Ron Paul Supporter Wants To Start White Student Union, Says It’s Constitutional

Ron Paul Supporter Wants To Start White Student Union, Says It’s Constitutional
PHOTOS.COM
Matthew Heimbach frequently is seen alongside the Confederate flag.

A student at a university near Baltimore wants to start a White Student Union. Matthew Heimbach of Towson University says there is a Black Student Union on campus that celebrates its heroes, and he wants to be free to do the same.

“We want to replicate what every student union does on campus,” wrote Heimbach, a Ron Paul supporter, in the university newspaper.

“Love your race,” the ad placed in the paper read. “Support a white student union.”

The idea has drawn criticism from blacks and whites on campus.

“We had to congregate together because we weren’t allowed to congregate with whites,” said junior Julian Carroll. “There is a difference between a White Student Union and a Black Student Union based on the history of America.”

Richard Vatz, a communications professor at Towson University, said: “When you have a group that calls themselves the White Student Union, their only purpose is generally hostility towards those who are non-white.”

Vatz was the adviser for Youth for Western Civilization, a previous group headed by Heimbach. But Vatz resigned when the group wrote messages in chalk across campus that expressed white pride, such as “celebrate white pride” and “white South.”

“We want to be able to promote on campus for students who want to be proud of their heritage and the foundations of this country and stand up for themselves,” Heimbach said in regard to the group Youth for Western Civilization.

Heimbach claims that the campus is “hostile toward white students” and that the White Student Union would serve as a “safe space for members… who have heard ‘cracker’ and ‘honkie.’”

According to Heimbach, 17 students have expressed interest in joining the union. However, Heimbach claims he has been accused of hate speech.

“So Facebook banned me for a day and took down the Towson University White Student Union page for ‘hate speech,’” Heimbach posted on Facebook. “Funny enough the Towson University Black Student Union page is still up.”

Currently, the White Student Union is only in the works; it is not a Student Government Association-approved group. Should the White Student Union continue its efforts, some assume that the SGA will vote it down.

“After the headache of last year (Youth for Western Civilization), I’m afraid SGA might vote us down on principle,” he said. “But if we have the students, the adviser and the constitution, there’s no reason to allow us not to be SGA affiliated.”

FOR ME, THIS IS AN OLD STORY. I COMMENTED ON Matthew Heimbach’s EFFORTS AT Towson University IN MARCH 2012 – Washington Blade [A HOMOSEXUAL NEWSPAPER IN THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA].

I STILL BELIEVE – AS I DID IN MARCH – Mr. Heimbach HAS A RIGHT TO CHERISH HIS “whiteness” AND FORM A “white-pride” ORGANIZATION.

IF NEGROES AT Towson DO NOT LIKE WHAT Mr. Heimbach STANDS FOR, TRANSFER TO ANOTHER INSTITUTION.

ON A SAD NOTE, I HATE Mr. Heimbach SUPPORTS U. S. Rep. Ron Paul. SINCE Rep. Paul IS SEVENTY-SEVEN YEARS OF AGE AND A SOUTHERN POLITICIAN, IT WOULD BE EASY FOR HIS CRITICS TO ASSOCIATE Mr. Heimbach’s VIEWS WITH SOMEONE OLD ENOUGH TO HAVE EXPERIENCED LIFE IN “Jim Crow” SOCIETY.

NONETHELESS, Mr. Heimbach SHOULD FORM HIS “white-pride” ORGANIZATION. CAUCASIANS HAVE A RIGHT TO BE PROUD OF THEMSELVES, TOO. NEGROES DO NOT OWN A MONOPOLY ON RACIAL PRIDE.

    • Vigilant

The headline reads, “Ron Paul Supporter Wants To Start White Student Union, Says It’s Constitutional.”

Am I the only one who will take on Bryan Nash for his less than sparkling journalistic proficiency? The headline, once again, is misleading.

Matthew Heimbach did NOT say “it’s Constitutional.” He said, “But if we have the students, the adviser and the constitution, there’s no reason to allow us not to be SGA affiliated.”

Hint: the word “constitution” was not capitalized. From the context of the quote (lifted from the “The Towerlight,” Towson’s campus newspaper), it’s obvious to anyone that he’s talking about the constitution of the White Student Union, not the Constitution of the United States.

      • Steve

No, you are not the only one. Obviously Mr. Nash has some issues, or Personal Liberty Digest does. Why do they show a confederate flag? Ron Paul does not support secession, as far as I know. The media, whoever they are, deals in sensationalism. Sadly, it seems, Personal Liberty Digest is no different. As much as I defend their right to be racist, as they seem to be, I will defend Mr. Livingston’s right to allow his website to say what they do.

      • CHRISTOPHER ALLEN HORTON

        “Vigilant,”

        SIR, YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND.

WHEN WRITING, A SPECIFIC WORD DOES NOT HAVE TO BE USED IF THE WRITINGS SUPPORT THE MEANING OF THAT WORD. IN THE FIRST PARAGRAPH, Mr. Heimbach’s SENTIMENT IS EXPRESSED BY, “Bryan Nash.” Mr. Heimbach WAS REFERRING TO HIS First-Amendment Rights [i. e., The Constitution].

“Vigilant,” WRITERS DO NOT HAVE TO PROVIDE DIRECT QUOTES FROM THEIR SUBJECTS. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF ALL WRITERS TO HAVE A “COMMAND” OF THE TOPIC. THIS EXPERTISE, THEN ALLOWS WRITERS TO UTILIZE “CREATIVE LICENSE.”

THERE IS N-O-T-H-I-N-G WRONG WITH “Mr. Nash’s” ARTICLE TITLE.

      • Kate8

I find it interesting that the student was reported to be a “Ron Paul” supporter. So what?

Ron Paul has zero to do with this. He is not responsible for the preferences and choices of those who support him politically. That’s absurd, and the only reason for mentioning it is to besmirch the credibility of Ron Paul, whom they already tried to label as racist.

I have always thought that if other races can have exclusive clubs, so can whites. People like gathering with others with whom they share commonality. Same with men’s clubs, women’s clubs, and cat-lovers clubs. Must they allow dog owners, too?

Why it’s okay to have other ethnic groups, but it’s hate to have white groups, is just another hostile attempt at white guilt. If whites want to share their cultural heritage, then it must be hate of other’s heritages?

Once again, this is something where intrusion by government (or any institution) is not called for. We should have the right to live and gather unmolested, with whomever we choose. Government needs to BUTT OUT of all of our lives.

      • CHRISTOPHER ALLEN HORTON

        “Steve,”

        YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND.

“White-Pride-” SUPPORTERS UTILIZE THE Confederate Flag BECAUSE IT IS VIEWED AS A “MORE GENTLE” FLAG THAN, A “Neo-Nazi-” OR “Ku Klux Klan” Flag. Confederate Flags REPRESENT SOUTHERN CULTURE. MANY YEARS AGO, ONE OF MY FAVORITE COUNTRY BANDS ["Alabama"] UTILIZED A VERSION OF THE FLAG. “Granny” [Irene Ryan] FROM, “Beverly Hillbillies” UTILIZED THE FLAG. THEREFORE, SEEING A Confederate Flag DOES NOT MEAN, “HATE.”

“Steve,” IN THE ARTICLE’S PHOTOGRAPH, THE Confederate Flag IS UTILIZED TO REPRESENT Mr. Heimbach’s “White-Pride.” IT HAS NO CONNECTION – WHATSOEVER – TO U. S. Representative Ron Paul.

      • CHRISTOPHER ALLEN HORTON

        “Kate8″ – AS ALWAYS, MA’AM, GREAT COMMENTS.

      • Gary L

You are right. What does Ron Paul have to do with it. Same goes for the confederate flag.

      • Vigilant

Sorry, CAH, I’ve got to take strenuous exception to that statement in reply to my comment.

Both you and Mr. Nash “do not understand.”

Nash, in his hastiness to meet deadline perhaps, did not read with comprehension Mr. Heimbach’s quoted statement. Nor did you.

It is obvious to the general reader that the headline attempts to support the last sentence of the article. It is also obvious to the astute reader that the ONLY mention of the word “constitution” in the whole article referred NOT to the US Constitution.

When a headline uses the word “says,” it means it in a literal sense, not figurative and certainly shouldn’t put words in the mouth of the alleged speaker.

After pointing out Mr. Nash’s error, I think he now “understands.” Perhaps he will have the intestinal fortitude to come on here and clear this up, but I doubt it.

      • HH

@CHRISTOPER ALLEN, I read a post of your’s a few weeks ago and I believe you said that you yourself were a black man? I’m white but I have several black friends and you are one, along with them, who actually do “get it”! They, and you, understand that prejudice can go both ways. Dr. Martin Luther King understood it and fought for true equality. I believe Dr. King rolled over in his grave when Obama was elected to the white house on prejudice!

      • CHRISTOPHER ALLEN HORTON

        “HH,”

THANKS FOR YOUR COMMENT. PEOPLE OFTEN QUOTE Martin Luther King, Jr.’s, “I Have A Dream” SPEECH. IN REFERENCE TO Rev. King’s, “…content of character…,” CHARACTER INCLUDES HONESTY AND FORTHCOMING. THE KENYAN’S SEALED RECORDS ARE IN DIRECT OPPOSITION TO THIS IDEAL.

    • FreedomFighter

Freedom, liberty and the right to do the Black Student Union: opens the door for all.

Even though I believe there should be only ONE student Union.

      Semper Fi

      • Tom Cook

Freedom Fighter, I absolutely agree with you–there should be one student union; however, I am sick of those blacks who believe they should receive special attention and believe they deserve a free pass when whites and Asians work for what we get. The time is overdue for the whiny wanters in the black population to grow up and receive equal treatment not more equal. Their group represents most of the rioters and the criminals and those who bring civilization down, not up. The Reverand James David Manning calls them what they are for they have no honor. Semper Fi.

      • Kate8

Freedom – It doesn’t really matter what WE believe. That is the issue.

People should have the freedom to do WHATEVER THEY WANT (as long as it causes no harm to another).

WTH does it matter if people choose with whom they gather? Who does it hurt?

Different groups meet every day. (Must Baptist groups allow Mormons, or Muslims?) It has zero impact on our lives.

As I recall didn’t the old DemoRAT Party have a former Grand Pubah of the KKK in their Party? I guess only the New Communist Party can have A–holes like the Demo-Communist Party with filth in it, like 80 Communists in the DemoRAT House of Non-Representatives!!!!!!!!! Now you have the Anti Christ Abomination a left hand A– Whiping Cultist Sunni Muslim Kenyan Born, Communist Semi White man as President and all you idiots out there can say about Romney(sic) is where are your Tax Records for 10 years and he has accounts in the Caymans and so do most of your DemoRATS and many of them haven’t even paid their past due Taxes!!!!! What anybody with a lot of money does (Both Parties) is use the TAX Code just like any of us who could use it would do. I hate giving this Government any money because they are pissing it away and giving it to themselves and the worthless Liberals (another word for Communistr) and Radical Socialists and Communists. I feel sorry for you people that hate people that have accomplish something in their lives by going to school and building a business that saved far more jobs and business’s than he took away, he saved a lot of jobs and built several large Corporations that hired tens of thousands of workers so get off your asses and go to work stop blaming someone who worked to get where he is today. That is what made America the greatest Country in the World except for the last 3 3/4 years. Abomination is an ABOMINATION!!!!!!!!!! Viet Nam Vet 67-68

      • Kate8

        Viet – Good point.

We have many government (and NGOs) which meet IN SECRET, funded with OUR MONEY, which plan how they are going to assault us next. These are public-funded groups, so they should be open to all. As you said, many of them are communist and God-knows-what, and they surely don’t want anyone attending their meetings who might report on their activities. ANYONE ELSE IS COMPLETELY EXCLUDED.

It seems that government can violate their own “laws” all over the place, even to the point of snatching us up and “disappearing” us, but we must OBEY OBEY OBEY.

        Have we had enough yet?

BTW, I can’t wait until some killer-drone is reprogrammed by some computer geek to fire on one of THEIR houses. Delicious irony.

    • CHRISTOPHER ALLEN HORTON

      “Vigilant,”

SIR, YOU ARE WRONG AS, “TWO LEFT SHOES!”

AGAIN, SIR, YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND SYMBOLIC WRITING. WE ARE NOT IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL – EVERY WORD DOES NOT HAVE TO BE CLEARLY STATED. OTHERWISE, A WRITER COULD BE LABELLED WITH PLAIGIARISM. WHEN WRITING, A WRITER IS SUPPOSED TO INFUSE HIS RESEARCH WITH FACTUAL INFORMATION.

      A “FACT-BY-FACT” WRITING IS A FRAUD. PERIOD.

      • Vigilant

Journalists are neither taught nor paid to write “symbolically,” in “creative prose” or in metaphors. They are taught to clearly and concisely state the facts surrounding a story.

“EVERY WORD DOES NOT HAVE TO BE CLEARLY STATED. OTHERWISE, A WRITER COULD BE LABELLED WITH PLAIGIARISM.”

That, sir, makes no sense whatsoever, and you would do well to look up the word “plagiarism” in a dictionary. There’s absolutely NO relationship between a failure to “clearly state” every word (whatever that means) and plagiarism.

“A WRITER IS SUPPOSED TO INFUSE HIS RESEARCH WITH FACTUAL INFORMATION.”

“Infusion” has nothing to do with it. Research is done for the purpose of ascertaining facts, not to “infuse” it with such. Look that word up too.

        “A ‘FACT-BY-FACT’ WRITING IS A FRAUD. PERIOD.”

Once again, a sentence that makes little sense. Factual writing is truth, not fraud. Period.

It’s true we are not in elementary school. Your education in music does not qualify you to pontificate or school me on the proper use of the language.

      • CHRISTOPHER ALLEN HORTON

        “Vigilant,”

IT WAS MY GOAL TO RESPOND TO THE CONTENT OF YOUR COMMENTARY.

BUT, NEVER ASSUME BECAUSE I HAVE DEGREES IN MUSIC I DO NOT HAVE A COMMAND OF THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE.

YOUR VERY FIRST PARAGRAPH PROVES YOU KNOW LITTLE ABOUT WRITING.

“Vigilant,” THIS WAS NOT THE APPROACH I WOULD HAVE TAKEN WITH YOU; I THOUGHT WE WERE ENGAGED IN INTELLIGENT DIALOGUE.

N-E-V-E-R ASSUME BECAUSE I AM SEXUALLY ATTRACTED TO CAUCASIAN MALES MEANS I WILL ALLOW ONE TO “TRAMPLE ON ME.” I GUARANTEE – I CAN GET MORE “UGLY” THAN YOU.

    • bakerjohn

Amen to that , I’ve often wondered why there is a Black Caucus in government, Black students union, etc., why can’t these organizations be ALL INCLUSIVE I thought the civil rights gave everybody, Black, White, Oriental, Native American Etc. Etc. the same rights no one has to sit in the back of the bus, but it seems to me that by having these Black organizations they themselves want to be apart from the rest, they seem to want to segregate themselves while Dr. King and many other died for the right to be ALL INCLUSIVE

    • Stuart Shepherd

Mr. Horton- your use of the word “Negroes” is obviously a put-down, racist, and completely DISGUSTING! You do not use the racial derivative to describe “white” people. I hate racism. It is SO ugly! I’m white, born in NJ on JULY 4, 1960, as patriotic and conservative as you could possibly be (other than the fact that I never served in the Armed Forces), but my wife, 2 stepsons, and the MAJORITY of my friends are black. I not only don’t see any inferiority- if anything it’s just the opposite!!!!!!!!!!!! My wife is an extremely lovely, hard-working, good values, devoted to her children woman. Does it get any better? You are totally DISGUSTING with your racial put-downs.
YES, I BELIEVE THAT WHITE STUDENTS SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO FORM THEIR OWN UNION AND THAT IT IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL TO PREVENT THEM. FREE ASSOCIATION IS IN THE CONSTITUTION. THERE SHOULD BE ALL-MALE CLUBS IF GUYS WANT THEM, ALSO, AND IT IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL TO PREVENT THEM. BUT, WE LIVE IN POST-CONSTITUTIONAL AMERICA. THE CONSTITUTION IS BUT A DISTANT MEMORY AND PURPOSELY OBSCURED BY THE LIBERAL TYRANTS.

  • Harold Olsen

If blacks can have a Black Student Union, then whites should be allowed to have a White Student Union. The argument I’ve heard most often from blacks about White Student Union is that it excludes them and therefore it is racist. Yet, Black Student Unions exclude other races and when you point that out to them as equally racist they will say, “It’s not the same thing.” I read something, several years ago, where some American Indians at college in Oklahoma that was, apparently near or on an Indian reservation and the students were mostly Indians and wanted to start a Native American Student Union. Black students there had a Black Student Union so the Indians wanted to start their own studen union. The black students screamed racism and told the people in charge of the college that it should not be allowed because it was exclusionary and, therefore, racist. The people in charge of the college agreed with them and said the Indian students could not have their own student union. They went further and said a Black Student Union was also exclusionary and, therefore, racist so black students could no longer have a Black Student Union on campus.

    • Sirian

Oklahoma has a very broad number of different tribes. What you mentioned I too remember bits and pieces of. Seems as if that took place back in the ’80’s. Didn’t really get established but all universities, statewide, have many different organizations/associations that are very well embedded and have a strong support from both the native tribes of Oklahoma, students, but even more so, the people of Oklahoma on whole. The link I posted will give you an idea of how many tribes are Okie situated. http://www.native-languages.org/oklahoma.htm

      • Kate8

As far as I know there is nothing to stop anyone from meeting off-campus, at a place of their own choosing, to talk about whatever. Why do they find it necessary to have an “official” ethnic club, anyway? In the case of OTWs, it’s no doubt a statement of contempt toward whites, or else they’d have no problem with whites doing the same. Why would any of them even WANT to join a white club, except to make a statement?

I would certainly have no interest in joing a black club, Hispanic club, or even a Norweigian club… why? I’d have nothing to contribute. I’m none of those.

This whole thing is just stupid.

      • Kate8

Oh, wait. We do have the cases of Christians being fined for and forbidden from meeting in their own homes for Bible study.

It seems that the freedom to peaceably assemble is at issue here, too.

      • Sirian

        Kate8,
True, anyone can have a meeting with others of same interest, religion, heritage, ethnicity etc. Thank God for our Constitution. But due to the wielding of various tactics to both politically and personally benefit a variety of groups or movements – areas of presumed concern, things of this nature will pop up from time to time. Look back over our nations history – yep, persuasions of this sort have been around for a very long time, each with a different hat to wear. As to whether or not this articles’ one in particular will be accomplished is merely another point of interest to all. Personally, I seriously doubt that it will go much further than where it is at the moment. I agree with your stance, they are of no interest to me either yet still, there are those that are and can be persuaded to think that it is vitally necessary and they “deserve it”!! Sound familiar? Those are the ones we need to be very cautious of. The Progressives started out small, look at them now. Don’t fret Native American Indians – they are most certainly no threat to our nation. They are strictly interested in preserving their own histories, languages and heritages without any intent of discriminating against anyone that we commonly hear cries about. Even more so, pushing a major political ideology. I personally have several friends that are Cherokee, Creek and even one that is Quapaw. I can assure you, they too are just as pissed about what’s going on within our government more than most people know. Fear not the true original Americans. Fear what we have blindly set in place in Washington D.C. – that is the “800 pound gorilla” we need to wrestle back into it’s cage!!

      • Kate8

Sirian – Thanks for your post.

I, too, have many Native American friends, and they are wonderful people whom I love very much. Some of them avail themselves of entitlements, and have the mentality that goes with it. Others are very wise and have seen through this system long before I did.

The basic issue here is that we should not have one set of rules for one group, and another for other groups. If we are all equal in the eyes of God, then we should all just take responsibility for ourselves and kick government completely out of our private lives.

Awhile back I decided that the best thing I can do is completely ignore this out of control government. If they come for me, so be it. But I’m no going to worry about adhering to a laundry list of insane “laws” that some control freaks think they have the right to impose on the rest of us. As far as I’m concerned, no one has the right to rule over me. I’ll do as I d*%&$% well please.

If we all did that, they’d have no power. I’ve seen what happens when people know their rights and stand by them, refusing to capitulate while remaining calm. It works. They leave you alone.

Personally, I’m tired of fearing someone coming after me for living my life as I choose, and I’m not going to do it anymore.

  • G. Smith

I say go for it dude … WTF are you waiting for … there doesn’t seem to be anyone that wants to stop you from amplifying your opinions. You obviously have amassed a huge following of 17 who want to join your efforts. It’s tough to get attention these days .. so much other stuff is going on.

  • T. Jefferson

If you allow one you have to allow the other. That includes religious student unions as well.

  • Michael Livo

Either, allow all ethnic unions, particularly the white one, which gets beat every turn by everyone. OR. Do not allow any ethnic unions. Why do the whites have to be kept off balance all the time so others who choose not to treat white groups fairly can start their own? Where is the equality in that?
I have treated everyone through my life fairly only to have affirmative action, change my life drastically. It may have been a good thing karmicly but it set a precedent of lowering the standards of education and future growth for all concerned.
Equality is just that. What is good for one is good for all.

    • Baloney Toney Mahoney

The Mahoney Man says: Affirmative action is not good karmically for the individual or nation, look what it did, it got Obummma to the White House & he is clearly inept, it got his wife a law degree which she was striped of….It is as the old canard goes, “Taking the Kingdom of Heaven by storm.”

Hey, Obummma, being half-white & half black should check in & support both !!!!! But, we know where his bread is buttered, though!!!!

  • GW

My experience is that many blacks understand Dr. Paul’s message and support it. This article is another divisive effort. Black and white must co-operate to defeat their common enemy, the enemy which keeps them at each other’s throats and causes them to lose sight of those who truly mean both groups deadly harm. The Enemy of your Enemy is Your Best Friend- at least until that common enemy is eliminated. Then the real resolution of racial tensions can be addressed, probably with something like separate but equal for those who choose it and someting else for those who don’t- but first things first.

    • Jimmy the Greek

Your right ! and that enemy is the zionist !

  • gunner689AI

When I was in college, after the military, in the 1970′s, blacks were treated like some kind of sacred cows. They were bused in from intercities and enrolled in remedial ( 6th grade level) classes. Many, mostly the boys, didn’t even attend classes, but the profs. still gave them passing grades. The gvt. gave them educational and all living expenses. Anything they wanted they got. Just shut-up and pay for it. anyone complaing about it got a trip to a disipinary hearing to get their mind right. Most black males still dropped out.
They don’t want to assimilate. They hang together and associate primarily with themselves.
A white student union is a fine idea.

    PC is BS

    • MarathonMan

Apparently affirmative action created a special class of people
      that demanded more than equality.

  • godhelpus

Why is it that blacks can have black music awards, blacks can have black student bodies, blacks can get less grades then other people on test and it’s ok to take another persons job, but when us white folk speak up its call racisim. Maybe if the blacks get over them selves with the racisim card we can all live in harmony. That’s what I would like. I am tired of hearing this. Black businesses hire black people, hispanic businesses hire hispanics why is that not racisim. It’s only racisim when white people do it. The slaves were sold by there own people why was that ok. It just wasn’t ok when the white people bought them even when the blacks got rich of there own people. Everyone needs to take a step back. Obama needs to keep his racisist remarks to himself and move on…

This is what collectivism brings… even when used by minorities, collectivism is never good.

“Racism is simply an ugly form of collectivism, the mindset that views humans strictly as members of groups rather than individuals. Racists believe that all individuals who share superficial physical characteristics are alike: as collectivists, racists think only in terms of groups.

By encouraging Americans to adopt a group mentality, the advocates of so-called “diversity” actually perpetuate racism. Their obsession with racial group identity is inherently racist.

The true antidote to racism is liberty. Liberty means having a limited, constitutional government devoted to the protection of individual rights rather than group claims. Liberty means free-market capitalism, which rewards individual achievement and competence, not skin color, gender, or ethnicity.”

    -Ron Paul

“We had to congregate together because we weren’t allowed to congregate with whites,” said junior Julian Carroll. “There is a difference between a White Student Union and a Black Student Union based on the history of America.”

Well you are now so what’s your excuse? As for hate, it’s time that whites get equal treatment instead of equal hostility and guilt from the minority communities.

    • independant thinker

When I was in college back in the late 60s no one was excluded from the Student Union. Blacks, orientals, arabs, whites all went to the union and mingled as they saw fit. Having a student union that is race exclusive is a bunch of BS however if you are going to allow one race/ethnic group to do it then you have to allow all races /ethnic group to do it.

      • bill coleman

        good thinking…..Independent Thinket.

Nothing wrong with a white student union as long as a black student union is allowed. Same goes for any group of students who are not hostile to the USA or the U. S. Constitution. Any country, business, religion, person, etc. has the right to prevent or remove a “cancer” within its body. If preventing or removing the cancer is wrong then that implies that the “body” should not exist.

  • Grandpafrog

Therei is a Black Congressenal Caucus in Washington D.C., but no White Congressenal Caucus. If it was the other way around, Racial, Racial, Racial would be screaming into every court around. Rev. King preached equality. The race baiters insist only whites can be racial. I’ve given up trying to understand this illogical. Equality reasons that not only is a white student is permissible, but necessary.

The ‘group’ most discriminated against today are White, Heterosexual, Christian Males (WHCM). Double standards, hypocracy, unfairness, uneven playing fields, lies, distortions, sins of ommission, mis- and dis-information, exclusion etc., are all used against this group – the WHCM, even by fellow whites, heterosexuals, Christians and men. Why? What is the agenda?
Which ‘group’ (generally) brought civilization to the planet and to the savages who mostly populated this planet? Which ‘group’ (generally) are the wealth producers? That will be the ‘WHCM’. Look at how much ‘greasel’ the screeching wheels get, like the blacks, the LGBT’s, the Radical Feminists, Islamists, Athiests, in fact ALL ‘groups’ who aren’t WHCM (and ‘Real Women’). The only ‘group’ considered racist, homophobic, delusional or sexist for wanting to celebrate their heritage is the WHCM ‘group’.
Well this proud White, Heterosexual, Christian, Male says take back your country, celebrate your heritage and to hell with all those politically correct ignoramuses and idiots who say otherwise!

SIR – I WILL “OVERLOOK” YOUR ATHEIST REFERENCE; OTHERWISE, YOU ARE ON POINT.

ditto…I have no political problem with atheists as long as they don’t actually favor Islam over any other religion. I would be happier if I saw more athiests concerned about the threat of Islam to atheists. Guess they don’t want to be seen as possibly favoring one “religion” over another. But on the other hand I may have the wrong perception. I will do a google search to see if there is an atheist group that recognizes the threat of Islam to atheists.

Actually, guys, that isn’t the Confederate flag posted with the article….it is the Confederate Naval Jack. The Confederate Battle Flag is much the same, but closer to a square aspect. Nor is it the flag of the Confederate nation. There were 3 Confederate National flags.

While the Confederate Army was surrendered, the Confederate Nation never did. As a citizen of the occupied Confederacy, I am offended by the use of ANY of my nation’s flags in association with racism or hatred.

      “Neal,”

THANKS FOR THE INFORMATION. I DID NOT KNOW THE DIFFERENT VARIETIES OF Confederate Flag.

Good luck with that one Neal. However, the new Northern aggression seems to have permeated the whole extent of said united nation, North included. With TSA and eavesdropping universalized and normalized across the states contrary to the original intent of the pre-civil-conflict founders, none are secure and all would do better to unite against this tyranny.

The white race for some reason don’t have the right to stand up for what they believe in and to be proud of their heritage without being considered….RACIST…The white race should have the same rights as other races and to be able to protect their rights as free Americans.

It’s ashame things like this happen. What the Obama’s of this world ant is DIVIDE AND CONQUER. The want to cause division, not racial division but any division you can think. Went there is division, the government will use it to justify any and all actions they may take. You wouldn’t complain if a cop showed up at a disturbance would you? By cop, well, you can use your own imagination. What Ron Paul supporters need is unity and that can only be attained by moral education. This election I can smell division on the part of American’s. People on both sides are falling into the trap. We cannot judge ourelves as better than the next fellow. Archie Bunker had a plaque on his desk that said: “I am smarter than no man in that I can learn from all of them”. The bum in the gutter carries a message to be learned.

This fellow in his ignorance thinks he’s better and smarter than the next man. As he’s duking it out with the other fella, remember, Obama’s waiting to pick up the spoils. He’s using his own people as collateral to his cause and they better learn that or they will become cannon fodder.

Some years ago, at Berkley, the university built a student center for every minority group on campus … and then they had a student center for everyone. But they refused to allow a white student center even though each minority group student center was allowed to refuse admitance to all other groups. A private citizen offered to build a white student center off campus and I thought the libs would have a collective heart attack!

If they just labeled themselves Indo-European Americans, then who could pitch a complaint against them?
I just tell everyone I am Asian, and when they look at me funny I say…Cauc-asian.
(In fact the Caucasus mountains are in Asia)…so I am not actually lying about my Asiatic roots.
Then they laugh and we go about our business.
Some people are obviously uncomfortable identifying themselves as Americans,so they have to hyphenate their titles and tell where they came from,as if it has any bearing on their current status. They call themselves (place of origin here)-Americans.
Personally I am glad that I live here and not in the place my ancestors originally came from.
But evidently some are more concerned with where they came from than where they are now.
My take on that is that they should go back to the exact spot they are from, and live there for ten years….then come home to America and react to what its like here instead,by naming themsleves accordingly.Even here in America,if you live in California (just an example) and you came from Massachusetts (likewise an example),……go back there and live for awhile and then decide what you want to do,and who you want to identify with.
But having a double standard is wrong, not matter who you are,no matter how you devise it.
There can be no other way of looking at it with parity.
It doesnt matter what you think,it is very wrong.
    But what do I know?
    Apparently very little…….
    Cheers!
    -CC.

While I would agree that if there is a Black Student Union, there should also be allowed a White Student Union; typically, I think that any student union exclusionary on the basis of race should be disband, and disallowed. Yes, that means the Black Student Unions also. They only serve to promote and continue racial segregation.

Has anyone noticed how a ‘Processor … Blender’ works? It uses power, the more Power, the better, to forcefully pulverize and chop to pieces of unrecognizable particles, anything that is stuffed into the container. Is that the future for the ‘new’ Changed USA? The Puree which finally emanates, sounds vaguely similar to ‘Soylent Green’…
