Another good one Ben, fellow patriot. If that is how Michael Moore really looks, then I guess that he would be the poster boy for an ad stressing the use of birth control. Yes, let’s tax the rich libs and then our government would have some spending money. FOR GOD AND COUNTRY!

    • Al Sieber

I’ll second that, lets tax the rich libs and communists like George Soros.

      • http://deleted Claire

Don’t forget to tax the Koch Brothers. I think the “backers” of both parties are in it for themselves. I will repeat myself–these “backers” are the people that want to “rule” America and all Americans. The politicians and the elected politicians are merely following orders.

        • Donald

          Right On!

        • PJMcK1954

It’s true that probably most, if not all, of the “backers” of both the Conservatives and the Liberals are in it for themselves.
It just seems that the Conservatives are getting attacked more thatn the Liberals.
I would love to see the Liberals get, at the very least, their fair share of demonization.
After all, the Liberals have ruined this nation.

          • Side Winder

            Liberals have ruined this nation?

Playing party politics is not only Old School, outdated and obsolete, it only serves to play into the hands of the major political parties that use a Divide and Conquer strategy against the general public.

I think it would be more accurate to say that BOTH parties have ruined this nation, as BOTH parties serve corporate interests, and not your interests.

I predicted over a year ago, that if the grassroots movement known as the Tea Party were to join with the Republican Party, if the Tea Party were to get into bed with those corporate whores, the Republicans, that would be the end of the Tea Party.

I was told by a poster on this site, that the Tea Party is taking over the Republican party.

Well, we can see how that went for them can’t we? They were totally co opted.

My advise concerning the Occupy Wall Street bunch….just let them do their thing. They have not been co opted yet. They may be disorganized, they may be targeting the wrong institution, but I am seeing some signs that at least some of them are starting to get it with their End the Fed signs.

            And JC further down….
many of you people cannot see the forest through the trees.
You keep blaming liberals for all our problems…thats as bad as liberals blaming conservatives for all our problems.

The problem is that BOTH parties are bought and paid for by corporate America. More people than ever before are beginning to realize this. When is the light bulb going to go on?

I just cannot believe the ignorance by some posters on this site.

To claim the liberals are solely responsible for ruining this country is to willfully turn a blind eye to all the abuses that have occurred under the Republicans. What kind of damage has the Patriot Act done to our Bill of Rights? Thank you George Bush….
Using Executive Order, Bush raised the Executive Branch to a level that was above the law.

You also turn a blind eye to the fact that Bush era financial regulators turned a blind eye to all the corruption in the lending industry, despite FBI warnings of rampant corruption. No one saw fit to regulate the Credit Default Swap game…and as a result, we also see how that turned out.

Are you happy with our current economic situation?
You are totally kidding yourself if you think this was a result of Obama taking office.

          • Kate8

sidewinder – Yes, both parties have played a part in the ruin of this nation.

However, it was the Democrat party that was first infiltrated by communists back in the 60s, with their promise that they would not have to use military force to conquer us, but would do it from within. They would take over, first, the Democrat party (which they did), and then infiltrate the Right (which they have).

They would also infiltrate every institution, which they have.

          • http://naver samurai

Right On Kate8. Keep up the good fight, fellow patriot! FOR GOD AND COUNTRY!

P.S. Maybe we need another Joe McCarthy to come to Washington.

          • Kate8

samurai – Yes, the much demonized (by the Left) McCarthy. Back then it was TREASON to be a communist in America. If it weren’t for McCarthy, the communist takeover back then might have succeeded.

Today, we have no one who will stand up against the communists, except for, perhaps, Ron Paul. I’m sure there are several reasons for this, including fear of being demonized like McCarthy was (clever of the commies to have set this up), and fear for their careers and lives.

After years of propaganda and indoctrination, we now have a young population who has listened to the communist lies, and has not learned the truth about what really happens under this type of tyranny. All they see is the promise of having what they want without having to work for it…but we know that this, too, is a big lie. Of course, they will be told that we must first rid society of those who are too old, too disabled, and who disagree. And, of course, how they must confiscate all land and property.

          • http://naver samurai

You are very right Kate8, fellow patriot. Just look at how our college campuses and public schools are today. Also, if you mention anything about religion, Christianity, or our Christian founding, they try to argue about our country having religious freedom (Which I do agree with), but freedom of religion is a God given right. Never to be taken away from the people ecept by God himself. Communism and socialism are very much against religion and tend to make meetings, praying, worship services, etc., illegal and sometimes punishable by death or imprisonment (Like they are doing to ministers in China and the Middle East.). They also preach this false belief of equality and freedom of choice nonsense. Though freedom of choice is written in the Constitution, they believe in a different definition of what that actually means. It actually is the doctrine of free will and the freedom to choose. Which means, “Do you believe in God and serve him yes or no?” They have this insane idea that people can do what they want, no matter what. Well, this is a lie. We have laws, moral, and ethics that dictate how we should do things in public and at home.

Today, in the name of “equality” and “political correctness” the basic liberty to love and worship God – the God of the Holy Bible – is being undermined. A vocal minority has undertaken a mission to rewrite history and force all Americans to live in a society without the God of our forefathers and without the freedoms that they acknowledged and declared God granted us.

“If we ever forget that we are a nation under God, then we will be a nation gone under.”

            Ronald Reagan

There are many of these “individuals” on this site. One day they will wake up and find out they were wrong. FOR GOD AND COUNTRY!

          • Karolyn

Samurai – I just don’t understand how you can maintain that yours is the only true religion when there are others that are older and whose members claim the same thing? What of people in tribes who haven’t even been discovered yet? They are there in the South American jungle. Are they damned?

          • http://naver samurai

Wrong again Karolyn. I never said my faith or religion is the only one, but what I’ve said is true and cannot be disproven? I gave the sources I use, but I don’t know if it passed moderation.

I also have many factual books at my disposal.

I purposely kept out some of the “.”, so as not to face moderation. I think you get the gist. FOR GOD AND COUNTRY!

P.S. Yes I have heard about finding tribes/people that live in the Amazon Rainforest. There are also missionaries that trek into these areas.

          • Kate8

Karolyn – The very essence of faith is that one believes the truth of that in which he places that faith. If you believe that other beliefs are no better nor worse than yours, then that, I submit, is not really faith.

That being said, because one believes their faith is true, that doesn’t mean you still can’t accept that others believe differently, and respect their right to their own faith.

What it boils down to is that we all have the right to believe whatever we believe, and respect that others are accountable for their own beliefs, true or untrue.

          • http://naver samurai

Well said Kate8. FOR GOD AND COUNTRY!

          • J.Spencer

There is no Conservative and no liberal. There are just words and slogans to keep us apart. It is spewed out to you and me by garbage such as this and then whatever side you have been force fed to believe in you will scream from. Step outside your box Americans we have real issues to deal with and they are not about Michel Moore or this clown above. Go to the source and a place we can all agree. Dismantling the Federal Reserve would be a good place to start. You’re not cows stop being led like one. The tea party movement was Co-opted. Interestingly enough it was started by someone demonstrating against Wall Street and the the bank bailouts. Stop with the name calling this is not a football game it is about looking at the structures that have been desinged to fail us and suck us dry and dismanteling them. The Fed would be a good place to start.

        • AJ

Yes our polititians and elected officials are merely Puppets!

    • denniso

So, the tea party getting together around the country w/ their guns tagging along is good…people protesting the abuses, greed and corruption of our financial sector, and the loss of good paying jobs while the rich get richer, is bad?? How is it that you people support the richest and most powerful while denigrating those who can’t find a job,or have taken huge pay cuts to keep one???

      • Al Sieber

        Take the day off.

      • JC

Listen up denniso, (ya dipstick) the Tea Party is all about returning to MORAL CONSTITUTIONAL VALUES…you know, the ones that would make liberal parasites responsible for themselves. That alone would kill half the corruption in this country and it’s only the beginning…
No wonder you commie rats are running scared. LOL

        • F86

No one in the t-party wants anything to do with the U.S. Constitution.
It contains far too many guarantees of liberty, privacy, and religous freedom for your corporate owners.

          • dwright77

Reply to F86…..Who do you believe does ascribe to the constitution and in what way?

          • F86

Good question. Since it is a document that outlines the limits of power that the government has over the citizenry, it is obvious that few of our politicans, including the t-party caucus, subscribe to the letter or spirit of the U.S. Constitution. It is also obvious that some of our uber wealthy citizens feel they can buy their way around it. For those that can’t it is alternately withheld from them or used as a weapon against them. A shame, because they have also contributed their blood to keep this nation and it’s constitution strong

          • Vieteravet

When the 40+% who don’t pay taxes, start paying their share, then they can raise taxes on the rich!

          • Kate8

F86 – You need to stop listening to Obama and Pelosi.

A return to the Constitution in both spirit and law is exactly what the TeaParty folks want.

Just what is it they want that you would say such a thing? Lower taxes? You don’t think Americans pay enough?

          • http://naver samurai

Too much kool aid on a daily basis. Now be a good little boy/girl, take your paycheck, go home, and go play in the street. This sounds like your mentality. If we got back to the ways we were founded on the Constituion and our Christian founding, many of the libs we have now would be out of a job. I guess you want us to be a socialist state. This would mean the overturning of the welfare state, which has never been authorized by our Constitution. Are you currently receiving such payments?

“Socialism in general has a record of failure so blatant that only an intellectual could ignore or evade it.”

            Thomas Sowell

I guess that you are not an intellectual. Get off of the rich stuff. Tax cuts for the rich, baaaaa! Same stuff, different day routine with you lib, gay loving, baby killing, marxists. FOR GOD AND COUNTRY!

          • http://naver samurai

You have seemed to have drunk too much kool aid and really neeeeed to stop. The Tea Party (Taxed Enough Already) wants the government to lower taxes and get back to the ways we were founded by following the Constitution and by our Christian founding. Same stuff, different day with you lib, gay loving, baby killing, marxists. FOR GOD AND COUNTRY!

          • http://naver samurai

Sorry for the 2 responses, byt my computer told me that I’ve already said that. FOR GOD AND COUNTRY!

          • Mark Dabney

Honest Question – when you refer to the U.S. Constitution – you mean the current one – including all the fraudulent changes that were not based on the informed consent of the governed? Both the 14th & 15th so-called ‘amendments’ were coerced upon the south in a state of martial law (one that actually continues to this day via ‘executive orders’ – it is more or less insideous than overt – but is getting more obvious lately) Both the 16th & 17th ‘amendments’ were asserted as ratified by those that knew that they were not- Bill Benson has been harassed for documenting his case having examined the halls of records for each state that was in the union at the time with a huge 10,000 pages or so of court certified documents.

Again, I do wish to actively evade the caustic demeanor of those that are so sure of the knowledge they feign that they cannot handle a contrarian view – and I do hope that what I have said above is in a respectful tone.

Have you examined the ORIGINAL 13th amendment that forbade foreign titles of nobility – such as ‘esquire’? [common among members of the British Accreditation Registry - which is called the BAR assn]

Even Ron Paul does not address this much more straightforward idea called REPUDIATION which does NOT require another constitutional amendment – merely a lawful recognition that if the ‘amendment’ was not properly ratified – it should be discarded as the pretext that it was all along.

We need to reinstate the ORGANIC Constitution which will require a transition to return to those that had property that was stolen under the color of law – not ‘wealth redistribution’ that takes from the upper middle class and expands the size and scope of government yet again. How to do this? Excellent question – but clearly step one is to have an honest discussion of the matter.

          • Side Winder

            In response to samurai,

            This site drives me nuts…

Quote”If we got back to the ways we were founded on the Constituion and our Christian founding”

Response: The USA was not founded as a Christian nation. We were founded by Christian men, under the principles of religious freedom. Religion was your own personal business, and had NO PLACE in government. Concepts of God however are not religion, therefore ok to put In God We Trust on the Money later on and so forth.
Are you getting it yet? I don’t want some Muslim becoming President someday and forcing all of us to convert to Islam. Get it? Religion has NO Place in government. Religion like morality, is personal. You cannot legislate morality any more than you can force someone to accept Jesus.
It has to come from within.
            Are we in Kindergarten here?

Next one: ““Socialism in general has a record of failure so blatant that only an intellectual could ignore or evade it.”

Response: Robert Locke of Front Page Magazine describes in his article what is American Corporatism, as Corporatism being…socialism for the bourgeois. He goes on to state that Corporatism appeals to both the left and right wing.

What does this have to do with anything? We live under a political and economic system of Corporatism. That is a fact, we do not live under classic capitalism. And this is significant, because Corporatism is also known as soft Fascism. Corporatism is a form of Fascism.

I point this out because there is very little difference between Socialism and Fascism. The only real difference being who owns industry vs who owns the government. Industry effectively “Owning” our government means that our government works for “Them” they don’t work for you.

Key point…both parties support the status quo, both parties support this Corporatist/Fascist system of political and economics we live under.

            Big success?

            Quote: “baby killing, marxists”

Response: Totalitarianism is the enemy, be it hard left, or hard right.

It may appear to you, that I defend the left wing. Those suffering from a sort of political tunnel vision often feel that way, especially when they do not see me write glowing lines of support for them.
This is how children respond, and I do expect it.

My hope is that the light bulb will go on for at least some people, and they learn to step back, and see a larger picture.
It is not the Right I attack, or the Left I defend…It is narrow mindedness that I attack.

I think the very first step for your political redemption would be to stop supporting a party, either party, that does not share your values except at election time.
When you stop thinking like that, you will begin to see things through an unbiased eye. You will begin to understand why people support either left or right ideologies. You will begin to see both the good and the bad in conservatism and liberalism. And you will begin to restructure your thinking based on the best ideas from both ideologies rather than choking down a one size fits all belief system.

Side winder, I must agree with most of everything you said, but, sorry to say, we were founded a Christian nation.

“Now historians are discovering that the Bible, perhaps even more than the Constitution, is our founding document.”

            Newsweek, December 27, 1982

“Those who are not ruled by God, will be ruled by tyrants.”

            William Penn

If we are not a Christian nation, then why is God mentioned in the Declaration of Independence? Why are Jesus and references to God mentioned in the Constitution? Being a Christian nation does not mean that everyone goes to church, but western society as a whole, counting the USA, are based on Christian teachings and the Bible. Our founders used the Bible to set up our form of government, based our laws on the 10 Commandments, and based our Constitution on it. It seems that you have studied a lot, which is good, but you have seemed to miss the bulls eye on this one. FOR GOD AND COUNTRY!

        • Mark Dabney

You are being insulting – and you do not get the point – both parties are run by the same plutocracy that is destroying our economy – Dennisco has a legitimate point – and you lack the humility and honesty to admit it!

The MT words of you TeoCons stand in judgment against you all per Ephesians 5:6 – I hear what you say and observe the contrast with what you TeoCons do in abject DISGUST. You TeoCons dismiss and deflect your MT words about ‘accountability’ and ‘responsibility’.

While I have not worked a W2 ‘job’ since 2007 – the callouses on my hands testify that I have not been idle – I take whatever work I can find – apply for jobs with whatever opportunities are there that I might even remotely fit – rarely do I hear back from anyone. I am among the 12%~+/- that are not counted as ‘unemployed’ because my UI benefits long ago depleted.

This nation is facing a comeuppance of one kind or another – either the criminal elite will be arrested and prosecuted for their wanton fraud – or we will face total economic meltdown. I do not know which. Will future generations look back at what you chose today in disgust [stay the course of delusion - buy into the lies as you already have] or inspiration [repent of the lies of the synagogue of Satan (Rev 2:9 & 3:9)and correct your Laodacian errors (Rev 3:14-22)? That choice is now yours! The Creator is watching – should you respond with any caustic ad homenum argument which is what I have come to expect from TeoCons – know this you were wrong before – you are wrong now.

The Tea Party started out well enough – but when Soetoro took the White House in typical reactionary error – the Tea Party became overtaken by NeoCons that hijacked it into the partisan mess that it has now disintigrated into – some are better – some are worse- God will judge each of us individually – but know this – should you persist in willful ignorance – per Ezekiel 33 YOU CANNOT SAY YOU WERE NOT WARNED – YOUR BLOOD IS ON YOUR OWN HEAD!!

          • Side Winder

            Thank you Mark.
            Well said.

          You cannot legislate morality.

          • Kate8

SW – You can’t legislate morality, but it can be legislated away to a large degree by outlawing all moral education.

Children must be trained in the ways you want them to go. If they don’t receive moral instruction or, rather, receive IMmoral instruction, we get what we have now.

      • TombstoneLizard

I’m seeing a lot of over-privileged, sit-around-and-do nothing-at-their parent’s-expense brats who are reeling in a large group of slackers (who resemble in no small way my stepson, who quit high school when he was 14 and became an alcoholic by 15) that demand that the country (the symbol of their parents) provide them with a roof, unlimited food, and all the X-Box that they can play. Sure, our financial sector needs a spanking, but how about both sides of the political alley as well? Go shout Congress and the White House down-Wall St. can’t survive without their complicity. Them “gun-totin” tea party members, wow, I guess you’ve never been to the parts of America that I have been to, where not having a gun means you are someone else’s lunch! Your liberal mindset is stunting your growth-bad people are bad people, whether they are rich or poor, Republican or Democrat, and the sooner you open your eyes, the sooner you’ll be able to spot the bad apples without the media leading you by the piercing through your nose.

        • F86

You are correct about bad people and about Wall St – D.C. connection.
Occupy D.C. is going on now
However I don’t see the same people you do. I see parents, grandparents, and kids, and workers and the unemployed, professors, firemen, union men and women, all sorts of people.
Oh by the way, liberals have 2nd amendment rights also.

Why do right wingers seem to think that most left wingers are bums and kooks who don’t work and expect the rest of us to provide for them? Why does Fox News cherry pick the most outrageous fringe people it can find and present them as representing the main OWS group?

Here’s an interview done by Fox News at the OWS gathering that they didn’t show:

OWS is advocating for the middle class and their main purpose is to get big money out of politics because we all know that money coruupts. Which class are you advocating for? The middle class is what made America great. Without the middle class we are just another third world country – mostly just the rich and poor.

I guess you haven’t seen the videos of the protesters. They are not all that young. I’ve seen many grey heads in attendance. There are also those who join the marchers on their lunch hours. There are 40 + million Americans now on food stamps. There is something very wrong with this country where our economic base has been so eroded by outsourcing that over 40 million people can no longer even afford to feed themselves.

Why do you think they’re doing that?? Because the current administration is sending their radicals to each and every “occupy” protest to “help” focus these wayward souls on what THEY (the paid minions & agitators) want. • Mark Dabney

Admittedly, there are those that are hijacking the popular discontent – or at least trying to do so – just as the “Arab Spring” was a Plutocratically manipulated occurrence. But to miss the root cause of the discontent – or ascribe it to fringe elements is missing something major. The Tea Party >>HAD<< a solid non-partisan message before it got hijacked – and there are many good people countering the NeoCon hypocrisy. I wish you were among them rather than dismissing their wisdom.

If you were saying that the Leftists are trying, with some success, to hijack this popular discontent – I would concur – however you appear to be dismissing the growing awakening that BOTH parties are corrupt – neither is going to solve anything by doing more of what got us into this mess.

Please pray about this – every time I see one of those "God Bless America" bumper stickers – I pray "God bless us with contrition – let us be heartbroken about our own sins – so that then, only then, we can as Christ commanded – go to our brother with the speck in his eye – to help him"

So long as you persist in dismissing the root cause of the popular discontent – dismiss the role of your own mistaken mentality of lumping people together – these mistakes will persist in your approach. By your fruit you will show the nature of your choice. Should you chose to persist in being caustic and simplistic – you have made the wrong choice. I say in jest – but not without a point – people like you make me want to take the beam in front of your eyes and pound you about the head & shoulders till you come to your senses. Of course the beam is figurative – and only you can lay hold of yours as only I can lay hold of mine. Point being, we must all be open to correction if we are to expect it of others.

Morality means being accountable to each other knowing that each of us will ultimately be accountable to the Creator. Moral cowardice is based on the fear of what will people here and now think if I speak out against what anyone with moral courage would know is wrong. Moral courage asks the question: when people look back generations in the future – will they look back with disgust or inspiration for the choice I made? That choice is yours – the Creator is watching.

      • http://naver samurai

Wrong answer duhnniso. You always have to use hate, lies, rhetoric, and innuendo in your untrue postings? Freedom to assemble, bearing arms, and peaceful protest are God given rights. You know they are even written in the Constitution. Why didn’t you mention the brave patriots that have marched on Washington demanding that Obama bin Laden do something about the economy and jobs? Oh, I know why. Is it because that grossly overweight fool Michael Moore doesn’t support or sponsor it? I think so. This is about the low level of your mentality. Those protesters in Washington come from both sides of the isle and are representing every aspect of America by having different races, both genders, different religions, Tea Party members, independents, libs, conservatives, and even those who currently have jobs or attend some university. Neeeeed to get a life and go back home, where you belong. FOR GOD AND COUNTRY!

      • Void1972

You still don’t understand that the Tea Party members are true American’s who care for the future of the American way of life, while the protesters in the city are communist union trash that only have one goal, and that is the total end of capitalization and America.
I agree that Wall Street is to blame for many of the problems we now face, but it was the democrats and the Barney Franks that condoned the behavior of these extremely corrupt bankers, while the republicans were warning of the disaster to come.
Barney and company kept up the “give to the poor”, while raping the middle class, The democratic cult wanted every minority and illegal alien to own a house, even though they knew they could never afford it, but the bankers that got them elected made trillions and paid millions to the Franks and democrats.
What a beautiful world, where you can own a home with no income, no background check and no down payment. Only in America! This was all very well planned.
Well denniso, reality set in, and we the people now have to pay the price for your communist insanity.
You blame the true American’s for your sickness, but when the Tea Party have a protest, we never cause the damage that the communist do, and you will always blame the true American for doing wrong.
The media is behind you because the media is corrupt. The democrats are behind you because the democrats are corrupt.
Everything you stand for is corrupt!
If you look at the democratic cult, you will see that is is backed by all that is wrong with America.
denniso, you and your thoughts and fellow communist are the only problem we the people have to eliminate.
The games should start next year, and I hope the American’s can come together and put an end to this insanity we have dealt with for many decades now. Liberalism is communism, there is no gray area. This is going to be a black and white war.
Thank God we had our” guns tagging along” and didnt give them to your leaders!
God Bless America, and those who fight for her!!!!

        • talkinbout

Republicans are doing their best to blame the Democrats for the economic recession we are going through, as if they had nothing to do with it. I find it ironic that the party that’s always telling people to take responsibility for what they do, never does.

It’s true that people from both sides of the aisle played some part in it but let’s not forget which party was in total charge of everything while this happened or the bills that a Republican congress sent to President Clinton that were veto proof.

Most people understand that the economic meltdown was the result of over zealous financiers who knew they were building a house of cards with subprime mortgages and derivatives but everybody was doing it and they were raking in too much money to stop. The fact is that government regulators under the Bush administration failed to do their jobs and in many cases the Dems went along.

In 1999, Phil Gramm, as chair of the Senate Banking Committee, pushed through a bill to dissolve the 1933 Glass-Steagall Act which prohibited banks, investment houses and insurance companies from combining into one corporation so that the crash of one of them would not bring down the other two. During congress’s Christmas break of 2000 he snuck a short provision into an 11,000-page appropriations bill that “derivatives” were not to be regulated or even monitored by the government. Many Democrats including Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and financial advisers Robert Rubin and Lawrence Summers went along and benefitted.

On April 28, 2004, then SEC chairman Bill Donaldson presided over a little noticed SEC meeting in which the Big Five investment banks were granted exemption from a requirement that they keep a sizable amount of money on hand to cover potential loses thus allowing the banks to put more money into derivatives and to let the banks monitor the level of risk they were putting on investors and, ultimately, taxpayers.

In 2005 President Bush chose Chris Cox to succeed Bill Donaldson as SEC chair. Cox weakened the ability of the enforcement staff to investigate securities violations by Wall Street firms, much less prosecute them and eliminated an office that had been set up specifically to watch out for future problems with high risk investments.

Fed chairman Alan Greenspan fought through four presidencies to prevent even the meekest oversight by the Fed or any other agency. So the bubble kept expanding.

In Bush’s bailing out of the banks, Secretary of the Treasury, Henry Paulson, saw to it that his Wall Street buddies, the same people who caused the crash, received taxpayer funds to bail them out without taxpayer input as to how the money would be spent.

And let’s not forget that The Republicans repealed Clinton’s 1997 Balanced Budget Act in 2001 so the GOP could could enact the George W. Bush tax cuts. The debt increased $5.2 trillion under Bush, at 8.5 percent a year.

In 1993, President Clinton signed the Deficit Reduction Act without a single GOP vote. The debt increased only 3.9% per year and in fical 2000 there was a $237 billion surplus.

Oh, and Ronald Reagan increased the debt an average of 14.4 percent per year for eight years. He and President George H.W. Bush quadrupled the debt. Bush recognized the problem and increased taxes leading to the prosperity of the 1990s

So you would have Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, and Rice in front of a firing squad?

        • Kate8

F86 – Yes. All of them.

Haven’t you figured out yet that the L/R thing is a ruse? They are nothing but two heads of the same beast. It was meant to keep us busy fighting amongst our selves, thinking we had choices, while they went about doing what they were intent on doing all along…creating a NWO.

          • Al Sieber

            I’ll second that!!!!

        • Mark Dabney

I have sent a letter demanding the evidence that Bin Laden carried out 9/11 to my congress criminal – I will call him Congressman TYPICAL as his name is irrelevant – that letter was lawfully delivered on 6 April 2011 – to date there has been ZERO disclosure of evidence – that letter is available by e-mailing markanabaptist [at] ATT [dot] net

We were promised clear convincing proof of UBL’s culpability right after 9/11 – not one shred of actual evidence has YET to be produced – merely TRIAL BY MEDIA.

“If tyranny & oppression ever come to this land – it will come in the guise of fighting a foreign enemy” James Madison Would you call me a ‘liberal’ because I believe in liberty? Or are you among those that realize that slapping a misleading label on something is not an intellectually honest way of deflecting a legitimate concern.

I have examined massive amounts of evidence about 9/11 – I have yet to see anything that bears the weight of scrutiny that the official, government sponsored media approved conspiracy theory.

Given that UBL was merely a patsy – yes, Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Rice et al should all be put on trial for TREASON. If found guilty they should hand publicaly in keeping with the 4 times repeated words in Duetoronomy “When the people see this [capital punishment] they will not to do such things [TREASON in this case]”

I would not want to cheat these traitors of due process – and show the world and God Himself that America has finally come to its senses.

          • Kate8

Mark – Trying to read your posts is like reading something from two centuries ago. Is this an affectation of superior intellect?

Nevertheless, my point to be made here is that it will do little good to put Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld et al on trial for 9/ll (and more) when they are merely puppets. It’s like going after a street drug dealer and ignoring the cabal.

The ones who need to be brought down are the world elite bankers and the MIC. The ones who really contol everything: build economies and collapse them, destroy governments, plan wars, and use the media to control the mass mindset…

We are standing on the brink of a world in which few would want to live, if the bankers get their way. They envision a world where the common man is enslaved to them, with no freedom at all. Total control. And the plans they have to get us there are horrifying.

It’s blatantly obvious that the protests going on now have been planned for a long time, and Soros has his fingerprints all over them. Yet so many just don’t see it, and think they are really of the people. People are so easily led and deceived.

          • http://naver samurai

Then we should put Obama bin Laden and others on trial for treason also. It must go both ways. FOR GOD AND COUNTRY!

          • Al Sieber

I know exactly what you’re talking about Kate.

          • Kate8

Al – They’ve been telling us for a long time that “civil unrest” was coming to America. This has been engineered all the way. The plan, at least in part, was to organize protests, and then be “forced” to bring in the military to quell the “riots”. This will require new precedent, new laws, and loss of freedoms.

The elites use us as pawns, and we bite on every trigger. It’s disheartening to see just how clueless we are. They tell us what’s coming, and we carry it out too a tee.

This pretty much spells it out as I see it:

This pretty much tells it as I see it.

    • Chris Mathews

Okay, the Oscar bit was the only funny bit from this John Stewart wannabe. And I’m pretty sure that no one is suggesting tax cuts for rich liberals. EVERYONE SHOULD PAY THEIR FAIR SHARE!!! And Michael Moore is on a new healthier diet, that should see him slimming down. He admits he’s no supermodel calendar boy, but major points for the original he’s FAT joke. And, yes, we SHOULD judge people mostly for their looks instead of their character & actions. THAT’S the American weigh, I mean WAY!!

Marty, I’m with you! It seems that no one is really understanding that the radical left & radical right are heading us right into a dictatorship & will have the U.N. in control of the New World Order! I believe it’s a given that it will happen in 2012! The radical Islamists will help bring down America & many other countries also & some have already proclaimed that Islam & their laws will supercede ours~then we will be in a 3rd world kind of country. Just my thoughts & beliefs. I certainly hope that it never happens here, but it’s been in the works for decades by the Bilderberg Group & the U.N. The U.N. is just the pennical for taking over the U.S. & throw our military in prisons around the world for war crimes. That’s what the International Criminal Court is for … the demise of the U.S.

I’d be willing to bet that more than 1/2 of the deluded people here, like you guys, have worked for gov’t or in careers supported or subsidized by one or another levels of gov’t. It’s a typical pattern among many rightwing zealots…work in a gov’t job your whole life, then bitch and moan about the evil gov’t when you retire. It’s simple hypocrisy.

Tell me what work you’ve done and if it’s connected to gov’t in any way.Try to be honest…

        eyeswideopen & denniso,
I just came in from helping a friend run some cattle to the auction yard, I sure could use some boot lickers to clean the cow dung off. Don’t worry about the taste, it’s the as the crap from the guvment.

        • denniso

So your cowboy friend is probably being subsidized by the tax payers to ‘run’ his cattle on public land, right?

          • http://naver samurai

Sounds good for you as this must be an endless supply of food for you. FOR GOD AND COUNTRY!

      • Kate8

Stuff it, denniso. You want to talk about death threats? How about the threat to Americans who oppose Obama and Co. Since he now claims the right to take out anyone of his choosing, including American citizens, who’s the bigger threat? It’s okay for him to threaten us, and it’s not even veiled.

Ron Paul has warned that journalists could be next. Well, guess what? They’ve already been targeting journalists, for some time now. The media just doesn’t report it. Christopher Story comes immediately to mind. Many others fear for their lives, and know their time is short.

In fact, there have been countless assassinations by your icons…Willy and Hilly swatted them like flies. Many dignitaries, witnesses, microbiologists…have all met with unfortunate accidents and sudden death. This is exactly what happened in Germany. A few at a time…no one cared too much. After all, it didn’t affect them…By the time Jews and Christians were being rounded up and sent to the ovens, hardly anyone cared at all. As long as it wasn’t them…

Even now, no one is willing to hear this stuff. So many taboo subjects these days…don’t want to hear it. Try to talk about what’s going on the subject gets changed real quick.

Wait until they come for you.

        • denniso

You’ve lost your mind completely! Obama is going after journalists?? Where in holy hell do you come up w/ this crap? You have become,or maybe always have been, totally delusional! Take a vacation and clear your foggy mind.

          • Kate8

denniso – Do you really not pay attention to anything? You are really so comfortable in your delusion that you just don’t need to open your eyes?

When you don’t like what someone says, you just ridicule. Is that really all you’ve got?

Oh, and I also just read where there is a bill to make “offending” someone online a crime.

I wonder if that will apply to the likes of you, or only to conservatives.

          • http://naver samurai

First, lose the attitude duhnniso. That’s not the way to talk to a lady. Second, there is nothing holy about hell. Get your facts straight. Third, remember that since this administration is facist/socialist like, they will go after journalists that are against what they stand for or who have different opinions. Neeeeed to read your history more, not the revised history either. Neeeeed to also get some psychological help and attend anger management classes every week (This is the advice of my wife.). FOR GOD AND COUNTRY!

          • denniso

Because you read something ‘somewhere’ you automatically think it’s true? There is a movement to make it a crime to bully a kid online,if it leads to suicide of the kid. If bullies do that in person it can also lead to charges against the bullies. No difference. Maybe you’re in favor of bullying kids to the point of suicide?

          • http://naver samurai

No, I’m not in favor of that duhnniso. But for things like this to stop takes 2 good, loving, caring parents to work with the child, school, and other kid’s parents to nip this thing in the bud. FOR GOD AND COUNTRY!

      • http://naver samurai

Why don’t you do the same moron? You always post things that are never backed up with sources or facts. Just the same old lies, rhetoric, and innuendo. Obama bin Laden does need to be impeached (Will it happen? Yes? No?) or be tried for treason. You and eyes wide shut (More like glued shut by lib rhetoric and beliefs) are nothing more than 2 inflamed boils on the buttocks of this country. In which, both of you need to be surgically removed. That is not a threat, just an observation. Now you 2 can holds hands and rebury your heads in the sand. FOR GOD AND COUNTRY!

        • denniso

Your tone makes you sound like you worship the devil(pretend though he is)rather than a kind, loving god…do you also pretend to follow Jesus? Your obvious anger, bitterness and vitriol don’t make you sound like a desciple of his.

          • denniso

Do you ‘turn the other cheek’??Do you think your Jesus would tell you to only help those who you judge to be worthy of it,and to denigrate and demonize fellow humans who you think are worthless?

Your ‘God and country’ mantra is so phony and hypocritical when we look at what you say in your posts.

          • Kate8

denniso – This, coming from you, who uses ridicule and denigration to try to marginalize anyone who doesn’t “think” (I use that term loosely) like you?

You have a lot of nerve attempting to use Jesus to make a point. You know nothing of what He taught.

          • http://naver samurai

OMG! Thank you for accurately describing yourself duhnniso! See, I knew you would come out and tell the truth one day. You want to talk about this process stuff like my tone, my combativeness. If you think my tone is bad, then you should really see me when I’m angry. My wife will tell you that it is not pretty. Yes I am a Christian and believe in God and Jesus. I also do realize I have a lot to answer for, so that’s why I pray everyday for forgiveness of the dumb things I do, also for people like you. I hope this answers your questions, duhnniso. 하나님 하고 나라를 위해서! FOR GOD AND COUNTRY!

        • Karolyn

Samurai – I don’t recall seeing you posting any links – only opinions and denigration of others, while trying to portray the good Christian.

        • denniso

I was raised in the ‘church’. I read the bible so I can refute and debate what the extreme bible thumpers try to use it to justify their silly and wrong headed actions. 90% of the so called Christians on this site wouldn’t pass a test for real Christianity. They are mostly hypocrites who only use the cover of their so called Christianity so they can spout foul and distasteful things and play tough w/ their guns. Would Jesus own a gun to be used to shoot another human under any conditions? I don’t think so…

          • http://naver samurai

No he would not own a gun to shoot someone, but he did tell his disciples to purchase swords to defend themselves. Self defense is a right of everyone. If you were raised going to church, which is great, why do you sound the way you do now? Don’t you remember things like: “Do not judge.” “Do not bear false witness against thy neighbor.” “Love thy neibor as thyself.” Do you really remember these things and practice them or do you only talk about them after someone has verbally spanked you? By the way you post, it sure doesn’t sound like it at all. FOR GOD AND COUNTRY!

          • Kate8

samurai – I think Jesus would say to denniso something like, “Oh you hypocrite”. Or how about, “Before you point out the speck in your neighbor’s eye, get the beam out of your own eye”.

At least we admit we have faults and shortcomings. Libs like denniso just sit on their high horse and pass judgements…but only on Christians.

          • denniso

You guys don’t get it? You are the ones who make public claims of following and loving Jesus. I Don’t make those claims and certainly not publicly. If you claim to follow a man of peace and love, yet you condemn and judge and malign and threaten, then you are hypocritical. It’s that simple. You have the responsibility to act like followers of Jesus if you want to make the claim that you are Christian. Or, you’re faking your Christianity, which is what many of you actually do. Act like bullies, wave guns and threats of revolution and violence around, yet make a false claim on Jesus.

          • http://naver samurai

I agree Kate8. Here he/she said they were raised in the church and read the Bible. These are good things, but this person just doesn’t practice them too often. Like you said, especially with Christians. This person is just another atheist.

Sook Young tells me that atheists have significantly more lifetime suicide attempts, more relatives that commit suicide, are younger, less often married, ;ess often have children, and less contact with family members. Athiests perceive fewer reasons for living, are more impulsive, aggressive, and more likely to abuse substances. This is according to the psychiatrists that she works for at the hospital. Don’t many of these describe duhnniso and other libs and wackos that come to this site?

Keep up the good fight, fellow patriot! FOR GOD AND COUNTRY!

          • denniso

Yep, you don’t respond to the points I made about your warped Christianity…why don’t you try to stick to the point? How do you feel you follow and emulate Jesus? Hate? Vitriol?Anger?Violence?

And Jesus never told his followers to buy swords!

          • http://naver samurai

No need to reply to a person that is nothing more than a hate monger of anything Christian. How can you be this way and not hate our founding? We were founded on Christian principles and were founded a Christian nation. Get over it and go away. FOR GOD AND COUNTRY!

    • denniso

The big difference between the tea party protesting and this ‘occupy’ movement? Much of the tea party groups used the obvious threat of violence,w/ their shiny, loaded guns slung over their shoulders like pretend clint eastwoods or johnny waynes. Most of their meetings early on, and still, are peppered w/ violent language and implied threats against their ‘enemies’.These protesters are engaging in peaceful protest and trying to make the point that the working class and poor are losing out to the largest redistibution of income to the top few percent in our history.

      • dwright77

Reply to denniso…..How many Tea Party protestors been arrested?? How many New York protestors been arrested. Are you saying the New York protestors who you seem to support are peaceful???? You need to watch Fox News to see both sides and not only watch the liberal mainstream media, CNN or MSNBC. You are badly misinformed.

        • Mark Dabney

Both Faux News – controlled by NeoConservative ZioNazi Likudnic Rupert Murdock and their NeoLiberal counterparts in Hegelian opposition are partners in crime when it comes to distortion, misrepresentation and deceit. Trial by Media is treason when it comes to tricking the people into ill advised war & occupation.

When is the last time Faux News was actually courteous to a 9/11 truther – or an Anti-Zionist Jew [has Faux News EVER given a fair hearing, any national airing AT ALL to an Anti-Zionist Jew?]

Just because something is on the internet does not in itself make it true – but from there you have a chance to check out what the Lamestream duopoly of deception does NOT tell you – or more accurately, they whisper the truth and scream the lie. That is, if you hear it once – like how there were 3 to 5 shooters at Ft. Hood during the killing sprere – that is mostly something of merit. My, what a “COINCIDENCE” the ONLY shooter they caught just so HAPPENED to be a Muslim!

      • peskytruth

Lying is your main gambit. You can’t prove your violence allegations against the tea party – more B.S. from the habitually lying left.

But, yes, our 2nd amendment rights do protect us against a fascist/ communist or any other kind of dictatorship government. So we will let fascists/communists like you, Obummer, Soros, Moore and Baldwin understand we will resist with armed revolution if need be.

Obummer is a de facto dictator. He uses edicts and regulations he invents out of whole cloth and are not laws passed by the legislature to destroy our republic, liberties and the rule of law. We will resist!

We will resist if Obummer declares martial law and attempts to suspend elections.

        • denniso

Hey there Petty,I mean Pesky…you and others like you are clearly just delusional, and are transferring to Obama your pent up anger and frustration from your forced support of Bush(loyalty to your leaders neing of paramount importance)who took us further down the road toward a police state than anyone since your buddies Nixon and J Edgar Hoover, good Republicans that they both were. Would you stop calling the tea party a bunch of gun slingers already??? I’ve been to 10 or so TP rallies, and they do not for a second promote violence, hatred, contempt, or the like. If someone comes to a TP event with that intention, they will be asked to leave. Maybe if you would attend an event or 2 or 10, you’ll see that. We are NOT gunslinging Clint Eastwoods or ‘Johnny Waynes.’ We simply stand for less government, fiscal responsibility, lower taxes, and economic freedom. You seem to want to ignore that!!!!

        • denniso

I’ve been to events w/ tea party people…I’ve seen video clips of teap aprty people. No,all of them are not violent, but I’ve watched and heard many who are…shout down other spekers, threaten armed revolution, like the guy above this post, use incendiary language, call those who disagree w/ them communists, marxists, socialists, traitors, enemies, unpatriotic…
Why would tea party folks feel the need to show off their loaded weapons in public? They are dumb enough to not realize that we know they are mostly legal as things stand now?

          • dwright77

Reply to denniso…..Again you are badly mistaken. There is RARELY any violence at Tea Party events in contrast to Liberal events such as the New York mob-fest. This is an appropriate term due to the number of arrests that has been made in New York a liberal state!

If they are bearing arms, then I trust they are legal and have all the proper paperwork in order. If not, then the police would have been busy arresting people, right? You talk about arms, how about Hitlery Clinton and the U.N. Small Arms Treaty? This is a gross violation of our God given rights under the 2nd Amendment. so long as the guns are not employed in a threatening manner – what is the problem with exercising the 2nd amendment? Here in Georgia there may be exclusions of political rallies for the open bearing of arms – but given how the police have on occasion gotten out of hand – so long as the bearing of arms is properly contained in a moral context – why should that be a problem?

That’s funny…I haven’t heard of one Tea Party member being arrested for violence. Those that brought guns to rally’s obviously lived in states that allow their citizens to carry and they are simply exercising their 2nd amendment rights. They leave the place clean, do not incite violence, and do not shout obscenities as you accuse. These “people” involved in the “Occupy” BS are a bunch of wayward souls (slugs) that have never been taught by their parents that they need to work in order to become successful. They think that YOU and I OWE them a living. Have you read their demands???? A few are: Completely open borders (WTF??); ALL debt (mortgages, student loans, etc.) forgiven; confiscation of all guns; the destruction of capitalism and the converstion to communism, etc. This is disturbing because it is VERY obvious that these kids are being used. They have NOT been taught the dangers of socialism/communism in school or by their parents. Their protest completely mirrors the agenda of none other that Obama! Well, for what it’s worth…I like the America I grew up in. I hate what it has become today with a bunch of sniveling whiners that have no skills, no motivation, no morals, and absolutely zero care about anyone but themselves. If this is what you want then why don’t you go and gather all those lost souls and go somewhere where you can experience the utopia you are all looking for. You know like Cuba, China, etc. You get the picture!! All the Tea Party wants is the return of the robust, self sufficient United States of America that we all have made our lives in…as FREE people. And trust me, under this and the previous administration, we currently are NOT as free as we would like to think we are.

You are a useful idiot. Full of lies. You’ve never been to a Tea Party Rally or talked with folks in the movement. You must have skin in the game or are a young american who has been brainwashed by your liberal edu. in the unionized public schools. You lack the reasoning power to exercise your voting power with intelligence or perspective. You have bought into False liberal bromides promoted as fact and our nation keeps buying into a system of gvt that must fail. It’s only when the latest Liberal Failures occur that the mentally deficient realize that it is ruining their lives and opportunities do they react and vote out Liberals. This will happen again and the cycle will begin anew. It is too bad that the people can’t figure out that the politicians win and the people loose. Do you really think any other scenario will happen as long as their are closed minded people like you out there?

        • http://deleted Claire

Tea party? I have attended two of them and will not go to another. Where I live, the tea parties here are geared towards Republicans only, RINOs. They are a waste of my time. I will make up my own mind about the issues and whom to vote for.

          • http://naver samurai

That’s good that you make up your mind of what or who to vote for Claire. I told that to Sook Young last year. She looked over pamphlets for various candidates for local, state, and federal elections. Not all Tea Party meetings are bad. The meetings we attend here are peaceful and tend to stick to the ideals of the Tea Party. If you ever come to Elkhart, Indiana, we can go to one and I hope it would change you mind about some of the Tea Party meetings. FOR GOD AND COUNTRY!

First time I was sent this site and it will be the last… Goose stepping with the Mega rich at the expense of the common person is anit American. Get your fact straight… The Volt sold 4000 units thus far.

I need a bumper sticker for my 2010 Chrysler van that says: “Imported from Detroit.” I will be loyal to American-named cars, regardless if they have foreign parts. “Buy American” means a lot to me.

      • peskytruth

Then buy from Ford, a company that was not subsidized off the backs of the taxpayer!

        • Airangel

Exactly! I respect and admire the heck out of Ford! Let’s support the the first automakers and still strong in America! I buy Sears too, Craftsmen and Black and Decker…Made in the USA! Support America whenever you can…Supply and demand keeps Americans working and more American products stocked on shelves…NOT “made in China”…I always let my grocers know what I prefer stocked if they don’t carry it in the store then I tell my family and friends to do the same. If we all start, the American companies have to start hiring to keep up with demand and buyers stop ordering as much from overseas…they always replace the products that are selling…Let it be the American ones! Go with local credit unions not Big Banks like citi. I am against the debit card fees they want to charge! People can drive change in a positive way. We just have to be smart about it and dedicated to it!

          • http://deleted Claire

Airangel- I will always buy “Made in the U.S.A.” products until the day I die. If I am looking for a certain product and it is made in China or any other country I will not buy it. I had to buy a dog crate a few months ago, went to Petsmart, found the correct size but it was made in China. I told the clerk I would not buy it and went to the other pet store, found one that was made in the U.S. and I bought it. It is tough to find products that are made in the U.S. but if a person looks hard enough they can find them.

          • dwright77

Reply to Airangel…..Couldn’t agree with you more! Buy American.

        • http://deleted Claire

I have purchased cars from GM for 50 years. As a taxpayer I am well aware my money helped bail out GM. Since I had no say in the bailout, it is on this basis that I will continue to buy from GM–Why would I want my money to go totally down the drain? Even if Ford had received a bailout-I would support them and buy a car from them. I do not want to see the U.S. auto industry fail.

Have you heard about the 3 mil jobs that are coming back to the US from overseas? Saw it on the news the other day. Chinese wages are going up and transportation costs too much. If each American spent on $3 per week more on Made in USA, it would create hundreds of thousands of jobs. Sorry I don’t recall the exact number and can’t find it, but it is a lot.

General Motors insists it will sell 10,000 Chevrolet Volts in the U.S. by the end of this year, but as of now, the numbers don’t look good.

By the end of August, the last time GM publicly announced its sales, about 3,500 Volts had been sold. To reach 10,000, GM will need to average about 1,700 Volts per month for the last four months of the year.

In August, GM sold 300 gasoline/electric Volts. Meanwhile, Nissan sold over 1,300 of its all-electric Nissan Leaf that month. In fact, the Leaf was the fourth best-selling of all alternative fuel vehicle that month, including hybrids and diesel cars, according to

September Volt sales will be revealed Monday when GM reports its monthly sales tally.

Not to worry, GM spokesman Rob Peterson said.

“I don’t see any problem with reaching our goal,” he said.

The reason he gives is that GM’s Detroit factory is still just clearing its throat. The real show starts now.

Up to now, the Volt has been available for sale in only seven test markets including New York, California and GM’s home state of Michigan. Even so, Volts have found homes in all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii, said Peterson. Some people can’t wait for them to be available in their own states. They want the cars so badly they’re buying them and shipping them across oceans and continents.

Now, GM is getting ready to sell the Volt at 2,600 Chevrolet dealers across all 50 states and getting geared up for that has meant drawing Volt sales down to a trickle, he said.

First, GM closed the Detroit factory where the Volt is built for four weeks to upgrade it so it can turn out Volts faster.

That extra production capacity was needed because, in addition to selling across the U.S., the Volt will also go on sale in Europe and Asia. In all, GM expects to sell 16,000 Volts by the end of this year, a figure that includes a Europe-only version called the Opel Ampera.

Every one of them will be built in Detroit.

Once production started again in mid-August, the first priority was getting so-called demo units to dealerships so they could demonstrate the products and give test drives. That left only about 300 cars to sell to customers in August, Peterson said.

Bottom line, he said, GM is still selling every Volt it can build. It just needs to build more.

The plant is capable of producing 600 Volts a week, Peterson said, or roughly 2,400 cars a month.

If demand turns out to be weaker than expected, said Mike Omotoso, an analyst with J.D. Power and Assoc., GM may take steps to strengthen sales to make sure they hit its number.

“If they’re way below their target in a month or two, they could ramp up incentives on the Volt,” he said.

The Volt is already eligible for a $7,500 federal tax credit, which brings its effective base price down to about $32,500. Also, it’s available at a relatively low lease rate of about $350 a month.

Phil Gott, an industry analyst with IHS Global Insight, agrees with Peterson that the Volt’s current lagging sales status is no indication that demand for the car is flagging. Still, he said, it also doesn’t mean the ultimate demand for the car is that huge, either.

“What’s the demand for a $35,000 compact car with a Chevrolet badge on it?” Gott wondered aloud. “It’s not all that great.”

Regardless of sales numbers, the Volt is already doing solid work for GM, Peterson said.

“Of the initial batch of Volt owners, about half hadn’t stepped into a Chevy dealership in eight years,” he said. “A third never had.”

That means the Volt is drawing new customers into Chevrolet showrooms.

“I’ve heard that some Chevy dealers are using the Volt to get people into showrooms and using it to sell the Cruze,” said Omotoso. “It’s almost half the price of the Volt and it gets great fuel economy.”

The Chevrolet Cruze also happens to be the best-selling compact car in America. So even if the Volt doesn’t turn out to be a great seller, it seems to be a good salesman.

Latest sales figures are out for the Volt. 723 units sold in september 2011 and about 3900 units sold YTD. chevy is going to miss its target of 10,000 Volts in 2011. Maybe the problem is that the year is too short.

This car is not selling because its made by socialist goverment run company and the American white people will not stand anymore for following the will of Omammy. It is also poorly made like any goverment project. GM should of been allowed to go bankrupt to serve the union bosses what they deserve.

Then he got rid of the standing establishment in Germany and made his way onward to his hostile takeover of Germany. Once he had the power you know the rest I think. But, the German people were not about that which Adolf Hitler was after. However, it was too late once he had his power to do as he wished. History shows us that the Rule of Law can’t and shouldn’t be ever compromised. Today that’s exactly what we have going on.

It’s amazing how the far left (Moore, Pelosi, main street media, etc.) have praised the “New York Protesters” as revolutionaries and mocked the Tea Party. Tea Party protesters are peaceful, conservative and America loving people while hundred’s of liberal protesters have been arrested in New York. New York protesters are dirty, vile, foul-loud mouthed, demonic protesters. If there was any question before about the morals of those in power and/or of influence who support these people, there shouldn’t be now. Politicians who support them should be voted OUT in 2012. They are demonic (as Ann Coulter’s Book alludes to). The main stream media and MSNBC should be boycotted by ALL conservative, Christian loving Americans and our children should be taught at home not to listen to them or the liberal professors who teach our children (liberal, social immorality)in colleges and universities across the nation but hold to the conservative and Christian values that are taught at home by parents and stand up peacefully, respectfully and firmly for those values even when its unpopular.

You have never done anything except sit on your fat backside and moan, groan, bitch, and complain all your life. FYI my father didn’t like fighting and killing, but he believed in completing the mission. Every military leader (NCO and officer) will tell you “the mission comes first.” So what is your problem? Didn’t mommy and daddy hug you enough when you were a kid? Also, how can you say such crap to me or my father? We have put our lives on the line protecting you from 1955 – 2005, so as far as I’m concerned, you should tell us thank you and just go away. You are a waste of time.

          • Kate8

Large numbers of military men come home wounded and maimed in both body and mind. Many never recover, especially from the horrors of war.

They go into the military believing in the goodness of America, and the justice of their mission. Somewhere along the way, disillusionment and futility often set in. They come home in ruins after giving their all for their country, only to find that their country no longer has much use nor respect for them. Their lives have been destroyed for a country that is crumbling under its own corruption.

To denigrate these men and women is the ultimate slap in the face. These are the best and the bravest. When the time comes that they are all the defense we have against the greatest evil ever known, you’d better hope there are still enough of them left who remember their sworn duty to protect and defend…YOU.

          • http://deleted Claire

            Kate8–I must agree with you.

What I think is funny is the pictures of protestors checking Facebook status on expensive laptops. Don’t they think Mark Z is evil? He makes more money than Soros. These kids have no common sense or critical thinking skills. Half of them don’t even know what they are protesting. Part of the problem is that we, on the right, just write them off as idiots, while those on the left engage and/or recruit them as mindless puppets. Isnt buying laptops (or having parents buy laptops) making the rich evil computer Mongols even richer?

  • Airangel

I think I’m on the fence..I agree with some of the claims I’ve heard from Occupy Wallstreet about the Government bailouts of Banks and the Auto Industry and Solyndra…They should have been like Ford, found their own way without the bailouts. That makes me want to support Ford all the more! Companies like GE need to also pay taxes. I don’t think the tax bracket need adjusting but the tax code needs simplified so Government gets revenue from these companies and does not get jilted by the loop holes. The lobbyist and special interest have to get out of Government. Our elected representatives need to run on their own merit and raise money the old fashioned way to prove who’s really in it to win it for the People!

As for the rest, me or my family should not have to work 2-3 jobs to have taxes taken from our paychecks to pay for everyone elses kids…why should I pay for someone that sleeps around and has 5 different kids with 5 fathers simply so they can have a promiscous lifestyle on the Government dime and then the children go through Foster programs (another Government entity), then into Public Education, then as adults they get their own Section 8 housing, Welfare checks, utility checks, foodstamps, etc…and voila, we are raising generations of welfare incompetent, non-productive, non-innovative citizens (unless you count drug runners, gangs and prostitution productive)

Don’t have kids if you can’t afford them! Plan for a family, plan for education…it is not Governments responsibility to raise everyones children or every countries children…

Steve Jobs started Apple in his gargage and became rich but also created thousands of jobs as his business took off and the world benefitted from his product…did he not deserve to reap the reward of his innovasion, ideas and hard work to become successful? Then he went on to Pixar to make movies like “CARS”…again we all benefitted from his entreprenuial spirit…we can not stifle that opportunity to pursue what you want – that is Freedom…the opportunity to’s not a guarantee but a possibility…that will never happen with Government choking the life out of business development and innovation as long as they keep enabling the population to be dependent on Government rather than their own abilities to be the best they can be!

I’m all over but it’s more complex than left or right…it’s right vs. wrong.

    • Les

The bail outs were done to use your money to fix the damage the Federal Government did to the banks by forcing them to make loans to people they knew couldn’t pay them back. This allowed the Federal Government to step in and create more control. It’s the same thing going on all over the place. You scratch my back and I scratch yours. The only thing that reaaaaalllllyyyy sucks is that this is done with my money.

Next step is to get these morons to protest all over the place so that the Federal Government can declare Marshal Law and then declare Congress & the Constitution null and void. All the pieces are in place. The list have been made and either you are on the A list or B list. There are several articles on this and we all know about the COG (Continuity Of Government) plan.

      • dwright77

Reply to Les…..I pray your are wrong. I’m very concerned that you may be right.

        • julie

Les is right somehow. Think Reagan fixed the budget deficit in 89-90 by pushing the button on veteran’s spouse benefits and widow with dependents benefits…about $74,000 each person taken at his whim for the economical decline. Now it would be good if 5% of corporate millionaires paid to fix the budget and returned monies to the widows and to the jobless this year. It can and should happen. Its just a little kinder the way abouts today.

        • Les

How did the Government “force” them to do this? Also did the Government tell the banks to tell the borrowers not to worry about what they put down on their mortgage applications. No! It was the banks. It was also the banks that hired a bunch of untrained workers to sign off on foreclosure documents under a variety of titles. Let’s face it, the banks have been dishonest. That’s why folks are marching in New York and around the country. They want honest business practices.

If you are otherwise, look for whatever group closely reflects your values. Good luck.

to all those bragging about attending the vietnam protest, take a look at the wall, you helped put some of those names on there. thanks to john kennedy and johnson, i believe they were democrats.
the current crop of protesters are the off spring and leftovers from the scum that demonstrated during the vietnam war. where were they during the current conflicts? “oh i get it” there are no communist fighting us in the middle east and they haven’t figured out yet what side of communism the ragheads are on.
these scumbags aren’t protesting anything they are promoting communism, the unions are fearing they may lose more of their un=entitled benefits. one way to stop the protests, spray them with soap and water, that’s something they can’t handle.

Hey Ben, who is signing your paycheck?
Perhaps one of the Koch brothers??
Your nothing but a one-eyed, political hack-comedian not talented enough to make it anywhere but here.
The “Get Money Out/Occupy Wall Street” crowd are doing what comes natural to a people decended from revolutionaries who were, and are, tired of being stepped on by those in power!
America’s middle class has been shrinking for the past 30+ years regardless of party or president: our system is broken.
The political system in this country needs a complete overall, and hopefully the grass root uprisings we’ve seen these last couple of weeks, will begin to “get it done”.
Just for starters, Wall Street needs to be partially brought down, and some sent to jail for what they’ve done!
America was founded by people who were sick and tired and were not going to take it anymore from the British.
I’m with the demonstrators for positive change for all Americans, and if the author is not, then I suspect he’s probably being paid for his agenda by outside groups!

Here’s a perfect way for the Commie Obamy and the government to fix the Volt. Toss another $787 billion into greenie projects building thousand mile long extension cords for the Vaunted Volt. Gotta keep those things on the road somehow to keep up the Left’s image. I’m sure the tax payer wouldn’t mind another unsuccessful stimulus boondoggle now would they?

The Volt is a failure but those who pay attention knew that before GM (Government Motors) built any of them. The main purpose of the Volt project was to get more “symbols” of the Liberal/Globalist agenda on the road. It is akin to Nazi Germany’s People’s Car but in that case the VW actually ran. The Lib/Commie Left has trotted out the Volt.

    But it doesn’t work!

The American public is being LIED to again. The Communists who run the Globalist agenda know the Volt is a failure but the trusting Lib Loons will not see the obvious. You’re being led down the garden path again Libiots. Wake up to the scam your heroes are running.

And here’s another thing, as the Volt fails, foreign made products like the Prius grab more and more of the American market. Which is another thing the Globalists want.

Read up on Cloward-Piven, the 45 Goals, the 10 Conditions and the Rules for Radicals, Liberals. You wont like what you see if you are indeed an American citizen and not a “citizen of the world”.

    • Donald

      You are obviously paranoid!

      • stRanger

By all means, Donald, keep your head firmly up your tail pipe and never do some independent study and LEARN FOR YOURSELF. You are the pluperfect LibDupe buying anything and everything your Liberal/Communist masters tell you.

Read Cloward-Piven. It is the bliueprint for what is happening RIGHT NOW today in our economy. Frances Fox-Piven has been a guest at Obama’s Red House several times. Obama was bred by Communists, raised by Communists and mentored by a flaming homosexual pedophile. That’s HIS background.

The 45 Goals of Communism to Topple America are all there for you to read and are in the works now. Over half of them have already been achieved!

But DON’T learn for yourself. Just follow sheepishly along with everything these Communists tell you.

Your reward will be a monogrammed hoe to use when you’re a new member of a future farm labor battalion.

The monies that Americans were forced to pay to the so called “American” automobile manufacturers was nothing more than a veiled slap in the face to ALL Americans (thankfully Ford didn’t bite)and a handout to Obama supporters (aka the unions). One might think GM would be thankful to those who shouldered the burden of their mis-management and greed, but no…they are now sending their EV technology to China (who will not allow foreign cars to be sold there via subsidizing of Chinese cars)rather than making a stand here in the USA. I just bought a new car and you can bet it wasn’t a GM product and I’ve owned GM cars for the last 30 years. Personally I think GM should just roll up the dirty carpets theyu have and go to China…let’s see how their unions do over there!

I find most appalling those correspondents who do not recognize that the right/left and Rep/Dem divide constitutes a most successful misdirection. Whatever has happened to, “The tree of liberty must, from time to time be watered with the blood of patriots and tyrants;” and “When the people fear the government, there is tyranny; when the government fears the people, there is liberty.” Ad hominem attacks prove nothing. Making fun of someone’s position amounts to the same thing. I go along with Jefferson who believed that a little revolution now and then is not a bad idea. These folks’ “attack” on Wall St. performs just such a service to the citizenry: requiring the government to react. In this case the lack of news coverage implies substantial government concern and should prove a warning as to the government’s intentions. Unless you support the government as it is now constituted and arrayed before us, you should welcome such governmental distractions. This is not a time for complacency or even humor. It is rather a time to show a united front to a government that does not have the good of the people at heart.

As far as I know, the TEA Party is made up of freedom and liberty-loving Americans. So far this year I have recieved and filled out three TEA Party surveys. Each one was very intelligently written and easy to understand. Just recently I recieved a membership card from the TEA Party On the back of the card, it says “*Fiscal Responsibility*, *Constitutionally Limited Government*, *Free Markets*
I’ve been using to study the political left. Leftists prefer to use emotion instead of logic and facts to try to win a political argument. They are also very envious and resentful of individual success.
Quote by Winston Churchill: “socialism is the philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance, the gospel of envy…its inherant value is the equal sharing of misery.”

The Occupy Wall Street protestors have learned their lesson well from legendary Chicago Marxist tactician and community organizer guru Saul alinsky. I found his book “Rules For Radicals” while researcing the subprime mortgage crisis. There are 13 rules. Rule #5: Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon. Rule #13: pick a target, freeze it, personalize it and polarize it. Barack Obama read this book during his training as a community organizer in Chicago. Obama later described Alinsky’s priciples as “the best education I ever had, better than anything I got at Harvard Law School,” an education he said was “seared into my brain.”
I’m also reading a political magazine called Whistlerblower.
Here are the issues I have:
“Mob Rule: Under Obama, Chicago-style bullying and intimidation go nationawide”, October 2009
    “Stealth Attack”, June of 2010
“George Soros and His Evil Empire”, December 2010
“Inflation Nation: A layman’s guide to America’s coming monetary destruction-and how to survive it”, January 2011
“Rise of the Lawless Left”, May 2011
“The Anti-Journalists: Not only do they refuse to report the truth – they attack you if you do”, July 2011
“The Plot to Destroy the Constitution”, September 2011
I ‘ve also read the Cloward-Pivens strategy as well.

Looking at most of the arguments here it looks like America is a lost cause! You distract yourselves with arguments about left and right while Wall Street robs you blind of your savings, pensions and plummeting house values. You need to unite before your country is lost to the true terrorists that occupy Wall Street!

We (the bankers) must proceed with caution and guard every move made, for the lower order of people are already showing signs of restless commotion. Prudence will therefore show a policy of apparently yielding to the popular will until our plans are so far consummated that we can declare our designs without fear of any organized resistance.

Organizations in the United States should be carefully watched by our trusted men, and we must take immediate steps to control these organizations in our interest or disrupt them.

At the coming Omaha convention to be held July 4, 1892, our men must attend and direct its movement or else there will be set on foot such antagonism to our designs as may require force to overcome.

This at the present time would be premature. We are not yet ready for such a crisis. Capital must protect itself in every possible manner through combination (conspiracy) and legislation.

The courts must be called to our aid, debts must be collected, bonds and mortgages foreclosed as rapidly as possible.

When, through the process of law, the common people have lost their homes,
they will be more tractable and easily governed through the influence of the strong arm
of the government applied to a central power of imperial wealth under the control of the leading financiers.

People without homes will not quarrel with their leaders. History repeats itself in regular cycles. This truth is well known among our principal men who are engaged in forming an imperialism of the world. While they are doing this, the people must be kept in a state of political antagonism.

The question of tariff reform must be urged through the organization known as the Democratic Party, and the question of protection with the reciprocity must be forced to view through the Republican Party.

By thus dividing voters, we can get them to expend their energies in fighting over questions of no importance to us, except as teachers to the common herd. Thus, by discrete actions, we can secure all that has been so generously planned and successfully accomplished.

After 8 years of the incompetence, cronyism, and criminality of the Bush Administration, Barack Obama was elected President on the slogan of “Change we can believe in”. But it quickly became apparent that what he meant by this and what the country thought he meant were vastly different concepts.

His selections to fill the posts in his Administration were almost entirely Clinton era retreads and Republicans. Liberals and progressives who had actually been right, and reflected where most of the country was at, on issues such as the wars, domestic spying, torture, healthcare, the economy, Israel, and investigation of Bush Administration illegalities were frozen out.

Far from believing in change, Obama believed in the traditional Washington Establishment, both Democratic and Republican. This Establishment had largely been pushed aside during the Bush Administration. Those in it did not disagree that much with Bush’s policies, even the failed and extreme ones. They just thought they could have done a better job, even though they and their policies had not been that successful the last time they were in power.

Obama’s election announced their triumphant return. His principal economic advisers were two neoliberal Clinton Treasury Secretaries. Obama kept on Bush’s Republican Defense Secretary and his favorite generals. His Chief of Staff, the gatekeeper to the President, was the very unliberal attack dog Rahm Emanuel. He picked a Washington insider, rather than a reformer, to put back together the devastated Justice Department. His choice for Secretary of State fell not on a Clintonista but an actual Clinton.

The United States has been intervening in the Middle East since World War II, and especially since 1980, when the Carter Doctrine was proclaimed, supposedly in response to Soviet invasion of Afghanistan. The Carter administration characterized the Soviet intervention as a first step in a greater strategic plan to dominate the Middle East and gain direct access to the Indian Ocean. Jimmy Carter proclaimed,

The region which is now threatened by Soviet troops in Afghanistan is of great strategic importance: It contains more than two-thirds of the world’s exportable oil. The Soviet effort to dominate Afghanistan has brought Soviet military forces to within 300 miles of the Indian Ocean and close to the Straits of Hormuz, a waterway through which most of the world’s oil must flow. The Soviet Union is now attempting to consolidate a strategic position, therefore, that poses a grave threat to the free movement of Middle East oil….
Let our position be absolutely clear: An attempt by any outside force to gain control of the Persian Gulf region will be regarded as an assault on the vital interests of the United States of America, and such an assault will be repelled by any means necessary, including military force.

Carter’s lurid account of Soviet intentions was used to justify what amounted to an assertion of imperial prerogative by the U.S. government regarding the Persian Gulf region. Moreover, his administration was intentionally painting a false picture of events, for it was revealed years later by Robert Gates and Zbigniew Brzezinski that U.S. intelligence services began supporting the mujahideen in Afghanistan six months before the Soviet invasion as part of a scheme to stir up Muslim populations within the USSR and lure the Soviets into a quagmire.

Brzezinski was boastful about this deception in a 1998 interview with the French magazine Le Nouvel Observateur:

Question: When the Soviets justified their intervention by asserting that they intended to fight against secret involvement of the United States in Afghanistan, people didn’t believe them. However, there was an element of truth in this. You don’t regret any of this today?

Brzezinski: Regret what? That secret operation was an excellent idea. It had the effect of drawing the Russians into the Afghan trap and you want me to regret it? The day that the Soviets officially crossed the border, I wrote to President Carter, essentially: “We now have the opportunity of giving to the USSR its Vietnam war.” Indeed, for almost ten years, Moscow had to carry on a war that was unsustainable for the regime, a conflict that brought about the demoralization and finally the breakup of the Soviet empire.

Q: And neither do you regret having supported Islamic fundamentalism, which has given arms and advice to future terrorists?

B: What is more important in world history? The Taliban or the collapse of the Soviet empire? Some agitated Moslems or the liberation of Central Europe and the end of the cold war?

The Soviets were, indeed, bled white, but more than a million Afghans had perished in a civil war that left their country a wasteland ruled over by warlords. As for the “agitated Moslems,” many of them would join up with the Taliban or invest the lethal skills they acquired during the nine-year struggle in Osama bin Laden’s al-Qaeda.

While the U.S. government was “giving to the USSR its Vietnam war” in Afghanistan, it was covertly supporting Iraq in the Iran-Iraq War (1980–1988). That conflict would consume more than a million lives, ruin Iraq’s economy, and destabilize the region, thus setting the stage for the Gulf War in 1991.

Iraq’s invasion of Kuwait in August 1990 was portrayed by George W. Bush’s administration as a prelude to further aggression and Saddam Hussein was ridiculously compared to Hitler. But it was later revealed that the U.S. ambassador, April Glaspie, had green-lighted the invasion by telling the Iraqi dictator that Washington had “no position” on Iraq’s border dispute with Kuwait. Moreover, the Pentagon’s claim that the Iraqi army was preparing to invade Saudi Arabia was debunked by civilian satellite imagery showing no massing of troops on or near the Saudi border.

During the Gulf War the U.S. military intentionally bombed Iraq’s water and sewage facilities, thus ensuring the spread of infectious diseases among the population. The plight of the Iraqi people was worsened by the imposition of a postwar economic blockade that prevented them from importing certain foodstuffs, medicines, and equipment and building material necessary for reconstruction. While the economic sanctions may not have gotten as much media attention as the war did, they were certainly more lethal, killing as many as 500,000 Iraqi children.

During and after the Gulf War, the U.S. government based troops in Saudi Arabia, with the permission of the Saudi royal family. It was that action that appeared to rile Osama bin Laden into issuing a fatwa declaring war on the United States in 1996. He believed the American military presence in Saudi Arabia was a desecration of holy sites of Islam and was outraged by U.S. support for what he saw as a corrupt and apostate government in Riyadh.

Given that history, it is difficult for any reasonable person to deny the explicit link between the U.S government’s action in the Middle East and the attacks of 9/11. Decades of arrogant, ignorant, and duplicitous policies, all in pursuit of a cynical Great Game, had stoked flames of radicalism throughout the region. It was only a matter of time before America got burned.

  • http://deleted Claire

I appreciate the comments on this board, and I have digested each and every one of them. Has anyone read the book by Ron Suskind–Confidence Men? I have started reading it, and I suggest everyone read it if they have the time. Obama has disappointed the Americans that voted for him—they saw Obama as a leader, and thought he could face the challenges of the issues that plague America. Now they see him as another opportunistic politician. It is tragic to think and wonder if we will ever have a president that is totally willing to fight for the Constitution, America, and all Americans.

    • denniso

I’m a supporter of Obama, and will continue to support him against all the vile Repub attacks on him. I never thought he was a saviour of some sort, and recognized that he came into office w/ the worst set of serious problems to ever confront our country at one time…none of the problems was begun by him,but instead developed under the previous Bush 8 yrs. To add to the problems, the Repubs made it clear from the day he took office that their entire stategy was to defeat Obama, not to help the country, but to block and obstruct all attempts at fixing things…so, of course,it has been very difficult for him to revive the economy and advance smart policies that could help the entire country.

Aside from that,Obama did keep us from entering the worst depression ever…the stock market, which affects the whole economy, has recovered most of it’s losses from the crash…we’ve had job growth for a yr and more, just not enough to keep up w/ population growth and the new workers coming into the economy every yr.
Things could have been much worse than they are,and if we sit and do nothing like the Repubs want,we will not recover for another decade. This is not just a problem here,it’s a global recession and we are connected to the world economically…we are still doing better than several other countries. Have a good day Claire.

      • http://deleted Claire

denniso–you hit the nail on the head. A lot of people thought Obama was a savior of some sorts. NOT the Messiah but they really felt he would turn this country around. Compromise is out of the question, it will never happen irregardless of whatever issue is at hand. I have said before, they should put aside their party affiliations and do what is correct. It is a tough call.

      • Jay

denniso,There is no such thing as a two party system. The left/right paradigm is there to give you the illusion, or semblance of government, and sadly, to many simpletons fall for the left/right game. Our present administration, if you want to call it that, as were the previous, is not the least bit interested in what is good for the American people, rather, what is in their best interest. Corporations and so-called government are one and the same entity, two sides of the same coin, it is, to be more precise, a two-headed snake, and over the years, it has turned into a tyrannical, blood-thirtsy beast! You may still call it a government if you wish, it may even give you some comfort in doing so, and i completely understand, but it is not there for you, me, or anyone else who blindly pledges their allegiance to it. It’s time to wake from your slumber!

      • Realist

You are supporting the other half of a left right paradigm. There is not difference because both parties support the same globalist agenda.
They want folks such as yourselves believe that there is really a choice but reality clearly shows that neither Republican nor Democrat will save this nation. It will take the responsible awareness of all of us collectively to upset those who are really in charge and who currently owns us. Some know them as the new world order others, NEOCON,
NEOLIB, ZIONIST, all of them are racist european and middle eastern non arabs. Enough said, that is where the national problems lie.
Remember the USS LIBERTY!!!!!!!! Find who attacked us..really attacked us time and time again throughout our own history!

        • denniso

There are fundamentally different views on life and what kind of country we should have, and the two parties roughly reflect the differences.

The Repubs have done all they can and continue to help corporations and big biz control as much of the gov’t as possible. Corporations want to control the gov’t for their own monetary gain, not because they are necessarily fascists or wish to enslave the people. It’s the inevitable result of capitalism, that the biggest fatcats gain control.

Most of the left fights against corpororate oligarchy and for basic rights for the people.

Actually, the left fights for its own oligarchy of keeping people ignorant and reliant on the government for everything. The only want their few in power, as would be that of a socialist/communist state. Strikes and protests are usually the first things to start. FOR GOD AND COUNTRY!

          • denniso

Then why does the left fight for education for all Americans? Why do they try to help all kids get into college? Why do the Repubs seem to want education only for those who can afford private schools, and are always pulling money from college funding? You are way delusional.

          • http://naver samurai

Bzzzzz! Wrong answer duhnniso! What party is the one that federalized all student loans? What party believes in giving free education and meals to children at the cost to the taxpayer? Which party in California believes in giving free education to the children of illegal aliens? Etc, etc, etc. It is the left, not the conservatives. Neeeeed to get your facts straight before you post. FOR GOD AND COUNTRY!

          • denniso

You just made my point! Don’t you see that? The left believes in education for all whether ‘illegal’ or poor. If the left wants to make people smarter by pushing education, then how is it that they want to keep people stupid enough to be enslaved/controlled? So you would have to believe that the right wants people to remain dumb for the sake of control.

          • http://naver samurai

Actually it is the left who are dumbing down of the students. You can’t prove otherwise. Overburden the average taxpayer, help those here illegally, rewrite our history, introduce gay nonsense into the classrooms, can care less about morals and ethics, breaking apart traditional families, etc., are all done by the lib, gay loving, baby killing, markists. Wake up duhnniso before it is too late. FOR GOD AND COUNTRY!

denniso; Obama also saved hundreds of thousands of autoworker and supplier jobs. Some were willing to give our entire auto industry to Japan and Europe. The salt treaties reduces nuclear arms in the world, he not only got Bin Laden but many of his cohorts also and the world is a much safer place today. We do need to see the economy pick up and get out of those wars. However it is great not to be in a depression and we have to look at the bright side of things and the good ole USA is still the greatest show on earth.Obama also had some Wall Street reform passed and the list goes on.Some do not realize all these achievements due to some news channels suppressing the news and putting a different twist on facts.

    • http://deleted Claire

jopa–I have said before, I do not want the auto industry to fail. Ever. I appreciate the fact that thousands of jobs were saved. I will try to look for the bright side but it is hard. So many people from church I know are jobless and a number of senior citizens are working part-time jobs. There are two couples I know that have lost their homes, they were laid off, no insurance, and health issues took their money. I do not blame Obama for all of this, how can I when past administrations have contributed towards this mess too.

      • denniso

Obama and the Dems have done a lot to help the country…I even give Bush credit for starting the saving of the banks. I don’t like the fact that our system is so dependent on wall street and the big banks, but it is,and if we hadn’t saved them there would have been a depression, not just a recession.

And there is a differnece between parties, otherwise why would there be all this political fighting? Are they just good actors and have fooled us into believing it’s real? No,whether you look at our country or others around the world, there are fundamental differences. Here, the Repubs basically represent big biz and big money,as well as the political aspirations of Christians in getting society to follow their religious views. The dems basically support civil liberties and the working people and the environment. Of course there is overlap, like in both parties support of the military, thought the Repubs want to give them a blank check and support any and every war. Repubs seem willing to support big biz at the expense of the environment and people’s health, while the Dems try to favor people over biz. Dems want freedom of religion but maintain it has to be kept seperate from gov’t,Repubs bend over to push Christianity everywhere they can, gov’t included.

Repubs have allowed themselves to be co opted by the religious right, the anti immigrant faction, constitutional literalists anf the NRA.

These are all big differences, and not made up or part of an act.

Karolyn–So far, mine is working okay, no problems.

      • Karolyn

That’s weird because it happens on both computers I use.

Claire; I myself still have my insurance from work and Medicare and my wife is covered under my policy. She just had a stent put in her heart and the bill was $190,000.00.I believe the insurance company had negotiated the price down to around $40,000.00.The people that don’t have any insurance, private or public don’t have these abilities to get a lower rate like the government or insurance companies. One trip to the hospital could send anyone into bankruptcy. That’s one of the main reasons I am for the Health Care Bill.

    • Karolyn

Jopa – Ordinary people do have the ability to negotiate their bills down when they don’t have insurance. I was told this by a representative of a small business owners association I joined some years ago. He reiterated a story of a man he knew who had done it. I have a friend who recently had a surgery and his bill was negotiated down to next to nothing. The problem is most people don’t know they can do this. There is also the fact that one can make even very small payments to a hospital, and it will keep the bill out of collections.

Queen Elizabeth controls and has amended U.S. Social Security, as follows:

S.I. 1997 NO.1778 The Social Security ( United States of America)

Order 1997 Made 22nd of July 1997 coming into force 1st September 1997. At the Court at Buckingham Palace the 22nd day of July 1997. Now, therefore Her Majesty an pursuance of section 179 (1) (a) and (2) of the Social Security Administration Act of 1992 and all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, is please, by and with advise of Her privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered as follows:

“This Order may be cited as the Social Security (United States of America) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 1st September 1997.”

Does this give a new meaning to Federal Judge William Wayne Justice stating in court that he takes his orders from England? This order goes on to redefine words in the Social Security Act and makes some changes in United States Law.

Remember, King George was the “Arch-Treasurer and Prince Elector of the Holy Roman Empire and c,and of the United States of America.” See: Treaty of Peace (1738) 8 U.S. Statutes at Large. Great Britain which is the agent for the Pope, is in charge of the USA ‘plantation.’

What people do not know is that the so called Founding Fathers and King George were working hand-n-hand to bring the people of America to there knees, to install a Central Government over them and to bind them to a debt that could not be paid. First off you have to understand that the UNITED STATES is a corporation and that it existed before the Revolutionary war. See Respublica v. Sweers 1 Dallas 43. 28 U.S.C. 3002 (15)

Now, you also have to realize that King George was not just the King of England, he was also the King of France. Treaty of Peace * U.S. 8 Statutes at Large 80.

On January 22, 1783 Congress ratified a contract for the repayment of 21 loans that the UNITED STATES had already received dating from February 28, 1778 to July 5, 1782. Now the UNITED STATES Inc. owes the King money which is due January 1, 1788 from King George via France. Is this not incredible the King funded both sides of the War. But there was more work that needed to be done. Now the Articles of Confederation which was declared in force March 1, 1781 States in Article 12 ” All bills of credit emitted,
monies borrowed, and debts contracted by, or under the authority of Congress, before the assembling of the United States, in pursuance of the present confederation, shall be deemed and considered a charge against the United States, for payment and satisfaction whereof the said United States, and the public faith are hereby solemnly pledged.”

Now after losing the Revolutionary War, even though the War was nothing more than a move to turn the people into debtors for the King, they were not done yet.

Now the loans were coming due and so a meeting was convened in Annapolis, Maryland, to discuss the economic instability of the country under the Articles of Confederation. Only five States come to the meeting, but there is a call for another meeting to take place in Philadelphia the following year with the express purpose of revising the Articles of Confederation.

On February 21, 1787 Congress gave approval of the meeting to take place in Philadelphia on May 14, 1787, to revise the Articles of confederation. Something had to be done about the mounting debt. Little did the people know that the so called founding fathers were acutely going to reorganize the United States because it was Bankrupt.

On September 17, 1787 twelve State delegates approve the Constitution. The States have now become Constitutors. Constitutor: In the civil law, one who, by simple agreement, becomes responsible for the payment of another’s debt. Blacks Law Dictionary 6th Ed. The States were now liable for the debt owed to the King, but the people of America were not because they were not a party to the Constitution because it was never put to them for a vote On August 4th, 1790 an Act was passed which was Titled.-An Act making provision for the payment of the Debt of the United States. This can be found at 1 U.S.
Statutes at Large pages 138-178. This Act for all intents and purposes abolished the States and Created the Districts. If you don’t believe it look it up. The Act set up Federal Districts, here in Pennsylvania we got two. In this Act each District was assigned a portion of the debt. The next step was for the states to reorganize their governments which most did in 1790. This had to be done because the States needed to legally bind the people to the debt. The original State Constitutions were never submitted to the people for a vote. So the governments wrote new constitutions and submitted them to people for a vote thereby binding the people to the debts owed to Great Britain. The people became citizens of the State where they resided and ipso facto a citizen of the United States. A citizen is a member of a fictional entity and it is synonymous with subject.

What you think is a state is in reality a corporation, in other words, a Person. “Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is Person.” 9 F. Supp 272 “Word “person” does not include state. 12 Op Atty Gen 176.

There are no states, just corporations. Every body politic on this planet is a corporation. A corporation is an artificial entity, a fiction at law. They only exist in your mind. They are images in your mind, that speak to you. We labor, pledge our property and give our children to a fiction.

Now before we go any further let us examine a few things in the Constitution.

Article six section one keeps the loans from the King valid it states; All Debts contracted and Engagements entered into, before the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be as valid against the United States under this Constitution, as under the Confederation.

Another interesting tidbit can be found at Article One Section Eight clause Two which states that Congress has the power to borrow money on the credit of the United States. This was needed so the United States (Which went into Bankruptcy on January 1, 1788) could borrow money and then because
the States were a party to the Constitution they would also be liable for it.

The next underhanded move was the creation of The United States Bank in 1791. This was a private Bank of which there were 25,000 shares issued of which 18,000 were held by those in England. The Bank loaned the United States money in exchange for Securities of the United States

Now the creditors of the United States which included the King wanted paid the Interest on the loans that were given to the United States. So Alexander Hamilton came up with the great idea of taxing alcohol. The people resisted so George Washington sent out the militia to collect the tax which they did. This has become known as the Whiskey rebellion. It is the Militia’s duty to collect taxes. How did the United States collect taxes off of the people if the people are not a party to the Constitution? I’ll tell you how. The people are slaves! The United States belongs to the floundering fathers and their posterity and Great Britain. America is nothing more than a Plantation. It always has been. How many times have you seen someone in court attempt to use the Constitution and then the Judge tells him he can’t. It is
because you are not a party to it. We are SLAVES!!!!!!! If you don’t believe read Padelford, Fay & Co. vs. The Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Savannah. 14 Georgia 438, 520 which states ” But, indeed, no private person has a right to complain, by suit in court, on the ground of a breach of the Constitution, the Constitution, it is true, is a compact but he is not a party to it.”

          • denniso

I realize you don’t understand the distinction between proving a negative and a positive. If there is no information that the Queen is in control of SS,then that is the only proof there is…no evidence. Much like your god. No evidence that any sort of god exists anywhere or ever,so that is all the ‘proof’ there can be that there is no god. You can believe all you want in aliens, crop circles, gods,Queens controlling SS,but if there is no actual evidenc then you have to ‘believe’ they don’t exist, until or unless future evidence appears.

The difference between true education and vocational training has been cleverly blurred. Here are a few tips on how smart people can control other people. If any of this rings a bell – Well, then wake up!

The first principle of people control is not to let them know you are controlling them. If people knew, this knowledge will breed resentment and possibly rebellion, which would then require brute force and terror,
and old fashioned, expensive and not 100 % certain method of control.

It is easier than you think to control people indirectly, to manipulate them into thinking what you want them to think and doing what you want them to do.

One basic technique is to keep them ignorant. Educated people are not as easy to manipulate. Abolishing public education or restricting access to education would be the direct approach. That would spill the beans. The indirect approach is to control the education they receive.

It’s possible to be a Ph.D., doctor, lawyer, businessman, journalist, or an accountant, just to name a few examples, and at the same time be an uneducated person. The difference between true education and vocational training has been cleverly blurred in our time so that we have people successfully practicing their vocations while at the same time being totally ignorant of the larger issues of the world in which they live.

The most obvious symptom is their absence of original thought. Ask them a question and they will end up reciting what someone else thinks or thought the answer was. What do they think Well, they never thought about it. Their education consisted of learning how to use the library and cite sources.

That greatly simplifies things for the controller because with lots of money, university endowments, foundations, grants, and ownership of media, it is relatively easy to control who they will think of as authorities to cite in lieu of doing their own thinking.

Another technique is to keep them entertained. Roman emperors did not stage circuses and gladiator contests because they didn’t have television. We have television because we don’t have circuses and gladiator events. Either way, the purpose is to keep the people’s minds focused on entertainment, sports, and peripheral political issues. This way you won’t have to worry that they will ever figure out the real issues that allow you to control them.

Just as a truly educated person is difficult to control, so too is an economically independent person. Therefore, you want to create conditions that will produce people who work for wages, since wage earners have little control over their economic destiny. You’ll also want to control the monetary, credit, and banking systems. This will allow you to inflate the currency and make it next to impossible for wage earners to accumulate capital. You can also cause periodic deflation to collapse the family businesses, family farms, and entrepreneurs, including independent community banks.

To keep trade unions under control, you just promote a scheme that allows you to shift production jobs out of the country and bring back the products as imports (it is called free trade). This way you will end up with no unions or docile unions.

Another technique is to buy both political parties so that after a while people will feel that no matter whether they vote for Candidate A or Candidate B, they will get the same policies. This will create great
apathy and a belief that the political process is useless for effecting real change.

Pretty soon you will have a population that feels completely helpless, and thinks the bad things happening to them are nobody in particular’s fault, just a result of global forces or evolution or some other disembodied abstract concept. If necessary, you can offer scapegoats.

Then you can bleed them dry without having to worry overly much that one of them will sneak into your house one night and cut your throat. If you do it right, they won’t even know whose throat they are cutting.

Karolyn:Good information.I do know when my wife called and said she wanted an itemized statement when we realized they were charging over $100,000.00 just for labs, they said they could take 10% off the bill. Thanks but we still wanted to see how they came up with their numbers. As much as I don’t like some insurance companies methods I still don’t want them to be overcharged either.Another thing that can be negotiated by individuals are co-pay charges for equipment rentals from medical providers.

    8 July 2011

In the 1920′s when Americas richest were hoping for a fascist controlled government like Italy and Germany. When the richest one-percent owned 40% of the nations wealth while 50% of Americans were living at below the minimum subsistence rate. Taxes’ for the rich fell to 25% by 1925, labor unions declined, 6,000 companies were swallowed up and only 200 corporations controlled over half of all our countries industry. In 1919 there was 156 millionaire’s and by 1929 the number increased to 1,489. (While our majority suffered.)

Now the date is July 8th, 2011, the richest fascist 1% own 90% of our nations wealth, while our unemployed middle class are losing their jobs, homes and cars, that they can’t afford to buy gas for. While the Fascist Rich wallow in their subsidies, government socialism, while not even paying their taxes. The top twenty five hedge fund managers earn two million a day. That’s more than a middle class worker earning fifty thousand a year earns in a lifetime. (This is all supported by the Tea Party members that elected Governors that are abolishing, not only our middle class, but our DEMOCRACY and our way of life)

  • Nancy Mohrmann

I agree with Kate8. . .about how this started in the 60′s. I saw it and fell for a lot of the garbage but then I was only a high school student/ college sophomore.

Good clip, all but that bull about ‘treason.’ Our country was started on the premiss of Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness, treasonous. The idea being, I thought, that governments that don’t serve should be changed. So knock off the ‘treason’ business.

  • BrotherPatriot

I am not impressed with Hermain Cain.

As a matter of fact, I honestly do not even trust him. He worked for the FED and thinks there isn’t anything wrong with the way things are done. If he’s not actively one of “them” then he’s in their pocket book.

A vote to Ron Paul is the only vote for the true America. We must continue bringing out the truth and the truth is that Ron Paul is the most consistant politition who votes in line with the Constitution that we have available. We NEED a politition who stands up for the Constitution.

    End the FED…Enough said.

    God Bless America.
