Despite Web Catastrophe, Ron Paul Continues To Defy Odds

The Ron Paul campaign has experienced media snubbing and the attempts of fellow GOP Presidential contenders to discredit everything the candidate says. The most recent unexpected hurdle came in the form of a cyberattack on a major fundraising initiative last Saturday.

According to RevoluTimes, at about 10:30 p.m. EDT the candidate’s official Facebook page was updated with the message, “The website is under cyber attack. Our team is working to fix this as we speak. So sorry to all who have tried to make donations and could not. We’ll have more info ASAP.”

The attack, which reportedly lasted a little more than an hour, was described as a distributed denial of service (DDoS) attack, which overloads Web servers and causes a website to go offline. The attack took place during a campaign fundraising initiative that was being held in honor of the candidate’s birthday. Despite the disruption, the Paul campaign reported earnings of just over $1.8 million in small monetary donations.

“Our campaign is truly surging, and this is just more evidence of the strength of our grassroots support,” said Ron Paul 2012 Campaign Chairman Jesse Benton in a press release. “We’ve just come off of an impressive finish in the Iowa straw poll, and our rising poll numbers and strong fundraising proves our message is resonating with people.”

Though Paul was largely neglected by media following his second-place Iowa Straw Poll finish, smaller victories throughout the country for the campaign are making him a viable candidate. Paul reportedly won a New Hampshire Young Republicans straw poll held over the weekend, taking 45 percent of the votes cast.

They will try anything to silence Paul’s message.

Despite the snubbing by all of the media Ron Paul continues to draw.
Everyone who really cares should rail the media for more positive Ron Paul coverage…the man scares the bejesus out of status quo.

It looks to me as if someone is afraid of him.Thats a pretty good sign that even they think he will win this one!

Progressives are using all kind of tactics and propaganda which are based on psychological games and scams to promote their candidates. No one would waste their time to screw Ron Paul, because he’s not a solid candidate and lost every election he was in. If people want to donate to Ron Paul they can go to his website, and at different time or dates. The story about that someone hacked his website doesn’t sound logical, because there is no benefit for them.

As you can see Liberal News Corps are promoting Ron Paul:
NBC said Ron Paul can win.
CNN said Ron Paul can beat Obama.
Ron even has liberal Alex Jones promoting him.
Ron even has a Jon Stewart video on his website.

That’s why the mainstream media and progressives want him to be the GOP nominee for the 2012 election, so obama can beat him easily.

Ron ran lost more presidential elections than anyone in history.
Ron has more Liberals promoting him than conservatives – very weird!
Ron had less than 3% of the votes and less than 1% of the Electoral votes.

The Donald said “Ron will never win.”
Democrats will vote for Obama or Hillary.
Conservatives will not vote for any candidate who is AGAINST their principals.

“RON PAUL & USEFUL IDIOTS are advocating illegal drugs and Prostitution which have the SAME platforms as GEORGE SOROS and are very dangerous.”

All of that makes perfect sense, but what if it back fired, and he were elected? Would that be good or bad? Hard to decide. It’s hard to believe that things could be worse off than they are now.
