Democrats To File Protest Over S.C. Senate Primary Election

June 18, 2010 by

Democrats to file protest over S.C. Senate primary election A week after Alvin Greene shocked the establishment in South Carolina with his improbable Senate primary victory, his former opponent Vic Rawl announced that he will file a formal protest with the state’s Democratic Party.

Greene, a 32-year-old unemployed veteran with no political experience, pulled off the upset over the veteran lawmaker by doing virtually no campaigning. He is also set to stand trial for allegedly showing pornographic photos to a college student, a felony charge that is punishable by up to five years in prison.

Rawl, Representative James Clyburn (D-S.C.) and other notable Democratic leaders have claimed over the last week that the election results are fraudulent.

At a news conference on Monday, Rawl suggested that the voting machines used in the primary election were unreliable, recalling conversations with voters and poll workers who said that "extremely unusual" incidents occurred during the voting process, The Post and Courier reports.

"There is a cloud over Tuesday’s election," he said. "There is a cloud over South Carolina that affects all of our people, Democrats, Republicans, white and African-American alike. At this point, the people of our state do not have the basic confidence that their vote will be counted."

In an interview with Fox News, Clyburn insinuated that someone had hacked into the computer tallying the votes. He also suggested that an official with the state may have deliberately used older machines that are easier for a hacker to access.

I want to know who gave this guy $ 10,000.00 to run for office. I am so curious about this. I hope we find out the truth. I want to know WHY the people in South Carolina voted for him? They knew nothing about him. Nothing! But then again, even if we do “hear” about candidates, nothing is for certain.
I saw an interview on TV-the reporter asked a woman why she voted for him–she replied that the guy’s name reminded her of “Al Green” the singer. Where is common sense? I am appalled.

    • TIME

I am sure that he came by the $10K from support from people he knows, thats an really easy amount to get.
Perhaps a better question is; one should ask how it is BarryO came in to countless hundreds of millions to run for President.
Lets see, he came out of nowhere, he did campain in all 60 states, as you may recall he had beet to 57 but still had to go to three more.

He ran 24 / 7 adds on TV for 11 months, plus the barryO girl any of you recall the girl with the BIG BOOBS and tight cloths. The cost factor on this alone would stager your mind, even on a no name channel your looking at a few hundred million on a bad day.

But the real question still remains “where did all the money come from” keep in mind thats not chump change hundreds of Millions of dollars. Also keep in mind that he and his wife were just making about $1.4 million per year. I mean really – I make many times that amount per year and I could not afford to run for President.

Perhaps even more odd is all the polls show that he lost the election as in only 32% of the voters say they voted for him – where as, Macpain’s numbers are much higher at, 55%, so hows that work?

So Mr. Green’s numbers seem within reason. again all it would take is $10 from 1000 people to get $10K, and again thats easy money.
And strangly about the same number of people that voted for him.
So logic many times is really not all that strange or odd.

Its the really “BIG LIES” that make one question whats really going on; as in where did the Hundreds of millions come from for a guy who at best was in the senate just a few months, and has never done a single thing in his life but suck the system dry. So where did the hundreds of millions come from barryO?

      • Eddie Gianola

The hundreds of millions of bucks came from anti-American George Soros.
Obama is on his payroll. Obama never ran for POTUS,he ran to overthrow the country. Soros has been on a bender to disarm the citizenry for years and gun hater Obama is the perfect partner. Once disarmed we’ve no way to rise up against tyranny. Advantage has been taken of the ignorant voter etc.,etc.,to arrive at where we are now.
As for the oil leak, sabotaging a drilling rig or seize the moment of an inept greedy company trying to save a buck by cutting corners, has been the perfect vehicle to stop production whereby gas will hit the roof in price and the economy crippled even further. Oboy doesn’t want that leak stopped for reasons that suit his agenda. How much of that $20 bil bucks will go where it’s supposed to? Oboy is from Chicago so he’s not beneath extortion ya know!

      • Dave

Where do yo get your facts? He got all of that money from people that were desperate to make sure that a Republican didn’t win for President and screw up our country eve more the GWB did. I know he got some of my money. He also got money from the DNC. Where did McCain get all of his money? He would have gotten more but no one really thought he would win especially after he picked that idiot Sarah Palin for his VP. Get educated.

        • marvin

Dave hope this change we need is working for you, less see odumbo got over $800 million in small donations $5 ,$10 dollars his owen words i know you love him so you gave big money, all liberals have lots of money, mostly it is not theirs to spend,it belonged to a hard working american citizen that actually worked for it not like most handout, or welfare liberal recivers like you

          • Claire

I can remember very well that during Obama’s campaign people were sending $5 and $10 amounts. Sure he received a lot of money from corporations, oil companies, etc. but so didn’t the Republicans. Both parties are on the “take” and nothing will change my mind on this. They both catered to the insurance companies, big pharma, the banks, Wall Street, and on and on. They needed the campaign money. Both parties have sunk to a low level. I have NO respect for either party. And you can bet there will be more of the same regardless of who is elected. Count on it. November will be a circus. You can’t count on anything in the game of politics.
Look up and see how many Republicans took money from the oil companies, same with the Democrats. Both parties are very similar in many ways. It just depends on who has the biggest hateful mouth. The one that screams loudest is the one to be careful of. I learned this from my Mother and she is correct.

          • Claire

Another item–I receive a barrage of political mailings from both parties wanting donations. I write on the letters ” GO FIND ANOTHER SUCKER” and mail them back.

        • TIME

I get my facts straight from the horse, where is it you get yours?

If your not a mover and shaker you get the Lame stream medias spin, and if thats the case and I am 100% sure it is, your what’s called “Deluded” as are most people who rely on the media for their info, thats no matter what channel you think is good.

Now go to your Public Library, and get the works of the following then you can learn why your “DELUDED”. Its not your fault, but thats the bloody TRUTH – so now get your pen out and write down these names.
          Edward Bernays,
          Walter Lipman,
          Geroge Creel,
when you understand why media is giving out “DISS INFORMATION” then you can start to grasp why the US is in the shape its in.

          Until then conceder yourself [highly uninformed and lacking any credible ideas thoughts or even opinions.}

Dave it is obvious to me that you are nothing but an uneducated lib trying to steamroll people on this site. Quit being a sheeple, baaaaa! Obama bin Laden has, from day 1, sought to destroy our Constitution, overburden the average neglected American more and more, and to destroy our way of life. He has aquired more debt than Bush, left us more unsecure, cares less about the illegal problem in this country, don’t care about our southern cost being poisoned by a large oil spill, rammed legislation down our throats that was blatantly unconstitutional (Done with backroom deals, false promises, and illegal pay offs.), especially the 10th, 2nd, and 1st Amendments. Can we really go on about this terrorist just to get you off of the koolaid and back to reality? I suggest you take your own advise and get educated!

        • kate8

Dave, really, do you actually buy that nonsense?

Investigators turned up evidence that he got most of his money, not just from Soros, but also from the Saudis and other foreign entities.

That is illegal. Just another of Soetoro’s thugster moves he’s managed to keep covered up. It’s there, though, if you want to look for it.

        • Palin12

Sarah’s a lot smarter than Odumbo. At least she knows how many states are in the USA, unlike Obummer who campaigned in 57 states. BTW, have you seen the latest video of Hillary, talking to the Ecuador gal? I didn’t think she could get any uglier, YUCK! The years are not being kind to the Hildebeast.

    • John Stones

As a South Carolinian, this is my take on the issue. Sen Jim DeMint is a shoe in in this election. The state Democratic Party had no high profile members who were willing to offer themselves up as a sacrificial lamb to run in a race they had no chance of winning. I believe the SC Democratic OParty fronted the $10,000 in order to run this guy so they could cast the light of impropriety upon an election they knew they could never win. That’s what Clyburn, Rahm Emanuel, and other state democrats are doing as we speak. Tarnish DeMint, say this occurred due to Republican intervention into their primary, and you concoct a scandal intended to dog the most Conservative opponent they have in the Senate – almost in a Watergate fashion. If they can imply this, it could be as effective against DeMint – a shoe in – as Nixon’s foolishness of sending in “plumbers” to spy on the McGovern campaign in 1972. Put DeMint under a cloud since you can’t beat him.

      • Anthony

Decidedly a very smart comment – and spot on, as well.

The oldest tactic in “Politics” (spelled ‘lying’) is to always accuse others of that which you are doing.

    • marvin

Claire, less see someone gave a unknown black man money to run for office surely you jest there an,t no one that dumb, but what this you say someone voted for him and he won,are you talking about greene and $10,000 dollars or odumbo and $800,000,000 dollars

      • Claire

I just want to know who gave him the money. Was it a Republican? Was it a Democrat? Sure, he may have received singular donations, but I doubt it. I think someone gave him the lump sum and told him to run. This guy didn’t campaign, nor did he have any ads, just popped up out of nowhere. People didn’t know a thing about this guy and they voted for him, just like they voted for Obama. I don’t trust either party, they will do anything imaginable to discredit each other.
The truth will come out. It just may take awhile. People will dig at this until they do find out.
Obama? He did campaign and run ads. And he received donations. And before you get on your high horse, I do not approve of Obama. As far as the stories concerning his birth certificate, etc. all of this will eventually be found out. Truth will prevail, I am just surprised that all of this hasn’t been found out by now, but it will and the sooner the better.

        • Claire

I also meant to add– ALL it would take would be about a million bucks to find and pay the person that knows about Obama and Mr. Greene and this person would “confess.” Money talks.

        • kate8

Claire, people have dug and have found.

I’m not going to take the time to find links, but anyone who really wants to know can do some research.

His money came from foreign interests, including Soros.

Barry Soetoro was the Rothschild’s pick. They created him, finanaced him, opened doors to him, brought him out of obscurity, promoted him, set teleprompters in front of him, hyped him, and sold him to the ignorant and gullible. We seem to have a lot of them here.

          • Claire

kate8– Hi–I know that about Obama. I am wondering about Alvin Greene. Since the Dems are raising heck it makes me think somebody put this guy up to it. It is odd. Uncanny?

          • kate8

Sorry Claire. My mind was elsewhere.

I’m remembering one of Obama’s group of communist thugs saying that people would have to step down so that others could have power.

I do believe the elections are being manipulated in order to bring this about.

This current WH will stop at nothing to set up their “transformation of America”.

    • Donna

I think it was a liberal group that did it . Probably George Soro`s money behind it .The far left are angry at Obama maybe move on .org or another group

  • American Vet

        • lwilcox

I believe one thing Obama said a change we can believe in things definitely changed For the worse and will continue that path as lonf as he and this congress are in power

          • Claire

I don’t believe a dang thing any politician says.

      • kate8

Dave, you obviously only believe in the elite-approved pablum served up by the liberal media.

  • William Wu

I don’t know. How things happen I wish I knew so maybe I could or others could do the same procedure. This is a nation of The Rule of Law not a democracy of majority rules. It is interesting how he would campaign in the general election.

  • http://none John Baptista

Look he almost meets the standard of the democrats. First let us not forget Rep Gerald Studds (D) Massachusetts drugged young boys and raped them (they were pages in the house) in trusted to his care and oversight his harsh penalty he could not speak in front of congress for one year that was a tough sentence to take (Note he turned his back on congress as he was addressed, let some one do that in some courts). Then Barney Frank (D) Massachusetts at the same time with his bathroom tryst (if memory serves me correct in the state house) was at also at it then. Mr Mensa did not know his boy friend was a running a “service” out of his house. Then we have the Brothers Kennedy I do not have the time to list all of the problems there but two are most notable 1.Marylin Monroe (John) 2. Chappaquiddick the death of Mary-Jo Kopechne (Ted)no need to go further on them. I truly hate to deal with just one State alone and there glorious statesmen. Lets just add Clinton for good measure also our democratic member of the senate who was a member of the KKK. Yes it is a steep learning curve for Alvin Green but he has a start now, let us hope he is up to the task.

  • Karolyn

I am one of the uninformed South Carolina Democratic who voted for this jerk. The reason? I didn’t know who either of them were! I live in upper central SC, and we don’t know much of what is going on unless we get The State newspaper, which hardly even recognizes we exist. For that reason, I don’t read it. We don’t receive campaign mail either. South Carolina is one of the most backward states in the Union because of the leaders who have been perpetrating a status quo mentality. By “leaders” I mean Republicans who don’t want change – the “Good Old Boy” mentality that keeps everything the same. Maybe when our new Democrat Governor Sheheen gets into office in November, South Carolina can join the 21st century! (Can you tell I’m originally a Yankee?)

    • 3rd worlder

The internet has been around for 20 years now. You should be able to get high speed access to objective news by now, even if the State is still 30 years behind.

      • libertytrain

You are correct – if she’s on the Internet now, she probably could have been on before the primary. I’m confused – Yankees are said to be so smart and capable?

    • John Stones

I can tell!!! As a native South Carolinian I can tell you this – the “good ol’ boy” network has been rocked! Nikki Haley is going to be the next Governor of te Great state on South Carolina!

    • Carl

Karolyn confirms what I suspected was the reason Alvin Green won the Democrat primary; the voters didn’t bother to research and get information on either candidate. Surely they would have learned that Vic Rawl was in the state legislature for many years. The Democrat leaders didn’t bother to find out who Green was until after he won.

It has been said that some black pastors or leaders just tell their people to vote alphabetically if they don’t know the candidates. That applies to the Democrat party alone, of course. So they voted that way. The Democrat Party decided to drop further investigation and let Green be the candidate in November, but Rawl plans further action.

Karolyn can demonize what she calls “the good ole boys” all she wishes, but she needs to stop voting soley by party affiliation and know ALL the candidates and issues on the ballot. Some of their leaders know the issues and candidates because they urged their flocks to vote for Lindsay Graham last election because he was more liberal than the Democrat who ran, and they obeyed. No wonder our nation is in such dire straits. Protect your wallets and your investments because the Federal government is going to get as much of your money as they can.

    • marvin

Karolyn, you must not know the differance in uneducated and stuped and don,t blame it on being a yankee, uneducated is the like of knowledge, being stuped is not wanting to or not careing about facts and from your post you have the internet so i say the latter fit you, less just blame bush and all is better, say this obama is not god, obama is not god, obama is mortal, obama is mortal,

      • Claire

No politician is a god. They are not idols. They are fools to be wary of.

        • kate8

          Well said, Claire.

  • http://PersonalLibertyDigest Norma

The really, really funny thing is……If Mr. Greene was given money to run against the other Democrat for the reason that he would lose against the Republican in the fall, then “TURN ABOUT IS FARE PLAY.”
That is exactly what the Dems. did in the last election………

Many Democrats changed party affiliations to vote for John McCain in the primary elections, so that he would get the majority of the vote. The Democrats knew that McCain would never be able to win against Obama. (The first 1/2 black man to run for the Presidency) After the primary elections, where they had to be listed as a Republican, they then voted for Obama in the general election where you can cross party lines to vote.

If it is true (and I have no evidence that it is) that Republicans paid to get Mr. Greene to run, then who are the DEMOCRATS WHO VOTED FOR HIM?

I cannot stand Hillary Clinton, but if you think for one moment that she would not have been a much better President than Obama….You have another think coming.
I do believe that Hillary would have immediately started taking care of the oil spill, before it got so horribly bad. She would not have waited 52 days to convene a panel to stick their fingers in the water, and draw out an oily finger.

Oh, my mistake, Obama says he has been in charge since the beginning of the spill……Well, if that is the case…….then you are responsible for the entire debacle over getting things done.

Mr. President, the oil spill is not something where you can stick your finger in the air to see which way the wind is blowing before you act. Polls will not help you here.

The buck stops with the leader of BP regarding the explosion…..But, the buck stops at Obama’s feet for not handling the mess it brought…………….PERIOD!

    • Anthony

Oh please, Hillary better than Barry ? Seriously, c’mon…..

Right this minute, Hillary is trapsing all aruond the Planet signing weapons treaties all over the place – which will ultimately helpthe money’d elite in this Country “get around” the 2nd Amendment.

      Obama stole your Health Care
Hillary wants to take your guns

If it’s a contest – Hillary is by far, worse…..

      • Claire

Anthony–While Hillary is not to my liking, I bet she would have been on the ball a heck of a lot quicker than Obama was over this oil spill.
I heard some bad stuff about BP this evening. They were not on the up and up with regards to the problems they were having with their equipment. They have been having problems for quite awhile. Disgusting. Now look at all the havoc.

      • JC

I have to wonder what the average American soldier or Policemen will do when ordered to confiscate people’s guns. I don’t think they’ll do it, I don’t think so at all. I think they’d rather be able to go home to their families at night.

        • kate8

JC, I heard from a military source that about half will honor their oath to the Consitution.

As I said before, don’t forget that the current generation was raised on corrupt socialist ideas, know and care little or nothing about our Constitution and other founding documents, grew up with gangs and violent movies and video games, and will be easily intoxicated with the idea of having power and a gun.

Also, many in our military are foreigners.

This is not the same crop of patriots we had in our generation.

  • Mac Donald

Big Surprise! Liberal Negro Democrats voted for the Negro candidate. And people are surprised? For those of you offended by use of the term “negro,” your offense exposes your bigotry and is evidence that you also repudiate the United Negro College Fund among other functions that are evidence of this millenniums-old race of mankind.

  • T Bev

This action was thrown out, because there is NO evidence of misconduct or voter fraud. Hey, there were voters who admitted to voting for the first name of the ballot they received. This is a gas.

    • Claire

This is what I call pathetic.

  • Craig

Now there is the problem! You have a democrat that voted for a person they didn’t even read about, let alone know “anything” about. I think the Dems got their just reward. If your an idiot and vote for an idiot, you’ll end up electing an idiot. Just look at the last election. BHO was elected because of color, change, subsidies, and entitlements expected by those that voted for him. Hows that working out. Somewhere in Kenya a village is missing it’s idiot and we’re stuck with the worst tax and spender in the history of this broken nation. Can’t wait until November!

    • TIME

You bring up a really good point, I myself have voted for Democrats, Republicans, and Independants, why do I vote that way.
I try and vote for the best person for the job, no matter what party they are in.

Thats one of the main problems with our country now.
The split of whos’ who, rather than who has the best qualifications.

But on that note please do keep in mind that Progressive are in ALL Partys.

Also please keep in mind that all Partys make the candiate sign an agreement that they will vote the way they are told to.
      Now whats that say?
It tells me that the DC belt way is broken, there are few that will stand up for America, and the American people and do the right thing.

  • Pamela Dale

TO KAROLYN: You are joking, right? You didn’t know who he was and you voted for him? Further, you live somewhere where the body politic feels OK ignoring you and you never got any information on your own and
YOU VOTED FOR HIM? WOW! Can you sign your name?

  • Mark

So these racists are trying to stop a black man from running for office? WHERE is the media on this?

    • Carl

Mark, didn’t you know that it is impossible for Democrats in leadership cannot be racists? That is the view of the media it seems. These Democrats are being ‘selective’, not bigoted. Didn’t you know the perception that all the racism, all the evil, all that is bad is in the Republican party only – in the view of the elitists in the media? It is pure stupidity for people to believe that Democrats love everybody when evidence shows they do not, but they have convinced low income people and some retirees that they are more caring. Look at who is cutting back on Medicare while increasing costs, who is freezing COLA on Social Security (Insecurity), and intent on raising the cost of energy through Cap & Trade, thus also effectively increasing the cost of everythng we buy. It is not the “evil” George Bush.

  • Reggie Brian

But think about this: when the Tea Party voters go out and throw these bums out of office this November, there will be shock and outrage all across the country, and demands for votes to be re-counted. “These numbers do not match the poll results” they will say. But many of us are too busy working and feeding our families to participate in your silly little polls. The only poll that counts, for us, is the one where we actually vote. On the other hand, you Democrats can go ahead and do what you think is best, with your polls, recounts, surveys, blogs, and other hope-and-changey things.

  • Jack Turner

I just want to know who did the background check for Barry Soetoro a.k.a. Barack Hussein Obama I had a better check for my ssir clearance in the Air force because it went back to great grandparents that were long gone. Any background check for Barry Soetoro a.k.a. Barack Hussein Obama should have shown he was not from the united stated and now we are putting out fires that should not have been allowed to start in thhe first place if someone had done their JOB.

  • Norm

South Carolina politics are in a world of their own. This is just another incident in a pit of corruption, bias, and lies.

    • Carl

Norm, what planet are you from? Have you seen the politics in Florida, Illinois, and California? Most people here have common sense and know how to live and how to vote and keep tabs on the issues. I learn about the candidates and vote accordingly, and I do read the issues on the ballot and vote on them. I don’t depend on the party to tell me how to vote and which political party is evil and which is good. SC isn’t that much different than where you live!

      • Norm

        Your probably right.
The Mayor of Hartford just got convicted on corruption and bribary charges that could land him in prison for 60 years.

The only sad thing is your paranoid thinking. Get yourself an automatic weapon and hide somewhere. Oh and bring a TV that only gets one channel, FOX.

But as for watching cable TV – why would I waste my life or time on 100% total controlled edited and contrived BS.

I know you watch the contrived news, but really Norm thats why you make such mindless post time after time. Let alone your special news sights you have noted here that you get your info from, you know that old saying a mind is a terrible think to waste, so why do you waste yours with obvious bent twisted and distorted outright rhetoric.

Some of us are not voyers, we are the ones who really do.

Perhaps you might like to try and use your mind for some independant thinking rather than letting someone else do your thinking for you.
            Just a thought.

What,….. you mean an African American Democrat, whom came out of nowhere with un-named sources of funding, no known history, a shady and undiscovered background, never ran a business or had any position of administering anything, and is accused of law breaking, actually won an election to high office?? Wow, that’s odd.
Democrats obviously can’t be trusted with any power in the decision making for America. It’s like handing your car keys to a very drunk 16 year old.

  • http://LiberttyDigest Bruce D.

It would be a little more genuine if the guy who lost wasn’t the one doing all the complaining. Maybe this is just Al Gore all over again. In South Florida a district was realigned so blacks would be represented in Congress. Who did they pick. Alcee Hastings who was stipped of being a judge because he was caugth taking bribes. He is the one who recently said during the healthcare debate that rules do not matter. It is unlikely he will ever be voted out.

  • Carla.

No, it’s like handing your car keys, credit card, and mortgage to a very drunk 16 year old.
Just look at the damage “Tar Balls” has done in just 18 months.

    • Claire

Carla– “Tar Balls” now, that is real classy.

  • az wayne

I’m not sure this is not indicative, have you ever listened to hannity’s on the street interviews, most odumbo voters knew nothing about vice president, speaker of house their other local government leaches but they mark the d column. I could suggest 80% of voters don’t go to trouble of learning anything about candidates. Majority go by name recognition. That’s why money buys politics, the more tv commercials brings winners. Then they can put out computer voting machines were not correct how often does this happen. Anybody want to try fair elections. First get rid of electoral voting, no need, another loophole for dictators to control outcome.

Karylon, again proved democrats, are brain dead and uneducatable, and just watch videos, they should watch Glenn Beck. They vote ennee, minee, minny, moe, and look at the socialist we have in office with no brains and corrupt crimminal behavior. • http://naver samurai

Sorry abnorm, but I’m too busy trying to get this country back. Though you may want me to do this act (Which you really know nothing about), but I think I’ll stay and keep bashing lib trash like you abnorm. Sometimes its kind of funny to read what senseless crap some of you libs post.

The democratic party has sunk so low that they don’t even know who is running in the primaries. When Green won, all they knew to do was blame the republican party they could’t bring themselves to blame the people who voted for this man. Surely they thought, the republicans did this. Maybe that frisky George W. Bush did it. mehpensacola,fl.

  • Marauder

Let’s see … a Democrat complaining because he thinks an election was rigged? That’s like congress being outraged because somebody lied to them.

  • shari

Why bother asking the guy about the money, whenever these morons are asked about their campaign money, they lie their fat butts off and no one will ever enforce one campaign law….these laws are a huge joke as are many of those elected.

  • jopa

Time; You keep asking where President Obama got so much money for his presidential bid well a lot of it was generated over the internet by millions of small contributions from the American people. He campaigned on the promise of healthcare received a majority of the vote and now we have a President of the people and for the people elected by the people.Where have you been in Hannityland?

  • gerald

if a democrat looses they always lay it to some underhanded doings . they want to be the best underhanded ones . they want to take all guns away from law abiding people and leave them where they can,t fight back from a bad government or thug which is going to keep his guns . a gun is a thug tools and he will keep them . just law abiding people want have any . a republican wants people to have them so the democrats don,t want the repubs to get in

WHY ARE THE DEM’S OF SOUTH CAROLINA SO UPSET WITH THE PRIMARY WINNER, GREEN; HE LOOKS LIKE A TYPICAL GOOD DEMOCRAT TO ME? I think he should run in the big one in 2012. We need someone to replace oboma; those idiots will put him in

abnormie, Onumnut should have called Sarah, she has some real life experience with oil feilds and oil drilling. She probably would of suggested sending the greasy stinking muslim down head first. With 22,000 psi going in his mouth, and when his head expanded, jug ears would anchor to the pipe walls, and slow down the oil flow. The grease ball would gets slicked up,and actully be doing something. Sitting on his pin azz and playing golf or spending taxpayers money to listen to a socialist liberal, not a damn thing was done. EPA proved why it only made things worse, by doing educated theorizing, we have an a hole in office surrounded by more do nothing college book educated dreamer do nothings. The democrats deserve to pick up the total bill for all the crap decisions to put this socialist groups in control. Normie, you have such a facination with Sarah, just like you miracle surviving aborted twin brother, am lib, he must be napping and not letting you hold the Sarah doll. I don’t know why democrat socialists are in a up roar over Green. All the democrat socialists are picking every one’s pockets. If you are wondering about the muslim puke and his money, how the hell, was he able to travel all over the world, with no job, unless he gave sheiks extra attention. Or unless him and his dam, were doing, a little extra money earnings short few minute sessions employment. Onumnut is postituting the USA and has a socialist marxist veiw of life. When I see and hear liberal socialists trying to blame Bush, it was the green climate s–t birds who stopped and nuculear plant building, it was the same puss brained democrats who promote renewable energy, which will not happen for decaddes, because it requires inventions and new tecknology, and the reason the drilling is in deep water, is becasue Whore hound Clinton signed a order, to not tax oil companies in deepwater off shore. Taxes are over 16% tax on any natural resources, so liberals, the blame is on you, for protecting the big corporations. Name one dung brained democrat, that isn’t a crook, taxcheat, eleitist and a socialists. Let see , the Rockerfellers, Kennedys, Roosevelts,Clintons, Daschle, unions and now they all are going after Mr. Green. alib, you try and let normy play with the blow up doll and defend you crimminal democrat crooks!

I seriously don’t know what is the real truth on this event.

It sounds like the guy got some cash collected and put up a few rehearsed comments, and since he was NEW to the political process, as far as most voters, down there, were concerned – they simply voted for the fresh face, more than anything – and this too can be coordinated / scripted, by the money’d elite who have already done the psycho/social reviews and debates needed to come to the correct conclusion if the right tactics are applied.

From this point moving forward, if my research ends up bearing itself out — what will be scripted to happen next is … yet another incident of great distress will be made to happen – it will occur according to the numerology belief system of this CENTRAL BANK CABAL, which means we haev roughly one more year of such nonsense like what we are seeing in the Gulf, right now. The last great distress occurred in 2001 – meaning the next BIG event will be in… (wait for it) ….2012.

Obviously, I have no idea what will occur – but more importantly, will we still have our right to bear arms as an option, with Hillary going all over the Planet, signing arms negotiations with all other Countries, as per marching orders from the Bilderbergers. THIS IS NO JOKE, FOLKS. Hillary is helping the Paul Volkers, the Henry Kissingers, the Rockefellers, the Soros’s, the Giettner’s, the ROTHSHCILDS (most of all, as they are the richest of all involved) – let’s not forget Alan Greenspan, who should be at least honest about how his name is really spelled: GRYNZSPAN – Mrs. Bill Clinton is helping all of these Controllers gain the final upper-hand where America “did not fight back” or more correctly, finally could not fight back and the World is then plunged into the 2nd Dark Ages.

If you don’t thikn such stuff has a possibility – then answer for me, why it is the USA has those Stones down in Georgia, which are engraved saying this Planet should only hold 500 million humans at any one time, and that this is what’s good for the Planet.

They’re called: The Georgia Guidestones … (have you read them?)

YOU TELL ME why it is such nonsense is being allowed to exist in this Country.
I see people online screaming about a Muslin site being erected at ground zero, but no one screams or rages at the abhorrent existence of these Guidestones.

READ THEM and give me an answer….

As for this election nonsense – it’s scripted, and the new guy probably has NO CLUE as to how much of an Uncle Tom he already is. But, I also say he has to stand in line behind Obama on that score. The money’d elite from what I can tell are very color conscious – so, there is no way they would seriously let Barry O stand out in front on a permanent dais.

I remember hearing Sylvia Browne make a prediction that soon, the hidden powers that be, will eliminate the position of President altogether and the new Roman Senate will hold sway. ‘Course, she also said bin Laden was dead, as well, and that was several years ago. Who knows!

A RepublicA Republic—If You Can Keep It”
June 18, 2010 by Chip Wood

At first I couldn’t believe my eyes.

In fact, I had to look away and blink a couple of times before reading the email again. But it still said the same thing: “Benjamin Franklin said, ‘We have given you a democratic-republic… if you can keep it.”

    No, he didn’t!

I had to face the fact: A Straight Talk reader had fallen victim to 100 years of liberal brainwashing. What he said was such a gross perversion of the truth—and the difference is so incredibly important to preserving what liberties we have left—I hope you’ll indulge me in a brief history lesson this week.

If you remember much from your high school history classes about the founding of this country, you know there was a great deal of controversy about what type of government the newly independent states should create.

The first effort, the Articles of Confederation, was generally regarded as a failure. But what should replace them? Each state sent a group of representatives to meet in Philadelphia and hammer out a new agreement. The deliberations of the Constitutional Convention in 1787 were held in strict secrecy. Consequently, anxious citizens gathered outside Independence Hall when the proceedings ended, eager to learn what had been produced behind those closed doors.

As the delegates left the building, a Mrs. Powel of Philadelphia asked Benjamin Franklin, “Well, Doctor, what have we got?”

With no hesitation, Franklin replied, “A republic, if you can keep it.” Not a democracy, not a democratic republic. But “a republic, if you can keep it.”

Over the past four decades I have recounted this story several hundred times. For many years I traveled the country giving speeches about the threats to this Republic. I always enjoyed the opportunity to talk to high school students when I could wrangle an invitation. When I did, I loved to tell them about the differences between a republic and a democracy.

“A lynch mob is democracy in action,” I would say. “While if you believe someone is innocent until proven guilty, that they deserve their day in court and that a jury of their peers should decide their fate, then you believe in a nation of laws, not just the whims of a mob.”

Another line I used a lot was, “Democracy is five wolves and a sheep voting on what to have for lunch. If you were the sheep, which would you rather live in—a republic or a democracy?”

I told them about the importance of “binding men down with the chains of a Constitution.” That this was the only sure way to protect their freedom. And that anyone who wanted to change this republic into a democracy was an enemy of liberty.

A century or two earlier there would have been no need to give such a talk—and no interest if one did. Back in the 18th and 19th centuries, every American who could read and write (and probably most of those who couldn’t), knew we were a republic. The campaign to brainwash us into believing we were a democracy didn’t begin until 100 years ago. Today, if you take a poll of high school or college students, the overwhelming majority will tell you that we are a democracy.

Please don’t dismiss this as a mere quarrel over semantics. Understanding the difference between the two systems of government is absolutely vital. I am not exaggerating when I tell you that our very liberties depend on getting more Americans to realize the importance of this seemingly arcane dispute.

Our Founding Fathers Feared And Hated Democracy
Most high school students who heard me say such a thing were surprised and shocked. They had been taught that the United States was, and had always been, a democracy. That “majority rule” was the fairest of all possible forms of government.
Who was this guy to tell them they’d been lied to?

So I quoted what some of our founding fathers had to say. I asked if they had heard of The Federalist Papers—the collection of articles written during the debate over ratifying the new constitution.

In Federalist No. 10, James Madison, often referred to as “the father of the Constitution,” had this to say:

“…democracies have ever been spectacles of turbulence and contention; have ever been found incompatible with personal security or the rights of property; and have in general been as short in their lives as they are violent in their deaths.”

Alexander Hamilton concurred. In a speech he gave in June 1788, urging ratification of the Constitution, he thundered:

“The ancient democracies in which the people themselves deliberated never possessed one good feature of government. Their very character was tyranny; their figure deformity.”

Fisher Ames, a member of Congress during the eight years that George Washington was president, wrote an essay called “the Mire of Democracy.” In it, he said that the framers of the Constitution “intended our government should be a republic, which differs more widely from a democracy than a democracy from despotism.”

Yes, our founding fathers were well aware of the differences between a republic and a democracy. They revered the former; but as I said above, they hated and feared the latter.

In view of the founders’ ardent convictions, it is no surprise that you cannot find the word “democracy” anywhere in the Declaration of Independence or the Constitution of the U.S. Indeed, the Constitution not only proclaimed that our Federal government should be a republic; it went further and mandated that “The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a republican form of government.”

These principles used to be widely understood and commonly accepted. John Marshall, chief justice of the Supreme Court from 1801 until 1835, said that, “Between a balanced republic and a democracy, the difference is like that between order and chaos.” Ralph Waldo Emerson wrote that “democracy becomes a government of bullies tempered by editors.”

Nor was it only Americans who feared and despised democracy. Lord Acton, the famous Englishman who coined the aphorism that “power corrupts, absolute power corrupts absolutely,” had this to say:

“The one prevailing evil of democracy is the tyranny of the majority, or rather that party, not always the majority, that succeeds, by force or fraud, in carrying elections.”

It was only during the last century that the falsehood about this country being a democracy became widely accepted. Woodrow Wilson declared that we fought World War I “to make the world safe for democracy.” Franklin Roosevelt said that the U.S. “must be the great arsenal of democracy.”

So today, almost every schoolchild in America believes that the U.S. is a democracy. Why did the liberal intelligentsia in this country, supported by their slavish followers in the media and their docile puppets in politics, pull this “bait and switch” on us?

For the answer, let’s turn to another Englishman, Alexander Fraser Tytler, also known as Lord Woodhouselee, who wrote:

“A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government. It can only exist until the voters discover they can vote themselves largesse from the public treasury. From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates promising the most benefits from the public treasury, with the result that a democracy always collapses over loose fiscal policy, always followed by a dictatorship.”

The only part of Mr. Tytler’s warning I’ll dispute is his use of the word “always.” You and I have been given the power to prevent our country’s descent into a democracy. It’s called the ballot box. Let’s hope enough of us use it this coming Nov. 2 to begin the process of taking our country back.

Until next time, keep some powder dry.

    —Chip Wood

the people voted for this guy because they made a point about the current dorkups in dc-land. more points are coming in the future that will mirror this one, which basically means get those dorkups out of dc-land and send ‘em packing! i love it!

  • Palin12

The liberals like to say Sarah is dumb, oh boy, what about this guy? He doesn’t even know the name of his Republican opponent!
Here’s an anti-Reid commercial for you from Nevada:

  • Eric S

Perhaps they didn’t know nothing of the new comer but it was a nice way of saying your fired for the one they did know. Perhaps the ones who were fed up showed up to vote while the others thinking the new comer stood no chance stayed home. This is too good, “you get fired so you blame the machine”.

You people are rediculous..At least all of you conservatives anyway. You call everyone that does not agree with you either stupid or a socialist, or both. Why do yall seem to always think a democrat is going to “take your guns”?? Please show me your evidence of this! Everytime a democrat gets elected you ignorant rednecks freak out and run to walmart to buy rediculous amounts of ammo because the “crazy anti-american socialist liberals are gonna take your guns”. Ok, show me one piece of legislation thats even been brought up to vote on in the house or senate trying to take your 2nd ammendment away. Go ahead, show me. Oh and while your at it, look up what a socialist is then look at what Obama stands for, what he wants to do for this country then tell me you still think he is some radical socialist/communist. Yall say the liberals are brainwashed by the “lamestream media” (which is a term you got from a mainstream media outlet…aka FOXNEWS)..YET ALL OF YOU SAY THE SAME LIES AND REDICULOUS ACCUSATIONS ABOUT OBAMA THAT YOU HEAR OVER AND OVER ON TALK RADIO AND FOXNEWS AND ITS OBVIOUS YOU WATCH WAY TOO MUCH GLENN BECK! Learn to think for yourselves and stop drinking the republican kool-aid…hypocrites!…have a nice day :D

    • libertytrain

      Racist little fella.

  • Ricky

Why do you republicans all say the same stupid frase? “take our country back” if it went anywhere…as if it’s only if we dont live in a democracy and liberals and independents can have a piece of the cake too…yall dont want limited government(as bush proved)yall just want government limited to republicans.
