LORAIN, Ohio, (UPI) — Authorities in Ohio said a man was busted for driving under suspension twice by the same deputy in the space of 9 hours.
The Lorain County Sheriff’s Office said a deputy pulled over Roy Pinkston III, 27, for driving under an OVI suspension around 8:30 p.m. Wednesday on state Road 82, and the same deputy pulled Pinkston over again just prior to 4:30 a.m. in Lorain, the Chronicle-Telegram, Elyria, reported Thursday.
“Not you again. What kinda luck do I have?” the report quoted Pinkston as saying while laughing.
Pinkston told the deputy he was driving again because he couldn’t find anyone to drive his car home.
Pinkston received a second citation for driving under an OVI suspension and the car was towed from the scene.
