Of course Holder and obama feel that they can kill any American citizen anytime anywhere. They are both street thugs and common gang bangers that believe in the motto “he with the might has the right”

      • JesusisLORD

How does Rush have legal authority to kill an American citizien?

  • charlie

Can I enter a comment with due process later ???

  • mickey ventura

The fact that we can even ask this question proves the lack of faith in Obama and his conempt for our constituition and the American way of life as we know it.

Excellent article Mr. Livingston, It is a dismal time in these United States when our Government leaders are so off track with the Constitution and it’s guarantees that “We The People” are the targets of every fear mongering moron in Congress! They sell these ludicrous laws to the people under the guise of National security, but they write and implement the laws with no oversight in the language to keep the “Bill of Rights” as absolute in their administration, and implementation. I do not believe that any legislator who votes on such jack booted laws is ignorant of the future potential for such laws to be implemented to silence whomever those in authority deem a terrorist, or national security threat, simply under the facade of such labels, with no due process by which “We the People” can know the truth of why individuals eliminated were actually targeted! It has been said, if you want to see what ignorance gone to seed looks like, look at Congress. I hope this law (NDAA) is eventually overturned for it can only lead to abuse by those in the White House, regardless of who it is. Unfortunately the more Congress makes laws the further down the slippery slope to fascism we go, and the very essence of that which we have always stood against as a nation, we are now becoming.

In other words Ray, it’s time to put up or shut up!

      Raymond,

Congress… yes… How many would you say are self-avowed Socialists or Communists???

Take a guess? Then go to:

Now you see why we can’t count on Congress to make any headway to restoring America.

After all it is Congress who is going against the Constitution and passing all these bills to limit our freedoms and liberties.

Chapter XXXIX, Magna Charta, 1215, reaffirmed 1297 and many more times:
“No freeman shall be taken, or imprisoned, or be disseised of his freehold, or liberties, or free customs, or be outlawed, exiled, or otherwise destroyed; nor will we not pass upon him, nor condemn him, but by lawful judgment of his peers or by the law of the land. We will sell to no man, we will not deny or defer to any man either justice or right.”

Justice Sir Edward Coke (1552-1634), Institutes, 1642, 1797, gloss on Article XXXIX of Magna Charta:
“Upon this chapter, as out of a roote, many fruitful branches of the law of England have sprung….
…2. No man shall be disseised, that is, put out of season, or dispossessed of his free-hold (that is) lands, or livelihood, or of his liberties, or free-customes, that is, of such franchises, and freedoms, and free-customes, as belong to him by free birth right, unless it be by the lawful judgment, that is, verdict of his equals (that is, of men of his own condition) or by the law of the land (that is to speak once for all) by the due course and process of law.:

Good God, what have we come to?

This just shows how much contempt that this Administration has for the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, Obama has his own Death List, Bush had one, Clinton had one. But Obama is definitely making high use of his position to push this ability to basicly kill anyone at will. And every time anyone associated with this administration is challenged they give the same runaround and acusational remarks to suspend any doubt of suspicion as to what they’re really doing. But the core of the American people just will not pick up on it and let it slide past. And they are quick to dismiss those of us who understand their true objectives. The realization of this to those that’re not aware will only come too late I’m afraid.

The voters put Obama in office. The majority of voters probably think it is “OK” for President Obama, Right ?

HA HA ! Have any of you seen the movie “Eagle’s Eye” ? A predator drone is used to terminate a few citizens .

I really can’t say if it is “right or wrong”. If that is what the voters want, that is what they should get ? Right ?

The judge is articulate and the government/administration is corrupt.

  • Mike Patriot

I suspect this positon of legal murder of American citizens authorized by our current corrupt administration is the prime reason our founding fathers penned the 2nd Ammendment. Tell me again that fearless leader taught consitiution law as it sounds like he didn’t even read it at a grade school level.

I as a private citizen would have Judge Andrew Napolitano as the next AG and after that he should be considered for the membership on the supreme court.

THEIR AGENDA IS NOT DUE PROCESS, IT’S TO ADVANCE BLACK PEOPLE, REDISTRIBUTE WEALTH, POWER. THE CONSTITUTIONS IS JUST A BURDEN TO THEM.
