Oakland Property Owner ‘Racks’ Shotgun, Deters Occupy Vandals

An Oakland, Calif., developer, fed up with the antics of Occupy protesters trying to break into the building where his office is located during riotous moments late last Wednesday, walked outside with a loaded shotgun to discourage the vandals.

Phil Tagami, who recently oversaw a $50 million renovation project on the office building, said he is tired of watching the so-called peaceful protesters destroy property and the town’s image and was unwilling to allow them to break into his building, according to the San Francisco Chronicle.

“I was standing there and they saw me there, and I lifted it — I didn’t point it — I just held it in my hands,” Tagami said. “And I just racked it, and they ran.”

The protesters did several thousand dollars in damage throughout the city when things turned violent last week, according to officials. The Occupy movement contends that the violent protesters are “on the fringe” of the 99 percent, and do not represent the group. Tagami disagrees.

“We’re very concerned that a group of people can be allowed to do this type of destruction to our town and to our image without any repercussions,” he said. “They need to be held accountable.”

Armed citizens willing to protect their property may be what keeps violent, destructive riots like what transpired in England earlier this year from occurring in the United States. When social unrest erupted in England, panicked citizens purchased baseball bats and clubs by the thousands because strict gun laws make it difficult for them to own firearms.

Phil Tagami, I salute you. You used a very simple, unspoken, universal language to communicate with scum who won’t hesitate to do their knuckle-dragging thing when local police aren’t ‘available’ to protect lives and property. I suggest a trained attack dog and pepper spray (and groups of other like-minded, citizens) might help Mr. Tagami to help maintain sanity and safety in Oakland.
As for the protestors, they learned a valuable lesson that isn’t taught in public schools. I truly hope Mr. Tagami isn’t the only public-spirited citizen who is willing to give lessons in hands-on citizen government when it’s needed.
It could viewed as a precedent that will spread to every community and give the OWS herd reasons to re-evaluate their ‘right’ to show the world the depth and breadth of their collective stupidity.

I think it is ridiculous hoe the police isn’t doing anything to stop these parasites, and if the police who are paid to protect us won’t do their job, then we, as law abiding citizens, who are paying their salaries will need to show them how it’s done, and what needs to be done with these outlaws. Especially in places like Oakland which are bastions of Liberal think tanks, the citizens still need protections from these so called “peaceful” lunatics, who are anything but peaceful. I command Mr. Tagami for his courage and conviction, and if more of us law abiding citizens will do like him, these parasites will go someplace else, like Iran or Syria where I’m sure they’ll be welcomed with open arms by the local police and army.

      • JC

I’m sure many have joined their local Police Dept. with the intention of serving and protecting. But self preservation will kick in when they are hopelessly outnumbered…that, and ultimately they work for the government, not you.

        • VRG

Where do you think the government gets its money to pay the police? Do you think Oakland is printing it?

      • eddie47d

Michael; It was police action against peaceful demonstrators last week which lead to the crazy elements to respond back. So you want more police involvement and more police action so there will be more anger and violence. Now Mr Tagami has every right to protect his person and property if he is threatened and anyone doing damage should be prosecuted. That would involve the police but the police should not be provoking anyone either.

        • Maranatha! Mark

Police “Provoked” the violence from the Protesters… Really?! Defined “Provoked”, please. You mean they were arresting folks trying to vandalize private property? Or perhaps the protestors were breaking some other law, and the police tried to take someone in for it. I have never seen the police just walk into a crowd, in the country and try to “Provoke” the protesters. Do we allow lawlessness just to keep the peace or do we require ALL CITIZENS to observe the laws!?! I am all for peaceful and respectful protest and freedom of speech. But when the protesters disrespect private and public property, and become overtly disruptive, then the Police are supposed to step in. If it is left to armed citizens to do, eventually folks will die, and there is not need! Phil… GREAT JOB MAN! Phil handled it correctly, but some folks with less cool heads, may have leveled the shotgun down into the crowds and blasted away, which could incite all kinds of violence, death and destruction.

          • CP

When you have people essentially doing a sit-in and the police come in with riot shields, riot guns, tasers and tear gas, you do have provocation by the police. This is even more true when tear gas canisters are thrown into the crowd before any request to evacuate has been given. And yes, you do request before you order if you want to maintain a civil society. I do know that there are groups out there with no other intent than to go into a peaceful protest and wait for the police to show so they can create a problem. These people are not members of the original protest group, but they are classified as such in all later reports.

        • eddie47d

My point was that the police marched in early last week and injured protesters BEFORE the vandalism occurred. Those who turned to vandalism were stupid but became angry when the police provoked or injured them. Revenge is gutless in a civil society but it is hard to stop human nature. Thus I would in this case support Mr Tagami but not the police who originally overreacted.

            Overreacted, are you kidding?
How much damage needs to be done, how about defacting in public, how about occupying a private park after hours for over a month straight, how about telling old Jewish woman to leave the country, how about holding signs that say they want everthing for free? Shouldn’t they be in front of the Whitehouse where all the bullsh!t starts! How about all the sexual assaults?

They say that they need jobs, but how do they get a job camping out in parks causing problems? Oops, I forgot…they want it all for free!
Load them on the boat with nobama and send them all to N.Korea and they will see what they get for free.

          • Carol J

Why don’t you come out here and see what these fleabaggers are doing. Sitting somewhere safe and just seeing it on TV and in the papers does not show you how much has been ruined. I told you previously, we’re in the middle of it. The police did not provoke anything. These bums are just looking for trouble, and many of them are paid to come in and stir it up. They are professional rabble rousers.

          • eddie47d

Your mind is flush with hate Jibbs. If you could be more honest Maybe I would give you a pass but you go off the deep end on everything.

          • Joe H.

            Jibbs,
If eddie says you are wrong, wear it like a badge of honor as by eddie telling you you are wrong, you KNOW YOU GOT IT RIGHT!!!

          • gwen

eddie, I agree with you, but unfortunately we are wasting our time trying to expose the truth here….”There are none so blind as those who will not see.”

          • eddie47d

Atta boy Joe always defending Jibbs jive! You and he are masters of manipulative thoughts so no surprise there.

        • Greg

WRONG!!! There was already an enormous amount of criminal behavior going on before the police even showed up — and not just in Oakland, CA either. Someone reported they were raped and the fight was on. The OWS wanted to handle their own crimes, by just telling the criminal to leave.

          • eddie47d

Your reply is only an opinion so take a chill. You don’t like OWS so you go straight for the demonizing without facts. Are you one of those who thinks everyone but you is a criminal?

          • Opal the Gem

Well eddie everything you have posted is only your opinion.

          • eddie47d

Opal doesn’t even post opinions and is just another back biter with little knowledge on anything.

          • Opal the Gem

I learned it from reading your posts eddie.

          • eddie47d

Not when you don’t say anything intelligent.

          • Joe H.

            eddie,
            YOU? INTELLIGENT?? HaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHa!!!!

        • wildmann

Eddie 47D wow! cup size? You are Krazy. these are HARD-Working Professional BUMS! How do I know? I am a retired Fl. Correction Officer!

          • eddie47d

Wild in your exaggerations too I see.

          • USAF VET

Eddie, I know you are an OWS supporter, but that is the same thing as a used athletic suporter, it stinks. Pull your head out of the sand and see what is really going on. These people were camping illegally in the park, they were asked to leave and they refused. When Law Enforcement came in they started reacting violently. What are the police supposed to do, just stand there or follow orders and make them leave the area. If you have followed some of these protests in the past, and really observed these people, you will start to recognize faces that have been in other protests. They are hired troublemakers and don’t even care what the cause is. Along with them you have the Union people, and leftist political leaders. Get a life Eddie and quit talking about things you know nothing about. In other words, you aren’t out here in the Bay Area so just shut up.

    • http://www,pappymart.com John Hanna

Yes an armed stand will certainly protect against these protesters.
They have caused several thousands of dollars of damage.
And look at the ‘good’ side, several millions in overtime just before Christmas – and to think that I have to work for my presents.
Private property is private property and the owner should be allowed to do anything within reason to protect it – deadly force only if, while protecting your stuff, you become threatened with deadly force.

    • Gary

I agree S.C. but we should never under-estimate stupid people in large groups.

    • Roving Richard

Mr. Phil Tagami seems to be one of the few people that understands that under the California Constitution the police are not responsible to protect the individual or our property. The police are only responsible for the community at large. Each individual is responsible for their own protection and the protection of their property.
Though the article is not about gun laws it demonstrates why it is important to understand what rights the current laws are removing and the hole that is being left in individual protection.

    • hitthedeck

If protesters cannot police their own and remove the elements that cause destruction and lawlessness from their own ranks they must suffer the consequences because court cannot be held on site to determine who is at fault while destruction is in progress. If the innocent protesters will not walk away from the bad elements then they have made a bad decision to share the punishment. Those innocent who are in the path of a mob have protection under the second amendment to protect their property and life when the police cannot protect them.

    • Verus Langham

I shudder to think that perhaps he is in fact a liberal himself… all alone out there on the fringes where there is an effort to redistribute his wealth. Ironically when the heat comes home to those who support the redistribution of wealth theory employed in OBAMANOMICS, they are unwilling to allow the transaction to become a done deal for those poor masses who wish to access their accounts (real estate et al).
I do believe his remedy is the right one, however and his demonstration of just how the right to bear arms is most appropriate during times like these…. well, the rest of the story has been told, hasn’t it?

    • Dillonsmom

I suggest a trained attack dog and pepper spray (and groups of other like-minded, citizens) might help Mr. Tagami to help maintain sanity and safety in Oakland.” I understand here in New Jersey German shepard rescue and shelters are overwhelmed by potential adopters…..altho I don’t agree with everyone having a “trained attack dog” most people aren’t knowledgable enough……….but my faith is definately in my obedience trained Doberman……….the problem is……people are scared….they do need to stand up for themselves and their neighbors….or we’re going to be overrun by this people……..ummmm guess who’s funding them?

The problem is….probably most people i n cities don’t talk to their neighbors……glad I don’t live in a city!!! People have got to seek out their neighbors, talk with them……we’re pretty much all in the same sinking boat…and if we don’t start standing up for ourselves and our property…………..it’s happening

    • mary

Tagami used the same tactic I use against home invasions and taggers in Tucson. They know the sound and Yes they run!! rats always scatter. However, if the invaders have AK 47s? I run. Mine’s a 3 shot 12 gauge.

  • Free Mind

If these vomitheads really want to make a difference, why don’t they destroy DC?
It’s time for them to go home or ‘racking” shotguns should become the rule of thumb.

    • Al Sieber

      I’ll second that.

    • Joe H.

      Free Mind,
      110% agree!!

    • Jules

Ya got it right, Free Mind. Totally agree. And, keep the guns around for the current government’s future freedom grabbing attempts. Nothing says “NO” like a loaded shotgun being racked.

  • http://mpgmonster.com Iron Angel

Personally I’m not going to let a bunch of scumbags like these so called protesters destroy what I have worked all my life to accomplish. I will go down fighting to my last breath!

    • Hurricane Glenn

You, me and a whole lot more like us. I will never submit my property or my country to these types. Bring em on!!!!

  • MRobs

I will be purchasing a shotgun and a hand gun as soon as possible. I have begun taking lessons to see what suits me. Obumble is looking to cause more and more of these riots and race riots because they know they are going down in 2012. They are desparate and they will do anything – and I mean anthing – to hang onto their power.

    • JC

They’re a little pricey…but a Benelli Super Vinci semi auto 12 ga. with a 12 rnd. mag will buy you some space. You only rack it once.

      • Roadkill

SAIGA 12 WITH 20 ROUND DRUM MAGAZINE

Amen brother! I have a Saiga 12, nice gun!

End the madness, vote Ron Paul 2012 or BU$T !!

          • http://none Bill Cook

Ron Paul thinks Iran should have the BOMB,this guy is a nut case and deserves NO SUPPORT!!!!!!!!

          • Joe H.

            bill cook,
Bull!! Read his platform again, this time with your eyes open!!

        • Jibbs

          And a Springfield XD .45 with 13rd. mag. + 1

          • Joe H.

            Jibbs,
for close-up to mid range, a Glock 40 with a crimson trace!!!

    • Lost in Paradise

Well, an open bore, or sawed off shotgun with BB shot, will do a lot of damage to multiple targets at the same time. Like a 12gauge magnum!!! Buckshot will kill several at one time. The beauty of a shotgun, versus a pistol, is you do not need to be a really good shot. It takes lots of practice to get good with a handgun, and much less with a shotgun.

A shotgun will scare the hell out of most, but a handgun maybe not so much. They know you need to hit them to do any damage, and it will be less so if you are using a pistol, unless you are well practiced on a daily basis. At least with a shotgun you aim in the general vicinity, and you will get a couple pieces in them at least. However, a close upshot with a 12 gauge magnum will blow a hole in them you can crawl through.

      • Maranatha! Mark

Sawed off Shotguns that are too short will get you arrested! Instead of chancing making the shotgun too short, just buy a Mossberg 590 Tactical Shotgun, Remington 870, Winchester 1897 Riot Shotgun, or any other pump shotguns. The “Racking” sound made by chambering a round into a pump shotgun, usually is enough to give pause to most half-hearted, would-be rioters and criminals. Semi-Automatic shotguns don’t have that unique “Racking” sound. If you go for a Semi-Auto Shotgun for defense of property, then look at some of the box fed or shotguns with detachable box or drum magazines.

Just remember when you step out with a firearm of any kind, you have up’ed elevated the situation, and you must be prepared to use that firearm or possibly have it taken from you and used on you! Like Phil don’t point it at anyone that you aren’t prepared to shoot, and only when you are ready to shoot. Before you shoot, be prepared to live with killing or maiming one or more folks, and the consequences following that action. I am not saying don’t shoot, but be sure you are ready for the consequences of all your actions.

        • Templar

Hey Mark, Check out the mossberg 930 tactical semi-automatic. No racking necessary. Quick as you can pull the trigger. Fill it with rock salt.

        • Cliffystones

Another little tidbit of advice concerning “sawing off” any weapon.

Don’t attempt to try your hand at “home gunsmithing” unless you’re prepared to end up in the burn ward, or worse yet the morgue!

        • eddyjames

Don’t every shoot just to maim, you’ll open your self up to a lawsuit that won’t stop.Shoot to kill…. that way when questions are ask you can get the story straight with out the criminal saying “Nope that ain’t what happened,I be justa mindings my owns business, spreading love and joy to all of god’s creatures when this fool jumped out and shot me for no reason. Now I be crippled fo life, this cracker needs to pays!!”

      • independant thinker

Some pump shotguns (a Winchester Model 12 is one) can actually be fired faster than a semi-auto. Not saying that is good to practice on a regular basis but it can be done. You do have the problem of recoil and keeping the gun on target though.

        • Cawmun Cents

One thing you can really assure yourself of.If a semi-auto jams…what you have is a club…..stick with the pump…get something that fires 3 1/2 inch…..rock salt will be enough.Better actually they will live through it…to be sorry they did.

          -CC.

      • Joe H.

        Lost,
You are in someones house attempting to steal all of their valuables suddenly you look at your chest and see a little red dot on it and hear a voice say drop or die! you going to wonder if he can hit you???

    • Cliffystones

      However……..

If you don’t want to take out a second mortgage, a good pump-action Mossberg will cost a lot less. And if you’ve never owned and/or shot a handgun, a little Smith and Wesson revolver is a great concealed carry weapon.

  • Sirian

Personally, Mr. Tagami is but one of many. When a threat is present and they are pushed and pushed and pushed they will simply go to whatever lengths is necessary to prevent a loss of what they have worked so hard for. OUTSTANDING!! These young “useful idiots” have no conception as to what it takes to accomplish anything other then what they’ve been indoctrinated/brainwashed into believing via their almighty professors in college or the total lack of common sense. That unfortunately has become oh so prevalent over the past twenty years – if not more. That’s what makes this frightening – if they can’t think for themselves and can be so easily herded in one direction (Marxism/Socialism) or another (Fascism/Totalitarianism) then we must prepare and stand ready at all times yet to come. Don’t come to Oklahoma “useful idiots” – we have you outnumbered 1000 to 1!!

  • mickey

Leave it to the “peaceful” demonstrators of obama to continue to destroy public and private property. Bussed in, I presume, by union thugs, ACORN, the NAACP.

CA has influenced our lives in every state. I personally think Pelosi indeed thinks all the states would be better off being like CA. With the most reps, and illegals imploding that, the other states, in masse, may not be able to overcome the ballot box.

In a day an age of instant communication, there is no reason so many representatives should exist. If we can do with 2 senators, then we can do with 2 reps per state–level the playing field so to speak.

  • Lost in Paradise

I would really like to interview some of these rioters, to understand more what motivates them. They may not be as crazy as we think. It could be the start of a good movement if someone would take control and direct them. Then maybe Obama and his goons from the Unions already have.I suspect that many of them are sick and tired of the same things we are as conservatives.

    • eddie47d

Actually that was in the paper today where a group of OWS were willing to create a new political party like the Tea Party. Unfortunately they want to call it the Occupation Party. My first thoughts were that the name stinks because in the long term no one likes to be occupied. I do hope they change the name quickly because they would lose my vote. The Reformation Party would be more sensible since they want to reform Wall Street and the political hypocrisies in Washington. The bigger problem is would they become an arm of the Democrat Party like the Tea Party became an arm of the Republican Party. The more things change the more they stay the same.

      • Greg

WRONG!!! The Tea Party has systematically forced the hand of the Republican Party to do what they’re not use to doing. To be made accountable for their behavior for the past several decades and beyond. Tea Party Patriots are nothing like OWS. Totally different mindset. The only thing they have in common is that both groups know something isn’t right. OWS can’t yet figure it out, and the Tea Party has moved in the direction to change that status quo.

      • eddie47d

My comment was not wrong but you start out flinging flak. There is no real Tea Party for they vote Republican Party and there probably wouldn’t be a real Occupation Party for they would vote Democrat. If either of these groups want real change then they have to separate themselves from the two major parties. That would also be true for the Libertarian party who are already established. Change doesn’t happen by jumping in bed with the ones who caused the meltdowns when they have been the same for 50 years.

        • Dale on the left coast

eddie . . . your ignorance is just overwhelming!!!
OWS is the 9% . . . misfits, losers, druggies, dropouts and the handout crowd . . .
The Tea Party folks are CONSERVATIVE . . . if you are a Conservative who do you vote for? The Dimmicrap Party is communism-lite . . . so unless they form a new party . . . they will likely vote Repug by default.

          • eddie47d

Your distortions and BS don’t even get you a D-.

          • Joe H.

            Dale,
Wear eddies comment proudly!! he proves you right!!!

          • eddie47d

Joe proudly wears his F- on his sleeve too!

          • Joe H.

Yeah, eddie, I wear that F on my sleve JUST FOR YOU!! Stands for F— YOU!!! have a nice day, dip stick!!!

      • hitthedeck

eddie-I like the name Bluebottom party. How does that sound?

        • Joe H.

          hitthedeck,
eddie would like that one!!! He’s been sitting on his bottom with the unions for so long his is probably REAL BLUE!!!

    • Buster the Anatolian

There are a number of them who, when asked why they are there, replied “because it is a protest” or other words to that effect.

  • AJ

Like somebody said we need to get off and get rid of the D & R plantations.

  • Linda

Don’t we have laws that specify what a protestor can or can’t do? Shouldn’t a protestor be arrested if they break the law, like vandalizing or just sitting-in without a permit? Our country was founded on the rule of law. This is what sets us apart from the rest of the world. What’s the matter with us? These people are breaking the law and should be arrested and spend some time in jail figuring it out if it is worth it. Why aren’t we arresting them? Because they serve a purpose. Unrest is terrifying on many levels. But the single rack of a shotgun stopped them cold in their tracks. Good for the building owner in Oakland!

    • Dillonsmom

Linda…..we used to have those laws….and they “used” to be enforced” NOT anymore these owrs were offered jobs..declined for the most part….follow the money trail….professional protestors are in charge now…guess where the $$$$ is coming from…….when you’re handed money under the table……you don’t need to get a job………I’m sure the government is loving this………NOPE 2012!

  • Rob Kent

When I read this stuff I look for the lie. Here it is ” When social unrest erupted in England, panicked citizens purchased baseball bats and clubs” please provide proof of this statement you wont because you cant why because its a lie. The second lie is when Mr Rolley calls himself a journalist he is not he is a facist gun nut with a laptop

    • Buster the Anatolian

Since you dissagree with Mr Rolley’s statements why don’t you dis-prove them instead of just calling him a lier. As far as him being a “gun nut” I suppose you are one of those who believes the police will show up the instant you dial 911 before you can even finish telling the operator what you need them for. Good luck with that.

      • Rob Kent

I think the word you were looking for was liar not lier nevermind. I have not published a piece of “journalism” using the term loosely Mr Rolley has that is the distinction, when I publish a piece saying that the iggest advertising in the NRA magazine is viagara (which is of course true) i will be expected to be required to back it up & Mr Rolley can find the lie simple enough. On the house thing I am very wealthty live in a enclave of exteremely wealthy people its very unlikely someone is going to show up if they do the police will be in here in 2 mins’ they are if someone goes to look in my garbage for godsake lucky old me eh?

        • Jibbs

When seconds count, the police are minutes away.
Being wealthy won’t stop you from being a violated….wake up!Journalism? I guess you forgot to proof read what you posted.

          • Joe H.

            Jibbs,
Isn’t that the truth?? Trying to read his post was like trying to walk a rocky trail, in the dark!!!

        • Dennis48e

Lives in a gated community. That explains it all he thinks he is better than the rest of us and has the right to tell us less fortunate than him what to do.

            Dennis48e,
Yet THEY tell him what he can grow on his little postage stamp lot. what he can display on his house. Even what lights he can have mounted ANYWHERE on HIS(?) little property!!!

          • Rob Kent

I didnt say I live in a gated community and I dont think I am better than you I do think i am smarter than you for the obvious reason that you believe the sh– on this website.

        • Opal the Gem

The biggest advertising in the last 6 NRA magazines I received were for Tarus so you sir(?) are a liar.

          • Rob Kent

Nice use of the word sir but please recognize the irony

          • Joe H.

            robert Kent,
I have Novembers issue right here in my livingroom and he is RIGHT!
BTW, your bragg didn’T impress me at all. As the caretaker of said enclave, you could say exactly the same things!!

    • Dale on the left coast

Rob . . . if you had ever read a real History Book . . . you would know that the fascists . . . in Italy and Germany . . . confiscated all firearms, but of course being a lefty education is not high on your priority.
Its time for the 90% to go to the Park and lay a beat-down on the miserable anarchist 9% – give them what their parents never did . . . a little belated discipline!!!

  • HDMania

Laws?..what laws?..everybody wants the OWS to obey laws or have laws used against them but what about your elected officals obeying the laws?..The highest ruler of this land has been breaking laws all along and destroying our constitution and bill of rights and nobody is holding them accountable..Obummer,Holder and Napalitano are taking your liberties away yet their still there doing their deeds on us..nobody want to stand up to the banksters who run this country. All talk and no action..at least the OWS are trying?

    • hitthedeck

H D it is you who is the fool if you think that OWS is standing up against Obama’s gangsters. The OWS belongs to him and all his cronies are in their ranks.

  • Ted Crawford

I fear the outcome of this will be terrible! It might happen something like this; one of those overly induldged, petulant children will be enticed by one of the “adults?” from perhaps the old Acorn group or SEIU, into doing something someone else will feels is threatening. They will be shot and killed. The protester will be dead, the property owner will be impirsoned, and the left will have it’s marter. The violence will only increase from that point, perhaps to the stage where Obama can implement Martial Law!

    • hitthedeck

You say that if things get out of hand Obama will have to impose marshal law! I have news for you my friend; Obama has already imposed marshal law! That’s his Army in the streets now that’s the army he was talking about starting when he gave his speech in 08. He said that his army must be larger than our own military. I have news for him. There are enough of Veterans in this country to put his brown shirts six feet under.

      • Raggs

        You got that right!!!!!!

        • Rob Kent

Even i wouldnt go far as to call the T party people Brown shirts… yet

          • Joe H.

            Rob Kent,
when observing your reading comprehension, I would GUESS you ARE the caretaker of that enclave. What do you get, about 9.50 an hour???

  • Tony C

And this, my friends, is why we have the Second Amendment.

  • http://personallibertydigest not fooled

Obamas soldiers are doing a his dirty work. This is just another obama side show paid for by hollywood left / lib dirt bags.

  • hitthedeck

I would argue that a private citizen has the right to use deadly force on an advancing mob. There in no jury that could say that an advancing unarmed mob in not a threat to life and property. When a mob is convinced that they are protected under the law to do as they please then our country will be living under fascism.

    • John Lilleburns ghost

look in a mirror. Thats a facist, right wing biggots like you dude. Be honest come out wearing your little white robes over your empty pointy head

      • Dillonsmom

AND just what do you think black panthers stand for????????? Get a real life

      • John Burleson

John boy, John boy, John boy!! Unthump your nappy little head long enough to contemplate the following: idiots are not a race.

John Burleson, who loves those dumber than him…John

  • Buck

Knowing the San Francisco communists ,I mean leaders , by the time of next violent protests there this action will be legislated an assault and this citizen will be arrested for doing the same thing . I’m actually surprised he wasn’t and could still be if the city leaders read this article

  • Raggs

Oh these poor little oblama worshiping protestors and oblama loves them too.

Thats all that one needs to say…

  • http://google Leonard W. Giddens

All this destruction supported by Soul Brother number one. What a disgrace to our once proud and good nation. This nation has become the sis pool of the world since 2008. It bothers me that so many people wallow it the feces like hogs wallow in a pig sty.

    • Don Willis Sr

Check the dictionary, I think you mean cesspool! And I agree with you that this country is going to the dogs, as if we could be that lucky, because my dog has it better than I do.

  • Ridge Runner

What happened to the common law that you had the right to protect your property and your life and well being. These liberal thiving lying politicans have have gradually taken that right. I guess they think all liars and thives need to be protected because it seems the crooks and thives have more rights than the victims.athese idiots are saying that you would be better off if you hide and not confront an invader.Any one that icatch stealing or invading i’ll hide him with a 12 gauge shot gun it should take off enough hyde to getr done.Do not shoot an invader to cripple them shoot them dead and they cant sue you. If they don’t have a knife give them one and call the law to come get them. I don’t want this to happen to me but i had rather kill than to be found dead. Death is sort of final.

    • Dillonsmom

Also…..keep in mind these “occupiers” were offered jobs………..and declined…….do any of you feel sorry for them now? Their parents ought to take them home….and at least read them the riot act……but then parents have no responsibility anymore…may the Gods help us…..our country is now a third world country…..it’s been going on for awhile..but since this president….really escalated.

  • 1minuteman

do something for your country today and buy a gun and plenty of ammo. pretty soon you may be needed.

  • Ray

It is a real stretch that the liberal progressive press has promoted that the occupy movement resembles the Tea Party movement. Very obvious that if they are not blind that they themselves consist of a bunch of liars.

  • Dillonsmom

FINALLY………a man, a hero……..this man is doing what it should and used to be legal to do…protect your property, yourself, you family and your animals…………this is exactly what more people need to do. I understand there is something called a “tire thumper” looks kind of like a baseball bat…….this is what we’re going to have to carry……as Americans are definately going to have to stand up for themselves……we don’t have “police” to rely on. Certainly would have stopped the flash mobs in their tracks…….I don’t advocate violence……but thanks to the government getting more and more restrictive about firearms……..we definately are going t have to protect ourshelves. Only criminals are going to have firearms.

  • guest on this planet

Its about time for all citizens to lock and load since the police wont protect you and barry and his crew approve their actions . Its about time to remove all security from politicians and let them live like the rest of us .

  • Don Willis Sr

I have a 22 magnum revolver and I think I will trade it in for a Glock 40 cal. which has more stopping power for just in case I am going to need it. I also think I will post a sign saying “Trespassers will be shot, and survivors will be shot again”

  • blackhawk

This man just racked his shotgun. He should have fired a couple of shots into the air. Then if they came at him fire into this misbegotten mob of degenerates .
ANYONE that has the stupidity to break into my home or business will be dead a few minutes later.
They are the enemy not patriotic Americans pushed on by the liberal sucking communist democrat party headed by the lawless unions and Georgie Soras.
I wonder how many jobs they could have gotten in the 2 months they sat around and did nothing but try to destroy this country ?
    Obama.Are you happy now ???

  • John Burleson

Okay, okay. A little late is better than not at all. Mr. Tagami, you are my hero for the day. I only have one question: what if you threw a bar of soap at the scum bags? I know this is a few weeks late, but I just subscribed to this website and your story was still up there. I love it when real Americans finally have enough of this garbage and stand up for themselves. The Bill of Rights is being raped out of all hope of reality by these cream puffs and it’s time the rest of the country grew a set and disciplined these whiners like their parents should have. Yeah, the garbage has the right to speak, assemble, blah blah blah. But the rest of us have the right to block their message and stink from our personal space. Keep it up, Mr. Tagami–I’m honored to know there’s two of us left.

John Burleson, who still fears no scum–and I don’t need a weapon.
