Ron Paul Likely To Score Delegates

Ron Paul Likely To Score Delegates

The Ron Paul Presidential campaign was reported to have largely ignored playing a key campaign role in Florida’s Republican primary, but has followed a strategy that will likely pay off this week.

According to The Christian-Science Monitor, the champion of liberty will likely win more delegates to the 2012 GOP convention this week than Newt Gingrich or Rick Santorum. In fact, the news outlet says, Paul likely will have more delegates than the two combined.

As his rivals were embroiled in a battle for Florida’s winner-take-all delegates, Paul continued a strategy which many pundits have labeled as odd.

Paul has made visits to Nevada, Colorado and Maine in an effort to garner support in the caucus States. The candidate says he is happy with the outcome of his strategy.

Linda Bean, heiress to Maine outfitter L.L. Bean, said she supported Paul last Saturday as the candidate made a campaign swing through the State.

On Tuesday, as the Florida primary was under way, Paul was actively campaigning in Colorado.

Benjamin franklin was asked when he came out of a meeting with the founding fathers. What did you talk about in there? He replied, we gave you a republic, now try to keep it!! The only man who is gonna try like hell to keep our republic is ron paul!!!!!!

  • Phyllis

80%of me loves Ron and would vote for him. 20% of me says run away!
    0% of me like Mitt!
So, I shall vote for anybody but Obama!

    • PATRIOT 101

You all think that this is a general election or what? A vote for Ron Paul is a vote for Liberty, a vote for anyone else is a vote for bondage, regulation, taxes and ultimatly (sooner than you think) a totalitarian dictatorship!
Look at the facts, don’t listen to those media jerks that constantly drone on an on “That Ron Paul can’t win”. That is the strategy of the Republican elite, the Progressives of both the Republican party and the Democrat Party and of the fast emerging GLOBAL WORLD GOVERNMENT.
Only someone that honors the constitution will be able to keep us from a Global Dictator.

      • Daniel

I’m guessing that you’ve never read the Contract With America, or heard of welfare reform.

        • John Mags

I’ve heard of the Contract With America, and I don’t believe anything said by the man who wrote it. GO RON PAUL 2012!!!

        • PATRIOT 101

          Daniel,
          You would guess wrong… again!
Newt did do some things that were favorable to the republic in his day and time.
I choose to look at his words now. He (Newt) as much as promises a bigger more dominating US (actually world) military. This can’t lead to “Peace on Earth” no matter how much power and force we exert on places on the earth we have no strategic interest.
Newt was in favor of Tarp, the bail outs, and only plays lip service about a FEDERAL RESERVE audit. Audit?
IF you were paying attention, you would know that we are (RIGHT NOW) bailing out Italy, Spain, and indeed the entire European monetary system. This is being done WITHOUT the consent of congress or “We the People”! Our Dollars are being “swapped” for Euros! Most economists concede the Euro will fail and become worthless. So WHY ARE WE (OR MORE CORRECTLY) WHY IS THE FED PRINTING (CREATING) DOLLARS (MONEY) TO BUY (SOON TO BE) WORTHLESS EUROS?
I know the answer to this fairly simple question. YOU, sir obviously don’t and don’t think it has (or will have) any effect on you, your prosperity or the future of yourself or your posterity (if you have any)!
Discover the reality of (our) worthless money and you will become a RON PAUL supporter.
I promise you will discover how “worthless” dollars are very soon! Learn it while you can (hopefully) peacefully do something about it!

          • Lance

First the idiots are claiming that the FED is weakening the dollar (except of course when they are complainimg that the dollar is too strong again the Chinese and Japanese currency) Now they are saying that economists say the euro will soon be worthless. Under all circumstances the euro will still be the currency of Germany. If the euro us going to go down that means the dollar will go up.

        • Average Joe

“I’m guessing that you’ve never read the Contract With America”

Actually I have, it’s called the Constitution…the only contract with Amaerica that matters…period. Maybe you should try reading it sometime.

    • bob

FORGET THE 20%, THAT IS THE STUFF THAT BOTHERS A LOT OF US, BUT HE WILL NOT BE A DICTATOR AS THE CURRENT OFFICE HOLDER IS TRYING TO DO. HE CANNOT GET ANY REAL RADICAL STUFF THRU CONGRESS AND WILL NOT TRY TO INPLEMENT IT BY EXECUTIVE ORDER OR PRESIDENTIAL DECISION DIRRECTIVE, AS HE HAS SHOWN HIMSELF TO BE THE MOST HONEST MAN IN WASHIINGTON THROUGHOUT HIS CAREER. BUT WITH A CONSERVITAVE CONGRESS HE CAN START TURNING THIS COUNTRY ARROUND. GOD BLESS RON PAUL IN 2012

    • James

      You didn’t mention Gingrich, why?

  • Floorguy

    God Speed, Ron Paul!

    The man with a plan.

    • Larry B

Ron Paul may have a plan, but he doesn’t have a chance of being the GOP nominee.

      • Mark Beeson

People that are weak in their convictions and think they can’t win, Usually don’t. You need to be an individual and be strong and vote for the candidate that YOU support. DO NOT VOTE FOR THE LESSOR OF TWO EVILS !!! I count on you to make your decision wisely, You can count on me to vote for Ron Paul if I have to write him in. Peace !!

      • Trampus

Only the media and some of the brain washed people, say Ron Paul is not electable. It will only take a few people to vote for Ron for him to win the GOP nomination. If Ron Paul wins it will be the most opposite candidates possible running for the president BIGGEST GOVERNMENT EVER, BIGGEST SPENDER EVER, BIGGEST WAR MONGER EVER, against the CONSTITUTION and RON PAUL. Who will you vote for?

        • Bill

I will vote for Ron. I refuse to vote for the lesser of the two evils. I will not vote for evil even if it means that OB would have a chance of staying. So therefore the rest of the nominee candidates will not get my vote. All of the rest will still tax us, put us and our children and grandchildren into economic slavery. They will simply do it a little slower than BO but over a little more time they will do it. Who else is talking that they would reduce their presidential pay to what the average american working man/woman is making, CUT one trillion from the budget, eliminate 5 unconstitutional departments. We haven’t heard from Paul’s wife but I don’t think she would have an army of highly paid servants waiting on her like a queen bey in the hive.I doubt that Paul will be taking a millions of dollars vacation every month or so, or playing in Hawaii, or jotting around the world with all his family and politicians. We need to wake up folks unless you are hell bent on electing a dictator, either a big one or a small one. Every politician thinks he knows how to spend you money better than you do. Let it be known thought that if you are successful with this you will be putting yourself in an adversarial position with every freedom loving American.

      • Sol of Texas

        Oh, booooooo!

      • ThePainefulTruth

What a shame , YOU don’t GET IT ! A vote FOR RON PAUL, IS the best shot at “REAL” SUBSTANTIVE REFORM ! If he does’nt win ,… does it really matter with any of the others ? Why waste YOUR VOTE ! !

        • bob

It is not a wasted vote, He is the only good choice. It doesn’t matter which the others might happen to win, they are all bad choices. I will never vote for the lesser of two or more evils again, I will fote for the best man. RON PAUL, The only good choice.!

  • enough

If the next president is anyone other than Ron Paul, our Republic is lost.

    • Sol of Texas

Yes – it will be death by asphyxia (Obama) or death by 1,000 cuts (Romney or Gingrich).

    • ThePainefulTruth

MAYBE ,…OR the next ” ALAMO ” begins ! This time WITH PLENTY OF RE-ENFORCEMENT !

    • MNIce

“Do not put your trust in princes,
Nor in a son of man, in whom there is no help.
      His spirit departs, he returns to his earth;
In that very day his plans perish.
Happy is he who has the God of Jacob for his help,
Whose hope is in the Lord his God,
      Who made heaven and earth,
      The sea, and all that is in them;
      Who keeps truth forever…”

      Psalm 146: 3-4

Ron Paul may be a prince among men, but unless we put our trust in God, rather than government or the men in government, our Republic is doomed sooner rather than later.

      • County Guard

Yes, God sets up kings and takes them down, as it suits Him and His plan for humanity, but this doesn’t necessarily mean he sets up “every” leader on earth. We have free choice, and responsibilities, especially in America, to be involved with letting light and truth shine, and standing up for the laws of the land, and against lawlessness. Supporting the status quo of criminals is NOT godly and is treason, and a violation of law. Ron Paul is standing FOR the law, and for allowing freedom and choices to be individual, as God intended. Anything else is a satanic system.

      • Bill

Please understand MNIce that it is not voting for Ron Paul the man. We freedom and liberty minded people believe that we are our own prince, with our own responsibility for our own lies. We do not believe that we or anyone else has to be sacrificed so that others may live off the fruits of our labor. Ron Paul will not therefore be our leader as the man, but he will uphold the Constitution of the United States so that we may live our life in freedom and liberty and our individual rights will be protected. It is the protection of our liberties and freedoms that we will be voting for, not for the man but for a person who will not sell us or our children into dictatorial rule and slavery. Just remember that no one has a greater right to life than anyone else. Including those in the White House.

        • Alan

“Ron Paul will not therefore be our leader as the man, but he will uphold the Constitution of the United States so that we may live our life in freedom and liberty and our individual rights will be protected. It is the protection of our liberties and freedoms that we will be voting for,”

Sorry, I protect my Liberties NOT the POTUS! Ron Paul’s message is to abide by the Constitution. Which means to me that Ron Paul is the only one that understands that the Constitution was written to empower us to defend OUR Liberties from Government. My Liberties were granted by a power much higher than the Government, therefore, NO Government (legitimate or NOT) is allowed to grant or remove rights of the individual. Look no further than the Declaration of Independence to find the groundings in this belief. If we want Liberty, then it is our responsibility to protect our Liberties! Anything else is laziness and childish. Wanting a Government nanny to take care of us IS childish!

  • dv

Yes we all have to pray and try to open others eyes to Ron Paul. I stress to just to really LISTEN to what he says and how he is 100 percent right. One by one people have to realize Ron Paul is there to save our country as a Republic

  • STEVE

I don’t vote for someone because I think he will win. I vote for the on I want for office (i.e. Ron Paul). Who ever got the idea that you have to vote for someone because other people believe he can win? Get a spine, think for yourself, don’t pander to the masses. Be a true individual. Only wimps pander to the masses. The masses have always been wrong in their choices.

    • Janice Nelson

Steve you said what I believe too, and I am sure a lot people feel the same way. We will vote for the only one we believe will bring this Country back to what our founders intended..that person is Ron Paul. He has my vote no matter what.. there is such a thing as a write in Vote.

      • Jim

Not every State sports space for a write-in vote. For those people who aren’t given that chance…And…For those who want to avoid the highly-hackable electronic voting machines, I highly suggest that you arrange for an Absentee Ballot. You don’t need to give any reason for an Absentee Ballot & it leaves a PAPER TRAIL that can be traced.

    • ThePainefulTruth

Way to “STAND UP” STEVE by acting as A “MAN” SHOULD , that is to say , always be “READY and WILLING” to do “OUR DUTY AS CITZENS” by Fighting to UPHOLD and PRESERVE the CONSTITUTION ! Otherwise ,GET OUT OF THE COUNTRY , COWARD ! P.s. I also posted comments above for LARRY B,s reply.

  • Pam sommer

Ron Paul…..”A voice crying in the wilderness!!!”

    • PATRIOT 101

      Pam,
…”A voice crying in the wilderness!!!”?
Your voice will join the wailing masses “in the wilderness” that was the united States if we fail to vote for personal liberty!
If the “Establishment” succeeds in getting people (the masses, the “Sheeple”) to believe that all MUST vote for the “electable” candidate, America will cease to be a free Republic in the next few years. We are perilously close to the tipping point now where personal freedom and liberty are swallowed up by the oversight of big government, indeed BIG BROTHER Government.
The media (Including Fox!) might as well be turned OFF! They (for the most part) are part of the apparatus of ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT!
Only one candidate will reverse the course toward World Government.
As I type this FOX NEWS marches out Herman Cain to declare this is a “TWO MAN RACE”!
The strategy of ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT (This includes all candidates except RON PAUL!) is to ignore, marginalize or discount RON PAUL as a “nut job”. They come right out and say this!
People! Don’t fall for it! Go to Ron Paul’s website and find out his “CRAZY” policy positions for yourself. Maybe you will discover what I did (not so crazy at all) and become a RON PAUL supporter.

      • Lori

A vote for Romney or Gingrich is a vote for One World Government. Both are endorsed by the elitists which explains why all the media, who are owned and instructed by the elitists, avoid Ron Paul.

    • http://www.boblivingstonletter.com/ Bob Livingston

      Dear Pam sommer,

Ron Paul is a voice trying to guide us out of the wilderness.

      Best wishes,
      Bob

  • Elevenarrows

All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing. In my opinion, those who try to play the odds and figure out who is “electable” rather than voting for the best man for the job are guilty of bringing harm to our nation. The government schools have been very successful in accomplishing their agenda: cookie-cutter graduates who think like global citizens and embrace the propaganda they’ve been fed for 12 years. Now we are reaping what we have sown. We have people voting who don’t even understand we are a Republic with leaders who are sworn to uphold the Constitution. Because no one really knows what the Constitution even says, the masses do not cry “Foul!” when our leaders trounce upon it.

It is time for those of us who DO know and understand our heritage, our Constitution and the vision of the founding fathers to take back our country. In our country, the means provided for such a revolution is the election process. How cowardly that so many shirk from this duty! Where are men of valor? Where are people of virtue and good character? Our responsibility is to get behind men who have proven their fidelity to the Constitution and do everything in our power to get them elected. I have helped with Ron Paul’s campaign twice now. I feel privileged to do so. When I cast my vote, I can go to sleep at night knowing I did not have to compromise my beliefs to do so. Where are like-minded patriots? It is not enough to quietly cast your vote. We must educate our neighbors as quickly as possible. Too many Americans blindly accept what MSM feeds them. Anyone with half a brain can tell who the powers-that-be have anointed as the chosen one this time around. Vote for whoever the MSM tells you cannot win!

    • Sol of Texas

      ElevenArrow –

I heartily agree. Trying to predict who is “electable” is an exercise in self-deceit. I suppose “who you gonna lie to if you can’t lie to yourself?”

I wish more people realized that America has become corrupt because most of the (voting?) citizenry is corrupt or apathetic and induldge in selfish ignorance (not merely self-interested).

    • ThePainefulTruth

ASOLUTELY RIGHT ! ELEVENARROWS . And we ALL “MUST” remember , that no matter what the Federal election outcome is , the STILL GREATER ACTION to take is with ALL the STATES ,to “NULLIFY” All UNCONSTITUTIONAL ACTION by the Feds. Remember to get your State to “NULLIFY” All Fed Corruption , and TAKE BACK their “TRUE POSITION” IN THIS AMERICAN “REPUBLIC” as “AUTHORITIES” OVER THE FEDERAL GOV’T ! That’s where the “REAL” power lies . Always has !

    • ThePainefulTruth

More Great info / knowledge can be found at the “10th AMMENDMENT” Center ( States Rights / Sovereignty / Supremacy ) and also “OATHKEEPERS” (Explanation of the Constitutional Oath and it’s correct understanding/application/Obligations , especially addressing All Military an Law Enforcement and their Role to perform )!! And Plenty of others I’m sure .

    • John Mags

Didn’t you mean “propoganda for 100 years”? Because that’s when the newspapers were all taken over by J.P. Morgan and started controlling the news

  • http://personallibertydigest Gottaplenty

Why do you suppose Geo. Sorros stated that he liked Mitt Romny? He said it was because Mitt was so much like Obummer…Ron Paul has the best message and cant win a beauty contest.

    • DavidL

Mitt Romney is a liberal. Why do you think he bought and then destroyed the hard drives from his computers? They show a close advisory relationship, e-mails, between himself and his team advising President Obama on healthcare.

ROMNEY IS A LIBERAL. DON’T BE FOOLED. RON PAUL/SANATORUM!

      • MRMO

I AGREE RON PAUL IS THE ONLY CHOICE TO SAVE THE NATION, AND SANATORUM WOULD BE A EXCELLENT VP.. ALL SHOULD KEEP IN MIND THAT THE SECRET SERVICE HAD BETTER BE REVIEWED (CHECK OUT EVERY ONE OF THEM) AND ALOS BEEFED UP SO AS NOT TO HAVE ANOTHER KENNEDY. BECAUSE HE IS GOING TO PISS OFF QUITE A FEW PEOPLE TN HIGH PLACES. ONCE WE GET HIM WE SURE DO NOT WANT TO LOOSE HIM !!!!!!
        RON + RICK 2012 GO-G0-G0….

  • Terry

I am not happy with our front runners they worry about each other instead of the Republic. The Media seems to ignore Ron Paul I think it’s time to ignore the Media. I visualize a Paul-Santorum ticket?

    • Minnesota Girl

All of you Ron Paul followers are being totally unreasonable thinking that he can run a country as complicated as the United States. Mr. Paul has been in the government for how man years and accomplished very little to nothing! Not that I’m totally happy with any of the other candidates but, Ron Paul is definitely not the one to waste your vote on!

      • Sol of Texas

        Minnesota Girl –

        OK, I’ll bite.

Just what is it that you want the government to accomplish?

Many people seem unaware that the purpose of the Constitution is to define the limits of government.

So what should government be doing?

      • Vetreran4Paul

He got a partial audit of the Fed which says alot by itself. If you look at his voting records backed by legislation he presented. He didn’t vote for the mess Congress has us in today. So that in itself says alot about this man. He has a vision to bring prosperity and liberty back to the People of America using the Constitution. All the other candidates are the same ole song and dance thats got us in a mess right now.
When you go to Pauls campaigns he talks policies and educates people. The others are still attacking each others politics and not presenting any real cuts or answers.
My votes for Ron Paul 2012

      • PATRIOT 101

        MN Girl,
Government gonna pay your way? Guess what… GOVERNMENT HAS NO MONEY! They have promoted the illusion of “Provider” but they can truly “Provide” nothing without taking (taxing it away) from someone first! This “someone” was a winner and was successful.
Government was initially formed for “Our Common Defense”. It has since devolved into a “fairness doctrine”, or a great, giant “Referee”! “This “Referee” (Big Brother Government) is punishing success and rewarding failure, mistakes and corruption.
WE are doomed to a One World Government if we settle for the candidates the “ESTABLISHMENT” (Media and Progressives in the Republican and the Democrat Party) are forcing upon us!
The “Progressives” are known now as “Moderates” in the Republican Party, so don’t be fooled! These “Moderates” are the Communists of just a few decades ago. 30 years ago, people that are now serving in congress would have been tried and convicted of TREASON!
30 years ago, our current president would have already been tried and convicted of Treason and quite possibly been executed for his actions in office!

        • PATRIOT 101

          Replying to self…
Another thought… This government initially “of, by and for the people” has now become “Referee” to the world! Isn’t that what a Global Government would be? A government to make sure that no dictator (we didn’t approve of) could exist? Recent examples: Saddam Hussein (Iraq), Mubarak (Egypt).
If our foreign policy were so great, WHY HAVE WE SO MANY ENEMIES? Why do we need bases all over the world? Why do we (Americans) spend more on defense (Real dollars and as a % of GDP) than we did at the height of the cold war when we ACTUALLY HAD an enemy that could destroy us in minutes!?
Turn off your TV and find the answers to these simple questions and you will find yourself being a RON PAUL supporter!

        • PATRIOT 101

          Continuing thought…

Our problem is a lack of HISTORY and a loss of perspective. We have no fear of “Communism” now and many embrace this concept of government as an acceptable alternative because THEY ACTUALLY KNOW NOTING ABOUT IT!
Unless there is an “awakening” there will be millions in this country that will die under the NEW WORLD ORDER COMMUNISIM to come.

      • Motov

I rather waste a vote on the right guy than vote for anyone else!
If everyone wastes their votes on Ron Paul,…guess what? We win!!
It once happened in your state when Jesse Ventura became the Governor,
It can happen again by electing RON PAUL!!!

        • http://www.lp.org Jerome Bigge

Even if Ron Paul can’t win nomination, he is still going to have influence at the convention, enough to get a good hearing for his ideas. This is why I’m going to vote for Ron Paul in Michigan’s primary!

      • John Mags

Ron Paul didn’t accomplish things because until now he was a “One Man Army”. Now his army numbers in the MILLIONS and is growing daily!

        • MRMO

THE TRUTH RINGS IN YOUR WORDS, LET US PRAY THEY DO NOT FALL ON BLIND EYES. WE CAN SAVE THE NATION IF WE STICK TOGETHER. WE MUST PERSEVERE AND FIGHT THE SYSTEM.

      • ThePainefulTruth

Let me see if I got this right , YOU think that RON PAUL “HAS’NT” ACCOMPLISHED MUCH !? So appearantly your philosophy is “if you can’t beat ‘em , join ‘em” ! Listen here , little girl , if “ABSTAINING FROM EVIL , THE PERPETRATION AND CONTINUATION OF IT”, IS’NT “doing much” especially when surrounded by the “Sell Outs” in that “DEN OF THIEVES” called Congress , then YOU “JUST DON’T HAVE A CLUE” what our Country is about! All Citizens are supposed to Defend the Constitution when it is threatened , RON PAUL DOES ! The other JACKALS in congress don’t do the “UNPOPULAR” thing which is to keep within budget and not appropriate funds where they HAVE NO CONSTITUTIONAL AUTHORITY to do so . CONGRESS is NOT a PEZ dispenser and STANDING AGAINST WRONG DOERS takes Courage you have yet to Understand ! By NOT Inappropriately spending our money , and NOT assenting with his vote to oppress us with more regulation , RON PAUL is “GIVING” us MORE FREEDOM and LIBERTY FROM GOV’T than any other congressman ! Which is much more important and valuable than any financial handout you may or may not get . Do you get the part where YOU are suppose to take care of yourself ? Not Gov’t . Shame on YOU , read your CONSTITUTION for COUNTRY’S sake !

      • ThePainefulTruth

Girl , how stupid are YOU! The Federal Government is’nt so complicated when you ENFORCE the LAW and APPLY the PRINCIPLES of a Federal system of Gov’t as set forth by the Constitution . Doing so would mean diminishing , GREATLY , the SIZE and SCOPE of the Federal Gov’t by ending Nation building , ending All the wars , thus reducing All the logistical expense and complications , and especially the political complications. LOOK ! it’s already getting so much easier, AND now that we are saving such massive amounts of money, we can Eliminate All the Unreasonable and Unnecessary Taxes and Reduce the Reasonable and Necessary ones ; UPHOLD ONLY CONSTITUTIONALLY CORRECT and LEGITIMATE LAW thus Reducing the Size , Scope and Expen$e of the Massive Prison system ; THEN , by Abiding in it’s Constitutionally given role , WHAT IT WAS CREATED TO DO , as a General partner with the STATES IN their Behalf (Federally) AND ON the STATES Behalf (Nationally, among the other Nations). Now that we have 50 partners and all their helpers to assist , we have Greatly Simplified the Federal Gov’t !… And I’m just gettin’ warmed up !

      • Bill

Minnesota Girl-Excuse me but if OB would have done absolutely nothing after he got elected we would be much better off. Much better. So it is not necessary what you do in the congress but what you don’t do. Like NOT voting to tax you anymore, upholding your freedom and liberty. Never voting for legislation that is unconstitutional etc etc. Every time some legislation is signed into law means that the government is acting to take away something from someone and giving it to someone else. That is stealing and accepting that “gift” is receiving stolen property. People have gone to prison for both offences. I don’t thing Ron has any inclination to take from you and give it to your best friend or your enemies. Ron says that what you have legitimacy earned should be yours. To say otherwise would mean that your life has to be sacrificed so that other may live. Wrong Wrong Wrong, Ron Paul Right.

    • ChristyK

A Paul/Santorum ticket will never happen. Paul is about liberty; Santorum is about control. Ron Paul wants to let people do what they want as long as it doesn’t interefere with someone else’s liberty. Santorum wants to make everyone do what he believes is right. If you are a foreign nation, he will attack you to force you to run your country the way he wants. If you are a citizen, he will police your every action to make sure you live your life according to his principles. If you watch the debates, everytime Ron Paul speaks, Santorum is standing with a look of utter discust and shaking his head “NO”.

Although both are Christians with moral standards, they are actually polar opposites. Ron Paul will encourage moral behavior, but will allow people to make bad choices and pay the consequences. Rick Santorum will control every aspect of your life to make sure you live your life according to his morals.

      • Motov

Ron Paul/ Andrew Napolitano,…. or Ron Paul/ Jesse Ventura would make more sense

      • Bill

        Well put ChristyK

  • R. E. Massey

Seems there is only one zombie posting here so far. You can tell by the comments that they make, their comments always mirror the talking points of the presstatutes and talking heads of the bought and paid for fifth column. You made your choice Mr. so run back to your masters and tell them how you made yourself look so smart with your intellectually challenged, (sorry for the PC wording) comment.
If our founders thought this way then you and the rest of us would still be bowing to inbred tyrants in England. Oh, but it seems like you still are bowing to tyrants.

“If ye love wealth greater than liberty, the tranquility of servitude greater than the animating contest for freedom, go home from us in peace. We seek not your counsel, nor your arms. Crouch down and lick the hand that feeds you; May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen.” – Samuel Adams

  • Elevenarrows

    Terry,

Although I have no doubt that Santorum is a good man, Ron Paul would have to embrace a lot of philosophies he is opposed to in order to sign up with Santorum. Paul is against unions. Santorum voted against Right to Work. Paul is against unconstitutional wars. Santorum supported them and continues to do so. Paul is for sound money policies and ending the Fed. Santorum supported the bailouts/stimulus packages. I just don’t see a meeting in the middle with those two men.

    • R. E. Massey

Absolutely right on target there Elevennarrows!

    • PATRIOT 101

It is not Ron Paul that would hve to embrace ideas of Santorum! It is Santorum that would have to actually decide to BECOME A CONSTITUTIONAL CONSERVATIVE!
That ain’t gonna happen! Santorum is just another “False Prophet” to mislead the (so called) conservatives. The social conservatives follow Santorum to their own ultimate betrayal. All they need to do is look at the record of this man and then ask him “What now makes you different than what you were in PA?” If you don’t know what Santorum voted for in PA, shame on you all!
Ron Paul for real social conservatism, better know as PERSONAL LIBERTY!

  • Patriot Diva

Ron Paul is the only candidate who is not a puppet of the New World Order. If you don’t know what that is or think it’s just a “conspiracy theory” I would suggest you read at least one of the follwing books: “The Creature From Jekyll Island” by G. Edward Griffin, “Brotherhood of Darkness” by Dr. Stanley Monteith, “Hope of the Wicked” by Ted Flynn, or “Unseen Hand” by Ralph Epperson. Once you inform yourself, you will suddenly realize the urgency and passion of Ron Paul’s supporters. Ron Paul 2012!!!

We can prove the lame stream media that they are all wrong, and have been wrong.
Ron Paul is the only truthful candidate, the rest are babbling heads with no substance.
Elect Ron Paul in spite of the media, we will see REAL change. Elect anyone else, we will lose
everything our founding fathers fought and died for!

These are the seeds of a revolution and it is revolution we must have or our freedoms are lost forever. The sobering truth is that tptb have been plotting our demise for decades while we slept. So here we are at the crossroads of freedom and tyranny. JFK,MLK,and many others tried to warn us, to no avail. Only now are a few of us grasping an inkling of the odious cloud that has befallen us. Our opponent has the power of the msm as his main weapon. We have the internet for now but they are tightening the noose around our necks daily. We are but one more dastardly act away from martial law and time is very short. One has to but look around to see the extent of their plans. Is there time to wake enough ppl to turn the tide? I don’t know but I am speaking out every day to all that will listen. The IRS is coming for me now to put their boot on my neck. Make no mistake we are being monitored. I will cast my vote for Ron Paul although I know he will never be allowed to be potus he is merely the leader of the movement at this point in time. I fear this is a war that has raged for hundreds if not thousands of years and will not be won in this election cycle but can and must be won. This is a revolution whose time has come. I only pray it can be won peacefully.

God help us win back America that we should never turn away from you ever again. FIGHT AMERICA !

You don’t need to buy any books to learn the truth. If you have internet its all on YOU TUBE for free search illuminati, FEMA, martial law, Ron Paul just search its all there for you now but they are trying their best to shut down the internet for this very reason.

we are always told about the majority that wants a certain thing,i.e. global warming, enviro nonsense, anti christian, music, politics,so on,we’re told most want this or that but we don’t and don’t know any-one that does.this imaginary majority is how THEY/WHO? get us to accept wht happens.if we vote ron paul, not who we’re TOLD is electable, then who WE elect wins… is this too simple? PAUL can win if he gets the votes.

  • Clarence

Newt & Mitt can now spend their time attacking each other while Ron Paul keeps preaching the message and winning converts.

  • sj

If THEY control the media,is it not possible / likely that THEY might have some controling interests in the privately contracted voting process?

  • sj

From what I hear they are making moves to do just that. I don’t have any proof. If any one else does please post it.

  • Buck

I am totally convinced that RON PAUL is still our last best hope if we are to survive as a free republic . RON PAUL for PRESIDENT .

HE NEEDS TO SPELL OUT THE BILLS HE HELPED SPONSER FOR THE GOOD OF THE LITTLE MAN. HE HAS KELPED VITIMANS AND MINERELS FROM BEING TAKEN OVER BY BIG DRUGS. HE IS THE ONLY ONE RUNING THAT WOULD SIGN A WAVER NOT TO TALK TO BIG MONEY. THAT THING IS BAD TO THE CORE UP THERE. HE MAY BE AFRAID TO TALK ABOUT SOME OF THESE THINGS. HE NEEDS TO QUIT TALKING IN CIRCLES AN GET DOWN TO BASICS. RON HAS A LOT OF FIRE POWER AND BIG GUNS HE HAS NOT FIRED.

Who are you people? I’ve visited forums with 25%-75%.. 50%-50% and 75%-25% but I don’t think I’ve ever run into a 95%-5%.. This is very enlightening. That the highest majority favors their senses, their logic and their love of Country over media slur, innuendo, outright rumors and wealthy forked tongue devils only wanting to become more wealthy. I think Ron Paul is brilliant in the way that he’s pulling this off. As it’s worded, “The champion of liberty will likely win more delegates to the 2012 GOP convention this week than Newt Gingrich or Rick Santorum. In fact, the news outlet says, Paul likely will have more delegates than the two combined”. Add that to the delegates he’s already accumulated and the Pubs will be forced to recognize him and whether he wins the candidacy or has to resort to a ‘third’ party, this time people will notice and with his delegates (whom he won’t waste by passing them over like a rubber biscuit) he will add them to a great number of disillusioned Dems and quite possibly all IND., and guess what? Unlike his predecessor third party wanna-be’s who had neither the money, exposure nor the votes (because they weren’t savvy to the political game as Ron Paul) He my surprise every American and pull a Harry Truman on all of politicaldom.. Now THAT would be a HOOT!!.. So, watch him, watch him closely as he discloses the TRUE speed of right.

I’ts quite annoying to watch the Australian media push Romney & Gingrich as the main contenders for the Republican nominations, but when i read your forum I get more elated of the prospects of a Ron Paul win. As I have stated on numerous occassions before, if the main republicans are really interested in smaller government then DR ROBN PAUL is your ONLY man. The other 3 contenders are using the ‘small government’ policy as a vote getting tool but they do not mean it at all. Lokk at Gingrich idea of spending $20 Billion to put in a moon station..that is an EXPENDITURE INCREASE which increases borrowings and or taxes. MICH ROMNEY for all his good looks does not fool me, hes on same tram as Gingrich…they not interested in smaller government.

I’ll repeat myself again, if you Republican guys dont nominate Dr Ron Paul, then you might as well support Obama and his Obama Care similar to what we have in Australia where everyone pays 1.5% on the income taxes and everyone gets free medical care. Many also have Private Insurance Cover too which is tax deductable if they want faster and emediate service in private hospitals.Speedy services saves lives whereas slower free services can cause death sooner, but generally emergency patients are not turned away in Australia. When the majority vote in OBAMA, then I suggest you need to do as the majority wants and that is to spend more from increased taxes, even if you dont like the idea.

As I said before if you Republican guys are not serious about small government and your Republican party system does not support Ron Paul with a nomination, then you might as well support Obama who is not lying about his policies. Nothing worse in politics than having liers and we have our problem liers in Australia too who reneg on both verbal and signed agreements with both voters and other members of parliament.

In such circumstances you should fall in line and follow your leader [President] even if you did not vote for him or support his policies. Do do otherwise would be treason in my view irrespective that you consider the Constitution is not being followed. In my view when the majority decide on a leader and his policies it is best to permit that leader to govern by letting the policies be implemented with more loans if necessary…even if those loans and taxes end up destroying your economy. Lets face it that is what your majority voters wanted to take the risk on that possible eventuality…and it might turn the majority including your lying Republicans to go back to RON PAUL policy with some real determination.

Its up to your crazy system to sort your mess out now. VOTE DR RON PAUL…from Australia.

The Republicrats, or Democans, are one and the same,
Mitt Romney, Newt, or Santorum are not conservatives, they are all RINO’s.
Romney is a crook, Newt is a crook, Santorum is a war monger.

  • Motov

    GO Georgia!
The Democrats may not have a candidate on election day!
I hope Georgia will be the spark that causes the revolution.
The #1 Undocumented Immigrant (AKA OhBozo,) may have his name erased on every ballot!
Let us hope that a domino effect occurs and all 50 states strike his name off the ballots.

      That would be wonderful!

  • Dick Farris
