Son Allegedly Brought Jailed Dad Bobby Pin
BOULDER, Colo., Aug. 4 (UPI) — The son of a disbarred Colorado lawyer tried to slip his father a bobby pin to help him get out of the Boulder County Jail, investigators say.
Andre Glenn Rogers, 19, was charged Wednesday with aiding an escape attempt, the Boulder Daily Camera reported. He allegedly brought the bobby pin to his father’s court hearing.
Duane Glenn Rogers, 48, is being held in lieu of $1 million bail. He allegedly sexually molested a girl between 2003 and 2008.
After he failed to appear for his first trial, Duane Rogers was arrested in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, earlier this year.
Andre Rogers was also being held, although his bail was set at only $10,000.
