Putting All The World In Subjection

Putting All The World In Subjection

It’s clear the elites won’t be satisfied until all the world is in a conflagration or subjection. That is the takeaway from Tuesday’s GOP debate, sponsored by CNN, The Heritage Foundation and American Enterprise Institute.

The message from six of the eight Republican beauty contestants to the globalists in the audience was one of sanctions, no-fly zones and regime change in Iran and Syria. It’s war, war, war, around the globe, all the time.

Rick Perry would put a no-fly zone over Syria. Michele Bachmann, Rick Santorum, Herman Cain (after he deliberates a while) and Mitt Romney all want more sanctions on Iran. Newt Gingrich wants regime change.

The neocons at Heritage and AEI ate it up. And most Americans, conditioned by years of fearmongering by the propagandists in the mainstream media who transmit the tripe produced by think tank groups like Heritage and AEI are now completely convinced that every Muslim under every rock is a terrorist that should be bombed.

Never mind that we are currently making war in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iraq and central Africa. Let’s beat the war drums and gin up the need to attack Syria and Iran. After all, the piddling militaries those countries have are pushovers.

But look that way and you miss the Russian warships now poised off Syria to thwart a Libya-style NATO attack. You’ll also miss Moscow’s saber rattling over U.S. missile defense sites in Europe. And you won’t hear the anger growing in China over expanding our military into Australia.

Ginning up fever for wars abroad is all in the grand plan. Why? The elites love wars abroad because they mask the daily war they wage on Americans at home: against their savings and against their liberties.

The dollar is failing, but Americans suffering war fever remain unaware. The money-printing machines rage on.

And wars provide more pretenses for bigger government and more restrictions on freedom. Elites convince us they’re looking out for us, trying to keep us safe from enemies.

And who profits? Here’s an exercise for you. Follow the money. Investigate who’s backing the neocons and think tanks. You’ll see who profits.

Only Jon Huntsman and Ron Paul offer a different path: Huntsman because he believes – rightly — that Russia and China won’t cooperate, Paul because he believes America needs to quit meddling in other people’s business.

How many countries must we attack before the war fever is sated?
