Tom, what a great summary. I have read the first 50 pages of your book. it’s a little dense, even though I have a PhD in biochemistry. Nonetheless, as a member of GOOOH (, I find this data wonderful to discuss. Not surprisingly, the hoi poli is unaware of this message. God bless us. God bless you for opening our eyes.

That said, the one that this missing in your video (an a lot of activist groups) is what we do about it. If I may be so bold as to suggest that we call/write/visit our states representatives and get them onboard with these positions, that might not be a bad idea. Naturally, we should all read the book, but again, be patient with it, it isn’t an easy read, though, as you have said, many patriots (my dad in WWII me a Viet Nam era vet) have given much more. I’m so surprised that more haven’t embraced this law? Please, give us a follow on, or maybe it’s on your website. I got here from Personal media justice. Please get on other sites like

All they have in their bag of tricks Tom is, name calling is what their M. O., no Facts. We bring Facts to the table without name calling! The new word I have for the Dumbed Down Leftist and Communist sounds mean spirited and that word is Libitard, not Libtard… Somebody came up with the word Libtard, but I fancy Libitard because it hit’s the nail directly on the Head, without mincing words. In closing I would like to say Tom, what you say makes perfect sense or better yet, common sense. The People who are recruited to work with the Hefferton Post and Media Doesn’t Matter etc, are unfortunately the Indisputed King Of Dumb and that’s what their counting on.

Good video… Thanks for posting it for us to view Bob Livingston.
It is good to know that NULLIFICATION of unConstitutional laws made by a corrupt gov’t in DC CAN be and have been leagally fought against by The People.

NULLIFY, Nullify, nullify unConstitutional laws in America.

    • gary wilcox

Its about time.Nullify all unconstitutional laws and the people who signed them into law. Also mandate 2years of constitutional law for any public office.

      • EltonJ

Being a constitutional lawyer won’t help. Billy was one (granted he was a better pres than Bush 1).

Tom, first of all, a wonderful message you have sent to our legislators here in Idaho! I hope that it truly gets to them. Surprisingly, and to my dismay, I heard on the local news several days ago that our own Attorney General for the state has said that there is “no constitutional ground” for nullification and that it probably would not go very far because of it.

So, you are right, Tom, the fight will be hard. But look at what is at stake here; our very country, it’s values, it very way of life as well as our freedoms and livelihoods will go away with submission to such a tyrannical piece of legislature. As you have said, there are many great patriots who have had endure much more in the name of freedom. Furthermore, it (Obamacare) is not at all about healthcare.

As a businessman who is starting out in his own business, I do not have healthcare insurance – - I cannot afford it under the current (even pre-Obamacare) system. I therefore agree that the healthcare system needs to be reformed. But Obamacare is very far from any kind of reform that I and many others have envisioned. I was, to say the least, apalled at the way Congress trammpled on the Constitution and rammed this peice of tripe down our throats.

I will keep working with my local Tea Party and through communication with State legislators. And, I will echo the previous posters; God belss you for your efforts and in keeping us all informed and educated.

I can’t call myself an expert on Obummercare [no one is, especially the retards who passed it). However, it has the potential to cripple America in ways that even an invader couldn't do. This says much about those who want to force it on us [ESPECIALLY Queen Nancy Pelosi].
ANY elected official who DARES to say that ‘the legislation has to be passed so we can see what’s in it’ is absolutely CERTIFIABLE and must be seen as DANGEROUS to America. This insanity goes way past mere politics, people. Stalin and Hitler would be green with envy.
    So much for progressive “compassion.”

To add to SC’s comment;I am reminded of a statement Abe Lincoln said (I don’t recall the exact wording). Something like this, “This country is too strong for any other country to take down. The only way this country can be taken down is, if it is done from within), and that’s exactly what is being done right now; “FROM WITHIN”. R.K.

Thank-you for defending your views, your books, and your sincere contribution to the public forum on the balance of powers.

In your apolegetics, you’re absolutely right about criticisms and condemnation: once you oppose “the establishment”, anything goes; as facts and truth (your credentials, experience, etc.) have no credance in the rhectoric of those who have a large audience, are well financed and are apparently afraid of your works…the potential.

Attempting to destroy the author (or promoter) is simply a convenient way for powerful pundits to discredit his works.

It is absolutely essential that Obamacare be recended. Why? Neither Congress or President Obama has the necessary tools to address unsustainable spending or the mountainous national indebtedness issue. Oamacare adds another 30 million people to the Medicare entitlement rolls. What legitimate economists has presented evidence that Obamacare will “save” money? We don’t need more political BS. We need common sense truth.

The only tools available to President Obama and Congress are laws, regulations and confiscation (taxation). These are “control” mechanisms. Any law, regulation is limited to minimums defining a violation. Politicians are tax and spend experts as well as “spinning” exerts. We the public might as well be mushrooms; the politicians keep us in the dark and feed us manure; a polite word for BS.

in the year 2010 the federal budget shows that over 60% of our national expenditures are going to federal retirement entitlements, Medical care entitlements and other welfare entitlements such as food stamps, unemployment etc. We are borrowing 40 cents out of every dollar spent. Whoever advised President Obama that this nation can survive borrowing money to support that level of entitlement spending is either economically illiterate, an idiot, or maybe worse; dedicated to bankrupting our nation so that our USA will become totally dependent upon a “worldwide economy” i.e. socialism or communism by default.

As I write this response the politicians acknowledge that our national debt is close to exceeding 14 trillion. Congress will soon be faced with the reality of having to increase our national debt limit. Currently each of owes about $48,000 including those just born. However, that isn’t the whole truth. That is only our federal short term indebtedness. When we include long term indebtedness, “unfunded” entitlement liabilities, the actual figure is closer to 100 trillion. That means every man, woman and child owes close to 200 thousand dollars; 800 thousand dollars per family.

Out politicians stand before the TV camera and claim that all we really need is more JOBa and we can work our way out of this mess. I truly wish that were true! It is NOT!

The basic political problem “We the People” must face is the fact that many citizens believe that the distribution of wealth in these United States of America is “unfair”. Political revolution is a predictable reality if this issue is left unaddressed. Benjamin Franklin warned us in 1776; “When the people find that they can vote themselves money, that will herald the end of the republic.”

President Obama and the Congress cannot unravel the mess they have created; however “We the People Can!”

There is an honorable and legal way to replace the need for every entitlement program currently being funded by the federal budget including-all state and federal employee retirements, all Social Security, all Medicare and Medicaid, all unemployment, all food stamp and all college funding loans with a cost of only $10 per person. But, we have to be able to think out of the current federal entitlement box and become individually entrepreneurial thinkers.

Think about this; we can build a home business model that will create a minimum of $5,985 monthly residual income for every adult in America within two to three years. Two hundred million adults earning $5,985 every month; a two parent family earning $119770 at a one-time cost of only $10 each.

The solution I propose is simple, easy, ethical, inclusive, legal, 95% automated and sustainable. It is designed to help every adult living in America become financially self sufficient and never again be dependent upon pitiful government hand-outs. Government dependency will destroy our beloved United States of America.

“The people are the only sure reliance for the preservation of our liberty.” Thomas Jefferson.

I have created a document entitled “We the People Can!”. Go to this website to learn how you can help replace all federal entitlements and and how to get your pdf copy of “We the People Can!”.

    God Bless America.
