Stupak To Retire In November, Claims Tea Party ‘Did Not Run Me Out’

April 13, 2010 by

Stupak to retire in November, claims Tea Party 'did not run me out'On the eve of the Tea Party’s political rally in Michigan aimed at unseating Bart Stupak, the Democratic Representative announced April 9 that he will retire from the House in November, ending his 18 year run in Congress.

The socially conservative Democrat came under fire from Tea Party members last month after cutting an 11th hour deal with the White House, virtually assuring passage of President Obama’s landmark healthcare reform bill.

In return for his vote and the votes of some of his colleagues, Stupak convinced Obama to agree to sign an executive order guaranteeing that no federal money will be used to fund abortion services. Following the signing of the legislation in late February, the nine-term congressman has been heavily criticized by liberals and conservatives alike.

Meanwhile, Stupak is claiming that his decision to retire has nothing to do with political pressure, but is rather a result of him feeling confident about his legacy.

"The Tea Party did not run me out," he told ABC News. "If you know me and my personality, I would welcome the challenge."

"I’ve fought my whole career for healthcare and thanks to Barack Obama and my colleagues, we’ve gotten it done," he added.

Look at him really good – watch his face – note he can lie with such ease, its as if its 100% effortless.

Note the sane of most all Poloy – Ticks,
(Poloy – one who bonds to or with anything, Ticks, a small blood sucking bug.)

Make sure you VET whom even is running in your state, you don’t want to hear what {they are going to do,} you what to hear them ask you what you want them to do.

And be sure they do it and stay on tract!

Stupak, comming out of that slime hole you created for yourself? well,
your just not going to get that Obama, Palosi, Reid slime off of you.

Maybe the Tea Party didn’t run Stupid, uh, I mean, Stupak out. The thing is, most of these politicians who voted in this obamanation of healthcare don’t seem to really CARE that it cost them their career, because they will be rewarded with an even more lucrative career waiting for them after they leave office, thanks to all their backstabbing of the American people, behind the scenes. And besides that…..the obscene payoffs they got to vote for this obamanation are more than enough to support them and all their grandchildren in luxury and comfort for the rest of their natural lives. And anyone who believes healthcare is really about healthcare is sadly mistaken. Healthcare is REALLY all about ultimately getting the entire US population fitted with RFID chips in their hands or forehead, there will be absolutely no other way to efficiently manage the healthcare obamanation. They initially wanted to kick off the RFID with the drivers’ license, which was all set to happen in May 2010, but they soon realized that no way would they even come close to getting everyone that way, and their was too much objection to it. Healthcare was a much better Trojan Horse. Good Job, Stupid Stupak. Hope you rot from the inside out before you get to spend your millions worth of Judas silver pieces.

Harold, We MUST continue to DEMAND Obama’s (VARIFIABLE) “CERTIFIED”
birth certificate along with his TRUMPED UP collage records and his
travel documents, (passports) that will clearly show he is not a
citizen of the United States of America and therefore is NOT the President of the United States of America. ( Passports from the years
    between 1988 and 2008).

  • EltonJ

He deserved to retire. He can’t go to the Republicans and the Democrats had too much baggage for him.

  • EltonJ

I’m exercising my Religious privilege and I’m saying it’s against my beliefs to be chipped. ;)

  • Raggs

    Bravo!!!!! You get the picture!!!!
Also my I add that the RFID chip will be used for ( other than health care ). Firearm purchases… and an excuse to insue immigration reform and travel. So basically they are going to use it for every aspect of our lives..

  • EltonJ

“Hope you rot from the inside out before you get to spend your millions worth of Judas silver pieces.”

That did happen to Herod the Great.

  • Kathy

Being “chipped”…the mark of the devil?

  • tedcrawford

This, however, is not all good for conservatives either! Stupak would have been easy to beat! The new progressive will, at least try to, distance themselves from the healthcare vote! We must be sure to not allow them to do that!

  • Raggs

prehaps some kool-aid to wash that down with…

Of course, the big, bad Tea Party didn’t ‘run him out.’ It was either the boogie man or the tooth fairy. Of course, the timing was right for this paragon of virtue to leave Washington (willingly).
When your ‘friends’ no longer have a use for you, and the folks on the other side of the aisle see you for who you are, it’s time to ‘depart de plane,’ boss. The least this LOSER could do would be to take some of his former chums and ‘peers’ with him.
Get some fresh blood in office. Get someone who doesn’t make last-minute, back room deals with a
prez who has even more problems with honesty than did Stupak. Good riddance, schtupper. By the way, if you rally want to prove you have good intentions or you’re on speaking terms with transparency, “donate” 95% of your retirement to charity [before Obummer or someone like him says you can no longer do it, and Uncle Scam takes over and controls ALL 'donations'].

  • LocalYokel

But now he can retire with full pay???? Seems there’s work to be done here.

The American people are fed-up with this out-of-control government. I think were on the verge of another American Revolution; to take back our Country and restore the Constitution. Stupak knows he violated our Constitution, by voting for Death Care. He’s afraid, and should be. Any politician that voted for Death Care, should be arrested and tried for treason.

  • Jo

Hey traitor – Stupak – let us know what ever made you quit, so we can send a thank you note.

  • Ellen

Stupak will have good company, won’t he? The traitor

  • Ellen

Didn’t he not want to sign until he fell for obomers cover up on the abortion thing? Then he (the traitor) came out in all his (Judas)glory and my what a treason we all watched- stupak, HE signed out America off and it did not bother him ONE BIT!!!

Kathy, my name is Kathy I am a christian and I say this in love, maybe you might want to research this on the web and also get or borrow a Bible and check it out, God bless.

  • Harold

Now if we could just get rid of Dingleberry from MI. He was the one who made a slip of the tongue about this healthcare bill? and controling the people. That was before his spin set in!

  • Harold

OH yes, one thing more the The people from Kenya are saying that Obama is a son of Kenya and they think it is wonderful that America elected a kenyan as president. If this is so he is not leagally president of the United States of America.

  • Warrior

Good Riddance and why don’t you take some of your “legacy” friends with you !

  • M French

You are a left-wing radical, and are demonstrating what is wrong with this country. I’m a moderate, and don’t find either the right or left of either party to be normal or psychologically-healthy – you included. Go for some counseling Mister. You sound like you’re running scared.

  • James

Funny, Evan Bayh (D)In said the same thing before a R took that seat. LOL
