Don’t Be Distracted

April 22, 2011 by

Don’t Be Distracted

There are a lot of issues making headlines these days as the corporate media and the global powers work to keep you distracted. So I want to caution you to remain vigilant.

The media try to convince you these items are important: Donald Trump’s potential candidacy, his hammering on the birth certificate issue, the wedding of Prince William, NATO’s war on Libya, arguments in Congress over whether to “cut” the budget by either pennies or nickels, CIA-sponsored unrest in the Middle East, who’s voted off “Dancing With The Stars,” the Japan nuclear crisis, who’s the next “American Idol” and on and on and on. The masses are numbed down and dumbed down.

It’s all there to distract you from the fact that we’ve entered George Orwell’s 1984. Through the Federal Reserve the banksters have driven our economy to the verge of collapse. They’ve stolen our wealth. We have perpetual war, we have politicians engaged in doublespeak, we live in a medical tyranny and a police state and Barack Obama has orchestrated a rise in gasoline prices by cutting off domestic drilling and stirring up the Middle East with failed foreign policy and an attack on a major oil-producing nation.

What he wants to do is fulfill his global masters’ plans to fundamentally change our way of life and dictate what we do, where we live, where we go and how we get there.

During the 2008 campaign he promised he was going to transform America. He’s making good on the promise.

Our fight remains with Congressional Republicans. As sad as it is to have to say it, they are our last best hope to stand up to the globalists. Unfortunately, most of them are puppets on the strings of the globalists and corporatists.

They say they heard our demands to reform government and slash spending. So far they’ve failed to prove it by their actions. There are some true Tea Party candidates and two men surnamed Paul who really want to return our government to sound Constitutional principles, but they are under tremendous pressure and face a lot of opposition from within the party.

They need our encouragement and our support. And they need a true Constitution-loving candidate to step up in the GOP Presidential field.

The message we must send is: “Stay Strong. No Compromise.” And it’s one all liberty lovers must adhere to as well.

I learned quite a while ago … that the Repubs were never going to be the answer. ARE THEY the lesser of the two evils? Yes, I think so. But, let’s face it, Mitch McConnell was a coward and a sellout. Boehner is probably worse. In fact, I look for him to go the way of that Trent Lott character. Even Newt, back in the 90′s was just a diversion, while NAFTA and GATT were implemented. And, I don’t remember NEWT speaking out against it. Do any of you? We heard about the Contract for America. More doublespeak? Probably!

While many (even here) defile Reagan, it is my contention that ol’ Ronnie found himself surrounded by those that only wanted to sell out their own Country. The day of a John Wayne ridin’ to the rescue are long gone. The indoctrination of America is almost complete, even with the Military. I have no doubt that probably half of those in uniform would have NO issue, with forcibly grabbing the weapons from fellow American’s homes. And, the other half? The blue-suited UN soldiers will take care of that. And, I do believe “it is coming” … NOT ONE Representative in Washington will speak of the repercussions of the SMALL ARMS TREATY, that Hillary Clinton has already signed as Sec of State. The fact that she’s stepping down in mid-term, just like Palin(?), is a sure sign of being moved out of the line of fire. And, like HAARP, you can bet the Media will forcibly direct conversation away from Hillary over the 2nd Amendment as much as they have NOT discussed HAARP (in Alaska) during Interviews with Sarah Palin. They are both the same coin. Any of you hearing any real news out of the 49th State, these days? Me, neither!

    I don’t watch very much TV these days … I really don’t.
    It’s just another false friend.

For the time being, Bob, it is still possible, for us to get our news, right here on the Wild Web. But, my sense of things, is that even this (real) freedom of speech, is just about over. I would hope that everyone is studying what they need to do, to stay in touch with their like-minded freedom seeking brethren. Asl always, I expect the Lefties to howl the loudest and show the highest order of cowardice and accountability. That’s how it’s been for (almost?) over 20 years now. Should I think of them as Fascists… since they seem not to fathom what loss of freedom is really like and they somehow prefer it that way? Yea, I guess that is one way to describe it.
Fascists are Cowards. There’s no difference in them or the Jihadists.

As of April 29th, of this year, Google Videos will be deleting ALL of their existing User-uploaded videos & Documentaries. Luckily, I’ve been able to download most of what I need to support my argument that we were had 100 years ago, as the advent of the Silent Revolution of 1913 was getting into full swing. Most still think that’s bullshit … but I can attest to the fact that it’s not. The evidence is overwhelming.

Keep up the good work, Bob. Let’s jst remember to attack the hard discussions and ASK the HARD questions. Let’s keep the distraction television on this Site, as a lost item.

Get off the grid, people. Have you started YOUR garden(s)..?

      Anthony……..

Excellent post, you definitely hit the nail on the head which is unfortunate for America, I am sure that you would much prefer announcing the dismantlement of our government the way it stands but the reality is that our society has been too spoiled by so many feel good programs that they are blind to the facts that they’re simply getting screwed.
I honestly can’t see Morality, responsibility and accountability returning to our government and our society so that our country becomes the greatest once again, those days are pretty much over.
The only way our population will wake up will be when we get hit by a depression never seen before and when our country is over run by the scum bags of many different nations bringing their not so humane conditions into our land, invasion shouldn’t be a foreign word in the mind of our citizens.
There an old saying ” you can’t miss what you never had ” should have entered the mind of many now people will be yearning for ” They had it but they blew it “

      • DaveH

I’m not sure even a never-before-seen Depression will wake these people up. They’ve been thoroughly propagandized and are being fed hopes and dreams which are much more palatable than reality.

Anybody who wants to know just how thoroughly we’ve been propagandized should read the book “The Real Lincoln” or “Lincoln Unmasked” by Thomas DiLorenzo. You will realize that even as far back as most of us old farts were in public schools (50 years ago for me), the propaganda machines were running. You can imagine how bad it is for our grandchildren.

If you grew up and went to elementary school when I did, or there abouts, they started experimenting on us back then. The “Boomers” got it full in the face and sucked it up like Frosted Flakes. Hell, they even dubbed it “Proressive education”, talk about a misnomer. Well, I guess it was inevitable, anyway. The Devil is in the details and he’s the detailer. Even though generation after generation comes and goes, his goals, purposes, aims and methods never change in substance, philosophy or rhetoric…always the same blackheart.Eon after eon the same supernatural thrust. If it were just people the now evident thrust to bring everybody under the same roof -his- would have never materialized. Now however, it’s quite evident to anybody who cares to look how the pieces of the historical puzzle fit.
He’s wiping out all opposition everywhere and soon it will pretty much be just a mopping up operation and he’ll have it – world domination under his gnarly thumb. It ain’t gonna be pretty.
Don’t believe in the Devil? Sure is your privilege – for a while…’til he demands you bow to him.

          • Harry Sothern

If Obama isn’t the devil, he’s a pretty good substitute.

          • DaveH

I don’t believe in the Devil. But I do believe in Evil people. We are surrounded with them.

          • Mike in MI

            DaveH -
Simply put: if there isn’t any Devil…how can there be any evil. There’s only things people do and no definative value judgements available…or worth a hoot.

          • Mike in MI

            Harry S. -
Obama is just doing his best to do what he’s told. Believe me, if one isn’t ruled by love, fear is about the the best alternatve motivator.
If you watch and listen you’ll pick up signs he’s runnin’ on empty -except for fully scared.

          • DaveH

What do I think is evil? People who force their ways on other people.
What do I think is good? People who don’t.

I don’t need to believe in a god to make that distinction.

          • Mike in MI

            DaH -
True enough, you don’t and nothing I have ever seen written in what I base things on gives me or any other Christian the right to try to force His way or anything on anyone. The directions given were, “Go, stand and speak”, meet needs and make it as clear and appealing as possible. People won’t buy the message until they buy the messenger.
I apologize if you percieve me to have tried to “force” my way on you.
I apologize if something I said caused offense or disturbs your equanimity. It is written, “You shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free.” I know you to be intelligent and an educated man. Sorry I’m not as good a messenger as I should be. I just know there’s more to being “free” than being a Libertarian.

          • DaveH

            Mike,
I wasn’t talking about you. I’m talking about rapists, thieves, murderers, Government officials who force their way on people, etc.
You can talk until you’re blue in the face. I don’t consider talking at me to be force.

          • Jay

Mike in Ml, the education system played a very important and sinister role in preparing the young generation to accept what Obama is hell-bent on establishing!
            Dumbing Down America
by Dr. Samuel Blumenfeld

I am often asked to name those educators responsible for the change in primary reading instruction which has led to the decline of literacy in America. People ask this because by the time they understand the history of the reading problem and of the dumbing down process that has been going on in our public schools for the past forty years, they recognize that all of this is not the result of a series of accidents but of conscious, deliberate decisions made by our educational leaders.

After twenty-five years of research, I can state with complete confidence that the prime mover in all of theis was none other than John Dewey who is usually characterized as the father of progressive education. Yet the change of the teaching of reading is probably Dewey’s greatest contribution to the tranformation of American education from an academically oriented process to a social one.

The progressives were a new breed of educator that came on the scene around the turn of the century. These rejected the religion of the Bible and placed their new faith in science, evolution and psychology.

Indeed, men like G. Stanley Hall, James McKeen Cattell, Charles Judd, James Earl Russell traveled to Germany to study the new psychology under Prof. Wilhelm Wundt at the University of Leipzig. It was these men who later imposed the new psychology on American education and transformed it permanently from its academic function to one dedicated to behavioral change.

John Dewey got his education in the new psychology under G. Stanley Hall at John Hopkins University. In 1887, at the tender age of 28, Dewey felt that he knew enough about psychology to be able to write a textbook on the subject, entitled fittingly Psychology. In 1894, Dewey was appointed head of the department of philosophy, psychology and education at the University of Chicago which had been established two years earlier by a gift from John D. Rockefeller. In 1896, Dewey created his famous experimental Laboratory School where he could test the effects of the new psychology on real live children.

Dewey’s philosophy had evolved from Hegelian idealism to socialist materialism, and the purpose of the school was to show how education could be changed to produce little socialists and collectivists instead of little capitalists and individualists. It was expected that these little socialists, when they became voting adults, would dutifully change the American economic system into a socialist one.

In order to do so he analyzed the traditional curriculum that sustained the capitalist, individualistic system and found what he believed was the sustaining linchpin — that is, the key element that held the entire system together: high literacy. To Dewey, the greatest obstacle to socialism was the private mind that seeks knowledge in order to exercise its own private judgment and intellectual authority. High literacy gave the individual the means to seek knowledge independently. It gave individuals the means to stand on their own two feet and think for themselves. This was detrimental to the “social spirit” needed to bring about a collectivist society. Dewey wrote in Democracy and Education, published in 1916:

            Jay – THANK YOU, SIR.
That just makes so much sense and even has names I’ve known for a long time, but had an approach-avoidance attitude towards. Now I’m sure AVOID>>>AVOID>>>debate, dispute, disparage, denounce. That’s just so neat. It was just a short while ago I was wonderring and asked God to show me what has changed the American mind so from what we had in the vital, vibrant 19th Century. I knew part of it was nervous system drugs and poisons and this part of the puzzle just fits so perfect. Thanks. You’re an answer to prayer…literally. Like a lot of the great folks who come here to visit…’cept for the poor souls who have been swallowed up in the Progressive Ed. tsunami.

Bob Livingston – thanks for such a place, mostly thinking, courteous, mannerly, educated, reasonable, fun and funny people.

Mike in Ml, you’re welcome! I have taken the liberty to supply further material that you and likeminded people will find to be of most assistance!

The conscious and intelligent manipulation of the organized habits and opinions of the masses is an important element in democratic society. Those who manipulate this unseen mechanism of society constitute an invisible government which is the true ruling power of our country. (Edward L. Bernays, was Sigmund Freuds nephew) The link below is a must read in order to understand how the media machine and other social institutions use Barney’s techniques of manupulation.

Jay – Thank you so much for that bit of info.

I remember reading of this some years ago, but had forgotten. I only hope some other people come back here and see it, too. It would be worth posting again.

The really tragic aspect of this is that this has all been kept so well from the American people. You will notice that no one on the Right has given us this important documentation since the McCarthy days. That is very telling to those who would think the Right would do what is…well, right.

We must get more of this kind of information to the people, for those who are still willing to listen. All the Leftists I know really believe that they think for themselves.

        • Bruce D.

I believe Lincoln was the worst President ever and laid the groundwork for the destruction of the Republic. Eisenhower did try to reestablish state and federal jurisdiction and had a commission which researched it and the research is available to this day. As we are seeing today States Rights or powers are still an important issue in defense of tierney. The Progressive movement stepped it up in the 60s and Johnson ushered in a new era of big government. Most of us were subject to that brainwashing in addition to what we were already accustom to.

          • DaveH

            Lincoln was evil.

” NOT ONE Representative in Washington will speak of the repercussions of the SMALL ARMS TREATY, that Hillary Clinton has already signed as Sec of State.”

Get it right people. Hillary has NOT signed the treaty because it has not been finalized yet. She DOES support the treaty and will sign it when it is finalized and presented for approval. For it to go into effect in the US the senate will have to ratify it as well.

        • Anthony

          http://mustangrambles.com/society/hillary-clinton-signs-un-small-arms-treaty/

I am still researching – looking for my OTHER bookmark(s) on the issue.
I do know I read several which were of similar stance….

Can you confirm that she HAS NOT signed it?
What procedural blockage would prevent her “from signing it”…?
It could be signed as far as I know, but Congress would still have to vote on it.

          • independant thinker

I follow this issue thru the NRA, GOA, and other pro gun organizations and all confirm the treaty has not been finalized and signed. However, you can be sure that under this adminstration it will be signed when it is finalized.

        • http://Illinois'17th Old Henry

“the US the senate will have to ratify it as well”.
Don’t count on it. Der Fuhrer, if so inclined, will simply by-pass the Sentae and sign it into law via Exec. Order.

The Senate, being the bunch of malfeasant, stoneless scum that they are, will do nothing about it and neither with the House.

    • Vigilant

I have seen, time and time again on this site, the rumblings of global conspiracy, and claims that presidents as far back as Lincoln were assassinated by the “global masters.” The message has been clearly and incessantly communicated by conspiracy theorists that when any US leader strays from the NWO master plan, that leader is killed.

If such is true, and I don’t think it is, answer me one question: why in God’s name would anyone support ANY candidate for president who would go against the tidal wave of NWO power? If the global conspiracy is so omnipotent, and so predisposed to wacking anyone opposed to their Dr. Evil plans, what difference does it make who is elected?

In other words, why support “a true Constitution-loving candidate” if the NWO gang would undoubtedly, by your reckoning, have that person wiped out at virtually the first opportunity? Whistling through the graveyard? For a theory that’s essentially paranoid in nature, the optimism expressed by NWO conspiracy theorists seems strangely contradictory.

Yes, I would say “don’t be distracted” by theorizing about things over which you ostensibly, and by your own admission, have no means of changing.

      • RivahMitch

You ask “why” oppose the globalists/progressives if you “can’t win”..

        Churchill answered your question:

“If you will not fight for the right when you can easily win without bloodshed, if you will not fight when your victory will be sure and not too costly, you may come to the moment when you will have to fight with all the odds against you and only a small chance of survival. There may even be a worse case: you may have to fight when there is no hope of victory, because it is better to perish than to live as slaves.”

Freedom is the right to spend or invest your life for the people and things you personally value and to enjoy the rewards or consequences of those actions so long as you don’t interfere with others right to do the same. I’d rather fight them politically, now, than just wait until they reach my front door.

Oh, and I do believe the globalist/progressives will show up at the front door, whether to “audit” my thermostat, check my incandescent light bulb, count or measure the water flow in my toilets, steal my firearms or tell me that I no longer have the right to use and enjoy my waterfront property (and, to cover the base, I neither have nor need “flood insurance” from Momma Sam) and, when they do, all bets (and civilities) are off.

Personally, like many other ‘Nam vets I know, I’ve had a full life. I’m locked and loaded and I don’t much care about dying as long as I can take a few of Bama’s boys with me when they come.

        • TIME

          Rivah,

Very fine post my friend, its only with people who are awake like yourself that we stand a chance of at least breaking a few states free from the oncoming MONKEYS.

I say this yet Again there are some of you who will become leaders, some of you will become dead, some of you will just fold like a cheep suitcase and give in like the slaves you have become to your idols and your gadgets.

“Who Dare’s To Win.” Its not just a Motto, its a way of life.
The American slogan is; ” Give me Liberty, or Death!”
Freedom comes with a really BIG PRICE TAG it’s never CHEEP.

We as Americans have allowed the blood of our long past Youth as well countless Persons of Honor who gave all to bring us out of the Bondage of the KINGS chains.
Saddly to what we now have a population of MONKEYS who would like nothing more than to go back to the Bondage of the Chains of Slaves to the KINGS so they feel safe in their little confined space.

Those of you who are NOT MONKEYS will understand what I posted,

Saddly ~ the MONKEYS will still be masturbating and scratching their heads, and question what it means.

          • http://Illinois'17th Old Henry

Whether there’s a “conspiracy” or not, Vigilant, you know that much of the rest of the world has been envious of our wealth for some time now. And, thanks to our military state, we’ve built up a lot of enemies out there. The barbarian hoardes would love to see our country go down.
But you’re right, regardless if the theories are valid, semi-valid, or just plain BS, our best course of action is still to get our Freedom back and drive our Leviathan Government back to the size that our wise Founders envisioned it should be. How to do that? Read mises.org, reason.org,and cato.org. Watch reason.tv. Watch John Stossel and Judge Napolitano on Fox Business Channel.
Vote for the only political party that makes sense. Vote Libertarian.
Get your children real educations outside of the Propaganda Schools.
Try to wake your friends and relatives to the fact that our leaders, like most of the leaders around the world and throughout history, just want to be on top. Most of them don’t care about the rest of us.
We need to care about ourselves, and the only road to accomplishing that is to get the Freedom to succeed back from those errant leaders.

      • Cawmun Cents

Vigilant,I think you may have just asked the $64,000 question. My answer has three parts.(1.) God is watching, and while he is the ultimate decider of all disputes,He might like to see how willing we are to fight for the freedom He has given us.(2.) As an American,I am given rights by the above mentioned deity. No power on earth that I can think of,can take those rights away.Especially a power that seeks first to do the deed underhandedly, without my permission.(3.) I,(like you),have nothing better to do with my time than to oppose tyranny whenever it raises its ugly head.A Vigilant person sees the conditions and has the vision to modify his current circumstances. That is why you have so thoughtfully chosen that username. So know that others are Vigilant, but that you chose that name.Live up to it,and make us all proud to have you as a fellow countrymen.Americans are a rare breed on planet earth. There are around 2,000 people who are not Americans, for every one of us who are. That means there are long odds against us.But who among us isnt a gambler at heart? Are you going to lay down and let the world’s steamroller run you over?I doubt it……..

        • Cawmun Cents

Sorry about my math,20 other people for every one of us.

            CC,
In the history of this great nation, we have overcome worse. A small contingency of American colonists overcame the greatest military might in the world, England!!! I only pray that when the time comes, and it will, We have another contingency with like wise patriotic thoughts!!!

          • Cawmun Cents

Yes,I agree. But let us not lose sight of the fact that things are different now than they were then.Big Brother did not exsist then.he English had to bring their army to us across the Atlantic. Not so now.The enemy is already here, inside our nation.A much more difficult situation than theirs. In the civil war the states were separated by north and south.Today the styates are separated by left and right.Kind of a differing set of circumstances.Much harder to know who the enemy is,and to make a concerted effort to defeat him.It is a war of ideals and idiology, not states who differ in opinon and wish to secede from the United States of America. There is where we fight a continual Waterloo of not being able to fully grasp what our nation is about. And more importantly, who knows what the founders wanted to happen as a result of their efforts? We have our sides which we believe in.I tend to lean to the extreme right, but who is to say who will win the day?It is up to God to decide. He will decide the victor.Whether it is for the better of our nation or for the worse,He will determine the outcome.I will of course fight for that which I believe is right. But God will see to it that to the victor go the spoils. He has a plan.I merely am subject to His whim.Maybe He has brought what is in front of us for our betterment,or maybe as a punishment for not protecting our God given rights,He will take our rights away.It is His decision.I have to take sides and hope that He provides victory for my beliefs.By His will the world is…or is not.

As you imply, it would be difficult to say who would win. On paper Conservatives outnumber Liberals. And Liberals tend to shrink from hardship. But one huge advantage that Liberals have is their inherent lack of morality. They would have no problem behaving as Lincoln’s generals did and taking the war to the women and children, while we would be trying to behave morally and sticking to the codes of war.

      • TIME

        Vig,
I have no words for your post other than your handle is not even close to being valid.

No one should tell you or show you anything, “PROVE” it to yourself, as the PROOF is out there as well very easy to find. Thus the NWO is as real as the air you breath its not a theory.

        • Mike in MI

          Absolutely right, TIME,
And for the reasons I stated in my post above, anyone who looks for a human NWO leader, you’ll never see one. Jesus Christ said he came to reveal the snare of the Devil – which he did. But the second century church lost sight of the Devil defeating power of the original doctrines as they were delivered to Paul and it caved.
Vigilant asked a very good quesion about why would anybody support a candidate who would go against the NWO – since they would be promptly assasinated? It’s this – the NWO would still have had to build culture wide unbelief in God’s Word (which s finally really occurring for them). The power behind the NWO is supernatural evil and transcends human generations. But, there is a power that defeats that One every time it’s used and that is God’s power in His Word.
So Satan has been afraid that he and his goals would be recognized, revealed and overcome (along with his carefully crafted and nurtured cadre). As long as there has been a large contingent of educated Chritians with access to God’s Word (who really believed it to the best of their ability and LOVED FREEDOM) his ability to move has been
          constrained.
Now, there are lots of confessing believers around but they look to government, their unions, medicine, all the things Bob listed above, for ther wellbeing – welfare instead of well being. Their minds are clouded by drugs and poisons so they have difficulty focussing to believe (a real mental effort) and they have been taught and believe the Bible is not really trustworthy Revelation from God. So, ergo, since there can be little opposition the stage is set for Satan to spring his trap.
People aren’t the source of this conspiracy. People are just the worshipful agents of what’s beneath the surface. …Doing what they’re told, keeping quiet about where they get their orders.
This will probably raise howls of objections – not my problem. The professing Church will be the loudest. They’d kill Jesus today too…since it’s “good” Friday.

          • http://?? Joe H.

            Mike.
The one thing that would accomplish is to convince the doubters that laugh at us for trying to forewarn that what we say is FACT!!!

Daddy, bless Joe’s big, beautiful heart (itNoJC),
They will do what they please. The manner of reception of the message is not my responsiblity – only its delivery. Thanks.

        • JeffH

TIME, I have no doubts about the “NWO” consiracy. As you’ve said, there is just too much information available that support the idea of a “One World Government” conspiracy.

No offense meant to you Vigilant, but I believe it is out there and it is very real.

          • Vigilant

No offense taken, Jeff, but I have to repeat the question: if the “monolithic” and all-powerful conspiracy does exist as it’s been described by the NWO theorists, would those same people not see that anything they do is futile against this power?

To put it another way, why would you support and elect anyone who is an enemy of the NWO powers if such an election would be a certain death sentence for that person?

I think you’ll see that I’m not attacking the theory per se, I’m questioning the logic of the theorists. Any power structure that is strong enough to reach into the WH at will would most certainly be able to kill off any president who wants to thwart their designs. Am I right or wrong?

          • Mike in MI

            Vigil ain’t -
What do YOU think JFK’s manner of death was all about? Why in Dallas?
Why LBJ (a hammer-lock loving Texas legislator) all set to take over to carry out what JFK was going to get us out of – Viet Nam – and was not aligned with other NWO objectives…but was too vocal about it. Wha about that craziness with Jack Ruby and the connections to his life? What about the piece of JFK’s skull found later behind the wide-open Presidential limo – yet ‘Oswald’s shots’ came from back-to-front?
What about RFK and what he knew that his brother knew? And, I assume you believe Sirhan Sirhan was a card carrying Quaker. What was it he hollered as he jumped out and aimed?
What about the attempt on Reagan’s life and how well provided for his would-be assassin was? The lessons to those arriving in Washington for 4,6 or 8 yrs have been underscored…”there’s the line, toe it”.

          • JeffH

Vigilant, I would recommend you read this.

Any President that Would Dare Oppose The Federal Reserve Gets Assassinated: History Lesson & JP Morgan Buyout of Bear Stearns
            http://www.dailypaul.com/53998/any-president-that-would-dare-oppose-the-federal-reserve-gets-assassinated-history-lesson-jp-morgan-buyout-of-bear-stearns

An attempt to assassinate Jackson in 1834 for opposing the central bank.

Thirty years later President Lincoln refused to pay international bankers extremely high interest rates during the Civil War and ordered the printing of government bonds. Assasinated!

John F. Kennedy opposed a private national bank and was assassinated in 1963.

Ronald Reagan opposed a private national bank and in 1981 an attempt was made to assassinate him.

Coincidence or not the opposition to a privately owned national bank(Rothschild, Rockefellar, JP Morgan) was a common characteristic to all these successful assassinations and assassination attempts.

          • JeffH

“To put it another way, why would you support and elect anyone who is an enemy of the NWO powers if such an election would be a certain death sentence for that person?”

            Yes I would support!

Vigilant, there are many hurdles to leap in our system of government, which isn’t the case in most other nations. We have “the people” on our side and the Constitution as set up by our forefathers to protect us, although it is being eroded from within our political system. Do you not think that Obama is doing the very things needed to destroy our country? He’s not bright enough to do all of this on his own.

          • Vigilant

            TIME and Mike in Mi,

Neither one of you gets it. Neither one of you has read and understood what I asked. And neither one of you has answered my question.

A little reading comprehension would help you both. I AM NOT ATTACKING THE NWO CONSPIRACY THEORY. I am asking very lucid questions of the consistency in the theory. The question was, “why in God’s name would anyone support ANY candidate for president who would go against the tidal wave of NWO power? If the global conspiracy is so omnipotent, and so predisposed to wacking anyone opposed to their Dr. Evil plans, what difference does it make who is elected?” They’re going to be killed anyway, right?

I am accustomed to having my posts misread by the wackos on the left. It’s disappointing to see those of you on the right completely miss the thrust of what I was saying.

One last time: it’s NOT about whether or not the theory is correct. It’s about the paranoia (which may be perfectly valid) on the one hand, and about the likelihood of any candidate being assassinated by the NWO people once elected on the other hand. That’s it, pure and simple.

If and when you decide to address my questions instead of launching into proofs and speculations we’ve all heard before (and which are not even part of my discussion), let me know.

          • Mike in MI

            Vigilant -
Why indeed would anyone support and elect anyone IF THEY KNEW…

Just how widespread do you think this information is? Or if it is known to ANY degree how widespread would you expect it to be believed among those who have heard any of it? Crying out loud, 19 years ago Rush Limbaugh, mouthpiece that he is, was heard debating and debunking someone who wanted to know something – anything – about what Geo. Bush was talking about when he breached protocol and mentioned the NWO. Geo. B. #1 just mentioned it and almost ended up 6′ under. Why would anybody support and elect anyone who is against the NWO? — that assumes people KNOW or believe anything about it.

Judas Priest, it is a secret organization and they aren’t afraid to kill off the high and mighty they have mistakenly allowed into sensitive positions. Back in ’63 I met a highly educated, man of distiction – truck driver, over-the-road – who was running for his life because he’d discovered who engineered the Crash of ’29. Then he made the mistake of talking about it. He had no delusions what his end would be – and his self-description was “a nobody”.
What about Vince Foster and all the MIA’s who were Arkansas travelers?

How is anybody going to hear anything, learn or get to believe anything NWO when every performer they listen to (or telephone-talks to) immediately clams up, shut them off or curses them by his gods?
This group depends on secrecy and distraction for the success of their destructions. “The thief cometh not but for to steal and to kill and to destroy.” – and that Ol’ Bird is ring-leader for agents who front his ops. Who Knows or Believes this stuff? People who dig, people who meet corpses before they start to rot, people who stumble on out of place information and data, CPA’s who run the figures that don’t compute; people who…whatever…cross the wrong line without knowing…and get a glimpse of raw evil. And try to follow up.
Who would support or vote for somebody who-o-o…? Who indeed?

          • Vigilant

Jeff, The title of the article referenced is PRECISELY my point. It was “Any President that Would Dare Oppose The Federal Reserve Gets Assassinated: History Lesson & JP Morgan Buyout of Bear Stearns.”

I’m not arguing the merits or demerits of NWO conspiracy theory. In fact, I’m granting, for argument’s sake, that the claims are 100% correct. That being said, the title of the link tells it all. My query has been this, and I’ll state it a little differently this time: If any president who opposes the Federal Reserve gets assassinated, why would anyone think that the election of, say, Ron Paul, would be any different?

What makes any supporter of Ron Paul think that the historical success of these assassinations could somehow be reversed and thwarted this time? In other words, what steps have been or could be taken to prevent the killing of anyone who opposes the NWO masters? Or would we just continue to offer up these candidates as sacrificial lambs to be killed every time they take office?

It seems to me there is a missing piece of the puzzle here. There’s been a lot of talk here about the big, powerful, stop-at-nothing evil of the NWO leaders. There’s been a lot of talk here about how great Ron Paul is, and how he opposes the Fed. There has not been one word of concern written here about how future assassinations could be prevented. And that’s the missing piece of the puzzle.

          • DaveH

Can I weigh in on this? Why are we even calling it a conspiracy? It is human nature, that is all, for leaders to push for more power and perks. It is a naturally attractive thing for leaders to advocate complete control of the mainstreet citizens. Of course they tell their constituents that they have their best interests at heart. And they might even tell themselves that. But who cares if it’s a conspiracy or just human nature? We just have to stop it.

As Jefferson said “The natural progress of things is for liberty to yield and government to gain ground”.

          • DaveH

To get a clue what we’re up against, go to
            http://www.rasmussenreports.com/

Then type “political class” into the search field, and go. Start reading the polls. There is a shocking disconnect between what the citizens want and what the Political Class wants for us.

          • JeffH

Vigilant, “There has not been one word of concern written here about how future assassinations could be prevented. And that’s the missing piece of the puzzle.”

I have to say if I had the answer to that question I certainly wouldn’t be blogging here today. The answer is way above my “pay scale”. I think the only way to “hold off” the “NWO” is getting people to understand that they aren’t a “theory” but believe they are truly the “conspirators”. Of course, we pretty much know the directions this “conspiracy” or “theory” is going. Kinda like spitting into the wind.

Do I think that “they” have the upper hand? You betcha. 100+ years to weave the web within our Democratic Republic and hundreds of years doing the same throughout the world.

We, as Americans, are fighting on our homefront for our very existance but this fight goes way beyond the borders of the US.
Can “they” be stopped? Probably not!

All we can do is fight the good fight and do what we percieve as the right thing and hope & pray. I guess GOD will sort them out in the end anyway.

Power and greed is a mighty evil and powerfull tool.

          • Jay

Jeff and Mike, both of you are absolutely correct! Question: Was the attempted assassination on Reagan a failed attempt, or a warning? Did Reagan change his mind on opposing a private national bank after surviving the assassination attempt? Further, Vigilant does pose a valid question, why would anyone support a candidate that would oppose the private international bankers and would be assassinated for such? And lastly, how long could this honest candidate possibly last before he is dispatched?

          • Jay

Jeff, I should have read your post first before posing my questions to you and Mike regarding the longevity of the new candidate that would oppose the ruling elite. Still, Reagan survived the assassination attempt and was obviously allowed to live, does this mean he changed his mind to oppose the private international bankers?

      • Bitter Libertarian

“I have seen, time and time again on this site, the rumblings of global conspiracy, and claims that presidents as far back as Lincoln were assassinated by the “global masters.” The message has been clearly and incessantly communicated by conspiracy theorists that when any US leader strays from the NWO master plan, that leader is killed.” If you want evidence, you only need to look at the science of the information available in these matters. If anyone is murdered the police use a process to determine who did it. One of the KEY Items is MOTIVE….in order to determine motive you need to look at what the person did that would motivate someone to want to murder them. Another Key to sucess is OPENMINDEDNESS…I know several Detectives and they will admit that to solve most murders you have to fight a quick simple conclusion. I didnt grow up around adults who would be labeled conspiracy theorists, but I did around indepemd thinkers who didnt watch TV except for the local news & weather.

“If such is true, and I don’t think it is, answer me one question: why in God’s name would anyone support ANY candidate for president who would go against the tidal wave of NWO power? If the global conspiracy is so omnipotent, and so predisposed to wacking anyone opposed to their Dr. Evil plans, what difference does it make who is elected?”

Your right….so their adjenda of gaining control (it not been hidden over the last 20 years very well) involves selecting 2 candidates that will give them what they want..Plan A & Plan B and Americans simply dont undrstand the adjenda so they select the lesser of 2 evils. Any candidate who is going to restore the republic has to be willing to die, and willing to act like a “liberty dictator” to get the bugs out of our politics.
On one hand you do make a great point “what difference does it make who is elected”. The world is on a course, BUT we do have our personal soverignty to account for. So I say Fight to the end, and NEVER give up our Creator given rights & Soverignty..NEVER!

“In other words, why support “a true Constitution-loving candidate” if the NWO gang would undoubtedly, by your reckoning, have that person wiped out at virtually the first opportunity?”

        Because its our Duty.

“Whistling through the graveyard? For a theory that’s essentially paranoid in nature, the optimism expressed by NWO conspiracy theorists seems strangely contradictory.” Not really, listen sometime with an open mind..you may hear something you missed… :)

“Yes, I would say “don’t be distracted” by theorizing about things over which you ostensibly, and by your own admission, have no means of changing.”

Certain things I may surrender or ignore..NONE that comprimise my faith or Duty.

VIGIL Maybe you are right. We should just go lay down and give up and tell our kids and grandkids don’t fight for what you believe in. In the old days only 1/3 of the people fought and gave us freedom from where we came. I don’t know why, they should have just layed down and rested. They must not have had anything else to do. Oh I am so tired. Lay next to me will you please Vigil.

I never said any such thing, and I resent the implication. The question was one of philosophy and mindset of the NWO conspiracy theorists, not my personal beliefs. It was a question of logic, based on the rhetorical premise that the theories were true. It was a statement that, if every anti-NWO leader in America has been assassinated, then what makes anyone think it would change in the future. Above all, it was an observation on the mindset of the NWO conspiracy theorists.

My family settled in America in 1754 and have fought in every war of our nation. I proudly served 24 years in the Air Force, so don’t make assumptions that are not borne out by the facts.

With a little mental acuity you would have seen that my question pulled apart the very thing you accuse me of. It is precisely because I don’t believe the NWO arrangement is an unstoppable force that I posed the question. I believe we can field candidates who can change things, that the Constitutional Republic is worth fighting for, and that not all great leaders will inevitably be assassinated.

          • DaveH

            Me too.

          • Michael J.

            Vigilant,
I hear you, and I have posted here recently that asking Ron Paul to run is the same as signing his death warrant. It is the candidates choice to make.

I think that your question asks for a real solution. The shadowy elites hope we continue to vote for restoration of our freedom, all the while silently laughing at the impotence of casting ballots.

While we now fear a loss of freedom, the NWO elites fear us and our numbers. They are not invulnerable, much is now known of them and their activities, Alex Jones, David Icke, and Gerald Celente just to name a few as well as Jim Tucker who has based his career on uncovering NWO plots have collectively amassed mountains of information. The real question is, are contingencies being formulated to oppose this pandemic?

Old age has good points as well as aches and pains. I have come to believe that thought convergence is a natural component of the human thinking process. When a series of circumstances are contemplated, humans will usually generate the same or similar conclusion. (sounds like a plan). What I am trying not to say is that most here know what needs to be done. The way to put a serpent out of our misery is to sever it’s head.

BTW, my definition of human excludes liberals whom I believe are inhumane, programmed droids who have been incentivized with utopian placebo.

      Anthony,

Your dead on the vast number of “Political leaders” in the RebO party that have been in office longer than one term are in fact NO DIFFERANT than the DemO’s.
As in there really is only ONE party, the ReDeMo’s, But I think the proper term should be “CRIMINALS” as they have robbed you all and they are doing so daily as well LTAO on the way to the bank.

Saddly the only people who think there is a differance are the General populace who have in fact been sold a rotten bill of good’s by the 100% totaly controlled spin factor media.

Then toss in the fact that this type of media blast you 24 hours a day, 8 days a week, year after year and nearly anyone would start to respond like they are told too.
For those that fit the profiles of being a “MONKEY,” well guess what all the rhetoric you dispence about propaganda well your in fact the very MONKEYS that are spitting back the very PROPAGANDA you claim everyone else is following.
Nothing like the POT calling the Kettel black so just how stupid are you MONKEYS?
You would eat crap on a stick if you were told it was good for you, and thats just what trained MONKEYS do, right.

Has anyone ever asked Barry or the DemO’s to please name the Bankers who have cheeted the American public? You all know the very ones Barry has been giving YOUR money too. How about GWB, he did the same thing, so to did Clinton, and Daddy Bush..
Who are the wall street firms who have cheeted the American public? How about rather than all the generic formats, how about a few names, FACTS, TRUTHS?

How about letting the US populace see the FEDS books for a start?

How about instead of all the rhetoric, the DOJ does what it was formed to do; “File charges and bring person to JUSTICE?”
Is that really to hard to do?
Lets see if any of you failed to do your JOBS whould you have had your job for long?

So why is it that the DOJ, the CONGRESS the SENATE and the SC, lets not forget the POTUS all seem to fail to do their jobs YEAR after YEAR?
Hey MONKEYS, see any problem with that?

Want to buy a crap stick, they taste real good.

Yet even with that HAR 1 factor the average human is really no differant than a trained MONKEY. I am trying to coin a word, no I just am tired of being NICE, its now TIME to just call MONKEYS what they are.

Stay tuned Katie Q will give you an overview of what I just posted.

        • DaveH

You know, Karolyn, I grew up in a rough neighborhood. As children, we used a lot of slang, and most of our arguments were similar to those of the board liberals where personal attacks were the tools of choice.
I went to college, learned a lot, and really paid attention to what made sense, and what was obvious propaganda. I was well-educated, but still, old habits die hard and it took me years to break the slang habit.
So as a young adult, I would be saying something relatively profound to my Grandma (who was an extraordinarily hard-working and wise woman), but much of the time she would be focusing only on the fact that I was sprinkling my statement with slang, rather than the content of the statement. You remind me of that, Karolyn.

            Time,
Actually in Germany there is stilla lot of hate for the Jews. The skinheads are making big inroads in Germany and are increasing in numbers daily. It’s said that Germany never learns from their mistakes and therefore are doomed to repeat them. It wasn’t long ago that 60 minutes did a show on this. I very seldom watch the show but the title caught my attention.

Lastmanstanding, it should be duly noted that Wall Street bankers (amongst others) financed Hitler’s rise to power whilst making large profits at the same time which included Prescott Bush and other directors of the Union Banking Company. Prescott Bush may have been the Nazis’ first money launderer.

To say that ole Prescott was supporting Adolph while he was killing Americans during WWII might be a bit of a stretch, but he certainly made a fortune from the Nazi’s as did Standard Oil, US auro manufactureres and many industrialists. It’s always about the money.

In conversations with Ronald Reagan before he was President, he promised me that he would eliminate the Dept. of Education if he was elected President. He even agreed to minimize his Administration’s interaction with the United Nations, and even work towards withdrawing from it if he could gather some support among his fellow Republicans. Very soon thereafter, his “advisors” would no longer let him talk with me. Obviously, they also did not allow him to keep his promises.

Some fools among us today will tell you that there is no “Conspiracy”.

        Somehow I believe that !
The republican party has been hijacked as will the united States if we THE PEOPLE allows this type of election farce to continue…
Back to the basics we should go, this so called progress has certainly put our country in grave danger and I am sorry to say that many rinos are just as responsible as the left for it…

        • Lastmanstanding

Mick. You are right. The US Constitution is the answer.

We have spent our lives trying to live as the founders intended only to find out that our “elected reps.” have betrayed us.

This is far from over. God Bless those who are finding their way home.

Perhaps it’s started. i read BBC, The Telegraph UK, Australian news, and French news. You’ll never see some of the topics in the us news. also am watching the dimes drop like a stone.

    • EddieW

Smart move!! Getting away from the TV…It is now being used to brainwash people!!…I watch two shows a week, and only turn it on to watch them!!
The alphabet news media, are just giving us pap and entertainment, makes them a big part of the problem…they will NOT give us the real news!!! Never anything against Obozo, our Liar in Chief!!

From Anthony: “NOT ONE Representative in Washington will speak of the repercussions of the SMALL ARMS TREATY, that Hillary Clinton has already signed as Sec of State. ”

That’s because it is a non-issue. Can you show us where it says we will lose our Constitution and have to give up our personal weapons? Hate to ask for it this way, but give it to us Chapter and Verse.

      Thanks,

        Robert,

Perhaps you should do your homework as its all covered in the UN Agenda form # 21.
Within YOU will find everthing you need to address any of your questions.

As in all your questions; as it leaves not one single ray of light unexposed, right down to the very number of persons who will be left alive in the area you know as the United States of America.
You will also find the numbers for Europe as well as Africia, and South America as well as Asia.

As in there is no question you can ask thats not covered with the context of the said doucment. If you still can’t grasp what it all means. I would say there is little anyone will be able to do to aid you.

        • Anthony

NO……… Robert would rather sneer and demand someone else, do the work, while he anoint himself Primary Social Dictator of other People’s Thoughts, Attitudes & Opinions.

PEOPLE – You can google, like any of the rest of us.

If it’s on your List of What You’re NOT Gonna Do…..

THEN, YOU ARE ONE OF THEM.

      • JeffH

Robert Smith, of course it is a non-issue to you. It is a very real threat, although nothing has been signed by the US or ratified by the Senate. Do your own research to learn more about it.

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton recently announced the Obama Administration will be working hand-in-glove with the UN to pass a new “Small Arms Treaty.”

Distraction is a classic strategy and the lieberals are quite good at it. Notice that the eddies and the karolyns seldom actually answer a question posed to them, they just talk about “love” and “kindness” and being “broad-minded” and then get upset when actual truth is presented. The truth is, they are filled with hatred of every good and decent thing and that their spiritual forefathers such as Lenin, Stalin, Hitler, Mao, and others were considered “broad-minded” in their day. To the socialists of the Third reich, Hitler’s “final solution” was an example of expansive thinking. And remember, the socialists of the USSR and Red China were praised by their fellow travelers (the eddies and karolyns of that era) in Europe and America as they murdered tens of millions of Christians, capitalists, and other “enemies of the state”. Today, according to the lieberals, it takes a “broad-minded” person to embrace the murder of babies in the womb. We cannot allow the eddies and karolyns to distract us from these truths by their vapid, insipid, and dishonest statements and their false pleas for “kindness”, “love”, and “open-mindedness”. They stand shoulder to shoulder with the very worst that humanity has produced and we cannot let them pretend to be anything other than what they are.

    • Mick

      Wow Bob,,,,,,,,Well put…………………

      • Bob

Thanks Mick – the truth is easy, eddie and karolyn have to work much harder because lies take a lot of work.

        • karolyn

You know, Bob, I really resent being called a liar. I am absolutely not a liar. Anything I post is true to the best of MY KNOWLEDGE. And anything of my own opinion that is posted is my BELIEF. How can you say I’m a liar? It totally baffles me. Is it that it’s just the most convenient derogatory word you can think of?

          • Bitter Libertarian

Perhaps he alludes towards the convient avoidance and close minded attitude towards Facts? Just suggesting that anyone who respects Freedom in their heart must TRUELY understand they have NO RIGHT to deprive anyone of any Freedom Guaranteed by the Constitution/Creator even if they are “uncomfortable” with that particular freedom…?

          • Jay

What is this freedom you and Karolyn are talking about, exactly? Don’t just use words that sound so nice, explain them. I believe in freedom as well, freedom from tyranny, freedom to express my Christian beliefs which are always assaulted by the left-wing liberal control freaks, freedom to raise my kids without the left-wing liberal state interfering. You left-wing jokers talk about freedom, and yet you are consumed with imposing dictatorial rules in every facet of our lives! You lefties do nothing more then engage in double-speak!

          • karolyn

Jay – I have never felt not free. I believe I can do anything I want to do if I really want to do it. We have freedom of religion, and who cares if it is assaulted? Does removing the 10 commandments from a bulding lessen your convictions? Does it diminish your religion? Personally, I believe that there is nothing wrong with prayer in schools or anywhere, as long as people are not forced to join in. Freedom to me also means equality for everyone, even gays. Freedom means religion should not dictate law. I believe we should be free to put anything we want into OUR bodies. Yes, some of our freedoms are under attack, but with increased awareness and communication, inroads are being made. There will always be someone who is not happy. You can’t please all the people all of the time. That’s what freedom is all about – being who we are and not having to worry about being attacked for our views. I think thre was a kid’s book called “Free to be You and Me.” I like that. I believe political correctness has been carried too far. Too many take themselves too seriously. Of course I don’t want the government following my every move; freedom means the right to privacy. I have no problem with responsible people having firearms. Thre are too many laws and I don’t believe in the “nanny state.” I’m old enough to remember the 50s, when kids rode bikes everywhere with no helmets and we recited a psalm out of the Bible every day at school.

However, there does need to be some control. Greedy people will take advantage and go as far as possible for the almighty buck. That includes large corporations and little guys too. As I’ve said, I sure don’t have all the answers, but I am grateful I live here and do have all the freedom I have.

          • Bob

KKKarolyn: What you believe is irrelevant, what is true is all that matters and your witless posts are a litany of lieberal lies. One who lies is a liar (that should be easy enough for even you to understand), that is how I can truthfully call you a liar. I will give you a hint on how to recognize when a lieberal is lying: his/her lips are moving. The same goes for “New Age” religionists – everything they believe is a lie. This isn’t being unkind, this isn’t being hateful, it is just pure, sim[le, truth.

          • karolyn

That’s YOUR truth, Bob, not everyone’s!

          • Jay

Karolyn,Jay – I have never felt not free. I believe I can do anything I want to do if I really want to do it. We have freedom of religion, and who cares if it is assaulted? Jay says: In my statement I said: Christian beliefs, not religion! Do you know the difference?

Does removing the 10 commandments from a bulding lessen your convictions? Jay says: No, but it does lessen the morals of our society when we show that kind of disrespect for God’s laws, by the way, our legal system is based on the ten commandments, how could you not know that?

Does it diminish your religion? Jay says: Again, Christian principals on which this country of ours was founded upon, NOT RELIGION!

Personally, I believe that there is nothing wrong with prayer in schools or anywhere, as long as people are not forced to join in. Jay says: People who want to pray, are constantly persecuted and prevented from praying in schools. That is something you should be aware of!

Freedom to me also means equality for everyone, even gays. Jay says: How so? please explain!

Freedom means religion should not dictate law. Jay says: I just explained, Christian principles do dictate our laws already, not religion. You seem to suffer serious confusion in understanding the difference between Christianity, and religion. Christianity is a relationship, I’ve told you this before, but I’m certain I will have to remind you again!I

Believe we should be free to put anything we want into OUR bodies. Jay says: What do you mean by, anything?

Yes, some of our freedoms are under attack, Jay says: Some of our freedoms? Do you live in this Country?

with increased awareness and communication, inroads are being made. Jay says: Yes, inroads are being made to take all of our freedoms away!

There will always be someone who is not happy. Jay says: There are millions of Americans, including myself, who are not happy and seriously PIS*ED!!!

You can’t please all the people all of the time. Jay: That’s very true!

That’s what freedom is all about – being who we are and not having to worry about being attacked for our views. Jay says: That depends on the views and how one wishes to implement them, not all views are benign!

I think thre was a kid’s book called “Free to be You and Me.” I like that. I believe political correctness has been carried too far. Jay says: Totally agree!

Too many take themselves too seriously. Jay says: Some things should and must be taken seriously.

Of course I don’t want the government following my every move; freedom means the right to privacy. Jay says: Yes, absolutely!

I have no problem with responsible people having firearms. Thre are too many laws and I don’t believe in the “nanny state.” Jay says: Now your messing with me. (-:

I’m old enough to remember the 50s, when kids rode bikes everywhere with no helmets and we recited a psalm out of the Bible every day at school. Jay says: Ah yes, the good old days.

However, there does need to be some control. Greedy people will take advantage and go as far as possible for the almighty buck. That includes large corporations and little guys too. Jay says: Corruption will always be a problem.

As I’ve said, I sure don’t have all the answers, but I am grateful I live here and do have all the freedom I have. Jay: Enjoy your freedoms, but soon, it will be necessary to fight for them!

          • Karolyn

Jay – I am just finishing up a Religion 101 class, Religion in a Global Society, which is an academic study of religion; and Christianity is defined as a religion. The different churches are another story. the main religions are Christianity, Islam, Buddhism, and Hinduism; however, there are smaller religions like Taoism and Jainism.

          • http://?? Joe H.

            karolyn,
I believe you when you say you believe that a person should be able to put anything into their body they want, as in your case I believe that the 60s saw way too many chemicals going into yours!!!

          • Kate8

karolyn – Since you don’t read Scripture, I’m wondering if you’ve studied ANY of the ancient writings, which all speak of dark forces waging war on Earth since the beginning of time.

The writings of ancient Egypt (many thousands of years old) speak of the Dark Brotherhood, who rise up to control mankind, are defeated for a time by the forces of Light, only to rise up and begin again their seduction of man.

            Here is a sampling:

            ———————–

Then shall there come unto man the great warfare
that shall make the Earth tremble and shake in its course.
Aye, then shall the Dark Brothers
open the warfare between Light and the night.

When man again shall conquer the ocean and fly
            in the air on wings like the birds;
when he has learned to harness the lightning,
then shall the time of warfare begin.
Great shall the battle be twixt the forces,
great the warfare of darkness and Light.

            Nation shall rise against nation
using the dark forces to shatter the Earth.
Weapons of force shall wipe out the Earth-man
until half of the races of men shall be gone.
Then shall come forth the Sons of the Morning
and give their edict to the children of men, saying:
O men, cease from thy striving against thy brother.
Only thus can ye come to the Light.
Cease from thy unbelief, O my brother,
and follow the path and know ye are right.

            ———————

Sounds like where we are now, doesn’t it?

In another place it speaks of how, in order to ultimately defeat them, we must KNOW of them, and who they are. Knowledge brings wisdom, and wisdom is power.

          • Karolyn

Kate – We’ve been there over and over throughout history. I love this quote “O men, cease from thy striving against thy brother.
Only thus can ye come to the Light.” Would that more heeded its wisdom. (right here on this site!)

          • Karolyn

Yes, Jay, I believe the drug war should end.

          • Jay

Jay – I am just finishing up a Religion 101 class, Religion in a Global Society, which is an academic study of religion; and Christianity is defined as a religion.

Jay says: You’re professor(s) may believe that Christianity is a religion, but I do not agree with him/her/they.

Are the educators of this academic study of religion, Christians? I would venture to guess, they are not! So then, how would they know what Christianity really is? What makes them think they are qualified to teach what is Christianity?

Christianity is a relationship with God, through Christ! Jesus Christ did not die on the cross in order to establish a religion, rather, to reconcile and reunite man with God. Relationship!

The practise of Religion is ANATHEMA in the eyes of God, and it is strictly forbidden!

Religion is a creation of Satan! It’s purpose is to avoid a relationship with the true God. It encourages working out our salvation and entrance into Heaven through works, rather then Faith! An ABOMINATION to say the least, and totally reprehensible in the eyes of God!

          • Karolyn

My instructor for Religion 101 is very much a Christian! What he is has nothing to do with an objective study of religion.

          • Jay

You mean he wears the Christian label. If he were truly a Christian, he would not be telling you Christianity is just another religion and adding Christianity to all the other cultish religions! By the sounds of it, you’re professor does not understand the definition of religion, much less, Christianity, very sad!

          • Karolyn

Well, Jay, we are studying from a book. The academic study of religion does not get so subjective. It’s just the facts. If I were in a Christian college it might be different, but this is a standard course in any public college.

          • Jay

Karolyn, if you or your professors want to call Christianity a religion, then by all means, go ahead. I just want to go on record and say, Christianity is not a religion!

          • Kate8

karolyn and Jay – Christianity was never meant to be a religion, but a way of life. Unfortunately, the teachings of Christ have been distorted and massaged beyond recognition. I can’t help but to imagine His sadness at seeing what has become of His Word, how men have used it for their own purposes.

Jay, if you don’t think modern Christianity is a religion, just look around. It is all in disunity among the many factions. Most of them condemn each other. Man has added to and has taken away, doing just as he was explicitly told not to do.

The modern church has succeeded in putting man into boxes, frightening him against looking for the bigger picture. Why would you suppose that is? So that man can become enlightened or controlled?

I believe that we can only begin to find answers when we can throw off the artificial fetters of organized thinking, and begin to look for the Christ within, for the deeper meanings behind His Teachings.
If you look closely in His parables, He didn’t say to ignore the teachings of others, either. Read the one about the King who owned a large vinyard, who put men in charge, and what happened when he sent his representatives to collect the fruit. He sent others before his sent his own son, whom he thought for sure they would honor. No, they killed them all.

          • Kate8
          • Jay

Kate8, I’m not really sure what you were trying to say, exactly. As well, the Christianity and the Christ you mentioned in your post appears to be nothing more then “New Age” teachings or apologetics, if you will! By the way, I’m well acquainted and proficient with new age philosophy.

The statement you made, to look for the Christ within, for the deeper meanings behind His Teaching, is a dead give away.

          • Kate8

Jay – You read into my words what you want to read. You can’t be more wrong, although I’ve been accused of worse.

Actually, I am not NewAge at all. I also have looked at and have questioned nearly every Christian denomination for my entire life, since childhood, and have only managed to come up with more questions than answers. Sorry, but if the status quo doesn’t make enough sense to me, I can’t pretend to accept it.

I’ve spent many, many years praying and pleading with God to reveal to me Truth. This took me down many roads and back. Finally, He told me to let go of everything I’ve ever thought, believed or had been taught, because it is only with a mind and heart free of programmed ideas that anything resembling revelation can come. I look for the things I can see, and let them reveal things I can’t see. I look to quantum science, and I look to see how things play out.

Most of all, I ask whether teachings and ideas resonate with Divine Love, because unless they do, they will not benefit.

I do love studying ancient writings, and I’ve found them to correlate with Scripture beautifully. These writings are hardly NewAge, as they are many thousands of years old. NewAge is nothing but deception from the dark forces, containing a grain of truth (enough to get people hooked), but actually leads in the opposite direction.

I’ve always known that there was more to Biblical teachings than what we’ve been given. I’m sorry if that offends you, but I have no choice but to follow where God leads me.

I wish you and everyone blessings on your journey.

          • Kate8

Jay – You have a problem with looking for the Christ within?

What do you think of Biblical passages which say things like “abide in Me, an I in thee”, and “Christ is in all, and is all”.

And Yeshua DID say that the Kingdom of God is WITHIN.

What about the idea of “accepting Christ into your heart”, in order to be born again? What does that mean to you?

            Do you deny these teachings?

          • Jay

Kate8, My sincerest apologies for posting and incomplete statement as I was distracted by a house full of people. I was not suggesting that you were preaching new age or that you are a new age adherent. I merely pointed out that the statement you made, Christ within and Christ consciousness, is terminology indicative of new age religion. A new age disciple will make mention of Christ within and Christ consciousness while carefully avoiding making mention of original sin, which is something Jesus taught, He also taught the need for all of us to be, “born again” through His sacrifice on the cross and his resurrection, something a new ager never mentions! With regards to the scripture, we cannot and should not extract only that which sounds nice and doesn’t offend, while ignoring the rest that is integral to the whole! This is what I meant to add to the post you read! BTY, I also have a fond interest for the ancient writings and I found the sample poem you posted, intriguing. You are right, by the way, we must expand and broaden our perception and understanding, as well, question what we have heard and what we are told!!! Sincerely, Jay!

Bob well put does not describe it well enough!. The eddies and karolyns of this country are so blinded in the progressive ways .You site the killing of the innocent unborns via the pp abortion industry but what about this POTUS who believes in partial birth abortion and cto take a living full term baby and tossing it into a garbage recepticle. NO these liberals will find some philosopical good from this. They have lost GOD and worship the power of the communist/socialists .I hate to see obama complete his destruction of America but when he does he will come after them with the same vengensge as he would his enemies (the hard working people of the USA).

      • Bob

Yes – the lieberals are not of Christ, they are of satan and they worship his lies such as socialism, communism, the lies of “New Age” pseudo-religion, and the lies of pseudo-Christian churches such as the UCC and other lieberal apostates. You also state a truth that is seen in all socialist cesspools – that is, once they have eliminated the Christians, capitalists, and other “enemies of the state”, they then turn on each other because they all seek power, not equality. I refer to this as “the snake swallowing its tail”.

        • TIME

          Bob,
Quasi Liberals, yes I would agree with you.

          I am a TRUE Liberal and believe that you should be allowed to do anything you so wish {as long as you don’t hurt anyone else.}
I don’t believe in Covert Laws to control people.

I use a simple law, I treat everyone like I would wish to be treated. When one breaks that bond, they become a MONKEY.

          • Thamera

Well said Bob, TIME and DaveH. Interesting to me is how words get “hi-jacked” and take on new meaning, case in point: “gay”. The definition of the word gay does not have any connotation to the meaning of the word as used today. There are several words that have met that same fate, or names…like Dick, for example. In the true sense of the word TIME I would also agree that I am liberal; however, the connotation of the word has taken on new meaning and I really have to wonder if people like Jeremy, or karolyn, for example, realize at the root, what it really means to be liberal and how much that definition has changed over 200 years or more importantly the philosophies that now underly its meaning.

          • karolyn

You’re right, Bert, we can’t do anything without hurting some busybody or other mentally. I doubt that Time was talking about mental. There is no amount of legislation that can please the normal busybody mentally. So we need to leave the mental part out of the equation.

          • Karolyn

Absolutely right, Joe. If the person punched felt they deserved it, they might not take offense. there are thin-skinned people and thick-skinned people. Thick-skinned people don’t take offense as much as the thin-skinned.

Frank. I live near San Francisco. Near that is San Quinten Federal Prison. Any time there is a death sentence near to being carried out know matter how many people he killed or how many children he raped and killed the same libs that fight for the right to kill babies first conceived or at 9 mo. old will be there by the hundreds demostrating against the death of the convicted killer.

    • DaveH

What separates we humans from the other animals is our obsessive desire to control the lives of others. That is our problem on both sides of the aisle. We need to get over that.

    • karolyn

Wow, Bob, you dont’t know crap! Your ASSUMPTIONS about people like me are totally without foundation. Where can you possibly get the idea that I hate anyone??????????? The only reason this bothers me (because I really don’t care what anyone thinks about me as long as I am happy with myself) is that YOU are spreading lies that affect the way some people will view their fellow human beings, furthering the spread of hate (which you so eloquently spread). Don’t you have any insight at all? Do you have friends and family members that are “liberals” (whatever that is)? If not, then I can understand your ignorance.

      • DaveH

We really don’t know much about what your politics are, because most of your comments are just personal. Like the attack you just issued. I know, “what attack”? You have quite a high opinion of your ethics. I don’t.

        • karolyn

Dave, It was so obviously not an attack but a response to an attack. What are my politics? That really is a very good question, Dave. Basically, I believe in freedom and fairness. I can’t say I ascribe to any particular partyline, though I am a long-time registered Democrat; however, as I’ve said here before, I consider myself more of an independent with left leanings. I believe our country is over-regulated and there is too much corruption and collusion. I do believe we are out brother’s keeper; however, I don’t hold with people taking advantage of the system. I also think that our government is too big; however, I don’t believe it should be cut down as much as many conservatives do. I do listen to what is said here and ponder that, as well as other issues. I am smart enough to know that I don’t have all the answers and really wouldn’t want to have all the answers; there is still so much to learn. I love the motto “Live and let live.” If I fight against something, I’m only giving it more power. I’m kind of a political mish-mash to be honest.

          • Thamera

I don’t think your assessment of yourself comes as a surprise to anyone karolyn…

          • Jay

What in the world was that? You basically said nothing, but as you said, you have much to learn! Proceed.

          • DaveH

You are smart enough to know that you don’t have all the answers? Exactly. That is what this site is all about — the recognition that we don’t have all the answers and therefore we must respect other individuals’ right to control their own lives and legally acquired property without the coercion or force of Big Government (which is just other people). Every time you vote for Government to take care of somebody else, you are voting for People (in Government) to force their way on other people. We need to get Government back to the role of protecting people from fraud and force by other people, and get government out of the business of being our nanny. They have no business protecting us from ourselves.

          • karolyn

            Dave, I agree.

          • (WIA) Wild Indian in Action

karolyn, did you learn all of this in Religion 101? Democrat, Liberal, MishMash and Opinions of your beliefs? Kenya say Monkey?, Monkey

          • DaveH

            Karolyn,
I wanted to acknowledge that you were right about just responding to Bob’s attack. His comment was so far up the thread that I hadn’t seen it before I made my comment. You were justified.

          • Karolyn

            Thanks, Dave, for the acknowledgment.

      • Bob

You talk about lies and et you never refute – you just blather on and on. If you truly believed in “live and let live” you wouldn’t even be posting on a website that obviously doesn’t agree with your twisted and perverted worldview; you would be on the huff post singing in chorus with the rest of the collectivist parasites and scum. You say you don’t believe in big governemnt and yet you have previously admitted to being a tax-consuming parasite – a product of big government. You need to start a card file of what you say in order that you no longer contradict yourself. You really should return to the huff post where your idiocy is seen a normalcy. Again, what I am say is not unkindness, not hateful, just plain and simple truth; you obviously can’t deal with that.

        • karolyn

But, Bob, I do believe in some of the positions that are espoused here. Apparently, though, it has to be ALL or NOTHING for you. Just because I am not a Christian, am pro-choice and work for AmeriCorps I am someone to be dismissed? Prior to joining this site almost a year ago, I was not visiting ANY political sites to speak of. This experience has given me a whole new view. Would you deny anyone that just because they don’t agree with you?

          • (WIA) Wild Indian in Action

karolyn, can you say “Conservative Site”? Now be polite and go back to the Monkey pack.

          • Michael J.

            karolyn,
Thanks for confirming what we all suspected. I think the following information and stats explain your veiwpoints. Why not back the socialist when you yourself stand to lose so much should he fail.

            Americorp facts:
Among the most wasteful of the spending increases hidden in President Obama’s 2011 budget proposal is his plan to create an army of government-funded community organizers at the shocking price of $1.4 billion. While the economy reels and many taxpayers are looking for ways to trim their personal spending, the president is demanding a whopping 59 percent boost for the Corporation for National and Community Service and its best-known program, AmeriCorps.

Youth who enlist in AmeriCorps receive education grants, living allowances, student-loan repayment, child care and other financial benefits. The average annual cost to taxpayers is $10,752 for each of these so-called volunteers. Doling out more than a billion dollars in taxpayer funds to pay “volunteers” is contrary to the very meaning of the word.

The long list of benefits succeeded in attracting 20,000 recruits after President Clinton created AmeriCorps in 1993. Mr. Obama’s stated goal is to raise that number to a quarter-million by 2017. It’s clear why the president wants to give a boost to this outfit, and the reasons are political – not charitable.

Rep. Virginia Foxx, North Carolina Republican, attempted last year to prohibit groups “engaged in political or legislative advocacy” from receiving taxpayer dollars through AmeriCorps. The left saw this as a direct attack on what has become a prime source of income and blocked the effort. As a result, the state of Oregon hosts on its official Web site a job listing for an AmeriCorps “volunteer” to accept an $11,100 living allowance and a $4,725 education award to work full time for a local Planned Parenthood office. The position requires a “commitment to the mission of Planned Parenthood,” which – among other things – is to maximize the number of abortions performed by Planned Parenthood….”

We have covered other stories about Americorps and of the firing of their Inspector General, Gerald Walpin after he found cronyism involving a friend of the President and taxpayer funding of personal items for the friend. We have shown the mannerisms and details of the indoctrination of our youth. One of divisions, “City Year”, has this for a slogan: “Together we’re building a citizen service movement that is larger than our organization, our lifetime, and ourselves.” The organization partners with corporate America in order to facilitate their agenda.

Not only does George Soros contribute funding to this organization but both Barack Obama and Michelle have served on the board of trustees. Congratulations Karolyn

          • Karolyn

Michael – All I can say is that I am very grateful to have a job after four years without one; and what I am doing is contributing to the betterment of society by assisting a nonprofit organization that combats domestic violence, child abuse and sexual assault. I am also contributing to the economy because I have a job. Also, I am 64 years old and have paid taxes my whole like; so, in essence I am paying myself. The living allowance allows me to not have to partake of other entitlements like Food Stamps. It is impossible to run a nonprofit social services agency without government assistance. If these nonprofits did not exist, the government would have to step in at a much higher cost.

And I really don’t want to hear the “There are plenty of jobs out there” crowd. That is BS, at least in this part of the country. As far as the “sucking on the government teat” crowd goes, I have worked all my life and contributed to this society, doing whatever I had to do to live a decent life.

          • Jay

Micheal J, so naturally, anyone involved with this organization would vote for you know who. And also, defend, on this blogging site, you know who. And you know who, is essentially BUYING and GUARANTEEING, VOTES and creating a socialist little army!!! Am I correct?

        • Jay

Bob, Karolyn’s agenda here is very obvious! She’s an Obama supporter and a socialist at heart! Then why is she here? To distract and subvert, to create dissension and aggravate us! When she is successful in pulling you into one of her circular arguments and upsets your peace, she no doubt smiles within herself with satisfaction! Engage in conversation with her if you must, but keep what I said in mind, when you do!

    • Robert Smith

You sound soooooooo christian Bob. Thanks for such an excellent example.

      Rob

      • Thamera

Robert S. as far as you and karolyn are concerned you are cut from the same cloth…you attempt to censor people that you don’t agree with yet have no problem when it comes to aborting a child. It is very hard to have any respect for a person that claims to hold such high moral ethics when you don’t extend that same consideration to the defenseless and innocent unborn child.

        • karolyn

Thamera – You are coming from a totally different mindset than I am. There is no “give”, no attempt to understand, from your “side.” I respect your view. Why can’t he same respect be afforded to people with a different way of viewing things. It’s like judging another religion because their beliefs differ from yours. How can that be? If you put yourself in their shoes, it’s the same on the other hand; so why judge? Who are we to judge? Why can’t there be more respect? Essentially, nobody’s wrong. When a belief system makes people believe that their way is the ONLY way, it doesn’t really allow for much freedom. You know what I believe about the spirit; and that is what I believe period. There is nothing wrong with death.

          • Jay

Karolyn, you and Robert are so full of BS, you both stink to high heavens!

          • DaveH

What’s the difference, Karolyn? The difference is that Thamera isn’t trying to make your decisions for you through Big Government. You are trying to make Thamera’s decisions (and mine). Otherwise I wouldn’t care what your personal opinions were.
As far as abortion goes, I am ambivalent. We do have laws against murder, but when does life start? Does it start when sperm meets egg? Does it start when the fetus looks human? If it’s wrong to kill the fertilized egg, is it also wrong to kill the sperm before it reaches the egg, or the egg before the sperm reaches it? These are all personal questions, that I believe only the mother should answer until that baby is out of her body, especially since many women die giving birth. Let God decide her punishment, not us. I know, I’m an atheist, but most of the rest of you aren’t.
Personally, when it comes to abortion, I look at the silver lining of not having another Liberal to contend with, or another unloved child being born to maybe someday become another Charles Manson or who knows what.
And I think, if we’re going to concern ourselves with what constitutes murder, we should start with our military being involved in wars against people who have not even attacked our country.
We need to hold people in Government to the same rigid standards that we hold people to in mainstream America.

          • karolyn

Once again, Dave, I agree with what you say, and I am not for big government! I too believe there are too many laws, and we don’t need the government to tell us how to live. I don’t tell ANYBODY what to do or not to do, even in a counseling capacity; consequently, I don’t like anybody telling ME what to do. I do believe, though, that something needs to be done starting with the kids to radically change this culture; and if the parents are not capable of doing it, then they need to be taught in school. Just recently, we were discussing the classes that there used to be in high school that would be of benefit to our whole society if they were reinstituted.

          • DaveH

Don’t know what classes you’re talking about, Karolyn, but parents ought to have the right to know what their kids are being taught, and they ought to have the right to pick the school their kids are going to attend. If they’re being taught to embrace free sex for example, it’s the parents who usually bear the burden of that mistake until they are adults and out of the house.
If there is one class the kids really need (as well as most adults) it’s economics. Why don’t they routinely teach that in High School? Is it because too many people would then realize how the leaders are taking us to the cleaners?

          • http://www.personalliberty.com 150fowl

Dave I have always been sort of undecided about the right of a woman having a early term abortion but against a late term. But your definition of eliminating liberals and Mansons with abortions has changed my outlook. Make them completely legal

          • karolyn

Well, Dave, actually, one class that was brought up was Home Ec. Do they still teach Civics or Social Studies?

          • (WIA) Wild Indian in Action

karolyn, Did you know that there is no cure for Total Blindness?

          • http://?? Joe H.

            150fowl,
If you make them completely legal, what about the Washingtons, the Jeffersons, the good people you abort as well?? you have to be ready to take the bad to get the good!!

          • Thamera

sorry karolyn…moral relativism doesn’t work for me. I’m reminded of the song by Aaron Tippin, “you’ve got to stand for something, or you’ll fall for anything.”

          • Thamera

“There is nothing wrong with death” writes karolyn…very strange statement karolyn…perhaps it is the way in which the sentence is worded, but in my opinion, there is a lot wrong with death, especially when it is forced upon you. That death for everyone at some point is a given and is irrefutable, but to say there is nothing wrong with it? I have to wonder about that…

          • Karolyn

Thamera, I have spoken of my beliefs before. I believe that death is just the beginning of a new journey for spirit. It is the freeing of the spirit, or soul, to be reincarnated if it so wishes. Death is only hard for the people left behind. I know I will probably be ridiculed for this belief; however, it’s no more weird than thinking that there is a heaven and a hell and a devil. The religions that believe in this concept are no less valid than yours.

          • Kate8

karolyn – Ancient wisdom also speaks of a kind of ‘heaven’ and ‘hell’, which, I believe, is what Christ spoke of.

Only those who’ve strived toward the Light and sought Christ consciousness are able to move on to the higher dimensions, where evil cannot exist.

Those who operate only on the physical plane, who have no affinity for the Light and Divine Love, are bound to this dimension. It is an imprisonment of the soul, where they are cut off from Spirit. Earth is, literally, a prison planet, at least on this dimension. Hell is a state of being cut off from Divine Love.

This is the work of the Dark Brotherhoods, to sever our spiritual connections to God through various methods of mind control. They’ve succeeded, too.

The problem is that there is too little understanding of Christ’s teachings, and of Scripture in general. This was intentional, for those with ‘ears to hear’, just as were all the ancient teachings of the masters. In order to find the truth, one must diligently seek the truth. Otherwise one is left with only a superficial understanding.

          • Dan az

Kate you sound as if your a student of Eckankar.

          • Karolyn

            Thanks, Kate.

          • Kate8

Dan az – Sorry, no. I have only a very limited understanding of Eckankar.

My primary source of study is the Bible. Other teachings only serve to help me increase my understanding of Scripture. What I derive from my quest is what I perceive on my own.

Why should I accept someone else’s understanding of truth, when I can go straight to the Source myself. There are as many interpretations of “truth” as there are religions and philosophies. Why should I trust someone else’s over my own?

Look how many factions there are of Christianity alone! Usually someone reads something into a certain scriptural passage and starts a new denomination around it, not taking the whole in its context.

I am always open to new revelation. I am not so sure of myself as to think I know anything at all. I believe that we haven’t even passed the tip of the iceberg when it comes to knowledge and understanding of “Truth”.

          • Karolyn

Great explanation Kate. You have such a way with words.

          • Jay

Karolyn, I find this statement of yours to be filled with provocative assumptions and ambiguity!

I do believe, though, that something needs to be done starting with the kids to radically change this culture; and if the parents are not capable of doing it, then they need to be taught in school.

Radically change this culture? This culture has already been radically changed, and that, by the socialist education system, and not, for the better! How would you, change it, exactly?

Why do you feel or believe that the socialist, left-wing education system is qualified to teach children in order to radically change this culture? By teaching them what, precisely? More Socialism?

As a parent, I can speak for most parents, that your statement, if the parents, collectively speaking, as i’m sure you intended, are not capable of doing it, meaning, teach their children, that we find your statement highly offensive and insulting! Do you think that we are all a bunch of dolts? How can you make such and off-the- cuff and moronic statement? Do you not read what you write? Do you not posses any internal dialogue? No wonder people here don’t take you seriously, you are a walking contradiction!

        • Jay

Well said Thamera, you plunged the knife right in the heart of the matter!

May I ask why someone who believes in Jesus Christ may be a problem to you?

I see nothing wrong with such, I applaud those that Love him and follow his “true teaching’s.”
As man of Peace and Love Christ who gave his life for to show his Love for humans is something one should look up to as being very special.
But thats just my opinion, you are free to explore your opinions as well.

I don’t think its something one should belittle others for. Now do you honestly feel thats within reason to belittle others for expressing their Love of Christ?

        • libertytrain

World domination has been tried several times before and has always failed! It’s being tried again, and again, it will fail!!! Let’s all keep that in mind, shall we! While few of the population, that we call the ruling elite, personally, I call them pathetic control freaks, are plagued with the obsession and desire to control the masses, most of us posses an innate desire to be free, while the remainder seem to have absolutely no clue! If we, the watchers and sentinels, succumb to the media’s forced perception that we are all goners, then what chance do we have? Should we not be looking beyond our government, beyond our enemies, beyond our problems and start looking and listening to the One who is on our side, the God who created and blessed this once great nation? We have allowed our political and economic situation to distract us. Did Peter not walk on water for a brief moment but failed when he focused on the storm and the raging sea? He succeeded only when he was focused on Who? Let’s stay focused, shall we!

    • Bert Cundle

World Domination has been tried with Force & Respect! Respect got farther!

      • Thamera

Is anyone supposed to know what you mean by this BC? Did you just wake up, throw something onto the keyboard just for the sake of it and go back to sleep?

        • Bert Cundle

          Did You Read Jay Says?

          • Thamera

Yes BC – I still don’t know what point you are trying to make with your post, and – I agree with Jay. I’m trying to figure out how respect correlates with world domination…respect and world domination, in my mind, are juxtapositionally opposed…an oxymoron.

          • DaveH

I think I know what Bert is saying, and I agree.
Rather than imposing our will on other countries, nation building and such, we should be getting our own ducks in a row, shrink Government dramatically, thus restoring our own peace and prosperity, and give the rest of the world a shining example of the power of Freedom.

          • Bert Cundle

In Peace Time… There is RESPECT! // In War Time… There is Force!

  • Bert Cundle

ARE WE TO BLAME FOR “OUR” GOVERNMENT?
    CAN WE FIX IT?

  • perot-wise

Bert, yes and yes, but we will have to turn off the idiot box and get off the sofa and get out and talk to folks, about what is real. We have to stand in front of our liberal family members and tell them the truth, not opinion, the truth of history, the truth of humanity and then when they have their hands out, the truth of economy that a man will earn his living by the sweat of his brow not someone else. And if all else fails be willing to resort to the last box.

  • http://n/a Anna M

I came to that conclusion a few weeks ago with regard to the ‘distractions’ theory so I re-grouped and re-focused. The main goal should be to rid ourselves of Mr. Obama ASAP before he totally ruins our nation. The surest way is IMPEACHMENT. I have been on many sites where one or two comments suggest this; yet, no one has seriously considered it. I have not noticed anywhere in print, verbal, or innuendo that this is even an option.

Please, can anyone tell me why this is not an option????

    • Jay

Anna M, I have been trying to copy and paste a link that will take you to a site where you can sign a petition to impeach Obama, strangely, without success. Just type in your search, impeach obama campaign. I have copied and paste links before, strange. Perhaps the site administrator won’t allow it for reasons unbeknown to me.

      • DaveH

        Jay,
open another browser tab (or window), find your site. Then type in Alt+d (highlights the URL)(or otherwise highlight the URL in the address field), then Ctrl+c (copy), then Ctrl+v (paste) to paste it into your comment field:
        http://www.impeachobamacampaign.com/sign-the-petition/

        • Jay

          Thanks for the tip DaveH!

    • DaveH

Of course it’s an option, if for no other reason than his Unconstitutional involvement in Libya. But I doubt we would get past even the House of Reps with Boehner and the like. For sure, the Senate would do nothing, just as they did nothing when Clinton was impeached.
The main problem is that Obama is just the tip of the iceberg.

    • TIME

      Hi Anna,

That would be all well and fine but please do understand that Barry is only a “symptom.”
The root cause is that 80% plus of the American Public is 100% ingorant of whats going on. The media keep them spinning in circles, the politicians make them spin even faster. Thus what happens?

      Ok lets look at the events, Barry is alledged to have written two books about himself and his “lifes struggles.” {That in and of its self should make anyone who knows 20th Century history take a good long look.}

Be that as it may whats the Constitution states about being POTUS. That one must be of “NATURAL BORN” parents, as in BOTH of them.
      Not just one.
Thus by Barrys own words and records on his father that Barry can’t seal, his father was “not a natural born American,” nor even a citizen of the United States of America.
So ask yourself why did congress and the senate not open investigations into Barry’s own words?

      Let alone Barrys alledged scholarship, that he again tells his story of, {is not available to American Citizens.}
Thus one has to ask how did Barry get this again if he is an American Citizen?

Look I love to learn, I enjoy thinking as well games like Chess.

So when you look at just the MOVES alone Barry’s game stinks from move one.
When the American public will buy a product even when the product tells you there is something very wrond with it.
Whats that say about the general public?

I come back to Trained MONKEYS, as I can’t grasp that “any thinking rational minded person that can grasp even basic logic” would buy in to this absurd program they are being sold.
Its akin to playing jump into a pit of razor blades and see what happens, its utterly crazy.

      • http://?? Joe H.

I have always like the term monkey, because the first image in my mine is obumber on a leash makeing people on the street corner smile at him while the whole time he has his hands on your wallet. And the organ grinder who trained him tries to distract you with his constant grinding of the organ in a box.
Sorass reminds me of him while keeping obummer on his leash stealing from the unsuspecting is his main goal of redistribution of wealth.

    • TIME

      Dan,
Very interesting, I was thinking more in line with the alledged theory of Evoultion.
Where that all falls apart is this, {Humans are the only animial that has the Genitic format HAR 1} Monkeys don’t have such and never did, thus we could never have evolved from such.
Yet many Humans have the gray matter level of a ” trained MONKEY.” They can do simple task while looking cute.

But I love your analogy. .

      • Dan az

Thanks Time, I was never a fan of darwin’s theory even at an age of only five. I found holes in it from the very beginning when they tried to push that theory on me in kindergarten.

    • DaveH

As a young child, I was at a carnival watching an organ grinder’s monkey taking donations from people (mostly pennies). The monkey came over to me, and before I could react had pulled my zipper down, thinking the copper tab was a penny I guess, or maybe he was trained to do that. Anyway, the crowd got a big laugh out of it.

Some good post here today. My post is not as elaborate. However I’m old and I have no intention of being politically correct. Today I like the Monkey issue. The Monkeys are those that believe that the government can better make decisions for them than they can make for themselves. The Monkeys feel insecure without having their government blanket to cling too while they suck their thumb. They wait to be told what is good and what is not, and they will react accordingly. The Monkey reads nothing, does not study issues and will vote along either party line without knowledge of or consideration to the consequences of such action. The true Monkey cares more about American Idol that the American way. The Constitution of the United States holds absolutely no importance for them. The purest Monkey will vote for Alvin Green and not have the slightest idea of how they got the privilege to do so.

    • Bitter Libertarian

I personally like the term ZOMBIE. :P

    • DaveH

I think the majority of people have a need to be led, and an inclination to worship authority figures. Why else would so many people waste their time watching the Royal Wedding or worshipping movie stars and such? Is that need innate, or is it something that we were brainwashed with as children? Whatever the case, I don’t have it. People have to earn my respect.

      • karolyn

Dave, I don’t think it’s societal. There has always been a fascination with the lives of others, especially the rich and famous. I think it is a natural human thing, especially prevalent in kids. Just like anything else, some of us have it more than others.

      • Jay

Definitely brainwashed, it is unhealthy to pay homage to the rich and famous. When we do so, we stimulate in them an unhealthy ego and also, an overinflated sense of worth. We also facilitate a class distinction, “They are so wonderful, we are just plebes”, through that kind of idiotic adoration.

      • Vigilant

This all reminds me of the “unhealthy” homage being paid to that charlatan Donald Trump.

        • DaveH

It’s an unfortunate truth that a large portion of voters vote superficially. I one time asked my mother who she was voting for. She said she wouldn’t vote for Bush because he was so ugly.
So the candidate with the highest recognition has a huge edge. That’s why the sitting politicians want so badly to institute so-called Campaign Finance Reform. The less exposure the challengers get, the greater the probabilities are that the incumbents will keep their seats.

    • (WIA) Wild Indian in Action

RBrown and Time , perhaps karolyn can now grasp the term Monkey.

  • Bitter Libertarian

My personal belief is that when examining ‘What Ills” the nation you MUST look at the cause(s). YES there are causes…YES people are responsible…..YES they MUST be held accountable..YES…the Causes are PREVENTABLE! I’m not going to debate that all things could be ‘deemed preventable’…we are not talking philosophlically, we are talking FACTUALLY.

That said….The NONSENCE put forth for our digestion is GARBAGE….intended (as stated) to distract. What that means is its Time to STOP being LAZY and FIGURE out what SHOULD be on TV….I’ve studied this day and night on-n-off for 3 years now. I do not claim expertise, but I am looking at this from my military experience. If I were to offer ONE SINGLE ENEMY of the United States TODAY…it would be the Private Banking Cartel known as the Federal Reserve. Were I situated to do what I wanted for one day it would be to INITIATE FORCE without Prejudice in FULL to it and anyone willing to defend it. Its EVIL-Corroding-TOXIC-DESTRUCTIVE-AND ILLEGAL.
We dont need a war on Drugs, we need a WAR ON THE FEDERAL RESERVE and equally important—its OWNERS.

The only thing that concerns me is if it were done….I wouldnt be suprised if a Nuke or biological agent were released on Americans in the aftermath….as punishment.

    • TIME

      BL,

You bring up some “great points”, the FED is EVIL in all ways shapes and forms. Thats very easy to grasp for anyone who opens their eyes.

I also really like your last statment.

Oddly I feel the Biological agents will happen non the less, has anyone ever watched jets before? I don’t mean the football team. We are talking about the ones in the skys.

Note the “contrails” ever wounder why one has a thin contrail that seems to do what you have become accustom to they just fade away within a few moments?

Yet others are FAT, and hang there in the sky and get fatter and bigger and spread out for hundreds of miles? Ask why is that?

Its not due to the fuel, the fuel is the same type thats been used for 50 plus years.

Its not the motors, the moters have become even better thus if the old ones left little to no contrail, why only in the last ten years have these become so FAT and blow out to over 100 miles and yet hang in the sky for hours on end?

Got any answers? I have a few but to date I can’t find solid proof. Alex Jones claims he has, anyone else?

      • DaveH

The thing that makes me skeptical is the fact that if anything was being purposely released in the atmosphere, it would be uncontrollable. Even the leaders can’t control the weather (I know they have the Liberals convinced that they can, but that isn’t hard). Even the leaders would be affected. But if we ever see the leaders walking around with gas masks on, I might change my mind, lol.

        • TIME

          Dave,

Think about this for a few moments the alledged leaders we know of due to their face being in every media camera they can find, yet they are never in the “general public?” Why is that?

Ever try and find Nancy, how about Chuckie Schummer, he give’s press statments always inside. Waxman is never in the sunlight, nor is Grahm, nor Kerry, and when such go on Political jaunts the air space around where they are is not a viable flying zone.

          • karolyn

What about Obama? He’s always outside.

          • TIME

            Karolyn,

Please read my post again, you will note I stated that during any Political Juant the air space around where such is happening is not available to other craft.

            As I fly a lot in a smaller jet I get to even sit up front now and then to see what many of us would love to see when flying, no I am not a pilot, but I have taken leasons and I know my pilot’s quite well, plus I would like to add that {I stayed at a Holiday Inn.}

The point being I get first hand intel on such, thats why there are as well “air controllers,” they tell you where you can and can’t fly, let alone all flight plans need to be oked prior to take off.
Thats one of the reason you have to taxi, your flight plans get adjustments as your doing so.
Again I am not an expert, I am sure we have some pilots here who can fill you in on details that I have missed.

            Also again I would like to add { I stayed at a Holiday Inn! }

          • DaveH

The atmosphere is always moving. Gases diffuse freely throughout.
Think about the radiation worries from the Japan earthquake, even though we are thousands of miles away.
There would be no hiding from such.
By the way, I’m not one of those worrying about the radiation.

We don’t see the politicians amongst us for very good reasons, and most of them have to do with lead allergies.

          • Kate8

You all need to broaden your thinking.

Technology has advanced to the point where it is known how to neutralize the effects of toxic agents in the environment when they choose to do so. When we are gone I’m sure they’ll haul them out.

They also know how to keep their own bodies clean and unharmed by toxic effects. We could all do this if we had the money and the knowledge.

One such method is super-oxygenation, especially using ozone, which is a most powerful detoxifier. They also know how to keep their lymphatic system moving, and have technologies that stimulate rapid healing. These technologies are not extended to the unwashed, as we are targeted for removal.

I would bet, also, that the environment they live and work in is pretty filtered and regulated to keep contamination to a minimum.

There is so much to which the elite have access that we don’t. Just look at how most of them get to be really aged and still active and healthy.

          • DaveH

Come on you guys. You’re opening yourselves up to ridicule by the Liberals.
We are the slave class. If they eliminate us they will have to do the work themselves. Heaven forbid.

          • Kate8

DaveH – The day I worry about ridicule by the liberals will be the day I take my last breath. They ridicule anything that doesn’t fit their extremely limited vision.

That’s the problem with too many conservatives. They worry more about being made to look bad than they do about speaking the truth, so they remain silent. Of course, that only makes them look worse to those who want someone strong enough to stand up in the face of all the Left can hurl at them.

This information is readily available, if you know where to look and care to do the research. It’s just like talking about things like chemtrails, and the poisoning of our food and water. Not to mention the deadly agenda of our medical system. There’s some unspoken taboo against us speaking of it, even amongst ourselves.

As long as things can be left unspoken, or laughed at, the PTB can continue these programs unopposed. All we have to lose is our health and our lives. But at least we won’t be ridiculed.

          • DaveH

How can you hope to change the minds of those who have been propagandized for so long, when you talk about things that are totally far-fetched?

          • DaveH

You guys see conspiracies. I see humans acting like humans, in their own self-interest. Doctors aren’t purposely poisoning us. They are just doing what they know and making money. Now, for sure they step over the line often in their arrogance, such as forcing unwanted medical routines on parents’ children. But I don’t believe for an instant that they purposely want to harm those children. They have just come to believe that they know what is best. And that is the disease that has enveloped our country. The disease that says one person has the right to force his way on another through Government.
We have an opportunity here to wake people up, and I think you are squandering that away with far-fetched conspiracy theories.

          • Dan az

            Dave
I know that sometimes a theory sounds ridiculous at times but when the proof comes out its hard to deny that sometimes the big picture evades the normalcy of belief.Take NWO for an example it was believed that it was nothing more than conspiracy nuts saying that we are being taking over from within our guvmnt.Funny thing is its true!I try to examine all the facts and myths before I come to a conclusion.I was going to give this site to kate but I think you may want to read it too.
            http://www.americanfreepress.net/html/whistleblowers_266.html

          • JeffH

Dan az, thanks for the link. I agree, too many coincidental deaths surrounding these people. Takes me right back to all of the tragedies of the “witnesses” and participants in the whole JFK assassination and medical exams.

          • Kate8

Dan az – Thanks for the link.

DaveH – Of course, not all doctors are bad. They are simply not properly educated about health. They may be well-intentioned, but they are tools of BigPharma. They do some seeming miraculous things, as well, but just think how much good they could do if they were properly schooled in healing rather than disease management.

As for chemtrails and the like…don’t you ever look up? There’s plenty of really graphic info online if you google. By some pretty prestigious folks, too.

Too many people are quick to blow off ideas as “conspiracy theories” without doing the research. If that is more comfortable for you, then that is your right. It’s just not a good idea to demean those who try to inform just because you don’t like the message. It’s wise to know what you are talking about before you pontificate.

  • Ken Bittner

I’m kinda tired of the karolyn and bob name calling so I’ll try and get back on the post topic here. Distraction.
I don’t watch TV or read the newspaper. Period. Haven’t for several years. And, I don’t miss it at all. As I’ve discovered (and most of you know) the msm is all propaganda.
I don’t care what kind of “treaty” Billary signs. She doesn’t speak for me. Never has…never will.
I’m a vet. Lived a full life and am ready to meet my God. You know the old saying “from my cold dead fingers???
Well, I’m prepared to die defending my (and my children’s and grandchildren’s) rights to defend myself. I hope they’re ready to die trying to take my weapons from me.

  • Raggs

That was a good article Bob…
Trouble is only a limited few will ever realize what we see.

The truth is I like Trump even though he has a “cotton candy hair-do”. The ordeal about the birth cert is like you said a distraction perpetrated by the extreme left as a tool to diminish any hope of a canidate to run against their god obama…

I have been watching Fox news ( I never watch any other ) gas prices are projected to reach $6 a gallon by mid-summer with no end in sight.
The left wing extremist media say’s nothing to the fact that this is obama’s baby and by all TRUE accounts it is his doing!
He leads this country on the path to destruction and it is his intention.

  • JeffH

Speaking of distractions, has anybody seen the little spat that brewed between Beck and Huckabee?

Mike Huckabee picks an unnecessary fight with Glenn… loses badly
    http://www.glennbeck.com/2011/04/22/mike-huckabee-picks-an-unnecessary-fight-with-glenn-loses-badly/

Beck referred to Huckabee as a Republican “progressive” and Huckabee took offense and of course Beck was correct, Huckabee is a “progressive” despite his soft easygoing demeanor.

    • JeffH

Again, speaking of distractions, how about the RINO progressive McCain and his call for more support of the Libya’s rebels?

      • JeffH

Okay, Jeff, you had to rub it in, lol. But still we have many fewer of them here in Arizona, then you have in California.

        • JeffH

          DaveH, sorry!lol

    • DaveH

I didn’t need Beck to tell me that.

  • Average Joe

It’s all about the small, stupid crap that we fight over instead of seeing the bigger picture…..that “BOTH” parties are in cahoots……and “our” concerns….are “not their” concerns.
The government is a corporation…a “business” and as such operates as a corporation…bottom line …they are in it for the maximum “profit”….and since they do not produce anything….. other than legislation…to control others… and taxes, to insure that they continue a credit line with foreign banks ( yes, Virginia the Federal Reserve “IS”a foreign bank, privately owned and operated). As long as we agree to keep paying the interest on the National debt…they can borrow FRN’s till their heads explode (btw, the FRN’s are created out of thin air …just numbers on a computer screen) at interest….how’s that for a sweet deal? and it’s perfectly legal…Oh, did I mention that the more of these immaginary numbers there are in circulation…they less each one is worth? Pulled out of thin air…came into existence by a single keystroke…but somehow….we believe it has some type of worth?…nothing…. with a bunch of zero’s added on …is still nothing……Next…they thow a few goodies at us (SSI,Medicare/caide,food stamps, dept of education etc.)and we become dependent for their handouts (A fairly small amount of overall spending) and we will just be as happy as a pig in chitt…as long as the goodies keep comming.

Now that we are appeased, the “Government” can get back to it’s “business” at hand…which consists of wargames for fun and profit (defense contrators make a bundle don’t you know? So do people with investments in them)…What the heck…bombs are only a few hundred thousand each…let’s drop 200 today, no biggy….order some more!….Where should we drop them?…throw a dart at the map….those poor basturds….Now, the defense contractors kick back (imaginary, yup..it’s still imaginary) money to our elected officials to make sure they keep their contracts and everybody makes money and pats themselves on the back for a job well done…BTW…while we’re bombing the crap out of somebody…send in some toops to loot the place…and shoot anyone there that doesn’t like that idea (we’ll call it “Spreading Democracy’)…and there must be some casulties on our side…gotta drum up that Patriotism( we can’t have them know that would could just bomb them into oblivion and not lose a single aircraft) besides…we can give those resources to some of our buddies….and they can give us more kickbacks and goodies under the table to keep their contracts. This ladies and gentlemen is what goes on with everyone and everything that does business with good ole Uncle Sam….this is why our agenda and their agenda….are two completely different animals…just enough to keep us from rioting in the streets and demanding their heads on a stick…and nothing more. They keep us fighting over stupid crap so that we don’t pay attention to what they are actually doing….Yes…we are being raped…in broad daylight…and nobody is paying attention…because we are being distratced by the “sound bite” media!

  • Jeff

I suggest all of you look up the book titled “The Unseen Hand”. If you read this, you’ll understand what is really going on. In any event, it is about time for “We The People” to rise up.

  • American Patriot

    Obama deception. Watch this.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eAaQNACwaLw

  • James

The NWO isn’t a conspiracy theory, it’s a work in progress. President H. W. Bush mentioned it right up front. There’s a NWO DVD that shows notable after notale saying it. The United Nations has been with us since 1948. Our presidents no longer secure our national borders. Our nation is being flooded with illegal aliens. And we have an illegal alien communist in the Oval Office, who is suing Arizona for daring to secure their own border with Mexico. The European nations are now all one nation, with a single currency, and President W. Bush started the formation of the American Union (Canada, United States and Mexico) with common curency (the Amero). President Obama dealt with the U.N., about its Resolution 1973, before bombing Libya – without even consulting our Congress for authority. And Secretary of State Clinton has promised the U.N. she can disarm Americans when the time comes. Those who say such things will never happen are blind.

    • DaveH

I agree, James. And for anybody who doesn’t believe they could happen, just think about how much Obama has gotten away with so far that has never been done before.
To really open your mind to reality read “Lincoln Unmasked” by Thomas DiLorenzo. Learn how brazenly Lincoln stepped all over the Constitution and got away with it.
      And for the class-envy embracers:
Think about this — The political class doesn’t want Free Enterprise and the removal of Government from the Marketplace. Why? Because then they can’t reward their Crony Capitalists and build their own power and perks. They are making fools of you. They want your votes and that is all. They will tell you whatever sweet-sounding lies you are dumb and greedy enough to swallow.

    • JeffH

I agree with both yourself and DaveH. Somehow the message has to get through to everyone or a great majority. All we can do is continue to exchange information in any way possible and continue to support like minded organizations efforts and each others efforts to get the message through and expose the frauds in our government and their bed partners.

    • GRusling

I’m afraid the Honorable Ms. Clinton has made a basic error. She will never disarm “America” if she lives to be 100 years old! There’s a whole world of people out here she has never known and never had to deal with, who will gladly die before they surrender their guns to her or any other in the political chattering class.

I’m old already, and she will probably outlive me but I trained my sons and daughters well so THEY won’t give up their arms either! My grand children (23 of them) are now learning what I taught their parents. The eldest among them are already armed and aware, even those still to young to carry a weapon outside their parents presence. Generations of my ancestors refused to submit and my descendents have never been taught how to give up.

I teach them all to rely on the “three boxes” of American Freedom, the ballot box, the soap box and, as a final resort, the cartridge box. If and when the time comes there are MILLIONS of like-minded people who “have guns and are willing to travel if necessary.”

Never give up the fight! In the long run we’ll win because we simply refuse to quit…

  • chuckb

before the dust settles the conservative americans will again have to fight for their country and their freedom. we have allowed the bolshevik faction to destroy our heritage thru civil rights legislation, to rip apart our society and squander our wealth. barry has thrown the door wide open for the world to rush in. we have allowed the education system to turn into an indoctrination center to further the bolshevik agenda. the republican party is rendered useless by self indulged rino’s. we have allowed the politicians to involve our country into another useless war, now we are siding with the same jihadist we are fighting in another country, this is insane.

  • DaveH

I guess I come from a unique perspective compared to most of you, having been a Libertarian since age 26 (35 years ago). Add to that the fact that I was immersed in reading about Big Government folly regularly because I was determined to get rich by investing, and anybody who is an astute investor knows that to be successful you must keep a constant eye on what Government is doing.
While most of you were doing the rah-rah-sis-boom-bah thing for your Political Party, I was thinking about the practical results of various legislation. As a result, I know that both Political Parties have been playing us for decades (actually for a good 150 years), and not having a team, I could sit back and judge them rationally.
I do think the Republicans are more benign than are the Democrats, but they are very far from lilly-white.
For those who think I’m biased due to my Libertarian Party affiliations, I can only tell you that I wrote a very critical letter to Party headquarters because I ran across a California Libertarian candidate who was soft on gun-rights. I made it very clear to them that it was better to field no candidate at all than to field a candidate who was soft on our Principles. I will at no time put up with shenanigans just because they come from members of my chosen party.
I hope someday this country will get back to the Principled direction that was pointed out to us by folks like Jefferson, Madison, and Washington.

Nicely stated DaveH. One must maintain vigilance, and not fully trust nor be distracted by labels, after all, human nature is always the wild joker in the deck!

    http://mises.org/daily/5217/Happy-Mother-Earth-Day-Citizen

    • DaveH

      From the article:
“Since all physical resources required for human survival come from the Earth, and are a part of this “living system,” this implies that humans cannot do anything — they cannot even exist on Earth — without the permission of the Earth. And if governments are the representatives of the Earth in exercising its rights, then this logically implies that people cannot do anything without the permission of their government. This is the real purpose of the doctrine. It logically eradicates any possible human rights.”

Governments are forever looking for ways to subjugate their citizens.
