Hannibal Is Still Circling Rome

Hannibal Is Still Circling Rome
PHOTOS.COM
There can be no free society once government has granted itself the power to confiscate property, imprison people under any pretext (or without a pretext) and without charge. This is now true in America.

Even years after his death, the Roman Senate continued to cry “Hannibal is at the gates,” using the peoples’ fear of Hannibal exactly as the U.S. government and its lapdog politicians today use the myth of terrorism. We are sacrificing liberty for “security” because of the created, imagined threat of terrorists.

The government bureaucracy will never accept responsibility for the collapsing economy, and the elite who run the United States will never give up power. Instead, they attack U.S. citizens on all fronts.

The grand design is to take the remaining wealth of the American people. The borders are silently closing. Tax havens are being attacked. And every wire coming into the United States is being traced for identity.

Even if U.S. authorities collected every foreign bank account or investment, it would make absolutely no difference in the financial default that is coming. It’s a ruse!

We have professional, lifelong politicians who are paid by the government and directed by the elite. They don’t dare pass legislation to impose term limits to stop career politicians.

The people are now the enemy of the state, and their remaining wealth is seen by the politicians as their solution to maintaining perpetual power. The peoples’ rights, privileges and immunities are being stripped away.

Think the Economy’s Bad Now?
You Ain’t Seen Nothin’ Yet!

U.S. banks continue to fail in record numbers… Washington’s reckless spending has racked up $13 trillion in debts… the dollar has plummeted in value—and round two of the worst global financial crisis ever is preparing to strike.

Obama says things could be worse, but let’s face the facts—America is in serious trouble.  But you’re not going to get the real story on the evening news.

To find out what’s really going on in the economy—and to discover out how you can protect your wealth, savings and future from disaster—just Click Here for your FREE Financial Self-Defense Guide.

And after the “Arab Spring” last year, Washington suddenly perceived a cyberattack threat to shut down the whole Internet. For what purpose? There is no threat or capability of such an attack. This is clearly an excuse to stop communication among people as the system collapses, and the government can’t sell its bonds. It is desperation, but dangerous. This Internet “cyberattack” is merely a bogeyman to invoke more control.

The Internet has exposed the crisis, and crisis speeds up events when widely known. The Internet is plainly a serious threat to government tyranny.

All governments turn on their own people in their final days in order to retain power. Those who can’t see this or can’t believe it had better assume it and protect what they have before it’s too late.

Gold and silver is historically the perfect hedge against bad government. It is survival and liquidity in the chaos and crisis of failing government, as now. Please, this means gold and silver in your possession. You figure where to keep your coins.

It amazes me how people will buy gold and silver and then trust this survival wealth to somebody else. If you let another person, bank, public vault or any entity “store” your survival wealth, it may not be there — and probably won’t be there — when there is economic mayhem. It’s time to be sober. All of you must know about MF Global and how it used clients’ funds.

Something Americans don’t understand: There can be no free society once government has granted itself the power to confiscate property, imprison people under any pretext (or without a pretext) and without charge. This is now true in America.

Government consumes so much that it has destroyed capital formation. The government is trying to increase taxes without an increase in production.

The food stamp program is the only thing holding off revolution and collapse. Currently, 46 million Americans are on food stamps.

But even in the face of economic chaos, the United States is warmongering under one pretense or another. War hides the crimes of government.

There is enormous suffering ahead for unaware and unprepared people. There is plenty of historical precedent for this, going back to the decline and fall of Rome.

Nothing good can happen to America without major economic and political reform. Can you see it? The rule of law must return to America.

In time, pensions will go, including government pensions. Some in government have already discussed their confiscation, and there is precedence in several countries. These are called unfunded entitlements and are a ghost that grows while we sleep. Watch!

Is there any good news? Absolutely! But first we have to go through the fire of economic and social collapse. When will it happen? No one knows, but it could happen at any time.

Some crisis will come that will trigger economic collapse. Crisis will speed the collapse and the wiping clean of debt.

The U.S. government will not honor its debts in the end. It will default or most likely inflate the currency away. In the meantime, we can expect at least one big, unannounced devaluation until it is done. Devaluation is default.

At some point, there will have to be a new currency. Have you seen the new $100 bill in waiting? I have seen it. Many people believe it’s prepared for a return to a gold standard.

But the old regime that ruined America must go, to be replaced with new statesmen with limited Congressional terms.

A great short-term danger is war. You know about it.

During this time of economic and social crisis, we will need to be self-sufficient in the extreme, something few Americans understand.

Survival means many things. It means stored food and water, energy for warmth, protection from people who didn’t plan, gold and silver coins, barter items, extra fuel for transportation, cash money for two to three months’ expenses, soaps, salt, dried foods, cleaning products, paper products and needed prescriptions.

It is reasonable to expect that the economic winter in which we find ourselves will give way to spring in the form of a lapse in crippling debt and the shrinkage of government.

As confidence in government falls, the dollar price of gold will rise. Confidence in government will continue to go down as the value of the U.S. dollar declines. And it will decline because money printing is the mode of government.

Gold is trading at $1,670 and silver is at $32. Both are on the bargain counter compared to a year from now. There are many dealers. I like Franklin Sanders at The Moneychanger. He has been in business some 25 years and is honest and reliable.

Now about getting money out of the United States: The U.S. government is building a wall around this country and American citizens.

The Feds are tracking everything. This is not fear or scare talk. If you have been reading beyond the controlled media, you know very well the seriousness of the situation.

The time is coming very soon when financial assets will not legally be able to leave the United States. The door is fast closing. One more good option has closed. There are no longer any insurance companies that will issue fixed-premium Swiss annuities to Americans. This is the only type of Swiss annuity I have ever recommended.

There is a provision buried in a 1,400-page Senate highway bill (S1813) that would revoke or deny a passport if a taxpayer owes $50,000 or more in back taxes. These are types of exchange controls I have long warned about.

Hannibal is not the enemy. The enemy comes from within.

Getting a new currency would be great but letting the same fraudsters print it won’t. You can’t have an economic recovery in the same paradigm with which it went broke in. You need an honest shift in currency weather it be a metal standard or a strictly monitored completely transparent actual United States Federal Reserve to reprint money and have complete control with a predetermined amount to be redistributed.

We must do away with the FED it is a scam and a way for the Fat Cat Bankers to ruin this country; and they have done a fine job of it..

      • Tom W.

First things first!!! Everybody be in prayer for our brother patriot Sirian, he lives in Oklahoma and I haven’t seen a post from him since Sat. night when the storms rolled through OK!

      • DaveH

Your prayers have been answered, Tom. See below.

Yes, yes, and yes again! The Fed must be abolished! No privately owned bank should be given the task of printing our American dollars… How many Trillion have they printed for themselves that have gone into private bank accounts in foreign countries. The Fed is robbing America of its wealth, by causing inflation with every additional printing.

      • Tom W.

Absolutely Paul!!! Bob, while I agree that we are letting our own government slowly and methodically syripping us of the PRECIOUS freedoms that our forefathers so bravely fought and died to give us!!! If not for these freedoms, would we discussing this online?! Most Americans a totally blind to what is coming down the pike, when you try to tell them,
they look at ya like you’re some kinda nut!!! They simply refuse to believe it, let’s face it, what we are looking at is HORRIBLE!!! So HORRIBLE that people just refuse to believe it! WE are the world bastion of freedom, if WE go down, what’s left?!! I truly don’t like to think about it!!! Unless Alex Jones is right, and I don’t doubt him the way I wish I did, we have a lot bigger problem than terroism! But the myth of terrorism Bob?!! You’re smarter than that, I think!!!

        Bishop Spong – A New Cristianity for a New World?!! Let’s see what God’s Holy Word has to say on this subject Rob;

“But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ. For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him.” – II Cor. 11:3&4

“But what I do, that I will do, that I may cut off occasion from them which desire occasion; that wherein they glory, they may be found even as we. For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.” – II Cor. 11:12-14

“I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom; Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long suffering and doctrine. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.” – II Tim. 4:1-4

“But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of.” – II Pet, 2:1&2

” For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist. Look to yourselves, that we lose not those things which we have wrought, but that we receive a full reward.] Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son. If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed: For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds.” – II John 7-11

Heretic!!! Is that enough Rob, do ya want some more?!!

        Dear Tom W.

You write: “But the myth of terrorism Bob?!!” You are too smart by half. You must look behind these attacks you list and see who and/or what was behind them. And ask yourself this question: If al-Qaida is our enemy, as we’re told, why did we finance and support them with US/NATO firepower in their overthrow of the Libyan government? Why do we finance and support them on the ground as they attempt to overthrow the Syrian government?

I don’t expect you seek the answers to the questions. Last week I challenged your assertion that Lincoln was “arguably the best US President.” I provided you with links to begin your trek outside of your conventional wisdom comfort zone. In a subsequent comment you admitted you would not read them.

Just as the apostles stamped the dust from their feet as they left the cities of the unbelievers, I stamp the dust from my feet with you. However, when you decide it is time to open your mind to a new paradigm, I will be here.

        Best wishes,
        Bob

I can’t tell tou how heart-broken I am Mr. Livingston! Sob, snnifff, does anyone have a Kleenex?! Let’s go over our exchanges. First off you rebuke me for what you said was very un-Christian dialog, because I refuse to back down in my defence of Christianity or my personal political views which in MY opinion, also reflect my Christian point of view. I believe as a Christian that if you truly believe that you are defending or arguing Godly principles, that you should do it with the same passion which Christ showed when he tossed the money changers out of the Temple on their backsides!!! I got a lot of Peter in me, if you catch my drift. Then you went on to espouse to me your anti-Semetic replacement theology view that God has wiped his hands of the Jewish people because of their rejection of Christ. Then you tried to impress me with your knowledge of the Bible, which I must say, you did, a little! Did ya totally skip over chapter 11 of the book of Romans though Mr. Livingston?!! Then when I posted ya back with my rebuttal, you deleted it claiming it was an excessively long post. It was long, but I’ve seen a lot longer that have stayed posted! But that’s all right, I’ve always had a talent for pushing people’s buttons.
Then last week responding to some neo-nazi klansman who was making very intolerant racial slurs and claiming the the south was gonna rise again, and I quote, ” And Abraham Lincoln was America’s first traitor Redistributor-in-Chief, who asked realwhite Americans to die taking the wealth from these job creators (whiny libs call it “freeing the slaves”)
And John Wilkes Booth was a simple RealAmerican SuperPatriot Exercising His Second-Amendment Remedy to take with the bullet what the South lost with the ballot, by executing the traitor (whiny libs call it “assassinating” and “murdering the President”), Abraham Lincoln.” So I naturally engage the redneck defending Lincoln as arguably the greatest president in our short history. What happened after that has still got me reeling, you rebuked me for my defense of Lincoln! And again I quote, “Dear Tom W., You write: “Abraham Lincoln, arguably and TRULY one of the greatest presidents in our short history…” You are correct in that it is arguable. Lincoln was a tyrant and warmonger who killed 750,000 men, women and children. His presidency also led to the death of states’ rights.” then you gave me a couple of links to articles I presume that you wrote about Abe, to which I replied, and again I quote, “I never read and don’t have time to read either of your previous articles (I am assuming that they’re yours.) that you posted right now. I might latter on, I pretty much think I can get the gest of it from the web addresses.”
Now lets put two and two together Mein Fuhrer, you attacked me for my saying that the regathering of the children of Israel to the Promised Land was a fulfillment of Bible prophecy (Rebirth of the nation of Israel. – Deut. 30:1-3, Isaiah 4:2, 11:10-12, 66:8, Ezek. 37:21, Joel 3:2, Amos 9:14&15, Luke 21:24 and there’s a LOT more!) by erroneously claiming that God was finished with the Jewish people! (Not according to Rom. ch. 11!!!) Then you attack me for defending Lincoln against some cracker claiming that the south was gonna rise again! Hmmm, lets see, what’s that tell me about you Mr. Livingston?! Well I’m gonna keep my opinion to myself and let the other posters make up their own minds! But I will say this, I know that you’re the proprietor of this site, but you’ve got some nerve!!! I’ll let God judge!

        • http://boblivingstonpl.wordpress.com Bob Livingston

          Dear Tom W.,

You’ve thrown a lot against the wall. I will address the high points.

You write: “First off you rebuke me for what you said was very un-Christian dialog, because I refuse to back down in my defence of Christianity or my personal political views which in MY opinion, also reflect my Christian point of view.” I think rebuke is too strong a word. Caution would more accurately reflect the comment.

You write: “Did ya totally skip over chapter 11 of the book of Romans though Mr. Livingston?!!” No I did not. However, I choose not to bang my head against the wall with you any longer. The reason is below.

You write: “Now lets put two and two together Mein Fuhrer…” Ad populum, the refuge of scoundrels and the ignorant who are unable to form a cogent rebuttal.

You write: “…you attacked me for my saying that the regathering of the children of Israel to the Promised Land was a fulfillment of Bible prophecy (Rebirth of the nation of Israel. – Deut. 30:1-3, Isaiah 4:2, 11:10-12, 66:8, Ezek. 37:21, Joel 3:2, Amos 9:14&15, Luke 21:24 and there’s a LOT more!) by erroneously claiming that God was finished with the Jewish people!” Sensitive much? I responded in a thoughtful and civil manner.

You write: “Then you attack me for defending Lincoln against some cracker claiming that the south was gonna rise again!” If you spend much time here you will learn that thinking people have no love for the Lincoln presidency. You will also do well to learn the difference between a rebuttal and an attack. When you do, rational discussion can take place. However, dialogue with you, when you go apoplectic over an opposing viewpoint, is an exercise in futility.

You write: “Well I’m gonna keep my opinion to myself and let the other posters make up their own minds!” You will do well to keep the opinion to yourself if your Hitler reference is an indicator of where you are going. I am very tolerant. But weak-minded and unfounded ad hominems against the authors and charges of racism will earn yourself a ticket to the “moderation” filter. Ask eddie47d how that works out.

          Best wishes,
          Bob

What’s it like to weld such power?!!

      • http://none My Name is Not Important

I cannot speak with absolute assurance on all the things written here but I do know that only God knows it all. We may think we know something but almost always we are depending on the opinions of others, historians or theologians or someone. What we know on our own is actually very little. Much is going on that many have no clue about but who is ultimately responsible is less important than what the results are going to be.

While I cannot be absolutely positive of what is going to happen in the next few years I am convinced that we are going to have somewhere in the neighborhood of 250% inflation. It was in the early 1990′s when I was praying and I clearly heard that there would be more than the 300% inflation I was then predicting but “more like 450% inflation.” Hence my belief that we have about 250% inflation coming, bad, really bad, but not exactly hyper-inflation.

Likewise in 2003 I was admiring the September night sky, praising God for the beauty and wonder of the galaxy, when I clearly heard, “There is much life in the universe but it is very far away. Because of the age old problem of good versus evil most civilizations that have reached the atomic age have destroyed themselves. The nearest sentient life is over 500 light years. The nearest life technologically equivalent to earth is over 1,000 light years. Mankind will never reach them, but they, may, in the distant future (not in the lifetime of anyone now living) reach earth….” Additionally, on Saturday, November 19th last, I was thinking about something that someone had heard while he was praying over a year before, about why God was going to punish the United States and the world. All nine reasons seemed reasonable when suddenly I clearly heard in a voice like steel, unlike any I had heard before, “MY HAND OF JUDGEMENT WILL STRETCH FORTH AND ALL WILL FEEL IT, SOME MUCH MORE THAN OTHERS. FEAR NOT!”

I do not think that this will be the end of the world but it may well seem like it. I do not believe we can run from what is coming anymore than we can run from the sunrise. Many are leaving the country. Hundreds of thousands have already left but I believe that what is coming is God’s doing. He may be using the world powers or the elitists as he used the Pharaoh to do His bidding in ancient times, but you cannot run from God. He has inspired many from various different Christian denominations to prepare for the serious hard ahead, but when these will begin or how bad they will ultimately be I do not know. I fully expect riots and burnings in the major cities across the land, remember Watts, and chaos for a while not seen since the founding of the country.

Only God is going to be able to straighten out the mess we have allowed ourselves to get into. Only a return to the truths and values of the founding fathers can “save” the USA. Before this is all over I will not be surprised if even atheists realize that it is God’s doing. Has anyone noticed the strange weather patterns around the world? Today was 6 degrees hotter than ever recorded on this date and the night time temperature last night was 20 degrees hotter than average. There is a big increase in the number of tornadoes and big earthquakes around the world but the “Big One” in Los Angeles is overdue and some expect a bigger one along in the New Madrid Fault. Many are arguing that there is global warming and just as many scientists are saying there is not and record temperatures are being set in many places but our records are only a few generations old not thousands of years, and raising taxes is not going to affect any way whatsoever.
Much of what our politicians tell us is suspect. They have been there far to long and we need to replace anyone who has been there for more than 12 years and return to the original Constitution that said the state elected representatives and appointed senators. (This way senators would represent their states and not multi-national corporations). The FDA seems controlled by Monsanto and GMO food is polluting the landscape and may be responsible not just for the deaths of 150,000 farmers in India but possibly even a contributor to Autism, but this is so complex it will be like proving that cigarettes were unhealthy which many doctors simply did not believe in a previous generation. Autism has increased by leaps and bounds, thousands of percent since Genetically Modified food was introduced (very quietly) into the American food supply, except among the Amish who grow most of their own food and do not use GMO seeds or chemicals on any of their crops. Many of elitists have long desired that the world population be less than it is and while nuclear war would effect them as well, they don’t realize that so will GMO food. I’ve read that Ted Turner and Queen Elizabeth won’t eat it.

Cancer cures are suppressed while 90% of cancer doctors prescribe treatments they would not take themselves, and some when they get cancer rush overseas where some treatments are available to heal them that are not available here. I can assure you that God is not pleased with such behavior and the world is soon going to know it. I only hope that most people are smart enough to realize that it is God and not just crooks and politicians, and that there will be some truly honest persons who will be able to point them in the right direction. I used to think that things might turn around in a decade but I’m getting more convinced that it may take a generation to sink through the perverse and stubborn people we have become.

I cannot make a judgement on all the diverse ideas and thoughts that are expressed in these columns. Many are true believers who are convinced that their understandings or interpretations are the correct ones, but not all can be. It is quite probable that some things I believe are not completely accurate. St. Paul said we only know in part while we are here and I would add that I believe that we CAN only know in part in here, but God misses nothing. I sometimes feel sorrow for those who are so misguided and truly lost in Marxism (socialism, progressivism, or communism or even atheism). They are certainly not happy and I can only pray that when things begin to fall around them there is someone out there who can lead them to the truth that alone can set them on the right path.

God went to a lot of trouble to pick out one group of people out of the pagan ancients and teach them and send them prophets and promise them a messiah who would bring it all together, not just for them but for all mankind. He had to destroy the world once with water and He seems to be preparing the great “shaking” that the Bible talks about, something that will destroy all that men have come to substitute for God, and all the false gods they have substituted for the One True God who we call Yahweh or Jehovah, but who called Himself, “I am that I am” when Moses asked His name. Will WWIII be part of this shaking? It is possible! I certainly think the big one in Los Angeles in a couple of years will be part of it but I can’t answer questions that only God knows. I do know He wants us to know that He loves us but He doesn’t love that we are choosing to do things that will ultimately destroy us.

We have a president and politicians who are doing all they can to destroy the value of the dollar and they are spending as much as they can of money we don’t have so we can have inflation and repay it with devalued dollars, but the world is wising up to this immoral scheme. Sadly, it seems the majority of the public has little awareness of the inflation that will result of all this squandering of money. I have no doubt whatsoever that food prices and fuel prices will at least triple and it is the poor who will be hurt the most by all this. The Democrats took over the Congress in 2006 and they have spent more money than ALL THAT WAS SPENT from the from the time of George Washington’s time to the time of the first George Bush. We won’t declare bankruptcy and we won’t even let banks and automakers declare bankruptcy but we continue to create money out of thin air, and this can only cause serious inflation. Yes, the second George Bush spent a few trillion, so did Ronald Reagan, but Barrack Obama has surpassed them all and he does not seem to have any intention of stopping. He doesn’t learn and we are in for some really rough times ahead because of all he and the congress have squandered in the last few years and whoever is the next president will likely be blamed for it. If this is not the beginning of God’s chastisement of mankind than I don’t know what is. All this is only the beginning and all I can advise anyone to do is to seek a relationship with God, so that you will know what to do and when to do it. All are going to be affected by what is coming. Money alone will not be enough to see anyone through what is coming (though I suspect for a while it might help), and I suspect that those who have no relationship with God will be affected the most.

“Seek Me with all your heart, and you will find Me, and I will give you the desires of your heart” the scriptures say but many, even some who call themselves Christians don’t know that or really believe it. May God help us because very soon, no one else is going to be able to do so.

        MNiNI, There is only one way to be ready for what is coming, and that is to have a personal relationship with the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!!! If you don’t ever remember admitting to God that you are a lost sinner, and aknowledging Jesus for what He did for you at Calvary, and asking Him to come into your heart and life and to be your personal Lord and Savior, If you don’t ever remember doing that, I don’t care how good you think you are, you’re going to bust the gates of hell wide open!!! The bible says;

Opps!!! See I told ya Kate8! “He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.” – Mark 16:16 (KJV) Now I know it mentions Baptism, and that is a good thing, but that is a public acknowledgement of your decission. The most important thing is to RIGHT NOW where you are, simply pray a prayer similar to this and mean it with all your heart!!! Lord, I believe that Jesus is the Son of God. I believe that He came and died to pay the penalty for the sins that I have committed. I ask You to forgive me, and to give me the gift of eternal life You promised. Come into my life, and cause me to be born again. Amen.
If you prayed that prayer and meant it with your entire heart, know that He did come into your heart and now you’re ready for whatever this ole’ world has to throw at ya!!! Hallelujah!
“This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasure more than lovers of God; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.” – II Tim. 3:1-5
Folks, I challange you to find a better description of the human race today ANYWHERE!!!
        Luke 21:28 (KJV)
“And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.”

Now find you a church where the BIBLE IS TAUGHT, tell the pastor of your decission, get Baptised and go help save other lost sinners! What!!! You thought it was going to be easy?!!

“Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.” – James 2:17 (KJV)

Agreed with Paul. But, call me a traditionalist. I do NOT want ANY form of currency enacted that is not called a “Dollar! ” THAT is the American medium of exchange, it is part of our tradition and heritage, and it must be re-built to a strong standard. I’m not interested in something called the “Amero,” or called ANYTHING else. It’s WHO WE ARE, and i’m proud of it; i’m simply NOT proud of what the government and greedy big business have DONE to it.
We have been forced to forfeit ENOUGH of our heritage these last 3 years under this silent Communist progressive, and i’m not willing to forfeit any more.

No more Fiat money. We must have money that has value in itself, like gold or silver or some other such rare divisible physical form of exchange for our goods. Otherwise the Leaders will just abuse it like they always do Fiat money. Please read this and learn about money:

Guess Who’s Buying Gun Companies? This has been checked out and it’s true. Marlin Firearms is already closing it’s doors! Even if you do not own a gun you still need to know this. This information needs to be known by all Americans whether they are gun owners and sportsman or not. The biased media is NOT informing us of these activities. Who is buying all these gun manufacturing companies?!! For the last several years a company called The Freedom Group has been buying up gun and ammunition manufacturers. Some of the companies are Bushmaster, Marlin, Remington, DPMS, Dakota Arms and H&R. Some people worry that this Freedom Group is going to control most of the firearms companies in the United States. If you control the manufacturers you can decide to stop selling to civilians. What a perfect way to control guns. However, if you do some digging you will see that The Freedom Group is owned by a company called Cerberus Capital Management. And guess who controls Cerberus?!… GEORGE SOROS !!!One of the most evil men on this planet who wants to restrict or ban all civilian guns. This needs to published and broadcast in the media groups. Why have we not heard about this in the “mainstream” media?
If you don’t know who George Soros is, you need to do some research. He backed Obama with millions of dollars and Obama is his puppet on a string. Soros is an avowed communist/Marxist and single handedly destroyed the financial systems of several European countries. He has promised to do the same to United States.

Or how ’bout Hillary over=riding congress to send the Palestinians $147mil?!!

Does Soros Own All US Gun
        & Ammo Manufacturers?
        Rense.com
        10-17-11

There has been an e-mail circulating that claims that Cerberus Capital Management and the Freedom Group control most of the firearms and ammunition industry and that George Soros owns these investment firms. The rumor of Soros involvement is false, according to the NRA:

The National Rifle Association stated: “This rumor is completely false and baseless.” The NRA has a long-standing relationship with both Cerberus and Freedom Group, noting: “The owners and investors involved are strong supporters of the Second Amendment and are avid hunters and shooters.” Further, Soros has never been a part of either group. Most importantly:

This unsubstantiated rumor has caused a great deal of unnecessary concern for gun owners. NRA-ILA urges our members to take great care before repeating baseless rumors found on the Internet.”

        Who Controls Cerberus?

From Wikipedia: Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. is one of the largest private equity investment firms in the United States. The firm is based in New York City, and run by 51-year-old financier Steve Feinberg. Former U.S. Vice President Dan Quayle has been a prominent Cerberus spokesperson and runs one of its international units.

Founded in 1992, Cerberus is named for the mythological three-headed dog that guarded the gates of Hades. Feinberg has stated to his employees that while the Cerberus name seemed like a good idea at the time, he later regretted naming the company after the mythological dog.

The company has been a very active acquirer of businesses over the past several years and now has sizable investments in automotive, sportswear, paper products, military services, real estate, energy, retail, glassmaking, transportation, and building products. In 2006, its holdings amounted to $24 billion.
On October 19, 2006, John W. Snow, President George W. Bush’s second Treasury Secretary, was named chairman of Cerberus.

        J. Ezra Merkin is a partner in Cerberus. Merkin invested his funds into Cerberus and its portfolio companies. His Gabriel fund invested $79 million in Chrysler, $66 million in GMAC and $67 million in Cerberus partnerships, according to year-end statements. The Gabriel Fund was a feeder fund for Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LL http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cerberus_Capital_Management

Cerberus appears to be a very connected outfit, but there is no mention of Soros.

According to an article in the Wall Street Journal from 2009, Cerberus received $4 BILLION IN BAILOUTS funded by taxpayers for their company, Chrysler. The Freedom Group is a subsidiary of Cerberus.

        http://blogs.wsj.com/deals/2009/10/19/a-dossier-on-cerberuss-freedom-group/

Here is a list of holdings by the Freedom Group:

        Remington Arms
        Bushmaster Firearms International
        DPMS Panther Arms
        Marlin
        H & R Firearms
        NEF
        Dakota Arms
        LC Smith
        Parker
        AAC Advanced Armament Corporation
        Barnes Bullets
        EOTAC
        INTC

In closing, it appears that Cerberus does hold a large market share of the ammunition industry and Cerberus has enjoyed enormous taxpayer funded bailouts ($4 billion). Cerberus has some political and financial heavy-hitters on its board and has made some TERRIBLE investments.

In a free market capitalist system, even if a corporation bought up all the gun and ammunition manufacturers and made ammo cost prohibitive or stopped selling it, new companies would arise to fill the demand. But our system is one of crony capitalism that favors corporations. Therefore, it may be wise to stock up on firearms supplies.

Jibbs: You just listed a large number of people who are supporting a UN World ban on guns, including the US. The group that wants guns banned around the world and in the US, also want a Dictatorship in the US.
From what I’ve seen many of the investors you named, would love to see a US Dictatorship where they own the oil under the ground, the utility companies, the printing of the US Dollar, and the largest military budget the world has ever known. SoS Clinton and Obama are pushing gun control in the US and worldwide. You can sign a petition against this World Wide Gun ban from Clinton and Obama at: http://www.nagr.org/UN_RP_Survey1.aspx?pid=pl11
Lord James of Blackheath, and the House of Lords, are collecting the bank documents showing the connections between the Soros, the Bushes, Quayle, the Clintons, and the Obamas. His speech on Feb 16, 2012 shows where these people got $16.1 Trillion Counterfeited US Dollars to buy up the gun factories. The site TheWhiteHatsReport.com detail much of where the money went.. So when I read the list of names you quoted, I immediately recognized many of them that want Gun Control in the US, and in the World.

        DaveH,
Thanks for the link. I do know a little about money. While I agree there should be NO more fiat money system, I also think a temporary fiat system would be feasible until we could fully transition out. Obviously, as long as the Fed was not involved. As I’ve said before, it’s not what backs the dollar but who controls its amount. If the gov’t could possibly, like s c would say, in a Utopian world, be trusted to print enough and only enough to trade domestically then it would be ok. At least at home since that would mean a default on the world market. I think at this point, and I’m by no means a liberal, a temporary fiat system would be better for Americans as a whole because I believe that a metal backed system would still benefit the wealthy and prepared only. That would be great for you and I perhaps but I’d still like most of America to be able to transition from a world default to being able to sustain here at home.

I’ll have to agree that those owing more than $50,000 in back taxes should not have the ability to travel abroad. That is an obvious flight risk under most circumstances. I’m sure there can be exceptions like with everything else especially for businesses. Those who owe individual taxes in that amount remind me of those who live high on credit card debt and then file for bankruptcy. Which causes someone else to get shafted.

If the talking heads on television don’t tell us about something that happens, does it make that event any less real? Of course the answer to that question is quite obvious, but unfortunately way too many Americans allow their realities to be defined by what they hear from the mainstream media. Way too many people use phrases such as “if that was true I would have heard about it on television” to deflect conversations that are starting to become uncomfortable. Critical thinking is a skill that is in short supply in America today, and most Americans seem content to let their televisions do their thinking for them. Sadly, the pretty people on television do not spend a lot of time talking about the things that are truly important. Instead, they love to talk about the latest celebrity scandal and they love to divide people into groups and get them fighting with one another. In this day and age, it is absolutely critical that we all learn to think for ourselves. The talking heads on television are concerned with keeping their bosses happy and with keeping the ratings up. Most of them are not really concerned about what happens to you. They just want you to keep watching them so that they can continue to earn their inflated salaries.

Unfortunately, most Americans seem perfectly content with the “infotainment” that they are getting from the major news networks, so major changes to the mainstream media are not likely to happen any time soon.

For those wanting something different, you will have to seek out alternative sources of news (such as this website) that are willing to discuss the truly earth shattering events that are continually taking place all over the globe.

So what are some of the things that the mainstream media has been ignoring?

The following are 19 things that the talking heads on television have been strangely silent about….

        Freedom Fighter,
Thanks for the link. Agenda 21 is not coming, it’s already here. ULDC, or Unified Land Developement Code is quietly being adopted by counties across the nation. It is a standardized building code littered with words like “safety, security and sustainability that wreaks of globalism. This is not something I read about or heard on the news, it is something I am living with in my own home town. Now, in this time of economic uncertainty when people are straining to pay mortgages, purchase fuel and food for family, we are being attacked by an army of code Nazi’s demanding compliance to the letter of the law/code. Their “Notice of Violation” is sent via certified mail with a reminder that non-compliance could result in the loss/confiscation of property.

We are being attacked from every angle. The forces arrayed against us are too numerous to be calculated. There is no effort, except from a very few, to fix anything. Intead what we are witnessing is a well oiled machine hell bent on the destruction of capitalism as a means of initiating universal serfdom under the watchful eye of the unseen, unelected global elite. In other words, the fate unfolding for Earthly Humans is not the result of stupidity, negligence or ineptitude, but rather it is decline by design. Like a house thoroughly infested with termites, they’ve already been everywhere you look. Quietly infiltrating and consuming behind a thin veneer.

Time is short, this monster will not be vanquished. People can not evolve fast enough. Those who have figured out the right-left paridigm have yet to come to terms with the illusion of voting and the propaganda fostered belief that we still have a choice or a say in election outcomes.

“We are living in a demented world. . . Everywhere there are doubts as to the solidity of our social structure, vague fears of the imminent future, a feeling that our civilization is on the way to ruin. They are not merely the shapeless anxieties which beset us in the small hours of the night when the flame of life burns low. They are considered expectations founded on observation and judgment of an overwhelming multitude of facts. How to avoid the recognition that almost all things which once seemed sacred and immutable have now become unsettled, truth and humanity, justice and reason? We see forms of government no longer capable of functioning, production systems on the verge of collapse, social forces gone wild with power. The roaring engine of this tremendous time seems to be heading for a breakdown. But immediately the antithesis forces itself on our minds. Never has there been a time when men were so clearly conscious of their commanding duty to co-operate in the task of preserving and improving the world’s well being and human civilization.” – Dutch historian Johan Huizinga: In The Shadow of Tomorrow; pg. 15-16.

Mr. Livingston, are you into gold and silver pretty heavy? You sure do push it a lot! If you can get the dedicated “conservatives” here to purchase large amounts of gold and silver and drive the price up will that make you any richer?? No?? Really??///
I love coming here to see what the ultra conservatives have to say and to read the gold and silver adds.

    • DaveH

      NC,
Are you into feeding at the trough heavily? You sure do push Progressivism a lot. If you spread your misinformation well enough will your handlers give you a better position at the trough?
I love to read the Liberals useless comments here. How better to wake people up to the fact that they bring nothing of value to the conversation?

      • nc

DaveH, I push progressiveism a lot because I can’t think of a President in the past who can qualify as a true conservative. Even Reagan has been disqualified as a true conservative by the true conservatives here because of his tax positions, record accumulation of national debt and praise for workers unions.

If we have reached Number One in the world status with out the leadership of a single

true conservative whY in H*LL do we need with one now? The only electable option to the progressives is a man(Romney) who screams that he is really a conservative and the “true conservatives” here yell “BULLS**T, YOU’RE A RINO AT BEST!”

SO IF YOU DON’T WANT ROMNEY, WRITE IN PAUL, AND WE PROGRESSIVES WHO ALSO FAVOR BRINGING OUR TROOPS HOME AND NOT BEING MARRIED TO ISREAL OR ANY FOREIGN NATION WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE THE HELP TO KEEP THOSE THINS FROM HAPPENING!!!!!

      • DaveH

The US has prospered in spite of Progressives, not because of Progressives. As you can see (or at least can see if you take your blinders off), the US is currently on a downward spiral. Economies around the world have been crushed by Progressives, and ours will be also. But it takes time to destroy the wealth that has been created over 2 centuries of relative Freedom.
Before you make any more false claims about the Progressives being responsible for our wealth, then you need to explain why the consistent result of Big Government is crappy economies:
        http://heritage.org/index/ranking
I will await your personal attack on Heritage Foundation, as if that would be a logical rebut to my statement.
And, I hate to burst your bubble, NC, but the Progressive Leaders are the ones behind the Military Excursions. There are two kinds of Progressives — those who support the Welfare State and those who support the Military State. Both believe that Big Government is the answer and both are equally destructive of our economy and our morality.

      • DaveH

And Romney IS a Progressive, NC. You would know that if you’d take some time to do some reading and learn that both major parties have been infested with Progressives for quite some time now:
        http://mises.org/daily/1259

      • DaveH

I know you won’t, NC, but you should read this Free online book (courtesy of the wonderful Mises Institute), and learn something about Real Capitalism instead of the Propaganda that you’ve been inundated with:

    • http://boblivingstonpl.wordpress.com Bob Livingston

      Dear nc,

You write: “Mr. Livingston, are you into gold and silver pretty heavy?” I have long advocated the need to accumulate gold and silver as a means of wealth protection. Needless to say I have followed my own advice.

You write: “If you can get the dedicated ‘conservatives’ here to purchase large amounts of gold and silver and drive the price up will that make you any richer?? No?? Really??///” You are ignorant of economic realities. Gold does not care whether I or anyone else advocates for or against it. It will do what will do. It’s price is a reflection of confidence in government and fiat currency.

You write: “I love coming here to see what the ultra conservatives have to say and to read the gold and silver adds (sic).” Your presence here is appreciated.

      Best wishes,
      Bob

Mr. Livingsron, is there a way that person can post a message and in some way close the box so that a Reply cannot be made to the message they sent? I made a post and several people posted a reply but there was no way reply to them! I would never post a message and cut off ANYONES ability to answer it even if there is a way!! I thought that is the reason for such a place as this!! If you can’t take the heat stay out of the kitchen.

Who decides if or when a message cannot be replied to??

    Washington Leads World Into Lawlessness

    http://www.activistpost.com/2012/04/washington-leads-world-into-lawlessness.html

    Paul Craig Roberts
    Activist Post

The US government pretends to live under the rule of law, to respect human rights, and to provide freedom and democracy to citizens. Washington’s pretense and the stark reality are diametrically opposed.

US government officials routinely criticize other governments for being undemocratic and for violating human rights. Yet, no other country except Israel sends bombs, missiles, and drones into sovereign countries to murder civilian populations. The torture prisons of Abu Ghraib, Guantanamo, and CIA secret rendition sites are the contributions of the Bush/Obama regimes to human rights.

Washington violates the human rights of its own citizens. Washington has suspended the civil liberties guaranteed in the US Constitution and declared its intention to detain US citizens indefinitely without due process of law. President Obama has announced that he, at his discretion, can murder US citizens whom he regards as a threat to the US.

    • Kate8

Yes, and now Obama’s own lawyers are finally admitting that all of his documents are forgeries and that he is a fraud.

And they are saying that there is not a darned thing that any of us can do about it.

They are claiming (and, apparently, the judge are agreeing) that there is no provision in the Constitution for removing a usurper. Therefore, even though he’s a fraud, is guilty of defrauding the American public, has usurped the presidency, has violated nearly every requirement for holding office (not to mention is an accomplished liar), we can do nothing.

If he were a legitimate POTUS, he could be impeached (if we could convince a treasonous Congress to do so). Since he is a complete enemy agent, it seems that we are SOL.

So, there you have it, folks. The dare is on.

      • Tom W.

Site please Kate8! I’m not doubting, just want to read it myself.

      • Kate8

Tom W. – I know. I had tried to capture the link where I read it and it had already been removed. This is happenning more and more… if you don’t get to the sites when they come out, you find them taken down.

At any rate, I did a search on “Obama’s lawyers admit forgeries…” and came up with several. Here is one, but do a search and you will get more.

        http://obamareleaseyourrecords.blogspot.com/2012/04/obama-lawyer-admits-forgery-but.html

It’s amazing how the progressive attorneys have conspired to come up with so many loopholes for subverting our Constitution. I believe that this is a direct notice to the American people that we no longer enjoy ANY Constitutional protections, and the law is whatever they say it is… and they will determine what it is as they go. We will not be notified of changes…

BTW, Tom, I read so much stuff and, while I can’t always provide links, I sometimes share info with the assumption that everyone knows how to search for themselves.

I do my best, but it’s getting more difficult.

Tom W. – Here is a great press conference with Sheriff Joe and the Posse doing the investigation.

        http://beforeitsnews.com/story/2028/091/President_Obama_will_be_forced_by_circumstances_to_apologise:_Genuine_Birth_Certificate_surfaces_Americans_have_been_led_to_believe_otherwise,_revelation_to_change_the_political_landscape.html

I find it really pathetic how the libs accuse anyone seeking the facts of being “politically motivated”. What a joke. It’s painfull apparent that there are many in this country who place political ideology before truth, and are willing to sacrifice our national integrity to stay in power.

Those in power are willing to use any tactics of force and blatant lies to further their interests. Truth no longer holds any relevance for them. They are able to just brush it aside and shout it down.

How sad that so many of our people have come to this.

I admire the way Sheriff Joe handles them. He is a true hero, as is Jerome Corsi, Devi Kidd, the Posse, and everyone else who has worked tirelessly to uncover the truth on our behalf.

Look at how the Left (and even some on the Right) use terms like “birther” and “truther” to mock good people who only want the facts. As if wanting the truth was a bad thing.

They reveal themselves every time they open their mouths, don’t they?

      • Kate8

        Tom W. – Want more?

        http://commieblaster.com/ineligible/

The evidence is overwhelming. It would satisfy any demand for proof in any criminal proceeding.

Yet, here we are. You have to ask “why?”

      • Kate8

Tom W. – You are welcome.

With all of the debate over what is true and what is not, both historically and current, I’ve concluded that the best we can do is research and observe as much as we possibly can, pray for discernment, and then draw our best conclusions. We must also bear in mind that what we learn is filtered through the lens of the author, according to his understanding (or agenda), and no one is without personal bias and interpretation.

Only when we stop believing and start observing without judgment do we realize that information is put out there to make our heads swim. Truth is mixed with misinformation…because who owns the media and the press?…the father of lies, lord of the air… and it’s all designed to control how we think.

When we desire to understand truth above all else, regardless of how scary and twisted it may be… and are able to face it in spite of our fears… I believe we then enter into a new realm of deeper truths, where there is no reason to fear at all. There is Truth and there are appearances, which are perception. And everyone perceives in a different way, according to his own bias, or system of belief.

I don’t know about most folks, but I do not intend to live under some NWO tyranny. What gives one man, or even several persons, the authority to determine how others may live, or even who gets to live? Or to decide what is true and what is not true (global warming, anyone?) From where to those few derive a greater right to life and freedom than we?

Aside from Love, there is nothing more natural and essential than to be free. Without freedom, we have nothing.

Humanity is awakening en masse now. This is reason to rejoice. We must hold firm against those would-be tyrants, and disempower them. For them to rule the world, we must all lend our cooperation. If we believe they can rule us, then they will. When we take back our right to self-determination, we will be free once again. Or perhaps for the first time.

Esau sold his inheritance for food. As a nation, we have sold our collective soul to satan for the promise of a free meal-ticket, which is always a deception, because when we lose our personal sovereignty, we lose everything. What little we have is taken also away from us, because to those who who rule, people who give up liberty for comfort elicit only their contempt.

Woo Kate8! That was as deep as it was BEAUTIFUL!!! Thanx for the advice, I’ll take it to heart! I like you have no intention of living under the tyranny of the NWO, We as a free people and nation are the only obsticle left in the way of their vision! We are the closest thing to true freedom this world has ever seen, and I like you believe that once a people have had the smallest taste of that freedom, there is no turning back!!!
Thank you again and may God bless you and yours richly, I’m sure He already has!!!

Tom W. – The Kenyan BC is back in the game!

It seems that, despite the protestations of the Left, this document has been declared authentic by experts, and by Kenyan officials. Obama has spent a great deal of money trying to keep this under wraps.

I don’t have a handy link… just do a search on Obama’s Kenyan BC, and try to find the latest.

In the New Jersey eligibility hearing, O’s atty has admitted the Hawaiian BCs are forgeries, but says it’s irrelevant. She claims that, even though the Constitution has eligibility requirements, there is no provision for obtaining any proof of such eligibility, and there is no state requirement for such, nor is there any official deemed responsible for vetting candidates.

Talk about slippery snakes. He knows that we know that he is Constitutionally ineligible to hold the office of POTUS, but we can do nothing about it.

He’s making a mockery of our nation and of our citizenry. In true Islamic style, he’s using our own laws to snare us.

So now what. We just stand down, and allow ourselves to become enslaved? Or, I should say, become further enslaved.

Our country is on the wrong track, but what to do about it is the question. Status quo is not the answer.

    • http://ghostob1.wordpress.com ghostob1

The “What” is to restore our Constitutional Republic as it was intended to be by our Founders. The “How” starts with putting those into prison who have committed crimes against We the People by violating their sworn oath to defend the Constitution. This means Oscuma, his czars, and all of congress. Once we have those in prison, we can turn our attention to the smaller enemies in our states and counties. After we put them all in prison, or execute those guilty of treason, then the ones we elect may get the message that we mean business. IMHO, to do anything less and expect it to make any significant difference is a fantasy.

      • jeepman1

A couple of quotes from John Adams:

“There is danger from all men. The only maxim of a free government ought to be to trust no man living with power to endanger the public liberty.”

“Because we have no government, armed with power, capable of contending with human passions, unbridled by morality and religion. Avarice, ambition, revenge and licentiousness would break the strongest cords of our Constitution, as a whale goes through a net. Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other. Oaths in this country are as yet universally considered as sacred obligations.”

The first, is simply a warning that the cult of personality surrounding the office of the president (whether this one or others) is dangerous to a free people. The Executive branch is ONLY equal to the other two…executive powers are not supposed to be dictatorial in nature.

The second quote is a warning about “we the people”. We have become an immoral and less than upstanding nation. Look around you. I am not placing one religion above any other, but for the sake of the nation American’s should believe in something beyond themselves!

There can be no return to a “Constitutional Republic as it was intended to be by our Founders” until the people return to thier moral and religious roots. You can arrest and put on trial everybody. But, when oman is gone he will only be replaced by more of the same until the citizens stop preying on one another and stand up for themselves.

When the US monetary system collapses I wonder if the government will confiscate gold and silver?… Well at first they will have to confiscate guns but they are already working on that.

    • Michael J.

Precious metals confication will happen prior to colapse as a last ditch effort to forestall default, and will make criminals out of those who possess it.

      • Windrinker

If the government has granted themselves power to confiscate property, they can confiscate anything else they want….even all the gold and silver stashed under the mattress..

I am not so sure that buying gold is such a great idea unless you can get it out of the country. I do believe, at some point, it will be a criminal act to own gold and the government will confiscate it.

      • DaveH

Confiscation won’t be nearly so politically palatable now as it was in the 1930s when mainstream Americans were mostly cut off from information.

      • Windrinker

Daveh, I hope you are right. I am just wondering how people will deal with it when the gestaop comes to trash out the house searching for the gold bought from, whatever company. It may not be politically acceptable, but when gestapo comes knocking, will it really matter.
They will have a list of gold owners, just like they will have a list of gun owners.

      • DaveH

There’s not a single doubt in my mind that they’d like to confiscate all our wealth. But we outnumber them something like 100 to 1. So, the only real choice they have is to keep the citizens dumbed down with the Propaganda Schools and the MSM, so they can get away with it sneakily.

      • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100003309707389 Tom W.

All good points guys, but in my HUMBLE HS grad opinion, they’ll confiscate it, if they know you have it and can FIND it! I don’t see ‘em attempting that as long as we are an armed nation. What good is gold and silver if ya can’t spend it?!! So you’d send it overseas?! To whom?!! Who would you trust overseas with your life savings if the bottom falls out of society?!!
        What did you say Jesus?!

“Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal: For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.” – Matt. 6:19-21 (KJV)

On his fifth day in office in 1933, that fine outstanding president FDR signed the Emergency Banking Act into law. A couple of things were strange about it though. first nobody knew who authored the Law, second Congress was never given a chance to read the Bill (sound familiar) and third only one printed copy was given to the House of Representatives. Finally, FDR made a strange request that debate on the Bill would be limited to only forty minutes, twenty minutes for Republicans and twenty minutes for Democrats.

The Bill was passed without taking a roll call vote. It was assumed that Congress should just do whatever the FDR wanted them to do. At 7:30 that night the Bill passed the Senate and The President signed it into law.

The new law gave govt the authorization to force those who held Gold Coin or Gold Bullion and Gold Certificates to turn them over to the Treasurer of the United States.

      It could easily happen again…

      • dg

History is a bitch. A real problem when most don’t or can’t read. If the real history of the feds were to be taught in school do you think anyone would vote for any political party? Of course not. Then true independent thought would prevail if that should ever happen.

It reminds me of the fellow that watches the neighbor’s house get robbed. When asked why he did not help his the reply was, ‘it was not my house’. The US is being robbed. It is everyone’s house.

      • Windrinker

jeep, I believe that obamacare gives authority to government to confiscate privately-owned gold. So, if the Supremes don’t trash obamacare, there is already a means to do the dirty deed.

Obamacare is pack-full of goodies that have nothing to do with healthcare…like it also funds obama’s “civilian army.”

When Speaker Pelosi said,“ We have to pass the bill, to see what’s in the bill.“ Now what in the hell kind of sense does that make?! I don’t know if that was the most ignorant or most arrogant, or maybe even both, statement I ever heard uttered by an elected official! The mark of the beast is here!!! Tucked away in the Health Care Bill! Google-HR3200, click on HR 3200 IH PDF, scroll down to sec.2521 National Medical Device Registry, almost the bottom of the page. Mandating the implantation of an RFID chip into every U.S. citizen seeking medical attention within 36 months of implementation of the bill. Read it with your own two eyes! And keep those eyes on the skies, our Savior cometh!!! Even so, come, Lord Jesus.

Subject: CIA’s War On Human Consciousness / FYI

Chossudovsky’s most important point is that human consciousness is at stake. The CIA, Mossad, MI6, and other intelligence agencies around the world that have successfully invaded the global public mind through covert information and psychological operations are waging a war on the human mind. They are enemies of humanity, and enemies of human evolution.

Thus, for humanity to evolve and prosper, the CIA, MI6, and Mossad must be brought to justice. Also, the media companies that are cooperating with these agencies to suppress the truth about 9/11 and other evil events must also be brought to justice. They are suppressing information that will enlighten and awaken the people of the Western world to regain their rightful power over their governments.

These evil intelligence agencies and media companies are holding back humanity by brainwashing the global public with fear and lies. The education and enlightenment of all members of the planet is necessary not just for the prosperity of the species, but for its very survival.

There are informed people around the world who believe that the world is on the verge of a nuclear world war, which will be triggered by an American-Israeli attack on Iran within the next 12 months.

If such a tragic outcome comes to pass, we’ll know who to blame: the CIA, Mossad, MI6, the banksters’s military-industrial complex, and the global mainstream media that has systematically suppressed the truth about the 9/11 attacks and the real reasons for the Global War on Terrorism.

Where are the intelligence branches of the rest of the world’s countries? Are you implying that America, Israel, and England are the most evil countries in the world? If so, you are so wrong it’s not funny. Those three countries, especially America, deserve much better than they have gotten.

You seem to be the type of person that automatically blames America for anything that goes wrong in the world. America has done more good in just over 200 years than most countries have done with 1,000 years. America’s defense of the muslims under Clinton has bitten us in the rear. Now, Bosnia is a major terrorist gateway. That little escapade shows that America will defend its enemies if necessary. Saddam had fair warning, and didn’t stop. He got what he had coming to him. It’s the damned muslim terrorists that are now screwing everything up, but somehow, you blame Democratic societies. I bet you thought the Soviet Union’s fall was a tragedy.

If you need to blame someone for the crappy condition of our country, blame the Left. The Liberal, communist-loving left that has continuously blamed America for every evil in the world. The most evil group of people currently alive are the muslims. They have no regard for civil or women’s rights. They have no respect for freedom of religion. They have declared war on Western civilization, yet people like you want to blame America for what’s going wrong.

I can not believe that Liberals and Leftists defend muslims from America. Let’s just say that you guys win, and America loses and is invaded by muslims. The first thing they will do is kill everyone that rejects their religion, unless you pay the jizya. Then, if you are gay, believe in science, can read, refuse a burqa, whatever reason they want to use, they will kill you. The people that defend the muslims (America haters) would be the first ones the muslims would kill if given the chance. Liberal/Socialist idiots are too stupid for belief.

      • DaveH

Of course there are bad Leaders in other countries, Michael, but to be oblivious to the fact that our own country has its share of Sociopathic Leaders is pure folly.
You need to read some books about what really happened in our country’s history, NOT what the Propagandists have told you.
Start with this one — “The Real Lincoln” by Thomas Dilorenzo.
Another eye-opener is “Pearl Harbor: The Seeds and Fruits of Infamy” by Percy Greaves.
And “While you Slept” by John T. Flynn.
Also “How Capitalism Saved America”, another by Thomas Dilorenzo.
There are many others that might penetrate the Propaganda-instilled blinders, and wake you to the the reality of those who seek Power over others.

Sorry DaveH that you’ve gotten caught in the middle of mine and Bob’s little spat, but I have to disagree with y’all on this one! Slavery was that centuries curse on this nation as is abortion this centuries!!! I knew that Lincoln reluctantly signed the Emansipation Proclamation, but saw no way around it! THE SAME CONSERVATIVE HERITAGE FOUNDATION THAT ADVISED CONGRESS IN 2001 THAT THE george w. bush TRICKLE DOWN FISCAL POLICY, IF PASSED. WOULD RESULT IN A SURPLUS WITH BALANCED BUDGETS IN 10 YEARS.

HOW D**NED SMART DID THAT ADVICE TURN OUT TO BE???

SECONDLY THE FIGURES THAT WERE TAKEN FOR THE "STUDY " WERE FIGURES FROM MID 2010 TO MID 2011 TO JUDGE OUR ECONOMY UNDER OBAMA!
I'LL LEAVE IT TO THE ADULTS HERE WHO ARE NOT IN DENIAL TO JUDGE JUST HOW TYPICAL THAT PERIOD OF TIME IS OF OUR ECONOMIC HISTORY,SINCE WE WERE IN THE MIDST OF TRYING TO ESCAPE THE MESS GEORGE BUSH HAD LEFT! REMEMBER??? NO?? NO RECOLLECTION?? THE SECOND WORST RECESSION IN OUR HISTORY!!!

MAYBE YOU NEED TO CHECK YOUR SOURCES A LITTLE BETTER! THE HERITAGE FOUNDATION AS AN IMPARTIAL SOURCE??? WHAT WAS THE MATTER? YOU COULDN'T FIND A FAUZ NOISE STUDY??

      • DaveH

Do you think it surprises me, NC, that a Progressive would personally attack Heritage Foundation instead of refuting their facts?
In fact in my original comment, I predicted your personal attack on Heritage –> “I will await your personal attack on Heritage Foundation, as if that would be a logical rebut to my statement”.
Don’t you know how desperate that makes you look — Personal Attacks in lieu of Facts?
Anyway, here is another website that has similar rankings:
        http://www.freetheworld.com/2011/reports/world/EFW2011_complete.pdf

Progressive Agendas are based on Hopes and Dreams, not reality, as anybody that isn’t a fanatical zealot can see.
And why are you shouting, NC? Do you think it makes your comment look any less ignorant?

Precisely! Start with charging Oscuma with treason, then go after congress for violating their oath to defend the Constitution. If that does not get the attention of our other elected “serpents”, put them in prison too and keep going until those we vote into office understand that we mean business.

      • Windrinker

ghostob, these are good ideas, but the people in this country have no power, not even their votes count in our fraudulent elections. We can expect no help from any government officials, even the House of Representatives are unwilling to take a “stand” and confront the treasonous acts being commited every day. And, Americans seems unwilling to grasp the power that is given them in the Constitution, to deal with a tyrannical government. So, how do you purpose that “people” make these changes…

In the context of Obama’s crimes: He will pardon himself in advance of any prosecution.

  • Pete Sagi

The passport deal … it applies to TAXPAYERS, and not to NON TAXPAYERS. Remember, “taxpayer” is a specifically defined legal term. “Tax payer” is the general case, whereas “taxpayer” is someone who is subject to a tax under the Internal Revenue Codes, aka US Title 26. If you are a “taxpayer” other than a non resident alien deriving US sourced income, it is probably because you are using an SSN, which the Social Security Administration will tell you, in writing, is TOTALLY VOLUNTARY. While it is a bit more difficult, EVERYTHING THAT YOU CAN DO IN THE WAY OF ECONOMIC ACTIVITY THAT EVERYONE WANTS AN SSN FOR CAN BE DONE THRU AN LLC. You need not have an SSN on a passport. For that matter, a passport can be issued without a birth certificate, i.e., proof of birth registration which is also voluntary, and which creates a trust entity known as an express trust. Get a passport without an SSN and that rule will not apply to your passport. Virtually all the BS that the government wants to throw at you comes via power of attorney you have given them via SSN use. That includes FICA, payroll tax, medicare tax, federal income tax, state income tax, local income tax, Obamacare mandates/tax penalties, bank account seizures, etc.

Use an SSN and you are considered a federal employee. This is how executive orders can be applied against you as well.

Bob Livingston and company does a good rant, but, hey Bob, why not cover the SSN issue? It might not be glamorous, it might involve some technical details, but, taking back the country could be as simple as a mass movement to simply stop using SSN’s and to stop paying for our own enslavement. It’s really quite simple, Bob. People stop usin SSN’s, they cease having liability for the income tax, the weight of the fiat, debt based money system is no longer on the back of the American people. The fed can’t exist without the income tax. Replacing it with something else would be a massive fight whereby they stand to be exposed.

Hey Bob, do an article on here about the socialist slavestate number already.

    Pete

    • DaveH

      Pete,
I think it is hard enough for the average heavily propagandized American to grasp the fact that the Leaders are taking advantage of them. I believe that it would be a waste of our time to pursue such an esoteric subject as you present. And even if people did, remember that the Leaders have been willing to brazenly trample the Main Law of the land for over a hundred years now, so why do you think an obscure legal maneuver would stop them?

      • GALT

“An obscure legal maneuver?” which is immediately available to every employer and employee, which effectively cancels “all withholding” from paychecks, and because no w-4
agreement is in place, no requirement exists for the employer to provide a W-2, which means you do-not receive any tax forms from state or federal authorities, and no jurisdiction exists to proceed to attempt to collect a tax on income…….because “wages” are not income….profit or gain is income.

The “implimenting regulation” 31 CFR 31.3402(p) is easily found, and quite clear as to it’s voluntary requirement……and as Pete states, the Social Security Administration with verify this in writing to any employer that inquires……which is located in Philadelphia. and ONLY in Philadelphia. ( do NOT contact the IRS.)

When this occurs, the employee ceases to be an employee but becomes a 100% deductable business expense……no matching contributions are required, nor would any other costs be associated with hiring him or her, so the effect is the employer saves money and the employee gets a raise, and the respective governments lose an ‘income stream’.

The reason why the “obscure legal maneuver WORKS, is because it effectively removes you from the “admiralty and maritime jurisdictions” which you volunteered for, and restores
the common law and equity jurisdictions and the rights you lost, and gives you access to the constitution, pre 1939, where everything comes into play, direct and indirect taxes,
Article One, section 10, and everything the government can ignore now, which you refer to as “unconstitutional” and waste your time with……

It doesn’t matter how many people do it, free yourself……others will follow.

Simple, straightforward, zero risk…..but the reality is…….those propagandized people will
invent all manner of excuses, not to try……pretty amazing, that the rhetoric includes locked and loaded calls to resist………rather than a simple internet search for a copy of the above regulation and a phone call.

      • DaveH

        Galt,
If you weren’t fanatically obsessed with rebutting me, you would see that I didn’t comment on the validity of the maneuver. I could care less if it would be legally valid or not. I simply stated that the Government would ignore it if it became problematic for them, like they ignore the Constitution.
        Don’t be an ignoramus, Galt.

      • GALT

Really, they would ignore it? You have evidence that this is true? Government ignores
that which is irrelevant…….and it will go to great lengths to make sure that people like YOU, the willfully ignorant brainwashed, know about it….so you will act as their proxy!
( dupe ) Each year at this time they trot out a celebrity victim for tax evasion…..and each year 33% of people are acquitted who have been charged with willfull failure to file……but these are people whom the IRS has actual jurisdiction over, but you have no clue what jurisdiction means…….or anything else about this subject ( the law ). The answer to what
gives the IRS “jurisdiction” is actually contained in the previous post….so if this were one of those grammar school reading comprehension tests….you would fail, again!

I suppose that there might possibly be a subject of which you possess actual knowledge, but it has yet to make itself known……and in this case, when you refer to this information
as an “obscure legal maneuver”, you have in effect rendered the “constitution” to the status of an “obscure legal document”………which is exactly what it is, precisely because you BELIEVE that’s what it is…….in the face of the DIRECT EVIDENCE that you can shout
UNCONSTITUTIONAL all you want……which with the government and the legal system that exists now, is completely IRRELEVANT and not TRUE!

So once again you are faced with the strange TRUTH, that when you make a statement
of supposed FACT, it becomes incumbent upon you, to understand the method or means
by which, what you claim to be TRUE, is TRUE?

Your government appears to be doing many things that to you appear “unconstitutional”, yet other than the claim, everything continues to move along without a problem……
despite your “opinion”……and no amendments have been passed that would account for this…….an “intelligent person” would want to know HOW this was possible?

        What is your explanation?

      • GALT

BTW DavidH, it is not necessary to rebut someone who says nothing, nor offers a substantive argument, and never answers the simple and direct questions asked.
So my reply is the continued exposure of your willfull ignorance…..as stated, and which you can REBUT, by actually demonstrating that you CAN make a substantive argument or a relevant opinion regarding the subject at hand.

      • nc

DaveH, what was it about the The Heritage Foundation that made you suspect that I might attack it as a source that supports conservative postions??? We have cowardly pansies in our government in the guise of true patriotic Americans. They do not work for the people – they work for the Rothschilds. Our politicians are the enemies of America and they have collectively formed a true takeover of the American government. The only way I can see an end to their crimes is for a military coup d’etat to remove the criminals by force, bring the Rothschilds and all their cohorts to justice for the murder of millions of people, begin our own banking and monetary system of a sound gold and silver standard, and never allow a centralized banking system to enter upon our freedoms and liberties again.

America is not a friendly country that has helped other countries. It is a corrupt country that has bombed 50 other countries since WWII. Why?…So the corrupt elite can continue to reap the benefits of wealth while poor, dumbed-down, indoctrinated teenagers carry out their murderous orders.

The elite have been culling the herd of sheeple for decades, and now is a great time for people to wake up and quit joining the military. They’re not bringing peace to the world – they’re murdering people and destroying humanity. It’s like George Bush said, ‘You’re either with us or you’re with the enemy.’ The enemy is the American people’s government, and 98% of them should be given life sentences in prison or either death for treason as stated in our Constitution. That list would also include any military personnel who is taking orders to spread poisons (chemtrails) into our air and the FDA which puts poisons in our food, water, and drugs. There is power in numbers and if we don’t all stand together and take back our lives and freedoms humanity will no longer exist.

    • jimmy the greek

      You got that right !

    • http://ghostob1.wordpress.com ghostob1

NO! The military can be our allies but we must not have a military government as that is against our Constitution. We must restore our Constitutional Republic, preferably peacefully but do so at any cost. Once our Constitution is restored to its rightful place and the criminals in DC and local offices are in prison, we can get on with the business of removing all traces of progressivism/communism from our country.

    • jeepman1

Pulleeeze, you need to step back and relax before engaging. The military is a vast and complex entity that has some elements that may be objectionable. But, the vast majority of the fine youg men and women in uniform are upstanding patriots that view thier oath to the Constitution as sacred. It really bothers me when silly people like you bring out the tired old “baby killer’ mantra. I served 27 years in Army SOF and have dropped my share of our enemies on foreign battlefields. I consider it a testiment to our leaders that I wasn’t fighting them on our own soil. So, get off your “murdering” high horse, enjoy the freedom to type your opinions on your computer and have another latte. Just don’t go to bed tonight without realizing that it is a fact that were it not for a veteran you would be speaking German or Japanese. Or, you could be wondering if your next bus ride will be your last because of some suicide bomber from the middle east. Have you ever been face-to-face with a real terrorist? I have, and they really would like nothing more than to send you to the afterlife, or at least convert you! Alright, enough ranting at your inane comment.

    • AZ-Ike

Sorry, Carol. Your original premise won’t work because the military brass are in the pockets of the government elite. The military-industrial complex only thrives if government is using resources against the Constitution. Individual military personnel and retired military understand government’s tyranny, but the military coup won’t be an option.

In the ‘contract’ between the People and government, it is the People who are sovereign. It is the People who have to take back our government and restore the Constitution as it was meant to protect our God-given unalienable rights. If we can’t elect a new Congress of constitutional adherents, …Let the Revolution begin!

        DaveH
The ultra rich control your government, your banking system, your energy prices and availability, the air you breath, the quality and quantity of food you consume, and every aspect of your life. They, in general, do what they do for one reason only – personal profit. Driven by enormous greed and self importance, they (as a rule) have no use for country, fairness, or morality. Jefferson saw this and despised it.

    • http://ghostob1.wordpress.com ghostob1

      Norm the troll:
The key word is “Aristocrat”. Being wealthy does not make one an aristocrat. Being a liberal who thinks they know what is good for everyone else and therefore deserves to rule is what makes one an aristocrat. Therefore, aristocrat is synonymous with liberal or progressive. Republicans are too cowardly to rule. All they do is complain about the dems.

      • Norm

        ghostob1
In Leviathan, Thomas Hobbes describes an aristocracy as a commonwealth in which the representative of the people is an assembly by part. Simply put, a government when only a certain part of the general public can represent the public.

Modern depictions of aristocracy regard it not as a legitimate aristocracy (rule by the best) but rather as a plutocracy (rule by the wealthy).

    • Brenda

There were a few of the founding fathers that favored a regal government patterned after the European model. Jefferson considered himself an elitest who felt his wealth and prestige afforded he and others of his elk to a ruling class position. Fortunately others disagreed with them. Anyone aware of history and the struggle to form our government would be aware of the conflicts that ensued during this time.

      • TML

“Jefferson considered himself an elitest who felt his wealth and prestige afforded he and others of his elk to a ruling class position”

That is not at all correct. Anyone aware of history and Thomas Jefferson’s life would know he did not believe his wealth afforded him to a ‘ruling’ class.

      • DaveH

Misinformation at its finest, Brenda. Perhaps you could back up your statement with some references? Meanwhile those who want some truth can study the writings of Thomas Dilorenzo. Here is one example:

“Determine never to be idle…It is wonderful how much may be done if we are always doing.” – Thomas Jefferson

“I’m a great believer in luck, and I find the harder I work the more I have of it.” – Thomas Jefferson

“Never spend your money before you have it.” – Thomas Jefferson

I guess this is why he dosen’t appeal to liberals…too much hard work and stuff.

“I know no safe depository of the ultimate powers of the society but the people themselves; and if we think them not enlightened enough to exercise their control with a wholesome discretion, the remedy is not to take it from them, but to inform their discretion by education.” – Thomas Jefferson

“When the government fears the people, there is liberty. When the people fear the government, there is tyranny.” – Thomas Jefferson

Yeah, sounds like an “elitist”, claiming that the power is with the people…sheeesh.

    • TML

Norm says, “Most Republicans of the Rush Limbaugh ilk…”

One could say that is because most Republicans of the Rush Limbaugh ilk are not Republicans in the classical sense that Thomas Jefferson was Republican. In that classical sense, Republican’s aren’t necessarily “for the rich”, but instead hold that…

“To take from one because it is thought that his own industry and that of his father’s has acquired too much, in order to spare to others, who, or whose fathers, have not exercised equal industry and skill, is to violate arbitrarily the first principle of association—the guarantee to every one of a free exercise of his industry and the fruits acquired by it.” – Thomas Jefferson

“I think myself that we have more machinery of government than is necessary, too many parasites living on the labor of the industrious.” – Thomas Jefferson

      As for your quotes… Thomas Jefferson is speaking in terms of the European governments at the time, which were aristocracies… which is to say… a form of government in which power is held by hereditary offices of nobility. In the general sense of his words, he is talking about the general public being informed can curtail this ideas of the rich preying on the poor, because without it [freedom of the press] they are sheep… as the context leading up to your quote says;

“If once they [the public] become inattentive to the public affairs, you and I, and Congress, and Assemblies, judges and governors shall all become wolves.” – Thomas Jefferson

      • MAP

I think some clarification is need in your post TML. The Republican Party that Jefferson created was the ancient Democratic. The Republican Party of today was born with the election of Lincoln. With some reservations, it could be classed as the resurrection of the old Federalist and Whig parties, both of which collapsed under the contempt that the majority of people had for them. The platforms of the Federalist were those of the Hamiltonian fascist system. Thus is exposed one of the problems with the Republican Party ever becoming a real conservative party. To increase our problems, the Democratic was taken over by extreme left-wing zealots and lunatics. Unfortunately, Jefferson’s staunch stand for limited government finds support in neither party today. We live under something even Hamilton could not imagine.

      • TML

MAP says, “I think some clarification is need in your post TML. The Republican Party that Jefferson created was the ancient Democratic.”

Things aren’t always black and white… as I did say “classical”. The classical Republican party is often referred to as the Democratic Republican party to differentiate it between the ‘modern’ Republican party founded in 1854. Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, and James Monroe were of the Democratic Republican party. That party was split in two by Andrew Jackson and John Quincy Adams which led to the Democratic party of today and the National Republican party (respectively) which eventually became the Republican party of the Civil War era.

      • MAP

TML, I think you misunderstood my post. I wasn’t accusing you of inaccuaracy I was merely clarifying. In most writings of the era the party is referred to as the “Repuclican”. This would be very confusing to someone that thought they were referring to the party of today with the same name, when in fact they are quite unlike. What you wrote is fact and I wasn’t attempting to state otherwise. .

      • DaveH

There was no Republican Party in the US until 1854.
Jefferson belonged to the Democratic Republican Party which split in 1824 into the Democratic Party and the Whig Party.

MAPS says, “In most writings of the era the party is referred to as the “Repuclican”. This would be very confusing to someone that thought they were referring to the party of today with the same name, when in fact they are quite unlike.”

I would say, however, that there are many similarities, as I pointed out with Jefferson’s quotes above, but that even the ideas of ‘Republican’ under John Quincy Adams were quite different than it is today, since he, for example, was completely against foreign intervention.

Personally, I look at the Republican party today as being in name only, controlled mostly by ‘neo-conservatives’ which I don’t even really consider as Republicans at all, as most of them (from what I understand) come from what would be considered the ‘far-left’. (Don’t hold me too much on all that, as I speak as loosely as possible in discussions of labels)

I think you have valid points though, and that neither party supports limited government, which I supposes is one of the interesting things about Ron Paul running in a stance of the those ‘classical’ Republican ideals.

The government turned on it’s own people in the 1930 and has only slowly escalated until the 2008 election of Barack Obama and the train has pulled out of the station and has not slowed since. Study the candidates and vote wisely this fall. This will either be the last ligament election we will have or they will be no need for them at all..

  • http://gravatar.com/bychoosing Jay

Winston Churchill said, “There are two places only where socialism will work; in heaven where it is not needed, and in hell where they already have it.”

The Good Book warns us that “If a ruler hearken to lies, all his servants are wicked”
    (Proverbs 29:12).

Lying is deadly and highly contagious. The man who receives his information from a liar will spew out lies when he passes the information on.

When you have liars trained in the demonic arts controlling the highest seats of governmental authority, you will have liars controlling the information channels.

When their lies fill the printed pages, loudspeakers, and TV screens, you will have liars administering the work places, market places, schools, churches, and homes.

Without realizing it, your nation becomes possessed by demons. Your nation practices the politics of witchcraft.

A liar’s fortunes are very cleverly established on his pretenses of virtue, otherwise well-meaning people would have nothing to do with him. He will not think twice about murdering to protect his good reputation, just as a woman cursed with a fetus from a lie-marriage will murder the baby to keep demands on her time and finances at a minimum.

In a lying society, murder is an acceptable alternative to radically changing one’s views. In lying societies, the virtues are brutishness, deceit, sodomy, theft, debt, suicide, art.

He who is most menacing and monstrous is most popular. The powerful liar rules. The Oscars and Emmys and political elections go to the best impersonators while the Grammys and centerfolds go to the best seducers.

Though powerful in appearance, liars are in reality extremely fragile. There is no protection for a liar except darkness or the mercy of a more powerful liar.

This is why lying societies crave dimness of room and of mind. It is why they seek bondage to human, rather than Godly, authority. Other humans can be deceived; God cannot.

Now the bondage won’t always manifest itself through the familiar symbols of slavery. Not all American lie-families keep on hand whips and chains like those found in eminently respectable CIA agent Clay Shaw’s home by investigators searching out Shaw’s supervisory involvement in President Kennedy’s assassination.

In demonic political systems, the bondage is assumed through adhesion contracts extended by liars to lie-believers…When founding father Elbridge Gerry condemned ’the fury of excess democracy,’ not one framer of the Constitution took issue with him.

They all knew that “democracy” was government by mob, by demons, by wicked servants, and this is why they put the U.S. Senate beyond the reach of the people.

National senators were elected only by state legislators until May 31, 1913, when the 17th Amendment opened the Senate to the fury of democracy.

“1913 was also the year the Federal Reserve was created by Congress to burden the people with usury and debt. It was the year, too, of the creation of what has become the Internal Revenue Service.

“Whether it (the 16th Amendment) ever was lawfully ratified or not – and now I don’t believe that it was – what difference does it make if they have caused everyone to believe that it was? “If a ruler hearkens to lies, all his servants are wicked.”

We live in a deceitful society. The beneficiaries of the greatest political experiment in the history of the world sold themselves down the river in the 1930’s.

The spirit of free enterprise was dimmed by a contrived Federal Reserve catastrophe, which sent millions of Americans praying to Washington, D.C. for salvation. They got the best democracy could come up with, the ancient “devils pact:” “We will protect you socially in exchange for a lifetime of tribute.”

What was not revealed was that the security depended upon a uniform social bondage, and he who attempted to revolt, reform or break free would be condemned.

All claims to Constitutional rights were waived upon signing the contract. That contract might also be the social security application, an IRS 1040 form, or even a driver’s license. Each, as well as many others, causes a person to relinquish a right in order to receive a government privilege.

As the signpost at the gate of hell says, “Abandon all hope ye who enter here.”

Giving power to a liar by contract is suicidal. When you later come to your senses and point out his fraud, he exercises the power you gave him and declares your complaint “frivolous.”…

Lying is so much a part of the utter fabric of American life that whole generations are now addicted to lies. The same schools that stimulate children to sexual awareness before puberty offer suicide as a viable alternative to a miserable life and teach that the State is sovereign…

Jay, I commend you for an absolutely thought provoking article on what liars have done to this country! I appreciate such insight and truth which I say is worthy of submitting to my Congressman to see what he may reply! Thank you for sharing your wisdom.

    • 45caliber

      Jay:

Lying depends partly on where you are. While lying is done in the South, it is seldom done to harm someone as is done in the North East in particular. I have to do business with them and it really ticks me off to have someone there tell me, after they have been caught in a lie, “But it’s only business!” As if that gives them a free pass.

In the South, lying is still considered a nasty sin. That’s why we particularly don’t like politicians or lawyers here – both make their living by lying. I can buy millions of dollars in equipment over the telephone by my promice to pay when I get it – something no one in the North can even conceive of doing. And one of the greatest insults you can give someone here is to call them a liar. We will accept a murderer before we accept a liar. At least with a murderer you have some idea of what he believes and will do.

      • DaveH

Have you watched Survivor, 45? I think it is a window into reality in our present-day country. I have had so many liars in my life, it is rather sickening. My ex, my sister, my brother. And those who don’t know them intimately think they are honest.
If the people in your life are mostly honest, you are blessed.

Our society is dominated by corporations, undemocratic, non-republican, totally unaccountable institutions of enormous power – the creations of that free market capitalism that you and the Austrian School praise to the heavens everyday, Dave. They buy and sell politicans like underwear, they operate all across the globe as transnational conglomerates, so that they continue to dominate regardless of what political party is in power in any particular country. Ron Paul and you would like to give them even greater power to buy elections, poison the environment, wreck economies, and lord over the average citizen’s lives. Just because they are the creation of capitalism they must be all knowing and all wonderful according to you guys. But the majority of the American people aren’t buying this nonsense, Thank God.

“Hannibal is still circling Rome”? Hannibal has been in Rome for some time now and presently has full control over Rome and it’s Legions. Only a well armed populace and many Cohorts of Legionaires ‘disloyal to him’ and under the command of our own ‘Corneiius Scipio’ can run him out. That is, if he doesn’t disarm them with his ‘left’ handed pen first.

  • Mirage

First of all, absolute freedom is an absolute MYTH; never existed, and never will … as long as there are more than two people in contact with one another at any one time, you have more than one opinion and a compromise of sorts permeates the social dynamic.
Now that the freedom myth where everyone gets to do what they want has been shown for the illusion it is, we can deal with our actual reality.
You don’t like what America has become, yeah well, welcome to the club.
You’re preaching possible change on the back of the illusion that if only Ron Paul wins (not even a possiblity), we’ll possibly be saved … a pipe dream.
Without social movements (OWS, Get Money Out, Tea Party) and people taking their cause(s) to the streets, the middle class with continue to shrink like it has for 30 continuous years running …. regardless of which party controlled “what”.

    • 45caliber

      Mirage:

There are two ways to achieve freedom. The first is to take all of it for yourself. That is called tyrany or dictatorship and everyone else is a slave. The second way to achieve freedom is to grant the maximum amount you can to others as long as they do the same for you. Unfortunately in our country now, those who are minorities are using the courts to force the rest of us to give up freedoms so they can have even more. That is another type of slavery. If freedom isn’t balanced, it isn’t freedom.

    • DaveH

No, Mirage, you didn’t show us that Freedom is a myth. What you showed us are your great powers of rationalization.
Freedom is the ability to control your own body and your own property. Nobody else has a higher right to control those than you — the owner. And although we are far away from Freedom today, there is absolutely no reason that we can’t pursue that goal.
Freedom has nothing to do with opinions and everything to do with voluntary contracts and personal choices. Nobody else has an inherent right to make those choices for you. The Real Myth is that promoted by Progressives that they do have that right to make those choices for you.

The government does exaggerate the terrorist threat. But the terrorist threat to America and other Western nations does exist. To deny this is being naive and juvenile.

True Mark, but it does mesh perfectly with the Isolationists mindset!

    • DaveH

What is Real, Mark, is that the US military has killed vastly more Islamics than they have killed US citizens. So who are the Real Terrorists?
By the way, Mark, name-calling is the hallmark of those whose minds are too weak to present legitimate arguments.

      • jeepman1

Fine DaveH, those of us that are the “real terrorists” will stop. Let’s see how long it is before the poor Islamists we’ve been persecuting bring it back over here to your house. But, maybe you’re right, we’ll just apologize, pack it up and bring the boys home. I am sure those poor Islamists will just drop jihad and let bygones be bygones.

      • Ted Crawford

        DaveH;
” The US military has killed vastly more Islamics than they killed US citizens ” How silly of them! They probably believe the foolish idea that if someone attacks you, you should keep hitting them untill they stop getting up! It will take some getting used to for these NEW rules of Nonconfrontational Fair Warfare! Are you KIDDING??

      • DaveH

Silly me, being unafraid to face the reality of who the real Aggressors are.
Ted, who attacked us? Almost all of the 911 Perps were from Saudi Arabia. Did the US attack Saudi Arabia? Of course not, because they are the political buds of our Leadership.
Did Iraq have anything at all to do with 911? Did Libya? What would you advocate if you were a Muslim and the United States with their vastly superior military technology was constantly meddling in your affairs? This isn’t a Football game, Ted. You don’t just pick a side and suspend all morality.
Some people even make a darn good case that 911 was just another of the many False Flag events staged by Governments around the world to justify their immoral meddlings:
        http://joecrubaugh.com/blog/10-false-flags-that-changed-the-world/
I think you’re a threat to my Freedom, Ted. Would that justify me stalking you and ending your life? Of course not. Killing is Killing — Unless you’ve been attacked and are defending your life. It doesn’t matter whether you hide your killing behind such euphemisms as “war” or “military action”, or whatever.
After having supported our Unconstitutional Excursions into Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, or wherever else we’re butting into another country’s politics, you shouldn’t be the least bit surprised when our Government uses those same Freedom-Robbing techniques against our own citizens. You’ve helped set the stage for that.
Let’s face it, Ted, you are part of the problem.

      • DaveH

        And Jeep,
I will take my chances with the Islamic boogymen over the certainty of the loss of our Freedom and lives that you and your fellow military worshipers are enabling.
“A government big enough to give you everything you want, is strong enough to take everything you have” — Gerald Ford.

      • DaveH

Note that I, in no way, advocate pushy controlling Islamics, any more than I advocate pushy controlling non-Islamics.
But becoming like the people you disdain is hardly the answer.

      • 45caliber

        DaveH:

I’m not sure if you are trying to be funny or not. However, terrorists are people who kill the innocent in as nasty a way as possible to create fear in the rest in hope the rest will give up and allow them to do whatever they wish – usually to rule (which was the reason the “Assassins” were originally set up). I don’t think killing many more of them than they kill of us makes us terrorists since we aren’t trying to seize and keep their lands and wealth. As far as I can tell we certainly aren’t taking the wealth since we spend far more building them up that we do tearing them down and enslaving them. Perhaps you should rethink your definition of “terrorist”.

      • jeepman1

DaveH, my friend, I know too well that you are a true patriot at heart and only have the best interest of our great nation in mind. We just strongly disagree on the real face of the enemy, and I kind of take it personal any implication that I have participated in murder, genocide or any other such abhorent behavior. I know what has been witten and “proved” by the many nay sayers on who the real enemy is. And, all I can testify to is to what I have seen. In Grenada there was a real airstrip being built by real Cubans (I know I was part of the 1st RGR Bn that had a hand in capturing it). In Panama, well, why did we go to Panama? Oh yeah, to get rid of…uh..Noriega. Admittedly, he was a bad guy, and I’m not sure about the rest. The PDF did murder Lt. Paz, at least that wasn’t very nice of them. During the Gulf War we could have let Iraq control Kuwait, or we could oust the Iraqi army and free the Kuwatis from the massacre. I saw the body pits outside of Al Jahrah. And, of course, there was the oil. As far as the terrorists go, all I can tell you is that anyone who didn’t think this would be a generational conflict was deceived. You can claim we are the root cause of them being pissed off at us, but what does that get us? They’re still pissed. No amount of “I’m sorry” will change that. But, I know they are wearing down…as are we. I also know, first hand, that the most radical amongst them would smile, nod his head and then trigger the bomb without ever thinking twice. So, I will continue to stand between you and them for as long as it takes.

      • DaveH

You guys need to watch this video and do some heavy thinking. For one — Why is it okay for our soldiers to proclaim somebody to be worthy of dying in another country when we expect differently in our own country? We expect due process here, but deny it to people in other countries like they are some kind of animals who deserve no rights. You can kid yourself all day long that they are not worthy of rights, but then don’t expect any more consideration from them when it’s their turn to deal with you:
        http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=to3Ymw8L6ZI
Listen to the pilots chomping at the bit to kill somebody from afar, including completely innocent people. Is that how you’d like anybody to treat you or your family?

      • DaveH

And before you give me the “that was only an isolated event” excuse, read this story about a good man who ran afoul of the system:
        http://www.infowars.com/articles/military/tillman_was_tillman_murdered_to_conceal_truth.htm
The Leaders are making fools of you people.

      • DaveH

Killing people other than in self-defense IS murder. If you take my implication personal, Jeepman, imagine how the person on the other end of your gun must have felt.
And I find it hard to call it self-defense when we are in somebody else’s country meddling in their affairs. If any other country were to do the same with us, I’ve no doubt you would be incensed at them.

      • 45caliber

        jeepman:

I had a sister in Panama at the time. The REAL reason the troops went down there was because the Panamanian troops attacked our bases there 8 times. She witnessed one while on guard one night. The problem was that our government was trying to cover it up. They declared the wounded and dead as training victims. But the wounded were telling their families who were telling others. All were demanding our government do something. They finally went in to keep the news from being broadcast. Before the attack, Geo. Bush Sr. told about 150 of the senior Senators and Congressmen. They recorded one Congressman after the meeting calling Noreaga and telling him to find a place of safety as an attack was on the way. They won’t tell who it was because “it might destroy our belief in Congress.” So he was never punished for it.

      • jeepman1

45caliber, thanks for the input. I was aware of the PDF and thier nasty, unprovoked attacks. A lot of it came on orders from the drug cartels. I just remember in briefings prior to jumping in that there was a lingering question as to why. Then, my team leader passed around some pics of Lt Paz. Noriega was an American invention and a product of the CIA. Apparently he was to spy on the communist revolutions taking place all around central and south America.

DaveH, I do not have to think about the guy on the receiving end of my barrel. If he wasn’t a bona fide threat to my countrymen then he wouldn’t have to worry either. From Lybia to Mexico and from Europe to SE Asia and from Africa to SW Asia, Americans have always taken the fight to the enemy. You are indeed ignorant and not being truthful if you believe and pass on the conspiracy nonsense about Pearl Harbor or the WTC. So, sit back and relax in your safe little hovel, and I will continue to keep the “boogeyman” at bay. BTW I sleep well at night…knowing that my children do not have the spectre of terrorism on our soil is worth every trigger pull.

Jeepman, I respect your opinion and believe that armed citizens make for a polite society, but I disagree with you 100%. The War is a Financial War that is declared on America. It’s not fought with bullets, it’s fought by counterfeiting US Dollars.

The enemy within is the hardest to see. Someone in the Federal Reserve Bank in NY sent three illegal SWIFT Wire Transfers of $5 Trillion Dollars Overseas. Their total illegal SWIFT Wire Transfers totaled $16.1 Trillion Dollars. This was an act of counterfeiting $16.1 Trillion Dollars by one or two individuals in the Federal Reserve Bank of NY. This was a Declaration of War on Americans on American Soil.

There are only $9.2 Trillion US Dollars printed in the entire world. This is called the Total US Money Supply. So when these criminals said they had $16.1 Trillion Dollars in the Federal Reserve Bank of New York that they wanted to wire transfer to Europe, it was a counterfeiting scam.

Overnight our Total US Money Supply jumped from $9.2 Trillion to $25.3 Trillion Dollars from the Counterfeit SWIFT Wire Transfer. This means there are now almost three times as many dollars out there to buy the same gallon of milk. This equates to 300% inflation for every American as this counterfeit money is released overseas.

This is a Declaration of War on Americans to overthrow our Democracy and replace it with a Martial Law Dictatorship where the Dictator owns the oil in the ground, the gold and uranium in the mines, the drug traffic, the gun sales, the printing of US Dollars and any industry they want to claim they own.

Jeepman, please realize the first thing the new dictator will do is to take your gun. They are buying up the US gun factories and ammunitions factories, with this counterfeit money, as I write this.

TheWhiteHatReports dot com and Lord James of Black Heath in the House of Lords are documenting this counterfeiting. If you want to see how easy it was to counterfeit $16 Trillion Dollars just look at this one illegal SWIFT Wire Transfer for $5 Trillion dollars by JP Morgan:

You are right…its not so much the government who is putting fear into our citizens but the policicians who are putting the fear of the foreign enermy about to invade the country. The old fear of the Comy Russians and now China and the North Koreans is well over done but it helps to get votes and keeps your military businesses with lots of continuos contracts and jobs at the cost of the lives or your army personnell. The Taliban IMO is the only real threat to world peace, but aggivated by the presence of intervention….but that we have to rely on your military advisers who have far more real information than we mere commeintators will ever have.

To use the MYOB mind your own business is a good policy in war and commerce and there is no need to feel threatened by the Chinese if you can learn to work smarter, as smater can also be better than cheaper….the ball is in the court of commerce now…how will you solve the problems?

  • factnotrhetoric

I’m disappointed that this author is not more knowledgeable. Counterfeiting another country’s currency is a long known technique of warfare. Hitler counterfeited the British money in WW2.
In 2010 there was a counterfeiting attack on Americans, tripling our money supply.

The Federal Reserve Bank sent SWIFT wire transactions for $16.1 Trillion Dollars. This is counterfeiting since there are only $9.2 Trillion US Dollars printed in the entire world.

These SWIFT wire transfers were a counterfeiting attack on the US. Our Total Money Supply went from $9.2 Trillion before the attack to $25.3 Trillion after the attack or is almost tripled. This was to guarantee 300% inflation for every American. This was also to get authors, like this, to blame the federal government, instead of blaming the Organized Crime Syndicate that did the counterfeiting attack on Americans.

Where the money went is being tracked by Lord James of Blackheath and the House of Lords. Dumping $16.1 Trillion US Dollars on Europe is the cause of their problems. You can read his speech to the House of Lords at: http://www.scribd.com/doc/81988787/Transcript-of-Lord-James-2-16-2012

The White Hats are exposing this counterfeiting at: http://thewhitehatsreport.com/

Since this was obviously a counterfeiting scam, banks will not handle this dirty counterfeit money. So the people that got the money are the Organized Crime Syndicate that counterfeited the money in the first place.

Barrack Obama got $2 Billion in the Vatican Bank and the Bank of Santander.
Michelle Obama had $2 Billion in a Canadian Bank.
Mitt Romney got $400 Million in the Vatican Bank.
Joseph Biden got $100 Million in the Vatican Bank.
Alan Greenspan got $500 Million in the Vatican Bank.
Bill and Hillary Clinton got $400 Million in the Vatican Bank.
Tim Geithner got $700 Million in the Vatican Bank.
George Bush Senior got $700 Million in the Vatican Bank.
George Bush Junior got $200 Million in the Vatican Bank.

    • Peter Cassone

The organized crime syndicate (the banking elite) and the government have been evolving into one criminal conspiracy entity since the inception of this great country. One need only look at the voting record of Congress, which has escalated positively for the Banksters (banking elite + government officials together) since 911. One example, the vote to not indict and prosecute the conglomerate (a back door to monopolization) communications industry for spying on Americans was won by 68% of Congress. That’s how many sell-outs there are making decisions (illegal legislation) on OUR lives.

      • http://factnotrhetoric.wordpress.com factnotrhetoric

Peter, I agree this has been going on since our founding fathers.

But never before has the Organized Crime Syndicate bent over and exposed their Jugular and their vulnerabilities. They have always hidden in the shadows.

Obama was sworn into office in January 2009, Then in April 2009, the Foreign owned and operated Federal Reserve Bank of New York illegally SWIFT Wired $15 Trillion US Dollars overseas to their “Organized Crime Syndicate D” (for Dictatorship) banks. There are only $9.2 Trillion US Dollars in the entire world, so everyone in Europe knew this is a criminal act to cause 300% inflation for every American.

Now the CLOCK IS TICKING for “Organized Crime Syndicate D”. The FBI, the Secret Service and the House of Lords (like our senate) are all investigating the $15 Trillion Dollars in Fake Money. “Organized Crime Syndicate D” must also face the fact that Obama may not win in November of 2012.

So the “Organized Crime Syndicate D” must make everything happen before November 2012 or every member of “Organized Crime Syndicate D” may risk being put behind bars for their crimes by someone like Ron Paul, or someone like Lord James of Blackheath and the House of Lords.

see ActOfWar.US.com or TheWhiteHatsReport.com or Lord James’s speech to the House of commons at:

Perhaps if your federal reserve permiited the printing of hard to copy currency, you would have less of the problems of counterfeit money printing. The Australian plastic monet is very difficult to copy….

      • factnotrhetoric

This was a fraudulent SWIFT Wire Transfer by an Organized Crime Syndicate to themselves. There never were any real Dollars in this counterfeiting scheme only fraudulent wire transfers and the Organized Crime Syndicate miraculously has $16.1 Trillion US Dollars in their bank accounts.

But there are only $9.2 Trillion actual US Dollars in the whole world. This fraudulent SWIFT Wire Transfer could happen to the Australian Currency just as easily as to the American Currency. As long as countries, like Australia and America, tolerate SWIFT Wire Transfers, any country is liable to be counterfeited next by this organized crime syndicate. It was all fraudulent wire transfers.

Several secret servicemen of king oblama got busted for prostitution…. So how does king oblama LIE his way out of this?… Furthermore how much taxpayer money did king oblama front for this little party?

      Dear Chisna,

You write: “This article is no more than a fear mongering commercial encouraging those who are now afraid to go out and buy gold. Preferably from one of the gold buyers and sellers that advertise on your site, and that you provided links to within your opinion piece.” What you call fearmongering I call sounding a warning. There is history to back up what I write, and I would be remiss if I did not point it out so that all have the opportunity to prepare themselves for what lies ahead. You can avail yourself of the warning, or ignore it. As to the links in the article for a seller of gold, had I left such a link out someone would have posted a comment asking where to buy. I receive no compensation from Mr. Sanders for the reference. It was included as a courtesy.

You write: “You are pathetically transparent to anyone with a IQ of more than 2 Mr. Livingston……” Yet you come here almost daily and spout your drivel and ad hominems. That would seem to be an unflattering reflection on your IQ.

      Best wishes,

This Religion of Socialism is marked by sexual indiscretion, nature worship, idol worship and government sanctioned theft through “voluntary self assessed” taxes enforced without the due process nor jury trail guarantees of the Bill of Rights expressly for the redistribution of wealth to “Worthy” and compliant accomplices (see U.S. Supreme Court BOWEN v. ROY, 476 U.S. 693 (1986)) and adherents to the Religion of Socialism that proudly produce their Social Security Numbers so that they may claim the “benefits” of their chosen savior, the Federal ESTABLISHMENT of the Religion of Socialism.

Here is an incomplete list of the “benefits” of the Religion of Socialism that are paid for completely or in part by the theft through “voluntary” taxes collected by the kinder gentler IRS: Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security retirement welfare, Corporate Welfare, Social Security Disability welfare, Aid to Dependent Children, Food Stamps, and Free government schools.

These benefits have been withheld from Christians that refuse to apply for or use a Social Security number: Driver’s licenses (SSN required), business licenses (SSN required), hunting and fishing licenses (SSN required), professional licenses (SSN required) Credit Cards (SSN required), health insurance (SSN required), bank accounts (SSN required) buying and selling (SSN required), voting (SSN required), etc., etc.

The modern Religion of Socialism has gone back to its roots and re-embraced nature worship, proselytized by socialist missionaries like Gore and Sagan (remember Hitler was a vegetarian).

Brendan Trainor defined this new religion and its ecclesiastical habiliments with uninhibited acumen when he said: Ecology is very much the new secular religion. It comes complete with original sin (the industrial revolution), Satan (capitalism), eschatology (the end of the world by global warming), the virgin goddess (fragile Mother Earth), churches (“the great cathedrals of our National Parks”), and a Savior (the EPA). Perhaps we would do better to remember the words of the Father of American Environmentalism, the libertarian Henry David Thoreau: “He governs best who governs not at all.”

When we combine Social Security and other socialist government welfare programs that create hereditary bondage upon our intentionally uneducated and indoctrinated posterity in direct violation of the goals our Founding Fathers fought and died for, with the Gestapo tactics of the IRS (the enforcement arm of Religious Socialism) we can clearly see that not only the free exercise clause of the First Amendment has been violated but also that the inviolable clause of separation of church and state fame, the establishment clause, has been completely annihilated while the State Religion of Socialism is not only encouraged but forced upon us; line upon line, precept upon precept, here a little and there a little; by the Federal Judiciary, the Blacked Robed Clergy of Hitler’s chosen theology, aided by the executive branch that does not abide by the oath of office and a legislative branch that has abandoned its constituents and its duty.

This assault on Christianity has, like the fire beneath Pavlov’s frogs in a pot of cool water, been almost unnoticeable to America’s Christian churches and Citizens. Just like the citizens of Germany were tempted by the prosperity offered by Adolph Hitler, our 501(c)3 churches and AARP generation promote their own destruction and the slavery of the very posterity they were duty bound to keep free of debt bondage.

Our government has embraced a well-defined, historically documented, religion that advocates the destruction of Christianity.

Religion… is the self-consciousness and the self-feeling of the man who has either not yet found himself, or else (having found himself) has lost himself once more. But man is not an abstract being… Man is the world of men, the State, society. This State, this society, produce religion, produce a perverted world consciousness, because they are a perverted world… Religion is the sigh of the oppressed creature, the feelings of a heartless world, just as it is the spirit of unspiritual conditions. It is the opium of the people.

The people cannot be really happy until it has been deprived of illusory happiness by the abolition of religion. The demand that the people should shake itself free of illusion as to its own condition is the demand that it should abandon a condition which needs illusion. — Karl Marx

This Socialist Religion comes with a prophesied numerical identifier, the Social Security Number (Mark of the Beast) without which our ability to buy and sell are extremely limited.

We have established a Christian Political Religion to challenge this Satanic Religion of forced Socialism. The old adage that you must fight fire with fire comes to mind. We have the right to a political religion. After all, the Bible says that the government shall be upon the shoulder of Jesus Christ (Isaiah 9:6). Our Supreme Court has clearly stated that this is a Christian Nation. Our Christian religion has been forced from our schools, our government and our courts by the political Religion of Socialism.

The Religion of Socialism has been established and enforced by the Federal government and the only way that a Citizen of the United States of America may “freely exercise” their chosen Christian religion is to first embrace the doctrines of “withholding taxes” (a violation of the law of tithing to God) and by “voluntarily” applying for a Social Security number (the Mark of the Beast). Thus Christianity becomes a subservient religion to the established government religion existing only if homage is first paid to the Religion of Socialism.

When Caesar offered this same type of compromise to the ancient Christians of the Roman Empire they did not accept it because they could have no other god BEFORE Christ. Neither can modern Christians if they expect to have their names written in the Book of Life. Many of these ancient Christians died in the Circuses of Rome rather than worship the gods of the Roman State even when allowed to do it in conjunction with Christianity.

The United States forces people to pay tribute to the Religion of Socialism BEFORE they pay tribute to Jesus Christ. Christianity is allowed only if the United States does not determine that such Christian beliefs interfere with a “compelling governmental interest.” Congress and the courts can determine a compelling governmental interest. So if they determine that paying tribute to a system that is in direct opposition to Christianity is a compelling governmental interest your First Amendment rights to religious expression are “legally” violated. This, of course, is a violation of the establishment clause of that same amendment.

This is accomplished by calling socialism a secular governmental interest, not a religion. But in the words of William Shakespeare, “A rose by any other name would smell as sweet.” A more modern colloquialism that also calls a spade a spade is, “If it looks like a duck and walks like a duck: it’s a duck.”

Hitler and Himmler called socialism a religion. Modern socialists call it a religion. It is the deeply held religious political philosophy of Atheism, Secular Humanism and Ethicalism (all defined as religions by the United States Supreme Court), yet socialism is not officially recognized as a religion by the United States Government. For if it was, their worship of Social Security and Corporate Welfare as sacred trusts would be blatantly unconstitutional.

So since they could not legally enforce their religion upon us the government just ignored the truthful and well documented definition. That this is a common occurrence is well known. Senator Sam Ervin, of Watergate hearing fame, understood this verbicide and its possible effects on law and the Constitution. He said: [J]udicial verbicide is calculated to convert the Constitution into a worthless scrap of paper and to replace our government of laws with a judicial oligarchy.

But it is not a new concept, Confucius circa 500 B. C. is attributed to have said: When words lose their meaning, people will lose their liberty.

Socialism is a religion and must be defined and understood for what it is. We must call it what it is if we are to understand Socialism’s goals.

The First Amendment was adopted to, in part, prevent the establishment of a State religion We must enforce the Constitution, or we will suffer the fate of every nation that allowed the Religion of Socialism or any other Anti-Christ religion to become the dominant power. The people lost their liberty.

We are not attempting to force Christianity upon the Socialist even though it is their publicized declaration that the destruction of Christianity is their goal.

Christianity is liberty through morality and duty.

Socialism is theft through taxes then given as a benefit to worthy slaves.

Socialism encourages religious bigotry and intolerance (see Reno’s statement above), and discourages or destroys through taxes other religions.

You cannot compromise with evil. You can give it no quarter. You must attack it and defeat it or be defeated by it.

Legalizing evil, in the illusion of controlling it, is an act of moral suicide which compromises the sanctity, integrity and purpose of law. This is a declared nation under God.

Prostitute the law to accommodate whoredom and you disease the very fabric of our civilization and destroy the moral foundation of our republic. Whoredom has infected mankind from the beginning and has indeed preceded the decline and fall of many nations which in their culpability, ignorance and hedonism allowed vice to flourish, govern and wreak havoc. One’s learning stops when one ceases to read and study. A conspiratorial element long ago decided the United States must be defeated–and decisively. The objective was to make the American sheep believe that they at last had broken the grip of the Insiders, or the Establishment.
But note carefully as inflation rears along, the elite one-worlders and Socialists are the new feudal aristocracy–as Congress and the Supreme Court Justices voted themselves large pay boosts.
The conspirators in the Federal Reserve keep jumping prime rates up and down in order to hasten the ultimate collapse into depression and anarchy. The Bill of Rights is designed not to curb religion, but an all-powerful central government.
The people of the United States have either forgotten, or never learned that they are the rightful masters of both Cogress and the Courts, not to overthrow the Constitution but to overthrow the people who pervert the Consttituion.

It seems odd to me that there are so many people who believe we need the Government’s protection, when in fact the 9/11 attacks occurred under Government scrutiny. Government is the only company I know that can fail at its task and convince people to buy more of their product.
As is usually the case for anything Government does — It was Government’s fault that we have become disarmed helpless sheep who could be subdued by a handful of cave-dwellers with box cutters.

“Teaching as a Subversive Activity”: The Theory of Political Indoctrination
    April 12, 2012 – 6:13 am – by Zombie

Last weekend I visited the U.C. Berkeley campus and on a whim attended a lecture with the provocative title “Teaching as a Subversive Activity — Revisited.”

Because this was a presentation aimed at education insiders only, the lecturer, retired professor H. Douglas Brown from S.F. State, seemed perfectly willing to let the cat out of the bag about political indoctrination on college campuses. Fortunately, I had my trusty camera with me, so I was able not only to snap a few pictures but also record several key portions of his speech, which I found so eye-opening that I felt the general public deserved to hear it as well.

The timing couldn’t have been better: A devastating new report issued by the National Association of Scholars had just been issued a few days beforehand, which documented with exquisite and irrefutable detail the extreme liberal bias at the University of California.

However, the main problem with the NAS report (which you can download in full here if you’re interested) is that it’s too overwhelming and too technical to deliver the kind of emotional impact needed to sway public opinion. To drive home the point in a more personal way, the NAS report needed an introductory companion anecdote of a professor frankly confessing the rationale behind what is essentially the “theory of indoctrination.” As if on cue, Professor Brown stepped into that role, unwitting though he may have been.

Let it be noted that Professor H. Douglas Brown is no wild-eyed extremist; in fact, he’s rather bland and respectable and not the most thrilling of speakers, as you will soon hear. But that’s what made his presentation so disturbing: radical and self-admittedly “subversive” attitudes that affect the future of society are discussed with matter-of-fact nonchalance. The main drawback of Professor Brown’s verbal style (at least from my point of view) is that he often resorts to the academics’ tried-and-true escape hatch, which is to rephrase statements as questions, so as to have plausible deniability if later confronted. Thus, for example, instead of just flatly saying something like “We should indoctrinate students with leftist ideologies,” he asks “Should we indoctrinate students with leftist ideologies?” and only after five minutes of talking in circles eventually concludes “Yes.”

This is what our Reserve Bank Board in Australia had to say about the American economy in their just released statement today…
Minutes of the Monetary Policy Meeting of the Reserve Bank Board
    Melbourne – 3 April 2012

    ——————————————————————————–

    Members Present
Glenn Stevens (Chairman and Governor), Philip Lowe (Deputy Governor), Martin Parkinson PSM (Secretary to the Treasury), John Akehurst, Jillian Broadbent AO, Roger Corbett AO, John Edwards, Heather Ridout, Catherine Tanna

    Others Present
Guy Debelle (Assistant Governor, Financial Markets), Christopher Kent (Assistant Governor, Economic), Anthony Dickman (Secretary), Peter Stebbing (Deputy Secretary)

    International Economic Conditions
Members noted that the growth rate of the world economy was expected to be at a below-trend pace in 2012, with ongoing weakness in Europe and an easing in the pace of growth in China. However, growth in Australia’s major trading partners, weighted by shares of merchandise exports from Australia, was expected to be around average in 2012. This would be underpinned by the continued economic recovery in the United States, the prospect of still-solid growth in China, and a recovery in activity in other parts of east Asia following temporary supply shocks. The financial problems in Europe continued to be a potential source of adverse shocks to the world economy, despite downside risks to near-term global growth having receded somewhat over the past month.

Growth in the Chinese economy had clearly slowed over the past six months in response to a policy-induced softening in domestic demand and weaker external demand. Export volumes had been broadly flat for much of the past year, and official efforts to cool housing demand had led to a gradual decline in turnover and dwelling prices in coastal cities. Recent indicators, however, suggested that growth in investment and retail sales had been steady for some time now, while growth in industrial production had stabilised at somewhat lower levels. Crude steel production had recovered from earlier falls and iron ore imports remained elevated. Inflation had eased in recent months to below the authorities’ 4 per cent target, reflecting a decline in food prices as well as some easing in non-food inflation.

In east Asia, the pace of activity appeared to have picked up in early 2012, although the data remained difficult to interpret given the early timing of the Lunar New Year. In Japan, reconstruction spending in the regions affected by the natural disasters a year earlier had finally begun. After shutting down all but one of its nuclear power stations, Japan had switched to other energy sources, which had led to a sharp rise in LNG imports.

Members were briefed on the ongoing recovery in the United States. After solid growth in business investment through much of 2011, investment indicators had softened in early 2012. In contrast, consumption growth had picked up. Importantly, labour market indicators had continued to improve. Non-farm payrolls rose by an average of around 250,000 a month in January and February, but remained more than 5 million below the previous peak. The housing market continued to be very weak, though some indicators showed a slight pick-up in recent months.

Activity in the euro area remained weak and, in line with this, the unemployment rate in February had risen for the eighth consecutive month to be 10.8 per cent. Members noted that while there were some positive signs in the recent indicators, with exports from the euro area having increased and industrial production stabilising in January, the purchasing managers’ indices for the manufacturing and services sectors declined in March.

After peaking in the September quarter, Australia’s terms of trade fell by almost 5 per cent in the December quarter 2011, owing to declines in bulk commodity prices. Since the start of 2012, spot prices for coal had fallen by 6–7½ per cent, but iron ore prices had increased by around 10 per cent. Over the same period, Tapis crude oil prices had increased by 14 per cent, to US$134 per barrel, in part reflecting concerns about future supply from the Middle East. To the extent that higher oil prices reflected concerns about supply, they were adding to the downside risks to the global recovery and upside risks to headline inflation.

    • DaveH

A Central Bank indicating Oil as the perpetrator of Price Inflation. Who woulda thunk it?

      • Wildey

The Federal Reserve is interested in oil but not run their cars with. To summarize, the Federal Reserve system drove gold and silver as the commodity backing the dollar to extinction. There’s so much paper out there that an ounce of gold cost $1,800.00 A genuine silver dollar is worth $40.00. There’s so much paper out there, there isn’t enough of either to give the paper any validity. Next came Federal Reserve NOTES, FRN’s. We use them as money but all that they are is Notes due and payable to the Federal Reserve. The commodity that was backing them was the entire wealth of America, public and private. That’s all used up so that todays FRN’s have zero commodity backing, they are counterfeit. Enter Oil. The powers that be have decided that they’d use oil as the commodity, but not America’s oil, everybody elses. Oil producing countries are feeling the arm when they don’t sell their oil for dollars. Iraq and Libya tried it. Iran’s trying it. Russia to but Russia’s a power to be dealt with. If the world drops the dollar as the sovereign currency, Armaggedon’s just around the door.

You must walk shoulder to shoulder with these criminals until they are proven guilty in a court of law. That’s the price we pay for our freedom in America. These crimes are being committed by individuals, not entire elites, or entire banks, or entire governments. There may be no more than one criminal in the institution that did the criminal act.

The easiest way to defend their rights, any your rights, is to make no claims against whole groups. Make your claims against individuals and be able to prove what you say about the individual in a court of law.

Obviously there are more than one person involved. I like to call them “Organized Crime Syndicate D”. The “D” stands for Dictatorship. The “Organized Crime Syndicate D” turns Democracies into Dictatorships. That’s how they make their money. In their form of Dictatorship, the “Organized Crime Syndicate D” owns the oil under the ground, the opium in the fields, the Gold and Uranium in the mines, the printing of the country’s money and any profitable industry the Dictator claims he wants.

If you can identify, and prove that any individual has committed crimes against our Democracy, then you assume they are part of “Organized Crime Syndicate D”.

People trying to prove the crimes of the “Organized Crime Syndicate D” are theWhiteHatsReport dot com and Lord James of Blackheath in the House of Lords in a speech February 16, 2012. The Secret Service are following “Organized Crime Syndicate D’s” activities in Italy and the FBI are following the “Organized Crime Syndicate D’s” illegal activities in Britain.

How right you are Mr. Livingston. When it comes to the internet, todays means of enlightenment, its no different than the coloniists “Letters of correspondence”. Riders would take letters from town to town informing them of the Red Coats actions so they could prepare, and did, what to do. Unfortunately so much on the net is geared to taking control of the peoples minds and stearing them toward this and that. Even some “conservative” sites spew nothing but propaganda, that’s not exactly conservative. I believe it was Einstein who said: “the definition of insanity is to do the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result”. You refer to Hannibal and the Romans. Was our Hannibal our Saddam Hussein resurrected as Ahmadinejed, the old USSR or ourselves. “I saw the enemy and the enemy was us”. With the loss of morality ourselves we’re spooked by everybody, and government says “I’m from the government and I’m here to help you”.

      Best wishes,
      Bob
