President Two-Face

October 25, 2011 by

President Two-Face

I’ve seen the Democrats’ latest attempts to recast President Barack Obama as some kind of latter-day Alexander the Great. I’ve observed from Outside The Asylum as the same liberals who castigated President George W. Bush, President George H.W. Bush and President Ronald Reagan (but not President Bill Clinton) for their warlike ways have suddenly tried to recast themselves as latter-day Gen. George Pattons.

Obama, for whom they voted based on a tenuous combination of racism, hatred and shared opposition to securing freedom against the onslaught of Islamofascism and socialism, has taken to strutting around the golf course like the conquering hero in the wake of the brutal execution of Libyan dictator and terrorist benefactor Moammar Gadhafi.

Democratic mouthpieces far and wide are bleating their continued fealty to his belatedly bloodthirsty Presidency. Even infamously battle-averse Obama court jester Bill Maher took a break from his usual public displays of what appear to be some serious mommy issues to praise Obama as “President Badass.” Maher even went so far as to praise the use of unmanned drones of late, an interesting departure from his claim that the use of cruise missiles after 9-11 was “cowardly.”

Far be it for me to point out that Obama had as much to do with the execution of Gadhafi as Maher has with women who don’t charge by the hour. But Obama took victory laps through the corporate media in the wake of the executions of Osama bin Laden and Anwar al-Awlaki, so it should hardly come as a surprise that he’s shined up his jack boots following Gadhafi’s death at the hands of Libyans. My real confusion centers on the Democrats who were positively aghast when Bush directed the effort to clear the planet of Islamofascist vermin are now positively aghast that Obama isn’t amassing praise for the same.

Don’t mistake me here. I fully support the prejudicial termination of pretty much every Tariq, Dhakir or Haji who dreams of killing Americans (or coaxing Akbar from the falafel stand into doing it). I say so despite disagreement with people for whom I have the utmost respect, even Bob Livingston himself. I believe the world is a better place without bin Laden, al-Awlaki and Gadhafi, three ticks who gleefully embedded themselves in the hide of humanity — and encouraged others to do the same — for decades. But why in the name of Allah are liberals so excited? What happened to the “war criminal” charges they heaved at Bush and Dick Cheney? Who hit the mute button and stifled their cries of freedom for the poor jihadis currently (still) cooling their heels in Gitmo?

Meanwhile, Obama has suddenly acknowledged we still have troops in Iraq, and that they’ll be coming home soon. As is the case with most Obama proclamations, I’ll believe it when the last soldier disembarks from the plane. Hopefully, the tarmac on which that soldier’s boots gently tread will be in the United States and not in Libya (which has already announced Sharia law as the basis for its developing government), Uganda (yes, we have troops there) or Tunisia (where Islamofascists are poised to take control).

However, now that Obama has abandoned his stand against American military interventionism, I suppose I’ll just have to hope that whichever Republican sends Obama packing next November will deliver — well — change.

Some folks may need further proof that something is dreadfully wrong between the ears of anyone who can watch without puking while this prez fades in-and-out of reality. I don’t. The asylum-like approval of the wunderkind’s antics by his brownshirts is a testament to their programming. That is, if you have no conscience, everything is beautiful. If you have no standards for your Glorious Leader (or for yourself), then this is about as “good” as it gets – if you’re clinically insane.
Of course, that doesn’t mean America’s problems have been solved. What we have now – besides an obvious ‘failure to communicate’ – is a multitude of psychotics who have found a perfect leader (for them), but the rest of us can’t believe what we see and hear.
So WHERE is Congress? Is Congress now just a bunch of people who have a new form of Alzheimer’s? At the very least, because Congress has forfeited its right to serve the people, I could live with the idea of seeing them driven out of Congress and told not to come back unless they want to experience vigilante justice.
I don’t know if it will take a series of lawsuits or threats of marches on Washington, but this rubber room scenario has to END and end NOW.

Didn’t he win the Nobel Peace Prize? NATO is preparing for war in Syria next, then Iran,Yemen etc.. Obama is just following the agenda of the last 3 presidents, Alexander the Great no, A. Hitler? maybe. you have to take down the whole middle east to bring in the NWO.

      • madog2

I’m sure he’s going to receive his next nobel prize for what he may or may not do for the down fall of the USA

        • Al Sieber

          That’s coming soon.

        • Raggs

madog2.. Agreed… The NWO globalist bunch are chomping at the bits.
If anyone has ever had any doubt about oblamas agenda than wait and see what happens IF he is re-elected… He has constraints on his agenda now but IF he is re-elected there will not be any constraints and he will go all out ape-chit to destroy the US.

” Is Congress now just a bunch of people who have a new form of Alzheimer’s?” Short answer: yes. I wouldn’t call it Alzheimer’s though. I don’t think they’ve forgotten their job. I think they are either willfully absolving themselves of their job or are willfully letting themselves be deceived about the nature of their job in the legislature.

The real problem is not the politician, it is the American people. Sure the politicians and media call Bush a war criminal and in the next breath call Obama a war hero for doing the very same (more or less) that they accuse Bush of doing. But what of the American people? So many of us are useless idiots. They will actually believe that one President is a criminal and the other is a hero for doing the exact same things just because the media and politicians say so. They have stopped thinking for themselves. And don’t say we are any better unless you are willing to be wary of even Ron Paul. I know some of his stance on these issues, but would he actually do the same as the previous Presidents? And would you then give him a pass all because his professed political views appealed to you? I know many of you cannot imagine Ron Paul leading us into more wars. In fact, I would be inclined to agree with you on the surface of that belief, however if I understand things correctly the declaration of war does not belong to the President of America and that is the real problem with Obama’s wars. He’s entered them without Congress, and our problem with congress is that they just give him a pass, and another pass after pass. They won’t even do their job…. But of us, the American people. Perhaps the reason the politicians don’t do their jobs is because we have let this be the accepted norm for all too long. And because we have become intellectually lazy for so many years, I am not sure we can think for ourselves anymore (as a nation). We won’t even be honest with ourselves, so how can we expect honesty in our reporters and politicians?

      • Disgusted

Well said. So many of my co-workers don’t even know what is going on aroung the globe or even in our own country. They blindly believe what is portrayed on TV by our clearly biased news stations.
Obama clearly overstepped his authority two times by sending out troops into “war” zones without the approval of Congress. Yet nothing happens. If you ask the average US Citizen they don’t even know it happened or that constitutionaly he has to have Congress’s approval. What drives me really crazy are the comments from these same unkowing people about how horribly Bush handled the aftermath of 911. I remember what people were saying at that time and 99% of everyone I heard comments from wanted action and they wanted action now. Bush gave it to them, afterward the back peddling started and Bush bashing. You can’t ask for something and then back out after it happens just because you don’t like the consequences of your decision. Oh-wait maybe that is why Obama is so popular – he also practices that form of politics and government.
This country is in deep trouble!

what gets me is the union people ( not the union management they are in bed with the democrats ) but the people that work, the DEMOCRATS signed NAFTA and Obama just signed 3 or 4 more.
      I can’t beleave they can’t see whats happening with free-trade & illegals?

      • eddie47d

You are somewhat correct but left out a few facts to embellish your comments. NAFTA was pushed by the Republicans(Gingrich)who made promises to the Democrats that it wouldn’t effect American jobs. They lied but what’s a wee bitty lie when it comes to politicians and the corporates who wanted this new law. Those union people were adamantly against NAFTA but most of you don’t give a hoot about what they have to say anyway. I opposed NAFTA, CAFTA and the Korean one. Not because free trade is bad but because America always gets it in the shorts. Those treaties were short sited and not to our advantage. When it comes to hiring illegal workers once again it was Corporates who brought them in and always demanded more so the politicians turned a blind eye to the needs of the American worker. In the past it was mostly Republicans who had connections to the Corporate World who allowed the illegals to come in. Now it’s both parties vying for political dollars who don’t want to upset their donors.

What has eliminated the most jobs in the last 30 years? Regulations and Taxes or Trade Agreements?
I suspect that the Highest Corporate Tax in the G8 may have played a part, couple that with the Insane Regulations of the EPA, State Taxes, more state retulations and Union Greed.
Trade agreements with equal partners have actually been a benefit, although I submit that trade agreements with some countries like Mexico, Japan and China have not been beneficial.

I have a VERY deep concern for this next election, & for our country. While the Obamanation followers are campaigning & recruiting more & more followers all the way up to the next election…we have “multiple” candidates rallying for our vote on the “conservative” side. The ONE thing we must do to get him out of office, is not only to get out & vote, but we absolutely MUST be in TOTAL AGREEMENT with each other on WHO needs to be our next President. “Who” is capable of cleaning up this mess? Our nation has been held hostage since the last election. If we do not get it right this time…it’s all over, folks. This current administration & the Czars running OUR country has big plans for us. Check out the FEMA camp footage videos on YouTube. Also, FEMA coffins & cemetaries. It’s not a pretty sight. They are preparing enough room for “millions” of people…Back to the candidates… I have watched videos of Ron Paul speaking in interviews & various speeches that date back a few years. He was saying the same things then as he is today. This man believes in total submission to the Constitution of the United States. He does not back down. He does not waiver. He is intelligent, honest, & a TRUE AMERICAN. We need to pick one….If we are divided, we will lose our freedoms forever. I think Ron Paul & Michelle Bachman need to team up & come up with a plan to “stablize” the votes so we will be strong enough to overcome this evil. This will not be an ordinary election. This is war!!!

    • Al Sieber

      I agree!!

      • Jeri

Al Seiber & JTB…Please!!! Look up Operation Paperclip & MK UlTRA, also FEMA camps, coffins & cemetaries on YouTube. You will be shocked to find out what our government has been up to for the last five decades. At least write them down so you can look them up at another time. Whatever you do, please watch them, & spread the news!

        • Al Sieber

Jeri, I’ve known about that for years, goggle ” Albert Pike”.

        • http://naver sook young

I agree with you 100% Jeri. I’ve seen many youtube videos about the FEMA camps, illuminati, and other things. Things are beginning to be as told in the book of Revelation. Don’t give up hope. We can win against them. Thank you.

Yes kids, B. Crystal has lost his ever-loving Reich wing mind. The reason Bush 2 was vilified was because he along with Cheney (who BTW was a draft dodger) lied to congress and the nation about WMDs’ that they knew were not there.

This would not have been as bad a deed (of course conservatives do no dirty deeds) had he Cheney and Halliburton not split our brave forces and let Bin Laden slip away when they had his back to the wall. Reagan, how about arms for hostages, and Iran Contra. Or selling weapons to Iraq to use against Iran. (Some chemical) It was ok I guess because after all TOA.

Bush 1 did put together the biggest coalition since the Second World War in his fight to liberate Kuwait. Even he knew that toppling Sadam Hussein would give an edge to Iran. So now his idiot son takes out a villain that we had in check, and now Mr. Crystal wants U.S. forces to remain in Iraq with no protection (SOFA) so Halliburton can finish exploiting the country? Maybe he should get his pistol belt , ruck sack, dust off his boots and take his a## to Irag along with Halliburton and the Cheney family.

Yes Obama (and the U.S. military) got Bin Laden, and a host of other bad guys. So live with it Mr. Crystal and the next time you pick up a dictionary look up racist, and bigot. I am sure you will have no problem finding the words because your picture most likely will be next to both. Yes, liberal minded people love this country also. There are actually liberal minded people in the military, even some democrats and independents.

          • http://naver sook young

Why do you talk about Presidents Reagan and Bush when Obama is the president now? Why is it always Cheney and Haliburton? Did you know that Haliburton got its start under President Clinton when they went to Bosnia? We had no business going to Bosnia. I remember that France said it was a European problem, so why couldn’t President Clinton listen and keep our troops out of there? Obama and the military got Osama bin Laden? The military yes, but, I’m sorry, Obama did nothing to capture or kill Osama bin Laden. Osama had to use a kidney dialysis machine every other day or he would die. How do we know he didn’t die before this year? If it was Osama that died, why doesn’t he want the photos released showing he was killed? Why did they bury him at sea so quickly? If someone moves that quickly, I think it is because they made a mistake and they are trying to cover it up. Sorry Ron, but Obama and liberals are now good for this country now. Thank you.

Sook, how do we know John Kennedy is dead.? did you see that? I have no use for a draft dodger like Cheney who would send some one elses child off to war. By the way Sook how do you know Haliburton was in the Balkins? Are you sure. How many soliders died because Bush lied about WMDs are was that a real war. How do I know you are you. Oh, never mind

          • http://naver sook young

Sorry Ron, but the information used to go into Iraq was given to President Bush by our allies and President Clinton. Are you saying that they were lying to him? How do you know if Cheney dodged the draft? Can you please cite a source that proves what you say is true? As far as me bring me, that was immature and not worthy of my responding. You must be what they call a troll. Such people are very little people indeed. Thank you.

Jeri, I agree with you 100%. We have to get Lucifer out of the white house and get a good conservative president working for us. We must all pray and pray often that this happens or like you say we’re doomed!

    • Dagney

I have a little bit different take. Yes, things are dire right now. It feels like we’re on the precipice. However, THIS IS AMERICA. WE are AMERICANS. We cannot allow UN-American people destroy our country and I have faith in the American people. We will not let it happen. We have a lawless president apparently willing to do much outside the Constitution to further his ends. However, it didn’t take a short time to get to this point. It took about 100 years since Woodrow Wilson, our first REgressive president. It also won’t take a short time to get back to our REPUBLIC. The most dire thing right now is to remove Obama from office. It would do a lot of good for the moral of this country to watch an actual impeachment. However, with control of the senate in the hands of the communists, it’s not going to happen. So, Obama needs to be removed by election. And, he needs to be replaced with ANYONE who understands the constitution and states a desire to follow it. THERE IS NO PERFECT CANDIDATE. Any one of the candidates now running could beat Obama, because the country is fully awake. The people saying that if Ron Paul is not the candidate, they’ll stay home, are just as crazy as Obama. Go ahead, vote for Ron Paul in the primaries! If he convinces enough people to become the nominee, then great! If he doesn’t, YOU MUST GO AND VOTE FOR WHOEVER IS THE NOMINEE IF YOU LOVE THIS COUNTRY! If we don’t all go vote to ensure Obama is booted, no matter WHO THE CANDIDATE IS, then we will all get a further destroyed country. And, with Obama determined to destroy this country, giving him another four years may just be the last stake into the heart of this country. By not voting, you will be giving him the chance he wants. Go vote for the Anti-Obama and do it for the good of the country!
Whoever the anti-Obama is, they will not get this country turned around in one term. A lot will depend on their courage and their will. Nor, can they do it alone. More constitution-loving people need to enter public office and more of the communists in every level of government need to be removed. We also need the will to start prosecuting these criminals! We had a great start in 2010 in booting them. It’s going to take several terms of Constitution-loving presidents, senators, congress-people, and in our states and cities to fix this mess. This is going to take years. Halting the commies from taking this country into a huge REGRESSIVE slide is a BIG step. And, voting for anyone but a Democrat will be a good start. But, the time it takes to stop at your local voting booth in November 2012, even if the nominee is not your favorite will be worth it, don’t you think?

We trust by any candidate you can’t possibly mean Mrs. Schlickmeister, the hildebeast?

        • John

Of all the candidates running for president, Congressman Ron Paul is the best choice of all. I have no confidence in Rick Perry, and sure don’t want Mitt Romney for president. I have a question for you. How many Americans know or heard of George Washington’s Farewell Address? Ididn’t learn it from the American History Books I studied in high school and college. I learned it from The Spotlight which became the American Free Press. Washington said that we were not to have any favorite nations, no foreign entanglements, non-intervention abroad, and stay at home and mind our own business. In other words neutrality towards the rest of the world and put America First. Ron Paul wants to go by George Washington’s Farewell Address. He wants to audit and abolish the Federal Reserve, and get America out of the United Nations, and abolish the Income Tax and replace it with nothing. How can you beat a deal like that! Ron Paul is not telling this to get elected. Those are his personal convictions, and mine too.

  • Vic

Congress is conditioned to assume the President has, in his estimation, to believe the course he sets is right. They have never had to deal with an, obviously, evil man. Even Clinton, as amoral as he was, was never this bad.

  • AJ

Yes a change of just political horses in the white house isn’t going to help us we need a person of integrity there. Who will stand up to the NWO and their agenda.

    • Bus

AJ you hit it on the head. The corrupt leader is there because he is surrounded by corrupt politicians and put into place by corrupt, selfish, and/or stupid people, who listen only to half baked “news” stories by propoganda machines.
I’m afraid its going to take more than an election to get this country back on track. Keep your powder dry.

  • CJM

With our Constitutional checks and balance system, it appears that the current occupier of the Oval Office has been given greater power via a puppet-congress and corrupted us supreme court…with the liberals in the courts and congressmen afraid of their own shadows, it is no wonder that people believe the US Constitution has met its demise. However, there is still life in the Constitution AND the Declaration of Independence….the people will prevail.

  • Roy

Obama promised change. The change was running around to our enemies apologizing for being an American. The change was trying to friend our enemies like people friend people on Facebook. When he saw it not working, he decided what good ole George had done wasn’t so bad after all.
The difference in what Obama is doing and what George Bush did? When it is a “progressive liberal” doing it, it is called protection. The same thing done by a conservative is called by another name, aggression. To reasonable men and women, it is called intervention or prevention. Whether you’re a progressive liberal (Obama), or a war-mongering conservative (Bush), there are those times when intervention, or prevention, is necessary.
The sad part is the voices who cry foul when it is done by conservatives are silent when the same acts are perpetrated by progressive liberals. Bill Maher is a hypocritical, wannabe political pundit. The very system he renounces with such vigor has made him wealthy. His elitist attitude is okay now that he has earned his. As for the rest of us, throw us a bone and placate us.
Election 2012 is going to be the defining election in the history of our nation. True conservatives cannot compromise in 2012. We must insist on a return to conservative principles, and demand the Republican Party offer us a candidate whom embodies those principles if we are to remain an economic and military power in the 21st Century.

    • texastwin827

Roy, we ARE being offered a candidate within the Republican party, that embodies all the conservative attributes and the Republican Party and the media is doing all they can to keep him down (which isn’t working).

While all other straw polls (Iowa & Florida) have been used to sing the praises of the candidates that won them (Bachmann & Cain) don’t you find it odd that not one media source announced that Ron Paul won the Ohio Straw poll by 43%, this past weekend?

No big hoopla about how Ron Paul raised almost 2.3 million dollars in 24 hrs, either. No big hoopla about the fact that Ron Paul has received more donations of support from acitve duty military than ALL of the other candidates, including the president, combined.

The media does take the time to belittle Dr Paul’s foreign policy…ask yourself why? Because he believes our military should be protecting the United States, not conducting war or maintaining bases in countries that should be allowed to handle their own wars or protect their own countries. Why, pray tell, do we still have bases in England & Germany, who are fully capable of handling the protection of their own countries? Given the short time it takes us to deploy troops and equipment, it’s not like we couldn’t have them in those countries in a matter of a couple of weeks, if our allies need “back up”. We have them still there because it makes it easier to “interfere” with other countries.

What should concern all of us is how is Obama going to react, if he’s voted out of office. Are we suddenly going to be placed under military law (for our own good, of course)?

To be honest, I think the worst is yet to come. The one saving grace is that our military are now “seasoned combat veterans” and MANY do NOT like where this country is going. Most do not hesitate to let others know that their oath is to the Constitution, not to politicians.

      • weeble

i would just like to point out and correct one statement made here although it has nothing to do with the current topic of conversation,
texastwin, there are NO American bases in England and haven’t been for quite some while.

        • libertytrain

better check again, there are I believe 3 US Air Force bases. While many have shut down over the years and some are being shut down, there are still active duty posts/bases in Europe.

Perhaps the time has come when we realize that elections are a waste of time? More of the same ad infinitum. We make them our leaders and heroes and we become their slaves. That is a really disheartening thought but it seems that that is where we are headed. Really bad. Really bad. MAybe we now need a USA spring?

    • Jimrobo

Elections are not a waste of time, try living in a country without elections, like Woodrow wanted, or Castro, If we don’t take the time to rebel against such bypasses and trampling of the constitution by communist/Marxist minorities then we deserve what we get, GET MAD GET OUT DEMONSTRATE AND VOTE, Tell them every chance you get how you hate what they have done and are still doing to our country.

  • Disgusted

I want Ron Paul. He is the best candidate for the job and with his true belief in the Constitution I think he will have a positive impact. Granted with Congress and the Senate so corrupt his job will be difficult, but at least his head is in the right place….. the constitution!

Why do you talk about the perverbial “funny farm?” Are you trying to say an assylum? I see that you don’t understand the concept of what it is and what the patients go through everyday. I think Ron Paul has a good chance to win. That’s why I think the media is going after him so hard. Will he win? I do not know, but I hope he does. Right now anyone can beat Obama. The liberals are thinking about having someone run against him from his own party. Do you think this bodes well for Obama? I guess you must be a troll or someone that is immature and ill informed. Sounds to me like Ben is disappointed with all of the success on the war on terror Obama is having. It is about time we had a functional Commander in Chief and more than likely our country will be blessed with him for another four more years. When I look at that line up during the debates I think to myself “You have got to be kidding”.Ron Paul should have his own stage for awhile so he can be heard by everyone. The rest are idiots, especially Koch Cain (cocaine). No pun intended but he is a dope dangling on the strings of the Koch brothers.

Politics is a filthy game … what politician isn’t TWO FACED?
    Correct, not a one.
Obama sucks and takes Big Corporate Money from Wall Street like all of them do, to get re-elected, but at least he’s done a better job than Bush.
Under Obama’s administration, he got Osama Bin Laden, Ghadaffi (sp.) (without putting boots on the ground), and two other top towel headed terrorists, so to be fair, he’s done a good job on fighting terror. Now if we could just get him off his knees (apparently he’s pretty busy swallowing for Goldmann Sachs) he might amount to mediocre (its the new Great).
Want change? Occupy Wall Street type civil disobediance is a start.

    • http://naver sook young

Sorry, but you seem not to know what is going on in this country. Yes Obama is not a good president, but he has done a far worse job than President Bush. The War on Terror is not over yet, but Obama sends us into different places to fight. Some of them were not with the approval of the Senate or Congress, like Lybia. I found this prayer said by George Washington. Maybe they should try to get Obama to read it.

“Oh, eternal and everlasting God, direct my thoughts, words, and work. Wash away my sins in the immaculate blood of the Lamb and purges my heart by Thy Holy Spirit. Daily, frame me more and more in the likeness of Thy son, Jesus Christ, that living in Thy fear, and dying in Thy favor, I may in Thy appointed time obtain the resurrection of the justified unto eternal life. Bless, O Lord, the whole race of mankind and let the world be filled with the knowledge of Thee and Thy son, Jesus Christ.”

      George Washington

If more of our leaders today just said this simple prayer from the heart, our nation would be better and stronger than it is today. Thank you.

He is a stain of dishonor on this nations history.

In all sincerity the fraud and his supporters need to face the law, he needs to be impeached and his supporters, those who used a agenda to put him in office, investigation and prosecution. These recent scams such as the gun smuggling, the lack of credentials, a false SS# are all indicative of why impeachment maybe the tool but if he is a fraud and not a true sitting president, then he is nothing more than a common criminal involved in a major conspiracy to steal and lie.

As a Canadian, I am inclined to keep a close watch on what happens in the U.S. as it is our biggest trading partner as well as the fact that I have a lot of family there. What boggles my mind and that of so many other Canadians is this:

If the Constitution was written to protect Americans from alien and domestic enemies and people are aware of that, then why is it that so many people are not looking into what this ROn Paul has to say, because he is the only candidate that has continuously lived his life by the Constitution and is the champion of freddom and liberty. It is clear that this guy in no politician, but a leader and a free thinker, which is what made America great. Have the American people become such wussies that they are unable to take care of themselves and need gov’t to wipe their butts at every corner?

It boggles the mind to think that Americans are afraid of taking responsibility for their own lives anymore, and this will be the downfall of America. Not the gov’t, not the lobbyists, but the electorate. They seem dumbed-down to the oint where they have become slaves of their own inability to seek out the truth.

Indeed, we are perplexed up here but we still hold the hope that Americans will indeed realize that ther eis only one person who is totally in line with what made America great, which was freedom, liberty and a small gov’t.

If RP does not meet with your needs, we would gladly have him up here. No doubt that this guy is perfectly sane and correct in his thinking. Why would he not be? He lives by the constitution? Unless you as a people think that the document is wrong and does not protect you, why would RP be wrong?

    GL to you all.

      • texastwin827

Dale, he just turned 76 and is an extremely healthy 76!

Learn something about the man. Ron Paul does NOT participate in Congress’ pension plan nor does he vote Yay when they pass themselves a raise. He also returns his unused $$ from his operating budget for his staff. What other politician does that?

    • texastwin827

Don, don’t listen to our media. Ron Paul, you know the man that the media says isn’t an electable candidate, raised over 8 Million dollars in the quarter ending in Sept. His recent “Blackout” money bomb raised 2.3 Million dollars in 24 hours. HIS donations come from Americans, not big Corporations. The media doesn’t broadcast that Ron Paul receives more donations from active duty military than all the other candidates, including the President, COMBINED, do they?

While they touted Bachmann, then Cain, as a “Major Candidate” after they won the Iowa & Florida Straw polls…what have you seen in the media that told you Ron Paul won the Ohio Straw Poll, this past weekend, by garnering 43% of the total vote? Nothing. They also didn’t mention that Bachmann barely beat Ron Paul in Iowa.

In Sept, CNN did an “obama vs….” poll. Did you see anyone other than CNN, telling you that “In a hypothetical matchup between Paul and Obama, the president holds a four point margin, 51 percent to 47 percent.” This is a man that the media INGORES and he can still come with 4 point margin of beating Obama?! Imagine what he might do if he actually ever got any real media coverage!

    • John

Don, our Canidian friend hit the target dead center. The Canidians know quality when they see it. I’m afraid the American People in general are brainwashed by the news media, and unable to do any thinking for themselves. What a shame! Ron Paul has the quality and they don’t see it. Ron Paul is pro life, pro freedom, pro Constitution, and for a small limited government. Isn’t that what the United States of America is all about? Ben Franklin said in his day. “Where freedom dwells, that is my country.”

This vile and or incendiary talk has increased since the Wall Street
Demonstrations. Why? Is it because the Right Wing knows they will loose the next election! Or is because of their inability to field a candidate that could run and defeat Obama. None of the candidates
running stand a chance of winning or defeating Obama unless they can
convince the American people of unification by creating jobs instead
of destroying this country. As it stands now we are extremely close
to finacial ruin. I know most of you have jobs now but, think about it
a moment; what would you do if your bank shut-down and you lost your
job in short order? Only a small percentage of Americans could make it
under the above circumstances without help. This is not some way out prediction as some may surmise but a very real possibility. Could you or your family survive? We need to give thought to the lesser of two
evils as a consequence. Resorting to character assassination of any of
the candidates would not be productive at this point unless you subscribe to the biased media of which I don’t.
We need to remember The Wall Street Demonstrators have a Constitutional right as long as its’ peacefull. I spent 4 year in the U.S. Marine Corp defending this very right!

The demonstrators have the right to an Orderly Demonstration . . . . they have absolutely no Right to camp out in a Private Park or live on city streets.
Every time someone sticks a microphone in the face of these folks . . . it is an testament to the Lack of Education in the USA.

      • Bob

Dale, Have you ever thought about being a Demonstrater? This is
a very humiliating experience to say the least. Practically every
state and city has laws that require you to keep moving, no sitting, or lying down, no littering or cigarette butts, no defficating or urinating just to mention few. How about doing this in rain storms
or snow. These people were not be allowed to leave a mess as you
and many others were told by the totally biased media. The only
reason they are still allowed to stay in the park is because of
an agreement between them and the NYC Mayor

        • http://?? Joe H.

          Bob,
Guess again. These perps only started cleaning up when they were threatened with arrest, eviction and JAIL TIME!!! There have been pictures of some of them crapping on police cars, pissing in the streets openly, exposing themselves to passersby, including children. some of these people are scum!

    • Dale on the left coast

Close to financial ruin . . . why is that Bob? Because your hero has spent this country into oblivion in 3 short years.
Govt does not create jobs . . . but it can sure destroy jobs . . . eg: Comm Reinvestmnet Act (created housing bubble), EPA out of control (CO2 myth), Bailouts, Fwank and Dodds complex regulations and of course Obambi-care, soon to cost Trillions.
Nobody will invest in the US as long as all this nonsense is in place.
Who could defeat the “O” . . . just about anybody with 3 functioning brain cells who can read the US Constitution . . . that the current administration has flushed!!!

      • eddie47d

The lack of regulations helped bring our financial sectors down. Our country is losing because China is willing to pour trillions into their economy and there are other countries doing the same. Our Corporates worry more about padding their golden parachutes than defending America. All the wars in the Middle East also send suitors packing in not wanting to invest in America. No one wants to hang around with the neighborhood bully who could drag them into these conflicts.

        • Dale on the left coast

Lack of regulations??? You mean like eliminating qualifications for mortgages . . . Comm Reinvestment Act. You mean like allowing Banks to venture into the investment realm by eliminating Glass/Stegal. This all happened in the 90′s eddie . . . during the Klinton regeme.
Then as the Trillions of worthless mortgages built up, Bush 43 actually tried to reign in F&F . . . but Fwank and Dodd fought to keep the sttus quo. Fwand in charge of Fannie/Freddie and Dodd chairman of the Banking Oversite Committed and SEC.
Bills guy Reins made off with 90 million from F&F, while they bundled morgages into Derivitives and had Wall Street fence them all over the world. The Dimmicraps own this mess!!!

          • eddie47d

Your so cleaver Dale. You left out the fact that Glass-Steagall was introduced in the Senate by R- Phil Gramm and in the House R- Jim Leach and pushed by Wall Street. The bill passed by a Republican majority 54-44 in the Senate and 343-86 in the House.I’m sure Clinton could have vetoed it but it was passed by such a wide margin that he really didn’t have much choice for the Republicans were ready to bring it up again. One more instant were Republicans set up America where they said it wouldn’t hurt the economy. Another thing you over looked is that Glass-Steagall was put in place in 1933 by a Democrat to keep the banksters back then from shafting the public. They shafted us anyway back then but that regulation did help in the long run. About the only thing you got right is how Freddie and Fannie didn’t stop the hemorrhaging.Beyond that I think the Republicans had plenty to do with it.

“Govt does not create jobs ”

Well Dale . you need to speak to Dick Perry then, 60% of all the jobs that he’s been brags about creating where government jobs and the remaining 40% came with a paper hat!

The author is way off base with his arrogant analysis. Obama is hardly acting bloodthirsty which was a terrible choice of words from him. He ought to make those comments to the commentators on the right who want to turn the Middle East into a sheet of glass and/or kill them all. Now that is blood lusting. Maybe Ben got into Robert’s stash of Jack Daniels and can’t tell the difference between fact and fiction. One thing is that G Bush was criticized by few in striking the Taliban and al Qaeda in Afghanistan.Things did sour when he invaded Iraq and he took his eye off the prize (Bin Laden). He lost his mojo and didn’t have a clear picture of how to handle that war. Thus he was accused of war crimes. Ben would make a terrible historian but there would be plenty of fiction if he did. Now if Ben wants to bring Obama up on criminal war crimes then he’ll have to renounce his agreeing with the killing of Bin Laden and al Awlaki for his case would go up in smoke.

Watch this video eddie . . . the Brotherhood is living among us . . . 3 in the WH . . . and they are named!!!
If you never watch another video, please watch this one. The speaker is an Indian Muslim who is warning us to wake up. He has tremendous courage and pulls no punches on what is happening with Islamic fascism. Make sure you listen to the end of the tape where he says we now have three members of the Muslim Brotherhood in the White House (and names them).

He is elderly and in a wheel chair recovering from cancer treatments. Perhaps that’s why he has the courage to speak out. This is probably one of the most important messages of our day.

I believe we WON in Iraq eddie . . . and now the Bamster is giving it away . . . 2nd largest oil reserves in the world (I thought Bush took them) . . . Trump says the Iranians will take over in a few months after we leave . . . Trump called the move by the pres “Stupid” . . . I have to agree!!!

      • eddie47d

So then you are agreeing that we can invade other nations for oil? That we can keep these endless wars going for economic advantages. So are you for or against these Middle East Wars and do they secure the USA. Trump can say anything he wants and yes Iran supported the Shiite uprising when Saddam was in power so it is obvious they still could be interested. They could also be harbouring visions of revenge from their loss in the Iran-Iraq war. I bet Russia has visions of putting back the Soviet Empire someday but I don’t have a crystal ball to prove that. I don’t believe we can keep these wars going because some political wanna be’s (like Trump and Romney) want to score points. We should keep our defenses strong at home and exit as best as we can from the Middle East. That is why we have these continual wars because there is always someone willing to jump on these politicians coattails. Ron Paul has the right idea so where do you really stand?

        • 45caliber

          eddie:

I do NOT agree we are invading other nations for oil. We never get any of it. Instead, it is given/sold to France, Germany, and other countries. I really doubt that we would have invaded to get THEM oil, but then, I could be wrong. I’m willing to listen if you have any proof. Of course, for a lib that is hard to come by, isn’t it?

          • eddie47d

There’s a financial incentive for every country to go to war. Whether oil, land, food, mining or like Genghis Khan just for the heck of it.

          • http://?? Joe H.

            eddie,
Or like nobrainer going to war because he wants and doesn’t need ANYBODYS permission to do it??

          • 45caliber

And our politicians have that incentative – but it isn’t oil. It is to turn the people’s attention away from what they are doing in Washington.

      • Thinking About

It was common knowledge Iraq was keeping watch over Iran. I doubt This information was considered before the US invaded Iraq so to wake up today and decide we might have made a bad decision is late in the game. Instead of all this fussing about moves being made today does not fix anything and to blame the Dems for all the problems does not correct any problems. It is either we work together and pull the cart out of the ditch or accept the consequences. Now which will it be.

    • eddie47d

You are good at changing the subject Dale. Now is that like a few of you saying there are 80 communists in the halls of Congress? Which is for the most part a fabrication but it sounds sooooo good to all of you in spreading bile. I really don’t like your implication that I want a Muslim government or Sharia Law even though that is the way you stated your comment.I do believe all American Muslims deserve the same rights as any other citizen. Our Constitution doesn’t exclude Muslims,Mormons,Protestants or anyone else based on race color or creed yet some of you keep trying to make it so.

    Can a looser win?

We have an unruly army loose in the streets of our cities looking for a General to lead them. Could this be the army that Obama was talking about in 08? The most articulated community organizer has expressed his unofficial approval of understanding the frustrations of a mob that has many excuses for their actions. It seems the mobs biggest quest is the movement to spread the wealth. Let me see! Who started that movement? The politicians in Washington are keeping their mouths shut while the Wall Street mobs are drafting more couch potatoes and educated leftists from our liberal teaching institutions. The students have said that they should not be forced to pay back their government education loans. Everything should be free and the rich should be paying for it. Obama says the rich are not paying their fair share and the flea baggers want a full share. The politicians will not interfere with the unlawful siege in fear that the mob will turn on them and take their mobs to the streets of Washington D.C. The politicians are off the hook and Wall Street is paying for their sins. The Unions have teamed up with the American Communist Party and are passing out printed propaganda in the streets. Obama’s support has hit rock bottom and the only visible support is in the form of a mob. America must be on the guard and fortify against an unruly mob that could be planning on wearing matching shirts. When that day comes Obama will pin Stars on his collar. This movement could be the change that Obama was looking for and it has a danger of turning into a civil war because the majority will not be forced to give up what they have worked and fought for all their lives. The banner of (Don’t tread on me!) is still alive in America. Let’s make sure the looser stays a looser and let’s put a winner in the Whitehouse.

The adversarial nature of modern politics make it a requirement.

        Dumb as well as BLIND!!

        • bob wire

From a man as smart as a sack of hammers that could be considered a nice compliment Joe.

It’s each one of us job to control ourselves in how we react to things.

This notion of “someone” making you react in a negative fashion won’t stand up to the light of day or a court of law. You’re thoughts belong to you and they are your responsibility. It’s not for someone else to decide how you think and fell. It’s not mine or Obama’s job to make you happy or sad. That’s all up to you.

America dodged a bullet when McCain lost his bid for office and we’ve been dodging bullets ever since.

I feel quite certain any administration he could have put together would find us a lesser nation today. Both in the eyes of the world community and it’s own citizens. As to this very day he criticizes the president for honoring his promise to bring military action to a close in Iraq. It was a war that should have never been fought and simple misfortune that Chaney found them hiding American oil under their sand.

Much of what Angel speaks of in her posting below, the current administration had little or nothing to do with and was left only to guided it to it’s final conclusion in the most effective way possible.

Where I once saw dark clouds gathering, the sun now shines, where old men once ruled crazed with the wealth of oil and felt they could do as they so pleased, there is now two less standing.

Allowing the Libyan people to choose their own brand of “poison” concern me little. They can stand with the league of civilized nations and prosper as a nation or do something else. Where they enjoy driving camels or chevy’s is no skin off my nose. As long as terror is not an “export” they can make their nation a big “cat box” if it suits them. They can turn the Suez into a huge water park.

To think they might somehow become something other then Muslims and Arabs in their transition goes well beyond wishful things. They should know by now with wealth comes power, position and responsibilities. How they are welcomed and greeted by the world community should offer the guidance required.

Maybe we should all ask Glen Beck how to proceed, if Angel is right.

I have to seriously agree with you Ben about the assassination of Gaddafi, if this is permissible & so-called gotten away with in a Foreign country, how easy would it be for that to be done here._Blood thirsty & thuggish_ is also right! This year alone, three foreign leaders, Mubarak Egypt, Osama Bin Laden(tongue in cheek), I say he has died many times since 9/11) and now Gaddafi. I’m not sure what more evidence is needed to prove an insurrection with the MB is at hand, and that G. Beck has been spot on about the middle east.
I still see a lot of Lefty comments about the race of our President and how we Conservatives can’t handle a black President. That simply tells me the Left is getting scared and has nothing more to go on, except to rely on the “Occupy” Protests, slander, name calling, TSA in Tennessee with random stops (of which I think is an off shoot of Obama’s civilian army he spoke of)and the ALL of the news media in they’re pockets including Fox. You can call Beck and Bob L. and the rest who try and make the truth known whatever you want, but all anyone needs to do is to look around at society anymore it doesn’t take long to realize, there is something deeply wrong and getting worse.

“I still see a lot of Lefty comments about the race of our President and how we Conservatives can’t handle a black President. That simply tells me the Left is getting scared and has nothing more to go on,”

You see that a lot do ya? ~ and if so, how does that relate to having nothing more to “go on”?

“Go on” what? and where or what is the “scare”, ~ or fear? Afraid of what?

That the GOP to date has failed to offer a clearly popular electable candidate and conservative camps are divided into three distinct and separate ways. That the only solution for jobs is what it always has been, less taxes. No one is addressing jobs except from the spending side.

And you believe that you smell fear Angel? I don’t know what you are smelling but it’s not fear ` sorry Angel.

I wish that the whole world was white like me Angel, ~ do you know why Angel? It doesn’t have anything to do with fear, it doesn’t have anything to do with race or with bias.
If every one was the same color there would be no more time wasted thinking and talking about it. If only it might kill “race’ as an issue, we could save ourselves a lot of time.

Having one less thing to offer conflict, we could be left to argue over hair color or being right or left handed or which church was the best church.

Be careful what you say about Obama, he’ll have you whacked for sure.
You’ll just be considered a threat to national security, no trial, no hearing, no nothing, here today, gone tomorrow, and no one will give the.

as usual the right wing resorts to juvenile name calling when you cannot come up with facts to support your wacko ideas. When are republicans going to grow up?Of the what, 500 republcans who are running for the nomination all appear to be mentally defective in some way. If you want to talk about idiots how about Herman Cain? The man has foot in mouth desease. I am surprised he can talk at all around all those toes in his mouth. Do not take the high ground you jerk. You will fall off and crack your head open at the bottom on the bones of your useless opinions.
