Vote those who voted for the Patriot Act Extension out of office in 2012:

        Wow,
Dave did you note that most all of the alledged RebO’s good fella’s / RINO’S voted for it?

        • s c

T, without trying to put words into your mouth, your comment sounds as though you’re letting the ‘other side’ have a free pass. Surely, you don’t mean to imply that only RebOs/RINOs voted on the issue because the ‘other side’ had too much integrity to take part in it.
By the way, what is a RebO? When did ‘most all’ slip into the English language? Some might suggest that you use SpellCheck – or get your comments edited/proofed before you send them to the website. A bit confusing, eh?
I’m tempted to conclude that you confer with e, D and some other strange people before you submit a comment. Just wondering . . .

          • TIME

Its all the same BS with differant lables R or D, is that clear enough? Or do you need a Mad Max decoder ring?

          • DaveH

Come on you two. We’re on the same side.

          • BrotherPatriot

Agreed…our posts identify us as all 4 being on the same side, for example. However, we don’t always agree with each other.

That said…we don’t need to take it personal or make it personal when we dissagree. They want us to be at each others throats…hense the term, divide & conquer.

Agree to dissagree & we can do it as adults.

Keep up the good fight my brothers & sisters…in many ways, we have just begun.

            God Bless.

DaveH, you’re right. What the Patriot Act did was to give wannabe slavemasters a shopping list of ways to bypass the Constitution, dole out power to undeserving non-patriots and make it possible for stormtroopers in the guise of airport security to make Americans miserable.
If security agencies can’t get along even with the help of the frickin’ Patriot Act, then consider gutting, revising and re-arranging them until the SOBs learn to do their job. The Patriot Act amounts to a sneaky way for power-mad, ravening wolves to take imprison America and then make it “patriotic” to treat us like we’re terrorists. Thanks for nothing, you elected and appointed Hitlerites and useful idiots.

I never liked the Patriot Act.

There are many ways to garner the same information without bypassing the necessary safeguards to liberty.

When you have a living constitution, you have no constitution.

Our nation continues down the path of overturning constitutional law with case law. Under case law, the judges feelings, politics, and overall beliefs are what he/she makes ruling for. With something so arbitrary, is it any wonder that our founding fathers rejected case law so resounding.

  • Buck

I concur completely with Sen. Rand Paul . The patriot act is symbolic of the fact that the terrorists are winning the war because we have had to change our way of life and violate our own constitution to adjust to there actions .

Great words from Rand Paul… wish more were on board with Freedom for the people and Limited government.

‘The Patriot Act’ seems to protect those who are Pro-Government in its evil form, not those who are Patriotic to the Constitution of the United States of America and its Freedoms, Liberties and Rights granted by God.

The Ruling Class think they are Patriots, and that we are NOT as we do not support their Dictatorship take over of America and controlling tentacles… aka The UN-Patriot Act.

  • BrotherPatriot

True to form…Rand is following well in his fathers footsteps.

Both of them seem to view everything through the lense of whether passing a bill or such, is Constitutional or not. Wow…sure wish every single other congressman did that!

Above, Rand quotes John Q. Adams…hrmmm…below, here’s a document that same patriotic man made that many of you never heard of. Just like the fact that many of you may not know that Columbus committed genocide against the indigonous indians & arrived at the new world with the possible help of a map! (This, according to Scott Wolter & the research he has done with the Kensington Runestone…but I digress even though I’m trying to show that there are many, many things that have happened & are happening that we are not told about…but History records anyway…)

The above link takes some stamina & intellect to digest. I believe many who check it out will not be able to understand what is written…I hope you take that as a challange. At the least, perhaps it will help a few see the equation as I do. These people hold allegiance with each other and their Agenda…over God & the Constitution of the United States. They also are international and it becomes soooo obvious when we see who is running the UN, CFR, Trilateral Commission and the Bilderbergs, etc…and then look at the world. I hope the light bulb comes on for a few of you readers who take the time to dig into what I’m speaking.

What am I talking about? Many of you already know where I’m going…but I’ll use a new word that I feel describes not only our government…but the people who seem to have control of our entire world.

    Oligarchy.

    Definition is…
    ol·i·gar·chy [ol-i-gahr-kee]
    noun, plural -chies.

    1. a form of government in which all power is vested in a few persons or in a dominant class or clique; government by the few.

    2. a state or organization so ruled.

    3. the persons or class so ruling.

Sooo congress…we seem to have a ruling class that is above the law. The laws as they apply to the rest of us citizens does not apply to them. They get special privelages, they vote their own pay raises, they get paid for life for serving one term, they have their own medical care program, and sooooo much more. They can not be sued for sexual misconduct…etc., etc., etc. Need I go on? Do you need more proof that there is a special clique? Well these people are controlled by the people I mentioned above…many of them ARE those people.

This is NOT what America is supposed to be about. We NEED to start talking about that which is not talked about and look at what History is telling us about them. They think they are better than the rest of US…when they are empowered by US and are supposed to be serving US.

It’s all ass backwards & I’m starting to really get upset that our elected “leaders” are allowing this to continue. (They let it continue because if their not part of it…they get some kickback, those people know something about them that will be revealed if they dont’ play ball, etc.) I hold in contempt all those in Government that are not taking the steps necessary to Nullify Obama & all the crap that he has written into office, also. The man is inelligable due to the fact that he is a dual citizen…(if he’s even a citizen, which I have come to doubt since he went to school in indonesia and you couldn’t do that unless you were a citizen there. There is no record of him since reapplying to become a citizen of America either since then…hrmmm…)

Kk…I’m gonna back off. Starting to ramble I think but I hope you all get my point.

Vote Ron Paul as he’s a Constitutionalist and that’s the most important thing we need at this time…let’s give him a chance, imho. There are people who can advise him and can fill in his weak spots…we need a Pro-American President.

    God Bless.
