Natural Cure For Acid Reflux

Stomach acids sometimes escape the stomach and rise up the esophagus. These acids escape when the lower esophageal sphincter (the valve that allows food to pass into the stomach) doesn’t close all the way or opens too often.

This can be caused by a hiatal hernia, or it can be caused by improper levels of stomach acid.

Big Pharma is making billions of dollars on the “little purple pill” and other antacids. They have duped the public into believe the big lie that acid reflux and heartburn are caused by too much stomach acid. But most acid reflux and heartburn — if no hiatal hernia is present — is caused by too little stomach acid, not too much. The lack of stomach acid prohibits proper digestion and allows food to ferment in the stomach. The fermented food causes the gas symptoms.

One natural cure is to use apple cider vinegar to increase your stomach acid. Take 1 to 2 teaspoons mixed with 8 ounces of water three times a day. If your problem is chronic, take it five times a day until the symptoms are relieved.

This won’t happen overnight, so stay with the program for several days until you feel relief.

What utter rubbish! Have you ignored all the pH testing over 24 and 48 hour periods?
Cider vinegar does help many but it works by fooling the stomach into thinking acidic food is on the way so it doesn’t need to produce so much.

I agree too many pharmaceutical companies make far too much out of their drugs. The one that makes the little purple pill brought it out because the patent was running out on Prilosec. But research has shown the cheapest generic omeprazole from Walmart is just as effective as the most expensive at reducing stomach acid.
AND for many people it is VITALLY important to reduce stomach acid. Heartburn can lead to cancer!

Rubbish to you. Bob, thank you as this is a remedy that I and my family have been using for many, many years.

I’d rather put my trust in research that includes a larger sample.
This is dangerous. How many more must die of esophageal cancer before the charlatans and snake oil salesmen are brought to account.

          Dear robichris,

You write: “How many more must die of esophageal cancer before the charlatans and snake oil salesmen are brought to account.” Indeed, when are the charlatans and snake oil salesmen of big pharma, the medical establishment and fda going to be brought to account. Adverse drug reactions kill 100,000 people each year and seriously harm or sicken 2 million, according to the fda.

          Best wishes,
