That is great! A perfect way to wake those ignorant Liberal students to reality.

What delicious irony! Watching these young socialist squirm is priceless. It’s obvious these droids programing does not cover this conflict. While we speak they are probably receiving a software update which will allow them to spin this in a manner that will make perfect sense to a liberal.

Sounds OK to me ! I’ll sign ! They should redistribute the GPAs of the higher achievers, especially if they agree with Prez Obama’s philosophy. So let’s say you have a 4.00, you would redistribute about 10% of that to a lower student who has a 1.6 gpa – they would then get a 2.00 gpa and graduate.

If you have a 3.6 gpa because of this you would need to study extra harder to set the curve. Back in my college days I had a friend who had a a 4.00. He would go into a class of and set THE CURVE SO HIGH THAT EVERYONE ELSE WOULD FAIL !!!!! The Professor would re-adjust the grading curve based on the 2nd highest student. Technically my friend (I call him Mr. Four Point Oh) had a grade in excess of 4.00 ……

So this plan is feasible, those smarter students will just have to work harder and set the curve … and stop being lazy and gliding thru !!! HEh HEH HA HA ! Stop being “thelfish” you smart students ! Help out the ones who have a average IQ ….

It is certainly ironic that you put up a video that displays your ignorance so graphically. Of course, I’m sure that is lost on all of your “true believers,” so I’ll explain.

There is a big difference between students who achieve high grades and corporations and their executives that rig the marketplace so they can rip off consumers and people who actually work for a living.

I earned my mpney, I’ll keep. I guess it’s ok when it comes to money, but not grades. Your a fool

You have fallen prey to a classic cliche of socialism: “tax the rich to care for the poor.” The video challenges this in a very clever and entertaining way. Unfortunately, the you and these students have been brainwashed by modern economics and the media.

What you fail to realize is that increasing tax brackets on the wealthy discourages them from making investments in new business that will result in higher income and therefore higher taxes. That may be lost on you, so I’ll explain.

If you increase taxes on the wealthy, any gains from investing in new business are so small–due to increased taxes–that they choose not to invest at all.

Consequently, they remain at status quo. But the new businesses are never realized, along with new jobs and increased revenue for suppliers. Multiply this hundreds of times and everyone loses. Everyone but the wealthy who remain at status quo.

You assume that the wealthy will continue to invest and raise their level of income. But that would not happen; why should they, only to lose the lion’s share to increased taxes?

Again, I might have lost you, so let me explain using the GPA metaphor. Taking GPA away from excelling students and giving it to those with low grades won’t encourage excellence and initiative.

On the contrary, everyone will stop striving for high grades. Why do all that hard work, only to have it given away? Why strive for high grades when I can coast and get a handout to graduate? (Why invest in new business only to have that income taken by higher taxes?)

The poor students assume the excellent students will continue work hard. But they will lose initiative–just like the wealthy. And everyone loses.

Taxing the rich to feed the poor is a bad idea–so is taking GPA from excellent students and giving it to failing students. It’s the same concept, but the students have been brainwashed and fail to see the reality.

Bravo to these AMERCIAN way of life students that made this video! Too bad that these liberal students cannot see their hypocracy. I’ve been pecking away at my Bachelors degree for 25 years. If I had these jackasses way with the redistribution of wealth (meaning if I had the Socialist Liberals thinking regarding grades), I could have not concerned myself with keeping a high GPA and just took a bunch of classes and graduated by now. Wait, if I had done that, then I may make more money and they would want to take that away from me … Crap, I spent the last 25 years of my life in the service and most of it was away from home in the field or out a sea while during most of this time our country has been in conflict. You liberals are welcome for my sacrafice and the sacrifice of my brothers. Keep you Socialist/Communist paws off of my wallet, out of my bank account, out of my life, and while you are at it, get out of my country!
