More Evidence That The U.S. Government Is A Criminal Enterprise

The U.S. government is a criminal enterprise and is out of control. The U.S. Constitution was drafted to limit government and affirm the natural rights held by the people, but it is serially ignored and violated by the President, the Congress, the Supreme Court and law enforcers both Federal and local.

The result is growing tyranny and a police state and a Nation that is becoming a simmering cauldron of unrest — sparked by the passage of unConstitutional laws by a Congress controlled by moneyed interests; the affirming of those laws by the Supreme Court; long-term high rates of unemployment; a declining standard of living; increased regulation by unaccountable, bought-and-paid-for psychotic government functionaries; money printing; a presstitute mass media; increasingly militarized and militant local law enforcement officers; and a declining morality encouraged by both the political and celebrity classes — that is poised to explode.

The elected class and their handlers have been at war with the American people, the Constitution and the American way of life for many years. In the beginning, they used gradualism to sneak small abuses by an unobservant public. But as the unConstitutional encroachments gained ground, they accelerated. We are now rapidly heading toward a calamitous event that will rock the system to its core and, hopefully, restore us to Constitutional governance.

Following are 17 pieces of evidence taken from recent headlines that prove the President, Congress, Supreme Court, Federal and local police are criminals working against the interests and best wishes of the American people:

  • President Barack Obama has mandated that all Federal workers and contractors spy on one another. Under the program, which is being implemented with little public attention, security investigations can be launched when government employees showing “indicators of insider threat behavior” are reported by co-workers, according to previously undisclosed administration documents obtained by McClatchy. Investigations also can be triggered when “suspicious user behavior” is detected by computer network monitoring and reported to “insider threat personnel.” The hypersensitive Obama instituted this spying program supposedly to spot leakers like Snowden and Pfc. Bradley Manning, who is charged with leaking state secrets to Wikileaks. But in reality, Obama is trying to reign in any chance of exposure of his and the rest of government’s unConstitutional abuses of power.
  • U.S. Government contractor Edward Snowden recently “revealed” that the National Security Agency is illegally spying on American by collecting their emails, text messages, phone records and social networking posts. The mainstream media, the propaganda arm of the government, claims these revelations are new and startling, even though the information has been in the public domain for years and visible to anyone with a discerning mind. What’s troubling is Snowden’s sketchy narrative and the way the sycophantic media ignores it. The sketchy narrative indicates there is something else going on behind the scenes that only the elites are privy to; and, in fact, it may very well be a turf war between two or more unaccountable government agencies.
  • The increased spying network is a result of the so-called “War on Terror” that was begun after the false flag 9/11 attacks. The Nation’s security apparatus received a huge infusion of cash as a result so it could “keep Americans safe.” Yet since then, almost all the “terrorists” captured attempting to attack the United States have been FBI-created patsies. Even The New York Times has admitted this.
  • Federal Reserve money printing, lately called Quantitative Easing, is propping up the stock market and benefiting the banksters and Wall Street while creating another bubble that will wipe out the American middle class… again. That will probably result in another fix like the last one in which President George W. Bush “abandoned free market principals to save the free market system.” Such a pronouncement is classic Orwellian doublethink. In reality, there has not been a free market system for many years. Printing money so the banksters and Wall Street criminals can continue to pass it among themselves will lead to an inevitable collapse of the financial system.
  • The Internal Revenue Service is targeting Americans based on their political and religious beliefs… and will soon have access to everyone’s medical records — another batch of information they can use against the people.
  • The tragically misnamed Patient Protection and Affordable Healthcare Act — aka Obamacare — is an unConstitutional monstrosity that was rammed through Congress against the wishes of a majority of the American people. Even though ruled Constitutional by the Supreme Court, the bill is clearly unConstitutional because of the individual mandate and because it violates the origination clause (Article I, Section 7) of the Constitution, which states that bills raising revenue must originate in the House. Now Obama is promising to act unConstitutionally by putting off requiring businesses comply with the law by the 2014 deadline (violating Article II, Section 3).
  • It’s likely that Chief Justice John Roberts, who switched his vote in the final minutes before the Supreme Court released its Obamacare decision, did so because he was blackmailed over the illegal adoption of his children.
  • Lost in the hoopla over the egregious and unConstitutional SCOTUS rulings on gay marriage and the George Zimmerman trial in Florida was this ruling by the Supreme Court: Drug companies are exempt from lawsuits involving fraud, mislabeling, side effects and accidental death. The court essentially put drug safety in the hands of the Food and Drug Administration, which is owned by Big Pharma and the medical cartel. So if the FDA says a drug is safe, pharmaceutical companies can’t be sued even though many, if not most, FDA employees were first researchers and/or lobbyists for the same Big Pharma companies they are now approving drugs for.
  • Congress recently passed a law that pre-empted a court decision requiring biotech companies (Monsanto) get permission before selling and planting untested genetically modified crops. Dubbed by opponents as the Monsanto Protection Act, it demonstrates how Monsanto owns Congress.
  • The Obama Administration is stirring unrest throughout the Mideast and North Africa by arming and encouraging al-Qaida-affiliated terrorists — who are using nerve gas, beheading citizens, shooting women, burning Christians and eating the hearts of their enemies — to overthrow legitimate governments. Part of the gunrunning operation to al-Qaida terrorists resulted in the attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya. There is still much to learn about the incident, but State Department employees, particularly former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, are lying and obfuscating in order to cover up the events of that day.
  • Attorney General Eric Holder armed Mexican narco-terrorists with weapons through the Operation Fast and Furious gunrunning operation and then lied to Congress about it. Meanwhile, Obama, Holder and Congressional gun grabbers are doing everything in their power to disarm Americans.
  • Obama has repeatedly ignored his requirement to get Congressional approval before making war on other countries, and Congress has made no effort to stop him.
  • Obama, supported by Holder, has decided that he can assassinate American citizens with drones. No trial or even evidence is required, and the decisions about who is murdered are made behind closed doors by the President and a group of his friends.
  • There is reasonable doubt that Obama’s “personal narrative” is true. Law enforcement agents and computer experts have evidence that Obama’s purported birth certificate is a computer-generated fakery. His Selective Service registration is a forgery and contains a fabricated Postal stamp. Obama is using a Social Security number that belongs to a man named Harrison J. Bounel. Despite being in possession of this information and other information about Obama’s fake narrative, neither the courts nor Congress will act on it.
  • Local police are now regularly beating, shocking with Tasers, arresting and shooting citizens who take video of police actions or invoke their rights against illegal search and seizure. For articles on some of the most egregious examples of police abuse, go here.
  • Members of the elected class are pathological liars. Case in point: When asked during a press conference last week about whether a delay in implementing the individual mandate had any virtue in light of the delay in implementing the employer mandate, former House Speaker and top Democrat Nancy Pelosi denied there was a delay in the mandate for businesses. “It was not a delay of the mandate for the businesses, and there shouldn’t be a delay of the mandate for individuals,” she insisted. This in spite of the fact that the Obama Administration just over a week earlier announced the delay, and it has been a topic of discussion since the announcement.
  • In a gross violation civilized protocol, the Obama Administration forced America’s European puppet states France and Portugal to deny Bolivia President Evo Morales’ plane access to their airspace and the plane was forced to land in Austria where it was searched for accused leaker Snowden. It was a huge, but deserved, embarrassment for the Administration but probably did nothing to staunch efforts to continue to persecute the man a majority of Americans now view as a hero.

Time and space, not the lack of more examples, force me to end this column here. But I believe the point is made. My advice to you is to prepare for the storm to come with food, water, guns, ammo and gold on hand.

    Mr. Zullo stated: “I have been in contact with prominent media people, I cannot and will not disclose their identities that was the commitment I made.     Mr. Zullo stated that his interim report of investigation is currently about 325 pages long with another 80 pages to be added shortly.       Judicial Watch also obtained an audio recording of a “community meeting” held at Second Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church in Sanford on April 19, 2012. The meeting, which led to the ouster of Sanford’s Police Chief Bill Lee, was scheduled after a group of college students calling themselves the “Dream Defenders” barricaded the entrance to the police department demanding Lee be fired. According to the Orlando Sentinel, DOJ employees with the CRS had arranged a 40-mile police escort for the students from Daytona Beach to Sanford.

From Obama declaring that Martin would look like his son, if he had one, to Harry Ried declaring “This isn’t over” and pushing the DOJ to file federal charges against Zimmerman, after he was Acquitted by a jury of his peers.

        Face it people they can do this to YOU as well. He was Acquitted. JUSTICE has run, you don’t have to like the verdict, but if you work to negate it, you are working against yourself.

          I have no problem with the self defense verdict, but we will have a real problem if these shootings of young Black men continue. A Black man with a wallet is more likely to be shot by police than a White man with a gun. Go see “Fruitvale Station.”

          Why is every Black kid a suspect? One of my son’s Black friends was recently riding his bike in his own neighborhood – a gated condo community in San Diego, kind of upscale. He’s lived there 16 years (his whole life), and a guy drove up to him to ask him what he was doing there. When you were 16, maybe you’d have told the guy to go to blazes or maybe you wouldn’t. But you’d have had the freedom to act like a teenager without the fear of getting shot for it.

      I am a conservative, and I do not want surveillance of everyone, to catch “sinners”. I want the basic freedoms of the Constitution, the freedom to make my own choices about where I live, what I do, and what I think. The freedom from fear of Authority ending my lifestyle on a moment’s notice, because I inadvertently violate some obscure regulation enacted into law. Surveillance is a part of that process you attribute to conservatives, and it is exactly the opposite of what conservatives stand for. We believe in the Constitution as a document that LIMITS government, and empowers individual freedoms. PROGRESSIVES consider the Constitution as something to be manipulated to achieve their ends. One step at a time, and come back for more later. The Conservatives have compromised in the past, and every compromise was a step toward the Progressive goals, and made the NEXT step easier to compromise away. MANY are waking up to this manipulation and refusing to compromise their principles any further, so we are now the party of “no”, and we SHOULD be.

      We are actually the party (Not all of us Republicans) that wants to step back, not move progressively into socialism. We want to step back to the LIMITS the government has violated, and hold those limits as our “line of defense”. Simply because we believe the limits make good sense, and it is the principle USA was founded on.

      Things like States Rights under the Tenth Amendment (and the OTHER Bill of Rights amendments). Things like the individual freedoms empowered by being a CITIZEN, which is being eroded by thousands of Non-citizen illegal occupants. They get the freedoms simply by OCCUPYING the USA. There was a time when being a citizen had meaning, and was something to achieve, because it meant something more than just being here.

        I want to make some crucial life altering points crystal clear to you and all readers on this board:

        It matters not what is legal, what matters is what is lawful!

        Obscure regulations or out in the open regulations can not be enacted into law. Why? Because a regulation is not law, it is merely a regulation. What makes a law a law? The Constitution requires that for a law to be a law, it must not be repugnant to Constitution otherwise it is void. See Marbury v. Madison, and it is required to have an enacting or enabling clause. The Constitution is required to EN ABLE us, not DIS ABLE us. This is why real law must have an EN ABLING clause. I guarantee you that obscure regulation is repugnant to the Constitution and I guarantee you that obscure regulation has no EN ABLING clause. If it did, it wouldn’t be called a regulation, it would be called a LAW. This same exact standard applies to statutes, codes, ordinances, resolutions, ACTS, policies, by-laws (by the way, here’s another ‘law’). All these statutes, codes, etc., are what is called under Color of Law, meaning in APPEARANCE ONLY. Quasi-law. Can the government regulate the non-Commercial public people? Absolutely not! The word ‘Legal’ and all that pertains to legalities, is meaningless as far as Americans are concerned. ‘Legal’ also means under Color of Law, meaning quasi. Meaning APPEARANCE ONLY. If we are told we are required to follow this (fake law) or that (fake law), first find out if it is repugnant to the Constitution: “A law repugnant to the Constitutuion is void.” — Marbury v. Madison. Then ask for the EN ABLING clause. No enabling clause? Then it is void as far as non-Commercial Americans are concerned. If you’d like Attorneys have been laughing all the way to the bank with this enormous Tontine scheme, making people believe they are bound by dis abling statutes, codes, etc. P.S. Under Corpus Juris Secundum Volume 7, Section 4, attorneys can only represent wards of the state, infants, persons of unsound mind.

        Again, it matters not what is legal, what matters is what is lawful!

    That the CIA had completely infiltrated all government departments, even before his presidency was appalling, as was the fact that that this was unknown to the departments.
    The FBI was cowed by this malignant force.
    The question is, who instructs the CIA?
    There are two monsters to be destroyed; the CIA and the Federal Reserve which supplies the life blood.
    A start could be made on the latter by forcing a change of name, suggestions please.

      Much needs to be undone, but it is so entrenched, cutting it out will kill the patient. You said it yourself, the “Life Blood” of the country is the monetary system, which since the early 1900s has become a “IOU” based system.

      The issue is that the Government LOVES precedent. Do it once, and you can do it always. Disallow precedence implementation, and you slow down abuse.

      Some of these long standing precedents can unravel the entire country, beyond repair, or salvage.

      The DAMAGE of the past 6 years will take decades to unravel and it may never happen.

      The best way that I can think of to shut down the Federal Reserve, is to stop paying federal income taxes. The only way to do that is for everyone to go in to work and file a new W-4 and file exempt. By doing this, the money stops flowing to the feds on a quarterly basis and when the revenue doesn’t show up on that first quarter….guess who will stop the printing presses?…you got it….I mean, who is going to keep lending money to a government who suddenly has no way to pay it back?
      As individuals, we are weak….as a unified nation….we make the rules and control our government, as was intended by the founders.
      I cannot stress enough the power of voting with your wallets….
      Don’t like how the government does things or treats the Constitution?…Stop supporting them with your dollars.
      Don’t like the way banks treat you…Stop using their services.
      Don’t like the price of insurance?….Stop using their services…cut them off and tell them why.
      Don’t like how big corporations treat their workers? …Stop using their products.
      In other words people, stop complaining and start doing. Stand up for what you believe in…and vote accordingly….with your wallets.

        The Federal Reserve. They have nothing to lose. Unless of course we elect somebody like Ron Paul who shuts them down and gets us back to sound natural money.
        The Federal Reserve’s “reserves” used to be required to be Gold. Now they can count Government Debt as “reserves”. In other words, their paper is backed by paper. They can keep lending to the Government until the dollar becomes absolutely worthless. They won’t pay the price. The citizens who hold dollar accounts will pay the price, as the money which they earned through their labor buys ever fewer goods and services.

        We are already in a dictatorship. The quiet revolution has happened as the Federal Government usurped all the state’s rights and Federalized everything. The Federal Employees are the true 1%ers who get the best of everything with very little effort on there part. You could fire half of them and actually see an improvement in performance once they realized they can be fired. There is a long list of bennies this 1% gets at your expense. It currently takes an act of God to fire them for fraud, waste, abuse, mismanagement, malfeasance, incompetence, malicious conduct, etc. As a matter of fact they typically get promoted for these just to get them out of their current location. I worked in the system since 1970 and reported all of this over time to 3 IGs and the only thing that happened is I was railroaded out.         As to this “democracy” here’s some facts from a math expert:
        There are over 300 million US citizens.
        There are over 238 million eligible voters.
        69 million reelected Øbama.
        So 69/238 = 29% of eligible &
        69/300 = 23% of whole population.
        So now you know why the founders left us a Republic and not a Democracy.

The SOLUTION is to undo some of the over-reach by implementing the Tenth Amendment, and abolishing the “Supremacy Clause” in the 14th.         The First function of the Government is to protect and defend the Constitution, under which it gets its authority. Its the required OATH each public servant takes. Government should also be concerned with the CONTINUANCE of Law under its Constitution, and the DEFENSE of its borders, because the Borders define a country’s existence. That is the line where LAW starts.

        Why is there such an uproar over Open Borders? Because Open Borders promote lawlessness. They negate the feelings of security. Good neighbors stay that way because there is a line that should not be crossed. WE are the ONLY nation which doesn’t allow its military to secure its borders. OUR military is unable to enforce CIVIL law ( border control) and is instead an EXPEDITIONARY political tool. It is a POLICY lever.

        How can we garner world respect if we don’t bother to establish LAW at our borders? IT is simply an invitation to invasion, and we are experiencing THAT since WWII. And we keep saying, “That’s alright, you can stay” instead of saying, “Get out, and stay Out” unless they come in following the rules.

        What we have now is not even a democracy. They are not “elected” by us, they are ordained by the folks behind the curtain….the vote has been corrupted from within.

            What they neglect to consider, Nad, is that those people, who accumulated the money in the first place, generally have a much better knowledge of how best to productively employ that money. So they are generally far more productive with that money than the average citizen. Plus, most people wouldn’t even try to make that money productive in the first place — They would just spend it on consumption, being non-productive in the process. Eventually, if we all behaved like Edward, all the goods would be consumed and since the producers would have long since given up on trying to be productive, we would be down a long creek with a short paddle.

            Hmmmmm indeed. It’s quite obvious that you’ve never read the Federalist Papers, the BEST exposition of what the Founders meant and what they intended for the nation (and they were written BEFORE ratification).

            Hamilton, Jay and Madison wrote them primarily to guarantee to the ratifying states that the new government would NOT encroach on individual sovereignty to any greater extent than was absolutely necessary. The states that were in doubt about the federal government becoming a “nanny state” (socialistic) were assured that the Constitution presaged no such thing. The Bill of Rights came out of this process.

Obscure regulations or out in the open regulations can not be enacted into law. Why? Because a regulation is not law, it is merely a regulation. What makes a law a law? The Constitution requires that for a law to be a law, it must not be repugnant to Constitution otherwise it is void. See Marbury v. Madison, and it is required to have an enacting or enabling clause. The Constitution is required to EN ABLE us, not DIS ABLE us. This is why real law must have an EN ABLING clause that links it directly with the Constitution. I guarantee you that obscure regulation is repugnant to the Constitution and I guarantee you that obscure regulation has no EN ABLING clause. If it did, it wouldn’t be called a regulation, it would be called a LAW. This same exact standard applies to statutes, codes, ordinances, resolutions, ACTS, policies, by-laws (by the way, here’s another ‘law’). All these statutes, codes, etc., are what is called under Color of Law, meaning in APPEARANCE ONLY. Quasi-law. Can the government regulate the non-Commercial public people? Absolutely not! The word ‘Legal’ and all that pertains to legalities, is meaningless as far as Americans are concerned. ‘Legal’ also means under Color of Law, meaning quasi. Meaning APPEARANCE ONLY. If we are told we are required to follow this (fake law) or that (fake law), first find out if it is repugnant to the Constitution: “A law repugnant to the Constitutuion is void.” — Marbury v. Madison. Then ask for the EN ABLING clause. No enabling clause? Then it is void as far as non-Commercial Americans are concerned. If you’d like Attorneys have been laughing all the way to the bank with this enormous Tontine scheme, making people believe they are bound by dis abling statutes, codes, etc. P.S. Under Corpus Juris Secundum Volume 7, Section 4, attorneys can only represent wards of the state, infants, persons of unsound mind.

    I don’t really care about gay marriage, but I feel that kicking the power to decide on how marriage is defined to individual states isn’t necessarily an unconstitutional act. The way I see it, nothing is supposed to be in the hands of the federal government that isn’t legitimately outlined in the constitution. None of this Health and Welfare, and commerce clause that keeps crapping up our system by casting an infinite net over every aspect of our lives. Ultimately, I’d like to see the state get out of the marriage business completely, considering that marriage is legitimately considered a sacrament and I can think of no thing less holy than the government.

    Mr Livingston, I congratulate you on an excellent article. It astounds me that these government atrocities are perpetrated with no backlash and no repercussions to the perpetrators. Does not the rule of law apply in America any longer, or are our highest government officials bullet-proof? Just a few decades ago Obama would not have just been impeached, he would have been charged with treason! Something or someone has got to turn this slide into tyranny around before we become slaves, imprisoned in FEMA internment camps doing forced labor just like the Jews and dissidents in NAZI Germany and Stalin’s Russia.

      There has only been a very brief period of Freedom in our country’s history (that history starting with the founding of the colonies before becoming a “Union”). It lasted for about 70 years. Then things got back to the normal course of events — Leaders using their Power to take advantage of the rest of the citizens.
      Once you realize that Government is just a very large Gang, everything else they do will make sense.

        Dave, I am well aware that what you say is true. While it is also true we needed to abolish slavery, because it is still an abomination that exists today, it would have been accomplished without a civil war. Slavery would have ended by natural causes if left alone, most of the great southern generals though they owned slaves had already made up there minds it was wrong. they fought the union oppression for what it was, an over extension of power by the central government. The war of succession was not about slavery it was about states rights. And you are correct ever since that time there has been a slow but steady extension of the central government into our lives and liberties, it is all about control by those who believe they know what is best for the simple minded masses. And that is probably true for the simple minded, but I don’t fit that category and don’t need anyone doing my thinking for me thank you. I will resist the encroachment of government into my personal life until my physical life ends, whatever it takes.

    U.S Government is a criminal enterprise because of “we the people”. We keep corrupt politicians in office in return for free stuff including free protection, which off course in not free.         We all must do what the last few paragraphs suggest. People should stop paying taxes. Afterall, this is how they get paid.

          Unfortunately, stopping paying your taxes will only get you a visit from the Gang and not much else because as long as they have the Federal Reserve, they can just borrow the money and keep on trucking.
          Education is the key. Eventually if we reach enough people there will be a demand to end the Federal Reserve and Government will no longer be able to tax us the hidden way — Inflation.

        Now (once again) samurai, for this to be a Christian country, or a country of any kind of religion, we would have what people have feared, from religious leaders who were the government at any level, since the beginning of time. The Founders knew this so they changed what was presented on these shores prior to their work. And, also once again Samurai, The Founders deliberately left out any mention of Jesus, Christ or any form of Christianity, and all other forms of specific religions, in the US Constitution because they knew the potential of the dangers in that from history. They wanted morality to guide us but not your religion over mine, for example. Will you EVER get it?

        Yes, I must agree, it’s a wonderful article. You could be a librarian except most librarians read beyond the title. The article does, indeed, discuss the founders’ attitudes toward religion and it was approximately 180 degrees from where you are.

    Rep. John Fleming, R-La recently offered an amendment to proposed NDAA legislation that would have “required the Armed Forces to accommodate ‘actions and speech’ reflecting the conscience, moral, principles or religious beliefs of the member.” The Obama administration has taken a position against the amendment because, in their opinion, it would cause a distraction in the ranks and make completion of any mission more difficult.

    Others have framed this as an “anti-gay” amendment meant to allow soldiers (and the assumption being particularly “Christian” soldiers) to “harass” homosexual service members.

    Excellent, if not comprehensive, summary sufficient to prove the main point beyond any reasonable doubt. the only thing I would add to that, making it even MORE sinister, is the government’s purchase of over a billion rounds of hollow-point (lethal) bullets by departing Janet Napolitano both in order to remove them from the legal gun owner market and for government use on its’ own people. There is a quiet, but systematic, “release” of all dHS or military personnel who might be opposed to their use on the people!
