Michelle Obama And Her Water Promotion

Credit Michelle Obama for promoting water consumption, but she must be criticized for not going far enough.

Everyone, seniors especially, should drink more water and less sugar- and high fructose corn syrup-laden beverages. That’s because these beverages are acidic and HFCS is responsible for a majority of the obesity and poor health of Americans.

But seniors drink less water as they get older and move less. And since they take so many drugs, this compounds their dehydration, especially with the taking of so many antihistamines. Antihistamines block hydration—leading to acidic blood and the masking of pain. What we mistake as pain and disease is really chronic cellular dehydration.

Seniors do not drink enough water to dilute and dispose of acid waste, greatly contributing to the aging process. Add to this a lack of exercise and acid buildup in the tissues, overloading the lymphatic system. Dehydration over time leads to chronic acid/alkaline imbalance (over acidity) causing chronic disease.

Increased water consumption contributes to alkalinity simply by expelling, diluting and washing out acidity. The diet of American people is highly acidic. Health is restored when diet is returned to 80/20 (alkaline/acidity ratio) coupled with rehydration. Rehydration by itself causes health miracles but added to an 80 percent alkaline diet, health benefits grow exponentially. The more alkaline your diet, the more rapid your improvement will be.

Low oxygen levels come with acidity. To contract an infection, our internal environment has to be acidic. Wouldn’t you guess that this is why some people develop colds and flu when others don’t in the same environment? The medical establishment is confusing symptoms with disease. Disease arises within and develops from an acid and dehydrated environment.

Overacidity and dehydration are the basic causes of all sickness and disease. It is the root cause of aging.

So, what kind of water should we drink? Certainly not sugar-infused Vitaminwater from Coca-Cola. Each bottle contains 32.5 grams of sugar, almost as much as a Coke’s 39 grams. And be careful selecting your bottled waters, most of which are simply tap water put into a pretty container with doublespeak descriptions of where it comes from.

Your best bet is to buy a water filter and install it in your home. You can find one that removes fluoride, chlorine and other contaminates and alkalizes the water for you. Alkalized water, when combined with a proper diet of whole foods, will help you maintain a proper body pH. Michelle didn’t tell you this.

Great article Bob. ..mental accuity is one of the first symptoms of dehydration
(quick, get the pResident and Congress a drink of water !)
I can’t wait to get a PH stip and test my well water…I guess the EMT’s
tapping a vein and hooking you up to IV fluids should have been a hint.

      Hi Dan
Have a title 22 water quality test done on your well. That will help you identify any inorganic minerals that could be a potential health problem.
In my area (and each individual area will have different problems with their water) Arsenic, Nitrates and Fluorides are our most prevalent health hazards in our water.

The example she sets for the people is evident. She has such a nice hour glass figure. The problem is all the sand has run to the bottom. I am saddened our first lady is a joke.
    God bless America.
