GOP Will Vote To Repeal Obamacare Again

The House has scheduled to vote again next week on a measure to repeal the President’s signature healthcare law, a move that some people have described as a ploy to appease freshmen GOP lawmakers who did not have the opportunity to take part in previous repeal votes.

House Majority leader Eric Cantor announced via Twitter Wednesday: “It just keeps getting worse. I am scheduling a vote for next week on the full repeal of #Obamacare.”

Cantor has publicly backed a bill that would have stripped funding from one part of the healthcare law, but many junior conservative lawmakers pushed back, insisting that they could not stomach “fixing” Obamacare before they had the opportunity to vote on scrapping it.
