No Matter Who You Feel Is Right Or Wrong, This Video Is a Reminder Of How Dangerously Close ‘Hope’ And ‘Change’ Are Bringing The Nation To Widespread Civil Unrest

A man speaking at a gun control rally in Concord, N.H., this week about how stricter gun laws would have prevented his daughter’s shooting death was heckled by an angry 2nd Amendment advocate.

Heckler Daniel Musso rudely interrupted the speaker and played to a minority crowd of gun-rights supporters present at the rally.

When Musso backed down, he was confronted by police and the situation quickly escalated, culminating in his being Tazed and cuffed by officers much to the chagrin of angry—and some armed—gun rights advocates.

No matter who is wrong here, it is a frightening reminder of the current state of the Union.

the current state has been current for several decades.

    • k92509

Not to the extreme it has become.

      • rbrooks

actually, it has been worse at times.

        • vicki

Just watch how the police implement the war on (some) drugs. There are several reality shows on TV that show the behavior

          • rbrooks

prohibition of alcohol. women’s rights. the fight to stop labor laws and unions.

  • Oldclimber1

What do I have a problem with here ? The lib scum protesters get treated with kid gloves. They can take over a park, poop all over the place, break laws by the score, while this (admittedly) redneck guy gets arrested for touching a cop with his finger. Yeah, technically its assault, but I want to see ALL lawbreakers suffer proportionate consequences, up to and including our criminal politicians.

    • Jimmy the Greek

The libs should have gotten a beat down , the pro gun people should have set there bus on fire and beat them down !

      • rbrooks

you set a fine example of law and order.

        • Jimmy the Greek

You have to kick a little a$$ some time to get things going the right way .

          • rbrooks

the same could be said of the out come of this story. they thought they were getting things going in the right way.

not all liberals support the control of guns and gun ownership.

very few of us actually support the 2nd as written.

            do you?

      • vicki

As much fun as that might sound the best thing to do is to record everything you can from as many angles as you can. Distribute the videos on youtube as was done in this case. Make sure the DA gets copies and the defense attorney if it goes that far.

Show up enmass at any related hearings/trial

I see Concord has Gestapo cops like so many other places in the USSA. This man did nothing. He was talking, but broke no laws. But as is usually the case, the cops close in and get in his face until they successfully provoke him to do what? He touched a cop’s shoulder and was treated with force and brutality that did not match anything this man did. This is the police state we are living in today.

    Welcome to 0bama’s America.

  • Rick Griffin

Why do you think they call them PIGs ? Don’t expect me to be sad when they get killed because they are PIGs. This man was hunted down and pushed to force a confrontation so he could be arrested.

    • CatGman

You are absolutely right Rick. Those cops went to him to intimidate him into leaving or to provoke him to do something they could arrest him for.
      What jerks.

  • oldguy

All this man did was state an opinion and then turned around and left. The cops came looking for trouble and instigated the whole thing. Get ready America. This is what Obama is waiting for. The first amendment is dead for anyone but left wing nuts. These cops were wanting trouble and kept messing with the guy until he touched one and that set them off. Bullies each and everyone. I hope the man sues the city and gets millions and these cops are charged with attempted murder, aggravated assault, and a multitude of broken civil laws. It didn’t matter what any witnesses said to them. They couldn’t be bothered with getting to the truth, they wanted trouble and showed it from the first question to the man.

  • hitthedeck

One aggressive cop and he probably out ranked the younger officers. You could tell that the younger officers looked like their hearts were not in arresting this guy. I can’t form an opinion by watching this video and I think there was more to this than meets the eye. In the end it looked liked the guy in the black suit was filing charges for whatever. I would like to know the full story. I think the people who go against the 2nd amendment are stupid and incite anger into parotic Americans that love their country. When advocating the people to override the constitution is a form of treason but the ironic fact is their free speech is protected by the constitution that they are trying to destroy.

  • Jimmy the Greek

They had the police out numbered when they first showed up they should have taking back the guy in the red shirt and split up into the mass of people . and got out of there before more cops showed up .

  • American Patriot01

Soon they will be going from door to door, looking for those that do not conform. Own a gun? Make patriotic calls for action or justice? distrust the government? prep for catastrophe? support a non progressive or unapproved political party? believe in the Constitution? Homeschool your kids? Believe in Jesus Christ? They have made it so that these things have become the indicators of a potential terrorist? How is it that the very things that made this nation great and the most powerful nation on earth are now considered perverse and criminal? BECAUSE, their agenda is the “revolution” come to attrition! It is the takeover of the government they dreamed of back in the 60’s and 70’s. The next battle will not be a revolution, it will be a counter revolution to put down the usurpers. This will not end well for them (those that support and enforce the tyranny) They don’t have enough people on their side to back up their agenda. Just a bunch of badge wearing bullies, no better than the thugs and gangs they patterned themselves after.

    • vicki

No need to go looking. NSA is already collecting all that info.

  • fullyalive

And to think – no matter who has or hasn’t something important to say – that we pay those people dearly with expensive salaries per year to do this to us for nothing! Yes! There is more of us…but…just look at those people posturing with their boots, badges and insecure egos!

    • Barbara Moody

fullyalive Expensive salaries??? Surely, you can’t be talking about the salaries that are paid to police officers! I was the wife of a police officer for many years, have a son that has been a police officer inexcess of 20 yrs..Father and son had to work extra jobs just to pay the mortgage and car ins. and that doesn’t include anything like a vacation, tires, shoes for 3 kids and clothing for all.Yes,I worked also and so does my daughter-in-law.The life of any police officer is not easy and none of them make a livable wage. You need to get an education on those “expensive salaries” you think are paid to those that are,by all rights, our protectors! Sorry to say all officers are not good people but that also includes your ministers, ball coaches and anything else you can think of.

  • Frank Kahn

I can sympathize with people that keep saying we need to do something like voting the liberals out of office. I would posit, though, that this is not possible. The quest for power drives most politicians. That means that you will have an almost impossible task finding someone acceptable to replace them.

And, in the case of this man on video, the law was stacked against him. He was going to get arrested no matter how he acted. This is just an indication that peaceful opposition is useless. To protect his constitutional rights would have taken armed conflict. In that situation it would have been bad, too many innocent bystanders. To be successful the push back will have to be conducted in a planned and controlled manner or there will just be lots of wasted lives.

  • CSP215

I am a retired Connecticut State Trooper. I will tell you that in my opinion talking is always better than baiting a subject to the point of arrest . I have walked the walk and was never afraid to engage a person that needed to be arrested. These officers need to be retrained in certain aspects of their skill set in dealing with the people they serve. I believe whoever issued the permit for the speakers needs a better understanding how to choose a more secure venue for this passionate type of event .

    • k92509

I believe that what is good for the goose is also good for the gander. If you are going to disallow someone their Constitutional right to free speech in favor of speech promoting your point of view you have no business being in a position of authority.
I have lost faith in the police for I see them a s a horde of thugs out to bust heads and assert their authority. I have noticed a certain “mindset” with those involved in “law enforcement” To a person the same persona emulates from within i.e. We are in charge and we are the law. Not we enforce the law but we make it up as we go to suit the situation.
There are far too many instances when “LEO’s use deadly force when it is not warranted than they “police themselves” and find it justified. What a CROCK. I have a better chance of surviving an assault from a criminal than I would have against those who have sworn to uphold the law.

  • Lizard

If you had carried the gun then the man who killed your daugher might never have got the shot off but your to dependent on laws that do not work and cannot protect anyone…..I believe the right to carry is pro life……
I wonder if this man has the convictions to have stopped a man who would have stabbed his daugher to death?

  • TheTruthHurtsAsWell

Not for nothing but this does not promote any meaningful discourse… Sowing up to a rally and heckling someone whose daughter was shot? That is not only disrespectful but pointless

    • vicki

Demanding that ~300 MILLION Americans give up their God given and Constitutionally PROTECTED right to keep and bare arms while demanding unconstitutional laws that would NOT have stopped the criminal. Now THAT is disrespectful and has gotten many people killed.

  • TheTruthHurtsAsWell

They need to teach the LEO’s about the Constitution or they may start getting fragged. There is a tipping point and it is dangerously close. I would hope it does not get to that point because there are many good LEO’s out there we need to continue to support. We cannot be like the liberals and make blanket statements.
