First Lady Casts Absentee Ballot
WASHINGTON, (UPI) — First lady Michelle Obama told her husband — and anyone traveling in the Twitter-verse — that she voted in the U.S. presidential election.
“Hey, @BarackObama, I just dropped my absentee ballot in the mail — I couldn’t wait for Election Day! Love you! –mo,” the post Monday on the first lady’s Twitter page read.
Not to be outdone, Obama replied he was “following @MichelleObama’s example and voting early, on October 25.”
Both Twitter posts urged visitors interested in early voting to find out whether their states have it.
