Taiwan Creates Stamps With Flower Smells

TAIPEI, Taiwan, Jan. 30 (UPI) — The Taiwanese postal service announced Monday it will release the country’s first-ever aromatic stamps in time for Valentine’s Day.

The Chunghwa Post Co. said the stamps, which will be issued in denominations of 40 cents and 84 cents, will feature the images and scents of blooming pink roses and budding orange roses, Central News Agency reported Monday.

The stamps are due to go on sale Feb. 10, four days before Valentine’s Day.
