If You Want To Go To Heaven, You Had Better Get Busy Overthrowing Syria

The United States government has been at war for 11 years. The U.S. military destroyed Iraq, leaving the country and millions of lives in ruins and releasing sectarian blood-letting that had been kept in check by the secular Saddam Hussein government. On any given day in “liberated” Iraq, the death toll is as high as during the height of the U.S. attempted occupation.

In Afghanistan, 11 years of U.S. attempted occupation has had no more success than a decade of Soviet occupation. The Afghans are still not worn down despite more than two decades of war with the two superpowers. Like the Soviets, the Americans have managed to kill many women, children and village elders, but precious few warriors. In place of the Soviet puppet government there is Washington’s puppet government. That is the only change, and Washington’s puppet is no more secure than the Soviet one was.

In Libya, Washington used its corrupt NATO puppets and CIA-recruited bandits to overthrow another stable government — that of Moammar Gadhafi — leaving Libya mired in sectarian violence. A stable prosperous country has simply been destroyed by western governments that profess human rights values and condemn China and Russia for not having any.

Washington has also been killing civilians with drones and air strikes in Pakistan and Yemen, two countries with which Washington is not at war but has purchased the governments, paying the Pakistani and Yemeni governments for the right to murder their citizens and destabilizing both countries in the process.

And now in Syria, Washington is at work destroying another stable secular government headed by a British-trained eye doctor.

Washington’s 11 years of illegal aggression against Muslim countries — war crimes according to the Nuremberg trials of Nazis — have resulted in civilian deaths far in excess of military casualties and in a domestic American police state that has destroyed the rule of law and the Constitutional protections of U.S. citizens. Washington and its presstitutes have emphasized that these costs are necessary to save Americans from al-Qaida terrorists, none of whom have ever been apprehended in the United States.

Having listened to the propaganda line pumped out by Washington and its Ministry of Propaganda for 11 years, imagine my astonishment when I saw two juxtaposed headlines: “Al-Nusra pledges allegiance to al-Qaeda (sic)” (BBC) and “Move to Widen Help for Syrian Rebels Gains Speed in West” (The New York Times). Al-Nusra is the main military component of the “Syrian rebels,” and it has allied itself with our mortal enemy — Osama bin Laden’s al-Qaida.

Wait a minute! Our government told us for 11 years that we blew trillions of dollars on wars to protect Americans from al-Qaida, endangering Social Security, Medicare, the social safety net, the dollar’s exchange value, the credit rating of the U.S. Treasury, and our civil liberties in order to save America from al-Qaida terrorists. So why is Washington now supporting al-Qaida’s overthrow of the secular, non-Islamist government in Syria which has never ever done anything whatsoever to Americans!?

The New York Times presstitutes, Michael R. Gordon and Mark Landler, elevated the terrorist al-Qaida organization to the status of “the Syrian opposition.” At a lunch meeting hosted by Washington’s puppet, British Foreign Secretary William Hague, and U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry, “the Syrian opposition,” aka al-Qaida, requested anti-aircraft and anti-tank weapons. A senior Washington official said: “Our assistance has been on an upward trajectory, and the president (Obama) has directed his national security team to identify additional measures so that we can increase assistance.”

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry announced a $123 million “defense aid package” to “the Syrian opposition” that now includes al-Qaida. Washington had already sent $117 million in “food and medical supplies” to “the Syrian opposition,” and ordered its Middle Eastern puppets to send arms. Note the Orwellian language: support for an outside terrorist force seeking to destroy a government and a people is called a “defense aid package.”

On April 11 the establishment French newspaper, Le Monde, reported that the al-Nosra organization affiliated with al-Qaida is the dominant force in “the Syrian opposition,” not democratic revolutionaries. Despite this fact, Washington’s puppets, France and Britain, are pushing the European Union to send arms to the al-Qaida affiliated “Syrian opposition.” And Senator John McCain wants U.S. airstrikes on Syrian government forces with whom the U.S. is not at war, in order to provide air cover for al-Qaida’s takeover of Syria.

Meanwhile, the Islamist Shiites, whom the Americans left in control of Iraq, have announced that they have joined the battle against the American-supported al-Qaida forces seeking to radicalize Syria.

So far at last count, the UN reports that the military attack on Syria organized by Washington’s proxies has killed 70,000 people. But Americans are preoccupied with the Boson Marathon bombing, which killed three.

Once again “the indispensable people” are bringing death and destruction to an entire country in order to bring to the dead “freedom and democracy.” No Syrian asked for this “liberation” from his life.

Be a Proud American. We are doing our duty to our rightful hegemony over the world and to Israel, which has purchased our government. It is our right to be the hegemonic power on the planet earth, and that includes the Mediterranean Sea. Therefore it is Washington’s right to overthrow Syria in order to get rid of the Russian naval base there. The Romans would never have put up with a foreign power having a naval base in the Mediterranean, and we can do no less, unless we are some kind of pansy state afraid of our own shadow. The Mediterranean was mare nostrum — our sea — for the Romans. Now it is our sea, and by god we are going to claim it by overthrowing Syria.

Israel, of course, was given the rights to “Greater Israel” by God himself — who am I to question the Christian Zionist preachers who are growing fat on Israeli money — and part of “Greater Israel” is the river in southern Lebanon that supplies precious water.

Hezbollah, provisioned by Syria and Iran has prevented Israel from confiscating southern Lebanon in order to acquire the water rights that God gave them. Therefore, to fulfill our obligations as Israel’s puppet, we are required to destroy both Syria and Iran so that Hezbollah is isolated and out of the way and “Greater Israel” can be created.

The Christian Zionist churches in the U.S. repeat this message every Sunday. If you don’t believe it, you are some kind of anti-American anti-Semite and should be exterminated. Or you could be a despicable Muslim terrorist to be water boarded into confession. Homeland Security will make short work of you just like they did to those Russian Muslim terrorists in Boston who tried to blow up the Marathon race.

I mean, really, how can we indispensable people bring freedom and democracy to the world if the Russians have a naval base in our sea? How can we project strength if we project such weakness by permitting a foreign power’s presence in our exclusive sphere of influence many thousands of miles away from our borders? Don’t forget, America’s borders are the world’s borders. It says so in our song — ”From sea to shining sea.” Don’t forget it.

Of course, we don’t want to go head-to-head with another well-armed nuclear military power, but the way around that is to demonize the Syrian government and Russia for supporting an eye doctor who is “a brutal dictator” who is resisting an Islamist al-Qaida takeover of Syria financed by Washington. Our masters in Washington can use the UN and all our well-paid puppet states to pressure the Russians to shut up and get out of our way. I mean, really, does Putin want all those Russian NGOs (non-government organizations) that we finance to bring their operatives out onto the streets in Moscow and bring down his government? I mean, really, who does Putin think he is standing up to our god-given hegemony over the world, much less Israel’s god-given hegemony over the Middle East? I mean, Putin is in for it, and so are those g**damn Chinese. I mean, really, who do they think they are? Americans? Don’t those Chinks know about our control of the Pacific? I mean, really, are they out to lunch?

And, I mean, really, how can all of us get to Heaven if we don’t do God’s will and deliver the Middle East to Israel as Israel says the scriptures require. I mean, really, do you want to oppose God and burn in hell? Instead of all those virgins Muslims promise you, you will be devoured by fire. You better get on the right side before you die.

I mean, really, who wants this fate. We had better get rid of Syria sooner than ordered.
If we don’t do what Israel tells us God requires, we are finished. That’s for sure.

Ahmm? ~ I suppose it’s best to allow Mr. Livingston to define himself. ~ while for myself ~ I don’t believe that there exist such a thing as a pure absolute , for the radical element of “happenstance” is always in effect in the physical world~ this is where I personally find my understanding of God matters and in so doing ~ all these many contradictions of perception evaporate. But it’s for each of us to develop an understanding of such matters in each their own way. ~

As I understand it, ~ Mr. Livingston is a devout believer in the “born again” Christian interpretation of scripture as reflected from the pulpit of most Christian affiliations.

It’s not important that we all understand such matters in the same way but it is important to honor other people space and right to hold personal views while maintaining a good climate for personal growth and constant hunger to understand how to employ this process of random selection in our own lives.

There is no such person as an Ayn Rand = Atheist. I have not found her writings to be grousing sessions against God. There is also no Biblical Morality without the Bible or in Ayn Rand’s case the TANAKH and to read Ayn Rand’s writings she saw things either to be right or wrong. Situational ethics seems to be your milieu.

          • Vigilant

“…if devotion to truth is the hallmark of morality, then there is no greater, nobler, more heroic form of devotion than the act of a man who assumes the responsibility of thinking…. the alleged short-cut to knowledge, which is faith, is only a short-circuit destroying the mind.” [Ayn Rand, Atlas Shrugged]

Mr. Livingston, I just made a quick trip to P.C. Robert’s web site and he is surely “PC” at your site! He is already pushing the Boston bombing as a “false flag” so the powers that be could practice their “martial law” procedures for the real thing which, of course, will happen “later”. Like the end to free elections, Obama “dictatorship. Fema Camps and the total collapse of our country! OH! I almost forgot the “gun grab” of every privately owned gun in the country! The Usurper has to have something to shoot up all those hoarded bullets he has! Right?

Those beliefs are the things that Democrat victories are made from!

        • Flashy

NC….what if this was a “false flag’ job by the NRA and pro gun freaks? you know, create instances and use them to “support’ the idea that we need to arm everyone so we are ‘safe’ from freaks with guns. The more ‘incidents’, the more ‘proof” that we need to arm everyone everywhere.

meanwhile, thanx to legislation supported by the NRA and gun lobby…our police cannot trace where the Boston bombers purchased the weapons, the explosives, or anything related enabling us to find out who gave these nutcases the explosives and guns used to kill.

Makes sense the pro gun lobby and gun freaks would support laws thwarting law enforcement…then create ‘incidents” to push for more guns and violence.

About as much sense as secret FEMA camps…

          • Vigilant

“…our police cannot trace where the Boston bombers purchased the weapons, the explosives, or anything related enabling us to find out who gave these nutcases the explosives and guns used to kill.”
Given the gun control legislation in place, the person of normal intelligence would conclude that the criminals obviously did not obtain these things legally, and that increased controls would accomplish nothing.
What’s next, background checks and registration before you can purchase a pressure cooker?

            Why do we outlaw pedophilia?

The ACT of engaging with children is obviously outlawed because children are not able to consent to the behavior.

I think there should be background checks for people purchasing Bibles.

I think there should be background checks for people to speak. Someone might mis-use that freedom and complain about people buying bibles.

          • SavaDude

Of course you do! you LOVE the idea of government having information that they have no business having. It is none of their business WHAT I own, be it a gun, or a bible, or a cheeseburger. Shall we establish a national database and background check system for those of us that have a fishtank as well? Or how about what we prefer to eat (that is coming as a provision of Obamanightmarecare ).
You find it perfectly ok that some unelected beuracracy gathers information about us all. Background checks would apply to those that do things legally.
Ill take you out onto the streets of Richmond and give you a nice lesson in what kinds of people use guns to murder, and rob, and maim, and you can ask them personally about the results of the background checks they had to pass to get their firearms.

          • Deerinwater

For whatever it’s worth Vicky, I do enjoy your banter. ~ I find it refreshing , genuine and rooted in logic with a twist of predisposition..

Really? If they did purchase legally, it was in a state which allowed them to do such. And without background checks. There ar enough “flags’ in the past of the older brother to warrant a hold if a background check had been performed. And the younger brother was too young to purchase legally. Meaning they bought outside Mass., then brought the guns back. And if they did purchase the firearms and explosives illegally…why should we not be allowed to trace back to find out who sold them the illegal arms/explosives?

          • Vigilant

“Really? If they did purchase legally, it was in a state which allowed them to do such. And without background checks.”
Guess you never heard of a Federal Firearms license. You can’t buy in ANY state without the requisite background check.

          • Flashy

I guess that’s why the bill requiring universal background checks went down in defeat in the Senate eh? That there already exists universal background checks on gun sales ?

          • WTS/JAY

Vigilant, it is pointless to offer logic to someone who only speaks and understands the language of “dingbat”!

          • SavaDude

Or they bought their guns from the same guys that sell other illegal things to criminals, right there in their own town. Nah, no way. They actually drove to a state where they could legally purchase these things, in front of people that could identify them, passing by cameras, signing documents. Yeah. That makes FAR more sense. Criminals ALWAYS choose to find a place where they can pay more for legal weapons and explosives from witnesses, rather than buy them for far cheaper black market prices from other criminals that do not wish to be identified.
            You ARE a genius!

          • Flashy

Hmmm..last i heard, the Black market charges more for goods because…tadaaa you can’t get them legally and only through the Black Market!

Fact is..thanx to the NRA and the paranoid gun freaks blocking reasonable and sane measures to find who supplies the bad guys, we’ll never know unless the bomber tells.

can’t find out who sold the explosives to these guys, can’t find out who sold the guns to these guys. Because the parnoid gun freaks want to keep the suppliers to the bad guys safe from being found

Ain’t that just fine and dandy? y’all feel safer knowing that?

          • SavaDude

            Then you heard wrong.
Guns are REALLY expensive when you buy them legally. My last handgun with background checks and my license was almost $900. I could buy the same thing on the streets of Richmond for $50.
I find it very interesting that you feel that if there were universal background checks on all of this stuff that we would be able to track this stuff. That assumes these two terrorists would have gone through a legal process to obtain those materials.
            Truly fascinating.

          • Betta

The author is clearly not simply insane but highly anti-Semitic as well. Israel is not dictating American policy. These right wingers simultaneously accuse Obama of not being sufficiently deferential to Israel’s needs AND of being in Israel’s pocket. It is true that one hears some crazy talk from the Christian Right about how the Jews have to be in control of all of Israel in order for Jesus to return, but that’s not coming from the Israelis. That nuttiness is pure American Fundamentalist Poppycock.

In Israel, there is a genuine debate concerning policies toward the Palestinians, settlements, etc. On the American Right, these so-called Christian Fundamentalists, who have never met a Jew they could stand (Recall Billy Graham and Nixon on tape.), are in love with the State of Israel but only when it takes a hard line against the Palestinians. Utter Hypocrisy.

i find it interesting bob that you just make a statement about what i said and you don’t back it up. maybe your god . the 144000 will sit next to jesus, as kings , and rule the earth for a 1000 years and then god will take over. by the way , how will the meek inherit the earth if everyone goes to heaven? maybe you should reread the our father prayer where it say’s thy kingdom come thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. think about what that means.

        • http://personalliberty.com/ Bob Livingston

          Dear steve,

Christ taught repentance because the Kingdom of Heaven was at hand (Matthew 4:17). The Kingdom was established on the Day of Pentecost (Acts 2). It (the Kingdom) is Christ’s Church. The Holy Spirit was the “power” spoken of in Mark 9. When you are Baptized into Christ you enter His Kingdom. God does not need the earth to establish a Kingdom because it is a Spiritual Kingdom, not an earthly one (John 18:36). The earth will pass away, but the Kingdom will not (Isaiah 9:6-7). Christ told his disciples that some would not taste death until they see the Kingdom of God (Mark 9:1). So if the Kingdom was not established on the Day of Pentecost, Christ is a liar. As for the 144,000, that is a figurative number representing the Church (For more on that go here: http://www.revelationexplained.net/index.html). God would not tell a faithful servant who is No. 144,001 that he will not be allowed to enter Heaven. That would make Him a respecter of persons. (Acts 10:34). Jews will not inherit the Kingdom simply for being Jews. They must be Baptized into Christ. God made a promise to Abraham. His physical sons violated that covenant and rejected God so He rejected them (Nehemiah 1, Hosea 8). If you are in Christ you are heirs of Abraham’s promise (See Galatians 3 and Romans 4).

          FYI:

Matthew 4:17 From that time Jesus began to preach, saying, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.”

John 18:36 Jesus answered, “My kingdom is not of this world. If my kingdom were of this world, my servants would have been fighting, that I might not be delivered over to the Jews. But my kingdom is not from the world.”

Luke 17:20 Being asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, he answered them, “The kingdom of God is not coming in ways that can be observed, 21 nor will they say, ‘Look, here it is!’ or ‘There!’ for behold, the kingdom of God is in the midst of you.”

Romans 14: 17 For the kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking but of righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.

Isaiah 9:6-7 For to us a child is born,
          to us a son is given;
and the government shall be upon his shoulder,
and his name shall be called
          Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God,
          Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
Of the increase of his government and of peace
          there will be no end,
on the throne of David and over his kingdom,
to establish it and to uphold it
          with justice and with righteousness
from this time forth and forevermore.
The zeal of the Lord of hosts will do this.

Mark 9:1 And he said to them, “Truly, I say to you, there are some standing here who will not taste death until they see the kingdom of God after it has come with power.”

Acts 10:34 34 So Peter opened his mouth and said: “Truly I understand that God shows no partiality, but in every nation
anyone who fears him and does what is right is acceptable to him.

You write: ” maybe your god.” I don’t know what that means.

You write: “maybe you should reread the our father prayer where it say’s thy kingdom come thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. think about what that means.” That means he was teaching his disciples how to pray until the Kingdom comes. Very simple.

          Best wishes,
          Bob

I want to know something. The 144,000 you mention were claimed by the Jehovah Witnesses. But they had a problem. One day they counted and realized there were more than 144,000 JWs. So, what to do? Just make up something. Well, there goes you “revealed religion”.

Who did Christ die for? Just the Jews? Or just the people who claim Christianity? I thought it was “…who so ever will?” Is the thief on the cross in Heaven? What did he do? Absolutely nothing. All he said was “…Remember me”. And Christ said “Today, thou shall be in Paradise.”

Did he ever go to church? Did he ever get Baptized? Did he ever confess Jesus as his savior? NO! But Christ remembered him. WE, EVERY STINKING ONE OF US ARE UNDESERVING OF ANY HOPE TO GET TO HEAVEN. Just remember that when you vote republican.

Disgusting. By any standards, this article is disgusting revealing a sick and twisted outlook debasing reality and truth.

“In Libya, Washington used its corrupt NATO puppets and CIA-recruited
bandits to overthrow another stable government — that of Moammar Gadhafi
    — leaving Libya mired in sectarian violence. A stable prosperous
country has simply been destroyed by western governments that profess
human rights values and condemn China and Russia for not having any.”

    This
is the height of spin and idiocy. To support Qaddafi as a stable and
prosperous regime…to ally and say Qaddafi was a good guy…and you
call yourself anything but a crass shill fr interests other than American? I can’t even begin to write about how these two sentences disgust and are repugnant to any common sense and morality.

Then to try and lie (yes, outright and blatantly lie) about the causes of the uprising, then try to legitimize the trash talk using a minor Russian naval base built in 1971 (yes, 1971…and the author wants you to believe it is a focal point of international affairs).

Add to that placing forth the very programs AND DEFENDING THEM saying they are in danger because this administration is not at war spending trillions, the very issues which the extremist Right have attacked for years…

Even by the fantasy standards of the extremist Right wing… this article goes too far.

And you ask why people want gun control? because anyone who would believe this article shouldn’t be allowed near dangerous weapons…it would fall under mental health restrictions…

Alas, this has become the last arrtical I will ever read from this publication. There is enough garbage on CNN, I don’t need another source.

  • Vigilant

I knew when I saw Roberts’ byline that he would use the subject to demonize Israel, before I ever read the article. I was correct. EVERYTHING wrong in the Middle East is Israel’s fault, according to Roberts, and he spares no underhanded journalistic technique to “prove” his point.

An example of his strident hyperbole is found in his question, “So why is Washington now supporting al-Qaida’s overthrow of the secular, non-Islamist government in Syria which has never ever done anything whatsoever to Americans!?”

This, of course, is not a question, it’s a biased (an untrue) political statement. “Never done anything?” Syria’s been on the list of state sponsors of terrorism since 1979, Mr. Roberts.

“Syria continued its strong partnership with fellow state sponsor of terrorism Iran in 2010. Throughout the year, the countries exchanged frequent high-level visitors. Iranian President Ahmedinejad visited Damascus in February and September and President Assad visited Tehran in October. The Iranian National Security Advisor, Defense Minister, Foreign Minister, and Intelligence Chief all visited Damascus within the last year. Syria also allowed leaders of Hamas and other Palestinian groups resident in Syria to visit Tehran. Asad continued to be a staunch defender of Iran’s policies, including Iran’s nuclear ambitions.” (Wikipedia)

Syria has done money laundering for terrorists for decades. It very definitely affects and has affected Americans, Mr. Roberts.

Iran, of course, is the reason we are doing what we are doing. I’m not defending the USG, which I also believe should keep out of Syria’s affairs, but to claim that US hegemony, a Russian naval base, or bowing and scraping before Israel are proximate causes is to ignore the elephant in the room.

You mention Iran but twice, in a short paragraph that extols the virtues of Hezbollah, a murderous terrorist organization that should be wiped from the face of the earth.

It is Iranian hegemony that the US seeks to impair. Now tell us why you choose to ignore what is well known by everyone in DC and the rest of the world. Your journalistic dishonesty speaks volumes.

    • KG

He makes too much money to object to it.

    • disqus_0FIjKY7O3N

“It is Iranian hegemony that the US seeks to impair. ”
which hegemony is that? I’ll give you a different perspective. Iran isn’t interested in Empire or power over the region.. The Iranian leadership has but one aim. They are the leaders and protectors of the Shia version of Islam – and this has powerful (and very rich) enemies in Saudi and the Arab emirates and Egypt. Saudi has a large minority of Shia muslims, and the UAE states have in some cases majorities of Shia muslims, ruled over by small numbers of families selected early last century by the British and French. These Shia are seen less as citizens and more as internal enemies by the Sunni states, in spite of the fact that they have been quietly living their lives -they have not been killing or bombing people, but recently simply took the opportunity of the Arab Spring to try for more democratic representation – and in the UAE in particular Bahrain, were slapped down hard, their leaders imprisoned and shot, and the whole state locked down with armed forces from Saudi. We remained silent about this, we said absolutely nothing in complaint. These people just wanted a say in which government ruled over them. You’re looking at the analogue to the start of the Hundred Year’s war in Europe if you’re not careful – a war over the ‘true’ faith. And it won’t be Iran who starts it. The crazy Wahhabi/Salafi persuasion from Saudi and Egypt calls Shia muslims ‘Apostates’ (not only ‘non-muslims’ because they adhere to a form of the faith this Sunni sect call ‘heretical’, but, according to the Wahhabi, people who have explicitly denied the faith) and many of their religious leaders over time have written that the Shia should ALL be killed.

The Wahhabi groups are very definitely OUR enemies, and here we are supporting the Saudi state that funds them, and now about to give them direct assistance in Syria. Can you imagine that? That we are now assisting the Wahhabi/Salafi – the extreme form of Islam that binds al-Qaeda – to get control in Syria, a secular and religiously diverse state, and a state with millions of Christian citizens? If you want a sectarian war that affects one quarter of the planet, allowing -and god forbid even helping- Salafism to have its way in the middle east is one sure way to start it. We are on the WRONG side here.

As usual, Paul Craig Roberts is right on the money. First off, a Jew is described in Romans 2: 28&29. Jew is first mentioned in 2 Kings 16. That’s a nickname for people from the house of Judah. God promised David Christ would come from his loins. In 1 Kings 11, we learn that all the other tribes forsook God, that’s why Christ had to come from the house of Judah. But those people are not spiritual Jews. What they are is described in Revelations 2:9 & 3:9. When Theodor Herzl founded his Zionism in the late 18th century, he did it around a warped interpretation of the scrpitures. Even Orthodox Jews refute Zionism. There are about 35,000 Jews living in Iran that won’t set foot in Zionist Israel. They Zionist believe they will never die and they God’s endorsement to do what they are doing. Their goal is as Roberts said it is. “Christians” have swallowed the Zionists lies and some how believe John 3:16 is second to Theodor Herz’ls teachings. Bush, Blair, Graham to name a few of the christian zionist in our government, taking orders from AIPAC. The bible says they belong to the “Synagogue of Satan”.

A twisted web of self serving righteous ho’kus spok’us . ~ Which liar do you want to believe?~ While these stories, were written by many and edited to context from a single point of view, inside a framework of intentions. Not to mention, much of the bible was written and edited well after the fact , making this “slant”somewhat easier to do. ~

They were all rascals! Including David! ~ Abraham was probably the biggest rascal of them all. ~~ I do not wish to diminish these famous characters but look upon them as contemporary men of their day and subject to the same weakness and temptations of all men. These men grew to be warriors with vast holding inside a small realm. You had to be tough as a nickel steak to hold onto wealth, where it goats or women back in their day. These early men was organized, they were extremely “tribal” and they depended on strong leadership. They would say what had to be said ~ to make things happen. If God spoke to them, so be it!

This does not stop me from enjoying all of these colorful accounting’s ~ but one needs to put your thinking cap on and realize that you are hearing a slanted view of events told from a single perspective.

If I were to write my struggle , ~ I’d always be the “good guy” too!

There is much in this world to spend ones time on ~ after so long and so many years, ~ it become wasteful squander if you have not come to some resolve you can hang your hat that serves you well. ~ To over indulge in such matters ~ fosters a neuroses and bring about necrotic behavior. it’s a paralyzing of cognizant skills.

Being wrought, driven, at odds and passing judgement on your fellow man ~ is no way to spend ones precious time.

The Jewish people are fine with me ~ they are industrious, inventive, clever and dedicated to family. ~ They will honor a promise and are slow to make one. They are our strongest loyal allies in the Middle East ~ but that does not stop them for being rascals and engaging in self-serving matters. I would expect no less from my best friend.

Good analysis Paul Craig Roberts – thanks for publishing it!

Watched the police state propaganda machinery spin on the Boston event last night – CNN – MI6 propagandist Piers Morgan and NWO Harvard legal shill Alan Derschowitz.

    So far:

    1) Islam is being demonized as a generality so war between the “West” and Islam
is presumably justified and will expand resulting in more war, more impossible
debt, more police state and the value of North American/British oil reserve…s
will increase (could serve as one valuable commodity backing a New World
Currency – along with precious metals that are being bought up on the cheap by
the banksters with worthless Dollars and Euro after the Dollar/Euro price for
gold was purposely crashed by the central banks?).

    2) The internet needs to be censored since FBI Cointelpro asset #2 (the
surviving brother) reportedly claimed he was demonized by web sites and there
was no foreign terrorist involvement. Censorship Bill was passed by the
Congress in the middle of the Boston False Flag event.

    3) Torture is justified under certain circumstances which lets the Bush and
Obama Administrations off the hook just as they were found guilty of war crimes
by a US Congressional Committee shortly before the Boston Marathon bombings.

    4) Drone and big brother camera technology was spun as vital
by CNN as this found brother #2 hiding in a boat. The first televised report
from the Police Chief said that a neighbor out for a walk, after the lockdown
was lifted, followed a blood trail and LOOKED in the boat and found wounded
brother #2. The camera technology came later and confirmed what an aware person found by LOOKING for himself. Maybe even a few thousand aware people LOOKING and not LISTENING to police state propaganda would be sufficient to expose the truth? But let me get back to the “Matrix” and fix my attention on American Idol, Bollywood, my Boopad and Iberry! :-)

    5) We won’t be able to get direct verbal testimony from brother number 2 since
he “shot himself in the throat” and can’t talk.

Who says you can’t make up this kind of [expletive deleted]

I tend to believe in Realpolitik – my enemies’ enemy is often my friend, for now, anyway. There is no doubt that Bashar al-Assad is a scoundrel – he promised, after his accession to the presidency in Syria, following his father’s death, that he would institute some limited democratic reforms and more open government, but he hesitated (others had his ‘ear’) and as he hesitated, some Sunnis in Syria began a justified struggle for greater representation, and he retaliated; he came down very hard, and managed to increase opposition to his government. Those ‘others’ were members of his family, aligned with supporters of his much more hard-line brother Bassel who had been his father’s chosen successor, until his death in an auto accident. His younger brother Maher is now his main adviser, and is known as a hard-liner.
We should be talking to Bashar al-Assad, trying to move him away from the hard-liners, not threatening him or threatening to support those who wish to depose him. Sure, he’s a rat, so why? To avoid a disaster. And why would there be a disaster?
Because Syria has substantial non-Sunni minorities making up about a quarter of the population – in order of population, Alawites (a sect of Shia Islam), Christians, Druze, Shiites, Ismailis. All of these tend to support the president, whose Alawite affiliation has held in check the various more-radical Sunni elements in the country. It’s not a sure thing that a given individual Alawite or Christian, Druze or Shiite will not support the uprising rather than the president, or that a Sunni is automatically his opponent, as Syria has a long secular history and history of religious tolerance and until fairly recently, people’s religious affiliation and their political opinions were considered as separate. But lately, there has been the importation, into the opposition, of radical Sunni Wahhabi / Salafi fighters from Saudi, in particular elements associated (or associating themselves) with al-Qaeda, and they bring with them money and arms, supported as they are by the Saudi government.
When (or if) Bashar is defeated, if more moderate Sunni groups don’t hold the sway – and they are already losing influence to more extreme groups – you can be sure that these minorities will very soon come under pressure – especially if the winning factions are dominated by the radical Saudi Salafi/Wahhabi elements associated with al-Qaeda – because the Salafi consider the Druze and Alawites to be heretics and non-muslims, as different from ‘true muslims’ as are Christians and Jews.
If we allow (or, God forbid, help) those elements to win, we will encourage a civil war, and millions of Syrians will have to leave the country, or fight to stay. That will be the disaster. And among them will be millions of the second-largest minority, Syrian Christians, the oldest non-Roman Christian sect in the world. Wikipedia says: “In May 2011, International Christian Concern indicated that Christians in Syria were more afraid of the anti-government protesters than of the government itself, because under the Syrian Assad government there has been tolerance towards religious minorities.”
We, i.e. the American (and British and French) government, should be talking to Bashar al-Assad to tell him that we will support his continuation as president and help him in the expulsion of foreign Sunni groups, if he will continue along the line he first promised, that of greater democracy, more open government and tolerance. We can be successful in this, even at this late stage: he wants to stay, and at present his future looks bleak. Being with Bashar might not put us on the side of the angels, but it’s the best side. Let’s stop fighting on the side of al-Qaeda.

In response to Paul Craig Roberts:

George Bush 2 kept us safe for 12 years after 9-11 until the second Boston
    Massacre.
George Bush 2 forced nuclear weapons out of Iraq with Syrian assistance,
liberated the Iraqi people from a monster that used chemical weapons on
his own people, and established a freely elected government in Iraq. This
was at much cost in American and Iraqi lives. What Iraq does with the
freedom America gave it is their business, not ours. Bush and America
can’t be blamed for their failures and tribalism.
George Bush 2 destroyed the terrorist movement that did the 9-11 massacre.
I am sick and tired of George Bush 2 being slandered by people that write
columns for a living and have no idea the responsibility it is to be President
of the U.S. George and H.W Bush are two of the finest, decent Presidents
the U.S. has ever had, and both did a lot of good. In the decades to come
America will be safer than ever because of George Bush’s brilliant
response to 9-11: The Patriot Act, Afghanistan, and Iraq. The trillions he
spent will make it easy for the next generation of Presidents to preserve,
protect, and defend the United States of America. The current President
continued George Bush’s Patriot Act, Cuban prison, concluded Iraq, and
continued Afghanistan. Not much change at all for a guy that ran on change.
