Naked Man Knocked On Stranger’s Door, Ran Through Yards

DELTONA, Fla., (UPI) –  Police in Florida said they arrested a nude man accused of knocking on a stranger’s door and running through neighboring yards.

The Volusia County Sheriff’s Office said Rosvelt Campbell was fully clothed and carrying a walking stick when he knocked on a woman’s door in Deltona Saturday, but he returned the following day to knock on the same door in the nude, the Orlando Sentinel reported Wednesday.

“He has not a stitch of clothes on him,” the woman told a 911 dispatcher.

Deputies said the woman refused to open her door and the man ran through several yards and was spotted walking by deputies. He attempted to flee on foot, but was apprehended, investigators said.

Campbell was charged with resisting an officer without violence, indecent exposure and loitering or prowling.
