to Mazzini, dated August 15, 1871. This letter graphically outlined plans
for three world wars that were seen as necessary to bring about the One
World Order and we can marvel at how accurately it has predicted events that have already taken place.

            Pike’s Letter to Mazzini:

It is a commonly believed fallacy that for a short time, the Pike letter to
Mazzini was on display in the British Museum Library in London, and it was
copied by William Guy Carr, former Intelligence Officer in the Royal
Canadian Navy. The British Library has confirmed in writing to me that such
a document has never been in their possession. Furthermore, in Carr’s book,
Satan, Prince of this World, Carr includes the following footnote:

“The Keeper of Manuscripts recently informed the author that this letter is
NOT catalogued in the British Museum Library. It seems strange that a man of
Cardinal Rodriguez’s knowledge should have said that it WAS in 1925″.

It appears that Carr learned about this letter from Cardinal Caro y
Rodriguez of Santiago, Chile, who wrote The Mystery of Freemasonry Unveiled.
To date, no conclusive proof exists to show that this letter was ever
written. Nevertheless, the letter is widely quoted and the topic of much
discussion.
Following are apparently extracts of the letter, showing how Three World
Wars have been planned for many generations.

“The First World War must be brought about in order to permit the Illuminati
to overthrow the power of the Czars in Russia and of making that country a
fortress of atheistic Communism. The divergences caused by the “agentur”
(agents) of the Illuminati between the British and Germanic Empires will be
used to foment this war. At the end of the war, Communism will be built and
used in order to destroy the other governments and in order to weaken the
religions.”

Students of history will recognize that the political alliances of England
on one side and Germany on the other, forged between 1871 and 1898 by Otto
von Bismarck, co-conspirator of Albert Pike, were instrumental in bringing
about the First World War.

“The Second World War must be fomented by taking advantage of the
differences between the Fascists and the political Zionists. This war must
be brought about so that Nazism is destroyed and that the political Zionism
be strong enough to institute a sovereign state of Israel in Palestine.
During the Second World War, International Communism must become strong
enough in order to balance Christendom, which would be then restrained and
held in check until the time when we would need it for the final social
cataclysm.”

After this Second World War, Communism was made strong enough to begin
taking over weaker governments. In 1945, at the Potsdam Conference between
Truman, Churchill, and Stalin, a large portion of Europe was simply handed
over to Russia, and on the other side of the world, the aftermath of the war
with Japan helped to sweep the tide of Communism into China.

(Readers who argue that the terms Nazism and Zionism were not known in 1871
should remember that the Illuminati invented both these movements. In
addition, Communism as an ideology, and as a coined phrase, originates in
France during the Revolution. In 1785, Restif coined the phrase four years
before revolution broke out. Restif and Babeuf, in turn, were influenced by
Rousseau – as was the most famous conspirator of them all, Adam Weishaupt.)

“The Third World War must be fomented by taking advantage of the differences
caused by the “agentur” of the “Illuminati” between the political Zionists
and the leaders of Islamic World.

The war must be conducted in such a way
that Islam (the Moslem Arabic World) and political Zionism (the State of
Israel) mutually destroy each other. Meanwhile the other nations, once more
divided on this issue will be constrained to fight to the point of complete
physical, moral, spiritual and economical exhaustionWe shall unleash the
Nihilists and the atheists, and we shall provoke a formidable social
cataclysm which in all its horror will show clearly to the nations the
effect of absolute atheism, origin of savagery and of the most bloody
turmoil.

Then everywhere, the citizens, obliged to defend themselves against
the world minority of revolutionaries, will exterminate those destroyers of
civilization, and the multitude, disillusioned with Christianity, whose
deistic spirits will from that moment be without compass or direction,
anxious for an ideal, but without knowing where to render its adoration,
will receive the true light through the universal manifestation of the pure
doctrine of Lucifer, brought finally out in the public view. This
manifestation will result from the general reactionary movement which will
follow the destruction of Christianity and atheism, both conquered and
exterminated at the same time.”

Since the terrorist attacks of Sept 11, 2001, world events, and in
particular in the Middle East, show a growing unrest and instability between
Modern Zionism and the Arabic World. This is completely in line with the
call for a Third World War to be fought between the two, and their allies on
both sides. This Third World War is still to come, and recent events show us
that it is not far off.

Tell me if this isn’t coming to pass, and that, to a tee!

            Kate,
It is my belief that the stress resulting from your worrying will take you out a whole lot sooner than the radiation from Japan.
            Read this and relax:
            http://www.cato.org/pub_display.php?pub_id=13012

          • Kate8

DaveH – First of all, I’m hardly staying awake nights worrying about radiation. If we go, we go. I have bigger issues to think about.

Secondly, I understand that the government and corporate entities are denying there’s a significant risk. However, there are some credible nuclear scientists refuting this, saying that the government is lying to us, and that the effects of sustained low-level radiation will become devastating as time passes.

Who to believe? Well, we were told that the Gulf was not a problem, either, and people and animals are still dying there. It will probably increase, too, from the toxicity.

What we have is the normalcy bias going on. And too much going on all at once. The mind can’t process so much negativity coming so fast. And the government wants to keep us dumbed down and docile.

I had just read an article on Jeff Rense before I made that post. The world is in a sad state all the way around. Those poor people in Japan…they ARE dying. It’s very sad.

          • DaveH

Has it ever occurred to you, Kate, that the alarmists have a vested interest in keeping you alarmed?
I trust the research done by Cato staff. I have yet to find a Libertarian author who is blowing smoke up my ….
Look at this historical life-expectancy chart, and realize just how lucky we are to be born when we were:

          • Kate8

DaveH – Yes, of course there are those who want to keep us in a state of alarm and stress. There are also those who want us dead, and are willing to do whatever it takes.

Years back, Congress passed a law or resolution that if it was known that somthing catastrophic was to occur, the American people would not be told. In other words, we’re sitting ducks, and can be sure that if we were in danger, it would be kept from us.

Nothing but lies comes out of this establishment. I don’t know who is right nor who is wrong. All I know is that truth is a very hard thing to come by. You can find plenty of “experts”, and they will all disagree.

          • Robert Smith

Kate asks: “BTW, have you been following the Fukushima thing?”

Why should I worry? Aren’t you gonna prey to your god and make it go away?

BTW, if he is such a kindly god why did he allow it to happen? Is Japan immoral too?

            Rob

  • Kate8

Jay – Thanks for that. I have read similar things, although I don’t think I’ve seen that one.

I copied it to send to some of my email friends.

God has never allowed the nephilim children to prevail in their desire for world government, although I’d say they are essentially there now. All that’s really left is the genocide.

With all of the interpretations of the End Timeline, it’s not easy to determine just where we stand right now. God told us what is to be, so He must have wanted us to know. I pray continually His Truth be revealed…there is so much confusion, both deliberate and simply mistaken.

Keep up the good work. It’s more important than ever that God’s people come together to share, edify and work to decode His Messages.

Keep up the good work, brother.

Not even mature enough for an answer. Sounds like someone I know that is nothing but a self absorded, ignorant troll. FOR GOD AND COUNTRY!

P.S. Victory is at hand means the patriots and the average American people are waking up and fighting the trash we have in office now. Is that clear enough for you?

Yes, bush is gone and his clone McCain didn’t make it.

You can make all the claims you want about the next election but there are more of those who think like me voting than hateful unAmerican bigots.

Yeah, that’s a real good Christian attitude. You are soooo laughable and sooo full of yourself. The good lord doesn’t like prideful people. You sure seem to being acting as such. And if you disagree with me you have more of a problem than you realize. Irritating enough for you?!?

          • Kate8

William – Is ridicule all that you and your cohort RS are capable of? Is that really the best you’ve got to offer?

You are so disparaging toward Christians…your animosity is palpable. Yet, you accuse us. Do you know what satan is known as? “THE ACCUSER”. That you would pontificate about what the Good Lord likes is laughable.

Yeshua tells us that in these days, we would be hated and reviled for His Name’s Sake. He says we will even be persecuted and put to death because we love Him.

So you see, we know who you are. We know what you are doing, and why.

We may, at some point, suffer because of people like you. Yet a true Christian would lay down his life for even you, if the need arose. And they have.

            You truly have no clue.

          • http://naver samurai

You are an ignorant, pride filled, boastful arse and God don’t like people like that. Time to be making that popping sound. FOR GOD AND COUNTRY!

          • Robert Smith

From Kate: “You are so disparaging toward Christians…your animosity is palpable.”

Really… I call that there christian god you worship brutal because he is. He is manipulative too.

Brutal: All but Noah and his family KILLED in a flood.
A couple of cities destroyed because he doesn’t like gays.
MOF, some christians even claim their god hates fags.

And then there is that whole heaven and hell thing. What a diaper load all that intimidation with fire and brimstone. But he “loves” you. ROVL

And, how’s that transsubstanciation thing going? I really don’t want my kids exposed to canabalism.

RobertSmith – You are repulsive, revolting and repugnant. Satan is, I’m sure, very happy with you.

I do believe that there are people on this Earth today who are NOT God’s people, but are the spawn of evil. The gates of hell have been unleashed, and evil walks among us. Is that you? So it would seem.

You waste your time here. Do you really have nothing better to do than to come to this site to ridicule Christians? There is NOTHING you can say that can daunt us. You are just being an idiot.

        • William

KateAte, you talk a big game. You act like you know everything. You sound delusional, as if Satan’s evil followers are coming to get you. Do you know just how ridicules you sound? I have total faith in God. I have absolutely no faith in you and your kind. You also sound a bit paranoid.
