Eggs, Butter, Whole Raw Milk, Cheese and Fatty Meats

December 15, 2009 by

The cholesterol myth has led the public to reject foods like eggs, butter, whole raw milk, cheese and fatty meats, and that myth is the foundation for the multi-billion dollar cholesterol (statin drug) industry. The ploy is to create a crisis and give a profitable solution.

The public is told that these foods are the major sources of cholesterol. What the public is not told is that these foods also carry the best antidote for cholesterol. The phospholipids and lecithins are always naturally associated with cholesterol. The loss of these phospholipids, by omitting the above foods, is more certain to cause serious trouble than any excess of cholesterol. You must have a balance of good high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol for optimum heart and brain function.

The natural phospholipids in natural food which include lecithins are a part of the vitamin E complex. The E complex loses as much as 99 percent of its potency if the associated phospholipids are removed as is done with synthetic and manufactured foods.

Cholesterol is not a health issue and is not a marker for heart disease or cancer if natural foods such as those listed above are eaten. They carry their own antidote phospholipids and lecithins.

Of course, big pharma and the AMA are pushing lies onto the public in order to keep themselves in business. There is absolutely nothing wrong with cholesterol in its natural form. It only becomes a problem when one’s diet lacks sufficient minerals to maintain an alkaline body pH. All animals must maintain an alkaline body pH or illness takes over. That is the secret the mainstream medical profession wants to squelch, because without alkalinity, the body slowly deteriorates over the years, especially with today’s high-sugar, high-chemical, high-processed, and low-fat diets. The acid-alkaline balance is merely the body’s ability to detoxify itself of acid wastes produced when we burn food for energy. It is a normal bodily function that continues 24/7, and it requires sufficient alkaline minerals from our diet to neutralize the acids for removal through the kidneys. If lacking enough minerals, the acids will be stored in our flesh throughout the body, causing any number of illnesses in the years to come (arthritis, diabetes, cancer, osteoporosis, etc.). Minerals are required for hundreds of functions of the body, including metabolism of our food. Without minerals, vitamins are useless. Minerals are the prerequisite for all nutritional therapies: first you alkalize, then you apply nutrients to cure, heal, detoxify, and repair the body. If nutrition was taught in grade and high school, there would be many more college graduates, and much less crime and illness in the world. So remember, along with a healthy diet of meat, fish, eggs, butter, and plenty of raw plant foods, you need to take mineral, enzyme, antioxidant, and protein supplements at each meal. Supplements are necessary because there just isn’t enough minerals and enzymes in our foods today, no matter how much of them you eat.

why worry, nature provide other choleterol adjusters:
    turmeric spice
chew raw garlic or take garlic oil supplement
keep cholesterol from oxidizing with astaxanthin, gamma tocopherol, tocotrienols, … etc
chew raw celery seeds (also certain other spicy seeds)

and above all, get off your duff and take long walks or moderate exercise through out the day (thus adjusting both blood insulin levels and cholesterol levels)

also, avoid excess intake of fructose (soda pops, cookies, cakes, breads, certain fruits …

    etc
