Center For Immigration Studies Seeks To Undermine Myths

May 18, 2010 by

Center for Immigration Studies seeks to undermine mythsAlthough many proponents of immigration claim that foreigners living in the United States only take jobs that Americans don’t want to do, a new report from the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS) suggests otherwise.

According to the independent research institution that examines the impact of immigration on the U.S., competition with immigrants—both legal and illegal—partly explains the decline of the share of U.S.-born teens in the labor force that has been observed in recent decades.

The report, titled A Drought of Summer Jobs: Immigration and the Long-Term Decline in Employment Among U.S.-Born Teenagers, found that the summer of 2009 was the worst ever for job-seeking U.S.-born teenagers (ages 16-19), with only one-third of them working.

Moreover, although the bad economy has contributed to this situation, the report found that between the summers of 1994 and 2000—when the economy was expanding—the labor force participation of U.S.-born teens declined from 64 percent to 61 percent, and by the summer of 2007 it was down to 48 percent.

According to CIS estimates, immigrants and teenagers tend to do the same type of work. In fact, in the 10 occupations employing the most U.S.-born teenagers, one in five workers was an immigrant in 2007.ADNFCR-1961-ID-19775680-ADNFCR

I have been saying this very same thing all along. there are illegals taking drywall, carpentry, construction, mechanic, welding, meat packing, restaurant, landscaping, nursury jobs all over the United States as well as working the fields!!! the jobs that college kids have historically taken as summer jobs are being taken from them as well!! Jalapeno Loco restaurants were busted in this area not too long ago for knowingly employing illegals and all I heard they got was a modest fine and the illegals were sent home!!! What a crock!

    • Steve

      Joe;
Could you elaborate on where these illegals were sent “home to”? Were they actually sent back home to Mexicoke, or were they sent “home” to their taxpayer funded government subsidized houses here in the U.S.?

      • Meteorlady

Steve – these people are sent home at taxpayer expense. Usually on buses, but if they have health issues we fly them home. Now here’s the really great part – after they go back the immigration people actually collect their final paychecks and send it to them – at least they used to when I worked there. Most times the illegals is back working before the bus is back.

If you know about a place that hires them – STOP DOING BUSINESS WITH THAT PLACE. They work a lot in restaurants so they will be back to the one mentioned above in short order. Mexicans stick together so a Mexican business person will hire illegals all day long because they work cheap and for cash.

      • Meteorlady

Oh I forgot another important thing. When I worked for immigration in Seattle the local la Raza communist would come and inquire about anyone we held that would allow him to get publicity. He loved pregnant women and would bring the news media with him while he went around trying to get her released. He wore a kaki shirt with red scarf and the new media sucked it up. Then the local legal aid (subsidized with taxpayer money) would show up – Evergreen Legal Services – to represent the illegal. Immigration hearings are cut and dried but these the legal services people showed up because it upped their head count and they got more government money the next year. Quite a scam wouldn’t you say?

        • http://www.lostnation.blogspot.com Jerry D

It’s a sad state of affairs when our own government cares more for the welfare of illegal aliens than the working, taxpaying people of this nation.

        • Steve

Thanks Meteorlady. I didn’t know that they ever sent any of them back. I thought the ACLU always stepped in and tied their cases up in court for years.

      • Disgusted

        Amen, Steven, Amen!!

      • http://?? Joe H.

        Steve,
As far as I’m concerned, they don’t have a “home” here when they are illegal, so when I say they were sent home I mean Mexico!

        • Steve

O.K. Joe, I agree with your statement, but O’Liar, thinks the U.S. is their home, and the illegals think the U.S. is their home, so I wasn’t sure.
The ILLEGALS are taking my tax money for their government subsidized houses, their welfare checks, their food stamps, their medical care, their public schooling, and the cost of their incarceration in our jails, so I just figured this may be their “home” ;-)

Hey everybody!! right here in the post above is proof that moonshine will rot your brain no matter how small it is!!!

Look at it this way, folks. If the social engineers and elected disinformation masters in Washington had their way, Americans would be totally dependent on this pathetic government, and it would indeed be true that illegals would be doing things “we” don’t want to do.
However, in the real world, we owe it to ourselves to know the TRUTH. If illegals are taking jobs from A to Z, then you can be damned sure that our elected weasels have MUCH to hide by ‘manufacturing’ and controlling every bit of information associated with this contrived bull crap.
What are you HIDING, Washington? And WHY are you so AFRAID of the TRUTH?

  • Al Sieber

Jeez, I thought they only took jobs Americans didn’t want.

  • James

Our “open borders” policy is part of the New World Order’s game-plan. They visualize a world government where national governments are just its agencies. This was the intent of the United Nations. However the illegal immigration of Mexicans has now become a militant invasion. Just recently, Robert Krentz, of Cochise County Arizona was murdered by an illegal immigrant, who high-tailed it back into Mexico, then Mexican drug smugglers used his land to store 290 pounds of marijuana. They also robbed and vandalized Krentz’s property.

    • http://www.lostnation.blogspot.com Jerry D

James, you’re right. There are solid plans in place right now to create a North American Union. Eventually, the UN hopes to be a world government with regional governments (roughly equivalent to the various continents) under its thumb. That’s always the goal of socialism. The problem is, the conspiracy is so large that the average person can’t imagine it as being true.

  • 45caliber

One reason companies like illegal aliens for workers is because they can cut corners on safety. My son works in a chicken processing plant. The company actually pays $1000 bonuses to hire illegals rather than the locals who line up for any job. They don’t bother to insure the locals for work injuries. When one is injured, they rush them to the hospital and call INS to report “finding” an illegal worker. The government (us) then pays for the medical treatment rather than the company.

Further, there is a power move. If they want the American workers to work 7-12 hr days a week, many will refuse. But the illegals won’t because if they do the company has INS ship them out. The illegals know it.

    • Meteorlady

Please tell us what the name of the processing plant is so I can stop buying that chicken. You son should all ICE and have the place raided. He doesn’t have to give his name.

      • Teresa

I tried to call INS when I suspected illegals were building our new taxpayer funded schools. They threaten you with false allegations as criminal before you choose to continue the call. Who is going to continue the call after being threatened like that?

        • Richard Pawley

My father was offered a lucrative position in the Federal Government after he came home from WWII. He was, of course, interested but even more so he wanted to know why information he had sent to the State Department wasn’t acted upon, information that he said could have saved 257 American lives if it had been acted upon. In a rare moment of candor his immediate superior told him that the problem was that there were just as many people working against us as there were for us. That clinched it for my dad and he decided he did not want anything to do with government in the District of Corruption and went instead into education. It is obvious that things have not changed but have gotten worse. Remember to vote in November. It could make all the difference in the world.

  • Sparky

I have been saying this same thing for years. It began shortly after NAFTA. Places that normally use high school kids don’t like having to keep retraining people as most of these kids graduate to better jobs. This is an expense to them that they can avoid by using illegals that will remain with them. The loss of these jobs for American kids though has had a terrible effect on our country. Kids are not obtaining proper work ethics, and end up with too much time on their hands getting into trouble, and expecting their parents to buy them everything. They should be learning to earn what they want.

  • jomama

My friend was a mason once. His company hired some illegals from Guatemala & the boss told him to teach them (the illegals) how to lay brick. My friend used to make $40.00 per hour.
Well, since the Guatemalens made only $12.00 per hour & my frind made $40.00 per hour – who do you think they kept to lay the brick??
Needless to say – my friend is now 50 years old & digging holes for a fence company now making $16.00 per hour.
Everyone around here in Massachusetts would rather hire the Brazilian that knows absolutely NOTHING about United States laws on fire protection or how to keep a house warm in the winter – because it’s cheaper to hire the Brazilian that came right from the Amazon!!
Tell me – what do they know about building when they lived in cardboard boxes before they came into the United States illegally/overstayed their visas??
I LOVE ARIZONA!!! JAN BREWER FOR PRESIDENT!!!

    • LegalImmigrant!

Yes, I live in Connecticut, worked in residential construction for a couple of decades now. I have a grandson who has not been able to find any job since he finished high school. I thought it was due to the economic downturn, but I can see how that is far from the overwhelming factor for lack of jobs for teens. He finally started in a part time job which eventually (hopefully) turn into something better. I would add to this whole picture the fact that we as the American people, consumers, home owners, voters, and all the other obligatory and privileges we have to start acting as Americans, not only as a consumer that is looking for the cheapest price on a product, or the homeowner that is looking for the cheapest way of replacing his/her roof. We as Americans can control our society if we are willing to pay the price, take a few hits and make a few sacrifices. What is our freedom worth?! How far would we go to protect it?! It all comes down to price, does it not?, one way or another. I thank God for the people that are writing comments on this blog, it makes me think that there is still a good number of us freedom loving Americans that are willing to stand up and fight for what we believe in! Don’t forget to cast your vote for FREEDOM in November. God Bless our nation! Like it have always been, it is still America which stands as a beacon up on that hill!

  • Robin from Arcadia, IN

My two teens have found it difficult to find work even living in the midwest! Those who are here illegally are breaking our laws. What more do we need to deport them back? Arizona really is courageous! I hope all other states follow quickly in their footsteps!

  • Meteorlady

We have a government that is refusing to enforce it’s laws. We don’t need immigration reform, we need enforcement. If this government will not do it, everyone in this country needs to turn in every single illegal that they know of. We need to stop doing business with employers that hire them. We need to spread the work about what businesses are using them so we can stop supporting that business. If the government will not do it we all need to keep writing and demanding that they do it. Eisenhower did deported illegals (over 8 million in two years) as did two other president in our history. They did it to get jobs back for Americans.

They are in the construction trades down here and they have taken all the good paying jobs. Since they don’t have to pay taxes, SS, Medicare or have health insurance they make their $12.00 per hour. The poor citizen that has to work and pay all of the above makes far less and now can’t support his family. Those jobs used to pay $20/$40 per hour.

We have an unemployment rate that is far higher than the government tells us and we keep allowing these people to live and work here. They commit murder in our streets and homes, steal our identities, rob our cars and houses, sell drugs, do home invasions, and the gangs and drug people are carrying out wars on our borders. The rest of United States and all the do gooders that believe they are taking low paying jobs and can’t make it their own country need to suck it up and learn the facts because all of this is coming to your town.

Make no mistake – there is a war on our southern borders and we are loosing right now. Police in southern California say there is nothing they could do if the Mexicans wanted to take over – they are sadly out numbered and they refuse to actually go to some places in their cities to try and enforce the law – it’s just too dangerous.

Mexico is one of the MOST corrupt countries and we don’t need people that have little or no respect for the law – nor do we need people that continually have more children than they can afford and expect the rest of us to care for them. We don’t need more uneducated people that will run for the welfare office as soon as they get amnesty we have enough dead beats right now that we can’t afford to support for much longer.

    • Teresa

Turn the illegals into whom? (see my previous post) You call INS and get threatened.

    • http://www.lostnation.blogspot.com Jerry D

Meteorlady, right on! Of course, the government doesn’t want them reported, but if everyone turned in one or two, there would be such an uproar that something might actually get done.

    • kate8

Meteorlady, you have a really good point. Since the government isn’t going to enforce the law, and doesn’t care about Americans, it is up to us citizens to do something about it. As you said, if we stop doing business with ANY and ALL businesses who hire illegals, they would quickly feel the crunch.

It will take us doing this in large numbers, and we’ll have to do the research to see who is doing it. And it could mean doing without things we are used to having. But I would think it would be effective.

We need to somehow launch a campaign, a boycott. Of course, we’d be subject to all kinds of retribution from the government, but what else is new.

  • Antonio

The one thing that i would like to say about this is that most of these problems have been caused by the American man. They hire the illegals dont they??? Always trying to save a buck. You peolple know im right, so dont just put the blame on the illegals. Now dont get me wrong, i’m against illegal immgration too. I’m just saying that it’s not all the illegals fault. To go a little deeper, there is something else that you might want to know. When a Mexican man is looking for a job at a construction site the white man gives him the opportunity. But, When the Mexicano guy starts his on crew he will not hire white men they only hire their fellow people. Then they call you racist’s. Funny stuff huh. Have you ever gone to a Mexican resturant and saw any white people working there??? I dont mean places like (on the boarder) i mean the real Mexican places. They dont hire the white man. I thought that you commited discrimination if you didn’t hire a Mexican man?? How they dont have to hire a white man??? And you know whats really funny about all that??? The man floods these Mexican resturants everyday!!! You hire the Mexican landscapers to do your yard work, The white builder’s hire the Mexican crew’s to build the houses or whatever else. If you were smart you would boycott those poeple.

    • http://www.lostnation.blogspot.com Jerry D

A very good point, Antonio. And, it’s true. There are fines for that, but so few times are they turned in that it’s largely ineffective.

      • http://?? Joe H.

        Jerry,
Did you see the link for the vid that shows a hispanic teacher calling for war in the US by La Razza??? There’s one that needed to be enforced on by the local government under trying to incite violence! If we do that, as citizens, we would be carted off to jail and at least get about 30 days. they do it and even IF they ARE arrested, the ACLU, the revs, and every other bleedin heart group under the sun would be fighting to represent them!!!

    • kate8

Antonio, we’ve all seen this. It seems that being white in today’s America makes one automatically personna non grata. Of course, that is by design.

And you are right. These illegals are told that they can get lots of money if they sneak into America, and we all know how it is when some people know that something is technically wrong but “everyone is doing it”. They come here expecting to find stupid Americans who just want to get by on the cheap, and that is what they find. Who can blame them.

But they also need to face the reality of the situation and get the word back home that America can no longer tolerate their influx. It’s time everyone wakes up to the fact that Americans should not have to sacrifice themselves just because someone else wants what we…used to have.

  • http://gmail i41

Easy way to clean up this illegal problem, is still put a bounty on them. Reagan wanted businesses fined for hiring illegals. It will not do any good to give them a free trip to the border. When I was in Denver in the late 90′s , INS would load up bus loads, and go south, some illegals were back before the buses got back. The “offical Mexican restruants” only hired illegals and nothing every happened to the resturant. All state should enact the same bill as Az. I’m pushing my state elected officals, we’ll see. If we catch an illegal do like we brand horses freeze brand them. If they are dark skinned it will show up white, permant tattoo.

  • DaveH

The number of jobs in the economy is limited only by our imaginations and government meddling. Do you folks honestly think there are only a fixed number of jobs available that can be taken from us?
The economy is elastic. The only thing preventing jobs from being created is all the red tape created by government and the fact that they are draining our financial resources and spending them on non-productive ventures.
If you can’t find a job, create your own. Well, that is if you have the resources to plow through all the legal barriers to starting you own business, such as licensing requirements which typically do no more for society than to protect the entrenched players from competition. Imagine, for instance, that we had all of today’s code and licensing requirements back in Lincoln’s day. We would now probably be living in log cabins because it is very unlikely that the then-existing vested and licensed home builders would have ever allowed the competition of somebody who brazenly suggested building Frame Houses.
Why is it that Hong Kong and Singapore can get along with Government spending 15% of GDP, and the United States (the so-called bastion of freedom) must spend 37% of GDP? That is 22% more of GDP than they spend on Government. Our GDP is about $14 Trillion. So that means we should be able to get along with Government Spending of $3 Trillion a year less than we spend now. That amounts to about $12000 a year per adult savings we could have if our Government was the size of Hong Kong’s or Singapore’s. Imagine what you could do with $12000 extra each year?

    • kate8

DaveH, Jobs are only part of the problem. There are millions who come here for other reasons.

It also has to do with our quality of life. With our population soaring almost completely from immigration, we are flooding our homeland with such numbers of foreigners who don’t care one bit about honoring America. We are a collection of incompatible cultures and languages, have differing values (don’t play by the same rules), and are a nation divided.

Crime rates have soared, and we have foreigners openly advocating doing away with “white America” and taking over.

When did being American mean we have to be suicidal?

      • DaveH

Then let’s address it from those points of view, not as a jobs issue. I am not advocating illegal immigration. I just want to counter the propaganda that our poor economy results from illegal workers. I want to put the blame for our bad economy where it belongs – on the shoulders of Big Government.

      • http://?? Joe H.

        DaveH,
Part of our economy is caused by these trespassers! the taxes we end up paying are increased each and every year because of the freebies they get. higher taxes mean just that much less we have to spend. the less we have to spend the lower the demand. The lower the demand, the lower the number of jobs!

  • william ahrens

Our Federal representatives collectively are guilty of malfeasance allowing a forign power to invade our country in the millions, which constitutionally they are mandated not to allow. Its not that they can’t seal the borders they don’t want to. Why? Is the drug business that powerful or is there a more sinister reason?

  • http://PersonalLibertyDigest Paul W. Brock

I have friends who are independent contractors sheet rock hangers, carpenters etc and they are unemployed and illegals are doing their jobs for the big construction companies that have hired them. There are jobs being done by illegals that Americans would do. I am very suspicious of any study that denies the impact of illegals on AMerican job. It may be a myth that they take jobs Americans won’t do. PB

  • kate8

I am posting this one more time for those who missed it. This was sent to me, and it explains what is behind the immigration problem. It is shocking. We need to understand this if we are going to find a way to fix it.

    ———————————————————————-

We know Dick Lamm as the former Governor of Colorado .. In that context his thoughts are particularly poignant. Last week there was an immigration overpopulation conference in Washington , DC , filled to capacity by many of America ‘s finest minds and leaders. A brilliant
college professor by the name of Victor Hansen Davis talked about his latest book, ‘Mexifornia’, explaining how immigration – both legal and illegal was destroying the entire state of California . He said it would march across the country until it destroyed all vestiges of The American Dream.

Moments later, former Colorado Governor Richard D. Lamm stood up and gave a stunning speech on how to destroy America .

The audience sat spellbound as he described eight methods for the destruction of the United States . He said, ‘If you believe that America is too smug, too self-satisfied, too rich, then let’s destroy America . It is not that hard to do. No nation in history has survived the ravages of time. Arnold Toynbee observed that all great civilizations rise and fall and that ‘An autopsy of history would show that all great nations commit suicide.”

‘Here is how they do it,’ Lamm said:

‘First, to destroy America , turn America into a bilingual or multi-lingual and bicultural country… History shows that no nation can survive the tension, conflict, and antagonism of two or more competing languages and cultures. It is a blessing for an individual to be bilingual; however, it is a curse for a society to be bilingual. The historical scholar, Seymour Lipset, put it this way:
‘The histories of bilingual and bicultural societies that do not assimilate are histories of turmoil, tension, and tragedy.’ Canada , Belgium , Malaysia , and Lebanon all face crises of national existence in which minorities press for autonomy , if not independence. Pakistan and Cyprus have divided. Nigeria suppressed an ethnic rebellion. France faces difficulties with Basques, Bretons, Corsicans and Muslims.’

    Lamm went on:

‘Second, to destroy America , invent ‘multiculturalism’ and encourage immigrants to maintain their culture. Make it an article of belief that all cultures are equal; that there are no cultural differences. Make it an article of faith that the Black and Hispanic dropout rates are due solely to prejudice and discrimination by the majority. Every other explanation is out of bounds.

‘Third, we could make the United States an ‘Hispanic Quebec ‘ without much effort. The key is to celebrate diversity rather than unity. As Benjamin Schwarz said in the Atlantic Monthly recently: ‘The apparent success of our own multi-ethnic and multicultural experiment might have been achieved not by tolerance but by hegemony. Without the dominance that once dictated ethnocentricy and what it meant to be an American, we are left with only tolerance and pluralism to hold us together.’ Lamm said, ‘I would encourage all immigrants to keep their own language and culture. I would replace the melting pot metaphor with the salad bowl metaphor. It is important to ensure that we have various cultural subgroups living in America enforcing their differences rather than as Americans, emphasizing their similarities.’

‘Fourth, I would make our fastest growing demographic group the least educated. I would add a second underclass, unassimilated, undereducated, and antagonistic to our population. I would have this second underclass have a 50% dropout rate from high school.’

‘My fifth point for destroying America would be to get big foundations and business to give these efforts lots of money. I would invest in ethnic identity, and I would establish the cult of
‘Victimology…’ I would get all minorities to think that their lack of success was the fault of the majority. I would start a grievance industry blaming all minority failure on the majority plation.’

‘My sixth plan for America ‘s downfall would include dual citizenship, and promote divided loyalties. I would celebrate diversity over unity. I would stress differences rather than similarities. Diverse people worldwide are mostly engaged in hating each other – that is, when they are not killing each other. A diverse, peaceful, or stable society is against most historical precept. People undervalue the unity it takes to keep a nation together. Look at the ancient Greeks. The Greeks believed that they belonged to the same race; they possessed a common language and literature; and they worshipped the same gods. All Greece took part in the Olympic games.. A common enemy, Persia , threatened their liberty. Yet all these bonds were not strong enough to overcome two factors: local patriotism and geographical conditions that nurtured political divisions. Greece fell. ‘Ex Pluribus Unum’ — From many, one. In that historical reality, if we put the emphasis on the ‘pluribus’ instead of the ‘Unum,’ we will ‘Balkanize’ America as surely as Kosovo.’

‘Next to last, I would place all subjects off limits. Make it taboo to talk about anything against the cult of diversity.’ I would find a word similar to ‘heretic’ in the 16th century – that stopped discussion and paralyzed thinking. Words like ‘racist’ or ‘xenophobe’ halt discussion and debate. Having made America a bilingual/bicultural country, having established multi-cultum, having
the large foundations fund the doctrine of ‘Victimology,’ I would next make it impossible to enforce our immigration laws. I would develop a mantra: That because immigration has been good for America , it must always be good. I would make every individual immigrant symmetric and ignore the cumulative impact of millions of them.’

In the last minute of his speech, Governor Lamm wiped his brow. Profound silence followed. Finally he said, ‘Lastly, I would censor Victor Hanson Davis’s book ‘Mexifornia.’ His book is dangerous. It exposes the plan to destroy America .. If you feel America deserves to be destroyed, don’t read that book.’

There was no applause. A chilling fear quietly rose like an ominous cloud above every attendee at the conference. Every American in that room knew that everything Lamm enumerated was proceeding methodically, quietly, darkly, yet pervasively across the United States today. Discussion is being suppressed. Over 100 languages are ripping the foundation of our educational system and national cohesiveness. Even barbaric cultures that practice female genital mutilation are growing as we celebrate ‘diversity.’ American jobs are vanishing into the Third World as corporations create a Third World in America Take note of California and other states. To date, ten million illegal aliens and growing fast. It is reminiscent of George Orwell’s book ’1984..’ In that story, three slogans are engraved in the Ministry of Truth building: ‘War is peace,’ ‘Freedom is slavery,’ and ‘Ignorance is strength..’

Governor Lamm walked back to his seat. It dawned on everyone at the conference that our nation and the future of this great democracy is deeply in trouble and worsening fast. If we don’t get this immigration monster stopped within three years, it will rage like a California wildfire and destroy everything in its path, especially The American Dream.

    • Steve

      Kate,
I have read that several times now and it is chilling! I copied it yesterday from the other page, and emailed it to my list, and have gotten more responses back than on any other mail I’ve sent for months.

For everyone who hasn’t seen this. Here is a link to the petition that Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer & Sarah Palin set up. Please go and sign this petition supporting Arizonas SB 1070, because they are going to use it to show that Arizonas new law has support from ALL the American people, when Obama and his socialist cohorts in congress try to circumvent their new law in the courts, or with one of their own watered down bills, or with amnesty.

The last good job I worked before I fell from a scaffold I was a foreman building 6 story steel and concrete steps at a colledge in Greenville, N.C.
The company that had all the masonary work had an all Mexican crew and I tried to get a friend that was a block mason on and nothing doing. they had all they needed but there were new Mexicans popping up every day or two.
I got into it with the boss and neary got fired from my job but I got his a$$ back.
I called the cops, the FBI, and I forget who else but I wish you had seen that place when they all came pulling up about 9 am a few days later. Them suckers were running in every direction and heck, I don’t think they caught but maye 5 of them.
Out of a crew of about 30-40 men when they showed up there wasn’t even enough left to work that day.
The next day it was back to usuall except most of the ones that had been there weren’t there.
It was a whole new legal bunch so the others just swapped places they were working at.

Kate8 hi your a great American. Thanks for your reply to my previous comment. I still think that the American people need to quit eating at the Mexican resturants, quit hiring them for your yard work, house cleaning, baby sitting, and everything else that will hurt them and might send some back home because there is no work. There are white and black people that do that. Seek and ye shall find. We need to exactly what DENNIS PHILLIPS did start reporting these jobs sites and have them picked up. Call your governers and tell them that you want them to oder there INS department to crack down on these sites.

    • kate8

Antonio, I agree with you. I don’t do business with anyone who hires illegals.
Didn’t you say that you immigrated to America? Well, I’m proud to call you a fellow American. We need people like you.

Are you having your book burning tonight?.. Or is it cross burning night?….most of you do know that the Southwest was once Mexico.. A clue might be to check the names if the citys , towns and countys….their in Spanish ….so why are you so confused as to why Spanish speaking people would want to come here?…their was a time not to longago when most the people in the west and southwest were Latino , Mexican or south American…and I suppose in fact in certin that their are people who think the west and southwest was stolen from Mexico… It’s a thought…you may not like it but you can’t change it…. The fastest growing population in America is Latino … And the fastest growing religion on the planet is Islam… If I were you I might think about trying to get along and live with other races because you cant win any racist fight…

    • Al Sieber

The S.W. belonged to the Native Americans 1st, then Spain, Mexico and we bought some of it from Mexico, and fought and won the rest. Mexico stole it from the Native Americans first. who owns it now? posession is 9/ 10th of the law.

  • chuck b

    chaos factor

if my memory serves me this country in the southwest belonged to the indian nations, the spanish invaded and layed claim, we bought this land from mexico they having immigrated to this land behind the spanish.
the mexican government sold this land to the u.s. at the conclusion of the mex-u.s. war. we won!!! now the mechistas think they own this land and want it back by invading with millions of illegals. i think not, and if worse comes to worse, these people might be biting a tiger on the leg. so factor dry your eyes. and if you have any thoughts that us whities are going to lay down and let you mechistas take this land by any means, you better go back and read your history, it will be worse this time. don’t tell me we can’t win and by the way what have you ever won?? and by the way if i were you it would be to your benefit to abide by the law and try to get along with us. you will never win in a fight. “we’ve proved that”

    • JC

      Absolutely right.

  • Antonio

Chaos factor Chuck b is right. Were indoctrinated in those public schools?? Anyways, the Alamo story is a good one. Mexico had a dictator i forget the name but its Antonio something and the “Tejanos” did not want to be a part of Mexico. Just so that you know, most of the people who died fighting in the Alamo were the Tejanos brown people not the gringos. Yes Spain owned Mexico up until 1860′s. Thats why they speak spanish and not mayan. It’s a shame their too stupid to know their own history. So go blame Spain and get an education too

    • Al Sieber

I believe Mexico gained it’s independence from Spain in 1824, and the general’s name was Santa Anna.

    • HeadOutOfSandintoHell

First thanks for becoming an American. You post was almost spot on but the Alamo happened during the the Presidency Of Santa Ana. That was the fight for freedom for Texas back when it was part of Mexico. It then formed the Republic of Texas which later succeeded to the US. It’s reason for joining the US was another grab by another Mexican President of which I can’t recall. That is refered to as the Spainish American War. It was at that time that the US fought off a Mexican invasion. After a poll was taken of New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada, and California the US offered and bought those territories whick all later voted to join with the Union of the United States. If I’m off please feel free to correct.

i meant Were you indoctrinated i was typing fast sorry

Kate8 yes i came from Colombia. Legally. I have quite a story, but to make it short I was a Police officer. I had a lot of problems like being on someone’s hit list. Have any idea what it’s like being a good Police man in Colombia??? I have been shot twice. Now you know.

    • kate8

      You’re a great American, Antonio.

I know the feeling Antonio, I’ve been shot at twice also, here in Arizona you can shoot back and defend yourself, I don’t like doing it though.

Chaos factor the troops that are already here are from GERMANY, BRITAN,NICARAGUA,CHINA, JAPAN, BULGARIA, RUSSIA, CANADA. There are more than a million here preparing for MARTIAL LAW. Do yourself a favor and research it. NWO, MARTIAL LAW, NASA BLUE BEAM, MDCCLXXVI, FEMA CONCENTRATION CAMPS, MASONS, RFID CHIPS, PRINCE CHARLES OF WHALES. When you learn the truth dont wet your panties just take like a man and prepare yourself. By the way, the RFID chips are the health care bill set to be mandatory. Do not take the chips.

Antonio – You have done your homework!

Can’t wait to see if those namby-pambt liberals who always go after me for bringing that stuff up go after you, too. That bunch of self-important, entitlement-minded, spoiled crybabies can’t handle anything close to the truth.

      LOL.

      • Antonio

hey kate8 i copied and pasted a little bit about the chip thing from the health care bill. its on page 1001 its written in stupid language but it is the RFID chips!!!

Antonio – Actually, I heard that there was more specific language in the Immigration Reform Bill regarding the chip, including a timeline.

They’ve been chipping people in other countries already. India for one, and they’ve over a billion people. It’s being done in phases.

We need help if we are going to solve the illegal immigration issue. By “help” I mean the support of everyone here and other patriotic Americans. Unfortunately, Arizona will lose the battle if the Federal government challenges this law. The Supreme Court has repeatedly confirmed that States do NOT have the right to nullify Federal law. Obama and company will find a way to nullify this law. This law is not racist, yet the hate-mongers (good ol’ Al and now the LA City Circus…Council) are trying to disparage all Arizonans and opponents of illegal immigration.
Stand up for Arizona, and stand up for America!

    • kate8

MattAZ, what law are they nullifying? All they really did was reaffirm laws already on the books.

  • Antonio

yeah lets shove this down their throats just like they shoved health care down ours!!! Then ask them how it feels. Screw them and their feelings!

  • Antonio

hey headoutofsand thanks, it was led by Antonio Lopez de Santa Anna. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battle_of_the_Alamo check this site out pretty cool, but i doesnt say as to whether or not he was a dictator? I have always heard he was a dictator. the attack in San Antonio is what started the actual “war”

  • Antonio

Originally named Misión San Antonio de Valero, the Alamo served as home to missionaries and their Indian converts for nearly seventy years. Construction began on the present site in 1724. In 1793, Spanish officials secularized San Antonio’s five missions and distributed their lands to the remaining Indian residents. These men and women continued to farm the fields, once the mission’s but now their own, and participated in the growing community of San Antonio.

In the early 1800s, the Spanish military stationed a cavalry unit at the former mission. The soldiers referred to the old mission as the Alamo (the Spanish word for “cottonwood”) in honor of their hometown Alamo de Parras, Coahuila. The post’s commander established the first recorded hospital in Texas in the Long Barrack. The Alamo was home to both Revolutionaries and Royalists during Mexico’s ten-year struggle for independence. The military — Spanish, Rebel, and then Mexican — continued to occupy the Alamo until the Texas Revolution.

San Antonio and the Alamo played a critical role in the Texas Revolution. In December 1835, Ben Milam led Texian and Tejano volunteers against Mexican troops quartered in the city. After five days of house-to-house fighting, they forced General Martín Perfecto de Cós and his soldiers to surrender. The victorious volunteers then occupied the Alamo — already fortified prior to the battle by Cós’ men — and strengthened its defenses.

On February 23, 1836, the arrival of General Antonio López de Santa Anna’s army outside San Antonio nearly caught them by surprise. Undaunted, the Texians and Tejanos prepared to defend the Alamo together. The defenders held out for 13 days against Santa Anna’s army. William B. Travis, the commander of the Alamo sent forth couriers carrying pleas for help to communities in Texas. On the eighth day of the siege, a band of 32 volunteers from Gonzales arrived, bringing the number of defenders to nearly two hundred. Legend holds that with the possibility of additional help fading, Colonel Travis drew a line on the ground and asked any man willing to stay and fight to step over — all except one did. As the defenders saw it, the Alamo was the key to the defense of Texas, and they were ready to give their lives rather than surrender their position to General Santa Anna. Among the Alamo’s garrison were Jim Bowie, renowned knife fighter, and David Crockett, famed frontiersman and former congressman from Tennessee.

The final assault came before daybreak on the morning of March 6, 1836, as columns of Mexican soldiers emerged from the predawn darkness and headed for the Alamo’s walls. Cannon and small arms fire from inside the Alamo beat back several attacks. Regrouping, the Mexicans scaled the walls and rushed into the compound. Once inside, they turned a captured cannon on the Long Barrack and church, blasting open the barricaded doors. The desperate struggle continued until the defenders were overwhelmed. By sunrise, the battle had ended and Santa Anna entered the Alamo compound to survey the scene of his victory.

While the facts surrounding the siege of the Alamo continue to be debated, there is no doubt about what the battle has come to symbolize. People worldwide continue to remember the Alamo as a heroic struggle against impossible odds — a place where men made the ultimate sacrifice for freedom. For this reason, the Alamo remains hallowed ground and the Shrine of Texas Liberty.

hey Kate8 read this article about the RFID chips its a lot but interesting. Holy crap!

    RFID Chips Are Here
    Scott Granneman, 2003-06-26
RFID chips are being embedded in everything from jeans to paper money, and your privacy is at stake.

“ Right now, you can buy a hammer, a pair of jeans, or a razor blade with anonymity. With RFID tags, that may be a thing of the past. ”
Bar codes are something most of us never think about. We go to the grocery store to buy dog food, the checkout person runs our selection over the scanner, there’s an audible beep or boop, and then we’re told how much money we owe. Bar codes in that sense are an invisible technology that we see all the time, but without thinking about what’s in front of our eyes.

Bar codes have been with us so long, and they’re so ubiquitous, that its hard to remember that they’re a relatively new technology that took a while to catch on. The patent for bar codes was issued in 1952. It took twenty years before a standard for bar codes was approved, but they still didn’t catch on. Ten years later, only 15,000 suppliers were using bar codes. That changed in 1984. By 1987 – only three years later! – 75,000 suppliers were using bar codes. That’s one heck of a growth curve.

So what changed in 1984? Who, or what, caused the change?

    Wal-Mart.

When Wal-Mart talks, suppliers listen. So when Wal-Mart said that it wanted to use bar codes as a better way to manage inventory, bar codes became de rigeur. If you didn’t use bar codes, you lost Wal-Mart’s business. That’s a death knell for most of their suppliers.

The same thing is happening today. I’m here to tell you that the bar code’s days are numbered. There’s a new technology in town, one that at first blush might seem insignificant to security professionals, but it’s a technology that is going to be a big part of our future. And how do I know this? Pin it on Wal-Mart again; they’re the big push behind this new technology.

So what is it? RFID tags.

    RFID 101

Invented in 1969 and patented in 1973, but only now becoming commercially and technologically viable, RFID tags are essentially microchips, the tinier the better. Some are only 1/3 of a millimeter across. These chips act as transponders (transmitters/responders), always listening for a radio signal sent by transceivers, or RFID readers. When a transponder receives a certain radio query, it responds by transmitting its unique ID code, perhaps a 128-bit number, back to the transceiver. Most RFID tags don’t have batteries (How could they? They’re 1/3 of a millimeter!). Instead, they are powered by the radio signal that wakes them up and requests an answer.

Most of these “broadcasts” are designed to be read between a few inches and several feet away, depending on the size of the antenna and the power driving the RFID tags (some are in fact powered by batteries, but due to the increased size and cost, they are not as common as the passive, non-battery-powered models). However, it is possible to increase that distance if you build a more sensitive RFID receiver.

RFID chips cost up to 50 cents, but prices are dropping. Once they get to 5 cents each, it will be cost-efficient to put RFID tags in almost anything that costs more than a dollar.

    Who’s using RFID?

RFID is already in use all around us. Ever chipped your pet dog or cat with an ID tag? Or used an EZPass through a toll booth? Or paid for gas using ExxonMobils’ SpeedPass? Then you’ve used RFID.

Some uses, especially those related to security, seem like a great idea. For instance, Delta is testing RFID on some flights, tagging 40,000 customer bags in order to reduce baggage loss and make it easier to route bags if customers change their flight plans.

Three seaport operators – who account for 70% of the world’s port operations – agreed to deploy RFID tags to track the 17,000 containers that arrive each day at US ports. Currently, less than 2% are inspected. RFID tags will be used to track the containers and the employees handling them.

The United States Department of Defense is moving into RFID in order to trace military supply shipments. During the first Gulf War, the DOD made mistakes in its supply allocation. To streamline operations, the U.S. military has placed RFID tags on 270,000 cargo containers and tracks those shipments throughout 40 countries.

On a smaller level, but one that will instantly resonate with security pros, Star City Casino in Sydney, Australia placed RFID tags in 80,000 employee uniforms in order to put a stop to theft. The same idea would work well in corporate PCs, networking equipment, and handhelds.

In all of these cases, RFID use seems reasonable. It is non-intrusive, and it seems to balance security and privacy. Other uses for RFID, however, may be troublesome.

Visa is combining smart cards and RFID chips so people can conduct transactions without having to use cash or coins. These smart cards can also be incorporated into cell phones and other devices. Thus, you could pay for parking, buy a newspaper, or grab a soda from a vending machine without opening your wallet. This is wonderfully convenient, but the specter of targeted personal ads popping up as I walk through the mall, a la Minority Report, does not thrill me.

Michelin, which manufactures 800,000 tires a day, is going to insert RFID tags into its tires. The tag will store a unique number for each tire, a number that will be associated with the car’s VIN (Vehicle Identification Number). Good for Michelin, and car manufacturers, and fighting crime. Potentially bad for you. Who will assure your privacy? Do you really want your car’s tires broadcasting your every move?

The European Central Bank may embed RFID chips in the euro note. Ostensibly to combat counterfeiters and money-launderers, it would also enable banks to count large amounts of cash in seconds. Unfortunately, such a move would also makes it possible for governments to track the passage of cash from individual to individual. Cash is the last truly anonymous way to buy and sell. With RFID tags, that anonymity would be gone. In addition, banks would not be the only ones who could in an instant divine how much cash you were carrying; criminals can also obtain power transceivers.

Several major manufacturers and retailers expect RFID tags to aid in managing the supply chain, from manufacturing to shipping to stocking store shelves, including Gillette (which purchased 500 million RFID tags for its razors), Home Depot, The Gap, Proctor & Gamble, Prada, Target, Tesco (a United Kingdom chain), and Wal-Mart. Especially Wal-Mart.

The retail giant, the largest employer in America, is working with Gillette to create “smart shelves” that can alert managers and stockboys to replenish the supply of razors. More significantly, Wal-Mart intends for its top 100 suppliers to fully support RFID for inventory tracking by 2005. Wal-Mart would love to be able to point an RFID reader at any of the 1 billion sealed boxes of widgets it receives every year and instantly know exactly how many widgets it has. No unpacking, no unnecessary handling, no barcode scanners required.

    RFID Issues

Right now, you can buy a hammer, a pair of jeans, or a razor blade with anonymity. With RFID tags, that may be a thing of the past. Some manufacturers are planning to tag just the packaging, but others will also tag their products. There is no law requiring a label indicating that an RFID chip is in a product. Once you buy your RFID-tagged jeans at The Gap with RFID-tagged money, walk out of the store wearing RFID-tagged shoes, and get into your car with its RFID-tagged tires, you could be tracked anywhere you travel. Bar codes are usually scanned at the store, but not after purchase. But RFID transponders are, in many cases, forever part of the product, and designed to respond when they receive a signal. Imagine everything you own is “numbered, identified, catalogued, and tracked.” Anonymity and privacy? Gone in a hailstorm of invisible communication, betrayed by your very property.

But let’s not stop there. Others are talking about placing RFID tags into all sensitive or important documents: “it will be practical to put them not only in paper money, but in drivers’ licenses, passports, stock certificates, manuscripts, university diplomas, medical degrees and licenses, birth certificates, and any other sort of document you can think of where authenticity is paramount.” In other words, those documents you’re required to have, that you can’t live without, will be forever tagged.

Consider the human body as well. Applied Digital Solutions has designed an RFID tag – called the VeriChip – for people. Only 11 mm long, it is designed to go under the skin, where it can be read from four feet away. They sell it as a great way to keep track of children, Alzheimer’s patients in danger of wandering, and anyone else with a medical disability, but it gives me the creeps. The possibilities are scary. In May, delegates to the Chinese Communist Party Congress were required to wear an RFID-equipped badge at all times so their movements could be tracked and recorded. Is there any doubt that, in a few years, those badges will be replaced by VeriChip-like devices?

Surveillance is getting easier, cheaper, smaller, and ubiquitous. Sure, it’s possible to destroy an RFID tag. You can crush it, puncture it, or microwave it (but be careful of fires!). You can’t drown it, however, and you can’t demagnetize it. And washing RFID-tagged clothes won’t remove the chips, since they’re specifically designed to withstand years of wearing, washing, and drying. You could remove the chip from your jeans, but you’d have to find it first.

That’s why Congress should require that consumers be notified about products with embedded RFID tags. We should know when we’re being tagged. We should also be able to disable the chips in our own property. If it’s the property of the company we work for, that’s a different matter. But if it’s ours, we should be able to control whether tracking is enabled.

Security professionals need to realize that RFID tags are dumb devices. They listen, and they respond. Currently, they don’t care who sends the signal. Anything your companies’ transceiver can detect, the bad guy’s transceiver can detect. So don’t be lulled into a false sense of security.

With RFID about to arrive in full force, don’t be lulled at all. Major changes are coming, and not all of them will be positive. The law of unintended consequences is about to encounter surveillance devices smaller than the period at the end of this sentence.

  • Antonio

P.S. i’m assuming that the perpous for these chips are to be able to find those who flee during MARTIAL LAW. They will be able to track you just from the cloths you wear!!

    • Steve

      Antonio;
Excellent post! It seems the NWO is going to give the criminals one more way to make it easier for them to decide which of us is carrying cash so they won’t waste their precious time robbing someone without any.
If they do end up using RFIDs’ in money, and the criminals start using scanners to see how much money you have on you, or in your car, house etc you will need to build a “Faraday Box” until you have the chance to get home and microwave it.
These can be built in any size, but small enough that they are easy to hide in your car, and even as small & thin as a wallet, and will shield radio waves so the criminals can’t count the money in your pocket. They are very simple to make, anybody can do it. The finer the consistency of the mesh, the better they work.
Some of the radio credit cards you may have now can be read at 3 1/2 to 4 feet, so all your financial info (total in your bank account, personal info etc) is available to criminals right now if they have a scanner.
You can identify a “hot” card by looking at it. A transmitting RFID credit/debit card will have 2 or 3 little zig zags on it that look like little lightening bolts.

How long does an RFID need to be microwaved to destroy it?

      • s c

Steve, in other words, crminals will be able to PROFILE their intended victims. Kinda funny how elected CRIMINALS in Washington get outraged when potential criminals who use open borders ‘can’t’ have the same kind of ‘profiling’ aimed in their direction.
Hypocrisy is the polite word for this insanity. Treason is more accurate. For a long time, I’ve had a list of directions ready for any bureaucrat who wants me to get an electronic implant. Seems like it’s amost time to use it – right after I knock the pathetic bastard on his progressive ‘asterisk.’

        • Steve

          S C;
I never thought about it like that but you are correct. Criminals PROFILING us to see how much money we’ve got. Besides the ATM after dark, we’ll also need to be cautious walking out of the bank in the middle of the day. I’m assuming that when they put the RFID’s in the money, the crooks will be able to count exactly how many $100 dollar bills we have on us.

  • http://www.dobox.com/ Bruce

Antonio – Actually, I heard that there was more specific language in the Immigration Reform Bill regarding the chip, including a timeline.

I dont think that all this is about criminals. The government doesn’t give a hairy rats a$$ about the criminals and to whom they offend. This is all about the NWO. They want to know where you are, who you are, where you go, what do you do. Its all about monitoring, and tracking you and nothing else. If they have these chips in our cloths i’m assuming they’re in our guns as well. The only thing i’m interested in now is if there is a scanner or device that can be used to find all the “chips” that are currently in my house!!!

As for how long it takes to microwave them mmmmmm lets research it my friend. my e-mail for you and kate too is icu_2_cop@hotmail.com that e-mail is not mine but when i know its you and kate for sure i’ll give you my real one.

    • Steve

      Antonio;
You’re right. The main issue is not about the criminals, that is just one of many “unintended consequences” of the governments ignorant planning. I can live with the RFID’s but when it comes to those
m fers wanting to put a frickin microchip in me or my family that’s when the troubles going to start.

I wouldn’t worry about chips being put in your guns just yet. Before they ever started putting them in guns, I think we would get a heads up from the N.R.A.

Have you thought about how you’re going to put your car tires in your microwave so you can nuke the RFID’s? LOL, Just kidding.. When you said they were putting them in car tires, I started thinking about it and I have a solution. The main working part of a microwave oven is the magnatron, and you can actually make a “portable” one. If you have 110volt electricity in your garage you can nuke your tires in place, as long as you don’t have a pacemaker on your heart.

As far as a scanner to check your house for RFID’s I think one like they use at the stores would work. If it’ll read them/find them at the store, it will find them in your house.

Be careful posting your email on here or anywhere else Antonio. You are likely to start getting a lot of spam from the liberal socialists that read this blog. BTW how are you going to know if it’s me emailing you and not some liberal from this blog? How do you even know it’s me writing this?? ha ha ha :-)

      • Antonio

ja ja ja good point my friend but i’ll take my chances at keeping in touch with a good guy. Besides, its not my real e-mail and since i have a custom built computer equipped with everything you can think of even spam filters, IP blockers, intrusion detections. I’m a technican so its safe buddy. Thanks for the info on the microwave stuff. Interesante!!! tell me more at my e-mail. later

Isn’t it amazing, that whenever you read ANYTHING about illegals, it is always one-third of this, or one-third of that; yet, when we are told how many illegals are actually in our country, it always comes down to something like less then 1%. When are the American people going to wake up and realize that 1/3 of the American population is actually made up of illegals or those who used to be? Meaning, that 100 million of them are here illegally! In Arizona, alone, there are more illegals living there, then there are US soldiers stationed in the whole United States. 237 American cities have Mexican drug cartels conducting “narco-terrorism” activities; illegals have threatened both our people and the government with comments like, “if you make us leave, we will starve you, because you will not have anyone to pick your crops,” etc., etc. Why is it that this country has a war on terrorism, yet, when it comes to threats and the increasing crimes committed by illegal Mexicans, alone, our government does nothing!? Although I do not condone a military draft, I do believe that during time of war, and afterwards, as a deterant, that we need a “real” standing Army! Currently, we have 2 million people in our armed forces, and they, along with the police, are fully and completely incapable of protecting this country (i.e., look at the Rodney King riots, where the Army/National Guard did not assist, and LAPD officers “fled” the scene because there were just “too many of them” to deal with, while our commander-in-thief sits on his butt talking BS. As an example, Iran is now producing 5K pounds of weapons grade uranium each month, when it was only a few kilos, last year; North Korea, who has an army of 2 million, not including their air force, navy, etc., has declared “war” today, against South Korea, who, with American forces, only has about 29K people stationed there (PS-The Korean war of the 1950′s never ended. It stopped with a cease-fire, but not an armastice.) to protect the whole Korean penninsula!!!!! America is a joke, and every country on this planet knows it. The most tragic environmental disaster in the Earth’s history has ocurred in the Gulf of Mexico (the oil spill) and instead of using all of our resources, like the Army Corps of Engineers, etc., our commander-in-thief has decided to leave the mess to BP, and do nothing else to protect this country, our ability to grow food and feed ourselves, or any other protection of the American people. Remember, too, that not one nation on this planet has sent anybody to help us with this disaster, either. As the commander-in-thief sits in the White House everyday for his 5 pm cocktail parties, this planet’s oceanic food chain will be destroyed as our oil slick travels around the world on this planet’s currents. People will be starving, money will be useless, and anarchy and outright war will result from this administration’s refusal to do anything about it. We are now approaching the end of time, as we know it; but, what I think is really hillarious about all of this, is that this country’s past and present political figures will also not have the resources to feed themselves or protect their families as the whole planet implodes. AREN’T YOU GLAD YOU VOTED AN ILLEGAL ALIEN (PS-HIS ILLEGAL AUNT JUST GOT LEGAL STATUS THIS WEEK, JUST IN CASE YOU MISSED IT ON THE NEWS, WHO DID NOT CARRY THE STORY) INTO OFFICE ALONG WITH HIS SOCIALISTIC, COMMUNISTIC, AND NAZI BUDDIES? Doesn’t mean much to anyone, anymore, because the average person has no clue as to what is happening around them; all dumbed down by their governments and the United Nations. Prior to JFK’s assasination, he signed a document called the “Disarming of America.” Most people believed that it meant no more nuclear bombs. Now that it is “unclassified” anybody who can find it on the Internet can read it. It was an agreement to take “guns” out of the hands of law-abiding Americans who would use them to protect themselves and their families, should a catastropy like this ocurr! Welcome to the new world order, folks. I blame everybody who is a Democrat or who has ever voted for a Democrat, for any office, even “dog-catcher,” for what is about to happen. Judgment time will soon be upon us!

AngryAmerican, HI i too am angry, but i would like to say that i have been studying the NWO CRAP for a long time. Every president has been a member of the nwo except Kenndy. That is why he was assisnated, so with this post i copied an article i thought that you might like. Here it is.

On June 4, 1963, a virtually unknown Presidential decree, Executive Order 11110, was signed with the authority to basically strip the Federal Reserve Bank of its power to loan money to the United States Federal Government at interest. With the stroke of a pen, President Kennedy declared that the privately owned Federal Reserve Bank would soon be out of business. The Christian Law Fellowship has exhaustively researched this matter through the Federal Register and Library of Congress. We can now safely conclude that this Executive Order has never been repealed, amended, or superceded by any subsequent Executive Order. In simple terms, it is still valid.
When President John Fitzgerald Kennedy – the author of Profiles in Courage -signed this Order, it returned to the federal government, specifically the Treasury Department, the Constitutional power to create and issue currency -money – without going through the privately owned Federal Reserve Bank. President Kennedy’s Executive Order 11110 [the full text is displayed further below] gave the Treasury Department the explicit authority: “to issue silver certificates against any silver bullion, silver, or standard silver dollars in the Treasury.” This means that for every ounce of silver in the U.S. Treasury’s vault, the government could introduce new money into circulation based on the silver bullion physically held there. As a result, more than $4 billion in United States Notes were brought into circulation in $2 and $5 denominations. $10 and $20 United States Notes were never circulated but were being printed by the Treasury Department when Kennedy was assassinated. It appears obvious that President Kennedy knew the Federal Reserve Notes being used as the purported legal currency were contrary to the Constitution of the United States of America.
“United States Notes” were issued as an interest-free and debt-free currency backed by silver reserves in the U.S. Treasury. We compared a “Federal Reserve Note” issued from the private central bank of the United States (the Federal Reserve Bank a/k/a Federal Reserve System), with a “United States Note” from the U.S. Treasury issued by President Kennedy’s Executive Order. They almost look alike, except one says “Federal Reserve Note” on the top while the other says “United States Note”. Also, the Federal Reserve Note has a green seal and serial number while the United States Note has a red seal and serial number.
President Kennedy was assassinated on November 22, 1963 and the United States Notes he had issued were immediately taken out of circulation. Federal Reserve Notes continued to serve as the legal currency of the nation. According to the United States Secret Service, 99% of all U.S. paper “currency” circulating in 1999 are Federal Reserve Notes.
Kennedy knew that if the silver-backed United States Notes were widely circulated, they would have eliminated the demand for Federal Reserve Notes. This is a very simple matter of economics. The USN was backed by silver and the FRN was not backed by anything of intrinsic value. Executive Order 11110 should have prevented the national debt from reaching its current level (virtually all of the nearly $9 trillion in federal debt has been created since 1963) if LBJ or any subsequent President were to enforce it. It would have almost immediately given the U.S. Government the ability to repay its debt without going to the private Federal Reserve Banks and being charged interest to create new “money”. Executive Order 11110 gave the U.S.A. the ability to, once again, create its own money backed by silver and realm value worth something.
Again, according to our own research, just five months after Kennedy was assassinated, no more of the Series 1958 “Silver Certificates” were issued either, and they were subsequently removed from circulation. Perhaps the assassination of JFK was a warning to all future presidents not to interfere with the private Federal Reserve’s control over the creation of money. It seems very apparent that President Kennedy challenged the “powers that exist behind U.S. and world finance”. With true patriotic courage, JFK boldly faced the two most successful vehicles that have ever been used to drive up debt:
    1) war (Viet Nam); and,
    2) the creation of money by a privately owned central bank. His efforts to have all U.S. troops out of Vietnam by 1965 combined with Executive Order 11110 would have destroyed the profits and control of the private Federal Reserve Bank.

    Executive Order 11110
AMENDMENT OF EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 10289 AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE PERFORMANCE OF CERTAIN FUNCTIONS AFFECTING THE DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY. By virtue of the authority vested in me by section 301 of title 3 of the United States Code, it is ordered as follows:
SECTION 1. Executive Order No. 10289 of September 19, 1951, as amended, is hereby further amended – (a) By adding at the end of paragraph 1 thereof the following subparagraph (j): “(j) The authority vested in the President by paragraph (b) of section 43 of the Act of May 12, 1933, as amended (31 U.S.C. 821 (b)), to issue silver certificates against any silver bullion, silver, or standard silver dollars in the Treasury not then held for redemption of any outstanding silver certificates, to prescribe the denominations of such silver certificates, and to coin standard silver dollars and subsidiary silver currency for their redemption,” and (b) By revoking subparagraphs (b) and (c) of paragraph 2 thereof. SECTION 2. The amendment made by this Order shall not affect any act done, or any right accruing or accrued or any suit or proceeding had or commenced in any civil or criminal cause prior to the date of this Order but all such liabilities shall continue and may be enforced as if said amendments had not been made.
JOHN F. KENNEDY THE WHITE HOUSE, June 4, 1963

Once again, Executive Order 11110 is still valid. According to Title 3, United States Code, Section 301 dated January 26, 1998:
Executive Order (EO) 10289 dated Sept. 17, 1951, 16 F.R. 9499, was as amended by:
    EO 10583, dated December 18, 1954, 19 F.R. 8725;
    EO 10882 dated July 18, 1960, 25 F.R. 6869;
    EO 11110 dated June 4, 1963, 28 F.R. 5605;
    EO 11825 dated December 31, 1974, 40 F.R. 1003;
    EO 12608 dated September 9, 1987, 52 F.R. 34617
The 1974 and 1987 amendments, added after Kennedy’s 1963 amendment, did not change or alter any part of Kennedy’s EO 11110. A search of Clinton’s 1998 and 1999 EO’s and Presidential Directives has also shown no reference to any alterations, suspensions, or changes to EO 11110.
The Federal Reserve Bank, a.k.a Federal Reserve System, is a Private Corporation. Black’s Law Dictionary defines the “Federal Reserve System” as: “Network of twelve central banks to which most national banks belong and to which state chartered banks may belong. Membership rules require investment of stock and minimum reserves.” Privately-owned banks own the stock of the FED. This was explained in more detail in the case of Lewis v. United States, Federal Reporter, 2nd Series, Vol. 680, Pages 1239, 1241 (1982), where the court said: “Each Federal Reserve Bank is a separate corporation owned by commercial banks in its region. The stock-holding commercial banks elect two thirds of each Bank’s nine member board of directors”.
The Federal Reserve Banks are locally controlled by their member banks. Once again, according to Black’s Law Dictionary, we find that these privately owned banks actually issue money:
“Federal Reserve Act. Law which created Federal Reserve banks which act as agents in maintaining money reserves, issuing money in the form of bank notes, lending money to banks, and supervising banks. Administered by Federal Reserve Board (q.v.)”.
The privately owned Federal Reserve (FED) banks actually issue (create) the “money” we use. In 1964, the House Committee on Banking and Currency, Subcommittee on Domestic Finance, at the second session of the 88th Congress, put out a study entitled Money Facts which contains a good description of what the FED is: “The Federal Reserve is a total money-making machine. It can issue money or checks. And it never has a problem of making its checks good because it can obtain the $5 and $10 bills necessary to cover its check simply by asking the Treasury Department’s Bureau of Engraving to print them”.
Any one person or any closely knit group who has a lot of money has a lot of power. Now imagine a group of people who have the power to create money. Imagine the power these people would have. This is exactly what the privately owned FED is!
No man did more to expose the power of the FED than Louis T. McFadden, who was the Chairman of the House Banking Committee back in the 1930s. In describing the FED, he remarked in the Congressional Record, House pages 1295 and 1296 on June 10, 1932:
“Mr. Chairman, we have in this country one of the most corrupt institutions the world has ever known. I refer to the Federal Reserve Board and the Federal reserve banks. The Federal Reserve Board, a Government Board, has cheated the Government of the United States and he people of the United States out of enough money to pay the national debt. The depredations and the iniquities of the Federal Reserve Board and the Federal reserve banks acting together have cost this country enough money to pay the national debt several times over. This evil institution has impoverished and ruined the people of the United States; has bankrupted itself, and has practically bankrupted our Government. It has done this through the maladministration of that law by which the Federal Reserve Board, and through the corrupt practices of the moneyed vultures who control it”.
Some people think the Federal Reserve Banks are United States Government institutions. They are not Government institutions, departments, or agencies. They are private credit monopolies which prey upon the people of the United States for the benefit of themselves and their foreign customers. Those 12 private credit monopolies were deceitfully placed upon this country by bankers who came here from Europe and who repaid us for our hospitality by undermining our American institutions.
The FED basically works like this: The government granted its power to create money to the FED banks. They create money, then loan it back to the government charging interest. The government levies income taxes to pay the interest on the debt. On this point, it’s interesting to note that the Federal Reserve Act and the sixteenth amendment, which gave congress the power to collect income taxes, were both passed in 1913. The incredible power of the FED over the economy is universally admitted. Some people, especially in the banking and academic communities, even support it. On the other hand, there are those, such as President John Fitzgerald Kennedy, that have spoken out against it. His efforts were spoken about in Jim Marrs’ 1990 book Crossfire:”
Another overlooked aspect of Kennedy’s attempt to reform American society involves money. Kennedy apparently reasoned that by returning to the constitution, which states that only Congress shall coin and regulate money, the soaring national debt could be reduced by not paying interest to the bankers of the Federal Reserve System, who print paper money then loan it to the government at interest. He moved in this area on June 4, 1963, by signing Executive Order 11110 which called for the issuance of $4,292,893,815 in United States Notes through the U.S. Treasury rather than the traditional Federal Reserve System. That same day, Kennedy signed a bill changing the backing of one and two dollar bills from silver to gold, adding strength to the weakened U.S. currency.
Kennedy’s comptroller of the currency, James J. Saxon, had been at odds with the powerful Federal Reserve Board for some time, encouraging broader investment and lending powers for banks that were not part of the Federal Reserve system. Saxon also had decided that non-Reserve banks could underwrite state and local general obligation bonds, again weakening the dominant Federal Reserve banks”.
In a comment made to a Columbia University class on Nov. 12, 1963,
Ten days before his assassination, President John Fitzgerald Kennedy allegedly said:
“The high office of the President has been used to foment a plot to destroy the American’s freedom and before I leave office, I must inform the citizen of this plight.”
In this matter, John Fitzgerald Kennedy appears to be the subject of his own book… a true Profile of Courage.

What is the Federal Reserve Bank?
What is the Federal Reserve Bank (FED) and why do we have it?
by Greg Hobbs November 1, 1999
The FED is a central bank. Central banks are supposed to implement a country’s fiscal policies. They monitor commercial banks to ensure that they maintain sufficient assets, like cash, so as to remain solvent and stable. Central banks also do business, such as currency exchanges and gold transactions, with other central banks. In theory, a central bank should be good for a country, and they might be if it wasn’t for the fact that they are not owned or controlled by the government of the country they are serving. Private central banks, including our FED, operate not in the interest of the public good but for profit.
There have been three central banks in our nation’s history. The first two, while deceptive and fraudulent, pale in comparison to the scope and size of the fraud being perpetrated by our current FED. What they all have in common is an insidious practice known as “fractional banking.”
Fractional banking or fractional lending is the ability to create money from nothing, lend it to the government or someone else and charge interest to boot. The practice evolved before banks existed. Goldsmiths rented out space in their vaults to individuals and merchants for storage of their gold or silver. The goldsmiths gave these “depositors” a certificate that showed the amount of gold stored. These certificates were then used to conduct business.
In time the goldsmiths noticed that the gold in their vaults was rarely withdrawn. Small amounts would move in and out but the large majority never moved. Sensing a profit opportunity, the goldsmiths issued double receipts for the gold, in effect creating money (certificates) from nothing and then lending those certificates (creating debt) to depositors and charging them interest as well.
Since the certificates represented more gold than actually existed, the certificates were “fractionally” backed by gold. Eventually some of these vault operations were transformed into banks and the practice of fractional banking continued.
Keep that fractional banking concept in mind as we examine our first central bank, the First Bank of the United States (BUS). It was created, after bitter dissent in the Congress, in 1791 and chartered for 20 years. A scam not unlike the current FED, the BUS used its control of the currency to defraud the public and establish a legal form of usury.
This bank practiced fractional lending at a 10:1 rate, ten dollars of loans for each dollar they had on deposit. This misuse and abuse of their public charter continued for the entire 20 years of their existence. Public outrage over these abuses was such that the charter was not renewed and the bank ceased to exist in 1811.
The war of 1812 left the country in economic chaos, seen by bankers as another opportunity for easy profits. They influenced Congress to charter the second central bank, the Second Bank of the United States (SBUS), in 1816.
The SBUS was more expansive than the BUS. The SBUS sold franchises and literally doubled the number of banks in a short period of time. The country began to boom and move westward, which required money. Using fractional lending at the 10:1 rate, the central bank and their franchisees created the debt/money for the expansion.
Things boomed for a while, then the banks decided to shut off the debt/money, citing the need to control inflation. This action on the part of the SBUS caused bankruptcies and foreclosures. The banks then took control of the assets that were used as security against the loans.
Closely examine how the SBUS engineered this cycle of prosperity and depression. The central bank caused inflation by creating debt/money for loans and credit and making these funds readily available. The economy boomed. Then they used the inflation which they created as an excuse to shut off the loans/credit/money.
The resulting shortage of cash caused the economy to falter or slow dramatically and large numbers of business and personal bankruptcies resulted. The central bank then seized the assets used as security for the loans. The wealth created by the borrowers during the boom was then transferred to the central bank during the bust. And you always wondered how the big guys ended up with all the marbles.
Now, who do you think is responsible for all of the ups and downs in our economy over the last 85 years? Think about the depression of the late ’20s and all through the ’30s. The FED could have pumped lots of debt/money into the market to stimulate the economy and get the country back on track, but did they? No; in fact, they restricted the money supply quite severely. We all know the results that occurred from that action, don’t we?
Why would the FED do this? During that period asset values and stocks were at rock bottom prices. Who do you think was buying everything at 10 cents on the dollar? I believe that it is referred to as consolidating the wealth. How many times have they already done this in the last 85 years?
Do you think they will do it again?
Just as an aside at this point, look at today’s economy. Markets are declining. Why? Because the FED has been very liberal with its debt/credit/money. The market was hyper inflated. Who creates inflation? The FED. How does the FED deal with inflation? They restrict the debt/credit/money. What happens when they do that? The market collapses.
Several months back, after certain central banks said they would be selling large quantities of gold, the price of gold fell to a 25-year low of about $260 per ounce. The central banks then bought gold. After buying at the bottom, a group of 15 central banks announced that they would be restricting the amount of gold released into the market for the next five years. The price of gold went up $75.00 per ounce in just a few days. How many hundreds of billions of dollars did the central banks make with those two press releases?
Gold is generally considered to be a hedge against more severe economic conditions. Do you think that the private banking families that own the FED are buying or selling equities at this time? (Remember: buy low, sell high.) How much money do you think these FED owners have made since they restricted the money supply at the top of this last current cycle?
Alan Greenspan has said publicly on several occasions that he thinks the market is overvalued, or words to that effect. Just a hint that he will raise interest rates (restrict the money supply), and equity markets have a negative reaction. Governments and politicians do not rule central banks, central banks rule governments and politicians. President Andrew Jackson won the presidency in 1828 with the promise to end the national debt and eliminate the SBUS. During his second term President Jackson withdrew all government funds from the bank and on January 8, 1835, paid off the national debt. He is the only president in history to have this distinction. The charter of the SBUS expired in 1836.
Without a central bank to manipulate the supply of money, the United States experienced unprecedented growth for 60 or 70 years, and the resulting wealth was too much for bankers to endure. They had to get back into the game. So, in 1910 Senator Nelson Aldrich, then Chairman of the National Monetary Commission, in collusion with representatives of the European central banks, devised a plan to pressure and deceive Congress into enacting legislation that would covertly establish a private central bank.
This bank would assume control over the American economy by controlling the issuance of its money. After a huge public relations campaign, engineered by the foreign central banks, the Federal Reserve Act of 1913 was slipped through Congress during the Christmas recess, with many members of the Congress absent. President Woodrow Wilson, pressured by his political and financial backers, signed it on December 23, 1913.
The act created the Federal Reserve System, a name carefully selected and designed to deceive. “Federal” would lead one to believe that this is a government organization. “Reserve” would lead one to believe that the currency is being backed by gold and silver. “System” was used in lieu of the word “bank” so that one would not conclude that a new central bank had been created.
In reality, the act created a private, for profit, central banking corporation owned by a cartel of private banks. Who owns the FED? The Rothschilds of London and Berlin; Lazard Brothers of Paris; Israel Moses Seif of Italy; Kuhn, Loeb and Warburg of Germany; and the Lehman Brothers, Goldman, Sachs and the Rockefeller families of New York.
Did you know that the FED is the only for-profit corporation in America that is exempt from both federal and state taxes? The FED takes in about one trillion dollars per year tax free! The banking families listed above get all that money.
Almost everyone thinks that the money they pay in taxes goes to the US Treasury to pay for the expenses of the government. Do you want to know where your tax dollars really go? If you look at the back of any check made payable to the IRS you will see that it has been endorsed as “Pay Any F.R.B. Branch or Gen. Depository for Credit U.S. Treas. This is in Payment of U.S. Oblig.” Yes, that’s right, every dime you pay in income taxes is given to those private banking families, commonly known as the FED, tax free.
Like many of you, I had some difficulty with the concept of creating money from nothing. You may have heard the term “monetizing the debt,” which is kind of the same thing. As an example, if the US Government wants to borrow $1 million ó the government does borrow every dollar it spends ó they go to the FED to borrow the money. The FED calls the Treasury and says print 10,000 Federal Reserve Notes (FRN) in units of one hundred dollars.
The Treasury charges the FED 2.3 cents for each note, for a total of $230 for the 10,000 FRNs. The FED then lends the $1 million to the government at face value plus interest. To add insult to injury, the government has to create a bond for $1 million as security for the loan. And the rich get richer. The above was just an example, because in reality the FED does not even print the money; it’s just a computer entry in their accounting system. To put this on a more personal level, let’s use another example.
Today’s banks are members of the Federal Reserve Banking System. This membership makes it legal for them to create money from nothing and lend it to you. Today’s banks, like the goldsmiths of old, realize that only a small fraction of the money deposited in their banks is ever actually withdrawn in the form of cash. Only about 4 percent of all the money that exists is in the form of currency. The rest of it is simply a computer entry.
Let’s say you’re approved to borrow $10,000 to do some home improvements. You know that the bank didn’t actually take $10,000 from its pile of cash and put it into your pile? They simply went to their computer and input an entry of $10,000 into your account. They created, from thin air, a debt which you have to secure with an asset and repay with interest. The bank is allowed to create and lend as much debt as they want as long as they do not exceed the 10:1 ratio imposed by the FED.
It sort of puts a new slant on how you view your friendly bank, doesn’t it? How about those loan committees that scrutinize you with a microscope before approving the loan they created from thin air. What a hoot! They make it complex for a reason. They don’t want you to understand what they are doing. People fear what they do not understand. You are easier to delude and control when you are ignorant and afraid.
Now to put the frosting on this cake. When was the income tax created? If you guessed 1913, the same year that the FED was created, you get a gold star. Coincidence? What are the odds? If you are going to use the FED to create debt, who is going to repay that debt? The income tax was created to complete the illusion that real money had been lent and therefore real money had to be repaid. And you thought Houdini was good.
So, what can be done? My father taught me that you should always stand up for what is right, even if you have to stand up alone.
If “We the People” don’t take some action now, there may come a time when “We the People” are no more. You should write a letter or send an email to each of your elected representatives. Many of our elected representatives do not understand the FED. Once informed they will not be able to plead ignorance and remain silent.
Article 1, Section 8 of the US Constitution specifically says that Congress is the only body that can “coin money and regulate the value thereof.” The US Constitution has never been amended to allow anyone other than Congress to coin and regulate currency.
Ask your representative, in light of that information, how it is possible for the Federal Reserve Act of 1913, and the Federal Reserve Bank that it created, to be constitutional. Ask them why this private banking cartel is allowed to reap trillions of dollars in profits without paying taxes. Insist on an answer.
Thomas Jefferson said, “If the America people ever allow private banks to control the issuance of their currencies, first by inflation and then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around them will deprive the people of all their prosperity until their children will wake up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered.”
Jefferson saw it coming 150 years ago. The question is, “Can you now see what is in store for us if we allow the FED to continue controlling our country?”

“The condition upon which God hath given liberty to man is eternal vigilance; which condition if he breaks, servitude is at once the consequence of his crime, and the punishment of his guilt.”

Boy that’s some good stuff Antonio. You have done a lot of research. I never knew the whole story about that until now. Thanks

Do you know if the Builderberg group was in existence in 1963? If not them, do you think maybe the Rothchilds were involved in the assassination?

  • Antonio

Mr. Wolverine, i like your name. I have seen the movie red dawn its my favorite. Yes sir, the Builderberg was founded in 1954. It consists of only the richest and most powerful people mainly europeans and americans. No good group! The Rothchilds family, wow, they have been here a long time 1700′s maybe. I believe it’s the world’s biggest bankers (jews). They are all behind the world financial disaster that is to come soon. Purpous, is to start one world curreny. Check out AMERO on google. Yes, i believe they are behind his assasination too beccause JFK was going to expose the fraudlent bankers and the ROTHSCHILD are all about banking. Now listen my friend, this stuff goes much deeper. Many people feel that the NWO will be by the MUSLIMS it will not. With all my research i have came to the conclusion that it will be the(JEWS)Take a look a 9-11 the building had problems they were rented by a Jewish man. So just destroy the buildings and blame on their (ENEMYIES) and go to war. our government did it not terrorists. the towers were blowen they did not fall from the plane. In Cal if you come across the border, the state will give you loans to start a business and cash, etc. I am a landscaper 25 years, not only are most of the companies owned by Mexicans, discrimination laws don’t apply. But go to the hospital and everyone not a doctor or nurse speaks little English.
I collect food-stamps – have no choice- But most, if not all of the social workers barely speak enough English for me to understand what to do. And they are very Democrat bias.
I have more Mexican friends than other, Racist I am not. We get along, and they agree.
If in doubt, go to a county website in Cal and see what you get for your tax dollar. Pretend you have lost your job and you are desperate and look at all those nice things to help you get on your feet and find out who qualifies.

North American Initiative – no ‘theory’

Memo: ‘Most believe the incremental approach most appropriate at this time’

A document posted online by WikiLeaks reveals that there were strategy discussions regarding the adoption of a “North American Union” – called the North American Initiative in this case – at the ambassadorial level in the United States government.

The WikiLeaks document was uncovered by investigators with Americans for Legal Immigration, and the organization reports they “appear to confirm an incremental and covert plan within the highest levels of the American and Canadian governments to accomplish deeper ‘North American Integration,’ while keeping most average citizens in the dark and bypassing the constitutions of the existing three sovereign nations of America, Canada and Mexico.”

ALIPAC spokesman William Gheen told WND, “This is the smoking gun. This is not conjecture. This is a high-ranking member of the U.S. government who created this document.”

The document, from “a secret 2005 U.S. embassy cable from Ottawa signed by then-Ambassador Paul Cellucci,” states:

An incremental and pragmatic package of tasks for a new North American Initiative (NAI) will likely gain the most support among Canadian policymakers. Our research leads us to conclude that such a package should tackle both ‘security’ and ‘prosperity’ goals. This fits the recommendations of Canadian economists who have assessed the options for continental integration. While in principle many of them support more ambitious integration goals, like a customs union/single market and/or single currency, most believe the incremental approach is most appropriate at this time, and all agree that it helps pave the way to these goals if and when North Americans choose to pursue them.

In the document, released April 28, Cellucci “expounds upon a well researched and refined plan to mostly replace the existing borders of sovereign nations with some kind of privacy-invading biometric ‘security perimeter,’ where the borders of the nations will still stand, but information will be exchanged on all citizens in the nations, thus creating a super state law enforcement effort to manage security,” according to ALIPAC.

ALIPAC’s report said, “The document specifically states that Cellucci and his fellow conspirators fear the U.S. could wake up and secure the borders against contagious diseases and terrorism. He points out that financial interests in Canada fear U.S. attempts to protect citizens from terrorism or pandemics and could interfere with some financial interests in Canada.”
