Shots Across The Bow

March 28, 2011 by

Shots Across The Bow

There are many shots now being fired across the bow of the Federal Reserve.

The latest occurred in Utah where the governor has a bill on his desk that would allow shops to accept gold Buffalo and Eagle coins, and silver Eagle coins as legal tender. The bill also ends State taxes on the transfer of gold.

There are at least 13 other State legislatures that have already begun consideration of or are about to consider similar bills, according to the Constitutional Tender Act website. They are Colorado, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Missouri, Montana, New Hampshire, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia and Washington. Georgia’s seems to be the one closest to approval.

The Statists don’t like it—and neither does the Fed. They and their liberal mouthpieces in the media are dismissive of anyone desiring to follow the Constitution.

For instance, in an article in the News & Observer in Raleigh, N.C., the bill that would allow North Carolina to issue its own legal tender backed by gold and silver was covered this way:

“Mike Walden, an economics professor at N.C. State University, said the notion of North Carolina reverting to having its own currency is outlandish.

“‘We dealt with this issue about 100 years ago when the Federal Reserve was established,’ Walden said. ‘If North Carolina were to have its own currency, that would put us at an extreme competitive disadvantage vis-a-vis other parts of the country and other parts of the world.’

“State Treasurer Janet Cowell joked that Bradley’s precious metals proposal could increase efficiency in state government by providing a good use for her department’s old basement vault, which is currently used for storage.

“‘I look forward to engaging in an important public policy debate about whose face should be on the gold coin,’ quipped Cowell, a Democrat.”

Never mind that Article I, Section 10 of the United States Constitution reads: “No State shall… make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in payment of debts.” This means that every State in the Union has made some other “Thing” a tender by accepting Federal Reserve Notes.

Walden considers Constitutional currency outlandish. What is outlandish is what has happened to our wealth since the establishment of the Fed—an institution that is not a part of government and does not hold any reserves.

The Fed is a cartel of big banksters formed to steal the wealth of Americans. Begun under the auspices of stabilizing the economy—at least that is the claim of proponents from the time—it has presided over the crashes of 1921 and 1929, the Great Depression of 1929 to 1939, recessions in 1953, 1957, 1969, 1975, 1981, 1990 and 2008. So much for stabilizing the economy.

They called it the Federal Reserve in order to deceive the people who were opposed to a central bank. The people knew of the dangers of a central bank, but the elites were clever and used double-speak and sleight of hand to fool the masses.

As Thomas Jefferson wrote, “The central bank is an institution of the most deadly hostility existing against the Principles and form of our Constitution. I am an Enemy to all banks discounting bills or notes for anything but Coin. If the American People allow private banks to control the issuance of their currency, first by inflation and then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around them will deprive the People of all their Property until their Children will wake up homeless on the continent their Fathers conquered.”

Like all the big banksters and political elites, Fed Chairman helicopter Ben Bernanke loves inflation. He no longer tries to hide this fact. In fact, he said the last round of quantitative easing (QE2), begun last fall, was to spur inflation.

But inflation is a hidden tax on Americans. It is the way wealth is transferred from “us” to “them.” Bernanke believes he can control inflation. He thinks he is smarter than the money creators before him who caused inflation but let it get away from them to become hyperinflation.

It will not end well. Already inflation is getting away from Bernanke, but he doesn’t see it. He also didn’t see the crash coming until it was here. His track record is not good.

The dollar has lost 95 percent of its value since the Fed was formed in 1913. But States are fighting back. More and more people are becoming aware of the scam perpetrated almost 100 years ago.

Representative Ron Paul (R-Texas) has led the fight against the Fed. Paul’s followers chanted “End the Fed” at Paul rallies during the last Presidential primary. Now the States are taking up the fight as well.

Isn’t it obvious to all that the Fed has failed its charter? Isn’t it obvious to all the Fed must go?

As much as I like the idea of states printing their own money just to annoy the federal reserve to do so violates the Constitution they swore to uphold. One interesting thing that states COULD do the would be directly in line with the Constitution is to refuse to accept any form of tender (money) that is not gold and silver coin or paper backed by gold or silver. They would not send money to the fed that was not gold or silver. They would not accept any money that was not gold or silver. Imagine how annoying at first it would be to have to go to the coin dealer to buy some silver coins to pay a parking ticket.

At first the people would be furious at the state but if the state sets its fines/taxes at proper amounts of gold/silver people would quickly adapt.

Interesting question. Do they set the $35 parking ticket at 1 oz of silver or at ~$1.20 pre 1964 silver coins. (or 4 pre 1964 quarters etc)

    • vicki

      5 not 4 :)

    • rimshot75

For heaven’s sake, don’t send gold or silver to the Fed! They have ‘lost’ all that was in their care and custody already.

      • James

Rimshot75, Just because the gold is out of sight doesn’t mean it’s lost.

        • Vicki

doesn’t mean it is not lost either. Seeing it would mean it is not lost. So Audit time.

    • Bill

We do not need gold and /or silver to back up our money. According to the Constitution , Congress should be making our money not the Banks. Congress should be making debt free money. no gold or silver required.

      • Carlucci

Yes, Fedzilla is responsible for (1). Coining the money (2) Monitoring immigration, and (3) Providing national security.

        Grade: F

From the article: “What is outlandish is what has happened to our wealth since the establishment of the Fed—an institution that is not a part of government and does not hold any reserves.

I know many people on this blog are aware of the content of the article, but I’m wondering if the libtards “get it”. The “Federal”
Reserve is no more “federal” than Federal Express.

        • Vicki

Considering that I thought the Federal reserve was part of the treasury (thanks Public Education) till I looked into it I would bet that MOST of the people in the US still believe it is part of the Federal Government.

          • Marty S.

Proof that the Federal Reserve is in direct competition with We the People is they bought 600 billion dollars worth of Government bonds ( ie debt ) that We have to pay back with interest ( to increase inflation) the day after the American people spoke in the landslide election. It was quite ironic me thinks. So who really got shellacked?

      • roderick usher

        I disagree, Bill.

Because if you are right, WHY is a dollar defined as one Troy ounce of fine siver? That is, in fact, the case.

I don’t know what your motivations are, in saying what you did, but unbacked paper currencies are the PLAGUE of mankind. Even the unbacked “Greenback” currency issued by Lincoln to finance the War Between the States, were fully redeemed by 1874.

I am immediately suspicious of ANYONE who claims a currency can exist without backing. That is what we now have, in the Federal Reserve, and I see no difference between that entity, and what you are proposing, which amounts to the same thing. Namely, more of the same. R.U.

      • Al Sieber

Bill, read the coinage act of 1792.

        • Anthony

      • James

Bill, Art. I, Sec. 8, Cl. 5, reads: Congress shall have the power To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures.” And…
Art. I, Sec. 10, Cl, 1 reads: No State shall…make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts.”
At that time, only foreign coins were in circulation here. When the federal government was created, it started making gold and silver coins. (There was no paper money here.) The idea was that money was to have an intrinsic value of its own, money that didn’t require faith in the entity that made it. There were gold and silver coins from every nation on earth here, their value was determined by the percentage of their gold and silver content, and their weight.

        • Anthony

Actually, there were banks using paper currency, for expediency-sake, during long travels by Stagecoach, when THE FED was created. You misspeak.

There is NO CLAUSE in the U.S. Constitution, that states the Gov’t is allowed to OUTSOURCE control of our Currency to a non-accountable Cartel.

If you think otherwise.. show me where it says that.

          • James

I was referring to the period before the constitution and the federal government existed.

    • DaveH

But the Federal Government has already broken the rules of the Constitution a hundred years ago.
Congress shall have the power to “coin money” — not print fiat paper currency. I’m sure our founders rolled in their graves when the Federal Reserve was allowed to do that.

      • Carlucci

        Speaking of that……….

        • BrotherPatriot

LoL…Ty, Carlucci…that was a fun way to start the morning. Even though it’s humorous…they scary truth of it should rock us all to our foundations.

          God Bless.

Have you seen all of Tim Hawkins’ clips? He is one of the funniest guys I’ve ever seen in my life – clean, everyday life funny! The first time I ever watched his clips, I laughed until I was literally sick & my ribs hurt!

How about getting rid of parking meters. Then we would’nt have to worry about it!

      “To conquer, first divide!”

I find “constitutional convenience”, to be absolutely amazing. Notice
the omission of “no state may coin money” by Bob, who should know better and having read thru this entire thread to this point, I only see allusion to this section, which precedes his selection, which starts with the word, NOR………

There is no line of reasoning which can be advanced or supported that
can legitimize any attempts by states, to coin money. But the discussion is USEFUL, because it prompts the question by “enquiring minds” as to how all this came about…….which leads to FDR, and 1939 supreme court caving on “codification”, abandoning “law and equity”, the adoption of the UCC, by “everyone”, and federalising
everything under admiralty and maritime law.

Once I will repeat…….YOU HAVE AND ARE VOLUNTEERING…..that the
constitution means anything is an ILLUSION, and any RIGHTS, that you
do have, are those which the GUVMENT, chooses to let you have…..
while using “interpretation”, to continue to erode what is left.

The fact is, you can not “lawfully or constitutinally” be forced to pay any fees, fines, taxes, etc. levied by any state……although
the mechanisms in place to make you believe you have “no alternatives”
as well as the frustrations involved of actually learning HOW to resist and having the “courage” to TRY, are sufficient to keep most
from acting…….which on sites such as this, is invariably countered
by these same individuals, claiming to be ready to take up arms and start killing people……yeah right!

“All that is required fro the triumph of evil is………”

But the best part of this “fraud” which it makes it so successful
is that resistance requires YOU to LEARN and YOU to ACT……and
YOU to RISK………and YOU ahve to do it ALONE, because that’s
the way it has been arranged…….

“Do NOT ask for whom the bell tolls……..”

If you think ‘we’ are in a tight spot. Think of the founding fathers, or even before that, we had a small group in Mass following a preacher who continuously spoke against ‘King and country’. This was when the Adams boys were just children. He was hit in the head by the butt of a rifle in a skirmish with the Kings army and was forevermore lapsing into insanity. Of course he still spoke out against the tyranny of the King when he had lucid moments.
So for us to rise up against the Federal Government is not that hard. We now have a National Vehicle to help hold us together called the ‘TEA Party’. And if we all use it wisely we will be able to commuicate with each other as a tight group and make major changes to our National discourse.
For instance we are all slowly realizing what havoc the Federal Reserve is causing to our economy. Back in the fifties when I first started studying the effects this organization had on our government there were very few books and it was hard to find any information. Now there is a lot of people writing about the Fed. G. Edward Griffin’s book called “The Creature from Jekyl Island” is the putting together of many books and articles and really give a great history of the Federal Reserve from it’s inception into the 2000s. It is in your local library and everyone who is interested in saving this country had better read it.
If we all use the TEA Party and vote Conservative in 2012 we can Revoke the Charter of the Federal Reserve and re-initiate it according the the dictates of the Constitution. That is, place the printing, distribution and setting of the value of money under control of the Congress and at the U.S. Treasury. Place 50 Central Reserve Banks, one in each State which will be controlled by the State.
It is too bad that the public does not know just how much money the Fed makes while they screw up our economics. They get 6 hours of float for each check that goes through the Fed. This amounts to $1.4 billion per day. Righ now Chase gets all revenue from Credit Cards which is a real fight with the Fed. Chase is one of the owners of the Fed along with Rockefeller, Morgan, Carniege and several others including the Rothechilds.
With any luck as a result of the election coming up in 2012 we will be able to abolish all agencies that infringe on States Rights and carve the Government back down to where it is supposed to be.

        • Christin

          al metcalf,
Good points… but I think you put too much stock in “The Vote” which has been ruined by decades fraudulence and cheating. How can we win if the numbers have been and are manipulated?

I will have to agree with Michael J who stated below, “It’s too late for shots across the bow, what we need is a direct hit on the FED.”

        • patrick H.T. paine

          “To conquer, first divide!”

Which TEA party are you relying on? Which TEA party candidate is
talking about the “constitution” at any level of intelligence? ( other
than what is convenient for the moment? ) Nice to see you have done
some reading….but you might want to try to find The Freeman Compendium ( good luck with that ) or Who’s Afraid of the IRS?

In the 20′s the U.S. controlled 80% of the world’s Gold Supply.
(see The Banker’s, which you can find.) Audit the Fed…..the proper
          line is ABOLISH THE FED!

Talk is CHEAP!!!! ACT! Cancel your w-4 with holding agreement….
          see 26 CFR 3402 (p) ( Cornell Law Library 26 USC 3402, hit regulation
link CFR. How many TEA partier’s are talking about this? )

What is jusrisdiction? Common Law and equity, requires a victim or
evidence of damage……serve on a jury and refuse to convict, if
no evidence is presented that demonstrates this! How many TEA party
          candidates are talking about this?

Never mind…..just go have some tea.

          • meteorlady

Every single group that organizes does so for a specific reason. The Tea Party organized, somewhat, to fight the growth in the federal government. The Tea Party and Tea Party Express can now call themselves organization that represent people who attend their meetings and give them money. I don’t think they are going to be anything more than either Republicans or Democrats if they ever become a full scale political party with their OWN candidates. Power corrupts, and these people are falling into line little by little in order to get their candidates, which are hand picked by the Republicans, into office.

          • RealEye

I’ve already cancelled my withholding. I am now almost out of debt with the extra money in my paycheck. Instead of paying income taxes; BUY AMMO.

    • Robert Hauser

Since when is a parking ticket “constitutional”? And how do you possibly figure that States printing and coining their own money is in violation of the Constitution? The CommonLaw or “law per pais” of the United States not only permits but mandates States or private citizens to resist or defy any unconstitutional “statute” or “law” as void ab initio and take whatever steps are necessary to uphold the Constitution in the face of a regime which, as is currently the case, ignores or subverts it—it is like the State of Arizona enforcing the Immigration Laws that Eric Holder fails or refuses to. If the damned fedgov or ZOG subverts the Constitution then the private citizenry and their State officials have not only the right but the sworn duty to…if congress is totally comatose in exercising and upholding their authority under ART I, sect 8, cl 5, then the States are fully within their rights and authorities to do so….ever hear of the Hooverville? Various communities throughout the U.S. coined and printed their own money (depression scrip) during the ’30s and engaged in barter and that is what saved this nation in defiance of the damned “fed”

      • Vicki

        Robert Hauser writes:
“And how do you possibly figure that States printing and coining their own money is in violation of the Constitution?”

Cause I can read and understand English?

“No State shall enter into any Treaty, Alliance, or Confederation; grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal; coin Money; emit Bills of Credit; make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts; pass any Bill of Attainder, ex post facto Law, or Law impairing the Obligation of Contracts, or grant any Title of Nobility.”

        Right there:
No state shall enter into any Treaty, Alliance, or Confederation.
No state shall grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal.
        No state shall coin Money.
        No state shall …..

All of your amusing examples where associations of people and not states. We, the people can coin as much money as we want as long as it does not counterfeit CURRRENT US coins.

“To provide for the Punishment of counterfeiting the Securities and current Coin of the United States;” (article 1 section 8. Look it up)

And since the paper money from the fed is not current coin of the United states the Federal Government has no legitimate power to punish those who make pieces of paper that look exactly like Federal Reserve (fiat) paper money.

They could get the person for copyright infringement but that is all.

        • DaveH

However, since the Federal Government is in violation of the Constitution by letting the Federal Reserve print money, how can they complain?

          • DaveH

In fact, this may be why the states are considering coining their own money, so they have standing to press the issue of Constitutionality of the Federal Reserve Act to the Supreme Court.

          • Vicki

The federal reserve does NOT print money. They don’t print it. At all. They don’t coin money. Not at all. The US Mints coin money and the US Treasury prints money. The Fed just “distributes” the money printed by the Treasury. Thus keeping everything Constitutional except for that little detail about “regulating the value thereof.”

“The Federal Reserve Banks distribute new currency for the U.S. Treasury Department, which prints it.”

And there is that little matter of interest and fractional banking that the private corp “the federal reserve” uses to drain billions of interest dollars of wealth from the US Taxpayer.

    • Donel

I agree vicki 100% [Feds is another sad story:]
Obama’s only qualification is Organizer from Acorn.
This separation of currency falls with the rest of his agenda.

The way I see it, then no other way. Dividing. Black and White.
Obama not dissimilar then Michelle, LaVaughn, Robinson, coming from
their church, saying she never felt like an American. Their preacher saying, God Dam America.
Notice in signing the Obamacare into law, in honor of the Childs mother. As the Child was put forward to watch, Obama looked at the white man in disgust, and the Child taking the cue, to glance back with contempt.
Any one see the transformation? Did it look pleasant or disgust?

Does action speak louder then words?
Involving our Military on three fronts, for destruction. So he can form his private army, he calls peoples army.
His recruits reforming as of now, with separated blacks and open boarder people. Only people who would fire on whites.
If this isn’t a fact, there is the material staring you in the face.
What a book. {When the Mask Was Taken Off} Fact or Fiction?
The Change and Reform he mentioned.

    • Ellen1

I presume you’re using that as a figure of speech (the states printing their own money) because the article was about gold and silver. ;-) As someone else pointed out, we would NEVER send them any gold or silver…..that’s the last anyone would ever see of it. Get rid of all the unConstitutional bureaucracies, the administrations, all the alphabet organizations that make life miserable for us and see how little gets sent to the DC criminals.

Parking tickets? it’s all bull sh**. We’ve been regulated, coded, and strangled to death with all the ways our public SERVANTS rob us blind in their revenue generation. THIS MUST STOP. We were never meant to live this way.

    • Forrest

Vicky: I think you misunderstood. That’s what the constitution says: No state shall make legal tender from any material except gold or silver. No other material shall be used. However, that is exactly what the Fed is doing, USING PAPER…illegal and against the constitution. What the states are doing are minting their own money from gold and silver. Or that is the plan, anyway. I hope it happens. We DO NOT NEED A PRIVATE COMPANY (THE FED) TO CONTROL OUR MONEY. Each state must control it. The states could honor each others’ money and things would be very nice. The feds would be history. ll

      • Vicki

        Forrest says:
“Vicky: I think you misunderstood. That’s what the constitution says: No state shall make legal tender from any material except gold or silver. No other material shall be used.”

        Well lets look.
“No State shall enter into any Treaty, Alliance, or Confederation; grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal; coin Money; emit Bills of Credit; make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts; …”

        So what is to misunderstand?
Pretty simple and straight forward. No ifs no ands no ors no buts.

It also says as you mentioned that “No state shall make any thing but gold and silver coin a tender in payment of debts.”

Thus states man not require anything but gold and silver coin as tender in payment of debts. States could not refuse to accept gold and silver coins for instance. States could not point at federal reserve notes and say you MUST pay with those.

BUT States MUST NOT COIN their own money. Period.

    • Judith

Vicki: I’m not sure I completely understand your post. The Constitution prohibits the States from issuing any form of currency EXCEPT gold and silver, as I understand it. As for a State that chooses to coin its own money, they’d be nuts to pay the Fed with it. Pay the Fed in their own worthless currency, and keep the gold and silver that has a value in circulation among the citizens!

  • Michael J.

Dismantle the Fed, confiscate the gold they stole from Fort Knox. Give back the wealth they have stolen from all of us and jail the thieves responsible. We owe them nothing. Prominent heads of state have been warning us for decades. And then there’s the financial titans who brag about our blindness as witnessed by their own words below:

The real truth of the matter is, as you and I know, that a financial element in the large centers has owned the government of the U.S. since the days of Andrew Jackson. History depicts Andrew Jackson as the last truly honorable and incorruptible American president.”
    - Franklin D. Roosevelt

“Gentlemen, I have had men watching you for a long time and I am convinced that you have used the funds of the bank to speculate in the breadstuffs of the country. When you won, you divided the profits amongst you, and when you lost, you charged it to the bank. You tell me that if I take the deposits from the bank and annul its charter, I shall ruin ten thousand families. That may be true, gentlemen, but that is your sin! Should I let you go on, you will ruin fifty thousand families, and that would be my sin! You are a den of vipers and thieves.”
    - Andrew Jackson

“When the President signs this act [Federal Reserve Act of 1913], the invisible government by the money power — proven to exist by the Monetary Trust Investigation — will be legalized. The new law will create inflation whenever the trusts want inflation. From now on, depressions will be scientifically created.”
    - Charles A. Lindbergh, Sr.

“The financial system has been turned over to the Federal Reserve Board. That Board administers the finance system by authority of a purely profiteering group. The system is Private, conducted for the sole purpose of obtaining the greatest possible profits from the use of other people’s money.”
    - Charles A. Lindbergh, Sr.

“The Federal Reserve System is nothing more than legalized counterfeit.”
    - Ron Paul

“It is well enough that people of the nation do not understand our banking and monetary system, for if they did, I believe there would be a revolution before tomorrow morning.”
    - Henry Ford

“I believe that if the people of this nation fully understood what Congress has done to them over the last 49 years, they would move on Washington; they would not wait for an election… It adds up to a preconceived plan to destroy the economic and social independence of the United States!“
    - George W. Malone

“We have in this country one of the most corrupt institutions the world has ever known. I refer to the Federal Reserve Board and the Federal Reserve Banks, hereinafter called the FED. They are not government institutions. They are private monopolies which prey upon the people of these United States for the benefit of themselves and their foreign customers.”
    - Louis McFadden

“It was not accidental [the 1929 stock-market “crash”]. It was a carefully contrived occurrence. … The international bankers sought to bring about a condition of despair here so that they might emerge as rulers of us all.”
    - Louis McFadden

“Some people think the Federal Reserve Banks are United States Government Institutions. They are private credit monopolies which prey upon the people of the United States for the benefit of themselves and their foreign customers.”
    - Louis McFadden

“Before passage of this [Federal Reserve] Act, the New York Bankers could only dominate the reserves of New York. Now, we are able to dominate the bank reserves of the entire country. ”
    - Nelson Aldrich

“I am myself persuaded, on the basis of extensive study of the historical evidence, that… the severity of each of the contractions – 1920-21, 1929-33, and 1937-38 – is directly attributable to acts of commission and omission by the Reserve authorities and would not have occurred under earlier monetary and banking arrangements.”
    - Milton Friedman

“The Federal Reserve definitely caused the Great Depression by contracting the amount of currency in circulation by one-third from 1929 to 1933.”
    - Milton Friedman

“Nothing did more to spur the boom in stocks than the decision made by the New York Federal Reserve bank, in the spring of 1927, to cut the rediscount rate. Benjamin Strong, Governor of the bank, was chief advocate of this unwise measure, which was taken largely at the behest of Montagu Norman of the Bank of England….At the time of the Banks action I warned of its consequences….I felt that sooner or later the market had to break.”

“The high office of the president has been used to foment a plot to destroy America’s freedom, and before I leave office I must inform the citizens of this plight.” (November 12, 1963)
    - John F. Kennedy (Date of Kennedy Assassination : November 22, 1963)

“The dollar represents a one dollar debt to the Federal Reserve System. The Federal Reserve Banks create money out of thin air to buy Government Bonds from the U.S. Treasury…and has created out of nothing a … debt which the American people are obliged to pay with interest.”
    - Wright Patman

“In the United States today we have in effect two governments. We have the duly constituted government….. Then we have an independent, uncontrolled and uncoordinated government in the Federal Reserve System, operating the money powers which are reserved to Congress by the Constitution. ”
    - Wright Patman

“Capital must protect itself in every way… Debts must be collected and loans and mortgages foreclosed as soon as possible. When through a process of law the common people have lost their homes, they will be more tractable and more easily governed by the strong arm of the law applied by the central power of leading financiers. People without homes will not quarrel with their leaders. This is well known among our principle men now engaged in forming an imperialism of capitalism to govern the world. By dividing the people we can get them to expend their energies in fighting over questions of no importance to us except as teachers of the common herd.”
    - J. P. Morgan

“In the absence of the gold standard, there is no way to protect savings from confiscation through inflation. … This is the shabby secret of the welfare statists’ tirades against gold. Deficit spending is simply a scheme for the confiscation of wealth. Gold stands in the way of this insidious process. It stands as a protector of property rights. If one grasps this, one has no difficulty in understanding the statists’ antagonism toward the gold standard.”
    - Alan Greenspan

“By a continuing process of inflation, governments can confiscate, secretly and unobserved, an important part of the wealth of their citizens. There is no subtler, no surer means of overturning the existing basis of society than to debauch the currency. The process engages all the hidden forces of economic law on the side of destruction, and does it in a manner which not one man in a million is able to diagnose.”
    - John Maynard Keynes

    - “The Federal Reserve Bank is nothing but a banking fraud and an unlawful crime against civilization. Why? Because they ‘create’ the money made out of nothing, and our Uncle Sap Government issues their ‘Federal Reserve Notes’ and stamps our Government approval with NO obligation whatever from these Federal Reserve Banks, Individual Banks or National Banks, etc.”

Wow… great quotes and so many… thanks for sharing all of them… very interesting to hear who spoke out against the FED.

I must admit I never heard such bad things about the FED until the last several years… maybe back to Alan Greenspan and the problems he had with raising and lowering of America’s interest rates during hard times. Of course, he and Bernanke are just the FED faces to make them appear legitimate to our government.

Some of you are coming down hard on those who didn’t know the FED was America’s financial ruin… it is not like they are teaching that in schools and colleges… and many of our parents said nothing back then… now we are waking up to the fact that they are evil.

Michael, where did you get your quotes from? Especially the one from JFK. I am interested in getting more information. Thanks

    • BrotherPatriot

Extremely accurate and good work on putting these quotes together in one place…which has been done on this site several times I believe.

Really enjoyed your personal touch at the end and how so very accurate your personal quote is.

God Bless JFK’s soul as he was in the process of bringing all of this out into the light of day. He forever will be remembered as a true American Patriot even though he was but a falable & imperfect man in his own right. He died for the noblest cause…the freedom of America & the world from those who have been orchestrating events to turn us all into slaves.

God Bless us all as well.

The “War on Terror” is a ruse by central bankers to control every aspect of your life.
Reviewing “The Red Symphony” recently, I was shocked to read an insider’s statement that the bankers are not content with infinite wealth, but want unlimited power.
“The Red Symphony” is a 1938 Stalinist Secret Police (NKVD) interrogation of Christian Rakovsky, a Soviet ambassador who was a close associate of Leon Trotsky, Rothschild’s agent.
I introduced this explosive 50-page document to my readers two years ago. It strips the veil from modern history and explains the real meaning of Revolution, Communism, Freemasonry and War. It was not intended to become public knowledge. The translator, a Dr. J. Landowsky, made an unauthorized copy.
The human experiment is endangered by private interests who have usurped the function of money creation. Modern history reflects the gradual process by which they transfer all wealth and power to themselves, destroying Western Civilization and creating a world police state.
Rakovsky, whose real name was Chaim Rakover, was sentenced to death in Stalin’s purge of the Trotskyite faction of the party. Leon Trotsky wrote in his autobiography, My Life, : “Christian G. Rakovsky… played an active part in the inner workings of four Socialist parties– the Bulgarian, Russian, French, and Roumanian–to become eventually one of the leaders of the Soviet Federation, a founder of the Communist Internationale, President of the Ukranian Soviet of People’s Commissaries, and the diplomatic Soviet representative in England and France …”
Rakovsky tried to convince his interrogator that Stalin should cooperate with the bankers who “are just like you and me. The fact that they control unlimited money, insofar as they themselves create it, does not…determine the limits of their ambitions . . .The bankers, have the impulse towards power, towards full power. Just as you and me.”
They created the Communist state as a “machine of total power” unprecedented in history. In the past, due to many factors, “there was always room for individual freedom. Do you understand that those who already partially rule over nations and worldly governments have pretensions to absolute domination? Understand that this is the only thing which they have not yet reached.” (emphasis mine)
A pernicious force paralyzes our national life. Rakovsky identifies it: “Imagine to yourself, if you can a small number of people having unlimited power through the possession of real wealth, and you will see they are the absolute dictators of the stock exchange and [economy]…If you have enough imagination then…you will see [their] anarchical, moral and social influence, i.e. a revolutionary one…Do you now understand?”
The Revolutionary Movement, which defines modern history, was a means to increase banker power by destroying the old order.
In the French Revolution power subtly passed to the bankers who weren’t constrained by Christian niceties, Rakovsky says. “The supreme Royal power was taken over by persons, whose moral, intellectual and cosmopolitan qualities did allow them to use it. It is clear that these were people who had never been Christians, but cosmopolitans.”
Communism, far from distributing wealth, is designed to concentrate it in the hands of the world’s wealthiest people. (The State owns the wealth and they own the State.) And Marxism, “before being a philosophical, economic and political system, is a conspiracy for the revolution.”
Rakovsky scoffs at the “elementary Marxism…the demagogic popular one” that is used to dupe the intellectuals and the masses.
[Whatever its intrinsic merits, Socialism seems designed to bribe and make people dependent on socialist politicians and big government, which the bankers control.]
As for Freemasonry: “Every Masonic organization tries to create all the required prerequisites for the triumph of the Communist revolution; this is the obvious aim of Freemasonry,” says Rakovsky, a high-ranking Mason himself.
The aim of the Revolution is no less than to redefine reality in terms of the interests of the bankers. This involves the promotion of subjective truth over objective truth. If Lenin “feels something to be real” then it is real. “For him every reality, every truth was relative in the face of the sole and absolute one: the revolution.”
In other words, white is black and up is down. This is the way it was in the Soviet Union and this is now happening to us. Truth and justice are being replaced by political diktat. “Political correctness” a Bolshevik term is now in common usage. Physicists like Steven Jones who question Sept.11 are silenced. Historians like David Irving are jailed.
Rakovsky marvels that “the benches on which sat the greasy usurers to trade in their moneys, have now been converted into temples, which stand magnificently at every corner of contemporary big towns with their heathen colonnades, and crowds go there …to bring assiduously their deposits of all their possessions to the god of money…”
He says the Soviet five-pointed star represents the five Rothschild brothers with their banks, who possess colossal accumulations of wealth, the greatest ever known.”
Isn’t it strange that Marx never mentions this fact? Rakovsky asks. Isn’t it strange that during revolutions, the mobs never attack the bankers, their mansions or banks?
War is the means by which the central bankers advance their goal of totalitarian world government. Rakovsky says Trotsky was behind the murder of Arch Duke Ferdinand (which sparked WWI.) He recalls the phrase used by the mother of the five Rothschild brothers: “‘If my sons want it, then there will be no war.’ This means that they were the arbiters, the masters of peace and war, but not emperors. Are you capable of visualizing the fact of such a cosmic importance? Is not war already a revolutionary function? Warthe Commune. Since that time every war was a giant step towards Communism.”
After the murder of [Illuminati member Weimar Foreign Minister] Walter Rathenau in 1922, the Illuminati give political or financial positions only to intermediaries, Rakowsky says. “Obviously to persons who are trustworthy and loyal, which can be guaranteed a thousand ways: thus one can assert that those bankers and politicians [in the public eye] – are only men of straw . . . even though they occupy very high places and are made to appear to be the authors of the plans which are carried out.”
In 1938, Rakovsky outlined three reasons for the upcoming Second World War. The first is that Hitler began to print his own money. “This is very serious. Much more than all the external and cruel factors in National-Socialism.”
Secondly, the “fully developed nationalism of Western Europe is an obstacle to Marxism…the need for the destruction of nationalism is alone worth a war in Europe.”
Finally, Communism cannot triumph unless it suppresses the “still living Christianity.” He refers to the “permanent revolution” as dating from the birth of Christ, and the reformation as “its first partial victory” because it split Christianity. This suggests that the “conspiracy” also contains a racial or religious factor.
“In reality, Christianity is our only real enemy since all the political and economic phenomena of the Bourgeois States. Christianity controlling the individual is capable of annulling the revolutionary projection of the neutral Soviet or Atheist State.”
Now the Central Bankers are promoting World War Three as in “The Clash of Civilizations.” Substitute Islam for Christianity above, and pit “Christians” against them.
Our beliefs must adjust to the truth and not vice versa. Apparently, the truth is that a relatively small clique of Jewish banking families and their non-Jewish allies in the leading families of Europe and America have usurped control of money creation, and with it the destiny of the world.
This overclass owns or controls most of the world’s largest corporations, media organizations, intelligence agencies, secret societies, universities, politicians, foundations, think tanks and NGO’s. It also appears to dominate organized crime.
Sept. 11, the War on Terror and Iraq are part of an inexorable process by which this overclass increases its wealth and control. The end goal is a world police state in which the masses will be deprived of their wealth, freedom and possibly their lives.
Neo Cons are really Neo Com-munists. They jeopardize the security of their fellow Jews (as well as all Americans) by their evil machinations. Jews should follow my example and repudiate them.
The overclass wants us to see it as a “Jewish problem.” This way it can deflect blame onto innocent Jews and then dismiss opposition as “hatred” and “prejudice.” The problem is mainly one of money creation (credit) that has led to an untenable concentration of wealth and power in a few hands.
Almost everyone who is “successful” in society, Jewish or not, is forced, wittingly or unwittingly to align themselves with the overclass. Our religious, cultural and political institutions have been subverted. This explains the false quality of social life in the West.
Let’s remember Christ’s message: God is Love. God is more powerful than the satanic force that holds mankind in its thrall. But His will cannot be done unless men do it.
Whatever the cost, doing nothing will cost more. The affluence we temporarily enjoy is part of an age old plot to ensnare and enslave humanity.

Don’t forget JFKs speech about secret societies that got him killed!

      Mr. Chairman, ladies and gentlemen:

I appreciate very much your generous invitation to be here tonight.

You bear heavy responsibilities these days and an article I read some time ago reminded me of how particularly heavily the burdens of present day events bear upon your profession.

You may remember that in 1851 the New York Herald Tribune under the sponsorship and publishing of Horace Greeley, employed as its London correspondent an obscure journalist by the name of Karl Marx.

We are told that foreign correspondent Marx, stone broke, and with a family ill and undernourished, constantly appealed to Greeley and managing editor Charles Dana for an increase in his munificent salary of $5 per installment, a salary which he and Engels ungratefully labeled as the “lousiest petty bourgeois cheating.”

But when all his financial appeals were refused, Marx looked around for other means of livelihood and fame, eventually terminating his relationship with the Tribune and devoting his talents full time to the cause that would bequeath to the world the seeds of Leninism, Stalinism, revolution and the cold war.

If only this capitalistic New York newspaper had treated him more kindly; if only Marx had remained a foreign correspondent, history might have been different. And I hope all publishers will bear this lesson in mind the next time they receive a poverty-stricken appeal for a small increase in the expense account from an obscure newspaper man.

I have selected as the title of my remarks tonight “The President and the Press.” Some may suggest that this would be more naturally worded “The President Versus the Press.” But those are not my sentiments tonight.

It is true, however, that when a well-known diplomat from another country demanded recently that our State Department repudiate certain newspaper attacks on his colleague it was unnecessary for us to reply that this Administration was not responsible for the press, for the press had already made it clear that it was not responsible for this Administration.

Nevertheless, my purpose here tonight is not to deliver the usual assault on the so-called one party press. On the contrary, in recent months I have rarely heard any complaints about political bias in the press except from a few Republicans. Nor is it my purpose tonight to discuss or defend the televising of Presidential press conferences. I think it is highly beneficial to have some 20,000,000 Americans regularly sit in on these conferences to observe, if I may say so, the incisive, the intelligent and the courteous qualities displayed by your Washington correspondents.

Nor, finally, are these remarks intended to examine the proper degree of privacy which the press should allow to any President and his family.

If in the last few months your White House reporters and photographers have been attending church services with regularity, that has surely done them no harm.

On the other hand, I realize that your staff and wire service photographers may be complaining that they do not enjoy the same green privileges at the local golf courses which they once did.

It is true that my predecessor did not object as I do to pictures of one’s golfing skill in action. But neither on the other hand did he ever bean a Secret Service man.

My topic tonight is a more sober one of concern to publishers as well as editors.

I want to talk about our common responsibilities in the face of a common danger. The events of recent weeks may have helped to illuminate that challenge for some; but the dimensions of its threat have loomed large on the horizon for many years. Whatever our hopes may be for the future–for reducing this threat or living with it–there is no escaping either the gravity or the totality of its challenge to our survival and to our security–a challenge that confronts us in unaccustomed ways in every sphere of human activity.

This deadly challenge imposes upon our society two requirements of direct concern both to the press and to the President–two requirements that may seem almost contradictory in tone, but which must be reconciled and fulfilled if we are to meet this national peril. I refer, first, to the need for far greater public information; and, second, to the need for far greater official secrecy.

The very word “secrecy” is repugnant in a free and open society; and we are as a people inherently and historically opposed to secret societies, to secret oaths and to secret proceedings. We decided long ago that the dangers of excessive and unwarranted concealment of pertinent facts far outweighed the dangers which are cited to justify it. Even today, there is little value in opposing the threat of a closed society by imitating its arbitrary restrictions. Even today, there is little value in insuring the survival of our nation if our traditions do not survive with it. And there is very grave danger that an announced need for increased security will be seized upon by those anxious to expand its meaning to the very limits of official censorship and concealment. That I do not intend to permit to the extent that it’s in my control. And no official of my Administration, whether his rank is high or low, civilian or military, should interpret my words here tonight as an excuse to censor the news, to stifle dissent, to cover up our mistakes or to withhold from the press and the public the facts they deserve to know.

But I do ask every publisher, every editor, and every newsman in the nation to reexamine his own standards, and to recognize the nature of our country’s peril. In time of war, the government and the press have customarily joined in an effort based largely on self-discipline, to prevent unauthorized disclosures to the enemy. In times of “clear and present danger,” the courts have held that even the privileged rights of the First Amendment must yield to the public’s need for national security.

Today no war has been declared and however fierce the struggle may be, it may never be declared in the traditional fashion. Our way of life is under attack. Those who make themselves our enemy are advancing around the globe. The survival of our friends is in danger. And yet no war has been declared, no borders have been crossed by marching troops, no missiles have been fired.

If the press is awaiting a declaration of war before it imposes the self-discipline of combat conditions, then I can only say that no war ever posed a greater threat to our security. If you are awaiting a finding of “clear and present danger,” then I can only say that the danger has never been more clear and its presence has never been more imminent.

It requires a change in outlook, a change in tactics, a change in missions–by the government, by the people, by every businessman or labor leader, and by every newspaper. For we are opposed around the world by a monolithic and ruthless conspiracy that relies primarily on covert means for expanding its sphere of influence–on infiltration instead of invasion, on subversion instead of elections, on intimidation instead of free choice, on guerrillas by night instead of armies by day. It is a system which has conscripted vast human and material resources into the building of a tightly knit, highly efficient machine that combines military, diplomatic, intelligence, economic, scientific and political operations.

Its preparations are concealed, not published. Its mistakes are buried, not headlined. Its dissenters are silenced, not praised. No expenditure is questioned, no rumor is printed, no secret is revealed. It conducts the Cold War, in short, with a war-time discipline no democracy would ever hope or wish to match.

Nevertheless, every democracy recognizes the necessary restraints of national security–and the question remains whether those restraints need to be more strictly observed if we are to oppose this kind of attack as well as outright invasion.

For the facts of the matter are that this nation’s foes have openly boasted of acquiring through our newspapers information they would otherwise hire agents to acquire through theft, bribery or espionage; that details of this nation’s covert preparations to counter the enemy’s covert operations have been available to every newspaper reader, friend and foe alike; that the size, the strength, the location and the nature of our forces and weapons, and our plans and strategy for their use, have all been pinpointed in the press and other news media to a degree sufficient to satisfy any foreign power; and that, in at least in one case, the publication of details concerning a secret mechanism whereby satellites were followed required its alteration at the expense of considerable time and money.

The newspapers which printed these stories were loyal, patriotic, responsible and well-meaning. Had we been engaged in open warfare, they undoubtedly would not have published such items. But in the absence of open warfare, they recognized only the tests of journalism and not the tests of national security. And my question tonight is whether additional tests should not now be adopted.

That question is for you alone to answer. No public official should answer it for you. No governmental plan should impose its restraints against your will. But I would be failing in my duty to the nation, in considering all of the responsibilities that we now bear and all of the means at hand to meet those responsibilities, if I did not commend this problem to your attention, and urge its thoughtful consideration.

On many earlier occasions, I have said–and your newspapers have constantly said–that these are times that appeal to every citizen’s sense of sacrifice and self-discipline. They call out to every citizen to weigh his rights and comforts against his obligations to the common good. I cannot now believe that those citizens who serve in the newspaper business consider themselves exempt from that appeal.

I have no intention of establishing a new Office of War Information to govern the flow of news. I am not suggesting any new forms of censorship or new types of security classifications. I have no easy answer to the dilemma that I have posed, and would not seek to impose it if I had one. But I am asking the members of the newspaper profession and the industry in this country to reexamine their own responsibilities, to consider the degree and the nature of the present danger, and to heed the duty of self-restraint which that danger imposes upon us all.

Every newspaper now asks itself, with respect to every story: “Is it news?” All I suggest is that you add the question: “Is it in the interest of the national security?” And I hope that every group in America–unions and businessmen and public officials at every level will ask the same question of their endeavors, and subject their actions to the same exacting tests.

And should the press of America consider and recommend the voluntary assumption of specific new steps or machinery, I can assure you that we will cooperate whole-heartedly with those recommendations.

Perhaps there will be no recommendations. Perhaps there is no answer to the dilemma faced by a free and open society in a cold and secret war. In times of peace, any discussion of this subject, and any action that results, are both painful and without precedent. But this is a time of peace and peril which knows no precedent in history.

It is the unprecedented nature of this challenge that also gives rise to your second obligation–an obligation which I share and that is our obligation to inform and alert the American people to make certain that they possess all the facts that they need, and understand them as well–the perils, the prospects, the purposes of our program and the choices that we face.

No President should fear public scrutiny of his program. For from that scrutiny comes understanding; and from that understanding comes support or opposition and both are necessary. I am not asking your newspapers to support the Administration, but I am asking your help in the tremendous task of informing and alerting the American people. For I have complete confidence in the response and dedication of our citizens whenever they are fully informed.

I not only could not stifle controversy among your readers–I welcome it. This Administration intends to be candid about its errors; for as a wise man once said: “An error does not become a mistake until you refuse to correct it.” We intend to accept full responsibility for our errors and we expect you to point them out when we miss them.

Without debate, without criticism, no Administration and no country can succeed and no republic can survive. That is why the Athenian lawmaker Solon decreed it a crime for any citizen to shrink from controversy. And that is why our press was protected by the First Amendment– the only business in America specifically protected by the Constitution–not primarily to amuse and entertain, not to emphasize the trivial and the sentimental, not to simply “give the public what it wants”–but to inform, to arouse, to reflect, to state our dangers and our opportunities, to indicate our crises and our choices, to lead, mold, educate and sometimes even anger public opinion.

This means greater coverage and analysis of international news–for it is no longer far away and foreign but close at hand and local. It means greater attention to improved understanding of the news as well as improved transmission. And it means, finally, that government at all levels, must meet its obligation to provide you with the fullest possible information outside the narrowest limits of national security–and we intend to do it.

It was early in the Seventeenth Century that Francis Bacon remarked on three recent inventions already transforming the world: the compass, gunpowder and the printing press. Now the links between the nations first forged by the compass have made us all citizens of the world, the hopes and threats of one becoming the hopes and threats of us all. In that one world’s efforts to live together, the evolution of gunpowder to its ultimate limit has warned mankind of the terrible consequences of failure.

And so it is to the printing press–to the recorder of man’s deeds, the keeper of his conscience, the courier of his news–that we look for strength and assistance, confident that with your help man will be what he was born to be: free and independent.

    michael j

excellent article. the Fed. Reserve is a fraud. SCOTUS in I believe US vs. Bollard ruled that it is unconstitutional for Congress to change the Constitution with legislation. the court then went on to explain that Congress could not legislate themselves additional powers and they could not give away the powers granted to the congress (by we the people) to any other entity.

    • http://Illinois'17th Old Henry

Then why if ths FED still in existence? It seems that this rulling would have put the assunder.

      • BrotherPatriot

The answer of course is simple, Old Henry…

the Fox’s are not only in the hen house…they are reproducing in there…

something drastic this way comes & it’s closer than most people think.

        God Bless.

      • Vicki

        Old Henry asks:
“Then why is the FED still in existence?”

Because the Constitution is not being enforced? One could argue however that since the Fed is printing paper and not coining money they are in fact NOT breaking any law. However if you look into the details you are reminded that the fed DOES NOT PRINT federal reserve notes. (Fiat paper money) The US Treasury does. Thus as required by the Constitution the US Government is printing the securities called federal reserve notes.

Thus the money changers have conveniently slipped around the Constitutional intent that only Congress shall control the money supply.

The real question of what law they are breaking goes into the rest of article 1 section 8. “To coin Money, REGULATE the VALUE thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures;”

based on reading the info at the above link (and other sources :) ) it would seem that Congress is failing to regulate the value thereof.

Btw from that same link we find that to print a $1 (or any) federal reserve note costs about 4 cents. Which is conveniently close to the loss of value of the $1 since 1913. :)

      • al metcalf

The real problem is that all of Congress is on the dole. The Fed gives donations to the war chest of every politician elected. They are all thieves, and proud of it.

We must elect enough freshmen to overpower those who are there or have a revolution and change the government by force.

Sooner or later, with no action by the American people’ we will all be slaves to an international government body.

Soros is working to create a new government order. The second meeting pertaining to this is scheduled to be this summer at the same venue as the last International meeting held in 1944, Bretton Woods,NH.

The first meeting is where the League of Nations was changed into the United Nations and The Fed created its International Group consisting of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) to deal with developed countries, the World Bank to deal with undeveloped countries and the Bank of International Settlements (BIS) to deal with problems pertaining to both.

Now that the existing cash cow is out of milk (the U.S.) they are going to creat a new currency based on the three strongest currencies, the RMD (China) the Yen (Japan) and once again the Dollar (U.S.). What is this new currency to be called? That is a secret.

I wonder how the International Bankers feel about sharing their stage with Soros, it should be interesting.

What can we do about this turn of events. We can revoke the charter of the Fed and do exactly what the Constitution says. Make Congress abide by the Constitution. Keep a firm control of our own money and its supply, this is not brain surgery, all we have to do is follow the Constitution. Our founding fathers laid out a path – let us get on it in 2012.

We need to kick all the incumbents out of office including osama obama.

  • james karalis

Any thing done to do away with the federal reserve would be anti-semitic and would not meet the approval of the real people running America The Zionist .

    • Vigilant

Karalis said on March 16th the following: “The zionest jews are the problem , we got on the wrong side of WW2 we should have helped the Germans the world would be a better place today if we did .”

Ergo, consider that statement before you read ANYTHING this bigoted idiot says.

Yes and it is still true today 3-29-11 remember Communism was a gift to the world from a jew Karol Marks the father of Communism .

Yes, you are correct. After I wrote the post I remembered Carroll O’Connor whose name was spelled differently, but pronounced the same.

          • Michael J.

            Joe H,
Agreed, Bob Hope was the best of the best. He made us laugh without using vulgarities or profanities. He was always there for the troops. Never in his eight decade career was there any scandal attached too his name.

          • BrotherPatriot

I sure miss Mr. Hope. Is there an entertainer currently that we can put on par with him? He sure was a true American.

What Hollywood pushes out now on us is similiar to what we put into our toilet bowls…

I know there are some good people out there…but in order to “make it” nowadayz you have to get the approval of the same people who put the all seeing eye on taxi cabs, black/white checkered floor tiles & wallets (Southland Tales movie w/also a Knight Templar Cross on the satchel)…etc, etc, etc.

Yep, sure miss Bob Hope & the quality of what he represents.

I might agree that the problem lies in Zionism. But I’m not so sure that Zionists are necessarily Jews. Zionists are a cult who believe they are descended from Gods and that we mere mortals are here to serve them. This cult finds its origins in Egypt and I believe they merely masquerade as Jews.

As for the descended from God’s thing…whether I believe it or not is irrelevent…do “they” believe it? That’s what’s important.

I remember a phrase used often by my parents when I was a kid…”You can’t fight city hall!…That’s what the Fed counts on…us thinking they have all the power and intelligence and our “one voice” as a citizen being useless and meaningless. It is time to wake up and make a change….if we are to survive. This is why there needs to be an inteligence test for the right to vote. We have too many ignorant people voting! Until then, I see nothing but disaster in our future, that will only lead to violence in the streets. I believe that is what they really want in order to declare Martial Law.

    • JR

Don’t ask for an intelligence test, the right would lose 80% of they’re voters. Remember, most highly intelligent and educated people vote democrat.
It is not intelligence you want as a screening factor but common sense…. unfortunately intelligence and common sense are NOT the same.

      • DaveH

I don’t see much intelligence expressed by Liberals on this board, just Party Line Zealotry.

        • bob wire

and there lies the nature of intelligence, the inability to see.

not that I agree with these numbers presented but I accept the jest of the post.

          • DaveH

Then those “intelligent” Liberals must be in hiding, as I haven’t seen any comments on this board coming from Liberals that I would consider to be intelligent.

          • bob wire

There is not many here Dav, and you most likely wouldn’t accept it as intelligence if they were.

          • DaveH

Sure I would, Bob. I am not a Zealot. I stick up for what makes logical sense and is moral, regardless of party line. You know that.

          • Vigilant

Intelligent voters vote conservative or libertarian principles. Voters programmed by leftist professors/teachers, revisionist historians and social engineers vote for liberal and socialist candidates.

          • Vicki

In the early days it was those who had something to loose (Land/property owners) who were allowed to vote. Once that changed the government beast began to grow.

With just anyone able to vote, democracy and the welfare state is guaranteed to come into existence.

We are a Constitutionally LIMITED Republic. Not a Democracy.

Democracy is 2 wolves and a lamb voting on dinner.
Democracy is 15 people voting on what to do with a truck
The vote 14-1 to burn the truck. The truck burns.
15 people voting to beat up the driver.
The vote 14-1 to beat him/her up.

Guess what happens to the driver in a Constitutionally LIMITED Republic where the 2nd Amendment is properly honored.

If you don’t vote, you have no right to be heard. It’s how the system works, flawed as it is, but if you’re suggesting some other “remedy” for our predicament, you are probably on the DHS and Secret Service radar.

          • Vicki

            Vigilant says:
“If you don’t vote, you have no right to be heard.”

You NEVER have the right to be heard. You have the right to speak and voice your opinion. There is nothing that grants you the power to force others to listen.

We all have 4 boxes to use. The soap box and ballot box are the most effective and least messy.

          • Vigilant

Vicki, I was using it in the colloquial sense, not the legal sense.

      • Vigilant

JR says, “Don’t ask for an intelligence test, the right would lose 80% of they’re voters. Remember, most highly intelligent and educated people vote democrat.”

Great example of “intelligence.” “They’re voters?”

JR can’t even tell the difference between a possessive (their) and a contraction (They’re).

These are the folks who vote for Democrats (capitalized, by the way).

Checking that marvelous document, the Constitution of (for?) the United States, I find nowhere that government has been permitted the power to draw such a line let alone point it out. There is even a specific amendment to address freedom of expression.

Adults would clearly understand that there is a responsibility to go with that freedom. Adults would understand that they have the freedom to burn their copy of the US Flag. Adults would understand they do NOT have the freedom to burn MY copy of the US Flag.

Perhaps the strongest reason for the US Government to have transformed into a nanny state is that too many people never matured.

and as for the term “Adults” Vicky, you can’t depend on people to behave as Adults. Adults get lost as easily as children. If this were no so, there would be little need in laws or enforcement.

            Bob wire writes:
“and as for the term “Adults” Vicky, you can’t depend on people to behave as Adults. Adults get lost as easily as children. If this were no so, there would be little need in laws or enforcement.”

You see my point then run right past it. Adults do not NEED the government to enforce constitutional laws. They are adults. They obey constitutional laws as easily as people breath. Children in adult bodies do things like run off to another state when they don’t get their way. There are many more examples.

    • wandamurline

The money in America used to be backed with gold and silver…that meant that in order for the Feds to print money, they could not print any amounts of money that they did not have the gold and silver to back up the money. Now, the print money without the gold standard…they are printing money on worthless paper and it is absolutely worthless if the dollar goes down, so will you. It is worth only what the feds and politicians say the dollar is worth, but it is not backed up by any precious metals as in the past. This was a mistake and one that has ended up with this country in debt up to our butt holes, because had we had the gold standard, they could not print money unless they had the gold to back it up. Everyone wants to audit the fed, but has anyone ever thought about auditing Fort Knox…it has not been audited since the 50′s. How do we know that there is the right amount of gold stored there? Maybe I am suspicious, but 60 years ago it got audited and nothing since? This is a scarry thought that it has been cleaned out…do we know how much has been sold, how much has been stolen or misplaced?

      • Vigilant

“It is worth only what the feds and politicians say the dollar is worth, but it is not backed up by any precious metals as in the past.”

Not really. It’s worth what the international currency markets say it’s worth, and that ain’t much.

        • Vicki

Even worse than that. I have a product to sell. Your dollar is worth what I say it is. A few weeks ago if I were selling one ounce of silver I would say your dollar was worth ~1/25th of my ounce.

Today your dollar is worth ~ 1/37th of my ounce. That’s inflation for you.

    • Meteorlady

A few months before JFK was assassinated he signed an Executive Order (11100 I believe) that would have effectively ended the Fed. His order stated that the government was not allowed to borrow from them which would have effectively put them out of business. He was assassinated just months after that signature. As far as I can find that EO was never revoked and no one, especially LBJ, every talked about it again.

There are a lot of gold and silver coins out there… does anybody know why they have only mentioned the Buffalo and Eagle coins?

They don’t even have to pass legislation to end the fed. there is already a law signed by a president there and it’s never been recinded. J.F.Kennedy signed it into law right before he died, they just never bothered to enforce it!!! I believe the bill is #11110!!

      • usmadgirl

        Joe H.

I’ve learned more about the FED in the past few days than I have in my entire life before. Saw G. Edward Griffin on Glenn on Friday & was amazed. The FED makes Bernie Madoff look like a “boy scout”! I found this on the Order #11,110 you mentioned:

I thought an Executive Order wasn’t valid without Congressional approval except in certain circumstances such as to issue orders to employees of the executive branch or for disciplinary measures to them & that all Executive Orders are questioned for their constitutionality. So wouldn’t Kennedy’s order be null & void?

Funny how the devil always tries to copy God Almighty… except he got the message wrong it is not about: death, hate, despair, and lies …but rather about: Life, Love, Hope and Truth which is from God.

      • Raggs

Christin… Watch him closely… The east is falling apart for this reason.. The leader will be revealed very soon.

        • Christin

Yes, the time is soon… the middle east is on fire… The Book of Revelation says the armies of the evil empires will point their weapons at Isreal and then the Anti-Christ will appear on the stage to assume his reign over the world lieing to the peoples about peace that will only last for three years.

Again, I say I don’t believe it to be obaba… he may only be the opening act. The Bible says it is someone from Europe.

Best to you and American Patriots.

          • Robin from Arcadia, IN

Raggs and Christin… You are both right on. It won’t be long. The middle east turmoil continues to escalate. And, I don’t think Obama will have any ‘part’ in what happens over there. His part will be running the United States into a third world country, disabling anything we might have been able to do to help.

          • usmadgirl

What about “Spooky Dude” Soros? He’s from Europe, hates Israel despite being Jewish. Some think he’s done good things (at least he lets on that he has) & he can certainly run a line of bull. He is the closest thing to “Satan in the Flesh” that I’ve ever heard of (other than the Middle East dictators) & he’s already pulling O’Dumbo’s strings. He has enough money to buy everyone he needs. I might be crazy but I just have a really “icky” feeling about him & what he’s capable of! Just a thought!

      • Concerned

Why has everything got to have a religious spin on it? This is a matter of the people by the people. If we were expecting help from a higher power there would have been some already. Instead it grows further out of control. Stop looking around the room, out the window or at the night sky for answers or assistance and use your own mind, your own hands, and the feelings you harbor against this injustice to power your actions and fuel your resolve. If we’re going to save anything in this country we have to do it as a team. Leave the religion and other factors that would divide us apart from the issue and just focus on a fix that will save us all. We are Americans. Born here under the auspices of freedom that we’ve been told we can enjoy here like nowhere else. We work daily for this freedom. Our soldiers fight for our lives for it. It is bought and paid for by our collective efforts. Let’s see the reward we were promised be less a veil of lies and corruption and more a freedom of truth and true brotherhood. We as a people are better than this. We can do better. And we should be demanding a better government be constructed.

        • Raggs

Concerned… I see your concern, however Israel has everything to do with this.

Concerned… The United States has managed to let a minority take over and boot God out of our lives. God’s protection will be removed from us, if it hasn’t been already. ‘WE’ are nothing and will be unable to win at anything we do without God.

          • Raggs

We lost the support from God in 08′ that’s why this country and everywhere else in the world is in the shape that it’s in.
Everything happens for a reason and every reason has it’s meaning.

          • http://! Angel Wannabe

Raggs and Robin, we can only tell God to get out of our lives for so long before he’ll finally listen__I believe he’s still with us__but I also do believe he does allow things good or bad, to stand for a while as lesson. Much like a parent would to displine a child.

If the Govorment can not back up its debts, it must go into default, bankrupcy. Plan and simple, just like in an Amercian Household, if you are writting checks, with nothing in the insatution to bank them up, you are committing a crime.
Washington is full of educated Crooks & Thives, which the Amercian people voted in and they are getting what they vote for.The American people put them in office, but did not keep an eye on them, to insure they were doing what they said they would do once elected!

Don Quixote was a great example of a Liberal.

Andrew Jackson was one of the last presidents who understood what was so IMMORAL, UNJUST and EVIL about central bankers and central banking. He was probably the last ‘Democrat’ to be worth his salt in the WH.
As for dealing directly with the Fed, the day when printed money (dollars) would have much in common with toilet paper is almost here. As long as the retards at the Fed have no use for us (other than as people who have been raped for almost 100 years), then it’s time to start putting new faces on OUR money.
Pick a name. Between ‘candidates’ in the WH and Congress, it will be easy to have “new faces” on every fiat, paper dollar specimen. Just think of it as a ‘socially just’ reward that has been EARNED.

    • bob wire

Well he fought with the bankers for all it was worth and gave a full accounting for himself.

      • BrotherPatriot

He sure did & it’s with great irony & glee on the Bankers part that they put him on the $20 bill. If Andrew Jackson could speak to us now…I’m sure he would be livid.

So we don’t even know the full list of “investors” & such that are reaping the benefits from the yearly American’s tax dollars…which of course represents our blood/sweat/tears. America’s wealth is being pumped out of our nation for the past nearly 100 years.

This is called…hemorrhaging, my brothers & sisters. America has been being bled for a very long time.

Of course many of you know this already, that this is the 3rd Central Bank that has been levied against America but did you know that on that list of benefactor’s who get our yearly money from America’s taxes are the Rothschilds, Rockefellars, Morgan’s…etc? If you continue to research these people you begin to see who they rub shoulders with and this leads us into another oganization that transends national borders and is in virtually every established city…especially in Europe & America? This organization is the very same organism that is pursuing the NWO. It’s most unfortunate that this is true as most American’s really aren’t even aware of them…get educated people. History is revealing that the deity they worship is none other than…

…Nimrod/Osiris/Baal/Molech…an entity that baby sacrafises were made to…and of course such an act of evil leads us directly to our current name…Satan/Lucifer.

I know this is extreme but we do not have the time to pull punches any more and only an educated society can regain/remain free from those who wish to subjugate us to their rule. The so called “Elites”. The Bilderbergs/UN/Trilateral Commission/Council on foreign relations/and the Organization (Organisim) that I hint at above. (Do some research on the Supreme Court Building of Isreal & who paid for it if you still dont know who/what I speak of…).

        God Bless.

        • JeffH

BrotherPatriot, you have it all in your post…can you say “House of Rothschilds”?

As for the Israeli Supreme Court, it was built with occult concepts. When you study those types of buildings, you quickly realize that the same themes inevitably reappear: illumination, pyramid, ascent, the number 13 or 33 , phallic/yonic symbols, etc. This building has it all and more.

The Rothschilds are one of the originators of the Zionist movement and the most active actors in the creation of the state of Israel. James A. de Rothschild financed the Knesset, Israel’s main political building. Right in front of it sits the Israeli Supreme Court, donated by another member of the dynasty, Dorothy de Rothschild.

          • BrotherPatriot

Greetings brother…nice to hear/see your reply…kinda warms me up inside. Like seeing an old friend. :)

I have been absent sometime…had to take a break from the research due to the mind blowing information that kept piling up. The facts…kinda started to hurt my brain with the complete implications of what they meant. I had a hard time at first convincing friends & family to these truths but slowly…they are beginning to come around as I present the Historical evidence & supply the money trail to help prove it all.

Yes, the dots do lead us back to Rothschilds lies about Napoleon and that he was going to win the war. This allowing him to buy up the European market pennies on the pound. Then those a day later who cried foul were quickly silenced. Either ending up bought off by him & his cronies or murdered by them…this showing us that since then…nothing has really changed in their tactics.

The usurper & inelligable puppet who sits as our President…just angred me so much I had to back off. To live in the illusion for just awhile longer while we had it & finish the current tasks that needed my attention. I had become so absorbed that I spent so much time on the research for proof & truth…that it was affecting those other areas that needed my attention including the basic need for sleep.

But here we are again…once again in dialogue about this information that all Americans…indeed…all free thinking people on this earth need to be aware of.

Once again…does my heart good to see your responce.

            God Bless.

            Yol Bolsun.

Do you suppose that Ron Paul might have a mysterious accident like som many of Clinton’s ememies did back in the 80s / 90s?

        • http://?? Joe H.

          Old Henry,
you have just named my biggest fear of Dr Paul getting elected as president. As much as he is for auditing and ending the fed………

          • Carlucci

Me too. I worry about the Doctors Paul a lot, and say prayers for their safety every day. After I read that book I mentioned previously today on this post (“Final Judgement” by Michael Collins Piper), I was convinced that nobody is safe. I know we all get mad and love to bash the jerks in Congress, but I believe they all know exactly what is going on behind the scenes and are too scared to really do anything about it. Ron and Rand Paul have picked up the gauntlet and decided to take action and let the American people know the truth.

I was just a little kid when JFK was assassinated, but I have always believed that he would have been a good leader – and my parents were dyed in the wool Goldwater republicans. As I grew older I liked Goldwater’s ideas, too.

Japan holds over $800 billion in US debt. Their need to rebuild their infrastructure may require calling in a substantial portion of that debt, so that does NOT work in our favor. On the contrary, it further destabilizes an already unstable position.

    • Vigilant

Default by the USA on its debts would destroy the world economy and throw us into unbelievable hardship, worldwide. The US Dollar was on the gold & silver standard during the Great Depression of 1929 to 1939, recessions in 1953, 1957, and 1969. Therefore, being on a precious metal standard does not, per se, guarantee against dips of the business cycle.

There’s no doubt that the Fed needs to be audited, reined in, or possibly killed altogether, along with a reinstatement of the precious metal backing of the Dollar, but default on debt is not the answer.

  • WayneT

Check out the wsbtv website below, and see what Obama is doing for the Muslims Friends in foreign cuntries. The government has not given any increases in social security for the last 2 years, but they have enough money to refurbish Muslim Mosques in foreign countries. In fact our Muslim President has allowed $770,000,000 dollars for this crap. Doesn’t this irritate you as much as me? We need to spreed the word on this. Email this website to all your friends. We have around 40,000,000 folks social security. Hopefully, this will be 40,000,000 (million) votes he will not get from those sane folks drawing social security.

    • bob wire

I keep hearing this, I find it upsetting at first glance and hard to believe. Why ? should the US do this?

      • DaveH

The Federal Government should not be in the business of any kind of charity. It is not their money to give.

      • bob wire

Thanks for the link Wayne , it offer an explanation, but I’m still not pleased.

        • WayneT

You are welcome, Bob. Thanks for watching it.

          • Carlucci

I just watched it, and am beyond disgusted. I’m forwarding it to my email list.

      • Michael J.

        bob wire,
So much for the seperation of Mosque and State.

Just another sleight of hand from Obama the Magnificent’s World of Illusion.

      • WayneT

I wonder why they do it too, Bob. Could this be how Obama is helping his Muslim Friends around the world. SS recipients has had to do without a pay raise for 2 years, and the government is giving $77,000,000 to help refubish Mosque around the world. This amounts to almost a billion dollars. This would go a long way in giving raises to the SS recipients. Bob, did you listen to the video? The government did not give a very good answer to those inquiring as to why they are doing it. Their answer was to help build better relations with the Muslim. Bob, I am not drawing SS, even though I am retired, but I feel for those who have not had any pay rasies for the past 2 years. Since we are the ones who pay those taxes, our people should be reaping the benefits of the harvest, not some Muslim country to refubish their Mosque. If your retired on SS, this should make you mad as hell also.

        • bob wire

Hmm? well in this particular case, the money is said to be spent for plumbing, computer links and PC’s. It’s not hard to see the head of the camel sticking through the tent opening.

What ever ? This offered us a host of concerns !

I like to think of myself as a serious advocate of the separation of church and state, anywhere and everywhere, and more so when it’s unpopular with many fellow Christian.

I see this as a serious breach in the wall.

and ~ me too, I could retied as well, but I’m doing well and feel like I’m doing my little part to postpone filing.

We can both claim we are paying for our B1tch1ng rights is the way I choose to look at it.

          • Vigilant

Sorry, guys, separation of church and state has absolutely nothing to do with it. When Congress makes a law respecting an establishment of Islam in the US, THEN and only then will it be a matter of church and state.

I really believe that the State Dept. is doing it to improve Muslim relations, and as wrong-headed and futile as that effort may be, it in no manner touches either the letter or the intent of the First Amendment.

          • bob wire

Well, I agree with you V. it doesn’t. But it does! and that fault lies with Muslims and how they see government and church combined.

I want to be optimistic and think, just maybe the Arab world in having a come to Jesus moment and we are seeing a revolution taking place in the Arab world as young Arab’s might want to become a part of the 21 century and the developing secular world. That a little “push” might be in order for them to shed the ways of Muslims old leadership and their stone age ways.

NOT! it’s just too much to hope for.

    • http://?? Joe H.

According to the news today, there will be no COLA this year as well!!!

  • James_s

How do they propose to figure out how many dollars a silver eagle coin is worth, or are they talking about using the face value of the coin? That would be no big deal. Would somebody please spell out what they mean.

    • DaveH

Here is a pretty good article on the Utah Bill:

I will search to see if I can find the actual Bill on the net.

    • DaveH
    • DaveH

One way the problem could be addressed, James, is to coin money containing the amount of gold equivalent to the price of gold (plus a small premium to cover the minting costs) at some prescribed date. And then stop the Federal Reserve from printing any new money. So, for instance, if coins were minted from gold set at today’s prices (about $1430/ounce), a ten-dollar coin would contain about .007 ounces of gold. If coins were minted from silver (about $37/ounce), a ten-dollar coin would contain about .27 ounces of silver.
As time went on paper money would be lost or destroyed naturally. Hopefully never to be resurrected again.

    • James

James_s, Gold and Silver are commodities that are traded worldwide. Yesterday, Gold was $1460/oz. and Silver was $39.56/oz. Those are new highs for both and demonstrates how the dollar is losing its value. All paper currencies are valued by their relationship to gold. Do a search for ‘Goldprice’ then click on ‘Gold Price’ and you’ll see a mass of charts depicting most foreign currencies and how much of each is needed to buy an ounce of gold. This is how the exchange rates for currencies are established.
When the United States prints up (borrows from the federal reserve bank) unearned money, the value of our dollar decreases.

“The high office of the president has been used to foment a plot to destroy America’s freedom, and before I leave office I must inform the citizens of this plight.”
    - John F. Kennedy November 12, 1963.

Ten days after warning the public of the coming New World Order, President Kennedy was assassinated : NOV. 22, 1963

    JFK Secret Society Speech:

    • Carlucci

Thank you, Michael J -! I’m going to copy and paste your post and send it to my email list.

      • Vigilant

PLEASE, before you do that, consider the following:

the first quote: “The high office of the president has been used to foment a plot to destroy America’s freedom, and before I leave office I must inform the citizens of this plight.” There is absolutely no evidence that it is an authentic quote. Please see

It is almost certainly spurious. It cannot be found on the Columbia University website, the university where it was supposed to have been uttered. You’ll find it ONLY on conspiracy theory websites.

Secondly, that’s about the least presidential statement I’ve ever heard. No president in his right mind would say, in effect, “I’ve got a big secret I’ll tell you some day,” Sorry, that’s absolutely ridiculous.

Second item : “Ten days after warning the public of the coming New World Order, President Kennedy was assassinated : NOV. 22, 1963

        JFK Secret Society Speech:

People who believe this has ANYTHING to do with secret societies taking over the world have either a hearing or comprehension problem. I would ask you to listen to the speech, and re-listen to it. I’ve done it a number of times, and I come to the same conclusion each time: if you follow his flow, you’ll understand that he uses secret societies purely and simply as an example of the disdain for secrecy that we have in America, then goes on to say that secrecy has no place in a free society such as ours.

He’s making absolutely no reference to anything other than the Communist conspiracy in the world, as it was known then: a closed society, monolithic in its structure of secrecy, its bringing together of military, scientific and other resources to accomplish its aim of world domination.

The youtube claim that “he warns the press about the secret societies that are the real power in global affairs” is belied by anyone with a resonable understanding of the English language. I repeat, PLEASE listen to the clip again, and you’ll see just what I mean.

There may very well be a real NWO conspiracy, which I highly doubt, but the quotes and videoclip are definitely NOT any sort of evidence of such.

    • DaveH

Wow, it’s like 180 degrees from the Obama administration.

      • Vigilant

DaveH, you’re absolutely right. The thrust of JFK’s speech to the American Newspaper Publishers Association was about transparency in government, NOT about some NWO conspiracy.

    • JC

Michael J, add that JFK was also going to decommission the CIA in light of their black ops that resulted in the Bay of Pigs fiasco…and you have a target for assasination like never before.
      Lone Gunmen…”My A$$”

      • Carlucci

JC – that reminds me – have you ever read that book “Final Judgement” by Michael Collins Piper? That was a mind blower.

      • Michael J.

Another day, another revelation. JFK had many enemies, I suppose his death was inevitable. Maybe a just leader can no longer survive in The White House, maybe it’s been that way a long time.
It could be that ballots can no longer cure what ails us, exactly where is the tipping point between democracy and revolution?

        • JC

My guess? When they come for our guns.
Which is exactly what triggered the American Revolution.

          • Vicki

They already came for our guns. And we let them.
Gun Control Act of 1968. And the assault weapons ban in the 1990s, current attempts to do another assault weapons ban, ban ammo, ban multiround magazines, ban imported shotguns and on and on and on.

          • Patty

Doesn’t anyone think that this could be a military coup? Egypt’s military turned on Mubarack and defected to neighbors instead of taking down the Egyption people. None of those in congress have a clue how those weopons actually work. Most have not even served this nation. That use to almost be a pre-requisite to being elected to office. Now it is whether you inhaled or not.

    • JeffH

Thanks MJ for another revealing piece of our history.

      • Vigilant

Please aee my post above, and listen more than once to JFK’s speech.

As I said, there may very well be a NWO conspiracy, but if there is, you’d think the proponents of such a theory could submit something called “evidence.” With due respect to MJ, the two references cited are (1)a statement spuriously attributed to JFK, and (2) a video clip that doe not in any way say what it’s purported to say.

  • armyvet

Of course the Feds like inflation! That is their greatest source of income, above even income tax! Inflation means they pay off debts with devalued dollars. The interest paid along with the taxes, causes the money received back worth less than it was when lended. The gain is theirs. Remember that when you buy U.S. Bonds. The government debt owed is to it’s citizens. It is a giant ponzi scheme! Bernie Madoff was a piker in comparison.

    • DaveH

Inflation also pushes ordinary folks into ever increasing income tax brackets, so that the Federal Government gets an increasing portion of our earnings without having to pass new Tax Bills.

      • armyvet

Very true! From the Fed’s point of view, it is a great scheme (scam) all the way round on the American people!

    • WayneT

armyvet, I firmly believe that our government, along with the Federal Reserve is also corrupt. Of course, I am not going to soley blame it only on the Democrats. I feel that the Republicans has had their chances to correct this situation also, but has failed miserably. What we need to do, as a nation, is to try to follow what bills our representatives are voting for, or against, and vote according to our convictions before these people are elected. This is the only way we are going to bring about a stable, and honest government that will work for the benefit of all the people. I will vote for the man, not the politics, if I feel that this person is honest, knowledgeable and will lead the nation in a path that will allow us to grow. I feel that as of now, this nation is in a full tail spin downward. We need to vote carefully. I think the press has had a big influence on how people think about the government. They press should only report the facts, and let people mkae up their on mind, but you know how that goes.

      • DaveH

There is a Political Party that right now advocates sound money, limited government, and maximum Freedom. Please read our party platform:

      • armyvet

You are 100% correct! John Boehner, the new Speaker of the House is a good example. He either hasn’t the guts to stand up for the movement that changed the takeover or is a Rhino who is part of the problem. We need to keep on weeding out these traitors at the voting booth. We need more fresh blood who are committed to taking back our country.

        • Patty

Agreed 100%! The problem is that the main stream media will demonize anyone who wants to make the changes needed, and the sheeple who have brains of mush liken to eat hook, line & sinker.

  • Jim C.

I wonder if people realize that the forced inflation of the dollar also results in the constant disruption in our work lives. When the value of the dollar falls, it forces businesses to charge more for their products. Individuals compensate by demanding raises. If you don’t get a raise, you fall behind. This pits one group against another.

    • DaveH

The most devastating effects fall on those who don’t know better than to keep their money in cash accounts. As the inflation progresses, the buying power of their hard-earned savings diminishes proportionately. That is so unfair.

  • Dean

Not only does the “Fed” need to be dismantled, all of it’s officers need to be imprisoned. All of the real assets stolen from the people need to be restored. If we have to go around the world with our military to get it! That’s a military worth funding!

  • Moonsi

    Great article Bob!

Untill the monetary system is correctly fixed, we have to do whatever necessary to survive. Just remember that the power holds lot of gold.

My thoughts are simple..END THE FED to restore the Republic. Nothing and I mean NO OTHER METHODS will do ANYTHING, not voting in great conservatives, no legislation, protests, NOTHING will help this nation more then Restoring Constitutional Control of the Currency to Congress.

I would say if that happened you would see the Banksters wage war on America. Thats the price, I can almost guarantee it. I’m ready, are you?

    • JC

BL…The deer hunters of Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania and W. Virginia alone represent about 2.5 million men with scoped rifles.
I wonder what the total is for all of N. America?

      • BrotherPatriot

JC…All of these scoped warriors would be moot if we didn’t have the support of our Military men & women.

Make sure all your family & friends who are actively part of the military become aware of the truthfull information that is becoming more & more widespread. The truth to what we are talking about posted by more than myself is layered even in just these posts on this topic.

Men such as Capt. William Morgan, Jon Todd, William Cooper, JFK, Martin Luther King, Abraham Lincoln are martyr’s to the same cause…Freedom for All from those pursuing the NWO & who indeed worship Nimrod/Osiris/Baal/Lucifer/Satan.

If we have the military in majority on our side…indeed we can see the needed change occur & it can occur quite quickly once the movement begins. However, if we do not have the military on our side once revolution begins…their technology can wipe out our resistance fighters in mass & they would do so even if they were to lose divisions of their own. In the end…all are pawns in this game to those who consider themselves superior to us and our masters.

        God Bless.

        • JC

True. And in reality if there were to be a regime change initiated by the people, the Military would be necessary to gaurd the borders and keep American affairs…”American”.

          • BrotherPatriot

            Agreed, brother.

  • Raggs

Well… Has anyone heard that the government is wanting to tax ever mile that you drive?

    • DaveH

In an ideal world there would be a road use tax that would pay only for roads to be built, and those who used the roads the most would pay the most. But since this isn’t an ideal world, and it would involve government installing snoopy devices on our cars, and they probably would spend the money of things other than roads anyway, it isn’t such a good idea.

    • Vicki

They already tax us for every mile we drive and many miles we sit in traffic jams. It’s called a gasoline tax.

  • http://PersonalLibertyNews Carl Girard

It certainly is heartening to read the article about the Fed. The attempt to put a central bank in place started at the time of Jefferson. He was certainly accurate in his statements about the central bank. The Rothschilds of Europe had drained Europe and now they saw a new pasture in America to drain our country’s healthy blood from the toil and industry of our Americans back then. The central bank idea was squelched for the time being, but in 1910 the elitists of America and Europe got together again at Jeckyl Island and it took them three years before they connived and conspired with the President and congressional sympathizers to create this “Federal Reserve” to give it a sound of importance and authenticity. They hoodwinked the American citizens and it has been going on ever since. As many have said, it is Congress’ job to create legal tender not a substitute team. These central banks in the USA have done much damage and betrayed the American people in more ways than most can imagine…consider the Great Wars of yesteryear and today. Where does all the interest they acquire from the American taxpayer go? I pray the vampire will finally be vanquished for at least another 200 years, and maybe by then the peoples of the planet will mature and realize we can have better lives if we pull together.

    • JeffH

Carl, it so nice to see that so many others are starting to recognize who the Fed is and what the intent was in the creation of the Federal Reserve and the Central Banks. Keep spreading the word and connecting the dots.

  • Bitter Libertarian

Watch the Money Masters..Great lesson is History regarding the Federal Reserve. Long movie, but worth it!

  • Robert Hauser

Whether anyone happens to like this or not, the truth is that the first thing Hitler did when he took power in Germany back in ’33 was to NATIONALIZE THE BANKS and kick all the Rothschild parasites the Hell out of all the financial institutions of Germany….and the result, again whether anyone likes it or not, was the greatest story ever told. Almost overnight, Germany became the single most productive nation on the face of the earth in terms of PEACETIME consumer and domestic goods…she built what many naval architecture experts regarded as the most well built, seaworthy and well appointed ocean liners the world had ever seen—-ANYONE could sail around the world on a German ocean liner and there were no classes aboard ship.
If we had any excuse for an AMERICAN in the White House, he would order the instant seizure by force of the Federal Reserve Bank and ALL of its records and Benjamin Buttface Shalom Bernanke and all of the boardmembers of the Fed and other high ranking officials thereof would be placed under arrest and held for indictment and trial for, among other things, treason. All gold and other tangible assets in this country currently held by the Federal Reserve would be immediately seized and either returned to Fort Knox or held for distribution directly to the American people. Beginning with Israel, our current foreign “aid” (free lunch with martinis) program would be instantly dismantled and kept that way until our own economy recovered to the level that it was pre-Fed. All “dollar denominated federal reserve notes” (which are not even “notes” in any sense of the term—they are fiat barter paper) would be retired from circulation and replaced with gold/silver certificates. Any member of congress such as Mike Thompson, who has still failed to disabuse himself of the delusion that this country needs a gang of cestodes like the “fed” to “stabilize our currency” would be summarily removed from office and their pension would be canceled. That, friends is what Hitler would do were he alive today and running things in this country. But Hitler was a man….what we’ve been cursed to put up with in the White Brothel over the last calendar century has never even been an excuse—each a BLEEDER not a leader

    • BrotherPatriot

There is truth in what you say there Robert…though many will be to angered to see or believe it.

I’m not vouching for Hitler. The History that we have been taught is a cloudy mixture of lies & truth. Of course…the best lie is one intertwined with the truth. But the mass murder that he did is unforgivable and his tactics those of the dictator that he was. Evil is as Evil does.

But the truth of what you say does blend well with what Robert Welsh said during his speech which is given in a link above by Michael J above…(those of you who did not click the link provided are missing something very, VERY important.) We do need to get the heck out of everyone business & take care of ourselves to the greater majority. We need to buy American and be rid of the illegal Federal Reserve. We CAN save ourselves if we just get rid of all the NWO people who have saturated our government and the greatest propoganda tool every created…television/movies/Hollywood. They are sooo deeply entrenched into the very fabric of who we are that slowly…those patriots like ourselves who are aware & of freewill will become…if we haven’t already…the minority.

Connect…the…dots, my brothers & sisters. It really only takes about 2-3 months of solid research to get the confirmation to it is indeed…all to real.

Love America. Love the experiment that we are…and deathly afraid that our enemies will finish the job they have started so very long ago…to dismantle & destroy the sovereinity of our great country from within.

End our affiliation with the UN. End the Fed. End the CIA. Investigate, arrest, and reveal the truth of that which so many of us has become aware of. Those government people who read this and who are loyal to the Constitution of the United States…it is YOUR job to begin that which we all need to see happen.

      Before it’s to late.

      God Bless.

      • Bitter Libertarian

Those that will fight if the federal reserve were dismantled are as follows in no particular order:

        Federal Reserve-Wall Street-Big Banks-CIA-Executive Branch-Senate-Military Contractors-Big Oil Companies-Pharma Companies.

I believe some in this group would enlist paid mercenaries to finish the Destruction of America.

  • 45caliber

Such a law is not necessary. Any businessman can trade what he has for whatever he wants. No one is forcing them to take only dollars. It is just more convenient to use dollars since they can be traded for almost anything and almost everywhere. If someone wants to trade for gold, there is no sale as such. Of course the person trading the gold could get less than desire for the trade.

  • homeboy

there are some great suggestion here BUT until you get rid of the congress and the senate ( politicians that is ) you will be controlled no matter what. no matter what. sorry for the eye opening statement but they got you , game set match. the only chance you have is GOD .

I thought you would be interested to know:
As America Collapses U.S. Government Secret Plans Revealed
On March 13th 2008 there was a secret closed door meeting of The United States House Of Representatives in Washington. During the last 182 years in the history of The United States, this is only the sixth time a secret meeting has been held by The House. Even though Representatives are sworn to secrecy by House Rules XVII, some of the members were so shocked, horrified, furious, and concerned about the future of America by what was revealed to them inside the secret meeting, that they have started to leak this secret information to independent news agencies around the world. The mass media said almost nothing about the secret meeting of the House, mentioning only one of the items being discussed. (The new surveillance techniques that are going to be used by the U.S. Government to watch all American citizens). The story was first released in a newspaper out of Brisbane, Australia revealing the contents of the secret U.S. Government meeting and plans for America including all of its citizens. Shortly thereafter, David J. Meyer from Last Trumpet Ministries found it and made it more
available for the world to see. Here is what was revealed:

    1. The imminent collapse of the U.S. Economy to occur sometime in late 2012

    2. The imminent collapse of the U.S. Government finances sometime in mid 2012

    3. The possibility of Civil War inside the United States as a result of the collapse

    4. The advance round-ups of insurgent U.S. Citizens likely to move against the government

    5. The detention of those rounded up at “The REX 84 Camps” constructed throughout the United States

    6. The possibility of public retaliation against members of Congress for the collapses

    7. The location of safe facilities for members of Congress and their families to reside during massive civil

    8. The necessary and unavoidable merger of The U.S. with Canada and Mexico establishing The North American Union

    9. The issuance of a new currency called the AMERO for all three nations as an economic solution.

Obviously, there is no documentary proof for the above as the meetings were secret. The information, however,
does fit the profile of what is going on around us. Our Almighty Savior is ultimately in charge. Time will tell
if these things are so, and time is running out!
Update: It is interesting looking back on this story now that we have lived through such an economic roller coaster over the last year. The economy did collapse and there is no denying that. The only thing that has
prolonged the illusion that we all live in now, is the fact that the government powers in America and the world pumped trillions and trillions of dollars into the banking systems and the pockets of the exact people who got us all into this mess in the first place. Watching the mainstream news paint a picture that everything is going to be okay, really sickens me because if you watch all levels of world news like I do then you understand that
America is doomed and by believing the lie, we are all to blame. How long can the illusion can be maintained?
A few months, a year maybe? This is unknown.

    • karolyn

Just keep perpetuating bad news. As for me, I will do the opposite. Consumer spending is up!

      • Vicki

Karolyn, of course consumer spending is UP. Prices are up so they spend more for everything that they normally buy.

P.S. Gas hits $4.11 gal here. Up many many pennies since Christmas.

      • Vicki

Oh and the good news? A new book on Obama and the birth certificate is about to be released. Go here to see the video.

        • Carlucci

Well, the Donald Trump was back on t.v. again today about Ovomit’s “birth certificate”, which he says is not an official b.c. The Donald is like a dog with a bone. I think that rocks.

          • Vicki

Yes. I am going to torment some of my liberal friends with his findings. Telling them about him is useless cause they don’t think much of him.

        • JeffH

Vicki, it’s already available through Amazon…looks very interesting.

          • Vicki

            From the website of

The advantage of the link I provided is that you can donate to WND at the same time as you buy the book.

        • BrotherPatriot

Yep…I saw that this morning as well.

Already donated to WND in the past but I do plan on preordering the book here soon along w/a few others that I want from them as well.

    • Raggs

I put a little spin on my comment… I know you love your obaba.

    • Vicki

      LiarsMustBeDefeated says:
“Judging from the comments so far there are a bunch of pompous fools telling lies here.”

Starting out with an ad hominem attack does not do your cause or points any good.

However humor us with a single example of a lie. (Shouldn’t be hard. Liberals lie a lot.)

Be prepared to show your work.

      • Vicki

Why am I not surprised that LMBD never came back to answer the question.

  • Carlucci

Hmm… I wonder if Baba Wawa says Obaba

  • Raggs

It’s simple… obaba is a murder much like every one from the past that people call president… Not to say that the rag heads dont deserve it… But for his gain it is not called a murder only a humanitirain aid and it’s not even called a war.

Vold, the meeting was held in Canada and the pukes who attended didn’t all rde together or leave a paper trail of going from home range straight to Canada. Everything was around about circuits, and private pay instead of government credit cards were used. What group voted against auditing the fed reserve, why it is the soros socialist democrat union party. Like to see Amnndra Mitchell get to report her sugar daddy jew Gold span getting jailed for fraud and corrupt misapproperatig funds. Throw in Onumnutts Volkier, and Belanky in one cell and then start corraling other senators that refused to audit the crooks.

  • pete

Good article Mr. Livingston! I bookmarked the website you provided for further study.

People should have a choice between Federal Reserve notes or State coins ! If enough states start coining money it sure would have a stabilizing effect on our economy.

  • Bruce Barron

There is a way to disarm the Fed in E.Griffin’s book “The Creature From Jeckyll Island”.It would not be easy because the Fed and its affiliates are interconnected worldwide and it would require simultaneously the down fall of the international banking cartel. The central banks of every country are all intermingled and have the same malignant purpose. They are into every conceivable enterprise and they control the press with their liberal propoganda.
Before the Civil War the States had their own currency and the people were not referred to as citizens of America. The States were very loosely connected. The citizens of the States thought of themselves as citizens of the State in which they lived not as citizens of the US.
After the Civil War all this changed. The Founding Fathers would never have approved of the “pledge of allegiance”.
Bernake knows he cannot control the death spiral of inflation and it is his intent to see that it continues and is not controlled. He sees it coming just like the Fed has always seen it coming because their intent is to create inflation and the ruin of this country for a global currency for their New World Order and one world government.

  • Vox Federalist

Article I, Section 8 states that Congress has the sole authority to COIN money (i.e. must be metal) and to deterimine its value, and coupled with Article I, Section 10, it is obvious that this means gold and silver coin are the only legal money in the United States. Bank notes, even under the 1st and 2nd Bank of the U.S. were to be exchanged for gold or silver on demand – but consider that there were decades between these banks and the creation of the Federal Reserve, and yet the nation survived. What would be the National Debt should the amount be adjusted from the fiat currency now in circulation to gold or silver? If the Federal Reserve Banknotes are so valuable, then why does the Federal Reserve of New York possess gold bullion? It is because those banknotes are worth about the same amount as a Continental was in 1781 – nothing. Worse still, neither are stocks, as these are valued according to the imaginary worth of the banknotes. The truth of the matter is that the wealth of the United States does not lie in the imaginary value of an imaginary currency, but rather in our ability to produce, which is being outlawed by taxation and regulation.
A return to Constitutional money is a necessity, but it must be coupled with the return to productivity (meaning lowering corporate tax rates to below 15%, and deregulating energy, manufactures, agriculture, transportation, communication, &c.&c.), and a profound return to the Law of Nature and of Nature’s God – the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, meaning that men must govern themselves, and that government must be established to protect the Rights of Man from infringements of Government and Man alike.
I refuse to believe that my children and their children must sacrifice for the sins of my generation, my father’s generation, and his father’s generation – that is the same cowardace language of the 1970s; those who claim that it cannot be done – so said generations of men regarding the emancipation of slaves, yet it happened. They said that the Bolstead Act would never be repealed – yet it was. They said that America could never elect a “B” movie actor, that the man was no deep thinker – yet America did, and one look at his personal library reveals that he was a deeper thinker than most elected officials then or now. A simple question regarding the definition of “American Exceptionalism” will reveal much about a politician (hint: Newt Gingrich understands the meaning of the term, but neither Barak Obama nor Bill O’Reilly has a clue to its meaning, judging from their comments concerning the term).
It is important to get the word out about the REAL state of our monetary system. It is of note that Rand Paul of Kentucky is pushing the Senate for an audit of the Fed. We should all support him, whether you accept the arguements against the Fed or not, because no one knows what the Fed actually does with our money, the questions asked should be answered decisively. There should be no reason for nay-sayers to object to a thorough audit of the Fed’s books.

Incidently, there is nothing new here about the Fed to many of us who have been studying this for the past few years – and the information here is correct, as disheartening as it may seem to the first-time reader.

The IRS works for the IMF (world bankers) as a collection agency under color of law to collect “EXTERNAL” (not called the External Revenue Service) income taxes from those sovereign freeholders [Americans] that are not INTERNAL, (Internal Revenue Service) of the 3 branches of governments, who owns the Federal Reserve Bank for profit that has all Americans working for the world bankers as bond servants to satisfy the fictitious debt owed to them by the US INC and the STATES INC governments of socialist democracies using corporations for profit and non fully disclosed contracts to (under color of law) enforce State citizens to become STATE CITIZENS as corporation assets…Bond servants… Need proof? see their CAFRs..

So, we need to get rid of the IRS and throw in jail until trials All of the US treasury agents, IRS agents and their cohorts in organized criminal activities (such as the BATF, DEA, CPS, etc….) that have made the people of the United States bond servants to illegal corporations who are at WAR with the constitutional laws of the land… especially US Const Art4 Sect4. Thereby committing TREASON for giving aid and comfort to enemies of the constitutional laws… See US Const Art3 Sect3.

People better pay attention to what George Soros is up to and what
part he as played in world economy`s. People need to know, what part
the Rothschilds of England and Soros have in common. Something seems
out of place, when the Federal Reserve Chairman (Ben Bernanke) is a cousin of the Rothschilds. The Federal Reserve should have a full
audit along with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac by a outside source .Something seems wrong in Denmark.
Along with God Obama, and his Marxist cronies, double talking
the American people, and The Feds printing money at a record pace, this
country dosen`t stand a chance.I`m not sure at this pace, we will reach the 2012 election. Obama by- passes the Congress on just
about every major bill,(Cap and Trade)(EPA) that cosists of big money bills. He says we need to be kept from being held hostage by foreign oil. If thats the case, he needs to open up drilling in this country. I don`t want to
be held hostage by anybody, encluding the Enviormentalist. Obamas
talks about green jobs and the need to create more and move at
once to a green economy.Just ask Spain, how this works? If this
country is broke in the next two years and we have no place where we can
borrow money, then the economy will collapse. There will be no election in 2012 and Obama will ride to the front and claim he is the only one that can save America. The sad part is, People will be so desperate, they will believe him. This is Americas first big jump to one world goverment, with Obama as its leader or should I say the point man. We all know that Obama runs nothing and that he and his tel-a-prompter are tools of the Progressives party led and funded
by Soros. I think we might be headed toward a civil war in the next
2 or 3 years. This man either thinks he is King, dictator,or the Suprem Power of the world. Obama, thinks people should keep worshiping him and make him leader for life, afterall, he is the one who saved us from ourselves and George Bush. Everyone had a excelent
post to day, but I think everyone should dig a little deeper and when
you over turn one rock, you might be suprised whats under the next
rock. It`s like a giant web, with a giant spider right in the middle
of it, and guess who that spider is.

The 16th Amendment, of February 3, 1913, allowed Congress to tax incomes, without apportionment among the States, or without regard to any census. The 17th Amendment, of April 8, 1913, provided for Senators to be “elected by the people.” The 18th Amendment, of January 16, 1920, prohibited sale or transportation of intoxicating liquors within the United States. And the 19th Amendment, of August 26, 1920, gave women the right to vote.
All that, with low interest rates, ushered in what is often referred to as the Roaring Twenties. Personal real incomes rose by 10.5% per year (1921-1923) and by 3.4% (1923-1929). There was easy money, rivers of speakeasy booze, funky hairdos, crazy dances and endless parties, with the attendant and rampant organized crime.
The stock market soared. Many household servants had their own tickertape machines, everybody was getting rich (on paper) but with borrowed yet-unearned money. Interest rates were lower than stock prices were advancing, so people hocked cars, homes and farms to buy more stocks. Stockbrokers were selling most stocks at 50% margin, selected stocks at 75% margin and would accept these partially owned-stocks as collateral to buy more stocks.
Then the U.S. Federal Reserve (on Aug. 8, 1929) and the companion British Bank (on Sept. 26, 1929) raised their interest rates to 6.5%. Crunch! The borrowing and buying stopped. The Dow Jones Industrial Average peaked at $381.17 (Sept. 3, 1929). From there it collapsed to $198.69 (Nov. 13, 1929 – a more honest value) rallied to $294.07 (Apr. 17, 1930), then fizzled out to $40.56 where it bottomed (Jul. 8, 1932) – a total loss of almost 90%.

The market collapse fostered massive runs on banks (for cash to meet margin calls and mortgage payments). The banks then (nearly en masse) closed their doors. (Sound familiar?) Rep. Louis T. McFadden, Chairman of the House Banking Committee, said:

What king ever robbed his subjects to such an extent as the Federal Reserve Board and the Federal Reserve Banks have robbed us? …The government and the people of the United States have been swindled by swindlers deluxe. …That is what happens when a country forsakes its Constitution and gives its sovereignty over the public currency, to private interests.
(Congressional Record, June 10, 1932, pp. 12595-12603.) (Bold added.)

Tens of thousands lost their farms and hundreds of thousands lost their homes. In 1932, alone, over 250,000 families lost homes and, by then, fully 25% had lost their jobs. On March 4, 1933 (President-elect Franklin Delano Roosevelt’s inauguration day) the governors of Illinois and New York suspended all banking operations, and the New York Stock Exchange, the Kansas City Board of Trade, and the Chicago Board of Trade shut their doors.
