Lawmakers are calling for heads to roll in the wake of the most recent scandal to come to light under the Administration of President Barack Obama. Why is everybody so very angry? Because this time it’s personal. It’s safe to say that most Americans appreciate the sacrifices made by the men and women who serve and served in the armed forces. We recognize what they did for us, and we want to honor them. One way we do that is by providing them with medical care via the Department of Veterans Affairs. Well, news broke last month that 40 of our heroes died while waiting for healthcare on a secret list. That is, plain and simply, unconscionable.
