Perry To Give Speech Signaling Presidential Intentions

Perry To Give Speech Signaling Presidential Intentions

On Saturday, Texas Governor Rick Perry will give a speech from South Carolina, in which he will make clear his intention to seek the Republican nod for the 2012 Presidential nomination, CNN reported.

“Perry is not expected to make a formal campaign announcement on Saturday in Charleston, but people familiar with the planning say that Perry’s speech to the RedState Gathering, a convention of conservative activists, will erase any doubt about his presidential ambitions,” the article read. “A formal declaration of candidacy is expected sometime before Labor Day, but Perry’s advisers have not revealed a specific announcement date.”

The previously undeclared Perry has enjoyed high name recognition and favorability among Republicans and Republican-leaning Independents, according to Gallup. In fact, as of July 18-31, the dates covered by the above poll, Perry was ranked with businessman Herman Cain for having the highest overall Positive Intensity Scores: “If they could hold these while becoming better known, they could become formidable challengers for the nomination — a goal that seems more achievable for Perry because of his already strong positioning on the GOP ballot.”

Perry, the Nation’s longest-serving Governor, could garner support from other GOP Governors, who have signaled that they want to back a candidate with governing experience. In addition, Perry “initiated” a prayer rally on Saturday, called “The Response,” which one blogger called “surely one of the most egregiously sectarian and transparently partisan” prayer rallies in history, but the event will certainly please evangelical voters.

At least one Texas columnist has made an early attempt to quell would-be comparisons between Perry and another former Texas Governor-turned Presidential candidate, George W. Bush: “Don’t assume that because Bush and Perry served together in the Capitol, or because they’re both Republican Texans who wear boots, the two men have a lot in common. They don’t.”

“When Perry ran for lieutenant governor, in 1998, Bush’s camp wanted everyone on the ticket to run positive races; the Perry team defied the order, and ever since, relations have been frosty,” the article read. “There is one other critical difference. Bush lost his first race, for Congress. Perry has won every race he’s ever run.”

He would probably do better as an evangelist instead of a President. In any case, he will not have the backing to beat Obama. We are stuck with this imposter it would seem and the Republicans do not offer a suitable alternative. We definitely do not want anymore of the same.
We need an about turn with a real leader at the helm – no more rhetoric and false promises – just some real integrity from a real person. Any idea’s anyone? The question is really; “does such a person exist and if so, where is that person? We should have learnt by now that our previous choices have been sorely misguided, so it is natural to be cynical about all the candidates ( sorry – I meant puppets)

Ron Paul. Many people know. Check out his website and his voting record. He has voted consistently for over 20 years. The Federal Reserve is NOT a division of the US Government. It is run by Wallstreet and international banking elites. Read for yourself and then tell others.

Hey the French did one thing right, well kind of, perhaps that cycle has come back.

After all whats broken in DC can’t be fixed with the tool kit we now have at our disposal. Perhaps after the fixing we can get it right this time for longer than 235 years.
But saddly the progressives plan will have to be explored to be certain of such an outcome, and how sad is that?

Afterall is going backwards 5000 years really progressing?

He seems like a nice man , but he’s a progressive globalist if you look at his record…much like Romney. If the Republican Blue-blooded elites
think I’ll bite the bullet for him or any other RINO,think again.Let the Dems divide over O and Hillary but don’t piss on my leg and tell me it’s raining.Quit letting the liberal media cartel tell us who to nominate so that they can campaign against us. No more Bush clones or CIA Manchurian canidates. How about a Constitutionalist for a CHANGE.

“Texas Gov. Rick Perry (R) presented legislation for consideration this week in the ongoing 82nd Texas Legislature, First Called Session that would ban intrusive TSA pat-downs.”

“The bill passed the Texas House unanimously in the general session in May and was poised to pass the Senate when a letter from U.S. Attorney John E. Murphy threatening to shut down air travel in the Lone Star State scared Texas senators into backing down. ”
    http://thehill.com/blogs/pundits-blog/state-a-local-politics/167515-perry-adds-tsa-bill-to-special-session

Then Perry killed this Bill which would stand up for your 4th Amendment right… like a coward, until a new Bill was presented and passed, which replaced “probable cause” with “reasonable suspicion”, which basically destroyed your 4th Amendment right when it comes to the TSA.

Do the research on every possible presidential candidate. He is a weasel, and not fit to be the leader of a free people, any more than Bachmann.

Why is there never any articles on Ron Paul, on this so-called ‘personal liberty’ website?

Perry is NOT to be trusted. He fully supports the NAFTA Super Highway, and is a globalist. Also he attended the last Bilderberg meeting where I am sure he promised to dance to their tune. If you are not familiar with the Bilderberg group and the role they play in American and world politics, please do a little research. The Bilderbergs along with members of groups like the Trilateral Commision, Council on Foreign Relations, Bohemian Grove, and Skull and Bones have a common agenda. They are mostly comprised of super rich well connected people who want to control the earth’s resources. They believe the earth cannot sustain its current population growth, so they have banded together to find “solutions” to our problems. One “solution” supported by these people is depopulation. You see they want all of the earth’s resources for themselves, so they are trying to play God by thinking they can decide who lives or dies. They also believe in eugenics. I used to think this was just conspiracy theory, but I decided to do some research. To my utter dismay, I found much to support their existence. They have persons on both sides of the political debate doint their bidding, so don’t think that just because someone runs on the republican ticket that they are conservative or christian or care about whether you live or die. Newt Gingrinch is also a member. So were the Bushes. (Also most if not all of the royal families of Europe are members) And of course Obama is. Check it out for yourself. Read books like “Brotherhood of Darkness”, “The Creature From Jekyll Island”, and it will all come together. The beginning of this evil group started with the creation of the Federal Reserve where the super rich got together and decided to form a cartel. We CANNOT elect another puppet from this group and expect to survive as a nation.

Ron Paul 2012!!! Defeat The NWO Banksters & There Pupets……..

If you want the world’s most powerful globalists, the Bilderbergs, choosing the President of the United States again – Rick Perry is your candidate.

When Perry graduated from high school, he went to West Point. When he graduated W.P., he served one hitch and got out of the Army. He then became a preacher. Then he became a politician on the Democrat side. Then he became a Republican. yada yada yada.

However, he is pushing UN Agenda 21/Sustainable Development off on the citizens of Texas and he is able to do it because no one knows what it is all about. The U.S. signed off on the Agenda 21 treaty down in Rio. Since then, it has been instituted in 544 American communities. It gets passed by city councils and county commissions because they don’t do their homework to find out what it really is, and those who attend these commissions’ meetings don’t speak out against it. If YOU don’t know what it is, google it, then read it and weep.

We do NOT want Perry as the POTUS. We already have BHO and Hillary working on all kinds of UN treaties that the Senate will never see. They are attempting to subvert our sovereignty to the UN under a one-world government and they are working toward gutting the Constitution, especially the Second and Fourth Amendments. Perry is another of their ilk. Remember, he was a Democrat before he was a Republican. That kinda makes me think he’s a RINO.

Do not vote for Perry. Several of you who have commented before me have hit the nail right smack on the head: Patriot Diva, Dan, Mike, R F A, more. Pass the word – DO NOT VOTE FOR PERRY!
