Huckabee merely reduced the sentence to 47 years. He didn’t “let him out.”

The basic issue is a system that doesn’t work. The perp sounds like someone who should never have been freed. Whoever freed that felon should spend time behind bars, and his friends belong behind bars, too.
When you have a problem, fix it. Just because we can’t expect perfection doesn’t mean the system can’t be improved and fine-tuned. No one deserves to be at the mercy of felons who benefit from a system run by social engineers or thin-skinned bureaucrats.

The real culprits are the Judges that reduced the charges & bail allowing him to walk the streets and commit more crimes.
Huckabee made his decision many years ago upon the advice of parole boards and prison officials.

Huckabee was going on what he was told by parole board and even the judge ,and this guy was 16 at the time besides he did not release him the parole board and two judges signed him out. but he was back in several times before he killed these cops . He was let out on a bond that should never have been that low ,hell the bond for DUI is higher than his was,but the dems and libs just couldn’t wait to jump on that one, well tough luck you bunch of assine dorks, your slap on the wrist system is at fault on this one

It’s more basic than how it appears. Gun control. Nobody has the “right” let alone the ability to protect themselves any more. If the average citizen had the right to carry things like this would be very unlikely though not completely unavoidable. What are the chances he walks into that crowd knowing that he will not likely walk away because a citizen takes him out? We obviously cannot prevent it all but we sure can make it less palatable for the perp. It’s those that are actively preventing us from our second amendment rights that are the real criminals and we need to wake up, wake up our neighbors and get active ourselves.

The entire judicial system needs reform, as much or more than the medical system. How come when a physician makes a mistake, he/she end up in court and have to answer for their errors using thousands/millions of dollars, risking their reputation, their career and family? Why don’t we hear about lawyers and judges who make mistakes and society has to pay? Do they go back to their desks feeling shameful but no worry of responsibility?

HUCKABEE HAS NO COMMON SENSE AND IS NOT QUALIFIED TO RUN FOR PRESIDENT. PERIOD’!

Huckabee is the “man” for America! Check him out with the Bible and compare Him to us! We want a dedicated man in American office! Restore America.

Clearly the system is dysfunctional. The reason why it’s broken is that there no accountability. Look at what happened in Bakersfield, California with the so-called “child molestion ring’ back in the early eighties. After 20 years and destroying several people’s lives clear prosecutorial misconduct was proven but not one official was punished or in anyway sanctioned. In fact one of the chief prosecutors in the case is now the District Attorney. Then on the flip side of the same coin, look at the 9th Circuit Court – nothing more needs to be said about that. Did reason and common sense get replaced with careerism and false pride?
