Subclinical Infection

November 29, 2011 by

A subclinical infection is an infection that can’t be detected by conventional medicine, but can wear you out and finally get you. It is an infection, and any infection is serious.

Antibiotics don’t seem to affect a subclinical infection. I had subclinical infection for years. I would spit up mucous four or five times a day just as if I had a chronic cold. No doctor could help me, nor did antibiotics or anything else.

I now live 40 yards from the ocean, and I have several coconut trees. I began to drink a few glasses of coconut water (juice) each day straight from fresh coconuts. Voilà, my long-term subclinical infection cleared up completely!

Here is what I have learned about coconut water: It carries oxygen and other nutrients, like potassium, to the body and helps to cleanse the digestive system. It is naturally low in carbohydrates, sodium and sugar. It is also 99 percent fat-free and has no cholesterol.

Studies have shown coconut water can help cool you down on a hot day and actually help you retain proper body temperature. It can also help replenish fluids lost after exercise.

According to nutritionists, drinking coconut water can help raise your metabolism, improve the levels of good cholesterol in your blood and even help you lose weight.

Studies have shown coconut water can boost your immune system and help the body fight off viruses like herpes and the flu. It helps maintain normal kidney function and can alleviate heartburn and sluggish digestion in pregnant women.

Coconut water is more nutritious than whole milk and has less fat and no cholesterol. It is more healthful than orange juice and has fewer calories. It is better than processed baby milk. It contains lauric acid, which is present in human mother’s milk.

Coconut water is naturally sterile. Water permeates through the filtering husk. Coconut water is a universal donor. It is identical to human blood plasma. Coconut water is a natural isotonic beverage, the same level that we have in our blood. During World War II, in the Pacific theater, both sides in the conflict regularly used coconut water siphoned directly from the nut to give emergency plasma transfusions to wounded soldiers.

Coconut water is the very stuff of nature, biologically pure, full of natural sugars, salts and vitamins to ward off fatigue, and is the next wave of energy drinks. It contains more potassium than most sports and energy drinks and has less sodium and more natural sugars than sports drinks.

When you buy coconut water, make sure it is not pasteurized. Health food stores have coconut water, and several sites on the Internet do as well.

Mr. Livingston, does it make any difference whether the coconut water is fresh or not? Thank you.

    • http://www.boblivingstonletter.com/ Bob Livingston

      Dear Damon,

It does not. Just be sure it is pure coconut water.

      Best wishes,
      Bob

Damon, there are a couple others that asked questions also. I don’t even bother beause of many websites with all the goodie information and places to comment, yet the writer of the story never gives any feedback with a replay. Just saying and I’m sure most of you realize this. However, if you find one that gives feedback or reply, I’d like to know.

gigi, did you look before you posted – Mr. Livingston had replied and frequently replies… This is a unique site.

    Bob
I don’t have coconut trees in my back yard. What coconut water do you recommend off the net? Or better yet–what additives do I want to watch out for that would make it “not the best choice”??? Thanks

    • http://www.boblivingstonletter.com/ Bob Livingston

      Dear Dee,

I do not endorse any particular brand. Just be sure to check the label and look for 100% pure.

      Best wishes,
      Bob

    Great information!

Mr. Livingston, Thank you for the information on coconut water and you are so right about using it for this infection. I went right out and got some coconut water at the health food store and it ended my subclinical infection. I drink some everyday. Thank you so much.

Mr. Livingston – What about coconut milk? It is USDA organic from Thailand with some water added – non gmo project (whatever that means!).

    • Richard Pawley

Coconut water is the water from coconuts, preferably the young green ones, not the older ones you see for sale in most stores. Coconut milk is made from pulverized coconut with some water added. Both are very healthy but the water is supposed to be much better as long as it is not heated. There also exists coconut oil which I cook with almost exclusively and even coconut sugar which I yet to try. Even Wal-Mart sells coconut oil (which is a solid below 72 degrees) but since I use it as an aftershave and in my hair so I only use USDA certified organic. The best price I have found is from http://www.vitacost.com in Florida

Richard, thanks for the info. In the matter of the government and its ‘standards,’ the USDA’s ‘organic’ isn’t what most people think it is. When it was first publicized, it meant 95% organic and 5% (?).
Now, true to form, it no longer means that. I’d stick to definitions used by people who mean organic when they say it. To Uncle Scam, ‘organic’ is just a word that is to be defined and re-defined at his whim. He’s not to be trusted. Remember, the old fart can’t balance a checkbook or use functional English, let alone manage an economy or
be responsible on a regular basis.

    “gmo” = genetically modified organism…i.e., “Frankenfood”…lol…
    ( Google: “Monsanto”/GMO’s…that’s one story that’ll curl your eyebrows!…
Worst thing about GMO’s, is, we DON’T*NEED*THEM…
Organic agriculture does “scale up” well…
There is NO reason that we can’t have industrial-scale, ORGANIC agriculture…

  • s c

Apparently, no government agency is interested in developing accurate tests that will alert a scientist to the presence of a low-grade infection. It can’t be a matter of money, so it’s probably a matter of official indifference.
Until or unless Uncle Scam gets his perverted, unscientific act ‘together,’ I’d recommend loading up on veggies to boost your immune system. Or, you could take one of the new silver solutions that bypass the age-old ‘warning’ about taking things that caused people to ‘turn blue’ long ago in Europe.
With all the crap in the air and in food, our immune systems take a daily beating. Also, you might consult a nutritionist who specializes in immune problems.

Heather Pratt,CNT, had an article on Coconut. In it she states Coconut helps to protect the fats in the body from oxidation. In addition it is being fully researched to supports brain function by producing keytones which are the key to fueling the brain cells to thrive and even to appear to restore normal function in failing ones. In order to achieve a state where the brain could have access to more keytones a very low-carbohydrate diet (ketogenic diet) had to be used. Researchers are looking at the possible effects of keytones from MCTs on many brain disorders, Alzheiner’s Parkinson’s, ALS, Huntington’s disease, brain injury and strokes and the initial research looks promising. It suggested 35 grams of fat from coconut oil daily with the increase of veggies and decreasing processed foods. Coconut oil is rich in saturated fats with the majority being Medium Chain Triglycerides or MCTs (Medium Chain Fatty Acids). Every health benefit attributed to coconut comes from these fats.

Magnificent report Bob, thank you. Am actually, in Philippines right now setting up our own coconut mill. The coconut tree has not been named the tree of life without good reason. We aim to produce high quality water, coconut oil, milk, coco jam, coco weight loss sugar, and even coconut flour. Have just read another great article from the world coconut expert Dr Fife that ends all speculation as to the benefits and clinical proof of this God given miracle http://www.coconutresearchcenter.com/hwnl_8-4.htm

This is sounding like a natural miracle cure and well being source using a naturally occuring nut tree. Love to know more about it so I can promote it in Australia. Which country grows the most coconut trees?

  • Dawn

Where do you live, Bob? I am looking for an inexpensive place to live that has lots of coconut trees.
