Low Vitamin D3 Doubles Death Rate

There is more than enough evidence to support the need for daily vitamin D3. Check your levels if you want to, but the bet is that you are low, very low if you haven’t been on daily vitamin D3.

Vitamin D3 protects against heart disease, cancer, osteoporosis (osteomalacia), and every killer disease of aging. Did anybody hear this ever mentioned by the greedy politicians ranting about the so-called healthcare bill and their desire to ensure Americans are healthy?

    I just came from my annual check-up and I was very low in vitamin-D. I have been taking vitamin-D3 for over a year and I’m still low in it. I have said for a long time that just getting out in the sun for 10 or 15 min. a day is not enough time to build up our vitamin-D. Most people today put on sun block when they go outside. Others stay in te house because they take some form of medicine that says to stay out of the sun while taking it ! Others work all day long inside and never get to get out in the sun. Some people in the southern states can’t take the heat in the summer so they stay in the air-conditioning. In the winter we are all covered up ! I also believe that there may be something we are taking today that is blocking the absorbtion of vitamin-D by our systems. Anyway; I am taking the little pill twice a day. We will see what happens !

    check out mercola.com and the amounts he suggest for vitamin D3, much higher than one would expect, but I suspect he is correct.
